Had an issue with our Rogue. Brought it over for a checkup and they found a couple of recall notices. It was fixed and we got it back fast. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Dealership!

My husband and I recently were shopping for a truck. We found one that we liked but decided not to get it. The salesman, Kristofer Darker, kept in contact with my husband. He was trying to find us a better deal. To make a long story short, we ended up back there with Kristofer a few weeks later. We purchased the Frontier AND a Pathfinder for me. I would highly recommend dealing with Kristofer Darker at Wallace Nissan. He’s a great salesman who cares about his customers. He’s been in contact with us several times since we purchased our vehicles just to check to see how things are going.

My husband and I bought a 2020 Kicks on 1-10-2021 and our salesman was Kris Darker. He was awesome!!!! He was very patient and so helpful. He took us through all the devices on our new car. I would recommend you ask for Kris if you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle. He is awesome. We have purchased two new vehicles there recently. Wallace Nissan is awesome!!!!

I have taken my 2008 Nissan Rogue in to let them deal with a loud whistle coming from the transmission 4 times now. The first 2 times I was told that there was nothing going on. Third time I was told it needed a transfer case. I replaced the transfer case but the whistle was still there. 2 days ago I took it in for them to look at it a 4th time. I was told that they couldn't hear anything after driving it 33 miles and keeping it there for almost 3 days. As soon as I got it back from them and drove it on the highway the whistle started immediately. How in the world is that possible if they did a thorough job of diagnosing the issue? So 2 days worth of driving and a a detailed explanation of the problem from me and yet they still couldn't hear it? Sounds like they need some help in the diagnostics department. They are probably good for oil changes and standard repairs but I can assure you that there is no way in HELL they are qualified to diagnose anything other than standard issues.
