My man Jason was the most incredible sales person I’ve ever worked with. Gotta admit I hate buying new cars and Jason made it simple, quick, and fun. From the initial phone conversation to the test drive it never felt like he was trying to sale a car, but build a new relationship. This young man provided great service and professionalism. Thank you Victory Ford at the Legends. My truck had the water separator light that would not go off even after we drained the water. I did not have a appointment for service, So I dropped the keys in the overnight box and Jimmy in service received my keys and got me in that morning. Jimmy called me and provided me with updates and also recommended other items that should be changed/replaced because if the age of the truck. Jimmy even went above and beyond and assisted me with locating my last service at another dealer to see what they did so Victory Ford would not duplicate the service. When I called in the evening my truck was ready and I was expecting it to be with them for 2-3 days since I did not have a appointment and their was numerous cars and trucks pulling in that day for services and other issues. Thank you Victory Ford. You are my service center from now on. Your technicians and service department do a great job. Thank you Jimmy for your care and concern. You did a great job in taking care of my vehicle.

Pleasant Experience - Rockstar Salesman - Who likes going through the process of buying a car?... Spending hours sitting in a dealership cubical feeling like you are wasting the day away while a salesman runs back and forth... That didn't happen at Victory Ford. From the start they were prompt and respectful. Unknowing we were contacting a dealership we had text after hours regarding the 2012 vehicle we were interested in. We promptly received a response from Jude Boliere. He was not able to answer our questions at the time however he followed up with us shortly after 8am the next morning, even noting that he hoped he wasn't waking us. Upon arriving at the dealership for a test drive we were greeted by salesman Scotty Wells whom was friendly, kind, engaging and most importantly attentive to the smaller details that mattered to us. He didn't have the take it or leave it attitude nor did we feel pressured to buy. We appreciated his kindness and attentiveness to detail. The wait time during negotiation and through the paperwork process was much less than our past dealership experiences. Mark Reno in finance was easy going, laid back and explained in detail our options. Scotty offered us a loaner while our vehicle was in the shop having touch ups done. At the time we dropped off our vehicle Scotty was not in the office. Another salesman provided us with a loaner that had been smoked in. After returning to the dealership later that day and being kindly greeted by everyone that passed us in the showroom, Scotty gladly replaced the loaner with a smokeless vehicle. Our vehicle is currently in the shop having touch up's done... I will update our review after picking up our vehicle. So far the experience has been pleasantly painless. The only con experienced is the loaner... if someone could check the loaner prior to handing off the keys would be our only suggestion. Compared to other dealerships, we recommend Victory Ford and their staff. Buying from Victory Ford has been a refreshing experience so far. ...More to come upon picking up our vehicle from the shop. Follow up to my prior post... Scotty Wells and the Victory Ford team fully met our expectations plus some! I am a perfectionist and have high expectations. We picked up our vehicle last night and it looked great! All concerns and task were addressed the first time! There was one small spot in the paint that I questioned and Scotty went and grabbed the body shop specialist to come out and touch it up on the spot. It's not something they missed prior... it was a spot they had already touched on and were happy to retouch on. (It was a small nick in the paint of a used vehicle with a paint color that is hard to match.) It was after 5pm and the body shop was closed however the team was happy to help and very pleasant to work with. They were happy to please. Buying from Victory Ford truly has made the painful experience of buying a vehicle as painless as possible... it was a pleasure doing business with them! Thank you to the entire Victory Ford Team!

My wife and I purchased a new Escape at Victory Ford. Gregg Gillen gave us excellent service. We had a lot of questions which he patiently answered. He listened to what we were looking for and worked to come up with an excellent deal for our needs. Brian Martin, the finance manager made the financing process quick and easy. Brian and Greg were both honest, very easy to deal with and worked to get us the best value possible. The whole process was a no hassle/no pressure one. Our experience at Victory Ford was one of excellent price, value, service and honesty. Everything that was discussed was delivered and more. Victory Ford wants to have satisfied customers.

2 months ago I came to this dealership to trade in 2 vehicles. I met Scotty Wells who showed me cars based on what I wanted, needed, and could afford. I ended up with a 2013 ford focus. This car was immaculate, even with 49k miles. Great car, gas mileage, and at a price that was below anything I could find on the internet. 3 days ago, I totaled it out so it was time to find another car. I again searched for everything I could on the internet for all the vehicles I was interested in with in a 200 mile radius. I went to see Scotty Wells again hoping that he would help me again. He showed me 1 car, already knowing what I liked and wanted. The price was priced below what could again be found on the internet. I tried to get even more out of them but no luck. Scotty even showed me the same car on other lots. Nothing came close to the price. Even a bigger advantage is that my new car is certified. I was able to get all the extras for just a little more than what I was paying for my other car. As I was already in the car and about to drive away, the finance manager came out to tell me they got me an even lower interest rate. To me, they didn't have to, but they did. Every step of the process is what I would expect from a family member, not a dealership. If you want to feel good about your purchase, come in to see Scotty Wells.

We purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion over the weekend. Scotty Wells was our salesman, and he was extremely kind and helpful. It was our first time purchasing a new car and he was very patient with us as we mulled over decisions. We walked in and test-drove the exact car we wanted and we were not pressured to look at the higher-end models. We are very happy that we decided to come to Victory Ford over the other Ford dealerships in the area. The process took about 3 hours from when we walked in to walking out with the keys in our hands. Scotty even helped my husband and I sync our phones to the new car before we left the lot.

We were in need of a new car to replace my vehicle. We went to a test drive event at a local high school and met Scotty Wells, our sales consultant. We drove a couple of different cars and he explained the rebates and incentives going on at this time at Victory. We met Scotty at Victory Ford and had a great experience. It was very low-pressure and we negotiated with him and his sales manager. We came to a fair agreement for both sides and were done in less than 2 hours from when we walked into the dealership to when we drove home in our new Ford Fusion. It was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and we felt good about the entire process.

I had an issue late Saturday afternoon with my Ford and called the dealership. Scotty Wells answered and was very helpful and patient. After discussing my problem, he asked where I was and said he would be right there. He helped solve the problem when any other dealership would have said, I would have to wait until Monday. I recently had to have body work done to replace a rusted wheel well and shock assembly. After a couple of bids from other body shops and being strung on for over two weeks by one of them, I called Marvin at Victory Ford. He got me in immediately, worked with me on a price and a rental vehicle, and started work on it the next day. Marvin was extremely agreeable, accommodating and personable. The completed work was perfect. I will happily recommend Victory Ford Body shop to anyone who might need work. They didn't dilly dally about the work. They got it in and got it done. A very time consuming project. Marvin communicated with me all along. I very much appreciated their overall customer service, good cheer and good work. Go there!

Scott Wells was the salesman that I worked with. He was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout the entire sales process. He was knowledgeable of the options that were available and was able to answer all of my questions about my vehicle and the purchase process. When I stop by someone always greets me with a smile and asks how they can help me and they have always been very helpful. If you need to know anything about a parts department, Ernie is the one to go to. He has so much knowledge regarding that area. I would definitely recommend Victory Ford to my friends and family and will definitely buy my next card from them.

Having had multiple issues with my previous vehicle and experiencing some of worst customer service from the previous dealer, it was like a breath of fresh air to walk into Victory Ford and be welcomed with such a warm greeting. Gary Marlin was my salesman and his service was absolutely superior to anything I've received from previous dealerships. He took the time to explain all financing options so I would save the most money and went over all of the minor details of the vehicle I was purchasing. He even synced my Iphone so the blue tooth would work! I've regularly purchased a new vehicle every four years and Gary was by far, the best salesman I've ever dealth with!

Decided to try Victory Ford for routine service on my new 2015. Glad I did. the service team was great and "Gary", the mechanic was awesome. Probably one of the best things about the experience was that they weren't trying to sell you everything under the sun, onlywhat was actually needed. Being able to schedule a timefor service is a big plus. Will I go Back? Absolutely!

My husband and I went to look for a crossover type vehicle for myself. Phyllis helped us through the entire process and was wonderful! She really did her research on finding the right car for me; finding the right features and price. She gave exceptional service. She came in on her day off, because it worked better for my husband and I's work schedule. We were on a time limit and she made sure that we got out the door on time. One of the managers; Jonathan, came over to introduce himself before he went to take my trade in car for appraisal; and I really appreciated that. Everyone there from the moment I pulled into their facillity to walking out with my new 2015 Ford Escape gave GREAT service, and walked us through the entire process. They were all willing to work with us to give us the best price, and best rebates. I definetly would reccommend Victory Ford, and will consider going back when we need another car.

Found a used vehicle at this dealership that I was interested in. I contacted them to see if the vehicle was still available. They were very friendly, asking if there was any additional informtion that they could provide on the vehicle. When I arrived to test drive the vehicle, Rainer was very helpful and aswered all of my questions. Buying the vehicle was quick, easy, and hassle-free. The dealership's owner even introduced himself and seemed genuinely concerned that we were pleased with the vehicle and our experience there. This was much better than my previous car-buying experience at a different dealership. I would definitely recommend Victory Ford for anyone looking to make a purchase.

We recently bought a new car from Victory Ford. We were able to test drive several makes and models of both new and used cars until we found the one that was the perfect fit for our family. We were very pleased with the knowledge of the sales staff and the friendliness of everyone we worked with. The buying process was explained well and was very simple. When we were wanting the title by a certain date, Victory Ford even overnighted it to us so that we had it when we needed it. Facilities were always very clean. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future.

I am getting close to retirement age and wanted to hopefully purchase my last new vehicle while I was still drawing a paycheck. We started checking on line for vehicle options as in Ford, Chevy, Dodge, and at that time I received an add that Bonner Springs Ford had changed ownership and that they would like to help me with any car purchase, so I went to see them. I personally am a Ford lover and my wife loves Chevy products so I was not very hopeful that we would see eye to eye on vehicle make. Once we arrived at Victory Ford in Bonner Springs we were greeted with very pleasant smiles and were treated like someone not like strangers. I felt like I might have a chance with a Ford product due to the kindness of the salesman. We looked at a couple of vehicles and the salesman said why don't you test drive them and see if its what you are looking for. I was shocked that he let us test drive them without going with us or getting a copy of our license. needless to say we loved our new Explorer and our time with Victory Ford, thanks guys, I liked our visit and deal that we got so much, I also purchased a new truck. Once again thank you for a pleasant experience.

Recently decided to trade in my Escape for a newer version. Called Scott at Victory Ford and told him what I was looking for. He called me 15 minutes later and told me what they had on the lot...which was what I was looking for! A 2013 escape with bells and some whistles! Went that evening to test drive and talk trade in. Left that night knowing I had made a great decision to come to Victory! Great trade in value on my 2009 escape, wonderful deal on my new (to me) 2013, and very friendly staff!

I'm new in town, so when my brother told me ford was offering a $9.99 oil change to promote their new dealership, I decided to give them a chance. I was preparing to drive to the lake for the weekend, so I took the car in on Thursday, thinking that would be plenty of time. I knew there was an issue with my rear shock, so I requested that they fix that. They assured me that, not only would they give me a discount, but they would have the car ready by noon on Friday. On Friday at 11am I received a call that there had been a problem with ordering my part. The car might be done by 4pm, and that they would probably eat most of the labor charges for the inconvenience. So much for leaving on my trip on time! My husband went to pick up the car, and they most definitely offered a discount. Ten percent off of labor only. Really, Ford? That's it? We were anticipating that discount already, before your big screw up! On top of that, they added a bunch of nonsense shop fees on top, more than making up the pitiful 10% discount. When my husband complained, they said, that's what we said we would do. Be warned, fine people of Bonner Springs! Your dollars and time are better serviced elsewhere. The repair center of this dealership cannot be counted on to honor their word or provide a fair price for service. And the worst....I still have that dagdum "maintenance required" light on in my car! Apparently they forgot to reset it when they did the oil change (IF they did the oil change, that is).

I received an ad in the mail so I thought I would check the place out. Everyone was friendly when I drove in. I spoke with a sales person first and told him I was just beginning the processes and looking around. He was pushy. Told me he needed to go put some stuff in the computer so I waited and then the manager came over and asked me all the same questions and kept saying, "what do I need to offer you for you to drive away today?" I told him I am not driving anything off his lot today as I am not the sole decision maker and would need to consult family first. After that, he got up, went back to the original sales guy and whispered something to him. The original sales guy came back to me and thanked me for my time Nobody walked me to the door or anything. They are only after an immediate sale and are not looking for long term customers. Ford should be embarrassed by them.
