Ross was an excellent sales rep, very friendly, prompt and willing to help in any way. When we came back to pick up the vehicle he gave us a full tour, everything was ready and he handled everything himself, didn't have to go to anyone else who tries to push extra items. We came in and told him what we wanted and he gave us exactly that. Upstate will be the place we purchase all our vehicles from as long as we live here.

Positive buying experience at Upstate Auto. My email inquiry was followed up quickly by Ross King, who addressed my questions about the vehicles I had been looking at. The Internet descriptions & photos of two possible 2013 Chrysler Minivans were enticing enough to make the 60 mile drive to the dealership to see for myself. One vehicle in particular came with an impressive set of options, while this vehicle fortunately lacked some of the annoying dings/dents and interior flaws that we had come to expect from viewing city driving used cars. My wife and I decided to make an offer that same day, and we arrived at a reasonable allowance for our Trade-in without a high pressure negotiation experience. Six days later we picked up the car on our schedule, all details were handled efficiently, and we are now settling in with our new wheels. Thanks to Ross King and Upstate Auto for a pleasant and professional buying experience, well worth the drive from Rochester to Attica to snag a local trade-in that had actually been serviced at Upstate since it was new.

Our experience with Upstate was fantastic. Our salesperson, Tim, showed us consideration right from the start by ensuring we didn't travel all the way out (1 hr+) just to have the vehicle not be there or not be ready. No last minute changes, no last minute "oops we forgot something, no hassles, and no pressure. Everyone was very reasonable in working with us as far as our trade and our financing. After working out the logistics during our initial visit, we came up and drove our new ride away in less than 15 minutes! We were helped to feel comfortable right away and through the entire process, and shown great flexibility by Tim and the rest of the team.

We drove 45 minutes to just see a truck on their lot. When we got there everyone was friendly and treated us like we had been buying cars there our whole lives. Craig was a great sales guy, knowledgeable and was willing to make sure everything we needed was taken care or. Adam was a great help to! This dealership is about 4-4.5 hours away from me, but they had the Jeep Cherokee I was looking for. I had been shopping around for a few weeks, but none of the other dealerships responded as quick as this dealership did. I dealt with Tim and he was very friendly and knowledgeable on the phone. I made the appointment a couple days later to come get the vehicle and when I arrived it was all ready for me as well as the paperwork ( I like that!!!) They were soooooooooo friendly and attentive when I arrived. Tim took his time with me and spent a great deal of time going over all the features of my jeep with me. I also got to meet Adam King from the business Department and Larry the sales manager- all VERY friendly and accomodating!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership !! In fact, my husband is even considering trading in his vehicle now and has been looking at what this dealership has on their lot. These guys were well worth my lengthy trip in getting to them. I wish we had dealerships like them near where I live.

I would highly recommend to everyone, we just purchased a 2015 Dodge Ram, we were looking at older vehicles at first and realized how smart it was to buy a newer vehicle with all the rebates etc. We had amazing customer service and the salesman as well as the finance guy were amazing. Everything was taken care of and handled quickly. When we came in to take the truck home there was some damage on the front end, which was taken care of. Not only did they loan us a vehicle, they picked up the truck and left me a vehicle to drive as well as brought the truck back to me while I was at work. It took a little bit longer than expected but they left us a tablet in the front seat. I have nothing to say but amazing things for this place. They have your best interests at heart and truly mean what they say. Amazing! Keep up the great work.

When I finally decided I needed a new car I did a little research and liked the 200. I emailed a few dealerships for information and Ross King of Upstate was the first to reply. He gave me some information on the 200 and asked if I had any questions. I emailed back some questions and he gave me info on the 200, the different models, and packages that were available. He also sent pictures of 200s they had in stock. I emailed back and forth with questions and finally set up a time to test drive. When I met Ross he was very welcoming and informative. When I took the car out he filled me in on the different features. The only problem was I was test driving in a smaller town and wasn't able to really open it up HAHA! But it was ok because I knew that I liked it. I left to think over my decision and Ross kept in touch. I realized that I didn't like the upgraded tires as much and Ross assured me that they would be able to work something out. Ross gave me his card and encouraged me to text or call whenever I had a question or needed something. We kept in contact and when I decided I wanted to purchase the car he tried to get the car with tires I wanted that he had found. Unfortunately, the other dealership had traded the car away earlier that day. Ross looked all over and the closest car I wanted was in Michigan. He ran me through the options of cars that were closer or on the lot that had a different color or different package but I think he knew that I knew what I wanted. They even offered the model I test drove with the upgraded tires to match the price of the car with standard tires. As I said, I didn't really care for the upgrade so he suggested they could switch tires with another car on the lot. No problem. Ross worked out all the paper work and we set a time for me to pick up my new car. I walked in signed some papers and was ready to go! He even ran through some more features. In the end, I purchased a Chrysler 200 S with the comfort package and I couldn't love it anymore! I appreciate Ross's help. He was very informative and not at all "pushy." If there was a Hall of Fame for Dealerships then Upstate and Ross King should be inducted!!! I would absolutely recommend Upstate to a friend and would forward them to Ross!

We recently purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram!! Our salesperson, Ross, was extremely helpful!! He had a laidback attitude and made us feel like it was important to him that we actually liked the vehicle and that it really would work for us. No part of the sales process felt pushy. The dealer gave us the best price for our trade in and the best rate for financing. The dealership is spotless and the waiting area is extremely comfortable. We have already recommended friends to the dealership!! Good chance we'll go back when the next car needs replacing!! The only concern with repairs is that there were a few things that needed attention and one was overlooked after being mentioned several times!!

Decided we should upgrade, 120k on our 2007. Went to 3 dealerships. At the first, salesmen were not even from our state! Second took for ever to get pricing, not exactly on what we wanted. Just purchased a 2012 Ram 1500 ST. The whole experience at upstate was unlike any other dealership I have been to. Everyone was honest with any and all questions I had. I inquired with a friend if they knew anyone from the Upstate Dodge dealership. He did and offered me a name as a contact and notified them that I would stop later that day to review a Durango. That afternoon, I arrived at the dealership and right out front, clear of snow, was a Durango very close to what I was interested in. Greeted near the door as I entered, I was promptly introduced to Craig C. Small talk and a quick review of what I was interested in. I was offered to test drive which I did. Nice ride! The in stock truck had the Rally package. So close to the Blacktop package I was looking for. Was I pressured to buy what they had in stock. No! Craig worked on a search for the vehicle, and locating none, said one could be ordered. Loaded it with exactly the features I wanted. Discussed the final cost and felt comfortable with the offer, which is unusual for me. No trips back and forth for the salesman to talk to his manager about a good price as I wait aimlessly in a cubical. Efficient all the way. Not being pressured to sign a deal before I left that day was nice.l Called and ordered the Durango the next day. Driving it for the last week and I love it. The Blacktop package is like an eye magnet when I drive past other drivers and pedestrians. Sweet ride and great experience with Upstate Dodge.

We visited Upstate to inquire on a used vehicle we noticed thru their ad. We were able to test drive a couple and compare and then were introduced to a new 2014 Jeep Patriot left in the showroom. Although it wasn't the color I wanted we were able to discuss the pros and cons of the new vehicle without any pressure. When we decided on that vehicle the buying experience was great. We were given suggestions on different products offered for the vehicle. We were able to discuss payments vs. cash. We were given a very fair trade value for our current vehicle. All was done in a friendly manner with no pressure. The manager himself came over to introduce himself when the deal was finalized and we even were introduced to the service dept. Tim, the salesman was great. He was very informative on the vehicles we were looking at and had several good points when test driving. When taking delivery he again went over the features of the Patriot and that was really appreciated. We even overheard other customers expressing similar opinions. It was a wonderful buying experience and we look forward to that impression carrying over to the service as well. Thank you!

Craig helped us get out of our sporty summer car and into a more sensible vechile for our snowy climate. We were at the dealership for under two hours and were able to pick up the jeep that night. Not to mention all of our gifts we received for the holiday and new car purchase. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. This is our second new car buy from upstate dodge. Will be back again. Purchased a 2008 Dakota with my traid in of my 2007 Dodge Ram . As usual we called our favorite sales rep. Ross King and within an afternoon Ross had some figures and ideas for what I had in mind. In a few days I had new ride. Everyone at the dealership helped to complete the transaction as efficiently and quickly as possible. Upstate is great for service also. After much online research and many test drives, settled on my new vehicle, a 2014 ram 1500. My sales person, Tim Delapenta was very instrumental in ending my search . He answered every question I had, demonstrated every feature on several vehicles, introduced me to everyone from the manager to the service manager and led me through several test drives culminating in my purchase. I had decided to give the new Dodge Chysler Jeep location one more try. Needed a vehicle badly and they were there. I loved how the car I bought looked and drove and decided to purchase. Upon delivery the car was not cleaned well at all!! Under hood was filthy, dirt under floor mats, water in trunk. Vehicle is very reliable as all my Chrysler products have been. Service from techs Larry and Don is great and helpful. Service Manager on the otherhand is very unfriendly, hard to deal with. Didnt care for the Manager I was introduced to, didnt seem to care that I was there and paying cash... Office girl Chris was fantastic, polite, friendly, helpful. Seems the worker are much better than managers, they belong in the big cities, not small towns!

I have dealt with many car dealers in my time and have never been as impressed as I am with Upstate on Prospect in Attica. I contacted Bev Shaw-Miller who brought the vehicle of interest to Attica from Batavia. Prior to this I had done a lot of research and had pretty much decided on the vehicle I wanted. Bev provided me with several options to consider regarding payment options and respected my wish to go home and make my own decision without feeling pressured. Unlike any other salesperson I have dealt with she did not ask the question I detest "how much do you want to pay a month?" I found that reassuring. Bev provided excellent service and I feel confident she will continue to do the same. I would certainly recommend them and in particular, Bev, to anyone considering a purchase.

I purchased three vehicles from there since about 2008 mainly because of their diesel selection. I went back to purchase a fourth and the salesperson I previously dealt with was no longer there. I got stuck with a man who didn't want to answer any questions and was more concerned with his computer. I work hard for my money and would rather make a purchase from someone who will at least provide an effort and not speak negatively about his coworkers.

OK...I was looking for a used Tundra, and they had one listed. From the pictures (nicely done), it looked like a nice vehicle. Since the dealership is about 100 miles away, I called and asked about the condition of the truck bed as it looked as though it was scratched and scuffed (no bed liner). The response I got was that it was in good shape. So, my wife and I made the long haul to get there. Once we got there, it was obvious that the bed was not only scratched, but had several dents and dings...one dent with at least a 6" diameter. Interior was pretty well cleaned up, but the tires were worn and definitely needed replacement. But the worse thing was revealed when I popped the hood to look at the engine. I couldn't even get the oil dip stick to release. Sales person seemed rather uninterested....finally, another guy came out and managed to release it. Perhaps he shouldn't have because the dip stick was cooked dry....not a drop of liquid oil on it. With that....we said goodbye. It is beyond my comprehension how a dealership would even put out a vehicle for customer inspection without correcting such a major defect. And....how about being at least being a little personable and interested in a potential customer!! Not even "Wow...we really blew it on this one. What can we do to help correct this?" Nope....not a word...such an experience is the source of the bad rap that used car sales people and dealerships create. I wouldn't return to this dealership or recommend them to anyone!
