Had an experience similar to the review above. Drove 4 hours to pick up a truck after I had called and confirmed it was in stock. As soon as I walked in they said the truck was " sold last night". I wouldn't use this dealer unless you live next door to them. Buyer beware

I drove 2 hours south to get my new 2016 outlander.Dury Fernandez was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles they have on the lot. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new Mitsubishi at the best prices in South Florida to GO SEE DURY, he the best.

Everything was clean,shiny, smelling good and all. These guys had the best deals I believe and over 1,000 different cars and trucks. You could say it's the "best of both worlds".

The guys were awesome... When I went in for a new car after having my previous one for about 12 years. It was time to move on. I met with Homero and he was A-1... Told me how great the mileage I get on gas and showed me how well the car fit my needs. I bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage. Just came from my insurance company and due to this car I actually saved money. I had PIP now full coverage. They also offered me 5 year extended warranty which gave me roadside assistance, rental, lodging and food in case I break down when away from home. Great job Homero.

Gregg did exactly what he promised and then went about 5 extra miles past that in making sureI was totally happy and satisfied before I left the dealership with a new OUTLANDER!!!!! I had a very clear idea of what I wanted going into the dealership and the salesman (Gregg) made the entire experience easy and even enjoyable. He was very personable and kind, which made the experience a much more positive one than any other car buying experience I've had before.

I recently had a very nice experience while shopping for my new car, they were cortous , patient and knowledgable about the product they are selling .I didnt feeel pressured at all and was an easy process went in with my old car and came out with a new one ! In short, we went to the dealership with a specific car in mind but walked away with another one. The salesmen are competent and they offered us a great deal that we couldn't walk away from! We got a 2016 SEL with leather which turned out to be the best deal compared to other SUVs/CUVs currently. We are pleased with the car and the full package that comes with it!

I searched the entire country for the lowest priced new car for my son on the internet and found it here at University Mitsubishi. Rosemary confirmed the internet price. I flew in from New Orleans and Homer (my salesman) picked me up from the airport, brought me back to the dealership and handled the entire transaction in a friendly professional manner. The entire staff was friendly and not high pressure at all.

The car that I wanted was not available but they went to get it at another dealership and I was able to close the deal the same day.The salesperson (David) was very cordial and was very helpful.

We found a car online, chatted with an agent "DEALER ONLINE"... by the way, this person was remote not really at the dealer. Researching the vehicle, and even saw the CARFAX to confirm everything. The following day, we got a text to "come in for a drive" from a sale person. That same day, we spoke on the phone a couple of times and I had requested some additional pics. Called late in the afternoon, since they had NOT SENT the pics requested as promised. I did not want to drive 2.5 hours, without confirming everything. In the last call, the guy said "when he went to get the keys of the car" they where gone. The car had "been sold the previous night". What kind of people are you dealing with, that try to sell you something that does not exist. Call it what you may. But that just happened in the last 48 hours.

I have bought several cars normally one new one every year. They lied about the price online and wanted to charge me over 2k more than what was advertised. Then the car had a low tire pressure gauge light on. I brought it back two days later and they acted like they knew nothing about it, after they put air in the tires for the same reason the day I bought it. I also have the maintenance package so now I'm screwed have to deal with these snakes for 2 years.

The promotion is fake. It's says you won 5000$, but you not. Even with confirmation email, they told me "maybe you are the winner, but you not". So, don't waste your time and don't deal with liars. I don't think they lie only about promotion..

I purchased a 2011 Ford F-250 Diesel from University Mitsubishi. They had a great selection and the service was great. Yosvany Morejon was my sales rep. He really knows diesel trucks. Great experience. Highly recommended.

Was looking for a small SUV and was going to choose between a Mazda CRX5 or the Mitsubishi Outlander. Finalized on the Outlander as the price and size of the vehicle were superior to the offer by Mazda. The sales Rep - Rick Kidd, was extremely helpful even down to the selection of a comprehensive insurance plan. I dealt with three people in closing this deal and I found all of them chatty and friendly through the cash purchase process.
