Probably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I own a 2017 Grand Cherokee. It was mysteriously intermittently shutting off while I was in the middle of traffic or just not starting up at all, which is very dangerous. I towed it to them, they said it was fine and gave it back after 3 days of sitting there I guess. It dies again and I was in the middle of a busy intersection. Brought it back, they kept it for over 4 weeks. They hardly called me, every time I called them I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I left messages and no one called me back when they said they would. They finally gave it back to me and it died again immediately. I tried to call the GM, David Wood. They left me on hold for 16 minutes and then told me he’s busy and he’ll take a message and he hasn’t called me back since. I had to take it to another Jeep dealership. Absolutely horrible. I’m almost 90% sure they’re just waiting for my warranty to run out to figure out the actual problem. I had to contact lemon law and opening a claim. Don’t go here, they clearly do not care about their customers. UPDATE: the other Jeep dealership found the issue in 24 hours. That’s insane. What a waste of time. Props to Jeep in Cherry Hill! Go there instead.

We had an excellent experience with Eddie and the team! From the process of our trade-in to buying our wrangler he was with us every step of the way. Even if he didn’t know the answers to our questions, he made sure to find out for us promptly! He was efficient and kind, definitely made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Even after the purchase the service team, especially Brett was excellent and continued to make us feel great about our purchase! Thanks for making this an enjoyable purchase!

The moment we walked into this place everyone was super friendly and very welcoming. Nick was out sales guy and he was amazing. Nick was very nice and extremely helpful. He really was a hands on type of guy, whatever we wanted he made it work. I never felt more comfortable and extremely satisfied with the service I got from these guys. This was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. We definitely will be coming back again for our second vehicle!! Ask for Nick he’ll make it happen for you!

Need a new car after my last one got in an accident that made it less than it was worth to repair.I came in with the letter from my bank negotiated a fair price and walked away with a new used car on the same day. Friendly staff that tried to give me the best deal that they could. I personally would’ve liked more options but pick the best one for me.

I ordered and recently received a 21 Challenger from Turnersville Jeep Ram Dodge. The experience, from beginning to end was totally positive due in large part to my salesperson, Jeremy Robertson. Jeremy is very detail oriented, knowledgeable and was patient with my many questions. The dealership is huge, and bustling with activity which is also a sign that many , many people come to this dealership to purchase their vehicles. I wouldn't hesitate to return again in the future!.
