Tri County matched a price for a set of tires. I like to by my tires from Tri-County but it takes much much longer to get them on than at a tire store. I was at Tri-County for I think for well over an hour which is too long. I will always recommend Tri County Ford.

All the employees were not only knowledgeable but extremely courteous and helpful to assist me in the repair of my vehicle. The service manager, Chris, explained everything very precise and, I feel, displayed the kind of attitude toward me that Tri-County Ford was there to make my experience as pleasant as possible....and in as little time involved as needed. Even though I have a Ford dealership 5 minutes from my home, I will continue to drive a long distance to have my vehicle serviced or repaired by Tri-County. Today 7/27/2015 the check engine light came on my 2001 Grand Marquis at about 12:45pm., & I took the car into the service dept. & contacted Scott Kinney. I told him the car had a miss & the warning light came on. I didn't expect the car to be seen until the next day since I didn't have an appointment. Less than an hr. went by & he calls me that the car needed a new spark plug, coil & wire to fix the problem. I was given a price & approved the work to be done. Less than an hr. & the car was fixed & ready. I picked the car up & it drove like new! What a great example of customer service. I have found a diamond of a service center here in Mabank Texas!

Tri County was the second Ford Dealer stop for us that day. It was like night and day comparing the two. The first Ford dealer didn't have any idea what his inventory was and he had called me that morning. So he had time to review my needs against his inventory. When we stopped at Tri-County Ford, Moses was the salesman that waited on us and he knew which trucks would fit the description of the truck I was looking for. He was very helpful and even though he didn't have all the answers immediately he got them with in a couple of minutes. Good job. There was no pressure and everyone was very polite. Overall it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Tri-County Ford. I'll stop there first if I'm in need of a new or used vehicle.

Everything was great until time to pay and leave. I presented 2 Quick Lane VISA Debit Cards as partial payment. The cashier asked, "Do you know what the balance is on each card?" I thought that one was $10.00 and one was $70.00 but what difference should that make? Why do I need to know the balance on the cards? No other retailer would ask about the balance, they would just swipe the card and deduct it from the total due.The cashier did not seem happy that I didn't know the balance, but she swiped the cards anyway. "They were both declined," she stated. I replied that both of the cards had been sent to me from your dealership. "Those cards didn't come from us," was her reply.I realize that your dealership didn't manufacture and send the cards to me. They were sent to me as part of a discount promotion for using your dealership. But the real point is: I didn't feel welcome using them as part of my payment AND the cashier didn't seem to know how the cards even work. For starters, she should have known that when they are declined, it probably means that the customer has not yet set up a PIN for the card and it has not been activated. Why didn't she know this? Why didn't she suggest it to me? Instead what I got was the feeling that my cards were not good and were not welcome at your dealership not the feeling I want (or that you want me to have) as I'm walking out the door. Hey, I can get 'crappy' service anywhere, I expect more from a dealership where I spend a lot of money.

The waiting area is clean, television playing, and a nice area to read or work while you wait for your car. Tri-County Ford in Mabank, Texas is awesome. They have been servicing my vehicles for years and always do a great job. Calling ahead allows them to select a good time for me to bring in my 2011 Flex so I want have to wait too long... very considerate of them. They are comfortably fast, thorough and professional. The staff at the Quick Lube are very courteous and they have excellent people skills. My family rides in that vehicle and when I drive off it is a great feeling to have solid confidence in the Tri-County Ford team. Thank you so much.

I called and spoke with Scott in the service department over the phone before bringing my truck in to have a remote start feature added to my 2012 F150. Scott was very friendly and helpful over the phone. He assured me it was no problem to bring my vehicle in to have the upgrade done. He said I could even wait because the process wouldn't take more than an hour to do. The truck was finished in no time and Chris from service delivered my vehicle to me and even took the time to make sure I understood how all the new features worked with my new added remote start. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership and I will definitely be back for any service or warranty repair work that may be needed on my vehicle in the future.

Tony, who is now the excellent manager of the Quick Lane department, was his usual happy and helpful self. My 2 vehicles are always in capable hands with Tony and his team. They explain any necessary extra maintenance or repairs in plain English, and I have never been advised to do unnecessary work. My wife took the vehicle in for an oil change. On the way the Engine light came on. The oil change people didn't notice it????? Or care??? When she asked about it they referred her to the service dept. Chris was extremely helpful and quick, very satisfied. It turned out to be a temp sensor that was covered under warranty. Less than 2 hours and it was ready to go. Stellar service from the Service Dept. Not so good from the Oil Change end. They wanted to rotate the tires and she told them "No, just an oil change" So that's what they did, nothing else, no check sheet where they checked the brakes, batteries, etc, nothing.

Tony the service manager explained the wear and tear to the brake pads in layman's terms. The replacement included an up-graded product; which he took extra time to fully explain. The parts were ordered and all repairs were completed by noon the next day [ as promised ]. The customer service was above average and the cost(s) seemed fair; I'm on a retirement/ senior citizen budget. Tony at service is to be highly commended for his extra effort in explaining the need for immediate repair; even though he was working by himself and eating his lunch at his work station. Thank you for local, rural competent service for my Lexus.

2006 Lincoln Towncar with lots of miles. I got there about 9:20 but did not leave until almost 12 noon. There were others ahead of me and I live out of town. People very nice, work preformed great but then I know nothing about a car. Oil change, tires rotated and my battery tested low so got a new one. Should be fine for a long time yet. They have been taking care of my car for 7 years.
