I HATE buying cars. That said, Kurt was my sales consultant. He came in on his day off to insure I was treated to a very professional experience. He knew the car I wanted to see and it was parked at the entrance door on my arrival. Every step of the experience, the test drive, negotiation, detailing on the car, mechanical review, orientation to the car's features (Prius), financing and the ultimate purchase was seamless and beyond exceptional. A very rare experience in today's rush about marketplace. I would suggest anyone to go to this friendly and very professionally operated dealership. Ask for Kurt and you will not be disappointed. I drove 1.5 hours each way so that is a testament to their offer and professionalism. In addition, their online inventory was accurate. Most dealerships where I found similar cars had sold their inventory and it still showed as available DAYS or WEEKS after it was sold. Not so at this dealership. Shop for your vehicles here.... you won't be disappointed.

Brandon was awesome and got me into a really nice car for an excellent price! Repair services however are sub par, the detailing department is just plain lazy! I told general manager (Mike) with no response, so you might need your car cleaned after you buy! Brandon was wonderful and got me a reclean which I'm pretty sure they took it on and didn't do anything. Oh else well I love my car. I love my prius!

Mike Raucci is an excellent and professional business man. I bought my Camry from them back in Feb 2015 and in my 23 years of buying experience, I haven't come across a gentleman who treats his customers as a family and not money. He installed brand new tires on my car, even though they could last another year and half, the car had two back seat headrests missing which I had discovered a month later, he ordered all three of them (Brand new) for me, I am a really picky guy when it comes to my vehicle. After picking up the vehicle, my sales person Dylan Guido, who is another great sales person, called me to ask me if I was enjoying my vehicle, to which I said that, I want it detailed, even though it was clean, he had it detailed. These people made me feel that I am a part of their immediate family, and not just another number. Whatever, I felt like was necessary, was done without even asking. I think the world needs more people like Mike and his group of talented sales and service people. I would not just recommend, but deeply persuade anyone, who wants to buy a Toyota or any other car that you like on their lot. You will be highly satisfied.

My 2008 Toyota RAV4, the second pre-owned vehicle I've purchased from New Country Toyota of Clifton Park, had an engine failure that required a new block and rebuilding of the engine. I had the vehicle less than a year and had been getting it serviced at New Country. Despite that it was no longer covered by warranty, New Country put in a new block and rebuilt the engine at no cost to me. While it was being repaired, New Country provided a loaner vehicle also at no cost. In addition, New Country provided a 1-year, 36,000 mile warranty on the rebuilt engine. This dealership needs to be recognized for its commitment to its customers and its focus on their satisfaction as the driving principle behind doing business. I would recommend to people of the Capital District who are looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to begin their shopping at New Country.

The best experience I had looking for a used vehicle was at Toyota of Clifton Park. I found them the most pleasant and honest. They carefully walk you through their pricing and the money for your trade. I test drove cars and exchanged many e-mails with the salesman Blake Campbell. I was being picky in exactly what used vehicle I wanted. He was very patient, professional and polite. Even though I found the "exact" car I was looking for through cars.com at another dealership, he thanked me for the opportunity to work with me. If you aren't as picky as I was, I highly recommend dealing with Blake and the sales manager. Not pushy at all. You'll get the best deal there.

I was looking to buy a Tacoma for a while now, and decided to stop by at Clifton Park Toyota because its close by and I see only good reviews about it..., I found the truck and I spoke with Mark and all was good until we sat down and talked my trade 08 Scion TC in and their 11 Tacoma. After couple of days we talked again, negotiate the prices for both vehicles his exact word were: "we are not a restaurant like Mcdonalds or Burger King where we can negotiate the prices." I couldn't be more satisfied with the services we received at Toyota of Clifton Park. We had such a horrible experience with a similar dealership in another city that we honestly did not want to come up here. A friend referred us to Michael Kawola and told us of his great experience with this salesman. We gave it a shot and we're so glad we did! Michael Kawola and his manager Michael Raucci gave us such great services. These men were patient with us, tended to our concerns with our last dealership experience, and completely boosted our confidence with car shopping. Whenever I've visited a dealership in the past, I would typically go when I knew they would be closed so I wouldn't get hastled by the sales people, but because a friend recommended this dealership to me, I took a chance and went during business hours. Much to my surprise, I was not hastled in the least. Throughout the process of finding a new vehicle, I can honestly say I never felt any pressure from Mike. He patiently answered every question I asked and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I felt like he was more concerned about me being pleased rather than just making a sale for himself and that meant a lot.

I was looking for a new car and thought I'd look at a Prius C. The salesman, Don Rougia, was very helpful and understanding as he told me all about the Prius C. I've never driven a hybrid car before, so this was all new to me. The whole process of test driving and buying my Prius C was very easy. Was in a bit of a bind car-wise, and after planning on purchasing from a number of other local dealerships I decided to come to New Country for a visit. I was immediately greeted by my salesmen Mark McGann who seemed very eager to help on a personal level, trying to understand my transportation needs. Based on my budget and the need for a reliable automobile, Mark suggested leasing and went over some options for Toyotas 2014 line of vehicles. Although originally not preferring to lease, Mark helped me understand the process a little more, and the advantages to it (for myself personally) rather than buying. I was quickly sent in the direction of a 14' Corolla which seemed perfect, and right in line with the budget I was looking into spending monthly if I were to buy used. After a quick run of my credit and going over some options, I decided to go with the lease route. Mark went out of his way on his day off so that I had a vehicle to get me to work, and I was able to drive away in my brand new Corolla the very next day. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, especially after visiting so many of the so called local "competitors." Who would have thought buying a car from 300 miles away could be so easy? Nichole Cercowski and the crew at Toyota made renewing my lease from all the way out in Buffalo so simple. She emailed me all of the documents and information that I needed (in a very timely manner), I sent it back, and that was that! I was driving my new Rav 4 a few days later. The first thing you notice is that the facility is warm, welcoming and clean. My salesperson was Mark McGann and he was terrific. I had a very specific timeline that i needed to meet and Mark and Michael Raucci made sure that they met that timeline. In fact, they beat the date promised by almost a week!! No one enjoys the process of discussing price of a new vehicle or arguing over the cost of a trade-in. With Mark, i never felt pressured into making a decision or hurried. He understands that purchasing a new vehicle is a big decision and allows the customer to go through the process at his/her own pace. Mark made sure I understood every aspect of the deal and that I was completely happy before signing on the dotted line. I felt the deal that I got was very fair. Mark is a very personable and patient, young man. I would encourage anyone interested in buying a car to come to Toyota of Clifton Park and definitely seek out Mark! I've been to other Toyota dealerships in the Capital District - Toyota of Clifton Park is the best!!

My wife and I have purchased many new and some used vehicles in our lives. The experience we had with our sales associate Nichole at Clifton Park Toyota blew us away. We purchased a used 2011 Highlander and we received amazing customer sales service and post sales service too!! Nichole set up the appointment to install side body molding and a few other items AFTER we purchased the car and kept us in the communication loop before and during our appointment. Until working with Nichole I have never had a dealer give me updates before the work started and while the work was ongoing to let us know exactly when the car would be ready. It was so nice not to have to chase down a dealership to figure out what was going on with my vehicle. She even topped off the gas tank after the work was complete and this was one week after we purchased the vehicle!! Wow! Most sales associates walk away from you after they received their sale but not Nichole. All of the staff were so friendly and professional I will not bother to look to buy our future vehicles anywhere else. Used or new, I will contact Nichole for our next vehicle. Toyota management better hold on to Nichole and promote her soon because she is fantastic!!! P.S., we are not related to Nichole!

After we purchased the car we have had almost nothing but unsatisfactory service from the day we took delivery until now. We paid for the VIP service and when attempting to use it were told others had priority over us and that we arrived to late to receive it although my wife arrived early and was informed later that she should not have been treated that way. We were told we were overcharged and would receive a refund at purchase signing which took awhile to receive and only after we repeatedly made the request. it took until after the initial tags had expired to receive the new plates even though we made repeated requests and were told it would not be a problem and then found out the tags had been there for a few days. I could go on with many more examples including we never received the survey either from New Country or Toyota post purchase. We will not come back again to New Country in Clifton Park and once the VIP period which we paid for is complete, with services done at Saratoga, we will not go back to any local Toyota dealerships. It is very discouraging as we have been long time Toyota customers and until recently moving here and purchasing our Toyota we had been satisfied even with the rash of Toyota recalls and issues over the past few years. With this extremely poor service, no willingness to be heard either by New Country ownership or Toyota we will seriously reconsider purchasing future Toyotas.

Our family car broke down and we had no way to get to dealership. So we attempted a sale over phone. Darren Dodge offered to pick us up to get everything done. I have never heard anything like it. Contacted through cars.com, set up an appointment, when I arrived the sales guy had taken another customer. Had to wait 2 hours to drive the car and then filled out financial papers. 3 days later I called , they hadn't even run my credit yet. Said they would get on it right away. 7 days later. Still hadn't had time to run my credit. Today is 10 days. I've given up on them.

Mark was very polite. We needed a lower monthly payment and he explained how leasing could help us. Never pushy and was patient with us. Took us two visits to decide and asked him a million questions. Very nice young man and will tell our friends.

Mark McGann was everything I could of asked for in a sales associate. He made me feel right at home and quite comfortable as well. Mr. McGann made me feel like part of the family, which I am happy to say I have become part of the Toyota family. He was also very accomidating to my step father who was just out of surgery and made sure that he was comfortable and had a good secure chair to sit in. Mark made it seem as if he really wanted me to be in the new vehichle of my choice and went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my experience. This is my second car purchashing experience my first was through foggs automotive and it was a nightmare. Recently I stopped in at the New Country Toyota of Clifton Park. As soon as I arrived I was greeted warmly by the salesman Mark. He was very professional, friendly and answered all my questions with ease. He took me on a tour of the facility and showed me their inventory everything from used to brand new. I test drove the Camry which is an awesome vehicle, but after speaking with Mark about my future financial goals he showed me the Prius Plug-in. After going on a test drive it was simple this was the car for me! Averaging about 90mpg it was clear that this was the vehicle of my choice. Mark was very helpful with assisting me with my trade in and any other questions and concerns I had about the vehicle. It came with a great rebate and I will soon be on my way to saving lots of money in gas mileage. The financial manager Jared was extremely courteous as well and I know he played a big part in helping me get the vehicle. Overall the staff, facility, and over all atmosphere at Toyota of Clifton Park is top notch! Just wanted to say thanks again to all those involved.

It was my sisters first time buying a car. Mark made the experience not like your typical car sales experience. Mark is very personable and helpful. Kevin Marinello was extremely knowledgeable and asked questions about what I wanted rather than "sell" me on what a particular car could afford me. Low keyed but very attentive. Tim Curley, Finance manager explained the options I could take advantage of to protect myself and my new car. He just explained the features and benefits of Toyota's options. No pushy technique, just educational. It was refreshing. This was the first time I had been to New Country. It took a while for me to find them and now that I have, I'll be back. I got a good feeling when I walked in but felt better when I walked out with my new car. Well done Kevin and Tim.

I'm a college student and while I was at school my car at home broke down. This left me with no car for the summer. We told Nichole Cerkowski who is a new dealer at the company that we were on the look for a car. When I arrived home on May 14th, she was in my driveway not even 2 hours later with a car for me to look at. She has an amazing bubbly personality and will do her best to make your experience as great as possible. The dealership has very good customer service also. I had a minor issue with the car that needed repairing and was able to get it fixed quickly and efficiently. I went into the car dealer on Saturday morning with our twin daughters. Being that our children are young, they are very active and want to move onto the next thing right away. I went into New Country with hopes to identify a vehicle then work on the negotiations on another day with out the children. Nicole (Sales Representative) promptly treated us. She not only was extremely informative and helpful, but paid attention to our children and made them a part of the process. To my knowledge, Nicole is a newer team member to New Country. I am not sure where she was recruited from or her background but anyone that is able to streamline a car buying process and gets your children involved is a great asset. We will definitely be referring business to Nicole. I noticed after the receipt of the vehicle that it had some flaws. I contacted Nicole and right away she set up an appointment for me. I recently leased a 2013 Camry and had the best experience. I cam in on a Saturday and drove away with my new vehicle the following Friday. This dealership goes above and beyond with their customer service! I managed to get a screw in my tire on a Saturday. I went to another dealership and they refused to read my contract and said I would have to pay for the tire and hope they would reimburse me on Monday. I called Mike the GM of New Country of Clifton Park and he gave me his personal cell phone number and paid for my tire on his personal credit card so I would not have to drive my three children around in an unsafe vehicle. Dear Toyota of Clifton Park, Im writing to express my appreciation for one of your team members, Autumn Dennis. Over the course of a few weeks I visited multiple dealerships to shop the Tundra Double Cab. Ive also had a few conversations with different dealerships that were out of state. In total, I interacted with six different sales associates and Autumn was hands down the most professional individual I dealt with. Her obvious enjoyment of her job combined with a genuine interest to help me was refreshing. When shopping for vehicles I have a unique situation to consider. My driveway involves a constriction where it passes between a retaining wall and a porch. Its similar to the shape of an hourglass. Autumn helped me measure the Tundra Double Cabs dimensions but I still wasnt convinced it would fit. I couldnt imagine buying the truck and not being able to get it the driveway. Autumns solution was simple she offered to bring the truck to our house and see how it fit. The fact that she did this on her day off is even more impressive to me. Ive been a loyal Toyota fan since I bought my 1989 4Runner decades ago. Ive always held to the fact that Toyota strives for excellence and I believe Autumn does too. We were specificay looking for a Toyota Corolla. Since we had previously purchased a Toyota Camry from Clifton Park Toyota, we didn't go to any other dealership. Our salesman, Paul Calo, was wonderful. He was not the least bit pushy (which we absolutely hate in a car salesman). He explained everything to us in a knowlegeable way. They didn't have the color car we wanted so he went and found one for us. Overall it was a pleasant experience. We would definitely go back there next time we are in the market for a new car.

I shopped with five different Toyota dealers getting the best deal for my trade-in and on a new Camry Hybrid. The new car shopping was done on an apples to apples comparison and Toyota of Clifton Park couldn't be beat. And believe one dealership really tired hard! The other three not so much. You really have to shop around and I did. Paul Calo and the Sales Manager really went the extra mile. They impressed me from the start. We came late and it was dark and raining out and when we got there they pulled the new car inside so we could look at it in good lighting where it was warm and dry! Never had that done before. Every challenge I gave them, they met. Great dealership.

Mike Raucci made my car buying experience the easiest I have ever had! While I was deployed in Kuwait he got a car in that I ABSOLUTELY had to have - Mike took the car off the sales lot and kept it for me until I got home. Within 3 days of arriving home Paul had my car ready for pick up and I was driving my new car off the lot. BIG thanks to Mike and Paul for helping make my buying experience as easy as it could be during/after my deployment. She has excellent customer service skills and amazing knowledge of her product and is new with the Toyota dealership. What did I have before my 2013 Corolla? A 1997 Corolla. I have had numerous encounters at Toyota of Clifton Park; between referring people and purchasing/leasing vehicles. I have never felt more at home while trying to find the right vehicle. The general manager (Mike Raucci), financial manager (Jared Wilson), and sales associate (Paul Calo) that I had were excellent on all levels. I live about 25 miles south of the dealership but refuse to go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle or have service done.

Have bought every car I have owned From Toyota of Clifton Park since 2006. None of the back and forth haggling that goes on at other dealerships. If they don't have the exact car you want they will do an extensive search to find it. They will also have aftermarket remote car starters, and leather seats installed as part of the deal included in your warranty!

My wife and I had a great experience at the dealership when we went looking for a used Rav4. No one was intimidating, pushy, or rude. We had Autumn as our sales rep. and she was great! We ended up purchasing a 2010 Rav4 and love it! However there was two major components that went bad since buying it in November, it was a good thing we paid for the extra powertrain warranty. The entire process of all the paperwork was smooth. They also did a great job with the detailing. She looked sharp until she hit our dirt roads. I Purchased Vehicles From Other Capital District Dealers. Sales People Would Close The Deal & If I Had A Complaint, Several Times I'd Go Back & They Didn't Seem To Take The Time To Assist Me. Than One Day I Stopped At A Dealership In Latham, Just To Look Around. Out Of Nowhere Out Comes A Guy Named Mike Raucci. A Great Handshake, Smile And He Asked If He Could Help Me. Asked Me If I'd Like A Coffee, Asked Me What Price Range I Wanted, & What Vehicle I Was Interested In. He Wasn't Pushy Like Others I Had Dealt With. He Told Me To Relax & Take My Time. He Left Me Alone For A Little While, And Told Me To Sit In A Few & Come Over To His Nearby Cubicle If I Had Questions Or If I Picked Out A Vehicle. I Was Comfortable, And Spent Some Time In One Vehicle. He Kept An Eye On Me, And Came Over To Me. He Said YOU Like That One, Don't You Mr. O'Keefe. I Said Yes I Do. I'll Be Back Tomorrow. It Was Like 8PM, And Mike Said, 'Want To Take It For A Spin', I Said I'd Love To But It's Late And You Probably Want To Get Home. He Said, I'll Get The Keys. He Came With Me, And I Didn't Wait 'Till Tomorrow, I Purchased It Right Then & There. He Called Me Several Times, Asking If I & My Wife Were Happy With The Vehicle? A Couple Times I Didn't Call Ahead For An Appointment As I Was Very Busy At Work. I Called Mike And He Sent Someone To My Place Of Employment Both Times, When I Finished Work My Auto Was In Our Parking Lot, All Serviced. Than He Went With Another Dealership. After Showing All That Professionalism, We Followed Him Right Up To Now at Toyota Of Clifton Park, An Establishment That Has Really Blossomed With The Leadership Of Mr. Raucci. Toyota & Raucci Is A Magical Combination. ( Their Theme Is Helping The Community ). I Trade Every 3 Years, And After Witnessing The Satisfaction I've Been Experiencing, My Adult Children & Grand Children Deal With Mike. So Glad I Went To Latham That Day.
