I walked into the dealership unsure if I would find anything I liked, and very nervous about trading in my old Mini Cooper I loved for a new lease. Every single person I spoke to was super nice, answered all my questions, and helped me find a perfect car! They gave me a great trade-in offer and made the lease process super easy! My salesperson, Garrett, couldn’t have been more helpful! He was so kind and patient, and made me feel so much more at ease. I had told him I wanted something on the smaller side like the Mini, something easy to park, and most importantly reliable, and he found me a perfect Corolla hatchback! The dealership was super efficient, and made the whole process seamless! I highly recommend Towne Toyota!

I had an amazing experience buying a car from Fred today. He really took the time to go over my options and discuss which cars might be a good fit for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy something - it was clear that he wanted to make sure I was comfortable and making a purchase I felt good about. He even double-checked that I was sure I was ready for them to run my credit and gave me good advice re: building my credit score! The whole process was easy thanks to his help and knowledge. Sergio in finance was personable and thorough as well. Thanks for helping me find and purchase the right car for me!

Not only great vehicles, but always a wonderful experience with the staff. Fred H. is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to leasing new Toyota’s. They do their best to make the process as quick and painless as possible, unlike some other dealers I’ve dealt with in the past. We’re on our third lease with them now and we’ll keep going back. Thank you for keeping it honest. Update: Gladly ended up back at Toyota sooner than expected. Family is getting bigger and I was already looking to upgrade to a bigger truck. Fortunately Rich reached out to me with some great incentives I had no idea about and Fred H. was able to get me into an incredible deal with my new Tundra sooner than I had expected. Not only do they have the best trucks in my opinion, but a great staff to move them. Always glad to do business with Towne Toyota. Quick, easy, and always satisfactory.

Update: I just bought another new new car from Towne from Fred H. These guys are the BEST!!! Super fast and seamless. Towne Toyota is, hands down, the best dealership around!! Frank G, Fred and Marinda were absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help me get out of my Nissan and into a brand new 2017 Corolla. The whole Towne team is fabulous. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

This dealership is phenomenal. I never take time to do these reviews, but I made an exception for them. Matt D was fantastic. The entire process was efficient, honest, and fully transparent. I left there enjoying my new Tacoma and not questioning anything that occurred. Price breakdown, payment options, available vehicles, everything was clearly laid out. I have never enjoyed the process of going to dealerships, but I left Towne Toyota knowing I was taken care of. Thank you and we will be back when my wife is due for a new lease!
