I purchased my 2016 Maxima at Town Center Nissan in June 2015 and have exclusively taken it to the dealership for service since. In the past I have never had vehicles serviced at the dealership because I expected very high prices for service. Town Center Nissan has absolutely changed my mind. The fees are very competitive. In fact, I recently had all four tires replaced a the dealership and was shocked at the low cost. While the reasonable cost for service has been a pleasant surprise, I've been overwhelmed by the high level of service I receive every time I take my vehicle in for service. The service advisers are wonderful about communicating service needs and options. Everyone I've encountered at Town Center Nissan has also been so friendly and helpful!

I recently bought my Leaf and took it in to have a couple of recalls done on it. Service was fine. But then literally within a few days I was contacted via email regarding an additional service I "was due for"- changing the brake fluid. Well, it was frustrating to have just been at the service center only to have to turn around and schedule another day and time to take the car in. I would've preferred better communication with that. This is the first car where I have had to get my service done at a dealership as opposed to an off-site mechanic. The stereotype is that you pay more at the dealership for the same work, so I'm a little skeptical of getting the work done there, but I have no choice since I have the Leaf and no one else knows the EV needs. I have found that calling in to make an appt is a little frustrating, and unorganized. I would like better info to know how long the service takes, etc.

Bought my altima from the Nissan dealership in Kennesaw, it was my first time owning a car of my own and they made the process easy and made me feel at home. Staff is outrageously kind and friendly. I would highly recommend it to a friend or anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I purchased a "certified new" 2015 Nissan Armada from Town Center Nissan. In my case, the GM Rick Mathis and salesman Revay Shaw were only interested in making the sale and not providing stellar post-purchase customer service as they boastfully claimed. I had warranty issues after I purchased the car and I experienced dishonest, disrespectful, and discourteous service from these 2 individuals. I have made official complaints about my service but have received no response from the dealership. I will never buy another car from this dealership as long as these 2 are still there.

Tried to buy "ad car" but they said I didn't qualify. They added a $995 dealer fee and took back one of my rebates in the finance office. Tried to cancel worthless extended coverage and they never submitted the paperwork. Very crooked place to do business with. I'll never buy another car from these people ever again. STAY AWAY!!!

I am well pleased with the service on all levels at Nisson at Town Center. Every one there is polite and efficient. Coffee is read while you wait and a t.v. and your time goes by a little easier. Every one there treated me kindly and respectfully and I told them so at the time of my service. Car repairs are necessary from time to time and this facility tries hard to make you happy and comfortable. Everyone is polite and to me efficient. Thanks for taking care of me Pat Napolitano

I brought my 2006 Nissan X-Terra to the Kennesaw location for the second time after spending quite a bit of money on repairs. Rich was made aware of the problem after previously communicating with Dominique. I met Rich at the service desk when I arrived that morning for repairs to be done on my vehicle. He was very prompt in arranging for a vehicle for me to use while mine was being repaired. He called and informed me of the status of my vehicle and made arrangements for test drives to be done over a couple of days to try and resolve the problem. I must say, I was treated very well in a timely manner, and your service personnel, especially Rich, were caring and professional.

Great customer service; however, wish service staff would be more upfront as to how long procedures would take place. Was told oil change and recall fix would take less than 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I noticed my car was still sitting in initial service area. Finally got out over 11/2 hours. Really like dealing with TC Nissan, but this wait time was a little much!

Went to take a look at an Xterra this deanship had for sale. Very obvious the car had been completely flooded ..... sand, grit, dirt, and rust in every nook and cranny in the car ... even the ceiling. I'm fairly certain there are laws against knowingly selling flood damaged cars. Obviously these guys don't think laws apply to them.

Bait and switch at its worst. Run don't walk away. We had an agreement with Truecar and their Truecar rep said she would honor it. We got to the dealership to test drive and do the paperwork. The Truecar rep handed us over to their(sic) sales manager. He preceded to get us a sales rep. We test drove and go to the cube. The sales manager comes in and can't find my folder with the information and starts banging on the computer adding options. He comes up with a $2000 higher price than the Truecar quote. What a ****. Told him no and stick it. I know a bait and switch when I see it. Will file a complaint with BBB. You can count on it. Stay away from this dealership.

I sold cars years ago and they suckered me in. Advertised Versas for $9998. So I called and, "Yes we have a white one and a gray one." I said, "Great, I'll be there in 20 minutes, hold the white one and I'll take it." Arrived and they gave the tour of the all the the more expensive Versas and of course they couldn't find the $9998 Versas but could give me a great price on one of the others. Come to find they had sold those yesterday. I even told the person on the phone I had my checkbook and if they didn't have them on the lot I didn't want to waste my time. Liars like the rest just to get you in and try to talk you into something you don't want. Won't be back to Town Center Nissan

Have purchased four vehicles from Town Center. On the latest service visit I had inquired about the brakes needing service. Dom was honest and told me that there is still life left in them and that there was no immediate need to address them. I tend to believe other service providers may have just replaced them instead of suggesting that I wait a bit longer. This is the kind of service that will ultimately provide Town Center with my next new car purchase.

The dealership phone system is completely useless I tried to call the dealership no less than 15 times on 3 different phones in hopes of them to be able to hear me on the phone. All I received was a bunch of "hello, hello, hello" with a hang up as if I was on mute. I then was able to finally reach a sales associate on his cell phone. I asked about 2 different advertised specials and what he had in inventory on each. He was unable to answer any of my questions, and not once did he offer to check the inventory log for the dealership which would have easily provided him with the answers I was seeking. Completely unimpressed and discouraged with the lack of customer service, especially after being a repeat Nissan consumer. I hope others have a better experience than me

My husband and I simply wanted to see the new Murano but weren't necessarily ready to make a purchase. We went in on a Saturday afternoon, and were met by the Sales Person who directed us and was there to help but not pushy. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the vehicle and we indicated exactly what we needed to be able to make the deal. The Revay Shaw took the appropriate information and came back to us relatively quickly and provided us with a deal that worked for all of us. No back and forth or the expected "let me check with my manager" games. We were in and out with our new car in about three hours. There was a problem with the financing and ultimately we had to go back to the dealership to re-sign documents. Something that could have been very unpleasant because the financing changed, ended up being most pleasant and I can't be happier with the result. I purchased my first Murano in 2004 at this same dealership and many of the same employees are still at this dealership which is also assuring. Two of the service men that I used previously, are still there as well. I LOVED my first Murano and am so happy to have my new one. My son also purchased his first "real car" at this dealership several years ago. Nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.

Since the purchase of my Nissan Sentra I have always had excellent service no matter what i needed at this Dealership. From day one until now and very recent I have had many oil changes tires and many other services I have always enjoyed going there. I'm a first time Nissan owner and have been very impressed with my Murano. I needed to get a regular car maintenance check and took my car to the Town Center Nissan Dealership. I was able to get in and out quickly (even without making a appointment). I thought it would take longer because I was a walk in, but I was pleasantly surprised by their quickness. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The service person who assisted me gave me a detailed explanation of everything that was checked on my car. I am one very happy and satisfied client. My experience was with the service dept. I was very warmly greeted upon my arrival to have a major repair on my automobile. The service rep was very nice. The personnel from the dept. who provided a free auto rental for the time my automobile was being repaired was very pleasant. The owner of the dealership passed by and was very personable..everyone I had contact with..I felt they went the extra mile to ensure my complete experience was very positive. I have been to the service department several times with my Nissan Quest, Every time the guys take great care of my car and save me money from what other dealerships and repair shops offer. The last time I went in I was concerned about the battery. Another place was going to charge me for a new one, but Town Center Nissan looked up the info on the battery, saw that it was under warranty and replaced it for free. I plan on getting my 100,000 mile service on the van in the next month. It is great that I can take it to a dealership where I am confident they will resolve my issues.

As a new mom I don't have time to sit for oil changes that take forever. Whenever I get my oil changed they are always quick. I also was super impressed by the service I got when I pulled in to get my oil changed! They were extremely caring and helpful! I left my bottles in the car and one of the men who worked there got them for me while I waited. It also stated raining and they pulled the car around for me and in the garage so I didn't have to get wet with my baby. My floors are always vacummed when they return my car. For these reasons I will continue to get my cars and oil changed from town center Nissan!

I came in to compare a used Ford and Chevy cargo vans to a new Nissan NV. I found out that for just a couple of thousand dollars more I could buy a brand New Nissan NV with warrenty or a 2 yr old Ford or Chevy cargo van. We were met with a warm greeting as soon as we arrived. Every single person we talked to was glad to see us. We were helped by the sales manager to find the right used car for my wife. They even searched their fresh trade-ins to find the right sedan. The finance department then worked with us until we were completely comfortable with our purchase. Anytime I stop in for service or a simple part I'm always greeted graciously by the team at Town Center Nissan. Fresh coffee, WiFi, fast and convenient service are just some of the ways they provide exceptional service. I leased my first Sentra from Town Center Nissan in 2012 and liked it so much I leased another simultaneously. My needs have changed since then, bigger kids, ballet, gymnastics, family vacations, etc. A great inventory, attractive pricing and onsite financing allowed for me to buy a used 2013 Quest which has made family outings much more enjoyable. Also, my 2012 Sentra has been so reliable commuting to and from work for the last 4 years that buying it at the end of the lease was a no brainer. Thanks, Greg

When we drove into the parking lot we had people greet us and then a friend saw us and said you have to meet Aziz- he's great and has helped us here several times. We meet briefly with Aziz and then he found the vehicle we were interested in; took us out on a test drive. He also left us alone to really look over the car ourselves and this gave us the needed time to process whether or not this was the best fit for us. We so appreciated that he valued us having time to talk and make sure this was the best for us.Once we decided the car was the right fit, the process went smoothly and we found ourselves in a new car. Aziz was wonderful in helping us see all the features as we test drove and then helped us after purchase to understand things and offered for us to call or stop by anytime with any questions.

Walked on the lot, just wanting to take a look at what Nissan Town Center had to offer. Had phenomenal service from Felix Castillo and ended my day by driving off in a 2014 Nissan Sentra! Please dont do buisness with Town Center Nissan I have been a buyer twice and was told each time that if I referred someone I would receive a referral fee. I have refered 7 buyers in the last year and a half to the same salesman his name is AZIZ. I have spoke to him many times and each time I am told the checks will be coming. They have not, not one. I cant speak for other Towncenter Nissan buisness practices but if they fail in this area so terribly I would suspect other poor buisness practices.

I bought my first Nissan from Town Center back in 2013. It was a Nissan Versa and I LOVE it! The dealership made my experience seamless. I was in and out in less than 2 hours from start to finish! We took our car in for repairs from a minor accident on 7/7/15. My insurance company issued this dealership a check for $914.73 on 7/26/15. On 8/20/15, the car was FINALLY READY, and Dominique told my wife we had to pay in full because they had not received payment from our insurance. On 8/27/15, I left a message on Julie Ann's ( in charge of accounts payable ) voicemail with all the pertinent information including my cell number requesting that she look into this and call me back. It's now 9/1/15, and I'm still waiting for someone from this dealership to call me. After contacting State Farm, I was notified the dealership cashed the check on 8/31/15. We made several phone calls and 2 visits to the dealership, but nobody attempted to return our money.

We were on vacation and our truck started running rough. We looked on the web and found the closest Nissan dealership, which was the service center at Town Center Nissan. We had taken very good care of our vehicle (in fact, we had it serviced a week before we left on vacation) and we loved the truck. We were even planning on buying a new Nissan truck when this one needed to be retired. Town Center Nissan misdiagnosed the problem as faulty ignition coils. Immediately after the repair the truck was still running rough. The dealership stated the problem now was a blocked catalytic converter. They stated that they did not have parts on hand to replace the catalytic converter but they could just clear the blockage and it would be fine for us to continue to our destination and then return home where we could schedule the repair. They were wrong! By continuing to drive the vehicle it ruined the engine. When we confronted the dealership, they told us it was not their fault. In our attempts to try and resolve the problem, they refuse to take responsibility. Do not trust this dealership!

there is a recall on 2009 altima. steering column lock.. i have been trying to get an appointment since 8/4/15. i have spoke to everyone in the service department. the first person told me to bring it in on sat. to evaluate. he would have a service wrighter call me. never called. i called the next day thay said they dont do that work on sat. let me talk to your boss. he said we dont do that kind of work on sat. i said let me talk to the manager. not here. i lert a message to call me back. still havent heard from him. called back said let me talk to the branch manager. not in. left message for kent grant still havent heard from him. then i get a letter in the mail from town center on the 7th telling me about the recall and how i didnt respond to the last notice they sent me. i didnt even buy my car there. i didnt respond to the recall i got from nissan because they just said it was just a part that was over oiled.i am going to trade my car in. In nov. for a new one and it will not be at town center nissan. THANKS FOR YOUR CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

I only gave one star because I had too to write the review. This was the worst experience I've had trying to buy a new car. The sales staff was very rude and unprofessional. The customer service was horrible. As a returning customer, I expected more. I would not recommend this dealership unless you want to overpay for a vehicle and get low balled in your trade in. I had secured my own financing and they were basically just trying to max out the loan value instead of trying to negotiate a deal that I was comfortable with. The salesperson's name is not listed as an option but his name was Nick Pullano. He basically told me to take my business elsewhere and that's what I did. Furthermore, the vehicle I came for in the beginning was not even there in the beginning after I was told on the phone it was. Then, he came back and later said it was.

I arrived at 8:02 for a simple oil change and to have my tire pressure checked. I was not seen to have my car sent for service until 8:36. There is no need to have two lanes if the sevice staff are only going to serve one lane over the other. All of the Nissan customer's time is precious however, their actions indicate differently. I proactively planned accordingly to avoid the long wait period expected on a Saturday but it appears to no avail. The service staff member added insult to injjury by telling me that the sevice department has a "first come, first serve" policy. I was first before 4 other customers. I am very frustated and down right disappointed in my experience here. Your website states that your customers receive exceptional service here at Towncenter... I think you need to update your Mission Statement because that definately is not my experience.

We were traveling thorough Georgia on I-75 when our truck started to misfire and the check engine light came on. We took our vehicle and the diagnosis was bad ignition coils. We paid close to $1200.00 to have the coils and plugs replaced. After picking up our vehicle we got about a mile or two away from the dealership when our vehicle started acting up again. The diagnosis this time was the rear catalytic converter was obstructed and both converters on the passenger would need to be replaced. Unfortunately the service department did not have parts on hand but the service advisor told us he could have a mechanic remove the obstruction in the catalytic converter to get us back on the road and we could have the replacement done when we got home. The service advisor reiterated several times that the vehicle would be safe to drive. Unfortunately that was not the case as that catalyst material they tried to remove made its way through the exhaust manifold and throughout the engine destroying our engine. Now dealer states they are not at fault and advised us against driving the vehicle. Very dishonest and I could not recommend this service department to anyone, ever.

I bought a used car from this dealership in March 2015. I loved the car I thought it was perfect! They had the oil changed 2 days right after I purchased the car (no charge). Everything was fine, I took it to get another oil change the following month and after the oil was changed I was told that everything was "just fine with the car" not even a week later the oil light started blinking on and off. A mechanic checks the oil and tells me there is too much oil in the car. So I took it back to Towncenter Nissan and someone tells me it just needs an oil change AGAIN. I was charged for another oil change, mind you I just had my oil changed not even 2 weeks in. So after that about a week or so later I take my car out of town and the engine light comes on and its hard to accelerate. I took it to a local Nissan dealer and they tell me my car was low on transmission fluid and missing a 1/2 qt. of oil, also told me my transmission has gone out. I had to tow my car back to GA. I took my car to Towncenter Nissan as soon as I got back told them the problem and they told me it would cost $2000 to fix, BUT I would only have to pay half of that and they would also cover the cost of having it towed. I only had the car for about 2 months, not even!!! Its been in the shop for exactly a month now. I have never received a call for an update or anything. I had to call multiple times and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was told that I would receive calls back and no one ever called back. My car is finally done and I still don't have it. I get to the dealer to pick up my car and they don't even know were my keys are, also tells me that it is $2000 to get even after speaking with a sells men about the same matter for the past month!! they tell me they know nothing about the price adjustment and act like I'm just making all this information up. Then I was told that I have to return on Monday because they have to have a general manager adjust the price. Which should've been taken care of the whole month my car had been in the shop. Now watch Monday come and I won't receive a call or any update about my car. I've been given the run around and I think this is just very unfair. Everyone is VERY NASTY at this place, and there was no kind of empathy or customer service demonstrated! when I get my car back I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE FOR SERVICES AGAIN!!!

We bought our Nissan two years ago from Town Center Nissan, it was a great experience! We live in another county and have been getting our maintenance from a local company... until we needed a brake job. We brought our van to the dealership to get our tires and brakes fixed. We had a great experience, again! Dominique took great care of me, I had to go back to work and he set me up with a rental car for the day. The guys that worked in the area were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We will be bringing our van back for all of our maintenance needs from now on!

If you go here to buy a car you have to be fully prepared to face the fact that they will treat you like dirt. I've been to several dealerships and stopped in this one to TEST DRIVE a truck for research matters for my next purchase and was never afforded the opportunity to do so. All they wanted to do is tell me my current truck had no resale value and I needed to run my credit to get numbers to buy a truck that they didn't even have on the lot. Even though in my experience, all trucks, 4x4 or not drive the exact same until you put it in 4wheel drive. I'm glad that I went to a different dealership and bought a car the next day. This dealership has lost another sale from me (this will be the second).I should have known better than to go to this dealership after my 3 year ban on them. Three years ago the service department tried to make me pay for a $1500 repair on my under warranty transmission. Needless to say after complaining to headquarters Nissan, printing a warranty booklet, and waiting 3 weeks it finally got fixed under warranty. Never again will I step foot in this dealership.

I'm not sure where the customers who gave Town Center Nissan great reviews were but I don't think we were at the same place. Don't go there. The boxes regarding customer service and buying process would not let me give anything less than Fair and the rating I would choose would be poor but it didn't give me that option.

Don't go there before going to other dealerships and prepare to do your home work to get the best deal. Be very careful of "Certified" pre owned. It is not what they appear to make it out to be. If you do buy "Certified" pre owned, do plan on leaving the dealership and going to get the oil changed that they said they had already done and new air filter and that is all I know of since I have not owned it a month yet. The extended warranty they "give" you cost around $1700. I made a bad decision, which I will own that. Just would like to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake.

Joshua Oyebode is rude and hostile if he does not close a sale. I personally witnessed Joshua bad-mouth Nissan customers who did not purchase vehicles from him but attempted to use the available Nissan chargers to charge their Nissan electric vehicles. When I visited the dealership at a later date to charge my Nissan Leaf and to discuss purchasing a new Nissan vehicle, Joshua was nasty to me. He discredits Town Center Nissan and promotes a negative image of the dealership. Joshua is very unprofessional.

I brought my vehicle in for a heater repair on a Friday, was called to pick it up later that day $500 later. I pick the vehicle up and it is still not blowing heat, so I bring it back Saturday morning, and they said they would look into it. They did give me a rental car which was nice, At 3:29 after not hearing from anyone I called and was told they ordered a part and should be here Monday. ( It would have been nice if someone told me instead of me having to call especially since I use a truck to make a living and as nice as it was to have a car I couldn't wok out it. So on Monday I finally here from someone at 2:51 telling me it needs a new heater box, but the good news was the $500 I already spent on the repair that was not need would be credited. The service adviser was suppose to check into when the part would arrive, as well as into getting me a truck to drive, never heard from him. At 5:33 I called to see what was found out and he had already gone home for the day. The other gentleman had no idea what was going on with my truck, but would check into getting me a truck to drive the next day since he was the one that wrote up mt service ticket. Tuesday comes, did not hear from anyone, Wednesday comes did not hear from anyone. Thursday I finally call at 7:18am and was told the part should be in today and they will try to get it fixed. Thursday 4:56pm truck is finished. Friday morning I go to pick up my truck and sit down with the service manager and explain all that has happened and my poor customer service experience. He ended up crediting me a little more than the first repair that did not fix it cost, which was what they were suppose to do already. That was the worst customer service experience of my life and to think we have bought over $70000 in vehicle with them. i will never go back.

After visiting three Nissan dealership in my area, all the dealership were either gave me high payment and did not care about me, all the salesmen was about, is to sell me a Leaf. I decided to travel one hour to Town center Nissan, Kennesaw, GA . On arrival at Town center Nissan, a salesman with a lovely foreign accent by the name of JOSHUA welcome me. He lead me to the showroom, and quickly offer me bottled cold water. He then ask me what brought me to Town center Nissan. I told him that I want to test drive Nissan Leaf. He then lead me to a Leaf, and ask me how many miles do I commute daily. when I told him the miles I drive per day, he told me that I qualify to buy/lease a Leaf. Joshua showed me the two quick charge, standard charge and explain in details how to charge and the hours per different charges. He also told me about the state and federal Tax incentive on Leaf. Now the fun part, I test drove the car, very quiet................. after my long test driving, I ask Joshua to show me lease payment. He put my info in Town center Nissan system , within 15 minutes, he came back with a lease payment for 24 month and 36 month. I told Joshua what payment I wanted to pay, he went back to his boss and make the deal happen. Joshua work out THE LOWEST LEASE PAYMENT FOR ME I AM A HAPPY NISSAN LEAF OWNER NOW. MY THANKS TO JOSHUA AND THE ENTIRE SALES MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I would give this place not 5 ....but 10 stars !!!On 7/22 I took delivery of my 2015 S with QC: - VPP 24 Month Lease, 12K miles, $312 due at signing which included registration/title fees, $395 disposition fees. Percy was very responsive and professional. Was accessible via phone and email throughout the day. Over the phone I told him my color preference, he had the car charged, cleaned and ready for me to pickup upon arrival. Prior to my arrival he asked me to complete the online application, so when I arrived, all the paperwork was ready! Even though the dealership is over 30 miles away from my home, delivery arrangements were made for that evening at 8:00 PM. The Finance team was very professional, didn't try to up-sell/x-sell me anything, but gave me great information about forms I needed to submit for the GA tax credit and procedure. Presented me with the documents containing the numbers agreed to.This is how a car buying/leasing experience should be !!![i]Lessons Learned:[/i] I reached out to the other (not Town center) allegedly largest Nissan dealership in the Southeast that is 3.4 miles from my house via phone and email, the sales team-members didn't return my calls. I called the next day and another sale team member said they were too busy with Leaf sales to call me back, wouldn't give me any lease numbers over the phone or via email, only received emails from their management team - "when can you come in". My daughter, who recently graduated college, was in the market for a new car. Her car was over 12 years old and had seen its better days. After shopping many makes and models, she decided a Nissan Altima was the one for her. I contacted several local Nissan dealers primarily by email and via their website. Several responses were received but the one dealership that really impressed was Town Center. And that was due to their internet representative, Nick Pullano. He never once rushed or pushed. Nick was extrememly professional, knowledgable, friendly without being aggressive. Other dealers who contacted me were pushy or did not even follow up at all. We worked out the pricing on email and via phone so the deal was done when we arrived. Nick made everything flow smoothly which was important since my daughter was buying her first car. We all know how intimidating that process can be. Bottom line, after a relatively short visit to the dealership, the deal was done. The color combo my daughter wanted was not in stock and had to be ordered from another dealership. No problem. Nick arranged for my daughter to have a "loaner" until her car was in. Two days later we picked up her new car and she was smiling ear to ear. If you are in the market for a new Nissan vehicle, I would recommend Town Center Nissan and be sure to ask for Nick Pullano. He made the whole experience enjoyable and my daughter simply loves her first brand new car. I give Nick 5 stars!!!

We felt very scammed and pressured. We went into this dealership to purchase a new car using Costco discount.We were never shown the "Costco" price, just fast talked into purchasing a certified pre-owned car, which we have neverdone in our 37 years of marriage. I admit it was very dumb on OUR part. We were given a very high interest rate, considering we have excellent credit because it was a "used" car. I have since called 2 times and left a message formy salesperson to call, and I have not received a call back. We were given free oil changes, but will not take my car herefor service. I do not feel comfortable with these people. Please make sure you are not pressured into buying a vehicle,if you find one you like, get the price, and then go home and sleep on it! I sure wish we would have!

If ever you wanted to meet the stereotype of a car salesman, then come on down to Town Center Nissan where the people here pop right out of the mould. We knew the car we wanted, and they had it. Started negotiating the price for the car and came to an agreement with the salesman and the manager. We didn't notice until later, but they skewed the paperwork to use the $1000 NMAC cash back against us. So the "agreed" price of the car was incorrect; $1000 ABOVE what we agreed for the price of the car (cost of the unit!). And we was to pay taxes, interest, etc on that extra $1000 sale price of the car! And LOSE the cash back incentive by financing through Nssan!All the while they explained to us how the financing department and sales department are separate entities and there is no communication between these divisions. We ended up going to financing before noticing the CHEAT on our paperwork and, while my girlfriend has a credit rating of 820 (TIER 0!!!), my score is 700. Combined, our scores were still strong. The financing guy wouldn't budge below 4.99% interest, and attacked ME for having lower credit, and attacked HER for not accepting a higher interest in order to keep me on the loan. The guy pitted us against each other, or attempted to do so. After swimming in his little sharktank cubicle for over an hour, he went down to 4.49%. Really? We requested the front page of both our credit scores as soon as he gave us the interest quote. He refused and said providing the credit report is against federal law and that he's not going to prison for us. We didn't ask for the entire report and requested the FRONT PAGE of our score, and then he said he can give it to us later but right now we need to go over a few things. Why would he do that? He knew he was ramming us on his "required and locked interest rate based on your credit". At the very end after we signed the paperwork, he tossed our scores at us - and we just sunk in the chairs. Both of us went home that night feeling awful and cheated when we really came to realize the twisted prices on the invoice and the ridiculous interest. We returned the next day and the SAME PEOPLE said the sales price was an ERROR and MISCOMMUNICATION and NOTHING THEY CAN DO!! The only good thing that came out of this experience, is they allowed us to cancel the entire deal. We ended up visiting another dealership - found the same car we wanted, the price we wanted, took advantage of the $1000 cashback, and received an interest rate of 2.49%. Any place is better than here - unless you want to educate your children on the stereotype of a car salesman. Good Luck. -Chris

After visiting many other Nissan dealers and other brand dealers, I was so beyond frustrated with pushy, rude and inconsiderate "car salesman" I called Nick Pullano in Kennesaw, over at Town Center Nissan. It was because of the many reviews of him online that made me think I should give him a call. I am so glad we did! He is the best of the best. My husband and I have bought 2 new vehicles from him with in a year. Nick can really relate and identify with his customers. We got straight answers and no lies or games. We reccomend Nick Pullano and Town Center Nissan to all our family and friends. Our son will be going back to see Nick for his first car, very soon, because we know we can trust Nick.

Buyer Beware. We bought a new 2007 Altima from this dealership and had a great experience. Just recently bought a used 2003 Accord with 38,000 miles that was checked out by their service department per their salesman. Withing 15 days, the transmission has to be replaced. The mechanic that repaired the transmission told us that any service department that had inspected this car would have been able to tell that the transmission was bad. My fault for not taking it somewhere to be inspected. Just warning anyone that this dealership is not your friend and will sell you a car no matter what condition it is in. And is uncooperative when you have problems.

This is why I love this dealership, I got a great Sales person with Nick Pullano who was very understanding of my needs and very patient with me, He is very knowledgeable and is not over bearing or pushy he just lets you make the call. I have been working with him for a few months on what I was looking for and he found exactly what I needed. Get deal on a great frontier crew cab Thanks Nick. This dealership is well worth the visit! Percy Sledge is an OUTSTANDING salesman, and please do not stereo type him with your typical car salesman out to get your money. I was skeptical at first, but Percy delivered everything we wanted to the letter at a better price than we originally negotiated and filled up the vehicle we came down in. When I say "negotiate" I really mean him and his GM going out of their way to beat any dealer we were dealing with. If any of my friends or family are looking for a Nissan, I am directing them to Town Center to see Percy, and I will give them my assurance that it is well worth the drive. My wife and I drove 2hrs and were greeted with all smiles and we were literally in and out within a hour!! Trent in finance is awesome too, he explained everything to my wife and made sure she understood everything she was signing and was very patient if we had questions. Overall, I was pleased with the service. The personnel were very knowledgable about the vehicles.We were taken care of and my car was ready when they said it would be. I would go back.

Great experience! No hard pressure sales, just the facts and a test drive. Nick was very helpful in getting to know the car. We'll visit again next time we need a new car!

Good expereince for car buying. Didn't have to wait very long between negotiations and the people were very polite and respectful. I would recommend this dealership and sales person. Nick was easy to talk to and he wasn't pushy in any way.

I made contact with the dealer in October interested in a 2012 Sentra. Nick contacted me via phone right away, and stated to just give him a call when I was ready. He contacted me via email several times communicating incentives and rebates available when I was ready. When I finally met Nick he was very cordial and easy to talk to. He did not waste my time showing me models I was not interested in nor did he try to up sell me on options I did not want. To be clear when I went to the dealer I was committed to buying a car so there was little shopping. We met on the price and I was set off to get the ck from my credit union. The price on the car was a little more than I wanted to pay but if was VERY fair ($0 down) and close enough I did not need to haggle... The paperwork process was a breeze and I was in and out in no time. Will I buy another car from this dealer? Yes, the experience earned my repeat business. And just an FYI to Nick and the rest of his team. The next buy we will be haggling so be prepared. I hope to add some comments when I deal with the service department on the 1st service. Thanks TCN for a positive buying experience.

We had a great experience with Nick Pullano. We told him what color and options we wanted on our car and he called when one came in. There was never any pressure from him and I really appreciated that he did not call us constantly. Nick was very knowledgeable about Nissans and took his time explaining all the options to us when we picked up the car. I would recommend Nick and Town Center Nissan to anyone.

Both my wife and I enjoyed our experience at the dealership with Nick.....He was courteous and knows his product backward and forward.....I got what I considered a great price and would recommend him and the dealership to anyone....

If it had not been for the salesman Percy Sledge I am sure the car buying experience would have been a lot more stressful for my Mom. He went the extra mile in secure the type of car she wanted, have one delivered from another dealership location. He also got her the price she wanted. He was super friendly and helpful every step of the way. The finance manager was friendly and explained everything to my Mom with the utmost patience and professionalism. Overall our experience with buying the car was excellant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone look to buy a new car.

The salesman and manager that I worked with were really nice. They worked with me to work a deal that I was happy with. My tires had low pressure when I was about to drive off with the car, and 2 of the managers came out to help me get them filled up properly.

The salesperson was extrememly helpful and let us test drive vehicles with no problem. A fair deal was worked out with the sales mgr and we are extremely happy with our purchase.

Well, I think the best references I can give you are:1. My husband and I went for an used car and left with a new car.2. We tried to leave the dealer shop twice for 2 different reasons but Nick and his store manager handle the situation so well that they stopped us.3. They did not only match the price but got us a better deal!

I went to Town Center Nissan to see Nick Pullano because I needed not wanted a new car. I had a very limited budget. A friend told me to ask for Nick because a friend of hers bought a car with Nick`s help. I did not have any good experiences at ANY other Nissan dealers, so I took a drive for over 2 hours! It was worth it, I got real answers, no lies and what I needed most... help. Nick took the time to ask me questions about what I needed, how I would use my vehicle and found exactly what fit my needs and did it way under my budget. I have never in my life had experience like this. No pressure, no underhanded tactisc, we laughed, drove 3 cars and Nick pointed out why I did not need the more expensive car I looked at first. He showed me everything that the car offered. He Gave me his personal cell number and said if I ever have any questions to call him. His manager worked with us and gave me a great deal with not only a big rebate but a discount that made it possible to keep my payment where I needed it! My roomate will need a car soon and I will only recommend Nick Pullano. His business manager Trent, even got me a better interest rate than my own bank offered me! When all was said and done I had to get home quickly. Nick followed me to the gas station at the highway on ramp in his own vehicle and filled my gas tank for me! This was after the dealership closed and it was very late. He even asked that I text him so he would know I made it home ok that night. I really feel like I matter at this dealership, everyone was very friendly and ... Nick Pullano was great, he is honestly the best in customer service.

If you are in the market for a new Nissan, CALL NICK PULLANO.I first met Nick While car shopping for my sister. (read her review, MLAYNE) From day one Nick was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all cars. He worked extremly well on my sister's deal, so i had no hesitation going back to see him when i was ready to purchase. Nick will NOT push you into a car. He is very straight forward and honest. Just my suggestion: Make a visit to the dealership, ask for Nick, let him show you around and then in the next couple of days think about the car you're looking at. Make a few phone calls with Nick asking questions about the car, maybe something you forgot to ask. You WILL see what i mean about Nick's personality. Supreb!!!! Once you have made the deal with Nick ask for Trent (the Finance Director). Again supreb!! This man has what i think is an impossible job of getting people outstanding results when financing with Nissan. He will diffently do everything he can to get you the best possible rate for you. And will talk with you about every option you have and ran numbers many times for me to see different angles on where I wanted to be. He did all this with a smile and great since of humor.Last thing i did after everything was sealed, i went behind the curtain and shook the BIG MAN's hand. ( Jason- General Sales Manager) and again he was as nice as could be. We had a small conversation in his office that just made the whole process of this deal even better. There is nothing worse than searching for a new car and having a sales guy chase you around the parking lot. I drove 2 hours to Town Center Nissan to meet Nick Pullano. My brother had contacted him on the phone prior to my arrival to inquire about the current inventory. My brother was sold just because of his attitude alone and insisted we go to Nick for our purchase. Meeting Nick was a pleasure, and a relief. He was approachable, friendly, and most of all.....honest. We got a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. My brother went back and purchased a car from Nick today. My mother is next.

I went looking for a used Nissan Titan and found that I got a better deal on a new 2006. I went to several different dealerships and the others had typical salesmen and tactics. One of the dealerships was a friend of a friend and was supposed to give me a fantastic deal. I got a better deal and better service from Town Center and had no affiliation with them. They did everything right. They were friendly, courteous, listened to my needs and gave me the extras that I wanted. Not to mention the bottom line price was consistant to what I was expecting from my online research. Just about everytime I went to the dealership they were training and quizzing the sales associates on all the features of particular vehicles. Overall, the best experience that I ever had buying a vehicle.

My overall experience with this dealership was very unpleasant. I was taken advantage of by the sales manager who proceeded to try to pry into my personal life and at the same time make the sale. He likes to prey on woman and use his kindness to the advantage by being flirty. The salesman I did start out with was very nice and was not pushy. The sales manager told me that I was given such a great deal by putting me into a lease. Mind you, I have never leased before and being a first time buyer. Later did I find out that the deal he put me in ended up putting me into a bad financial situation.DO NOT LET HIS KINDNESS FULL YOU!!!!

Worst experience EVER. Sales associate did not respect my opinion and the fact that I wanted to wait to purchase the car and made comments to other sales associates about reasons why I have not bought it yet. After purchasing the 350Z from another location, I called to speak with Tim (sales manager, other person I was working with) to inform him about my experience, and that I had bought the car elsewhere. After hearing this he HUNG UP ON ME.
