I just want to take a minuteTo rate my experience at three county Volkswagen. As you can see I gave it 5 stars.This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my salesman Matt. Not only was extremely genuine and a gentleman But also a true professional. I did not want to walk in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night intent on leaving there with a deal on a vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Matt about my situation at the time the more inclined I became. His experience of knowledge in auto sales was far superior to that of the sales man that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all! Matt Found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that not only did I get to leave three County Volkswagen with a brand new atlas,But I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Matt! Thanks also goes out to the sales Manager Joe for his Assistance and for making it a breeze! thank you so much!

ZERO stars, GRIMEY and no shame attached. Stay away! Imagine signing a contract for one thing, which I had a copy of...and them telling you they have something totally different on file...and NEVER able to show you said paperwork. I heard someone else there complaining about the same thing. I decided to end my term with them and walk away. Thank goodness I never have to deal with them again. This excludes the service center. Shout out to Toni was always super helpful.

This place is absolutely horrible!! I have never been to such a terrible dealership & repair center. Not only are the employees rude, do not return phone calls, and make you wait for 30 minutes just to check in even though you had a scheduled appointment time they also left our car in the shop for a week with no communication of what was going on. They need to fix their customer service! After our first horrible visit we thought we would never go back... but the work quality was worse than we could have imagined!!! We paid a tremendous amount of money and after a week of service in the shop you would think the vehicle would be fixed, but it was not because they did not fix the correct part. We have been in the process of getting our AC fixed for over three weeks!! Never experienced anything like this and I encourage everyone to find a different repair shop!!

I got a cal from James from sales today and was told I came up on his list to get out early. So I said I love the Jetta and he got me out of my car today and into brand new Jetta 7 months early I was thrilled he gave me new Jetta heated seats n back up camera thank you for delivering the car! To be honest the service department is poorly run. There is one gentleman at the counter with glasses He seems to be the only gentleman really working. But his professional attitude is very poor the way i heard him speaking to some customers and the way he treated my husband and me. I could also hear some of the comments they were making behind the counter very unprofessional. The service manager is also just as rude. The prices are way too high and the service is horrible I had to wait about 1.5 hours to take a test drive with the technician who was very nice and sweet i believe his name was Jose. Stay clear of this dealer

I recently moved to Lyndhurst NJ from Orlando Florida. I own a 2012 VW Jetta which I love. I recently had my vehicle serviced at Three County Volkswagen. The Service Advisor was great! She explained everything that was needed on the vehicle and walked over to my car and showed me everything that was recommended to replace. I had my 30,000 mile service done at the dealership and I was out of the service department less than an hour. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family

I needed a late afternoon last minute service appointment this past Saturday, 9/26. Just a few hours earlier the battery of my 2011 Jetta with 104000 miles suddenly died. I had been advised by AAA to invest in a new battery immediately after receiving a jump. I called several Volkswagen service departments including the one 15 minutes from my home. Three County offered the best price and was actually running a special on batteries and installation. It was 2:52 pm when I spoke to Matt at Three County Volkswagen to make an appointment. I was advised that I needed to arrive to the dealership by 3:30 because that was the time the workers would start going home. I live about 30 min away and did not arrive until 3:40. I was expecting to be turned away, but Matt, the service manager, warmly greeted me and said we have been waiting for you. Within 15 minutes I had a new battery for my Jetta and I was able to continue with my very busy agenda for the day. I was very appreciative and extremely impressed with both the outstanding customer service and servicing of my car. I have leased or purchased a total of four Volkswagens in the past fifteen years. I have had my cars serviced at many different Volkswagen service departments over the years and none of them compare to the high quality of service and competitive pricing that is offered by Three County. Volkswagen.

Will never buy here again. Major issues with my VW. Lied told me they never heard of issue happening. I did some research called again gave the same info the same person told me they know about. Could cost up to 2500 , Then told me it could go as high as 4500. Asked Sales manager to help get into something else , just wanted fair value ,they did not want to help at all. I dumped the car and am now crushed financially. HATE THEM NOW.

We were there 2 times and dealt with Stan B. The first time was about a lease of a new Jetta but we just could not afford it although Stan worked the numbers with us. We went back a week later and purchased a preowned car with Stan who again was very patient with us and worked the numbers to the best of his ability. I would go back to this dealership and work with Stan in a heartbeat.

Sat.7/4/15-My 2008 VW Passat 2.0T stalled while stopped at a light. Holiday weekend everything was closed, had car towed to my house. Mon. 7/6/15- I had my car towed to a local mechanic, after two days the mechanic told me the problem was the computer steering column and I needed to take my car to a VW dealer. Weds.7/8/15-I had my car towed to 3 County VW in Lyndhurst, NJ On Fri. 7/10/15- the mechanic Matt calls to tell me nothing is wrong with my car. I explained to him how the car was towed there because I could not drive it and a local mechanic said its the computer steering. He advised me they drove my car for 20 miles and nothing is wrong with it. 7/10/15-I pick my car that evening. Tues. 7/14/15-On my way to work on my car stalls and completely shuts down on me in the middle of a busy intersection during morning rush hour. The car would not go into neutral so I could not push it to safety, I had to have a Police Officer come and wait with me while I had the car towed AGAIN back to the Lyndhurst dealer. I get a call later in the day that the problem is the computer in the steering column and they would need to order the part. Only after I complained of the obvious inconvenience and asked to speak with Service manager Leif before I was given a loaner. I picked up the loaner the same day. Thurs. 7/16/15-I received a call on saying the part was in and to drop off my spare key as they would need to reprogram both sets of keys once they replace the computer.Fri. 7/17/15-I drop off my spare key with a Sales agent as the service counter was closed. Over a week goes by before I get a call Fri. 7/24/15-Matt calls to say my car was ready to be picked up. I filled the loaner car up with gas and rush down to the dealer before they close at 6 to get my car. I paid over $1,000 I unloaded my personal belongings from the loaner into my fixed vehicle and I try the key(s). They do not work, the doors dont open, the trunk does not open and the alarm does not sound. I walk back to the service tech Matt and let him know, he comes out and tries a few things, nothing happens he then informs me I would have to leave my car so they can fix and once again take the loaner. I unload my belongings from my vehicle back into the loaner and leave. Sat. 7/25/15-Matt calls to tell me the keys work, sort of. They open and close the doors and trunk but there is no alarm. They would have to diagnose it and if its the rear latches which he suspects, I would have to pay to have that fixed. Completely unacceptable, however Matt was not the decision maker and the shop was closing in 45 minutes so I advised Matt I would be there to pick up the car on Mon. Mon. 7/27/15- I called to speak with the Manager Leif and relayed my ordeal. He instructed he would see what was wrong with the rear latches and have the guys fix it at no cost to me.

My husband and I were honestly just window shopping and we just walked out with 2 brand new cars. The customer service that was provide was beyond amazing. I have purchased cars in the past and never felt as comfortable as I did today. Dino is a wonderful salesman and as become our go to guy!! He went above and beyond to make us happy and give us a great deal!!! We will definitely be returning here in the future and referring all our friends and family to this dealership and especially to Dino!!!

My dealer John is excellent and answered all of my questions. The finance department was very quick with processing all of my paperwork and the owner came to congratulate me on my new lease. These are the most dishonest people in the VW world i ever came across. My wife brought in 2010 VW for diagnostics of the Engine light on. Got quoted most unreasonable price to replace a glow plug and bunch of other unnecessary services including the wiper blades that i replaced 2-3 month ago.I refused the service at this prices and they charged us almost $200 for diagnostics that should have taken 5 minutes or how ever long it takes to read the error code. I will demand my money back from them and will write to VW corporate about the unethical practices but for everybody out there:AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

These guys at the service centre are big cheats. They always overprice their services and parts and when you question them about their high charges ($80-$100 difference between what other service centers are quoting for the exact same service/parts), they try to make some excuse about how good a job they do and then in the same sentence they go on to say that they are willing to do a price match.. as if it is like a wal-mart or a shoprite you are dealing with. And if they are willing to price match it in a fraction of a second then what happened to their we-are-better-than-others-so-we-are-expensive quality talk? They try to pull as much money as they can from you. On another occasion, I had given my car to them to fix the starter and although I had a platinum extended warranty which had zero deductible responsibility, I get a call from a certain miss who very coyly tell me that they are in the process of fixing the car and the extended warranty people will be covering the whole cost except for the $100 deductible which is my responsibility and that she is to charge it to my credit card on file.. all in one breath. Hold on, the contract I had in hand said zero deductible so I questioned her and she then says, "oh, actually I am handling a lot of cars today" uh.. excuse me.. that is not my problem. Know about the car you are calling the customer for; know the details and don't try to charge me a $100 when I am not supposed to even pay you a single penny. Also, they talk fast, they do that so you are confused by the information they are giving you.. and they talk technical terms which a lay man finds it hard to interpret. so along with asking them to repeat and explain things to us slowly, one step at a time, we get rolling eyes and huffing sounds from behind the counter in return. Really, is that what you are going to do? Lose the attitude guys. I kept going back there as they are very close to my location.. I wanted to give them a chance.. again.. but three experiences.. three fails.. No more. If I can't trust you with my car and money, I am out of the door. If you do decide to get some work done here.. be sure you are an expert in that area yourself and have the excess money, because between the technical jargon, the fast talking and a premium of a minimum $50-$100 on any part/service, you my dear friend are being cheated and there is no doubt about that.

I had a fantastic experience at Three County. I had several repairs done on an older BMW, mainly services and minor fixes. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, even with cars that were not Volkswagens. The place is very clean and well kept. I even got great tips on how to sell my older BMW when I was moving. I seriously recommend this place and specifically Stan, who helped me immensely.

I came in a few days ago shopping around for a New vehicle. Salesperson, Dino greeted me offered me drink, food etc really nice guy. Test drove a Passat and I fell in love. Next thing I know, I'm driving home in my New Passat within an hour. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Three County VW and Dino. They are honest and upfront. My husband had a 2013 CC. He traded it in for a 2014 Tiguan. Our saleman, Jose Aponte was wonderful. My husband had purchased the extended warrenty on the "CC" as well as a plan for the sirius and tires. Jose made sure we had the balance carried over to the new car.We went to VW a few weeks prior to see what kind of a deal we would get with a trade in.My husband wasn't 100% ready at that time. Jose was NOT pushy at all. We took the Tiguan out for a test drive. My husband needed to think about it because he really likes his "CC".Jose did call us a few weeks later to see if we were still thinking about it. We decided to go and talk to Jose again.We were very happy with the trade in we received and the service that was provided.Jose is very friendly, answered all your questions and I would recommend him highly for anyone looking into purchasing a car without the PUSHY salesman routine.If your cars are good, you don't need to be a pushy saleman. The car will sell itself. IT DID!!!!~

I leased a car from Three County two years ago. Had approximately 6 months left on the lease. Was in for service about a month ago and asked if there was any way to terminate the lease early. I made it clear I was NOT interested in another VW, just looking at my options. Was told if I paid a fee it was doable for the dealership to buy back the car. I then followed up on two separate occasions, met with the sales person again in person, and was told this was doable and to come in any day to complete the transaction. After contacting the salesman on Thursday, and showing up on Saturday to return the car the dealership said the deal was off and acted like I dreamed this scenario. I was completely mislead and lied to for the past month and a half after being in touch with the salesman. Complete disregard for upholding their word, and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Go to Linden - they are friendly and wonderful!

Completely frustrating experience with service. New in the area, I should've checked the reviews online. What should've been a simple scheduled maintenance was made longer, and more expensive, by the dealership adding on parts that weren't needed. Matt was rude when asked for reasons why I needed to pay for parts that were "bad." I told them to finish the scheduled maintenance and brought it to a local independent VW garage. Wouldn't you know the parts that I was told needed to be replaced were, in fact, perfectly fine?

Unlike many salesmen, John did not pressure me in any way. He laid out my options for me and helped me find the perfect car for me. I originally wanted the less expensive Jetta, but I ended up with a newer and fully loaded Passat while staying within my budget. There is wide range of inventory and every employee I came in contact with was helpful, kind, efficient, and most importantly smiling! Scott seems to take pride in his family business and is not trying to rip anybody off; just trying to provide people with a safe and affordable Volkswagen. Within the first few months of buying my car, Scott and John both called to make sure I have not experienced any problems with the car and to ensure I was still satisfied. I still love my Passat and I highly recommend buying a Volkswagen from Three County Volkswagen.

I went to this dealership to get my 2013 Gti serviced and I after paying a pretty penny for my service had to wait a good hour and then they had the audacity to ask me that I had to pay for washer fluid...the few technicians I saw working there from behind the counter looked miserable and my service writer was talking rudely to one as well and quite honestly I wouldn't go back here.

The service department is just out to screw you, do NOT go to this dealer for service unless its 100% covered under the warranty.My daughter's VW 2009 Beetle was in less than 90 days ago, and we spent $1500.00 on front end repairs including a wheel alignment and replacing tires.The car goes in to replace a light bulb for the blinker (2nd one in a year), not covered under the warranty. They tell me the car needs all this work including a wheel alignment and tires. They want to take the back tires off and put them on the front of the car and put new tires on the back of the car and do a wheel alignment.My question is don't you look at history repair records and I am told no, the technician just recommends work to be done. I am beyond pissed, I told Matt their service manager that now they are loosing thousands of dollars because they are trying to either do work again that was done 3 months ago, or 3 months ago the work was never done.I also needed a battery since the car is 4 years old, guess what, 1 year warranty on a battery? Too bad the battery was already done before I told them to stop working on the car. I would have had them do no work on the car. I also asked how do I know the battery the installed is new, there is no date on the battery. He had no answer for that question at all.Now I will bring this car to a local mechanic in town, ETD, a reputable mechanic. This dealership is supposed to be a local dealership in the middle of town, well they really know how to screw people.

Followed up after service from 2012, for defected seatbelts. Had a spark plug misfire diagnose which, the dealership was upset that I would fix myself. I have a work order from 2012 that the diagnosed as faulty seat belt in the rear, they never called me back. And when I tried to settle this issue they claimed that I would have to pay a $50 fee under my certified pre-owned warranty, even thought my work order states that it was diagnosed under my original 336 new car warranty. They claim I now have to pay a $50 deductible because of their non follow up mishap. I have 2 disabled children and if an accident should happen, it will be a liability of Volkswagen or the dealership for this mistake. They also seemed quiet upset that I would preform my own 40,000 mile service. I am a member of SEMA. And we have the right under law to use our choice of parts and who installs them. This will be my last Volkswagen and would never use this dealership again because the service department is looking to rake you over the coals. After sales is more important than price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

I had a fantastic experience with Three County Volkswagon. After being laid off from my job and losing my company vehicle I called and spoke to Jeff LaPoff. I told him I was looking for a used and reliable vehicle with low mileage and good gas mileage. Within 15 minutes Jeff called me back and said he had a car for me that had recently come in on a trade. My husband drove me to the dealership where Jeff showed me that the 2008 vehicle had records of every 3000 mile oil change, new tires and new brakes. I was thrilled. Within just a few hours of losing my job I was mobile and felt great about the purchase, buying the extended warranty that Jeff recommended for added security. Additionally my husband purchased a used Jetta TDI that he had been eyeing up for some time, trading in his Toyota Sequoia. Jeff was able to get both of us better loan rates than our own banks offered. The service was quick and friendly. I would highly recommend Three County Volkswagon for their professionalism. We both got great deals and love our vehicles.

I leased a 2012 Beetle from Three County. The car had 3000 miles on it and the windshield cracked as my daughter pulled the car into driveway so I could wash it. Apparently cracked due to a combination of it being approx. 90 degrees out and cold water from hose. I heard the windshield crack when as she pulled in driveway while i was beginning to spray the car with water. I took the car to Three County and told Matt what happened. He began to inspect the car with a magnifying glass looking for stone chips. Apparently he didnt believe me. He even had another service advisor look at the windshield and they concluded that there was stone chip, which is ridiculous because I was standing outside the car and heard and saw the windshield crack when it did. No rocks or stones caused this crack. I contacted VW directly on my own and they had me take the car to another dealer. It was inspected by the other dealer who concluded that the windshield cracked due to the water and heat and not a stone chip. They then spoke with VW and the customer rep stated that VW would pay for the replacement, since the windshield should not have cracked like it did. I will never go back to Three County since they treated me as if I was lying about how the windshield cracked and didnt even offer to try to have VW cover the replacement. Matt only seemed interested in attempting to prove that a rock chip broke windshield. I'm glad that VW had me take to another dealer who ultimately agreed that rocks did not cause this damage.

The model I was looking for was not in inventory , yet they managed to find it , transfer it , and have it ready for pick up within 48 hours.Jeff in finance was also extremely friendly and thorough. Excellent Service from start to finish! Initially requested figures over the phone. I specified the amount I was willing to pay upfront, the vehicle I was interested in and the monthly payments I had budgeted for. This was based on an advertisement for a VW CC lease placed on their website. http://threecountyvw.com . Gary called me back shortly with a great deal, which met my requirements and held true to their advertisement. My wife and I visited the store on Friday for a drive and was very impressed with the staff and the vehicle. Terence Holmes the Salesman and Don the Sales manager worked with me to finalize the numbers, they were not pushy and allowed me to leave the store and give it thought. We called back later the afternoon and accepted the deal. On Saturday when we went to sign the papers everything was prepared and ready for us. Within an hour we had driven off the lot in our new vehicle. Due to the rain on the day, they were not able to wash the car but asked for me to allow time when I collected the plates so they could do a decent detail on the car.Three Country VW was phenominal, they are professional and courteous.Thank you!

The internet manager Craig Ploth responded immediately, on a weekend, and answered every single question I asked over nearly two dozen emails. He was extremely nice both in email and over the phone. three county is located right down the street from me so it was obviously my first choice when searching for a new car. i went to other dealers not only for volkswagen but for mazda, chevy, BMW and other makes and nobody i repeat NOBODY was as friendly or patient or professional as Louie Terranova, this guy gets an A+ from me and im really not easy to work with, mostly because im an 18 year old kid buying his first car. A lot of these guys tried to pull the wool over my eye and sell me things that i didnt need and give me one price initially but a completely different one when it came time to buy, Louie and Three County are real straight shooters, if you are even considering purchasing a VW i suggest you go see Louie at 3CVW, these people are class acts.

Louie Terranova, was our salesman and is in the business to sell cars but his first priority was to make us informed buyers. He is a gentleman that knows his product and the automobile market. He is a patient professional. If a VW is on your list of potential auto choices, I would make Three County a must visit to at a minimum get well informed without a high pressure sales pitch. Louie Terranova is truly a gentleman and a scholar. From the start I mentioned that I wanted information on the VW GTI. Louie knows his stuff, was not pushy, he let me take a test drive, was patient. I went in for a test drive from an online car search. I was passively looking for a car and was not planning on purchasing any time soon. When I reached out to 3County and set an appointment to come out I was met with customer service that exceeded my expectations. Coming from the city, I took a train out to Lyndhurst and Craig P. offered to pick me up at the train station. Craig was polite, presentable, and very cordial. He walked me around the lot and showed me their inventory.He was a no-pressure sales guy with good knowledge of VW. He answered all of my questions, offered me to test drive multiple cars and put the ball in my court. We discussed pricing, and basically gave me the best deals and allowed me to decide.I enjoyed working with him and I am now happy with a new car! For someone who was not planning on purchasing a car so soon, my experience with the dealership and sales staff made it very easy to do business with.I recommend working with this dealer!

Seriously, take your business elsewhere, you will not find worse group of people. This is the worst dealer in history. I purchased a car with insurance for the tires. So after some time I hit a hole and got a bubble on it. Took it to the service they said no problem they take care of it. No one ever called me to say what is going on with my car. After 2 days I call and ask how is the car. Matt told me they are contacting the insurance company to get a permission to replace the tire. Okay no problem. I've been calling him everyday hearing the same story over and over for a week and a half. During that time I also called Jeff who sold me the car. He said yes this is taking too much time let me take care of it. Told me to call him back in 30 minutes. I call he doesn't answer, one time, second, third, left him a message. After 2 hours I call again and find out he left home. How disrespectful. I gave up. Had to rent a car to get to work. 5 days after Matt calls me he got a permission to replace the tire and it will be ready next morning. I call next day after 4pm asking what the deal is. Matt tells me the story that the technician is not there today. (?) Okay I call next day this time Matt tells me that the machine to replace tires is broken today I just laughed out loud. They did it finally 2 days after. Im still trying to get rid of the stink they left in the car. Found cigarete ashes inside the car. Awful dealer. I wouldn't recommend to the worst enemy!

My wife and I visited on a Saturday morning and were met by Jose.We asked to test drive a Tiguan and a Jetta.Jose made a few off-color jokes about my wife's IQ and about women in general.He clearly doesn't understand how decisions in a family are made.He then couldn't find plates for a test drive so he disappeared.We then realized he was trying to close another sale.We left - I don't think he even noticed.Definitely would not go back.

My daughter, in need of a new car decided to lease a new vehicle and develop a real credit history. She initially considered a Mini S Hardtop, except we found their sales force arrogant. They could afford to have a little attitude when they were a bit player in Roundels showroom, but once they branched out on their own, they could consider a more humble approach. After all, they feature a buzz car that gives the world the same model with the exception of rag top, sedan or swing open rear doors, hardly a reason to scare consumers out of their dealership. A Jetta was her second choice (my first), so when we pulled in a VW Dealer, I was overjoyed. Our only mistake was visiting a Volkswagen Dealership in Ramsey, never make the same mistake. After listening to the young salesman spiel, we decided to compare VW dealers so I called a friend and she suggested Gary Santostefano, of Three County VW, in Lyndhurst, N.J. After a warm introduction, Gary began by taking us to the car we were interested in and opening the hood. I mentioned that he was the first of four dealers that actually took us to a car and wanted to describe what it offered. He then continued to explain the particulars of the drive train, from there we went to the deck lid and opened the trunk and the same was defined. This went on until every feature of this vehicle was explained in detail. Once the vehicle was digested, a test drive was offered and by the completion of the short road trip, we went inside to discuss the finances. After we thought it over, we told Gary that we had another dealer who already gave us a much cheaper price. By coincidence, the other dealer called my cell while we were in the midst of negotiating with Gary. He asked if we could get to them before they close to get a contract executed. I told Gary the price they offered and that naturally we had to go with the cheapest price. He said he understood and knew I was dealing with one of his biggest competitors. He then shuffled some different cars around that had one or two less whistles in them, but in the end, could not get close enough to the price we were told. Upon leaving his desk, Gary said this they cannot sell you this car for that money I said if they dont, we will be back. We left there and 3 days later I called Gary back. I was honest with him and told him he was absolutely correct. A short while later, Gary gave me a price above board that was more then the other dealer, but what he was not doing was lying to us. His price did not include other elements that were back door devises there to cheat us. In the end his price was a bit more money and again, because he wasnt cheating us on other elements, the car actually cost my daughter $5.50 less each month then the former cheaper deal. I have been in the car trade since 1969 and have never met a more sincere and professional salesman then Gary Santostefano. The car was the price we agreed on, it was prepped and ready for pick up the following day and his dealership did not play around with the paperwork, proving that they share the same integrity. So, maybe you should go to the Dirty Dogs in Ramsey, (just dont sign a thing) then go to Lyndhurst and see the contrast. There you will learn about all the features your next vehicle has, from a Professional that has been selling cars for 30 years. After the whole up and down experience my Daughter, her Mom and I went through, we all have to praise our Salesman and his Employer...they deserves it. We almost switched manufacturers and that would have been wrong. I worked for VW years ago and know they market a high quality vehicle, priced less than many of their counterparts that dont compare. In the end, my Daughter loves her new Jetta SE and she has the right Salesman to thank for that.

A couple of years ago I purchased my Volkswagen Jetta in which I was super excited about. I tried to maintain service when possible, especially with oil changes, topping off fuels, etc. Two years after I had the car, the transmission went. Got it fixed, cost about a million dollars. Last month I took my car for service and got lots of things fixed total cost about 1,000 for the work. On Monday my car died. Had it towed to the service center. Even though three weeks ago, I had JUST taken my car to get things fixed. They said it was my timing belt and the cost to fix an '02 Jetta was 4,500. So, you mean to tell me when I was in the shop 3 weeks prior, they couldn't mention this MAJOR IMPORTANT fact?!?! I am so upset. I have NO money to fix the car and all they want to offer is 10% off since I had work done in the past. I asked for a courtesey car to take to work, they didn't have any in stock. WTF? They offered me to get an Enterprise rent a car, at my expense. Seriously? First of all, it shouldn't cost 4,500 to fix a stupid timing belt. I hate Volkswagens, I will never buy any Volkswagen or Audi in my life ever again. Don't go to this service center. They truly are rude and non-efficient!

Wicked expensive and poor service. Short tempered and rushed. Takes days for them to check my towed in dead car.Continuously tried to sell me repairs i didn't need; IE all new brakes for over $700 when i needed a $20 sensor cable; entire exhaust system for $400 when i needed a pipe clamp; a $3000 ECM when i needed a $9 relay; informing me the computer scan shows no errors before i find the print out left on the floor of my car with five major errors and three minor ones; overall never being able to repair or even diagnose my 2000 TDI Beetle's chronic malfunctions, going as far as stating the car is running fine when it still stalled after 20 minutes running.Never again will they see a cent of my money, nor will i ever buy another American VW.

Rude, unprofessional, confrontational, belligerent, disrespectful, untrained and downright unpleasant sales staff. Customer service was nonexistent. Bad representation for the dealership and for VW, the brand. Jimmy should find another job, perhaps in repairs, somewhere behind the scenes or not work at all because he clearly does not care about his job. Surely he should not be front line dealing with prospective clients. What an embarrassment for the dealer and VW.
