We had been working on a rear view camera/mirror issue for some time. It only appeared win using remote start. To locate and identify the problem took extended time, however I was given vehicles similar to mine and that kept me comfortable. After completing the repair the service department called to insure all was still good. Thank you for regular communication and not giving up. Very good job.Thanks again.

Quick and efficient! Battery needed to be changed. Car was brought the night before. By mid morning, it was ready. When I went to pick ip up, the contact person was driving a vehicle with another customer. Someone else, in a very friendly manner, found my paperwork and walked me to the cashier, who was also very pleasant.

My 14 Ford escape was brought in for a repeated air conditioning problem. After meeting with the service manager the time was agreed upon when the vehicle could be brought in and a thorough investigation done. I was kept informed daily as to what was going on. I picked up my car after several days in the shop and as of now everything is working fine. This is also been the case in the past so I am hoping that everything is fixed permanently.

I had my truck repaired after an accident because it was one of only two body shops certified to do aluminum work in my area. There are a few minor issues: tailgate was lined up as specified on the estimate, paint wasn't buffed under the tail light, and plastic bed capping wasn't fastened on one end. Besides that, the paint job is exceptional: paint color matches perfectly and there are zero runs in the paint. I am impressed by how well the paint came out. Besides this, I was told my truck would be ready in a week and a half, but it took three weeks to get it back. This was a little stressing since I use my truck for work travel.

We were having issues with our 2014 ford edge limited which we purchased from you guys in March 2015. It was stalling and we were getting notifications of low oil pressure. Able to get an appointment in a timely manner and since the vehicle is under warranty everything was fixed and completely covered. Nice experience and happy to have it fixed.

I have a 2012 Lincoln MKX and have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT service with everyone at Terrebonne Lincoln Mazda. The Service department has an excellent professional, caring staff. They will go out of their way to satisfy a customer and keep them happy. I had trouble with my car and had to drop it off after hours unexpectedly and the sales staff helped to get me home. That's what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I purched my 2014 Ford Focus in March and I love it. Just took it in for my first oil change. When I first purchased my vehicle, the salesman told me the first oil change would be free. I thought there was a coupon or something that I couldn't find so I didn't worry about it. When I went to pay, they charged me for full price but as soon as they realized it my first oil change they changed the bill to not charge me for that part. The staff was very nice and helpful!

Brought my truck in for an oil change and had the dealer look into ABS light as well. Techs were able to find the problem but the service adviser gave me a price for the job even though I had an extended warranty with my truck. Service adviser was able to look up the contract and the expenses were charged to that contract. I found it odd that I have had other work done (at this dealer) to the truck, that I paid for, even though it had an extended warranty. I had assumed that the service department knew that there was a warranty and the work was not covered. Still no word back from the dealer about that issue.

I saw a vehicle on the website, a Lincoln MXZ, that I wanted to drive. I went to the dealership and Ronnie Bourg was extremely helpful. He gave me all the information I asked for about the vehicle. He has excellent customer service skills. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I also spoke to Mr. James Relan about financing. He was very helpful.. He made me feel like family. He explained all of the warranty information and made sure I understood. He went over all of my loan information. I had a wonderful experience buying my car. Entire staff from reception to finance was extremely courteous and helpful. Salesman James Solet was particularly accommodating. An exceptional salesman. We purchased a 2015 Ford Focus with little over 5,000 miles. Amazed to find that on the lot. The dealer (Jeff Naquin) and the banker/finance officer (can't remember his name) were very courteous and friendly, like dealing with friends. The purchase was easy, found the vehicle on line, was given a quote, and decided to buy it. So much easier than going from lot to lot looking for something. We gave up a beloved Ford truck to buy this car, so there are some regrets, but overall the buy was a great one. Thanks!

this time was great the time before which they never sent me a survey of course because my service rep was terrible never keep me inform they had to keep my box truck overnight which is what I work out of and got no call to let me know that it will not be ready so at closing time I called and no one could help me they said cause my service rep left for the day so call back in morning and find out when it will be ready well that is kind of late I told them cause I had a customer who was waiting for me to complete his job if I would have known that my truck was not going to be ready I could have made some other plans

On August 21st, I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKz with Terrebonne Ford/Lincoln. This is my sixth vehicle purchased with the Barker family. I have dealt with James Relan, until he became the financial guru and turned me over to Ronnie Bourg who has handled my last three vehicles. I cannot ask for a more conscientious, helpful and friendly group to deal with. The entire organization, from management to service, is so courteous and very professional. The thought of going somewhere else to buy a car has never crossed my mind.

I have always had good service at Terrebonne Ford. I bought my Mustang at another dealer because a friend worked there, and kept driving back to Thibodaux every time I needed service. PLEASE REPOST AND SHARE!!! BUYER BEWARE.....Terrebonne Ford of Houma does dirty dirty business. I bought my 2011 Expedition there brand new. The tires looked worn from day one. We brought it there several times and asked them to please look at them. We were told over and over that the tires were brand new when put on the vehicle. In 3 years time, it only has 22,000 miles on it. I drive it in town primarily. It has been on the interstate a handful of times. We rotate the tires and get alignments faithfully. Two of the tires are now balding and the tread on the other two are very low. My husband finally took it once more, and we were told that indeed the tires had been switched out from another vehicle!!! Now the story has changed to it was only one tire. They are offering us the same exact deal that I would get if I used the warranty Goodyear has. A warranty that would only need to be used if I had done something to cause this kind of situation. $400 for 4 new tires. I don't feel that I should have to pay anything because I didn't have new tires to begin with. So today I call the supervisor, Anthony Palmazanno, and tried to explain to him what I expected to be done. I told him that I did contact my attorney. He was EXTREMELY rude and was talking over me in a "FIRST OF ALL....blah blah blah" type way. I interrupted and he told me that he had nothing more to say and if I wanted to talk that I could contact him through my attorney. I told him that I would be posting here and his reply was "Oh, so you are threatening me now?". Facebook is a public forum, Mr. Palmazanno. You really should consider treating Ford customers better. This is not over. I plan to take this as high as I can but if you have had similar issues with Ford, it may not be just you. There may be tons of us that have been lied to. Share this post and comment if you have any issues or concerns with Terrebonne Ford because I will also be contacting Dick Barker and I will let him know.

I wasn't very inpressed with the service I recevied with this dealership at all. I had seen a vehicle I was interested in and had emailed the internet sales manager. At first he got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Then I asked to schedule a test drive and never heard back from the dealership at all. I waited a day or so and sent two more emails and still had not heard anything. So I took my business elsewhere and I have to say I'm very pleased with the purchase I made and the service I received at Golden Motors in Cuttoff, LA

My wife and I were looking for a Certified Car. We looked at Barker Honda, Greg Leblanc Toyota, and several dealerships online. But we ultimately found our dream car, a loaded 2013 Ford Fusion at Terrebonne Ford. Our salesperson Sean was pleasant and professional and actually "listened" to us and directed us to the perfect car. The car had 13,000 miles on it and looked and smelled brand new. The Ford Certified Program is second to none in terms of warranty and interest rates. We met the managers, Jeff and Tate. They really took an interest in us and made us feel secure in our decision. The business manager was amazing. Perfection is a strong word, but I can't think of anything that could have been better or gone smoother. I recommend Terrebonne Ford Used Cars to all my friends and family. Thank you, Terrebonne Ford!!!

Took my Ford F-250 for service and because my front end shaking. They said nothing was wrong, buy tires. I had to drive 45 mph on the way home the truck was shaking so bad. I took truck back paid Terrebonne 1700 for service & parts. 300 for rent a car. They told me to get tires again. The truck shook so bad on the way back I had to drive on the shoulder. i bought brand new tires to put on the truck and the truck still shook i had to take them off so i didn't ruin them. I emailed Terrebonne and still after 3 months have not received a response. I called Ford Motor Company and was told they are a franchise and there was nothing they could do. Please Please take your vehicle somewhere else.

We traveled from out of town to see a specific used card. Keith Bankston was expecting us and gave us a good price on the Volvo we purchased and a good trade on the Volvo we traded. I left CD"s in the traded car and he was kind enough to mail them to me. This dealership has a family feeling. It was worjt the drive.

normally don't write reviews but I recently purchased a car that I found on the internet from this dealership. I negotated online and they honored the pricing and there was no hardcore sales tactics used on me. It's nice to go to a dealership and not have some cheeseball salesman promise the world and try and force you into a car you don't want. I've also taken the car to be serviced for an oil change and was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Ahh, the quest to buy a used car. Let me start by saying (so you will know where I am coming from) Larry and Yogi at Terrebonne Ford used cars are typical, lying, talk out the side of their mouths, used car salesman. I honestly put them right up there with politicians and convicts. They bait you into their over price car lot with Guaranteed Financing and low, low prices. LIES!!!! There is no guaranteed financing and if you dont qualify the only thing you have to show for your waste of time is another blemish on your already poor credit report. They get you to fill out an application (takes about an hour) have all your information (sale to internet and other sales solicitors) get a picture of your drivers license (no telling what for) and then the IGNORE you. Wont call you back and do the typical shuffle all used car salesman do. Think about it folks, have you ever met a used car salesman that wouldnt rip off his own mother for commission. The bad part is I went there during tax season, when the mark the cars up higher and really dont need your business. What they did not know, and if they had bother to return my calls, is I could of come up with a higher down payment if required. I guess they dont need my money. I am following this up to the BBB of Houma with a complaint of false advertising for the claim of Guaranteed financing. My advice is, take cash, dont go to overpriced lots and save your self a big old headache.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I was not satisfied with any of the service I received. The sales person we had procrastinated about everything. When we went into finance the guy was rude. Whats on our sales contract is not what they sent to the extended warranty.
