They tell you the first oil change is on them until that time, then they want to charge you. Plus it takes 3 days for appointment.

First off let me say we do not like to complain and we give credit where it is due but not today......Service department is a joke! Called because there's a noise in the front end of our 2015 Elantra, (we purchased at Heller Hyundai)My husband explained we have the extended warranty and asked if there was a charge to look at it and determine what the issue was, Collin told him to bring it in and they will check it out, my husband asked again, is there a charge, the subject was changed again by asking when a good time for the appointment would be, the appointment was set and my husband asked again about a fee, that if there was, we would have to wait as he didn't get paid until next Friday, and he again was told to just bring it in for the appointment. We took it in this morning to find out that we had to pay a $130.00 fee for them to look at it. We were a little confused as this was completely ignored on the phone when we called to inquire about brining it in. The guy that checked us in was not Collin , but he did walk in as my husband was talking to the other guy, and said nothing as he heard his name mentioned. The one that checked is in was telling us that even though we have the warranty we still have to pay that $130.00, but if they found any faulty issues in the car, we would get that back and everything would be covered under warranty. Now Collin speaks up and backs this colleague up. My husband tells them we can't afford that $130.00 today and wished we would have known because we made special arrangements and time off work to bring it in, and asked that our car be brought back up so we can leave. We are waiting outside, and our car comes whipping around the corner, a little faster than you would think you should drive in a dealer parking lot, and Collin hands over the keys, my husband asked why he did not inform him and lead him to believe that there was no charge for checking out the car and his response was, I wouldn't have said that. He stood there and just stared down as my husband (shorter than he was) tried to talk to him... Very cocky and snappy with his tone of voice like we were nothing. We left at this point. I have seen reviews on Yelp and a couple on here about Collins attitude, so I know we are not the only ones who have had issues. Is there a reason that he could not have mentioned the $130.00 charge over the phone?? Called and asked for a manager and was told they were in a meeting and would call us back. They did and surprisingly quickly, talked to service manager Sandra, her only reply, was she had already talked to the service department before she called us back and pretty much agreed with their side of the story, that every dealer charges $130.00, siding with him that he would have never led us to believe otherwise. My husband also told her he wasn't happy about how he drove our car around the corner, and her response was, I will check our cameras and speak to the guys again. So I'm sure nothing will become of this matter even though like I stated above there have been other complaints about the guy in question, just not right that someone can give you information or in this case, lack of information and then treat you like you are nothing when you get upset and call them out on it.

Enjoyed shopping at Hyundai, knowledgeable staff and never felt hurried. The Sonata Hybrid had everything I was looking for, including good acceleration and a lifetime warranty on the battery, and is a blast to drive, and includes all the great safety features.

This was by far my best experience in purchasing a vehicle. I told the sales person what I was looking for, we identified a few options, took a test drive and was on my way home in less than 3 hours. Would highly recommend this dealership.

It was a very hot day the day I went in to buy a car. Tyler brought me some water and put the air conditioner on of the cars that I was testing before I got into the car. He made sure I was comfortable. He knew a lot about the cars I was testing and was able to answer all my questions. I love the crossover I bought. Overall a pleasant experience.

This dealership is by far the best dealership on Ynez in Temecula. I was a unsure about the deal for my car at first so I went to other Hyundai dealerships to check them out. Well.... the experience great like Hyundai Temecula. The other Hyundai dealerships seemed like they just wanted to hustle me into getting the car on the spot and not negotiate with the deal I want. Hyundai Temecula never did that. I walked in and told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered. They were very friendly and I never felt like I was being rushed. They took the time to find the right car for me. Of course negotiating was a bit challenging on both sides but the deal I agreed to with them was enough to settle the deal. Other Hyundai Dealerships were not even close to what Temecula agreed to. I am very satisfied with Hyundai Temecula and recommend buying Hyundai cars from them.

I was in for an oil change. I owned a 2012 veloster. I knew I wanted to buy a turbo and saw one on your lot. Richard came up and greater me and asked if I would like to see it and drive it. I said yes. After the test drive. I said take my car in trade and find me this tripe of veloster. Color. Stick and give me a good rate. He did all and I bought the car. I was very impressed. There was some confusion when we arrived at the dealership. We were buying the car through true car. The car was not at the dealership and they had to locate one. They found the car we wanted in reasonable amount of time, but we had to come back the next day to pick it up. Israel Sanchez helped us on both days and was very professional and very helpful. Israel met us the next day. The car was prepped and ready to go. We took a test drive and Israel explained all features of the car. He set up our phone and walked us thru the service department. Pedro Rodriguez handled the financing and explained everything in detail. Israel and Pedro did a great job. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Sincerely, Tim & Linda Merrill

We had a price we wanted to,pay, a trade in value we needed to hit and a monthly payment we were comfortable with. Alex hit all three. We were very far apart when we first sat down to talk numbers but Alex worked hard to find a way to meet our needs and in the end, he did it. Our experience was great, no pressure sales, Tyler was very laid back but personable and we really appreciated his approach. He made shopping for a car actually pleasurable. The cherry on top was after we purchased, we found out we get free car washes for life. From beginning to the end we had a great experience with Hyundai Temecula and would absolutely go back again.

Had a wonderful experience at Temecula Hyundai. Jose was responsive, understanding and he didn't try to hide anything. It was a simple purchase. We went in for a base model and came out with one with some options. Great pricing and straight to the point deal, no playing around here. They even located the car we wanted with color and options since they didn't have it in their inventory. Lot is pretty small compared to other dealership so makes sense that inventory isn't very high but they made it easy. Pedro in finance was fast and full of energy, great personality and simple to understand. Highly recommended!

Our vehicle was not equipped with a rear cargo cover after having spent 44K. I would recommend that accessories for the vehicle be reviewed prior to pricing, instead of after the deal had been closed. When you spend that amount of money on a vehicle, you'd think there would not be much it didn't come with. We actually paid almost $2k more to locate this vehicle in Las Vegas. Allen Hyundai OTD price was $41,647 but there were only two vehicles left on the west coast equipped as we wanted. Didn't feel too good about that.

My wife and I walked into Temecula Hyundia to find out about a Hyundia that fit our needs. We were met by Mr. Rich Gomez. He talked to us and when he showed us a car to our specifications he was very thorough and knowledgeble. . He was helpful without being pushy. He gave us all the time we needed to get aquainted with the car. We left thinking it was probably the car we were looking for. We looked at another car that was of interest but went back and after a test drive and talking to Rich more we decided to buy. We have only had the car a short time. We have not needed any service done. Rich is the only one we have met other than a quick introduction. Everyone has been very accomodating but this survey is our feeling we have because of our treatment by Rich Gomez.

We have owned a 2012, 2015, and now a 2016 Genesis. It is a fantastic automobile. Being a very large person I find the Genesis very comfortable to sit in both front and back seats. The Genesis is in a class by its self. It stands out among all other brands. We find it econonomical to operate, The features are all well thought out and well placed. It is a pleasure to drive.

The car buying process was great! Very easy, non stressful! Very disappointed in the follow up when I tried to inquire about how they scratched the tint on the front window when they took off the price sticker and now I have to pay to have windows re-tinted.

I love this dealership! I bought a new 2002 Santa Fe when I lived in San Diego and have always had it serviced at each of the successive Temecula dealerships, including this one. I have always received excellent service. Paul has been patiently working with me for 3 years or so to find the perfect replacement; the 2017 finally had all the features I wanted. It won out over the Lexus and the Mercedes I was also considering. Dave the dealership manager was great at backing up Paul on Paul's days off (I'm terrible at making appts or calling first). Together they made sure they found me the best vehicle for me and gave us a great deal on price. Paul is still working with me to learn how to use all of the electronics. He paired my phone (including contacts download) and walked me through setting up the garage door openers. He even offered to come by the house to help me if I had any trouble with it. The finance lady also did a great job; got us through quickly while explaining everything and answering all my questions and even more importantly, all my husband's questions! He was very impressed by the facilities, the vehicle and the people. We both love the new extended service department hours, too.

I was contacted via phone by Mike Pavlik after filling something out online. I told him I really wasn't looking for a new car but if he could make it worth my while I would consider it. We talked about what me needs were and he made it happen. There was a 2016 on the lot that was just what I wanted and everything else just feel into place. Anthony took care of me when I came in and financing was a breeze as well.

Our salesperson was very nice, although I don't recall his name because he dealt with my wife, but very professional and courteous. Brad Cannon was a consummate professional while going through the numbers of the vehicle, he's a great asset to your dealership. Received immediate attention on first visit after making appointment via the internet. Found the vehicle we ultimately bought during first visit. Visited other non-Hyundai dealerships to xxxxx like vehicles to the one we wanted to buy. Made our decisions based upon price and warranty offered by the various dealerships. Came back to Hyundai even though price was slightly higher because of the warranty and great service received on our 2003 Sonata. No, we didn't trade it in. It'll be going to our grandson for his college transportation because it still operates fine. We expect the same from our new Tucson.

We purchased our Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid last year in June from Temecula Hyundai. We had been shopping for a couple of months but when we were ready to buy, we had only a few hours due to circumstances. Temecula Hyundai not only found us the vehicle, worked within our terms, and met our timeline, but did it with a gracious smile. Since then, we have had 3 regular service appointments and several quick stop-ins to address concerns we had. The staff has been always accommodating, informative and friendly, never pushy, and very reasonably priced. We have been satisfied in every way.We have been very pleased with our car as well. We left from the lot on a road trip and got to explore all of the fun features of this well equipped vehicle. We were impressed with the control panel, entertainment system, sun and moon roof, and in addition, averaged about 45 mpg overall.. And we have options we still are discovering.We would recommend Temecula Hyundai and are expecially thankful to their internet sales department.

They beat the competition in buy back, incentives and appreciated my loyalty to the brand since this is my 4th Sonata. We came to see the Hyundai Veloster 2016 and Mr. Cloud approached us and greeted us. As soon as we told him what we came for, he showed us the car and told us the detailed info of the mentioned car model. He even provided us information that we didn't know about the car. With his professional approach, he was able to convince us to lease it and trade my old car in. He is very helpful from the beginning up to the time we drove the car out of the lot. My son explained to the salesman exactly the new car that I wanted. The salesman,Paul, was very diligent in finding the car at another dealer & we came into the dealership within hours to sign for it. We got a good deal on the Huyndai Elantra with several discounts. Paul delivered the car on Sat. nite & he spent almost an hr. explaining the features;setting up the Bluetooth,etc. Very pleased with the service overall.

The best part of this whole experience was test driving all the different cars and chatting with Woody about all the gadgets and features as I got to use them. I had plenty of technological surprises to get excited about (since I was coming from the previous tech era, a 2004 Sentra) so the fact that he was knowledgeable and friendly made me comfortable repeating my questions and even asking some basic ones. I love the car he paired me with, I ended up settling on an Elantra Hatchback GT. I do a lot of landscape photography so it's perfect for what I need it to do. Thanks Woody.When it came to paperwork, I was braced for a nuisance but it never came. The negotiations left me with what I feel is a good price and Woody met everything with a smile and friendly demeanor. There weren't any surprises at the end or anything like that. So that was a real positive and made me feel good with my decision. It had been a while since I'd been to a dealership, let alone gone through the whole process. I would recommend them to a friend.

As I expressed to the service department gentleman who assisted me with my car and repairs, I will ALWAYS come back to the dealership for service. Best place ever to get my service done and I am grateful for their quick service and experience. They listen to my concerns (when I have them) and take care of my vehicle to my satisfaction.I have only one item to mention of concern: I have mentioned at past services that I have my tires purchases and free rotations at America's tire. However, it seems that unless I mention it, I get charged for tire rotation (as I did this past visit). An apology was made and I was told my next oil change would be free. How do I get it in my service record that I do not need tire rotations???

Went in for first oil change. Was told he had a coupon for me for 29.99. I told employee when I called the previous day I was told it was complimentary. Also had email that said our first oil change is on them. Asked if this is true , he did honor it with no problem, but said it always changes. He was told that morning they don't do it anymore. There seems to be a lack of communication with the policies.

Everyone was very accommodating, professional, and helpful. I am very happy with my purchase, as well as the quickness of getting the lease process completed. Only issue was when I arrived to check out the car and do a test drive, there was no parking in the front. Had to park way in the back and hike in, even though they knew I was coming. I came into the dealership for my oil change service and to have my passenger rear door repaired / adjusted to fix a loud squeak. This is the second time I have brought the car in for this problem. I was told it would cost me $120.00 for you to determine what the problem is. If it was something that had to be replaced, it was under warranty. If it was an adjustment, I would be charged. I talked to the service manager about it and he was perplexed as to why I would be charged. He said he would talk with the general manager (David Pavlik ) and would call me in the afternoon to let me know what could be done. I did not hear from him.

The salesmen who assisted us in purchasing our new vehicle was very professional, we were not pressured at all compared to other cars salesmen. He worked with us to get the vehicle at a price we could afford and went the extra mile, he is primarily the reason we purchased the vehicle that day. He answered all our questions and we left feeling comfortable knowing we were not being taken advantage of or pressured into buying something we did not want or need. During the time of our pickup of the vehicle he went over all the features of the model we selected, assisted my wife in sinking her blue tooth and setting her touch to close trunk to her height. All throughout out process he treated us not as a number to meet his and the dealerships quota, but as a friend. I will be returning to this dealership when it is time for us to purchase a new vehicle when that day comes. Thank you.

hyundai has updated the computer system un my car due to a recall campaign. well the process is good from checking in your car to getting it out. the Only issued i had is after 2 days my car tire pressure light went on. i brought it to a shop to get if there is any holes in it. it came out that the tires where underflated. i saw in the hyundai report that they made the pressure 33psi and that seems to be to low. i got to spend and hour plus to get that checkout. if Hyundai did set the pressure right for my car then none of this had happen.

Great experience and great, helpful, friendly staff. Jose in particular was incredibly patient and helpful with me and went above and beyond my expectations on buying my vehicle. Overall, this was probably the best car purchasing experience I've had at a dealer and I felt really good leaving the dealer with my new car. The only downside is that I visited the Escondido Hyundai dealer on my way home from work one day to take a look at their stock, and it took them over 1/2 an hour, and several attempts and going in and out of their salesroom before greeting me and then once they did, they treated me like they weren't really interested in selling me a car, probably assumed I couldn't afford it because I was dressed casual. Temecula Hyundai, fortunately, was a completely different experience and really saved how I felt about Hyundai. They were friendly and helpful to everybody, including me, a guy in a t-shirt and shorts, but making a good income wanting to buy a car. Thank you, Jose and Temecula Hyundai. I will never go to another Hyundai dealer because they know how to treat people right!

I dropped by car off at Temecula Hyundai because I was not able to drive it the 40+ miles that I needed to get home and to my favorite dealership Hyundai of Escondido. It took them 7 DAYS to figure out that this was warranty work, and might I say we dealt with a VERY RUDE service writer Carlos Velasco, and in the meantime I had gotten a rental car as I needed to get to work. On the 7th day Sandra,Service Manager, called me and let me know that my car was going to be covered under the warranty and that they would pick up my rental car. I just picked up my car today 10/21 and took my rental car back only to find out that Carlos said that my rental was only covered from the 13th through today. I spoke with him and he pointed out that since I didn't have an appt to drop off my car on the 7th ,hello my car was not driveable, we were responsible for the rental car up until the day they decided that they were going to cover the part. This is so wrong in many ways besides being RUDELY treated by their service writer. When asked if I could speak to Sandra or the dealership GM I was told by Carlos that they were gone until next Wed at meetings. I asked to speak to someone above him and he let me know in not so nice way that there was no one above him. I hardly doubt that!!! I think next time I will definitely spend the tow truck bill to drop my car off in Escondido to a real dealership. By the way this is the 2nd vehicle that I have had problems with this dealership with and no the third time is not going to be a charm because there won't be a 3rd time. From the moment I stepped on the sales lot I was extremely impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and experience of our salesman. I truly hate car shopping because of the "pressure sales", and this was not my experience at Temecula Hyundai at all. I was able to shop and test drive slowly without any pressure allowing me to "fall in love" with the car of my choice. Woody, our salesperson was very helpful pointing out all of the car features and discussed the pro/cons of one car vs. the other. After our purchase we had noticed a flaw in the vehicle and both our salesman and the manager were on top of things to be sure that we were taken care of. I have owned numerous cars throughout the years and have shopped at many dealers, however, non have IMPRESSED me more than Temecula Hyundai.

In October 2013, I purchased a 2013 Sonata GLS. In September of 2015, I made the decision to upgrade. I was greeted professionally and initially serviced by Mr. Pavlik. He then requested Tyler Dickson to assist me with viewing their selections. Mr. Dickson was not aggressive or overwhelming in his sales tactics. He listened to my expectations and desires. After a little while, I was presented with a 2015 Sonata Sport - fully loaded. The color is absolutely beautiful and all of the amenities, bells and whistles took me by surprise. Even after explaining I wanted to thoroughly understand the paperwork because of a bad experience at another dealership, staff triednto push me to sign and simply stated it was "standard." Was in town on vacation and took my car in to Temecula Hyundai because the cruise control button was not working properly. The service department got my Sonata right in and replaced the panel within hours. Sebastian and Carlos were very pleasant and efficient. The whole service department appears to be a great team!

After years of unpleasant car buying, dealing with Temecula Hyundai was a pleasant experience. Jason Mershon located exactly the vehicle that I wanted. He quoted me not a great price but a fair price. When I arrived, the vehicle was exactly what I wanted. They had dealer traded for it and honored the original price even though the other dealer had installed several inflated options. Even listing the spare tire as a $695.00 add-on. I would not hesitate to recommend Temecula Hyundai to friends and relatives. We absolutely love the vehicle. I have owned several expensive imported vehicles such as BMW and Mercedes. Sebastian was helpful on the phone when scheduling an oil change and when we arrived on site. He took care of us as soon as we arrived. He gave us a discount on an extra service we needed, which was very appreciated. I bought my very first new car here (2016 Elantra) and found it to be a very interesting experience. I dealt with the online sales dept. I negotiated a price over the phone and through email with a gentleman named Jose. After we settled on a price i made an appointment to meet him the next day to test drive/purchase the car. When I showed up I was told the Jose was not working today but that Jason, the internet sales manager, would be helping me out. A little weird since Jose had told me he was working that day but Jason was perfectly nice and helpful, so ok not a big deal. BUT, after test driving the car I told Jason the price quote I was given by Jose and they claimed there was no way they had agreed to the price and I maybe misunderstood what the quote. After showing the email with the price quote and even having to forward it to the general manager to look over they finally agreed to honor the price quote. Thank god I had told Jose to put the quote in writing otherwise I would have had to spend a lot more time haggling down the price. They were kind and respectful throughout the whole process even with our disagreement about the price and never overtly pushy. It was overall a good experience. Just make sure if you do online/phone negotiations to get the quote in writing before you go in.

Needed a newer vehicle for my wife and we found our third Santa Fe which she's loves! However, during the buying process we neglected to ensure that we received two keys and let me say that's a mistake! Keys are too expensive and a certified used vehicle should be equipped with two sets of keys! I won't purchase another unless its provided with two keys. They now want $305 plus a programming fee!

The buyng process from this dealer was very good, but the car was delivered with a broken and bent rod that holds the hood up, so this leaves me to believe that either the service department when preping the car for delivery did this or it came from the factory in this condition. I discovered this after I got the car home and had to come back at 7:30 am on a Monday morning for the service department to try and fix it and they also ordered a new hood rod to be delivered later.

I had been apprehensive to get a car, I lived on Catalina Island for 40 years and had been driving a golf cart, so getting back behind the wheel was a little scarry! My 1st car was a Ford Mustang 1966 and I loved it. My new Car reminds me of the Mustang so that was comforting. I like the way it goes around the corners (hugs the road) and stops when it's supposed too! It's not overly big so it is easier parking in these small parking spots and easier to get back out and love the back up picture to see who is behind me. I feel very comfortable in my new car, love my new Tucson. Thanks

I love my new Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. After driving every mid size SUV out there, I settled on the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T Ultimate Package. Took car for 30000 mile service. Dealer did not have kit to do tire rotation and my kit was either removed & not replaced after previous tire rotation by dealer or dealer failed to include it at time of purchase. Waiting for master kit to be sent to service dept so my tires can be rotated and they can order replacement kit.

As usual the service team at Temecula Hyundai was amazing. They are always super friendly and more than willing to go out of their way for you. I dropped off my car and in a few hours they changed my oil, replaced a sensor, checked out a noise I was experiencing, and washed and vacuumed my car. All free services as part of their outstanding service program and all done with quality and efficiency. Nobody ever pushes me to buy anything I don't need and everyone is genuinely friendly and informative. This is by far the nicest group of employees I've encountered at a car dealership or service center.

I've recently purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T and I was treated with really professionalism and not pressure at all by Paul Vanschaik. Really good person. My husband and I are senior citizens and have purchased many new cars over the years. In fact, we have owned 4 Hyundais and this was our 3rd since 2012. I had been longing for the Vitamin C Veloster Turbo and we decided to trade in the 2012 Accent. My husband is now drive the 2013 Elantra GT. We had bought our other cars in Riverside and Orange County. This was our first time at Temecula.This was the first time we ever left with a new car and felt that it was pretty much a painless experience.Our salesman, Tyler is a new salesman, but did his utmost and then some, to please us.

My husband and I hit this dealership first because it was the first one on Ynez. We had no intention on buying a hyindai because of past knowledge of the brand, instead we wanted to see what they had in their used stock of cars. First thing we notices about this place was the apparent lack of sales people hovering around like vultures which was a nice change. After about a minute or so, Scott walked up to us and greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to the dealership. He was very pleasant and professional. He asked if we had be assisted already and we said no. He then said he would locate our sales associate and be right back with some water for us. I asked him what his position was with the company and he replied with a silly grin "I am an automotive adoption specialist. In other words, I am a sales associate." I thought that was very cute. We asked him to be the one to help us but his response really knocked us on our heels. He said he was not comfortable cutting in front of a fellow workmate. My husband has been in sales most of his life and the one thing I have learned is that its every man/woman for themselves when it comes to sales. His honesty blew us away. We had to have him and so we did. We talked him into being the one to help us. He was funny, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and didnt push or pressure us. That was a new experience for us. When he asked us about what we were looking for in a car, we told him we were not interested in the hyundia line. He asked us why and then listened to what we had to say. Never once interrupted us or make us feel stupid or devalued our opinion. Once we were done unloading on him he thanked us for our opinion and opened up his ipad and began to show us what hyundai has become. We became believers and we are now proud owners of a new hyundai elantra. We love this car! We were also impressed with how friendly the sales manager "Smiley" was (thats his real name too.) He was so polite and got us the car for the price we were comfortable with. Jason in the finance department was also very friendly and was never pushy. He made us laugh when he denied any knowledge or ownership of his hello kitty mouse and mouse pad. This was the first time buying a car and driving off not feeling taken advantage of. We came away with a new car and a new friend. If you buy a car, buy it from Scott.

For months I had been searching Hyundai dealerships for a new 2013 Elantra Limited. I found the car I was interested in at Temecula Hyundai, and was immediately assisted by Scott Mertz. It was a quick and painless transaction, a totally pleasant experience. As soon as you enter the immaculate dealership, everyone you come into eye contact with greets you with a smile and asks how they can help you. My phone messages were always promptly returned, and I was always treated like my business was top priority. Scott gave me a terrific deal, and everyone involved in this process from the finance dept. to the service dept. were efficient, prompt and polite. Jose Vega was awesome. I test drove several cars and asked a lot of questions about Hyundai and their products. Jose was patient and professional. He returned all of my telephone calls in a timely manner answering my questions and concerns. I purchaseda 2013 Sonata from Jose and Temecula Hyundai because they were forthright and professional before and after the sale. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Sharing our experience is long overdue. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the Bayer group and all 3 transactions have been nothing short of spectactular. We purchased a 2013 Santa Fe and Pedro our sales rep was patient, kind and absolutely no pressure. With three young children buying a car can have it's own demands but Pedro showed us multiple vehicles until we found the right one. His product knowledge was extremely helpful and the overall purchase process was "down to earth" and actually enjoyable. Victoria in finance was pleasant, accurate and made the financing process very simple.It's been great working with a local dealership but also a group of people who are honest and take the time to understand a buyers needs. I normally dislike car shopping, Speaking to Carl on the phone and after a couple of followup call's I felt comfortable with him.I immeadiately liked his demeaner and professionalism, his product knowledge is excellent, and he listened to what we needed and showed us variuos models that would meet those needs.We zeroed in on a car that my fiance loved, he was extremely patient with her questions, and took the time to go over every operational feature in the vehicle,sometimes even twice to make sure she was comfortable with everything!And offered to assist us at anytime we needed anything regarding the vehicle.He is a definite positive asset to your organization,I will definetly return as a customer.This buying experience demonstrated to me that there still exists reputable,professional and customer friendly car dealerships.Thank you

My last car, a Genesis, was a lease and was coming up to the end of the lease. I went to Temecula Hyundai to check out what they had in pre-owned Santa Fe's and also look at the new Santa Fe's. I had already been to another Hyundai dealership the week before as well as looked at some Ford Escapes and finally said I needed to head to Temecula and check out what they had to offer me. So I called the dealership the day before and spoke to Carl Burt and he was very kind and so willing to help me out. I didn't plan to go shopping on Labor Day weekend, but did and was so pleased with Carl and his professionalism and knowledge of not only the product but also the in's and out's of leasing vs purchasing and of course everything I needed to know about the Santa Fe and the options I was looking for. My experience was exceptional and Carl made it that way. And to top it off he never pressured me, and was willing to work out pricing on both a lease and purchase and left it up to me to choose which way I wanted to go. I ended up leasing a beautiful Santa Fe 2.0T. Carl even took the time to pair up my cell phones and showed me every one of the options and how to use and set up each and every one of them. In less than 4 hours I had the car I was looking for with the monthly payment I needed. Can't say enough about Carl. He was the best! I was very impressed with Carl Burt and the "FasTrack" service. Carl was completely professional, knowledgeable and friendly from beginning to end. His immediate and helpful phone response to my e-mail inquiry resulted in our meeting the next day and, as a result, I drove home in a new Elantra.......YAY !!! Carl made the whole experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. As far as I'm concerned, he went "above and beyond" and exceeded all of my expectations. And now, the follow-up......again, Carl is right there making sure everything is okay and offering assistance, should I need it, with any questions or problems. He is definitely a "keeper". I have purchased several new cars in my life and have never experienced this kind of superior customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend Temecula Hyundai to anyone. Our visit was just fact gathering for a purchse early next year. We found the perfect replacement for our 2004 Sante Fe GLS with the new Sante Fe. The car had all the features we were looking for with more besides. It was an easy car to love. Johnny Villa showed us just how inexpensive such a high-end car could be and how easy it was to make this car ours, we were just not ready. Our plan was to wait another six to eight months. Leaving that car on the lot was very difficult.Two days later the sales manager calls me and asked me if he would work a deal, would we reconsider. Who wouldn't? He asked what would it take to make it happen. Turns out we weren't that far apart. After a couple phone calls he came back with a deal we couldn't turn away. Fortunately, the deal was so sweet returning to the dealership to sign papers and finalize the purchase was actually fun.There have been 5 other Hyundai's in our family. None have have received such exited reaction as this new Sante Fe! Great car. Great dealership. Great purchase experience!

I really don't enjoy purchasing cars, but my experience with Carl and Brad has changed my perspective. It was truly an enjoyable experience, like never before. after about two weeks of negotiating with three different hyundai dealerships, i chose temecula hyundai and i am extremely happy with my choice. i started working with shawn smiley and he was just great. he got me the price i wanted and was very easy to work with. i then worked with dale shiffler (kind of a tag team with mr smiley) who actually drove out to my house with the vehicle i was interested in for a test drive. none of the other two offered this service and i was immediately impressed with this customer service. mr shiffler and mr smiley took care of all our wants and needs to a tee. i then spoke with jason arlledge the finance guy. he made the arduous task of purchasing a new vehicle simple. he did NOT try to sell me the moon with additional stuff and for that i thank him. all in all, it was a very good experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new hyundai. i (if i can ever afford another new or certified vehicle) would see this dealership first.one small suggestion, try not to make a purchase on the weekend as they were very busy.10 of 10 on a scale of ten.

This was the easiest purchase I've made in a long time...I was in and out within 11/2 hrs!!! That's with a trade in too! We worked with Franco, Brad and Shawn...I feel the trade in was a fair price and the purchase price for my 2013 FULLY loaded Veloster was fair.Both Franco, Brad and Shawn are incredible! I have recommended anyone I know, to go and see Franco, Brad and Shawn. You won't be disappointed! In about a year, we will be back to trade our Matrix for an SUV!!!!Temecula Hyundai rocks!!!!

Lee Kenniston provided a remarkable sales experience for us. He was attentive, knew the Hyundai backward and forward, and found the car we wanted. It turned out that we were both writers and had much in common. He was a fount of information about all Hyundai models. All in all, I cannot imagine having a better experience in buying a new car. The dealership provided a good competitive price as well as a better than expected trade in on our old car. We are happy and will be attending the new car buyer's seminar on how to operate all of the fancy devices on the car.

So my fiance and I decided to start car shopping and we just thought about looking first and seeing what's available to us. We decided to stop by Temecula Hyundai first and we were approached by Vuthy "Woody" Yim. Very Very friendly person. We told him we were interested in the Hyundai Elantra and he right away explained everything about the car and right away got the key's and let my fiance and I test drive it. When we were done, we were going to check out KIA because we originally just wanted to go LOOK but he convinced us to see what they can do for us for purchasing the vehicle. The process probably took at most an hour and a half and was so quick. My credit wasn't good enough but they found way's for me to leave with a car. They worked with me in every way possible. It was like they didn't want me to leave without the car. We finally agreed on something and my monthly payment is less than $150 with $3800 down for a 2-year lease. They even added full maintenance and everything. Woody was very helpful and very friendly. He made our car shopping experience very easy. I have been car shopping about six times and they were all stressful and such a haggle. With Temecula Hyundai and Woody as our salesman, I will say it was the upmost best experience ever. We were in and out and our car shopping only took 1 day!

My wife and I were comparison shopping for a new SUV and visited TH to check out the new Santa Fe. Johnny Villa greeted us and took us directly to the Santa Fe selections. He was very low key, but informative, and gave us all the information we needed. We took a test drive and found a model that we did like. Johnny did of course, press us to commit to buying the Santa Fe that day(that's his job), but we told him we still had other vehicles to check out and he understood. He was very professional during the entire visit and we appreciated how much time he spent with us. We we pre qualified for a lease at a differnt dealership. After checking their online ratings we decided to check out temecula hyundai. I chated online and was contacted within 10.00 minutes by Carl Burt from the Internet department. We went down to the dealership and Carl had a silver sonata waiting for us to test drive. We told him the payment we were able to afford. Within two hours we were driving off with our new car. We decided to get the iredesent silver blue pearl. Carl was Awesome , very informative, very friendy. Got us exactly what we wanted. We would highly recommend calling and asking for Carl. We next dealt with Shawn Smiley. The finance manager. He was just as professional and courteous as Carl was. Shawn had us in and out with our paperwork signed in 15. Minuets . I came into Temecula hyundai back in September anxiously looking for a vehicle that would comfortably fit two newborn car seats as I was due with twins less than two weeks away! I called the dealarship and spoke with Victoria, when we arrived she had the car waiting for us to pop the car seats into :) we were literally in and out in two hours with the keys! Victoria made us feel so comfortable! I will always go to and refer anyone to this dealarship!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a young lady (auburn haired)at the reception desk. She was extremely friendly and accomidating. Jason Mershon our salesman was very knowlegable about the car and let us drive the car for quite a long time to be able to really get a good feel for the car. We felt that he was very fair and fought to get us a good deal. I would highly recommend buying a car at Temecula Hyundai.

My experience with Temecula Hyundai Sales and Financing staff was as smooth as I've ever experienced. We knew what we wanted so we called to make arrangements to have the make, model and color available at the dealership for me to see. Our credit was approved over the phone. We drove in and there was my car, just as I had ordered. The entire sale took a little over an hour and the conversation with the sales staff was very personable. I will recommend Temecula Hyundai for sure.

Nester was our salesperson, He did a great job showing us the vehicles, He seemed to be very up front on what was going on throught the whole process. Jason also did a great job getting the price we needed for our tradein and the price of the car down so we could have affordable payments. Great dealership. The one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact when we wanted to go look for a car he needed to go get the keys to each one. I would recomnend something different so the customer can look at the car quicker. Even unlock the doors to each car at the beginning of each day. One last thing is that when we pulled up to the dealership there was a crowd of salesmen standing in front, to me thats a disturbing sight and we almost left.

When i arrive to the dealer the sales person approach me, Mr Johnny Villa was very nice, i let him know i was just looking, but he was so attentive even knowing he wasn't have a sale. I went through the Costco program at the Temecula Hyundai dealership, the one on their list. They contacted me very fast. Shawn from the internet dept. was a great salesman. This car was for my son so I wanted to make sure he received a good deal and had a good experience with his first new car. The place was clean, 2 big screen TV's, coffee, water, and in their restroom they had mouth wash. Very impressed. This is far the best Hyundai dealership we've been to. They also have the best selection of cars. My son was looking for a gray color Genesis Coupe. This is the only dealership that had one. Jason was noticing me and my son was hungry so he brought us out a slice of pizza each. The christmas tree was also a nice touch. The entire team was very professional and not at all pushy. Everyone took time to answer all my questions and they were all helpful. I would recommend this dealership to friends. Heck I'm thinking about buying a white one.

This place is a joke, They will quote you one price on the internet to have you come in and when you get there they tell you it's a different model and they don't have any of the models you were quoted. Most of the staff I dealt with was nice but the sales manager lacked profesionalism and didn't do a very good job. I recomend that you shop elsewhwere

Well I waited for about 3 months (no fault of the dealer) for my Genisis they only had one coupe so I grabbed it while it was still hot. Carl updated me almost everyday during my wait and finally at the time of purchase he and Dave Pavlik made the process painless. Thanks guys and love the car.

David was very helpfull and very attentive. He took very good care of me and I felt very confortable with him. I was not presured and I he was very helpful. There is no doubt in my mind I would recommend all my friends and family to this dealership. Keep in mind I live far but I was treated very well by David Angel and Rick Pruitt. Woody was awesome!! He was so nice and NOT pushy or a fast talker like some car salesmen that are so annoying! We was so kind and patient as i couldn't make up my mind on what color i want. I would highly recommend seeking out Woody if wanting to go look at some Hyundai's. This was my second Sonata...Just upgraded to newer one and came back to this dealership because my first experience was so great. EVERYONE is nice and helpful there. Next time i upgrade definitely going back and definitely going back to find Woody!!

Ryon graciously helped my husband and I find a safe and reliable car that was within our price range. We never felt pressured and the entire process went extremley smooth. I could not have asked for a better experience for buying a new car. I was interested in buying my first Hyundai, since the cars are so nice now, so I got a hold of Carl online, and visited him the following day. My husband is deployed in Afghan so I had to go in and purchase by myself. Carl was so helpful to help me, along with Brad. There was a small problem with my trade in but both Brad and Carl made it happen, and got me the price that I wanted. Carl greeted us with a smile and his friendly British accent. He let us know before we made a final decision what car would best fit our needs. Once choosing what car best suited me, he offered color choices before I even seen the vehicle. I had done my homework and was looking for a used Genesis and Jose was very accommodating on trying to find me one. Even though they didn't have any available at the time he said he would keep in touch and as soon as they got one in he would contact me. I appreciated the fact that he didn't try to sell me another model just to make a sale. He stayed in touch as promised and I purchased the car that I wanted and I am very pleased with their professionalism. After a not so great visit to my Hyundai dealer in the High Desert, my son-in-law checked the internet for pricing and availablity in Temecula. Carl Burt responded with a great price on the exact car I wanted. We made an appointment and upon arrival were told the vehicle I had chosen was being sold shortly before we arrived. My son-in-law checked his cell and he did indeed have a voicemail from Carl explaining the situation. So, off we went to the back lot of the dealership to find a Dark Gray Sonata Limited. While wandering around and checking the inventory I fell in love with a 2013 Bronze Elantra Limited. Test drove it with Carl explaining the features and uses of the vehicle. Upon return, we got down to the nitty gritty! I especially liked that we were never handed off to someone else, Carl took care of us the entire conversation. I felt he gave me a good deal and was handed off to the Finance Manager. I have forgotten the Finance Manager's name, he had only been at his position for 15 days. Again, no push to add on this insurance or a different alarm system, just information. I signed my check, signed the pink slip of my trade in and went to dinner. A great experience. Carl even called me 2 days later to see if I had any questions or problems. My friends love the car as much as I do. Though it may not matter, I traded in a Mercedes for this vehicle and I can honestly say this car has everything plus more than my Mercedes for 1/2 the price. We will be returning to Tememcula Hyundai in a few months to purchase my daughter a new car. Thanks for such a wonderful, car-buying experience.

Just had the worst experience of my life. I worked with internet sales and jason m prior to coming into dealership. We agreed on price and set an appointment so I could arrange for daycare for my 2 small children. Walked in thinking all negiotating was done. Everything was good until brought out paperwork to sign. The numbers weren't adding up and when I asked to look more closely they kept trying to take my attention away from price breakdown. They actually added $958 in hidden costs. When I asked they told me they simply forgot that they had already tinted windows, put nitrogen in tires and couple other extras that would be over the msrp or invoice price. When I told them I felt like they were trying to hide he went to manager and came back and said I could either pay or he would have a service employee scrap tint off and deflate tires and he set my trade in key on table. I told him that I would be willing to pay for cost but that I thought it was spiteful to say that. Jason M. said he would get manager as he didn't want his surveys reflected. When he came back without manager he said they were losing too much money and could no longer help, basically kicking us out. Drove to Ontario where they gave exactly same deal I was promised at Temecula. I even paid extra $380 for tint. Entire deal was done in 3 hours. Zero haggling at all. Go see herbert and luis in Ontario. Do not waste your time at Temecula. I read bad review before going and just assumed it was a difficult person. Temecula backed out of deal they already agreed to and tried to hide fees!!!!

I spoke on the phone to another dealership in Escondido. But the sales person I spoke to there kept telling me I had to go down there and pick a car out. I wasn't expecting to be purchasing a vehicle necessarily from Hyundai as I am more of a Chevy driver. However, Jose was able to work with me to get me into a new car instead of the used Chevy that I looked at on the lot. I bought a 2013 Sonata on 6/16/2012 through the Temecula Hyundai Internet/Fleet Sales Dept. The dealer found the specific car in inventory and no one else in Southern California could get it in the near future. I had concerns about dealer add ons but the dealer will work with you to get the car you want without the add-ons and their prices seem good. There were also some problems with items that should have been with the car at the time of sale. Things like an IPOD cable. Temecula Hyunday manager Dave Pavlik and I had a good discussion about the events that caused the problems. He is changing some procedures to ensure the problems do not happen to other customers.Dealers deserve your business when they take steps to prove their willingness to work with a customer. Dave Pavlik resolved my sales concerns. As a bonus, I had the chance to talk to the Temecula Hyundai maintenance folks. They went out of their way to discuss some technical questions I had about my new car. I am loyal to a dealer only after service people prove they know what they are talking about. I had a good first impression with this team.

My wife and I went to Temecula Hyundai and bought a Beautiful Sonata Limited and are very happy we did. We went in and purchased the car got home and noticed something on the contract that IMO was wrong. I called Dave and said a few unkind things and than I posted on here what I thought of the guy. Well I could not have been more wrong because he called me back and apoligized and than the owner Mr. Bayer called and said he wanted to make me happy and knocked down the price of the car. He did not have to do this (thank you again Mr. Bayer) And he sent Carl Burt The Internet sales Manager to my house and we signed a new and I must say very fair contract. Again something they did not have to do. Carl Burt was a great guy never pushing to buy the car and a very profesional guy to work with. Again I would like to apoligize to Dave Pavlik and I will send neighbors over to your very well run car dealership. Dave Pavlik is a man of his word and did make me happy after all was said and done. I bought a used car in Mar of 2012. The convertible top was not working after a having the vehicle for 1 week. My wife returned the vehicle to get it fixed but for some reason they did not take care of the problem. I went back to the dealership and spoke to someone else and this time they told me to wait until my warranty was activated. I really did not think this was right but like a dummy I listened. We two months goes by and still the problem had not been fixed. Well I meet with Dave Pavlik, Sales Manager and he assured me that the problem would be fixed and that he did not understand why the run around I was receiving. Being a sales rep with a large territory in So Cal and Las Vegas I put a boat load of mileage on a car each year and I needed a car with a great warranty and Hyundai has the best in the industry.I drove over to Hyundai in Temecula and was greeted by Ryon Holland, I could tell immediately he was a no pressure salesman. We looked at a few models from the Genesis to the Sonata and test drove the Sonata 2.0T. We obviously had to take it to the house to get the wife's opinion and blessing that is withous saying and Ryon had no issues with doing so. We went back to the dealership I made a few requests as to what I wanted for my trade in and Ryon made it happen with out the usual going back and forth with the sales manager that other dealers put you through. After we got to where I wanted to be on the trade and the cost of the car we shook hands and put the deal together. Things rolled rather quikly after that Jennifer Holmes matched the finance rate that my credit union was offering I signed the numerous amount of papers and went to the car where Ryon was waiting to go through the vehicle with me. Ryon blew me away with his knowledge about the car from linking my Iphone to the blue tooth to the navigation, XM, Blue Link and on and on until I had to kick him out of the car...Heck I wanted to drive it! LOL.....Ryon and I will be playing golf next week and we will keep the relationship on going and I will without a doubt refer my friends to this Hyundai dealership. What a great experience. I was recommended by a family member to check out Hyundai temecula dealership. I just moved from Hawaii and had to purchase a vehicle immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, the sales rep, vuthy (woody) yim, was very friendly and personable. He showed us the different vehicles that they offered, he was very knowledgeable. we test drove the 2012 sonata gls, it was a really smooth ride. Very spacious interior and warranty is the best out there. The exterior looks very luxurious, the style won't grow old. right after the drive, I decided to buy the sonata and chose a color. I'm very happy and satisfied with purchasing this sedan. I highly recommend you to see woody!

Temecula Hyundai, and more specifically Carl Burt, in the Internet Sales Department were great. They helped me find exactly the car that I wanted and kept constant communicaion with me. I got a fast response to all the questions I had, which made my car buying experience very pleasant. I greatly recommend Temecula Hyundai to anyone wanting to buy a car with out the common hassle that other dealerships will give you.

We purchased a 2012 Sonata on Jan 18. This was the easiest process. We were already pre-approved through our bank (USAA) and had an electronic check. I used the USAA Car Buying Service but the dealership in Temecula didn't pop up. I placed a quick call to the dealership and set-up a test drive appt w/ Victoria. She was able to honor the USAA price. My husband and I was very pleased that we were able to keep the sale to a local dealership within our community. She was very professional and not pushy. She went over all the cars details and answered all questions we had. I would recommend Victoria to any friend or family member.Mr. & Mrs Smith

we purchased our hyundai in december at temecula hyundai after doing some internet shopping where we were introduced to carl.we had a fantastic experience at the dealership and got a price we were vey happy with. carl did his best to get us a great deal on our 2012 sonata. would recomend this dealership and carl to our friends.

Our salesman Ryon Holland was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He answered all of our questions. Showed us several models and explained the features and benefits of them. When we chose the Sonata Turbo,he assured us we had made a great decision. After driving for a few days now, we have gotten nothing but compliments on our new car and know we made the right choice. We had also talked to Mark Ruggieri. He also expained the differances between some of the models, he also is very professional and knowledgeable. We can't forget to mention the great finace team of Lee Hinton and Jason Arldge. They made the finacing and paper work a breese. Exlained everything so we could understand it and felt comfortable in our decision. I went to Temecula Hyundai several months ago after being out to other Hyundai dealerships in Riverside and Irvine, CA. After receiving e-mails from Rick Pruitt and talking to him via phone, I took a drive over to talk to him in person. Rick was very professional and showed me and my daughter exactly what she was looking for in a car that she wanted. Being that we already owned a 2000 Hyundai Elantra and had it from day one brand new, we new we trust in buying and owning another Hyundai vehicle. My daughter picked one of the many Rick had to offer with what my daughter wanted and proceeded to make the purchase. We were made to feel comfortable from beginning to theend of the sales purchase and Rick explained the details from warranty to the specifics of how to use the new items in her car that were all new to us and the locations and servicing of the vehicle. Rick left no rocks unturned about my daughters vehicle and this specifically is the reason why we returned last week to purchase a new Hyundai Sonata for my wife with Rick at Temecula Hyundai. Rick again proved to be the salesperson that we purchased from earlier in the year, Rick gave us the same exact treatment and professional courtesies extended to us on our first purchase. Rick again was thorough in all the details got us exactly what we were looking for. I would also like to mention that because our vehicle was being displayed at the Temecula Mal over the past weekend we could not get it immediately but on Monday Victoria was able to convenience us by having the vehicle detailed and she personally delivered the vehicle to me and my wife and went over all details pertaining to the use of all the new equipment in our new Sonata, Great job by all at Temecula Hyundai,you have a customer for life and the Becerra family is truly a happy family with now 3 Hyundai's in our family.
