Need some help....I Need my 2018 Dodge Journey GT suspension inspected again due to constant Vibration and Squeaking sound on front driver side when driving on a bumpy road or going over speed bumps, I have brought it in for a few times before for the same issue, I have paid for an 160- point inspection, front brake rotor resurfacing, and an alignment and "New Tires". "which i think should have been checked before I was sold the car.." I was also told by the service rep 'they could not recreate the Squeaking I was experiencing,' so nothing was fixed. I am still experiencing slight vibration on Highway but it has gotten better after getting new tires. I was recommended to get new tires by the Service Rep there at Team Kia after a 'roadforce' test on the current tires were bad.. "which i really think should have been checked before i was Sold the car by Team Kia in February also" to solve the vibration problem i have been experiencing on the Highway, the Vibration has reduced significantly but there is still sum slight shaking and the suspension Squeak has gotten worse. I have only put 6k miles on the car since I got it. Please help

Wasn't planning on buying a Kia Soul when I visited, but couldn't pass up the trade-in given to me, discounts (vet also), rebates. Bought a beautiful black over red Kia that we love. Salesperson was marvelous. Everyone friendly.

The sales experience was nice. Financing was fine until it came to the rebates. They lied to my face, failed to contact me, and just did what worked for them. I called, I emailed, and wouldn't receive a response. Finally when I went in to ask what the xxxx is going on, they just had there tail in between there legs. First they said I was getting 900 and then when I was signing to get a check (instead of lower monthly payments because they screwed up) it stated 800. I asked why the difference and he lied about the amount the first time. I was very upset with how their finance department handled the case.

We had a good experience with Team Kia of El Cajon. They were busy when we got there and despite calling ahead to ensure an appointment we were passed between three people, who were all with other customers. Our salesman, Tom Modica, was very nice and funny and did his best to make sure the process went well. He was in the middle of finishing another sale so we took our test drive with yet another salesperson, Irene. She didnt make it clear as to why she was gathering our info once back at the dealership, yet we did know it was for a credit check. I did not like that I was giving out such personal info in the middle of the sales floor rather than the privacy of an office. We didnt get the price advertised for our vehicle for reasons still not clear but it was still a fair deal. The finance process took a lot longer than it should have, they went back and forth 3 times before settling on our financials and then forgot to factor in our trade in. Once we got to the financial office, we felt rushed. The advisor was already 2 hours past when he "cuts out of the there" and made it very clear that he was ready to go and had tacos waiting for him. Despite us providing the title and keys to our trade in, the advisor called the next day wondering when we were bringing the car in. He seemed a little disorganized. Tom was the highlight of the whole deal. Even while we were just waiting on paperwork he talked with us and kept us entertained to ensure we didnt get bored and ansy

I came to kia with not very much hope. I had been turned down at just about every other dealership...Adam went above and beyond to make everything work. The finance guy we had, his name is hootie (not sure if that's correct spelling) did everything he could to help me and they put me in a brand new 2016 kia Rio. I'm so grateful for their hard work. When I say it wasn't easy, believe me, it wasn't but everyone involved with helping me did just that, they helped me. I can't thank these guys enough. They walked me through the entire process which was really great considering I'm a first time buyer. The dealership itself is very clean. Thanks guys, xoxoxo

Took my car in for service during lunch time and was taken in right away. The shuttle drove me back to my workplace and picked me up whe car was ready. Very friendly staff and helpful. My car was ready to go within an hour and a half from when I took it in. Excellent service department.

Love this place, didn't buy my car from here but I wish I had. I hate the lemon grove Toyota dealership where I bought my Kia Forte. Found this place and have nothing positive experiences going here. So much so that recommended it to several people including my best friend, which resulted in her buying her car there. Three years ago my husband and I purchased two cars in one day because of the great service we had received when we first arrived and how fair and reasonable they were during the entire sales process. Fast forward through three years of amazing service at the service department for our routine oil changes and car maintenance, then they called saying that they were looking to increase their inventory with the make, model and year of car we had purchased. Because we had such great experience in the past, we decided to help them out with this request; we didn't mind too much having to start paying again on a new car and wanted to upgrade some of the features on one of our vehicles. They worked tirelessly to get us into the vehicle that we wanted and were amazing every step of the way again. We are very pleased with them and will most likely continue to do service with them in all areas.

Went in hesitant not knowing what to expect and watching every move because I thought we would be pressured or the crazy sales schemes but NOT at all, it was great!! Rick was so professional and informative. We actually felt like he was looking out for US! He was warm and always gave us time to think and make our own decision. Great salesman(Greg Abbott) and got the car at the price I offer. The only catch is that this dealership puts a clear protection(door handles and on the side of the door) on all of their vehicles and stick it to you at $495. Greg mention the product but fail to tell me that I would be buying it. I thought it was a bonus the dealership does to enhance the sale of the vehicle. it turns out it wasn't. I made my case about them sticking that cost to me since it wasn't a option and the manager only response was that it's on the vehicle and the product comes with a lifetime warranty. was going to back out but wife kick me under the table twice(a sign to stop arguing and you got your offer amount). went thru with the deal because the car was in great condition/low miles and I got my offer price. this dealership need to get rid of the guy in finance because it took forever to get our paper ready to be sign. So, watch out for that extra cost!! 3 star due to finance guy and extra cost

My son and I went to team Kia of El Cajon looking to buy a new car. And we were helped by Eric. Cermeno and Jeff K. During the time of our visit I received exemplary service from both of these gentlemen, they both work very hard for me to get a new car. I in the last couple years have had a really hard time I lost my car I lost my home I lost everything, I am now rebuilding my life and it could not have happened without the help of Eric and JeJeff with their caring, professional, and excellent knowledge of their product and on how to get someone like me into a vehicle! If it were not for them me being disabled would still be walking at the bus and trolley, but the work that Eric and Jeff did was truly amazing! There were a few issues that me and my son needed handled and Eric and Jeff took care of them right away! The service was nothing more than amazing and I would recommend anyone friends families everyone to team kia of elcajon to purchase or any service needs! These two gentlemen are angels in disguise and would do everything in their power that they can to make their customer happy and assist them in any way possible that they can! I feel that team kia of elcajon. Is lucky to have these two gentlemen on there by their side and on their team! I feel like I was truly blessed to be able to have been serviced and helped by these two gentlemen I am truly happy with the help of them of helping me find a car and getting me into a car! I recently purchased a used car from Team Kia in El Cajon. I love the car I bought, but it was having issues with the AC. There was no warrantee on the car any more and the AC went out. They took the car and repaired it at no cost to me. I expected to have to pay for the repair, and was pleasantly surprised to be treated so well!! Mike and Eric from the service department took the car in on Monday morning and gave me a ride home. A few hours later they returned to pick me up and the repair was done, at NO COST to me!! I know they could have shined me on and had no real obligation to fix the AC without charge. This was especially special to me since I am on my retirement fixed income. I would buy another car from them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a car!! Thank you Team Kia!! You restore my faith in car dealers!!

Poor design causes bumper failure,I must say my buying experience was a five star!.. But now that I own the car and it has 10,000 miles I am sad to say I am on my own:( very disappointing that the lack of warranty overshadows the great buying experience! I bought my 2015 Kia Optima in for a warranty issue, my bumper had separated from the inner wheel well liner causing my bumper to flap in the wind when driving and become dislodged. If you look in the wheel well "front of car" you will see that the bumper is attached to the black inner liner. Where this attachment is, the mold on the bumper is paper thin where it attaches "extremely poor design"Anyway the dealer is saying since my bumper has an extremely minor scratch on it they are saying the separation is due to an impact. This scratch is under the bumper and due to driving up my steep driveway and has NEVER been impacted. So basically they are saying I am lying so they don't need to cover it!My wife has a Ford Focus with 110,000 miles on it and has extreme scratches from the same issue and the Ford has not fallen apart. After all this has happened I went and read the reviews on KIA warranty issues and found that KIA covers nothing as the reviews from thousands of unhappy KIA owners are overwhelming! My advice: before you buy a KIA look up the reviews for warren issues and you will see for yourself!..Signed,Disappointed!...5-19-15

First they bought Boston Market for my family of 6 they even went to Boston Market and brought the food to us at the dealer. AMAZING. Finance company rose % rate so kia lowered car payment to keep the monthly payment the same instead of going up. AWESOME. This was the second car i bought from them. The first car was a pontiac grand prix.good car. Thank you very much.

Made and appointment days before 2 pm had to wait over 45 min no sale reps! Was told if I buy a new car there was a $6000 Kia rebate After waiting for another hour I was told my Bmw car trade in value was $2000 I looked it up not true $4700 plus I was told I would need an additional $6000 down payment for a new car ! The Kia condenza & optima are very light car the door ware very super light weight I don't think I could feel safe driving a Kia I could get a ford f 150 for same prices! I have to buy my snakes and soda from a vending machine at Bmw I get free snacks and coffee 2 and half hours lost on first day of 2015 Thanks

I am new to Kia and was hesitant to leave my previous dealership, Honda. I was unsure how I would be treated at KIA. I was referred to the salesman, Greg Abbott. I would highly recommend him! I don't have enough nice things to say about him. He was patient, understanding, he answered my countless questions, he explained things to me in a way I could understand and he tirelessly worked with us (over the course of 3 days) in helping me find the right car that fit my needs, not his agenda! He wasn't pushy, or demanding. He was honest, and talked to me as he would his own child. Greg Abbott was not the only one that exemplified exceptional service, a few others that made my purchase possible was the entire finance department, especially Mike. Mike spent 2 days on the phone calling every bank in San Diego to try and find me the best financing for my car. He ensured all the paperwork was exact and that my car payment was one that I could afford. I have to admit the entire car purchasing process is a huge ordeal and is stressful! I practically lived at the KIA dealership in El Cajon for 2 days! They paid for my dinner while I was there and was constantly keeping me posted on my car process. Because of the dedication that KIA has for their customers and for people like Mike and Greg I walked away with a car that I love and can afford. Thank you for what you do on a daily basis. By the way I just purchased a 2012 Kia Forte ex. I couldn't be happier with the care and service I have received at KIA in El Cajon.

Team Kia of El Cajon I am 52 years old and spent many dayss inside car dealerships and purchased more vehicles than I can count! Up until 2007 my credit was golden so I didn't really have to worry about financing and had never really understood how hard the finance departments work. Now I am like so many others fighting to rebuild credit and have bought a few cars since, all bad experiences! From the moment I walked into Team KIA of El Cajon I was impressed, it wasn't a mob they had a clear system to walk me through everything! I explained right away that I had bad credit and didn't want to waste there time but needed a new car badly for the job I was changing to. The Sales person said, no problem we can get most anyone financed (how many times have you heard that?) So we started the process of going though inventory, found the right car, 2015 KIA Optima and the sales person was actually able to walk me through it from tires to radio, I was extremely empresses! I told him I liked it and lets try to make a deal. Now the part that all car buyers dread! Finance, they ran my credit and found that I indeed had bad credit, about a 580 credit score then the bomb, shell I told him I only had a thousand dollars to put down and gave the a payment amount I could work with, they went to work, and in about 2 hours I sat down with finance Mike and he explained when youre done here your done not like other car dealers when you drive out and then they go to work on getting you financed They then walked me though rest of the Team KIA process including an impressive walk through of all of the car functions and even synced mine and my wifes phone to the car, WOW I have never seen anything like this! Back in the day I had bought a 75,000 Range Rover and didn't see this kind of service! WOW For anyone else they would be done, but not me this would have been the case as I was completely financed and even knew the finance company. Unfortunately I had an extremely bad break up with my previous employer so they did not verify my income to my finance company throwing a huge wrench in the mix, its obviously hard to finance a car If you cant get your income verified!; this is on me, not the dealer. This is where Mike and Tom in finance went to work! It took a couple weeks of these two going back and forth with the finance company, my old employer who would not verify my income, It even went as far as them having me meet in person with the finance people at the KIA dealer; OK at this point I was amazed at how hard this two worked to get my deal completed. After having the worst experience trying to buy a car!!!! (regardless of the price never go to these shysters) at North County Kia I almost gave up on getting my wife the car she wanted. But fortunately Cameron and crew of Team Kia El Cajon came to the rescue. We got the car we wanted at a reasonable price from professionals. Event though the location was not ideal (45 min drive) my family and I made the trip to El Cajon from Carlsbad. I have to say that it was well worth the drive and as pleasurable as buying a car could be. Heed my warning, do not I repeat, DO NOT GO TO NORTH COUNTY KIA!!! Dont waste your time and activation.

Worst experience from a car dealer. I came in with pricing from my credit union. To make a long story short, the cost of the car was more than the internet listed price. They tacked on a $495 cost for a sealant that they said couldn't be removed. The sealant was basically a sticker along the edge of the door and under the door handle. They also said this was a required cost of the dealership and their was nothing they could do to take off the cost. So why not include it in the sticker? Why the hidden cost? I felt taken advantage of. I will never do business with this dealership again. No referrals either. BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH THEM. Walk away if you have to... I should of but I didn't know any better. Now you know... And knowing is half the battle. : )

The experience myself and my husband experienced today at Team Kia of El Cajon was one of most favorable car buying experiences we have ever had and we were "blown way" by how easy it was! We have purchased and leased several vehicles during our lifetime and have never, ever experience such a pleasant, professional, relaxing experience as what we experienced at Team Kia of El Cajon. There was absolutely no pressure to buy whatsoever. We told our sales rep, Memo Rueda, exactly what we wanted, the price range we wanted, what we could afford monthly, etc. That's all it took. Memo took it from there. Not one time did they ask for more money down, or even attempt to come back with a higher monthly payment than what we wanted. They knew and respected what we wanted, and they made it happen. We spent very minimal time at the dealership, not only during the negotiation, but also doing the financing paperwork with Nick. It was very fast. We spent at total of maybe 3 hours at the dealership from when we literally arrived to test drive a car, to when we actually drove off the lot with our new car. It was that easy! Excellent time management! Zee (who showed us how to operate the car functions inside the car was very kind and informative also). Everyone at Team Kia was extremely friendly, informative, helpful and just a great experience all together. We really cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Team Kia of El Cajon! One of the best car buying experiences we have ever had! We will highly recommend Team Kia of El Cajon to all our friends, family and co-workers without a doubt! Went in today only for a test drive and was so pleased with their customer care, the selection of pre-owned autos, and their willingness to deal that I ended up driving away in a new car! I was fortunate to meet General Manager Chris George, who put me in the care of Memo Rueda, an experienced sales professional who saw that all my shopping needs were met. It was a busy afternoon, but no one was too busy to spend the time I needed to feel comfortable with a decision as large as this. Memo researched their inventory, selecting vehicles that truly met all my wants and needs in a new car. I never felt pressured or rushed in any way as I drove several vehicles before finding the right match. Chris George checked in with us several times which I found refreshing. In my previous experiences at a car dealership I never even saw the General Manager, let alone met him! Scott in financing was outgoing and friendly and made the money portion of the experience painless and reduced my anxiety. Memo remained there until I was in the driver seat, even assisting with the final detailing of my new vehicle. I could not recommend this dealership any higher. If you're looking for either a new Kia, or a pre-owned vehicle, you should definitely stop by and take a look. Ask for Memo, you won't be disappointed.

I purchased a 2010 VW Routan. Within 1 day the floor carpeting was folding over itself. I brought it in 3 times and it still hasn't been repaired properly. There was a knocking noise in the sliding door that they didn't repair. I took it into a local body shop and found out that the back end was completely rebuilt. It was never reported to Carfax. I am now left with a lemon. I asked the dealership if it was just something that could have been overlooked. The reply was, "The rear end was put together extremely poorly. Anyone could see the weld points were done improperly." This station lies about accident history and will not repair anything. Do not shop here if you care about your wallet.

Being new to San Diego and a single female, the car buying process is definitely not one of my favorite things, but I had such a wonderful experience at Team Kia thanks to Memo Rueda that even though I could not purchase a vehicle, I still wanted to share it. From his first email and phone call, I got a sense that he was really down to earth and very respectful, when I showed up at the dealership he made sure to ask me questions that I had not thought about and answer them all, he made me feel very at ease, and even when I could not buy a vehicle, he was very courteous and understanding, I am for sure going back to see Memo once I save up for my down payment, I really like the Forte.

I got a pre-approval in the mail from Kia - El Cajon. I went to the website to find out the value, filled out the requested information and submitted it. This did not produce the information I expected. I was called by a call center somewhere in Iowa that didn't know how to pronounce El Cajon. The rep asked me more qualifying questions but still did not tell me the value I had been "pre-approved" for. I was told that I would only be able to get that information after I had identified a car that I liked. I went in this afternoon and spent about an hour with a new salesperson named Jason McElveny. I found Jason to be a straight shooting, consummate professional. We discussed my options and I felt extremely comfortable dealing with him. If you are looking for a new or used car, I can give no higher recommendation that to advise you to check with Jason at Kia in El Cajon before you buy. Perhaps his supervisor would be disappointed to know that I did not buy a car today but I can say with confidence that I would not hesitate to buy a car from Jason and I intend to recommend him to my friends. Referrals are the best way to develop business and I think Jason will have no problem building his referral network quickly. I've dealt with a few car salespeople while shopping for a car and I've dealt with some of the worst. Jason McElveny is a breath of fresh air in a world filled with typical "used car salesmen". I really liked how my BMW drove... when it would run. I like the fact that my Camry starts every time but it lacks style. I never considered Kia to be a possibility, until now. I like the Optima Hybrid and I will definitely to back to Kia, El Cajon.

We were stuck. The engine blew on our only means of transportation on Friday night. We called Memo on Saturday morning as a long shot. We figured there was no way we could finance a car. He took our info, got us pre-approved, drove all the way to Guatay and picked us up. We test drove two cars and settled on a Honda FIT. We were there for 2 hours, and drove home Saturday in an almost brand new car. We are so greatful to Memo and all the staff at the dealership. It was an unbelievable experience. We will be back again.

I had been to several other dealerships, and the customer service I received from Bryan Bainqualls at Team Kia was UNMATCHED. I was looking for a Compact SUV and Bryan was super knowledgeable and professional. I just got a 2013 Kia Soul ! loaded here I love the car! I worked with David Gunn for a few months when i was waiting for my settlement to come in. He was really cool called me off and on maybe one time a week just to check in. David Gunn is a really good guy not pushy. He asked me what car i wanted and with what. he did not have the car i wanted so he went and got one that was a 100% what i wanted it. made me a really good deal on it as well. My wife and I went to Kearny Pearson Kia we were shopping to get the best deal we could. David Gunn was up front with us and offered us the best deal. We did not have to haggle over the price at all. Kearny Pearson Kia Lied to us, put in rebates that they could not hold up or keep there word on. Kearny Pearson Kia made is look as they were beating Team Kia but when it came down to it they were not even close to what David Gunn could do for us. If you live in San Diego and want to buy a Kia call David Gunn he will do everything he can for you to get you what you want and for what u want to pay for it.

I had an awful experience when I visited Kia of El Cajon. To be honest, the sales associate was friendly and not pushy. However I came into the dealership with a open mind and would have purchased a car on the lot that day. Once the credit department got involved the situation turned into a joke. I was told that I had bad credit or hold on.... the guy said that maybe he was looking at somebody else's credit history. I explained that my credit score was indeed good and I asked him to go look at the right history. After waiting 15 minutes, he came back and said that I didn't have enough money to put down so he couldn't help. At this point he had no idea what I was willing to put down. He never even asked!I have experience the loan biz and it was clear that this guy had no clue what he was doing. I asked to speak with the manager of the loan department but was told "he's to busy". I walked out and will NEVER GO BACK. My plan was to purchase a car that day but after my horrible experience I decided that I'd buy from a dealership that actually wants to sell vehicles.

Went in to purchase a new Soul, knew which car and had a check in hand. It took over 4 hours to complete this transaction. When the financing paperwork was given to me I noticed it had things I had not asked for, things I had already said I didn't want and things that I didn't know what they were. I got vague answers about the alarm system. The finance person pushed for the extended warranty and the alarm system. By the time I left their lot I was happy to leave and not come back. I did purchase a Soul from them and I hope I don't regret it.

Nick greeted me on the showroom floor as I had an appointment with him from a internet inquiry. I kind of knew what i wanted but his knowledge of the different trim levels sure helped me firm up my selection. Went in to see a used 2003 Chevrolet Suburban I had spotted on their internet site and met Ryan (our sales guy) and hopped on in for a test drive. Loved the vehicle super clean and runs excellent and also priced right. Worked up some numbers and Gerald and Ryan got me the payments I wanted and walked out with keys to the Suburban! The dealership was then closed when we finally completed the paperwork, and many thanks to Ryan for driving the Suburban to my house (as I had my other car with me and no means of taking two cars home by myself) and I then dropped him off at the dealer so he can call it a day. I had a very high interest rate on the first contract I had signed, but three days later Jorge from the finance department had been trying to get in touch with me and I thought, "here we go, they want the Suburban back cause of my bad credit history and no bank wants to finance me". I finally went back in and Jorge (finance) got me a great interest rate (for my credit rating) and even a cheaper monthly payment! Good Honest Dealership that is hard to come by ANYWHERE. Thank you TEAM KIA OF EL CAJON for getting me my dream truck/SUV at a very good price!

Two huge problems happened with my purchase... First of all, the deal that was ironed out was not the deal typed up in the contract, and when brought up to the finance guy, they told me to take what was written or they would hike up my interest rate. Second, they added a third party warranty to my contract which cost 2,500. Throughout the whole transaction, they told me the car had a warranty included. Huge difference between included and we're going to secretly charge 2,500 and hope you don't find out. It's been three months since I bought my car and I'm still waiting for them to refund me those $2,500 and when I call, the person in charge of the refund is busy, away, or incapable or returning messages left for him/her.

I started out taking my Saturn to this dealership before Kia took it over. But I stayed with them thru the change so I've been taking my car there for service and repairs for atleast 8 years now. I have ALWAYS received the best service. I tried a small, local mechanic a couple of times and found out the hard way that the best service AND PRICE was right back where I always go - Kia of El Cajon. Check this out - the other day both my tail-lights were out. I took the car in and within 15 minutes I had both lights replaced and a free car wash for $8.70! I doubt I could have bought the bulbs myself for that price! Or got the car washed! Jessica runs a tight ship, and everyone is always friendly to my dog Bowie. These folks know their stuff and are really good people. I've never taken the time to write anyone a review before, but these folks deserve it.

Went in for oil change, had called before, Mike estimated 45 minutes once on rack. came in, was served immediately by technician Diego, who worked on my car. Service advisor Jessica wrote up my ticket. Diego did a great job on vehicle, checked various items. I had mentioned a loose plastic grill on front of car, Diego and another tech were able to reattach quickly. Service was completed within time frame offered. All the employees I dealt with were very friendly. The updated store looks wonderful. I have always been happy with previous visits as well.

From the moment we arrived, they extended positive attitudes in a very laid back atmosphere. Nick assisted us with our car purchase, and he was awesome. He did not haggle or push us to make any decisions we didn't want to make, and gave us the best deal possible. We were at the dealership for only 3 hours and left with a brand new car! Craig in the financing department is also very nice! Team Kia made the sometimes stressful choice of buying a first car a very positive and exciting one for my mother and I. When I went back to get my first full gas fill, they already knew who I was and what I needed when I walked in. I am so disappointed with the service department. I took my 2012 Kia Optima in for a 15,000 mile service on Monday. When I got home my car was dripping oil from the undercarriage. Not a ton of oil, but it is a year old car. It should not be dripping oil. What really upsets me is this isn't the first time. The first time I got my oil changed on my brand new car, at this same dealership, it dripped oil all over my driveway and garage floor. 1st time, shame on you. 2nd time, shame on me. When I asked the mechanics today, "why does this keep happening?", the response I received was, "The new Optimas and Sorentos have a plastic tray underneath where we change the oil. If any oil spills on that, it is going to drip if someone doesn't clean it up." So, we know there is a problem and nothing is being done to address it? I will not be returning to this dealership for service unless I am reassured that this problem has been addressed.

Purchased our car with no issues from start to finish. Dale our sales guy walked us through the process with ease. Dale helped us go over the car and set up certain things prior to leaving the dealer. I took the car in the following Monday for the clear coat detail and the service department and Mike were the best. So we walk in...Extremely reserved and ready for the sales people to attack...and we were pleasantly surprised by the most kind mannered sales associate Cameron. He introduced himself and the rest was history! Cameron helped make the stressful process of buying a car relaxing, and get this, fun! Shortly after test driving a vehicle, Jeff had come by to introduce himself. He was confident and ready to help us get a car. After getting all the details worked out we headed over to speak with Jorge about all the financial documents (probably the most stressful part of all) and he made it easy! Gave me a vehicle without actually financing it. On top of that they ran my credit every week destroying it. When I gave the car back (since it was not mine because there was never actually a bank financing) they tried to keep my down payment. I tried to reasonably reason with them due to my using the car when it was "financed" but they were intent of sticking to their guns. While I felt like I had received a stroke of bad luck with them I have come to find out that they have a habit of doing this. Very sad considering the end result leaves you without a car, without a down payment and with now poor credit. The actual buying process is pretty standard however if you seem hesitant to buy a car they showed you they seem to just leave you for a different customer. While I actually enjoyed the Kia I "bought" it did lack features I felt it should not have such as cruise control. Unfortunately due to this incident (which happened almost 8 months prior) I doubt I will ever buy a Kia. If you are intent on buying one go anywhere else.

so my day wasnt planned to buy a new car came in for an oil change and just thought i would brouse with my kids and came across a 2011 kia sedona and the sales man Mark was so nice and asked if i wanted to test drive my kids said come on mom lets drive this nice van lol so Mark directed me to mt helix and i thought wow what a beautiful site to see while driving this smooth nice looking van what salesman does these things these days :) i could honestly say to u all looking to buy a car team kia is the place to go really nice people jeff was a great help as well great sales consultant look for these guys when u come in i got a great deal and am driving off in a new ride....

I think people like Carlo and Cameron make buying a car not such a horrible process. Right away when a car salesmen walks up to me, I can tell if I want to buy a car from them or not. If they are charming, not pushy and genuinely a down to earth person; then it isn't so bad. Carlo and Cameron made it much easier to buy a car from because you know they are on your side and trying to help....rather than rip you off for all you are worth. Team KIA seems to do a great job carefully picking their staff which gives me a GREAT sigh of relief in the name of buying a car !!!!!!

Team Kia got the exact car I wanted from L.A. the very next day. I had a bankruptcy and they got me a great rate with no down payment. Thanks guys. I will definitely refer you. They had no pressure and so I went to look at Toyotas that day as well. Toyota was "too busy" to talk to me (and too expensive) and my husband so we went back to kia where we are very happy with our new fully loaded Sportage!

Today I went to the dealership to look at their new model cars and ended up walking away with a really good deal on a new car. They were very nice and caring. The Sales Consultant, Dustin was very nice and helpful. Will definitely do business with them again. Dustin made my visit very enjoyable. He is a wealth of knowledge! My total experience at Team Kia exceeded my greatest expectations. I was totally satisfied, and recommend the dealership to one and all, and would prefer to have them handle all my automotive transactions in the future. All individuals I worked with, from Sales Manager to Finance, were very capable, handled all the paperwork efficiently, and accurately answered all my questions. I have never felt more comfortable with buying a new car and they made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. You rock Team Kia!

Great experience. Jeff is the man to see when you go. He makes every customer a priority and will do his best to get the car and deal that works for you. There where a few bumps at the beginning but he made sure I left with my car. Now I'm driving away with a new car. Thanks Jeff and Team Kia of El Cajon. I was very happy with my purchase. Mark Ericson helped me get my kia optima at the price I wanted to pay monthly and even worked with me on getting my insurance lowered so I could afford my payments easier. Everyone was very helpful, Mark, Gerald and Travis (Farmers Insurance Agent). I love my Optima. I think it was the best thing I've done in a long time.

I love my new Kia Sportage. I went in not looking to buy a vehicle, but after talking to the WONDERFUL staff at kia of el cajon, i walked out with a new car!!! Dustin Wheeler did an amazing job finding the perfect car for my family! I am very happy and recommend anyone to go there to buy a car!!!

Visited the El Cajon Team Kia today, the service was most grateful, it was lots of help and just a fantastic place to go to if your shopping for a new car or used. A man by the name Bashar Qustanteen, and Duc Du was a fantastic host. they helped me with buying a new Kia Sorento. Bashar has excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, easy to talk too and most helpful. If there's a chance that your going to visit Team Kia ask for Bashar Qustanteen.

I walked into "Team kia of el cajon" with no car in less then 2 hours i had a car i was a first time buyer and i walk on to the lot and met Dustin and he was able to help me find the car i wanted and get me though financing with no problems it was a excellent car buying experiences the lot staff was very kind and funny i would recommend team kia of el cajon to any one !

I have been trying to get a vehicle for a long time now due to my bad credit. I spoke with Ryan and he said that he can put me in a good vehicle. I came in thinking it wasn't going to happen then Ryan got me into a vehicle fast with no hassle !!! Everyone was very kind and easy to work with! I am very grateful and very happy with team kia!

I just bought a new 2012 Kia Forte from Jeff Richards at Team Kia and the visit was one of the best I've ever had. I hate buying cars because of the long dragged out process. But we had exchanged emails prior to going in so he already knew what I want. When my wife and I went in, he had everything ready and waiting for us. We love our new forte!

I bought a car from this dealership last year and whenever I need any maintenance done I don't even have to think twice about taking it anywhere else. Everyone at Team Kia has been more than I could have asked for from day one. I won't trust anyone else with my car! The service advisors Jessica and Mike are so friendly I can sit there and talk to them for hours. I really feel like family!

I was a first time buyer and was having trouble getting approved for a car. I only had $1,500 for a down payment and needed to keep my payments under $300 a month. Every dealership I went to I was denied so I lost all hope in getting a car. My friend had told me how her neighbor just bought a car from Team Kia and they were amazing. They really worked with them to stay in their budget so I thought I would give it one last try. I went there and told them my situation and I was able to leave that very same day with a car. I didn't need anything too fancy but they made sure to take care of me and get me into something I was comfortable with. Everyone at Team Kia was super helpful and nice and because of them I have my own car!

I couldn't decide between buying a new Lexus or a new Optima, obviously the price tag on both had a lot to do with it. After visiting with Team Kia, I realized that the Optima was the right car for me, it had everything that I wanted. Even had the luxury look that the Lexus had but without the big price tag. Dustin Wheeler was my salesman and I can't thank him enough for all his help and information he gave me on the car. I loved my experience at Team Kia, they made me feel like family. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership and the people working there. The dealership has just been remodeled and looks amazing, it's a very fun and enjoyable expirence. The sales guys and sales managers are a tight knit group of friends, who make you feel like you're apart of the family. I couldn't stop laughing with my sales consultant Cameron Marquardt. Had a awesome time with him. He's very respectful, knowledgeable and takes pride in helping his customers find the right care to fit their budget and I could see that when I bought my car

Everyone at Team Kia was aweasome! I went in there with a budget in mind and they worked with me. Not only did I get the car I wanted I even got some extras in it that I did not think I could afford. They were very helpful!

Im looking for a 1998 to 2002 Camaro or Firebird. I found Team Kia had a 2002 Firebird for sale, but no pictures on-line. I called and spoke with Frank and he answered my questions & emailed me photos. The car looked great in the pictures & Frank said it was in pristine condition. I drove from Temecula to look at the car. What a POS! The car had been in an accident, the hood & fender didnt line up, the front fender had a crack in it & the paint all over the car had severe issues. To top it off, the cars was priced $1000 OVER high blue book! It was a waste of my time to drive down and look at it.

Gilber the salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. There was no pressure on us but he was available to talk and take us for a test drive. The sales manager took care of our paperwork and what payment options were available to us. Craig the finance manager took the time to explain all the options we had available to us and what the costs were. He even made a suggestion to save us money on our financing. This was by far the shortest and best car purchasing experience we have ever had!

I usually let my husband deal with car purchases, because I truly despise dealing with car salesmen...the pressure, the games, the hours being toyed with. My time at Team Kia was like no other car buying experience. My husband worked with David Gunn via the internet, then we stopped in, test drove the Kia Soul and were in and out in less than two hours. David was so warm and easy going...not a hint of pushy car salesman. I absolutely love my new car and would highly recommend buying with Team Kia of El Cajon and especially David Gunn.

I had a good experience at team kia to be honest I didn't shop anywhere else but after going home and getting on the internet I see that I got a good deal. Jerry? I think is his name helped ne out a lot a week later when I got a new phone and couldn't get it paired up-user error :p anyhow I think everyone at team kia is great.

I went in and purchased a new car which was a 2012 Kia Optima, my expreience was great. They answered all my questions and when i returned to ask a question they treated me very well and answered my question and they even called me a couple of days later to ask me if i enjoyed my car and to see if i had more questions and i said not at that time. I really appreciate all the helpfulness and the wonderful treatment that i got. :)

I went to the dealership. They played the number game with me. Told me I had only 4 cars to choose from. When I picked the car they gave me two options, with or without extended warranty. I didn't want the extended warranty. Greg Finance) drew up the contract with the extras that I didnt want and explained that it is part of the contract. I left with the car. The next day my bank representitive called Greg to try and get that off my contract so I can get financing through my bank. Greg said it would be a $150 dollar fee. The next day I tried calling but Greg was always busy and would not return my calls. On the third day, I returned to the dealership. Gregs office was open. I walk in to talk to him. His hands were shaking as if he had been caught. I then proceeded to ask him about the extended warranty and the gap. He blew me off and then asked me to leave his office that he was busy. He then closed the door to his office and had the finance manager come and talk to me. The Finance Manager gave me the run around as well as the sales manager. I then handed the keys to the sales manager and walked out. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They lie and they dont want to help you after you leave with a car
