If you would have asked me 4 days ago how I felt about Taylor Hyundai service department, I would have told you how amazing I thought they were and that they were my go to for my car. Now, my opinion has completely changed. I went in for a basic oil change and tire rotation. They ran a report on my car, and said the only issue was that my battery was at 45%. Cool. I booked an appointment for the upcoming Saturday, and I thought I was good to go from there since there were not any other issues expressed to me. I go to pick up my car and I don't get but a couple miles up the road and my car cuts off. Transmission light comes on, it is riding super rough, and some other issues. We call the service department, and they tell us to bring it back. After giving us the run around for about a day, they finally give us a call and say they aren't fixing it because they didn't cause any problems to the vehicle. Although, when the car was dropped off it was running absolutely fine, and now it barely runs. What ticked me off the most is that the service department manager did not call once to discuss the issue until the very end to tell us they weren’t fixing anything. He was either hiding behind his middle man or he didn't feel like a problem such as this was important enough to get involved with at the beginning. I get they are under-staffed and probably super stressed, but take some dang ownership when you need too. Especially when it comes to a customer that has been loyal to your business for the last 6 years.

I had a very good experience at Taylor Hyundai this time. I initially brought my vehicle in because of the check engine light came on earlier that morning, I took it to AutoZone to have it checked and the reading came back my thermostat needed to be replaced. I brought it in to the service department and Ashton the advisor check my vehicle and to have a diagnostics test. I had to leave my vehicle overnight which was a slight inconvenience but not much. Ashton offer to give me a loaner vehicle but I told him it wasn't necessary since they would be finished sometime that next morning. Later that afternoon Ashton call me to notify me it wasn't fact my thermostat and to give me an estimated cost. After speaking with him concerning my warranty on my vehicle since my vehicle is only 6 years old and that part is supposed to last for at least 10 years, Ashton did further research and found out that I had a warranty that will cover the cost of the repair. I received my car the next day around 4 p.m. the next morning I had to return my vehicle because there was still a slight issue. Ashton was very helpful and helping me get this matter resolved quickly. I was very grateful did Ashton took his it's time look up the information which save me a lot of money since I'm fortunately I am not employed at the moment. I always seem to have a good experience at Taylor Hyundai from the purchasing of my vehicle to the servicing of my vehicle. I recommend Taylor Hyundai to anyone that is looking for a good affordable dependable vehicle with exceptional staff

The sales consultant, Ernest Eldridge *****, was exemplary and should be commended. It was a wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and had me in and out within 2 hours. The Finance person was also outstanding. He zipped through his portion in record time also. This is the 3rd Hyundai that I've had and it's amazing. Not to sound repetitive, but all vehicle purchases should emulate this experience.

I purchased this beauty and the gentleman helping me answered all of my questions. I visited 3 times and each time Brandon came out and answered all of my questions. When we were signing final paper the gentleman helping us shared all the extra warranties we could get and gave us the cost with and without them. I felt like we were treated well and I was informed with all the great features my car had. Honestly, with the warranty offered and the service received I am a fan for life. You really can't go wrong coming to Taylor Hyundai.

I knew I had to go to Taylor Hyundai because of the incredible customer service I’ve been hearing about. Angel Mendez was fantastic to work with and I was able to get the best deal on my new car. He worked with me on what kind of car I would love and also stay within my budget. It could have been an exhausting experience, but Angel made it fun and enjoyable. I definitely left happy!

Arrived on the lot and was able to walk around and look at a few vehicles without being bothered. When Summer came out, she was extremely helpful and knew all about the various vehicles we looked at. When we went in and talked with the sales manager he provided valuable information and different alternatives for us to consider. Once we settled on a vehicle the finance man was very quick and efficient which I really appreciated. I hate sitting in his office for an extended period of time. While we were there Summer had the vehicle cleaned and gassed up and we were on our way with a new vehicle in less than a couple of hours. Overall great car buying experience. Will not hesitate to go back and purchase another vehicle later.

Visited Taylor Hyundai last week in hopes of going home with a new car. Credit not the best, income not the greatest but Angel & his manager were able to find me a deal. This is our second Hyundai Santa Fe sport purchased in the last 6 months. Our nearly new six month old Santa Fe sport was hit head on in a collision and totaled by the insurance company. Our sales person was Daryl Pope. We contacted Darryl after the accident and he was able to put us in the identical SUV at even a better price than the first one. Over the years we have dealt with multiple employees at Taylor Hyundai. Our experiences with Taylor Hyundai have not always been without issue but Taylor Hyundai has always worked hard to make things right. With regards to the "Quality of Work" rating in this review, my initial thought was to mark it "Good". The reasoning was only because we purchased an additional treatment where we ended up having to return the new vehicle back two times before the treatment was applied to our satisfaction. All other aspects of the purchase were excellent. I ended up with an "Excellent" rating because the dealership made it right! I think a dealership that works at making things right is by far a better company to have dealings with.

Had a limit established already at hand, told the dealer what I wanted, went through some ideas of future "maybe's" and then got the best deal with being open minded, but had a very helpful dealer. Overall it was a pleasant purchase. But at one point when we could not come to an agreement on the total purchase and was about to leave the dealership my salesman John Springfield hot a really bad attitude and got up from behind his desk and just stormed out of the office. We did finally come to an agreement and I purchased the vehicle. It was not the one that I came to look at that I had seen on line, both of those were being used as loner cars and had over 7000 milesbon them but they were advertised as new on line.

Stopped into Taylor's showroom last week to get a first look at the 2017 G80. Did not plan to buy immediately, but Jamie Grayson and the staff there were so accommodating with their low-key but professional approach that I took the car home that night. My current lease was not up for 5 months, but Jamie and Wallace worked up a creative proposal to buy me out of the lease and give me a fair discount on the Genesis, which made it the easiest car transaction I've experienced. Ben Davis, the Business Manager, was also a pleasure to work with in wrapping up the final details.

I arrived asking for directions to another dealership. The Sales Consultant Johnathan Degumbia convinced me to test drive a new Sonata Hybrid Limited with the Ultimate Package. During the drive I fell in love with the car, recognizing its wonderful features and smooth driving. The looks of the car is also great. I immediately bought the car. Great, simple, quick and easy experience! I was in the market for a new car and ended up choosing a Ford Escape, but the whole sales transaction ended up being a horrible experience after waiting 4 days for a specially ordered car that arrived with the wrong interior! I originally looked at and drove the Hyundai Tucson prior to this, and as soon as I cancelled my Ford, I contacted Angel again. He responded immediately and confirmed that the same Tucson I fell in love with was still available. I arrived at the dealership that evening and was in and out within an hour and a half, driving off the lot with my new car. Angel was true to his word and gave me the deal he promised. All staff members were easy going and very helpful. This experience definitely made up for the ridiculousness I encountered at the Ford dealership. Thanks!

We had an electrical problem with our 2011 Vera Cruz which the dealership worked hard to fix, but unsuccessfully. They offered us a very fair deal on a new car. Jerry Valentine worked very hard to find us one with everything that we needed. We feel we were treated very fairly and we really appreciate this dealership.

I am giving Taylor Hyundai an excellent rating because of Summer Wilkins. My husband and I had no intention of purchasing a new car yet we did. We went there to get information about 2 used cars for our 18 year old son. We had also be to other dealerships. Summer answered all our questions but then she asked us to consider buying a new Elantra. Getting me to change my mind about a major purchase is not easy . I had visited other dealerships prior to this one, and at one, my wife and I were turned away because I looked too young to be buying a car. Salesmen avoided us and refused to show us any vehicles. This experience was completely the opposite of that. Even though our budget was limited, the staff was very friendly and understood why I was visiting. They matched me up with a great car and offered advice on financing. All in all, a pleasure to work with.

My only suggestion is to update the sales floor. I purchased a vehicle there 3 years ago & it looks exactly the same. Service area looks great but sales floor & offices are not attractive (look dated & worn) on first impression. It gives the impression that the dealership is not doing well but I know otherwise. First impressions are very important. Daryl Pope was very knowledgeable, non-pressuring, patient & responsive to all my questions. He has followed up with me after I purchased my sante fe & I appreciate that. He is an excellent salesman.

I spent the day looking for a new vehicle. I looked at a lot of options from several different dealerships not being sure whether I wanted to go with pre-owned certified or new. I also have been an SUV owner for the past 12 years so this was also a change for me. My experience at Taylor Hyundai was great. I tend to be suspicious of sales people of any kind, but Jonathan DeGumbia was very friendly, helpful and honest! He was also very patient with me in going over several purchase options and gave me a great deal on my "new" Sonata. We were still finishing up after closing hours and I did not feel rushed at all!! Good experience so far, enjoying the mileage our car is getting, the room on inside was a bonus. Do not like where the grab bar is placed for getting in and out of car. It should be place more toward front, you almost have to lay back when trying to get out of car.

I'm really satisfied with my experience with Mr. DeGumbia because he was very professional and transparent with me. I also appreciate the fact that he doesn't smoke. To me, there's nothing more nauseating than being trapped in a small, stuffy room with someone who chain smokes. Him and another older gentleman (I unfortunately don't remember his name) were really helpful in making sure my new vehicle was up to standard and they are replacing the tail lights for me. Also, Tony and Mr. DeGumbia both followed up with me on the phone about my purchase and replacement, which is much appreciated. Overall, this was the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle, even though I'll never drive a Hyundai haha. Thanks, Taylor Hyundai!!

I wasn't interested in the price they gave me, but they offered me 12 complimentary car detailings which they told me were valued at $150 each. I asked if I could get my other cars detailed and Summer told me I could use the coupons anyway I wanted. When I tried to use one to detail my 2007 Elantra which I purchased from them, I was told they would only honor the coupon on cars purchased from them after 2011. There is no way I will use 12 detailings in the next 5 years!!!!! Later I found out they give a book of 6 coupons to all new car purchases. I may use two at most. So considering $150 x 10 coupons that I would have used on my other 5 cars, I was duped into thinking I got $1500 off the price that I didn't get!!! I also understood that one of the rebates I was getting (Summer Cash days?) expired August 31st, day I was in there, but later it appeared to me on line that it didn't expire until September 6th. I feel that I was mislead. They also told me that the tan leather interior was not an option on the Lakeside Blue Elantra. I do not believe now that they were truthful with me on that statement. The Grey leather is OK, but I told them I preferred the tan. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience and feel good that they were only able to dupe me on few things as far as I know at this time. After all, I knew they were car sales persons when I went in!!!

I called ahead and set an appointment. The car was at the front door ready for me to test drive. Angel Mendez took care of me from start to finish. I told him what I needed financially and he was my advocate all the way through when it came to dealing with the sales manager and finance? We talked candidly and he did not try and push me in one direction or another. He knew where I needed to be and did his best to get me there? Tom (sales manager) was a straight shooter and didn't try to bully me or play the fluff game. They worked to get me the best deal. I appreciate their efforts and will recommend them to friends.

Dealer took me through the whole process of getting the car over a course of a week and a half, i also made and down payment n signed papework but then when it was time to hand me the keys he said he couldn't do it. It brought me to tears because after a credit check I was promised a car and was put through the process of getting a car. This was a complete waist of time. They even tried to deny me a refund of my down payment on a car I never recieved. I also was told to go ahead and do the insurance which I did. The insurace cost me a 400 dollar deposit which I am still trying to get back. The sales manager rudley ask my mom for money when I was not present. She was only bringing the rest of my paperwork. The dealer wastes my time and money now im out 400 dollars on a insurance policy I placed on a car I was suppose to be drivibg off the lot with. The dealer is only out for money. Worst cx I have every recieved.

Daryl Pope greeted me when I stopped by to get some questions answered. He was very polite, courteous and never pushy. He answered my questions -- I was on a fact finding mission. I was comparing my BMW X3 to the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Although BMW's are excellent vehicles there were a few things that made me crazy and after 2 1/2 years I had had it. the Santa Fe had all the features I wanted that the BMW didn't . I told Daryl I wasn't ready to trade and he was fine with that. Several days later I again stopped by to look at colors, Daryl was there and I decided to buy then. He knows everything about the vehicle and spent lots of time with me and made me feel comfortable with it.

Doug Abfalter, the sales consultant, was the first person that introduced himself to me as I was heading to the door. I immediately explained to him my process for buying a new vehicle and he listened and heard me. He was very professional and understood the need for my process.As I was being educated by Doug out on the lot, the General Manager, Todd Torchia, came out to the lot to introduce himself and he also understood my process.After test driving several vehicles, and narrowing my choices, I was able to drive one home for my husband to see/drive that evening. Tom Rerale, Sales Manager, put together some numbers for me that evening for us to review.I took the vehicle back the next morning, and we were able to come to a meeting of the minds with a price that was fair for everyone.I was then introduced to Korlee Adams, the business manager, to discuss increasing the warranty coverage and our financing options.I would like to say that I felt like the staff at Taylor Hyundai made the process of purchasing a vehicle as painless as one can expect.I was especially impressed with the patience and sincere understanding of Doug Abfalter, the initial sales consultant, throughout the whole process. Seen a truck for an online sale, so I called and checked on it. It was in my price range as well all the feature I wanted. I originally talked with Jamie over the phone about the truck, but when I arrived he was with another customer. He gave me the option to wait or Angel could help me out considering he didn't know how long he was going to be. Angel had a great hand off and took care of us well. Friendly, and helpful, also if he didn't really know the answer to a question, he made it his business to find out. This was my first time buying a car and was his first sell also and it was a great experience for both of us.

There needs to be more sales people like Jamie Grayson! He's awesome! From the 1st email to the final meeting of him at the dealership, he provided me with all the info I needed. When I got the call asking me if I wanted to upgrade my vehicle, that I did not even have for a year yet, was a surprise, was told the manager stated that I could trade in for a newer car. Had 2015, now 2016, got the 2015 December last year. Upgraded to 2016, the whole process was wonderful, had just bought a second car there a few days ago, this dealer is awesome, they understand what the customer needs and wants and they actually take the time to deliver on what they promise. All activities associated with my purchase of a 2017 Sante Fe were positive. Obviously, the best thing was my sales person - I don't know if I am supposed to use names, so just a first name here - Dezmond. I know that he is new - but he is SHARP. He knows the product inside and out, and is friendly beyond belief. When this vehicle needs replacing (~ 4 years for me) Taylor will be my first stop. This I promise. Salesman was not putting pressure on us like some of the other dealers in town, the entire staff was more genuine than anybody else I ever dealt with, I bought two BMW from Melony Abbott back in 2003 and again in 2006 the same sale principle still apply.

Would have liked a longer trial period for XMRadio. The xm rep called to soon. That is a unfamiliar feature and I need more time to get to know the audio system.

Unbelievable experience with Taylor Hyundai. We were sent there by two friends of ours who bought 2 cars from Taylor. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in we were treated with respect and made to feel at home. Buying a car is VERY stressful and not one of our favorite pastimes. My wife told me she was surprised how nice it was to buy this car and how comfortable she was at Taylor Hyundai. Jerry Valentine, our sales person, could not have been nicer to us. And, he is still answering all our questions about our car even after we have purchased it. If Jerry left and went to another dealership, I would go there just because of the wonderful experience he gave us. Thanks Jerry!!

This is the second Hyundai my husband and I have purchased from Taylor Hyundai in Augusta, GA. The first was an 2013 Elantra which we liked very much. In fact we liked it so much and felt it was a reliable, safe and economical car, we gifted it to our granddaughter who is just getting her drivers license. The new car is a Santa Fe Sport which we have read a lot about. We have made more than one trip to Taylor's, talking with Daryl Pope about Sonatas, Tuscons and Santa Fes. May was our target buying time are so glad we did. Daryl was the best and we have loved working with David Truitt in the Service Department. Glad we decided on the Sante Fe Sport.

This dealership is the best in Augusta GA. Awesome dealership. No pressure but wants to get the deal done. Went in with a payment and car (Hyundai Genesis) I wanted and got everything I asked for. Really needed a second car. I am a veteran of the US Army and a Single mother. I went to many places and was told that I could not get approved because I already had a car payment and the banks thought I wanted to get a new car to voluntarily surrender the first car. This hurt my feelings because that was and is not my intentions. One night while driving I decided to visit Taylor Hyundai and as I turn in I saw a group of salesman huddle together and I knew right then I was going to be ignored. Was I wrong, as soon as I turned in Cameron came up to greet me with a wide smile and ask if he could help me. I pick out a 2006 vehicle and he stated that he may do something even better, if I was willing to go for a new vehicle. Of course, I wanted a new vehicle!!! I filled out the credit application and within an hour I was Cameron gave me a high five and 1 hour after that I was on my way home with a 2015 Hyundai accent. I waited for a minute and he as if there was anything else he could do for me...confused, I answered SOMETHING IS MISSING, THIS WAS TOO EASY!! It took him about 15 minutes to convince me the car was mine. I thought I was dreaming, if only everything in my life could be this simple. I also want to thank the sales who help watch my puppy while I was taking care of business. What was so nice he offered. I don't know his name, but he knows who he is, thank him for me, to include the very nice finance officer, I can't remember his name either, think it was Corley(?). So nice. I was hating the idea of having to buy another car. I was very much on the defense. I gave selling cars a try 10 years ago and never wanted to have to buy a car again. I saw so much dishonesty I didn't think I could ever trust a dealership. My best friend encourage me to go to Hyundai. So I came today with all of my guards up. Cameron Chance worked with me and was able to get past my walls. He worked to put me in the Elantra. He was very non threatening and listened well. I found myself trusting him. I am very happy with my experience today and look forward to driving my Elantra for the next 10 years. I will certainly refer any friends I know looking for a car.

I got a flat tire while I was visiting out of town for work, and I needed it fixed fast so I could return to the office. I was unlucky enough to arrive and the service center was closed that Saturday for inventory, but David Truitt asked if he could help me with something anyway, and he patched up my tire and put it back on, rotated my tires, and adjusted all the air pressures, all in record time even though they were closed. I was really touched by his sincerity and hard work. I'll always come back here when I need something done on my Hyundai.

This was our 2nd purchase from this dealership in the last two years. Our first experience was great and this one proved even better. Our sales person was Denny, and he was incredibly patient with us when we it took us a week and multiple visits to decide to purchase an Elantra for my mother. The length of time and number of visits is by no means a negative reflection on Denny or the dealership. We simply had multiple personal issues to consider. I cannot stand to feel pressured into anything and will very quickly walk away from a purchasing situation where I feel that is happening, but Denny did a fantastic job of allowing me breathing room without coming across as frustrated with my indecision. When it comes time to buy my teenager a car, we will most certainly go back!

We also were taken care of by 3 or 4 personnel in the repair shop and they were so polite and efficient, just unbelievable. Everyone in the whole establishment is polite and more than willing to take care of your every need. It is truly impressing.

I have purchased 5 new cars in my lifetime and this was my best experience. Working with Jerry Valentine was pleasurable. When I thought I needed to buy an SUV it took me a while to make up my mind when to purchase it. On Saturday, we visited Taylor Hyandai dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. We keep our cars a very long time so I wanted to make sure I made a wise choice. I had done a lot of research and knew that Saturday that I wanted a Hyundai Santa Fe, so I was able to test drive several and decided to buy a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The sales representative called two days later to thank me for buying and to see if I had any questions. Everyone we spoke to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. I was in search of a new car since my old one was on its death bed. I had originally looked at cars at another dealership but I felt uncomfortable with the salesman who helped me. At the first dealership I test drove a used hyundai and liked the car so I decided to stop by the hyundai dealership to see what they had to offer. When I first arrived at the dealership no one came out to help my mother or myself. The manager came out to check and make sure we were being helped, struck up a conversation then directed us to Jamie. I initially thought I could only afford a used car. Jamie then explained to me their rebate offers at the time which would bring my total costs to a more affordable level on a brand new car. I initially test drove the 2015 Accent and fell in love. It was a little smaller than I wanted but still a great deal. Jamie then showed me a 2016 Elantra for the same price but larger and I found the one!! He took both my mom and I on a lengthy test drive. He showed me all the different techs within the car and answered all my questions during the drive. The previous dealership allowed me to take the car alone and seemed to only be interested in a quick sell rather than actually helping me find something that met my needs.The financing process took some time but Jamie made sure myself and my mom had snacks and water. He continuously kept us updated as well. Another thing I noticed was that all the salesmen made sure to speak to all of the customers in the dealership. After I was approved and heading out the door Jamie talked to everyone we walked passed and congratulated a family that had just purchased a new car as well. The overall atmosphere was continuously friendly and welcoming here. I know finding a car is hard and stressful but Taylor Hyundai put my mind at ease. I thank God that I did not settle for a lackluster sale just because I was in desperate need for a vehicle. If you want quality service definitely come here!!

From the moment we contacted Taylor Hyundai, I felt they really listened to my needs and went at my pace that I was most comfortable with. It is already very difficult to purchase a new car and figure out all the options. They were patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Friendly greeting by enthusiastic salesman who understood and reviewed all of the Santa Fe Sport features. Negotiated price fairly and worked hard to set us up in the new vehicle and make sure we understood all key features before we drove off. Short story; even that I loved my StaFe, which gave me an excellent service these last 20 months (over 46k miles), this week I took it for servicing Bluetooth issues. I've been following closely the '15 Genesis since it's launch last year, Jamie & David, as always, made me such a great deal that I couldn't resist... bluetooth issue resolved. This is my second vehicle purchase from this dealership. My salesman both times was Jamie Grayson. He is the reason that I came back to the dealership. And the customer service was another. Everyone is extremely nice and both purchases were very expedient. With the second vehicle that I purchased, there were a few issues with the vehicle, but they quickly addressed the issues. The sales manager Tom Reale also did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied. My sister also purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I came to Taylor Hyundai through the Costco Auto Program. I worked with Jerry Valentine as the authorized Costco sales representative. Jerry was honest and attentive in the car buying process. He was extremely knowledgeable of both the car and all the little intricacies of our particular situation (out of state taxes, fees, license tags, etc.). His approach was relaxed with no pressure whatsoever. He let the car sell itself, which is the way every car sell should go, in my opinion. Jerry gave us time to test drive other makes and models without the daily hounding we received from another nearby dealership on whether or not we were still interested. We took a full week to make our decision. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Walked up last Thursday afternoon around 1PM was met by Wayne Prince, told him what I wanted and pricing I had in mind. Wayne is very professional, friendly and put my needs first. Brought out a car and we did excellent test drive and he showed me all I needed to know. Even help me by assisting in getting my purchase home as I had no other way to get it there. Completed transaction in about 2hrs. Spent this weekend driving my car Great Car but most important great customer experience. Thanks Wayne and all the staff I talked to that day!

I was nervous as a woman buying a car in this day and age. Wayne Prince had answers to all my questions, made me feel comfortable and at home at the dealership, and when I left, with his help I knew that I had made the right choice of vehicles for my family. He made sure I knew every detail about the cars that I was looking at which made it easier to make a chose that was right for my needs He also made sure I understood the services that would be available as part of the Hyundai Family. I was pleasantly surprised and this was a great car purchase experience. I bought a 2014 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Ben was an excellent help in selecting a car and all the staff were all accommodating and went out of their way to help me learn how to use my new vehicle's tech features. I was introduced to the service staff who remembered my name on a repeat visit, and was offered a loaner car without needing to ask when it was time for an overnight service. Taylor beat a great deal offered by a dealer out of town and saved me a two hour drive for the same vehicle. A great experience. I will be recommending them to all my colleagues and friends.

Jamie was very helpful with providing information about the used 2010 ford edge they had on their lot for $14,990. He knew what to do for my husband and I to get the monthly payment where it needed to be. He was very considerate to let us take the car home to test drive for a full day. Unfortunately we went in a different direction and purchased a new car that I fell in love with at another dealership. Nothing personal to anyone at the Taylor dealership...the Taylors have been great to work with and I would definitely go back and refer a friend in the future.

We were very happy with our experience while buying an Elantra. There was a lot of time and information given to us without the pressure to purchase the car immediately. The sales people did not play games when negotiating a price for the car, like we have experienced at other dealerships. Jamie was very good with our 15 year old, who will eventually be the main driver of the car. We would definately shop here in the future, should we need a different car.

The staff at Taylor Hyundai made my car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I was very impressed that the finance manager was willing to negotiate with the lender to find me the lowest interest rate possible. I explained how much I was able to spend and Jerry Valentine and the staff went to extraordinary lengths to compile the deal that fit my budget. I recently purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS from Taylor Hyundai of Augusta and Jamie Grayson was my sales associate - overall a fantastic experience, by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no push, no rush, just straight forward discussions about car and the price. Cameron treated us like we were the only customer he had. We told him what we wanted and what we didn't want and he found a car that met 100% of our needs and wants at a good price. He spent hours working with us and was patient, helpful, and friendly. He even personally set up all of our electronic devices and synced them with the car. A few days later, after our purchase, we came in to drop off some paperwork and Cameron offered to clean our car just because we were here. We are completely satisfied.

Great experience buying a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Taylor Hyundai, by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealership. It did help that I had done my research before I stepped onto the lot, but from the time I stepped onto the lot until I drove off in my new Sonata it was a two hours, tops. My customer service representative was Jamie Grayson and he did an excellent job of making the process as easy as possible - no hassles, quick answers from the sales manager and quick work with finance. I felt like I received a fair offer for my trade-in and overall paid a fair price for a great car.

I can not sing higher praises for the whole staff at Taylor Hyundai, from Mr. Valentine organizing the whole visit and sale long distance via phone and the nice man that greeted us in the front of the dealership when we arrived Saturday ( his family was from our area- Gastonia, NC), down to the financing with Corlee. Our salesperson was Jamie Grayson. We began with an online chat to discuss what we were looking for. We knew that we wanted a 2014 Sonata GLS, no extras, no sport packages, etc. Jamie assured us that he understood what we wanted and did not attempt to persuade us into "upgrading" to a different model. We spoke by phone and Jaime arranged a test for us a few days later. He even had the model we wanted in our preferred shade of "Venetian Red" in the showroom when we arrived for our test drive. My wife and I scrolled into Taylor's Hyundai on a sunny Saturday afternoon not expecting to purchase. Just checking out the vehicle because my wife had seen some report on the internet about the Genesis that she liked regarding it safety ratings. While walking the lot, a smiley face gentleman came out and greeted us, "Hey folks my name is Wayne", and we gave our names. This guy was so great in his approach! He made you feel like no one else mattered but you. He didn't pressure or rush you, nor did he give the appearance of any tricks...His saying was " Guys take much time as you need, My time is your time". Wayne was very informative about each Hyundai vehicle and made suggestion of one verses the the other. He's also a Hyundai owner and shared real world experiences. My wife and I have made many new and used vehicle purchases in our time but this one ROCKS!My wife and I say Thanks Wayne Prince for that great buying experience...it was fun! Wayne was both friendly and helpful. After I told him what I was looking for in a car he found three with in my price range. He allowed me to test drive a car and even let me take it to lunch before I made any commitment to purchase. After it was all said and done, he said that if I bring it back every week he will have it cleaned for me, something that I am defiantly going to use.

I live about 100 miles away and I saw a truck I wanted to test drive. I contacted the dealer, set up a time for test drive, an hour before I was supposed to come in for a test drive they called and said it was sold. What happened to first right of refusal?!?!?! I contacted them first so I should have been able to have the first right to take it. The dealer did not mention needing a deposit to hold it for a test drive. If he would have I would have gladly given him a credit card to hold the vehicle so I could at least see it before he sells it to someone else. I understand they need to make a sale but this is just poor business practice in my opinion. They should have taken the other person's name and number and if I didn't want the vehicle for some reason then they could call the other buyer. That is the way a proper dealer should operate. They offered to find me another vehicle but I decided I do not want to do business with a dealer such as this. The good news is I found another vehicle I just took delivery on so all's well that ends well.

We visited your business yesterday looking for a particular Santa Fe, but immediately discovered it was being test driven. It was sold soon after our arrival. Jamie Grayson, your sales associate, searched for other vehicles on the lot that might fit our need. He then took us to his office and continued to search on the internet for a car for us. He listened to our needs and desires and tried to find the best options. He had suggested we look at another Santa Fe and after considering all options we chose to test drive it. It was then late afternoon and we needed to leave. We weren't yet ready to make a decision and also needed to know if the price could be reduced to better fit our budget. Jamie responded quickly by phone a little later last night with a better price. We were in contact several times today by phone with updates as to our plans to look at another vehicle at another business and then to return to test drive the Santa Fe again this afternoon. When we arrived he had prepared the car by having it washed and deoderized . We had noticed a smokey smell in it yesterday. He then took the time to show additional features of the car. We were able to drive it for awhile to really see how it handled. After deciding to purchase it we returned and Jamie was great with the completion of the paperwork. He also took the time to check on another key for us. He answered our many questions with much patience and friendliness. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience and we are so grateful to have had Jamie Grayson help us find the right vehicle. We are impressed with our experience at Taylor Hyundai!

From the moment My grandfather, cousin, mother and I got on the lot, we had the best experience. David Truitt helped us, and we looked at 4 different cars, and test drove 2 of them. I was super happy with the service. David helped me find my first car. I have bought like 10 cars before, in many places; PR, Chile & US, and from various brands; Toyota(2), Nissan(1), Chevrolet(2), Dodge(1), VW(1) Subaru(3). Maybe 5 years ago had never thought buying a Korean make car. But I can say that after a lot research done thru the WEB, I considered a Santa Fe Sport 2.0T to be my next one. Jamie Grayson and the Taylor guys in Augusta just completed my decision and, need to say, was the best car buying experience I have had so far.My plan was to buy it in Florida, since that's my permanent residence, but I'm working at Augusta, GA, so I started it there. Went to Taylor to see my pick, to test drive it, and take the final decision, so when get to FL, go direct to the deal. Jamie was so helpful showing me the available models and willing to test-drive all of them. Very knowledgeable on all the equipment and goodies each model has and very patiently explained & show them to me. I gave them the opportunity to make me a deal, even thinking not to consider it, was a good one but thought that would be better in FL.Next weekend went to 3 dealers in Fl, and no one was as professional, as kind and helpful as Jamie, not to mention when get to try to build a deal, very pushy and even mad when I asked for time to make my mind. Plus, they were not able to get me the one I wanted (equip. & color) within 2 months. How come the one I have chosen was not available in Central FL? Hard to believe.Just called back Jamie, got my deal re-confirmed, by the way, better than in FL, and in top of that, they got me the exact one I asked for, in a couple of days from outstate (NC).Keep it up guys! Thank you very much. I think now on will be buying my next cars in Augusta, regardless the 7hrs driving, anyway the 430 miles are good for break-in.Hector

When first going into the experience I was very pleased with cameron chance helping me finding the type of car I was looking for. Cameron also explained everything as far the type and style of the car. Cameron was also able to work out a deal when it came to the price of the car, even though i was going through another credit source. There was a part of my experience when i had to take my paper work to my loan officer where we had a issue arise and when trying to get the issue taken care of my loan officer had to go through another sales adviser to get the issue taken care of. In my opinion when dealing the business manger Mr. Adams he didn't come off very helpful when dealing with my loan officer. The issue did get taken care of , but I do believe it could of been handled better. My overall experience was ok. Simply no more or less. Cameron did a great job.

Wayne stayed after hours on Saturday 11/9/13 to help us. He knew a lot about the vehicle we wanted to purchase and answered all of our questions. He didn't bother us on the phone first thing Monday morning about the car. He was always very friendly and polite. He had the paper work ready to go when we got there Thursday 11/14/13. It took no time to be on our way in our new car. We love the car and will return to Taylor Hyundai in the future. I bought the 2013 Veloster from Wayne Prince 11/07. I have never had a car buying experience such as this. He was very accommodating to my needs and was never at any point pushy. He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I was interested in, and I do not feel like I was ripped off. I am very comfortable in the price that I am paying for my car. I was in the market for a new car but did not really know what I wanted. I am slow to make up my mind and was looking at several brands. I always liked to buy Hyundai but this time I had tough time selecting between Hyundai santa fe and Ford edge both 2013 model. Jamie Grayson made my experience worth and comparison far easy to go for Hyundai again. I had the best experience at Taylor Hyundai. As a woman, it can be difficult to buy a car and not feel marginalized, objectified, or belittled by many traditional car-salesmen. At Taylor, they looked me in the eye and treated me like a person deserving respect. I was particularly impressed with David Truitt who took the time to show me every aspect of the car I was interested in, gave me an outstanding deal, and, after the sale, insured me that I could contact him at any time in the future about my purchase, such as scheduling maintenance for my vehicle. I left Taylor feeling like I had just bought a car I would not regret and establishing a life-long relationship with a salesman I could trust.

I recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Taylor Hyudai in Augusta Georgia. I was greeted on the lot by Jamie Grayson whose pleasant and relaxed manner helped to put me at ease right away. When we took the Elantra for a test drive he encouraged me to take it on the highway, the Interstate, and on some winding roads as well which really gave me time to get the feel of the ride. I also drove the Tuscon and the Santa Fe. The Elantra was the one for me. Jamie explained all the features, safety rating, mileage, warranties and perks like the free car washes and quarterly detailing. He showed me around the dealership to include the service department and waiting area. I was given the Cosco Member discount and chose the 60 months no interest financing. After signing the paperwork I met with the Business Manager, Korlee Adams, to review additional warranty options. Buying a new vehicle was a major decision for me and in the stress of the moment I had a bit of a meltdown in his office, however he was kind and gracious and gave me space to recover. Jamie called me in a few days to see if I had any questions or concerns. I chose to have the XZILON Green application and was given a loaner car for the time it took for this to be completed. Everyone I have come in contact with at the dealership has been friencly and courteous including the individuals who answer the phone. My experience has been an A+ for customer service so far and I would recommend purchasing a Hyundai from Taylor to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I had the best experience at Taylor Hyundai and I was treated with respect. Buying a car can be a nerve-wracking event as you try to balance what you're willing to pay for a vehicle and how much the dealer is willing to negotiate in the sale. At Taylor Hyundai they made every effort to meet my needs and allowed me to be as comfortable about the process as possible, they were not pushy and did not try to guilt me into buying something more expensive or larger than I wanted. The salesperson I worked with actually heard me and sought to meet my needs. I visited Taylor Hyundai several times as I tried to determine which car I wanted. After speaking with David Truitt I knew that if I bought a car from him I could trust that the deal I got was both fair and no-pressure. He took time to show me every aspect of the car I was interested in, allowed me to take an unusually long test-drive, and rewarded me with an outstanding deal, and, after the sale, insured me that I could contact him at any time in the future about my purchase, such as scheduling maintenance for my vehicle. I left Taylor feeling like I had just bought a car I would not regret and establishing a relationship with a salesman I could trust.

Had researched what we were looking for and found 2007 Santa Fe online at Taylor Hyundai. The salesman was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The listed price was in range with Kelly Blue Book, but trimmed a few dollars to make the sale. The whole process including a trade-in did not take long. Very satisfied.

I had an old Pontiac Sunfire that got totaled out after a deer hit me. Since I drive 50 miles one way to work, I needed to get a car right away. I'm a 24 year old girl and was nervous about buying my first car on my own, as my parents live 800 miles away. I'm not familiar with the area and didn't want to get cheated being so young. I researched Taylor Hyundai and heard great things. They are also a recommended dealer by my car insurance. So I called and made an appointment with Jamie. Hyundai has the best warranty in the business, so I knew I definitely wanted one but wasn't sure about which model. Jamie was so great and listened to all my needs and helped me make the best decision and worked with my price range. He gave me a great deal on a 2012 Elantra and it's now six weeks later and I'm not regretting the decision at all. When I wanted to test out a model that didn't really suit my needs but looked cool, Jamie flat out told me that it probably wasn't the best choice for me and that he wanted me not only to love the car as soon as I got it but also months later when I'm still driving 100 miles a day back and forth to work. He had my best interest in mind the entire time. I definitely recommend Taylor Hyundai as they made my first car purchase a great experience! Thank you Taylor Hyundai!

My husband and I walked into the Hyundai dealership to get service done on our already owned Hyundai Accent, not even thinking that a new car was something we could make happen right now. David Truitt did an amazing job of not only making the option of buying a new car seem doable for us, he made it affordable, and more importantly made my husband and I very comfortable in the end. We ended up with a new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and couldn't be happier with the customer service we received from the Hyundai team, and especially David!

We were very happy with the speedy, professional and personal salesmanship at Taylor Hyundai. My wife and I both remarked that we were given ample time to look, shop, test drive and decide on the vehicle which was right for us, with only helpful salesmen and managers to assist us. Mr. David Truitt especially was very understanding of our needs and very clear on the sales process. The entire staff went out of its way to welcome us, with our four year old tagging along. Essentially, all members of the Hyundai staff were helpful and accommodating.

Salesman Jerry Valentine and others went out of their way to quickly help us purchase a very nice used car for the wife of my good Belizean friend in critical condition at the Still Burn Center. I had to return home to Calif in 2 days but Jerry got it serviced and ready within 24 hours for her. They forwent a big profit to help keep the cost in our budget. I rest easier knowing she has a reliable car and a place to go if she has problems. Taylor's is paying it forward.

I had an excellent experience with Jamie while shopping for a new car. The short list: non aggressive salesmanship, attention to detail, proved trustworthiness in offers, spent plenty of time test driving and looking at options, and overall friendliness. First, non aggressive salesmanship is a big deal to me. I don't like being pressured in to anything and I don't want any buyers remorse. I dislike other dealerships who's salespeople call and text my phone over and over again with new unspecified offers and cheesy slogans. I don't like to hear 'we're waiting on you! Come in for a great deal or you'll regret it!' Jamie's approach sounded like this: 'what can I do for you? What's important to you in a car? Please take your time and make sure you're happy with your selection. Test drive anything you like.' and that makes me comfortable with the purchasing process. He gave me an estimate for a trade in value on my old camry, even before thoroughly inspecting it, and stuck to it. I liked that he didn't throw out a high offer just to get my interest in buying a new car through his dealership. Jamie also walked me through the car buying process until I understood every charge before signing rather than rushing. I didn't need all of the bells and whistles that come with the tech package on the new elantra, but I did really want the rear view camera. Jamie managed to add it to my car at a discount without purchasing the whole tech package. The day after I bought the car, he called me to set up an appointment to install the camera, and double checked that I was happy with my new vehicle. When I brought my car in to go over camera placement options, he even pointed out that one of the cameras offered would give me a much better view than the other (for the same price) something that I wouldn't have known to choose by. He was friendly and polite at all times, making the car shopping and buying experience extremely relaxed. Rather than haggling for the best deal, I feel as if I was simply discussing options with a friend.

Jamie Grayson made our Hyundai experience very user friendly. We bought 2 new 2007 Elantras from Taylor Hyundai and were curious about trading one in for a new Elantra. We were shopping; Jamie turned us into buying customers. Jamie said his new cars get a cleaning detail 4 times a year and that was a big plus for my wife. Jamie first showed us a new Accent and then steered us to the new Elantra. Jamie listened to our concerns about the driving experience between the two models. I came to this Hyundai dealership to search my options, I had been to 4 other dealerships already, and this was last on my list. I should have made it my first, would have saved my $50 in gas driving to all the others. My situation was a bit backwards, I had a number I needed to be around and not a certain car i wanted. David Truitt and Taylor Hyundai worked a lot of numbers on a bunch of different cars and models of each car, to get me the best deal for my money. Once the numbers were worked out, then I knew which cars I could afford, and then looked at only those. Once I narrowed down my choices, I was able to take the (Soon to be mine) 2013 Sonata GLS on a test drive. What a awesome automobile. Mr. Truitt, answered all of my questions about the car and explained in detail all the in's and out's of the vehicle. My wife and I were married about 9 months ago after about 5 years together. As young newlyweds, we had accomplished nearly all of our goals that we had set together (my wife is becoming a permanent resident of the United States, we purchased our first house, and we are both pursuing our careers). One of the last goals we had to check off of the list was to get a reliable family car for my wife to drive. We went to several different dealerships and did not get a very good gut feeling from any of them. Finally, we went to Taylor Hyundai after hearing good things about them. The whole process made me feel very confident in our decision to go to Taylor Hyundai for this car purchase. We ended up getting a certified pre-owned Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.0 Liter Turbo. What an incredible car! Upon driving it myself, I felt very relieved to think that this would be the vehicle that my wife would be riding in. It has the acceleration (for pulling out into traffic), the braking system is incredibly reliable, and the crash safety features exceed that of just about any other car on the road. Another thing that made doing business with Taylor Hyundai and incredible experience was the fact that they go above and beyond with their customer service and they stand behind their cars. Not only did our Sonata come with a 10 year/100,000 mile warranty (pre-owned!!!!), but about one week after purchasing this car, we encountered an issue with acceleration (this really scared me). However, upon taking the car up to the dealership, the issue was taken care of promptly at no cost and we were told that if there were any other issues, that those would be taken care of up to 60,000 miles. Now that is "SERVICE AFTER THE SALE". Honest people, selling quality cars. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers of Taylor Hyundai! Thank you all very much for your honesty and integrity.

This was by far the most efficient, friendliest car buying experience I have ever had. Jamie was very clear and specific each time I asked a question. He knew the answer to what I asked him regarding the car and I never felt rushed or pressured at all. I have since taken my daughter and we asked for Jamie Grayson again, and she leased a car with him a few months ago. I am going to buy a new vehicle in about 8 months when my kids are both home. I'm deciding between the Hyundai Tucson, Toyota Rav4, and Honda CRV. I went to all three dealerships to look at each vehicle. The Honda and Toyota dealers were not very helpful and were slow to assist me. Jamie met me right at the door, showed me different options available to me, listened to what I wanted, showed me exactly what I was looking for, was very friendly, knew the products, and most importantly was not too pushy. He asked me for contact info and offered to email me on deals that are offered in the near future.

Since the day I purchased my Sante Fe (one year ago) I have had a great experience! The staff has always been very friendly and has bent over backwards for me. Thank you everyone so much! In particularly, Gavin and Robbie at services have been amazing. They are both very helpful and personable while making me feel welcome by remembering my name along with their many other customers names. Yesterday, the two of them went out of their way to help me. During a last minute glitch in my car and a cramped schedule, they kindly made sure things worked out and were able to fit me into the day. They provided me transportation to and from my job and dropped my car off for me at my job before I was scheduled to leave for the day! As if that was not enough, my car was cleaned and upkeep maintenance was done! Thank you so very much guys! I couldnt stop telling people how awesome the Hyundai staff was!!Ren Elder

I found the 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited on Cars.com and it was like new with only 2800 miles as well as loaded but approximately 5000 dollars less than a 2013 Elantra Limited. I flew from Albuquerque New Mexico into Knoxville to pick up my fiance' and we drove 260 miles to see the car after speaking with David Truitt on the phone about it. We purchased it that day. David was very courteous and had the car detailed and ready to go. I have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra that I bought new which now has 406000 miles on it. The engine has never been rebuilt, just maintained and the clutch and pressure plate have been replaced. With proper maintenance, these cars will last a long time. Thanks all. Tom

Several months ago we were referred to Taylor Hundai and are glad we went. Why? We purchased a 2013 Santa Fe at a very good price. But the service and other visitis over several months have also been great experiences. We've come to find the combined Hundai experience is truly exceptional. From the great deal assured by Don O'Neil, the manufacturers 100,000 mile warranty, the choices in additional coverage, the monthly free detailing, the use of coupons for service, and the car washes at any time have convinced us that Taylor Hundai is the best dealership found in 50 years of buying cars. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful; no pressure tactics that sometimes occur took place with these folks. We got exactly the car we wanted at a very fair price. Since our purchase, the staff has continued to offer outstanding service whether it is simply providing a free car wash, servicing the car, or helping out with registration for the Hyundai milage gas card that was provided through a corporate plan. David and Korlee were right on top of things the minute my Dad and I pulled up to the dealership. They were extremely kind and helpful and very knowledgable. They didn't pressure us into anything. They listened to our needs and were able to fulfill them in a timely and professional manner. This is the best experience I've ever had in buying a car.

My visit at Taylor Hyundai was great. I have bought two cars from them and each time service was great. David helped us get exactly what we wanted and where we wanted our payments. They went out of their way to make sure we were REALLY happy when we left. When we had doubt he reassured us and gave us honest opinions to help our decisions. I found a 2011 Ford Fusion on the internet and called Taylor Hyundai. They provided absolutely fantastic service. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they answered all of my questions provided me with an out the door price and a better finance rate than capital one. They were going to bring my car to Moultrie, GA for me, but I knew that was a 5 hour drive each way so I wanted to meet them in Macon. We meet in Macon on Monday with all the paper work and closed the deal. We absolutely love the car and the service we received. David even called after he got back to make sure we made it home ok. I got the best service, price, and interest rate and it did not matter that I lived 5 hours away from the dealer.

We had a fantastic experience with this dealer and with their staff. David Truitt and everyone at Taylor Hyundai were welcoming and friendly. We were greeted in a quick fashion and David made sure we were able to have full access to the car that we wanted. We were not sure if we were going to buy that day, but he let us test drive and ask as many questions as we needed. He also was accommodating to our two year old daughter who was with us. They gave us a great price and we bought the car on the same day. It was my first time ever buying a car and I have to say it was a great first experience for me and my husband, who has bought before, was happy with the customer service as well.

Mr. Truit was clear and concise about the value of my car. I was very satisfied with the negotiated trade-in price for my car and the reduced price of the new car. I really like the Hyundai way or rewarding sales staff for units sold instead of net profit. This makes the sales person my ally instead of adversary.

This dealership was amazing in the whole car buying process. They were very helpful, and really cared that I got the right car for the right price. They day we got the car, they made sure it had a full tank of gas, and were extremely helpful and quick about the process. The man I worked with, David Truitt, was extremely friendly. He seemed just as excited for me as I was, and followed up with me after I bought the car to make sure everything was still going well and that I was still happy with the car. Overall, Hyundai is a wonderful dealership. It was recommended to me by my grandfather, and I would definitely recommend it to someone else.

David Truitt helped me get a great deal on exactly what I wanted. ... Honestly, I wasn't looking for a new car. It was my husband's idea to check out a Hyundai to replace my 2011 Honda. David suggested I check out a 2013 Hyundai Sonata Turbo, and I loved it. The features are better than my Honda, it rides quieter and has tons more pickup without a loss of gas mileage, and the bluetooth features work much better. I ended up getting a newer, better car for slightly less than what I was paying. David not only got me a great deal but the transaction was the easiest I've ever had in buying a car.

I have got to give David Truitt at Hyundai of Augusta MAD props! He did not know what he was getting into when he took on my business. My husband and I bought our first vehicle from him last year shortly after we were married and my husband had been involved in a car accident. David took care of us and placed us in a Hyundai Elantra. We have absolutely loved this car!!!!This year, I decided I was ready to upgrade but I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. I put David through so much back and forwardness that I was giving myself a headache. Never did he become impatient with us or pressure us into buying a vehicle. He knew we would make the right decision for us. It got pretty stressful towards the end because I still couldn't make my mind up. Finally, it was time to buy!! We decided to go with the Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Let me tell you, this vehicle is SICK!!!! My husband and I are SOOO blown away with the features and quality of this vehicle. We can see ourselves growing into this car even more down the future when we add little ones to our family. We are BEYOND happy to have worked with David!!! The entire experience could have not been better. The sales staff was friendly and kind. I truly felt welcome and best of all the salesman was not pushy about buying a car immediately. I feel comfortable about calling up the dealership and asking questions or simply making an appointment to get my car serviced. My wife and I met David and completed our purchase of a new Honda Azera all within the space of less than five hours, including a break for lunch. He put us at ease immediately, and he patiently spent as much time as we wanted going over all the features of the car, seeing how things worked, and taking tests drives (one for each of us). At no time did he make us feel either pressured or hurried. The experience was more like that of talking with a friend who was happy to tell us about his own new car.When we had seen and heard enough to decide that the Azera was a car we would like to own, the process got even better. David was immediately forthright with us not just about the car's MSRP, but, more importantly, about what the dealership had paid to obtain the car, and what additional costs (e.g. for filing and maintaining paper work on the sale, and for sales tax) we would have to pay to conclude the purchase. The figure he shared with us agreed with information we had garnered from a Consumers Reports web site, and it enabled us to agree on a final purchase price painlessly and with a feeling of confidence.Finally we spent a short time with Taylor Hyundai's financial staff, and he went over with us (again with no pressure) additional protection policies/ protective treatments which we could select or decline to purchase.All in all, the entire experience was by far the best that we have ever experienced over many years of buying cars. We highly recommend the Taylor Hyundai dealership and salesperson David Truitt in particular.

Purchasing my new Hyundai was the best car buying experience I have ever had. David Truitt was the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman, never pushy or condescending. He was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Korlee Adams made the financing process quick, straightforward, and uncomplicated; I never felt like I was being played or pressured, because I would have walked away from the purchase had that happened. No-nonsense pretty much sums up my experience at Taylor Hyundai. As a returning out- of-town customer, I knew what kind of team I'd be working with to buy a new Santa Fe. Much to my surprise, all expectations were not only met but surpassed. David Truitt and Korlee Adams are the dream team of car sales. These guys were super nice, exceptionally professional and a pleasure in which to deal. They gave me a great price on my trade-in and had me in a reasonably priced, brand new Santa Fe. All without the hassle of back and forth pricing debates. I love my new Santa Fe! I certainly recommend Taylor Hyundai, David T. and Korlee to anyone that's in the market for buying a Hyundai.

This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased from David Truitt since August of 2012. Our most recent purchase was a 2013 Elantra on June 15, 2012. Our experience was extremely pleasant!!! David answered all of our questions. He insisted we get what we wanted as opposed to pushing what may have been in the dealership's best interest. The day we purchased the car was our second time looking at the Elantra. David took the time to go over all the information thoroughly and answered all of our questions for a second time. David is an awesome salesman!! He has maintained contact with me since I purchased my 2011 Santa Fe last August. Any questions I have had since that purchase, David has been prompt to answer or provide the necessary follow-up. I also purchased a 2011 Tuscon (for my sister) and he maintains contact with her even though she lives in another city. There was never any pressure from David and I would definately by another vehicle from him.I also must comment on the overall interactions with all employees at the dealership. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I have only good things to say about Taylor Hyundai!!!!

I hate the car buying process. I hate it so much. Every other dealership I've been too ended up with me walking out, or forcing my way out, without buying. I enjoyed the process with salesman David Truitt, the sales manager, and the financing office. Never felt pressured to buy anything extra. All of the sales techniques applied were fair and never forced. You can tell that the staff has been together for some time, or at least it felt like that to me. Offered me a fair price for my trade in, and was even willing to negotiate the trade in value after I asked for a little more to help seal the deal. I was able to walk out of there without feeling like I'd been had, and that's rare in car buying these days.I'd recommend Taylor Hyundai. I can't speak for the other salesmen on the floor, but David Truitt was a pleasure to work with.

Excellent service! I arrived at Taylor Hyundai one afternoon with the intention of just a look around. I was shortly greeted by Mr. Truitt in a friendly manner. He asked me what I was interested in and proceeded to show me around the facility and my vehicle of interest. I ended up trading my previous vehicle for a brand new, 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty vehicle. There was neither hassles nor pressure from any of the employees there. Just friendly faces with a handshake at the door.

As this was my very first actual New Car I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about the entire car buying experience. However, after a bit of research I decided I wanted to at least test drive a Hyundai. As I no longer live in the area, I contacted the dealership and Jerry Valentine contacted me quite promptly. We discussed what I thought I was looking for and assured me he would have some things for me to see upon my upcoming visit. He did not disappoint. He made sure I knew beforehand anything that I would need to bring with me to complete the purchase should one be made and told me to let him know when I was there. Upon arrival, I met with him and he spent the next several hours showing me different choices, explaining in detail all about the cars and letting me take my time to make up my mind. My experience with Taylor Hyundai was professional, non-pushy and very pleasant. Since my purchase of a new 2012 Hyundai Elantra, the dealership and Jerry in particular have been in touch making sure everything was still up to standards concerning the car and answering any question I may have. I would and have recommended Taylor Hyundai to my friends and co-workers even though we are not in the Augusta area. I told them it was worth the drive from Athens. I will certainly consider purchasing my next car from Taylor as well.

Wasnt really considering buying a new car until i came here, everything I had previously looked at was pre-owned. The value of the Hyundai Veracruz was nust too much to ignore. The staff here is fantastic, and my salesperson Jamie Grayson, answered all of my questions, was very friendly and patient, and got me a great price. I never felt like anyone of the staff here was "selling me a bill of goods" everyone was extremely knowledgeable. The financing was an easy process, and my options were clearly laid out in a way I could easily understand (I'm not the best with numbers.)I have been back to the dealership a few times allready for some last detail servicing, and for free carwashes, and the customer service has been amazing. I highly reccommend this dealership!

The experience was great! Folks did not pressure me at all, gave me a great deal and made the process completely painless. After the sale, the sales associate took time to ensure I understood how everything worked in the car, and even synced my phone to the car for me! It is very refreshing to be able to walk in, look at a car and walk out without feeling like you are trying to escape from a prison! They knew they had a great product and knew that I'd be back - and they were right. I came back the following day and made my deal.

I live 2 hours away from the dealership and was still able to get into a new car because of the help from David and Don. I knew I wanted a new 2012 Elantra and I was able to work up most of the deal with David on the phone and then Don came in and got me in the price range I wanted to pay. I'm a tall guy 6'4" to be exact and David guarenteed that I would have plenty of leg room to move inside the car and was he right. David was very helpful and even delivered the vehicle to my front door 2 hours away. Staff was very friendly. They did not pressure me. They gave me time to explore and come to a decision on my own. They answered all my questions and gave me ideas about what car would best fit me based on what things I wanted in a car. Over the years I have bought several cars from Wallace. I would definitly recommend people going to see him for their next car. I bought a sonata. I absolutely love it. I haven't found a thing yet I dont like about it. Buying a car was less hassle than buying furniture. Helpful sales people answered all questions and most important - didn't keep me waiting. They delivered the car to my home and hooked up my phone for me so that I was connected for my commute the next morning without having to read a manual. I purchased an Elantra and am very pleased so far. Plenty of room, plenty of features and gizmos without being too complicated.

I found Taylor Hyundai while shopping for an Elantra on the Hyundai website. I built my Hyundai and sent the form off for a quote from a dealer. David emailed me to tell me more about the Elantra, and he also told me more about his own car and the gas mileage it got. When I got to the dealership, Wallace approached me, and when I asked about David, both men worked with me to find the car that I was most happy with. The Elantras were all sold during my first visit, but when I returned the next day, an Elantra had just been taken off the truck. David came over and told me he had a great car, and he made SURE that I had the ability to test drive it before another customer could get into it. I loved the Elantra, but when I laid eyes on the Veloster, I knew that was the car I wanted. Wallace and David did everything they could to make sure that I knew the car inside and out, and both men went out of their way to make me comfortable.At no time did I ever feel pressured to buy a car, and never did a pushy sales manager approach me to try to talk me into a car I didn't want. This dealership was by far the most friendly, pressure-free dealership I visited while car shopping. I highly recommend Taylor Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Best Trying and Buying experience period.Started the search over two months ago, establishing the type of car I needed and how I would finance the purchase. Had all things in line and was not even looking at Hyundai. Friends told me to go to the dealership, any dealership and test drive a Hyundai. Anyone looking for a car needs to just go the dealership and test drive a Hyundai.Met Ben within a few minutes of walking on the lot. Was kicking tires looking at the new Genesis models in the front. Asked about taking a test drive, and without hesitation got one of the Genesis models off the line. walked around it, over a few of the items in it and went on a test drive. Went into the showroom after the test drive and talked finance. Absolutely no pressure but we did talk finance a bit. I took the card and did some more research that nigh.Through the week thought about the car and went back on the following Friday. Test drove a Sonata that had arrived during the week. Had the afternoon to think and line up the bank on the financing. Wend back on Saturday and agreed on the price and used their financing. The dealership is very upfront on their financing. All you have to do is ask. The bulk of the data is available online, so there is little to hide.Financing was also financed through the dealer, they beat the financing from the credit union. The paperwork was simple and no surprises were presented at the last minute.Delivery of the vehicle the dealer staff went beyond what would be a typical drop off at the dealer. They delivered the car to me. Clean, neat, with delivery on time. Best dealership experience I have ever had.Taylor Hyundai is fantastic. Ben and David are a great sales team and deliver, period.

I've purchased 3 Hyundai's from Taylor and have been happy with every sales experience. The sales people are very knowledgeable about their product and go overboard to work out a deal. The service department is first rate. I had one experience where some minor damage was done to my 2006 Sonata being serviced, but they took care of it and had it repaired quickly. Otherwise, it's easy to make an appointment, the service waiting area is well appointed - great coffee, and the car is washed and vacuumed before they bring it out. Great cars, great people, great dealership.

Before going to Taylor Hyundai, I had researched the different brands of sedans and had decided on the Genesis. Jeff exhibited a willingness to explain those things that I had questions about and confirm those that I knew. His enthusiasm for the product showed and helped me to decide on my eventual purchase of a 2011 Genesis. The high rating I gave is a reflection of Jeff's and Taylor Hyundai's performance.

My husband and I were greeted by Ben at the front door of the dealership. He was very friendly and got a car ready for us to test drive quickly (he even ran the AC so it wouldn't be so hot for us). When we came back, he clearly explained the offer and allowed us time to talk privately. He never rushed us or tried to coerce us into a decision. When I returned on Monday to retrieve an item from my previous vehicle, he remembered my name and was again very pleasant. He even ran after me as I was driving off the lot to see if I needed assistance setting up the Bluetooth! I would definitely recommend a visit to Taylor Hyundai!

I can not express enough how wonderful every person is at Taylor Hyundai Augusta Ga. I test-drove every car in the Augusta area, never thought about a Hyundai. When I test-drove the car I knew immediately that I was in luv. When I started looking for cars I knew I wanted a Honda. I wanted the Honda name and report but once I started looking at them I saw that they did not have much space, and had to pay extra for amenities like sunroof, mud flaps, fog lamps it was ridiculous. But Hyundai offered, all those things and the price was right! It was crazy for me to not to go with Hyundai. I think all those things make a car look good! Plus the rating beat Honda! And the consumer report has a better rating on the Hyundais than Hondas. Go figure. And knowing my luck with carsthat means a lot. Jeff Milne (my Sales Guy) and Don ONeill (Sales Manager) are great guys, I could not decide on the color, and in all honesty it took me about an hour to two hours to make a final decision, they were great and stuck right there with me. I know it had to be aggravating. They have patients of Jude. Between my mother and I, we asked every question there was from the warranty to how much the car weighed. And if Jeff did not know the answer, he would be quick to respond with, I will find out for you (and did). It was Jeffs 3rd day at the dealership and I would have never known, it seemed like he had been selling the Hyundai name for years. I am a very picky person and knew what I wanted. I did not feel that I was taken advantage of in any way and felt that they were able to work with the price I had in mind. They were all just so honest. I am now a proud owner of a new 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I do a lot of hauling and so I need a car with lots of space. Drove my car to the beach right after I got it and was amazed with how much space I had to pack more items. I have owned my car about 2 months now and I am still learning new things. Its exciting and I luv it!I HIGHLY recommend the Taylor Hyundai dealership in Augusta Ga. Jeff is very open, honest and professional. The Hyundai products are top notch. The value to price ratio is excellent. Hyundai has the best warranties by far. I drove Toyota, Honda, Ford, Nissan and Chevy - Mercedes, BMW, and Volkswagen are not worth the effort. Hyundai beat all their competitors handily. After I bought my new Elantra, I immediately got on the web to put an order in for Hyundai stock because it is obvious Hyundai has a business model that is going to grow their market share and profitability. Unfortunately, Hyundai is a private company. If they ever offer an IPO, I will jump in. The only issue I had with the this Hyundai dealership is parking is almost non-existent. Jeff indicated that the dealership is aware of the issue and is working to improve the situation.

This is the second vehicle my spouse and I have purchased from this dealership, and everyone I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would really like to say my salesperson for the second time (Mr. Ben Powell) was terrific. He assisted me in all areas of purchasing the vehicle before and after, even when I as a woman was not able to open the gasoline door, he was there to assist. Thanks Ben for getting that problem straight for me. I would recommend the dealership and salesperson to anyone I encounter looking to purchase a vehicle.

Our salesperson was awesome! He answered all of our questions and reviewed all necessary information before and after purchase. We feel like we go a great deal and are excited about our new hybrid, especially since we never even contemplated purchasing one before.

I went in for a service on my 2008 Veracruz. While I was waiting I decided to look at the cars. Ben Powell came out and asked was I interested in a car. Actually, I had been looking at other cars, but not Hyuandai cars. He was very nice and offered me a test drive, I fell in love with the car. He met my conditions and price, how could I say no. I am still loving my new car!!

Very pleased with my sales experience. Would recommend David Truitt in the future. Quick effortless sale experience. Love the Tuscon, never even thought to look at a Hyundai. Wished I had looked at them sooner.
