We had the pleasure to work with Cody Seng yesterday to find our next vehicle. Cody did an excellent job and was wonderful. There was no anxiety, no pressure, and no stress whatsoever with our purchase. We definitely recommend Swope and especially Cody. We drove over two hours to get there from our hometown but it was well worth the trip!!! Will definitely go back in the future...Thank you Cody Seng!

Danny was on the scene as we drove up and started looking at vehicals!! He was able to answer all questions we asked as well as wasn't afraid to tell the truth about used cars and helped with trying to find a good used car for cheap!

Nick & Cody were GREAT! I arrived later in the day...and met Nick first...then Cody. They offered me a cup of coffee and then the dealing was on! I'm not an easy person to deal with especially when making a purchase like this. They were patient & understanding and I drove a new car home! I will recommend this dealership to anyone!

Chris and Cody are absolutely the best. They were both very accommodating of my needs and well prepared for all my inquiries. Chris is a GREAT sales consultant. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. Cody was awesome at getting me in and out in a timely manner with a manageable payment. I will definitely recommend them to EVERYONE I know looking for a new/used car.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Danny and the team at Swope Hyundai. The process went amazingly quick, especially considering we did not go in quite prepared to buy at that time. We were never pressured but they worked with us to give us numbers within our budget and information that made our decision easy. We took our vehicle back for paint protection and were given a comparable vehicle that was exactly what we needed to fair the winter storm we had while our new AWD vehicle was being pampered. I am exceedingly happy with the service we received, the vehicle, and the overall experience.

Cody make buying a car for my 16 year old new driver quick and easy. He was able to transfer my 'have to haves' and my son's 'want to haves' into the perfect vehicle with the perfect price in less than 15 minutes. The fastest and least painful car buying experience I've every had.

Scott and his team worked hard to make my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra fit within my monthly budget. The one hour drive from Louisville was well worth it. I received so much better service than that of their Louisville competitors. Highly recommended!

My husband and I recently bought a used 2012 Chrysler Town and Country from Swope in Radcliff, KY. From the beginning, both Scott and Chris Featherstone were extremely customer service oriented, professional, and friendly. They listened to our needs for our family and suggested similar vehicles to consider, and were patient while we were making up our minds! Scott also provided the mechanics report and disclosed what work had been done by the dealer in addition to reviewing the free carfax report. Both Scott and Chris were extremely patient and flexible working with us and finding a convenient time for test drives and negotiating the sale. Both Scott and Chris were sincere and polite as well. We were given a fair trade for our older van, and the negotiation process was straightforward and pressure free. We were there later in the evening and we never felt rushed. The sales manager worked hard to help us find the best rate available. Since we were there late in the evening not all of the banks were available to respond with offers. We closed a deal at one rate that evening and when a bank offered a more competitive rate in the morning they honored that rate. This alone makes this transaction exemplary in our eyes and sealed the deal for us that the people at this Swope dealership are honest and have integrity. They reassured us we would get us the best rate possible and we feel certain that they did. Another positive is 2 years of included regular maintenance is a wonderful value included in our purchase. The extended warranty options available are competitively priced and were clearly explained with no pressure and we are also happy with that purchase. The dealership also promptly took care of getting our license plates for us and sent follow up emails to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. After the sale we had a small problem with smoke odor in the vehicle, and the dealership responded quickly by offering us a "cleaning bomb" at no extra charge to resolve this issue. We found this to be yet another example of going the extra mile to make sure the customer leaves totally satisfied. They could have easily said "tough luck" but they were extremely willing to make sure the issue was resolved for us. We would recommend this dealership to our friends and if we are still in the area would be sure to shop there again. We highly recommend both Scott and Chris as knowledgeable, honest, friendly and professional car salesman. Another example that may seem insignificant to some is that throughout the buying process I joked about wanting to take home some of the balloon arrangements in the dealership to my daughter. As we left, Scott brought us two giant balloons! They are just nice people to work with who want the customer to be happy.
