Sutherland Chevrolet has always provided nothing but the very best service possible to our entire family. We have bought several vehicles from them over the years and always had them service them.We are in changing times and when you can go in a dealership and be treated as friendly and kind as we are by all the staff at Sutherland it is really special and exceptional. It makes you want to go back and do business again! Thanks to all the staff ! The Service department is just so good it's almost unbelievable! A guy there named Chris who talks to you on the phone to schedule your appt's and work is very thorough and helpful-we appreciate him . Hope this dealership never closes- we love them.

MY A.C. HAD STOPPED WORKING, AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON, ITOOK IT TO THE DEALER TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT, THE A.C. WAS OUT OF FREON, THEY REFILLED THE FREON, THEY COULD NOT FIND A LEAK. TOLD ME BRING IT BACK IF THE FREON LEAKED OUT, THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT IS WHERE SOMETHING GOT UP INTO THE WIRING AND CHEWED ON THE WIRING. THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD OTHER VEHICLES THAT WERE BROUGHT IN WITH THE WIRING BEEN CHEWED ON, THIS WAS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY, THE A.C. WAS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. THEY SAID IT MORE THAN LIKELY SQUIRRELS THAT GOT INTO THE WIRING AND CHEWED THE WIRING.

My husband and I LOVE Sutherland Chevrolet. The sales staff is great, the service department is great. The owner will work with you any way possible to give you a great deal. We have bought our last 7 vehicles there. The prices are great, there is NO pressure sales, they let you look around to see what you like and if you don't like what they have, that's fine too. They don't try to get you to buy something you don't like. ( I have had that experience before) So if you are looking for a vehicle, give them a try!!!!

As usual, the service team at Sutherland Chevy has exceeded our expectations. This exceptional service is so routine, it's almost boring. Today is Sunday, and some friends of ours were two blocks from church when their Jeep starting smoking. I told her if she wanted a little less adventure in her life, they really should get a Chevy and just go see my guys to keep their vehicle in shape. After all, our car has 127k miles on it and we got to church just fine. We then got to talking about how expensive routine matters such as braces and car repair can be, and I think I saw the green-eyed monster in her eyes when I shared how my guys at Chevy are always on the lookout for the best deal, how once again this week, they repaired our car for LESS than anywhere else. I really feel bad about making my friend jealous, but the grass really is greener on my side of the driveway, because of my guys at Sutherland Chevy.

This dealership has an excellent service staff. And they take extra precautions to make sure they keep your vehicle clean during the service or repair that is being done to your vehicle. Also the sales people are a pleasure to work with. They don't try to push you into buying something you don't need or want, We have purchased several vehicles from Sutherland Chevrolet. I arrived at my appointment. The clerk told me what is to be done to my recall part. It was fixed in no time. About 30 minutes. I have felt that the people that work at Sutherland Chevrolet are good people who make their business taking care of the customer. Take greet you with a smile when you walk in and approach their service counter. No place can really survive it there's no good, professional customer service. Sutherland Chevrolet made my buying experience a very pleasant one. I have purchased many cars in the past and some dealerships have sales personnel that become very rude at times. The young man with whom I dealt with absolutely went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of my car. Being a single women and living a distance from the dealership, Sutherland brought the car to me which helped me out tremendously. The young lady that delivered the car was an exceptionally nice person. Which only made the experience less stressful. After waiting 3 months for my parts to come in to correct the recall for my Malibu, I made an appointment to get it fixed. They said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. The service area was very busy, but the car was ready in a little under the projected time. A pleasant surprise.

I have used Sutherlands for years. I trust the maintenance department with my vehicles. They are honest and efficient. This comes from and Aircraft and Powerplant mechanic, who could do all of his own auto repair. The new facilities are excellent and the sales personnel are always friendly and Don is always smiling. Purchased a 2009 Chevy Impala from this dealer recently. The staff was very professional and attentive and easy going. Noticed after everything was agreed upon that a tail light had a small crack in it. The salesman (Dan) immediately replaced the assembly rather than have us drive back 60 miles to have the light fixed. I would highly recommend giving this dealer a chance to earn your business.
