I contacted Marshall about a used car that was brought in for trade in and he assured me it was worth to come and check it out. I drove 2 hrs to come see the car, loved it and in less than an hour I had all the paperwork done and driving home with a great new car. Marshall really takes time with you and makes sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. I wouldn't buy from anyone else.

I recently leased a Cadillac SRX from Coast Caddy in Sarasota. Leading up to the transaction I shared several emails and phone calls with the salesperson, Adam Pitre. The entire experience could not have been more wonderful. Adam communicated with me just enough to be completely efficient, answering all my questions and providing info in an incredibly timely fashion....I never felt pressured. Furthermore, they gave me exactly what I was asking for my trade, provided a vehicle with all the features I was looking for, and gave me an unbeatable price. In my search for a crossover SUV I shopped with Audi, Range Rover, Jeep, even Ford. The service, respect, and PRICE I received from Coast Caddy was almost too good to be true. I recommend you buy from them....you'll love Adam!

Marshall Zimny was the sales representative my husband and I dealt with. No high pressure sales. Car was priced reasonably and a fair offer was made for my trade. A free car wash and a full tank of gas were the icing on the cake. Would definitely deal with again.

I would like to Thank Marshall for all his hard work trying to get me my s2000, he took the time to talk to the finance people to find the right bank for me, as well as send me pictures, videos, reply to my emails quickly and calling me when I had questions. I drove almost 2 hours to pick up my car at Coast Cadillac and I couldn't be happier! The customer service is amazing!! I will sure go back for my next car! What a joy it was to purchase a vehicle through Coast Cadillac's internet sales. Marshall Zimny was a pleasure to work with. He was a thoughtful and presented a professional image for his employer. The deal was everything I expected at a price that I thought was fair and reasonable. The entire staff was customer service oriented - that what I would expect from a dealer. I would buy another vehicle from Coast Cadillac in the future!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Coast. After a small misunderstanding during negotiations everything was made right by Marshall and Coast Cadillac. I have been looking for a low mileage Solara convertible for some time and jumped at the chance see this one. Marshall the Sales Director at Coast was very responsive, personable and knowledgeable. the experience was quit, and friendly.. My wife and I just purchased an unbelievably clean, well taken care of '13 Hyundai Veloster Turbo that had been taken in trade for a new Caddy over the summer. After doing our homework and using the more popular used car search websites we found our car. Marshall Z., the internet sales manager, was very responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle and it's previous owner. We conducted the negotiations on-line and over the phone before driving 80 miles down to Sarasota to finalize the paperwork and bring the car home to Tampa. Since there was no financing involved, the purchase, registration, and other paperwork was very simple and straight forward. We would not hesitate to purchase another car in this manner or from Coast in Sarasota.

Just purchased a slightly used Cadillac from Marshall at Coast Cadillac on Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota, FL. Wow! What a seamless experience. From our original internet inquiry to purchase, it was not like any car purchase experience we have had in the past. First, our internet inquiry response was an immediate phone call. The discussion was professional and informative, the follow up the next day was timely, the financing requests were reasonable and easy to navigate. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and our trade in was accepted as agreed. Marshall took us through the car's equipment, introduced us to the finance manager who was ready for us, answered our questions completely and out the door we went with our dream Cadillac. Over the years, my family has purchased a number of cars from Coast. Each transaction was a pleasant experience. We recently bought a used SRX and were very satisfied with the cost/ value results and equally important, the comfortable manner in which the negotiation took place. Furthermore, the battery died in 2eeks and , after explaining their responsibilities on their 30 day warranty, which did not include the battery, Marshall Z. Went to bat for us and Coast did replace the battery at N/C! It was a close call, but he Coast people are Good people!! Very Hppy Customer, CJL

My experience with this dealership has been very good. Specifically, I found that Marshall Zimny, the Internet sales manager provided outstanding services. Marshall answered all of my questions about that vehicle in a manner that was thorough, pleasant and businesslike. Marshall provided me with the names of independent car inspection centers so that I could have the vehicle inspected by a third party and objectively. Once I got the results which confirmed what Marshall had told me I purchased that vehicle without even driving it. What I liked about the whole process is that I could trust someone in all aspects of that transaction. I highly recommend that dealership and Marshall Zimny. You can do business with these folks in total confidence.

We had been in the market for a new car and had been looking at several different brands along with different types of cars. We couldn't decide if we wanted another sport utility or convertible ? When we met with our salesman Brett Joiner his knowledge and experience far exceeded any other salesman at other dealers we had spoken to in the past, He went over all the safety features and detail of the functions , even after we purchased the car he still called to make sure we remembered everything he showed us and Brett genuinely was very attentive making sure that we had made the correct purchase. Brett Joiner displayed a lost virtue of "No sale is final until the customer is happy" We are very happy with Coast Cadillac and Brett and will tell all our friends.

We bought a used vehicle from Coast Cadillac. We worked with Marshall in the Pre-Owned Sales department. He was very upfront and honest with us. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was actually selected to go to auction the day we called about it. Marshall went out of his way to make a special trip to the Auction Lot to take the vehicle back to the dealership to ensure we got a chance to test drive it. They also help the vehicle for us for 2 days so I could do my financing with my Credit Union. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a very honest and friendly car buying experience.

I was shopping online for a used Chevy Avalanche, at which I found one at Coast Cadillac. I didnt have alot of time to drive around and shop, at which I didn't have time to haggle as well. I found the truck I was looking for at Coast, at which I sent an offer and request for additional info. I was contacted immediately by Marshall Zimney, at which we spent brief time exchanging info and simple negotiations. I drove over to Coast finding that the truck was exactly as Marshall said it was and honored exactly what he said on pricing as well. It was an absolute pleasure in the purchase of my Avalanche. I gave a deposit and came back the next day to pick up my truck which was washed and gased up, ready to go. A quick professional meeting in the Business Office and I was shaking hands with the General Manager !!! I was treated like a KING !!! I will definetely continue to do business with Coast Cadillac and Marshall Zimney and would recommend Marshall to anyone looking for a used car !!! Thanks Again Marshall !!!!!!

I was in the market for a Hyundai Veloster. Spotted one on the used car lot of Coast Cadillac. I worked with Marshall Zimny who is their Internet Sales Manager. I bought a used Vehicle from Marshall Zimny at Coast Cadillac. My dad and I went to the dealer after finding a vehicle online. My dad is 80 and Marshal was very respectful and worked with us to reach a great deal! The staff was very professional and helpful ans the lounge had fresh donuts and great cappuccino! The vehicle I purchased is in tip top shape and coast offered some great warranty packages as well. Marshall walked us efficiently and expediently through the purchase process and Karen Konzel the Business manger talked to us throughout the paperwork process and we sure felt welcome!I plan to return to Coast and look forward to a great business relationship! I have been searching for a Nissan Maxima for about 1 year now. I happened to come across a 2011 Nissan Maxima at Coast Cadillac at 2200 Bee Ridge Rd. of sarasota. The very first call I made was after their operating hours, not knowing their hours of coarse, but and guess what ? Marshall Zimney picked up the phone. Marshall went the extra mile to explain the cars condition and gave all the information on the car which was exactly what I was looking for. Due to my long work hours this wan't the last time I spoke to Marshall after their operational hours, there were two other occiasions I had questions and yes Marshall picked up the phone. In my eyes this is great customer service. Once I drove to Coast Cadillac I received the same responsive service I did over the phone, the car looked great the price was right, the service was right on the mark and I made the deal. My wife and I were in search of a Cadillac SRX and had spent weeks researching many dealerships for just the right car. Our search came to an exciting end when we found the car that we were looking for at Coast Cadillac in Sarasota, Florida. This is where we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Marshall Zimny. What a nice guy! He even met us on his day off to show us the car we were interested in buying and let us test drive it too! The gentleman who sold us the car was named Marshall K. Zimny. He is the Dealer's Internet Sales Manager. We called inquiring about an auto we saw on their web site. Mr Zimny answered and gave us information, personally drove the car to our residence for us to see it and answered completely any questions we had. We bought the car, trading in a car and Mr Zimny again personally came to our residence to finalize the sale, deliver our new auto and pick up our trade in. Now that is supreme service. He explained everything thoroughly and now we are extremely satisfied with both the service of the salesman and the dealership.

I found a great deal on a Chrysler PT Cruiser with great mileage here. Three or Four text messages and i made up my mind. Didn't even have to go to the dealership. A NO GO. Salesman answered all my questions quickly. Quick and To The Point. Got a better deal on another car with another dealer. But the process was smooth to make up my mind.

The salesman was knowledgeable and didn't need to call over the sales manager! They had no problem finding the exact car I wanted when they didn't have it in stock, and were quite reasonable in negotiating a price!! Had the car in once for service (oil, filter etc) and my one complaint was did not check air in tires. Would definitely do business again! (As a matter of fact I did! Purchased an Infiniti M37 from Coast Infiniti-same salesman- which shares same lot!)
