I have purchased many new cars there. They make car buying fun . I won't go elsewhere for service. I personally have always received great service both in sales but especially the service department. Kudos I have tried 3 other dealerships in the area due to them having the car I wanted. Will never return to any of them if at all possible.

It was the day before a massive hurricane was slated to hit Florida. I was 80 miles from home and my steering went - as in not possible to steer. Tony, at Sun State Ford, was not only helpful but was kind and compassionate as well.. He got my vehicle in to be evaluated right away - even though the service area was very busy. After hearing of the delay for parts, he could see my deep concerns about getting home before the storm. Tony put me in a rental that I would feel comfortable driving. It was a car I knew and he extended the time I could keep it without charges. This made it so I would not be worried about trying to get back up to drop off the vehicle, if the storm was destructive and made travel difficult. I have never been treated better by any service center I have been to. It was truly appreciated and will keep me coming back to Ford.

I despise buying new vehicles and put it off until I could delay no longer, but my experience at SunState Ford may have changed that thinking. My sales person, Mitchel, was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all of my questions. I was not pressured into buying my vehicle and feel that I was given a very fair deal. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

Overall, everyone involved with our purchase was helpful and friendly, but especially our salesman Rafui. There were a few snags during the buying process. My wife and I were at the dealership for eight hours. We test drove 3 different Ford Explorers and finally decided to make an offer on one of them. It was not the one we initially came to see. In fact, it was a new 2017 XLT. (We were in the market for a used one). We bargained back and forth and I almost walked out twice. In the end though, I got what I wanted, and I'm sure the dealership still make money. The experience here was typical of buying a car just about anywhere. Bargaining, threatening, compromising, concluding....But, at no time were any of the people I dealt with short, or condescending to me. They were always professional, polite and respectful. They wanted to sell me a car and I wanted to buy one. And after eight hours, I didn't want to go anywhere else.. The explorer had everything on it that I wanted, and nothing on it that I didnt want. It was what I was looking for. Although I never let them know it during the process....

This is the first review I have ever written! I felt I needed to because of the great service I received at Sun State Ford! I had a flat tire on Friday and called Sun State Ford for assistance. Maurice Jackson is a service consultant at this location and provided great customer service from beginning to end! Maurice confirmed my new tire would be covered under my protection plan. Maurice called and had a tire delivered to the dealership early in the afternoon. He contacted me immediately and I arrived, had the tire changed, had the car inspected, and was on the road within the hour. Maurice and his team were fantastic and I appreciated their fast, friendly help! Thank you Maurice and Sun State Ford!

I would have returned to the same Ford Dealer who repaired my car form rear end collision # 1, but guess what? That dealership wasn't open on Saturday and with no rear window, no place to garage the car, and storms most likely coming (mid July), I did not want to take the chance of letting it sit until Monday. Thankfully, Sun State body shop was open Saturday until noon, so they got my business. I had had my 2012 Fiesta repaired previously at Sun State for a recall issue and was very pleased with the service and result at that time. This time, I was just as pleased, from beginning to end. After receiving the car back, an icon on the control panel did not disappear. I thought it was the brake icon, called and spoke to Mark and he asked me to bring it back in and they would check it out. I brought it in the same day and Jose, the Body Shop Manager, took a look at the icon, told me it wasn't the brake, but rather was low tire pressure, and he had the guys get the tires properly aired up all around. I felt like a total idiot, but it sure wasn't because anyone there made me feel like one...everyone was great and hopefully there will not be a 3rd rear end incident but if there is, I definitely know where I'm taking my car to have it repaired. My wife told me oil change was gonna take all day and charged a bunch of money. I told Maurice and all i remember hearing is if i believed in miracles cause one was about to happen. Sure enough i was on my way in less than an hour. He promised and he delivered!

I took my Focus in to have an oil change done. Although I have had the car for 7 months with less than 1500 miles, the maintenance dept. made sure that the oil change, tires, fluids were all in proper order. All was done in a timely manner and I look forward to my next trip in. Thank you Sun State.

Dealership advertise "Straight Forward Pricing" but does not honor it when it come time to buy a high price vehicle. They advertise for days a discount price for 2017 Mustang thru 2 venues including their own web site but when you try to buy it they want a $10,000 premium. Their attitude was "Whatever the web site says, add $10,000 to that car. They can't claim an error because others have also called them and complained.

Went in looking at a pre owned. Was in tough shape that the online photos didn't show. Out of curiosity went to look at the new car selection and found one that was cheaper than anywhere else I looked. Josh did a great job explaining everything and answering any questions or concerns I may have had. I ended up getting a new car, my first one ever. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a ford.

We live in Daytona Beach and we called Sunstate inquiring about a 2015 Ford Edge. We told The person that answered the phone..his name is Ross.. we wanted a certain Edge that was on the lot and what we could afford for monthly payments. After talking to someone else, I assume his sales manager, He assured me we could work out a deal for the monthly payment we discussed, or close to it. He based this assurance on receiving rebates and a low interest rate loan at 1.9%. I made more than one call to him making sure our numbers would work. Each time he said there should not be a problem. Well there probably wouldn't have been a problem if we could have received the low interest rate and rebates Ross assured we would get. After driving from Daytona to their place fighting crappy I-4 traffic, we arrived. We asked for Ross and we were given a salesman named Maurice instead. We were told Ross just answers the phone. Maurice told us the numbers Ross gave us would not work. Ross told us we would receive rebates and 1.9% interest rate. Maurice said he was the middle man and was not involved in the numbers we worked out. He threw us a $1000 bone to entice us but at that point I was pretty pissed. They wasted our whole afternoon by lying to us just to get us there. If Ross or their sales manager would have been been honest from the beginning, we would have purchased the car today. We talked to another dealership later today and we were told if that would have happened there, it would have been grounds for dismissal. Either Ross is ignorant about the dealership incentives, or maybe it's store policy to get the customer in the dealership where they hope we will just fall in love with the vehicle and pay their price. Recommendation: Stay far away from Sunstate Ford!!!

I would suggest staying as far away from this dealership as possible. They practice nondisclosure and treat you like the plague when you have an issue with the vehicle they sold you. The only positive is Tony in service.

This dealers service department is ALL about getting you in and getting you on your way with are care in better working order than maybe you even asked for, really try's at every visit to out due themselves, every time, and my service person Tony, really puts himself in "You" the person, and does not leave you hanging. Now I should say that there is one thing that unfortunately i took a walk around and the fridge in the I guess break room, was a germ holder inside, just my point of view but maybe remove it or make it so that a customer can at lest get water and ice out of it and a clean area, but again this does not take away from the Service, but from a customer point of view, for a person like me, cleanliness if a customer can get in view of it should be also up to snuff, and all I drink because of my disability only drink water and ice, but I can not be the only person that has looked into that yellow fridge, just a thought.

We gave SunState 5 Stars because they completely earned it!! From the online person to the sales manager to the sales person to the guy in the little store area to the finance guy... they were all so nice and so helpful. No questions were left unanswered!!! They were funny and we definitely didn't feel "ripped off" or "cheated." We purchased our vehicle through the Z-Plan which is the lowest possible price -- it's for Ford Retirees. When I compared the price SunState had on the vehicle I was amazed!!!! With their dealer incentives and Ford rebates they were about $200 higher than the Z-Plan price. Usually we see a HUGE difference in price, but not at SunState. If you do not have an A, Z, D or X-Plan no worries!!! SunState's prices are awesome!!! They also have a 15 year 150,000 Powertrain warranty through their dealership -- no other dealership offers that. Seriously... look around.Ford has an online inventory search so you can browse and find the car you want anywhere in the area. Don't feel obligated to buy somewhere else, just let SunState know that you want a specific car and they can make it happen. Is it worth the few extra days??? Yes!!! To be honest, I think you would be very happy going to SunState. We highly recommend them!!!

I purchased my Escape in 2013 from Sun State Ford. I have had many different experiences throughout my relationship with this dealership but I won't take my vehicle to any other place for service. I have had to wait at times, get a little frustrated at times but have been extremely happy other times. If I discuss an issue with them it is always addressed to where I am satisfied with the outcome. Maurice, in service, has always taken good care of me. No place is perfect, especially in the car business, but this dealership will always be home to me and my Escape.

When my itemized service bill states: "topped off all fluids"... that is supposed to mean it WAS done! Don't state its done when it's not! I was 2 miles away from the dealership and needed to clean off my windshield with the washer fluid... and NOTHING came out! Hmmmm... I guess you missed "topping off that fluid". I am afraid to see what else you missed. All we want as consumers is honesty and the service we are paying for to be done.

Worked with Will from Internet team to work out the lease on fusion Energi. He was very prompt and they tried their best to bring it in my price range but the car was just too much out of what I can afford. There was no gimmicks just straight honest pricing information. Straight forward and great staff. When I contacted the dealership, I had only viewed the cars online, but working with a limited budget I had only a few in mind to look at. Jay was very pleasant over the phone and essentially told me to take my time and when I was ready, stop in and take a look. When I got to the dealership he greeted me and asked what I wanted to do, take a look, take a test drive he really just let me direct the interaction. ONLY ONCE, during my hours long visit did Jay ask if I wanted him to write up the deal. He recognized right away when I was uncomfortable about a vehicle I choose/decided to look at. After much consideration and conversation with Jay I decided to take a second test drive in the vehicle I originally stopped to look at. When Jay came back with the key he asked if I had looked at this other car over to the side. That was it. The car felt right, the price was right in line with my budget. I bought my 2011 F-150 from Sun State Ford new in June 2011. They have serviced it since day one & I have been pleased with the service that I have received from them. Maurice took care of the truck on the last visit. He did a great job of communicating with me from start to finish. the truck was ready when they said & there were no hidden surprises from a cost standpoint. I went in for my 15K service. It's been just over a year since I purchased my vehicle and I keep my car on schedule as best as possible. There are several items which are usually done, but I was sold on just what I needed. I have a drop in K&N air filter, so that didn't need changing. I use 100% pure synthetic oil, so that's a slightly more expensive cost. Being that it's Florida, I had them change out my windshield wipers as that should be done yearly due to the heat here. Finally, I had just purchased new tires so I didn't need a rotation or inspection. Bottom line....they didn't try and sell me on any services I didn't need and the service representative was fair and honest. More dealers need service like that.

I would definitely recommend this dealership and Charles Crawford in the used car department. He welcomed me with a warm smile right as I got there. He has a great sense of humor and made the car buying experience very enjoyable. I am not an easy sale because I am a very picky person. Charles found exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and he got it $2000 lower than another dealership I had gone to! Not only that but I was able to keep my old car and get $0 down with an interest rate I was happy with. Charles even suggested the ECP plan which takes care of inside and outside body maintenance. It is an excellent service for the value, so worth it. The whole process was quick and painless and pressure-free. For anyone looking for a new or used car who wants a great car buying experience, I recommend going to Sun State Ford and asking for Charles Crawford.

I have been chasing a refund on a tire insurance policy since April. It is now almost August. Getting information from their staff is a nightmare. The insurance company on the other hand have been fantastic. But all refund roads lead to Sun State. Now after months of being nice and countless emails I have to give up and go to the Ninth Circuit court of Orange County. Stay tuned. I will be posting regular updates. All this for a few hundred dollars. Never again will I do business with Sun State Ford, except to collect my money and damages. See you in court Sun State! But in the court of public opinion such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and every other social media site I can register on, you will be getting zero stars from me. I'll be spreading the word as far and wide as possible.

I recently purchased a pre-owned Chevy Sonic at Sun State. I had shopped around at two dealers before looking here. The experiences were like night and day. I felt no pressure here. My sales person "JP" and the whole staff were a pleasure to deal with. I usually dread the whole car buying thing but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from here. Thank you!

I had been interested in buying a Ford for a few years. I did not think the Escape was big enough and then I found the Edge. I went on TruCar and was contacted by a few Ford dealers. My salesman David Crader contacted me and had a 2015 Edge I could look at and drive. From the moment my wife and I arrived to see the vehicle David was a total professional. After a test drive he had a deal I could afford and we completed the deal. He made sure everything was in order before we left and he took the time to explain some details of the Edge for us. I would definitely recommend David to my friends to buy a car from. Had problem with vibration/wobble on wheels of F150. Took it to another Ford dealership near to our house who fobbed us off and acted like we didn't know what we were talking about. Bought the truck from Sun State Ford 3 years ago so took if there for a second opinion. Jake Denmark in the service department was very very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. He kept us informed all throughout the progress and as suspected we needed two new tyres. I was really impressed with their sales department when we bought the truck and am even more impressed with their service department. I would recommend this dealership, they were fantastic and caring. Good Job Sun State Ford.

Charged $486.71 to install refurbished starter which is about $100.00 more than the maximum fair price for this work in Orlando according to Repair Pal app. After speaking with the service and parts managers I found that they charged me an extra $100.00 for the "retail" price on the starter. If I had walked to the other side of the building and picked up the part and then walked back and handed it to the service dept. it would have been $100.00 cheaper. Had no idea a Ford dealership would operate this way. Asked the service manager if he thought this was a good business practice and he said he didn't see a problem with it. Tried to get estimate before going in but they told me "system is down.." Got a quote from Rush Trucks Ford dealer for $325.00 and assumed Sun State would be comparable. Big mistake. I ended up at Sun State and had to let them fix it. Sadly I feel that I have been price gouged personally by Ford and after a lifetime of buying Ford trucks it is time to switch to Toyota. To add insult to injury my $486.00 starter lasted exactly one day before I had to return and have it replaced. Sun State is the Ford dealer to avoid in Orlando.

I only drive mustangs and I only buy from SunState Ford. One of my main reason for buying here is because I know the service after purchase will be top notch. Stacey is amazing. She ALWAYS follows through. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile and a chat. She is ALWAYS there and you never leave without Stacy asking, 'Is there anything else I can help you with'?.The only thing I would change is to add additional stars so I could give her and the mechanics 15 stars instead of a mere 10/10

It was a beautiful Sunday morning and my boyfriend and I were just out and about looking at vehicles. The second we pulled up and out walked Sherriff JW to welcome us. He greeted us and made us feel welcome right away. His knowledge and humor and wonderful spirit made our car buying process a pleasure which is far from the norm with local dealerships. He was able to work a deal for me that exceeded my expectations. The closing process was seamless thanks to Carlos in finance. His heartfelt smile and patience was greatly appreciated. Everyone I encountered at Sun State Ford was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman I worked with, David, was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle. He never pressured me or pushed me towards any one thing. The financing department was very friendly and helpful too. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.

Found Sun State Ford doing a internet search for my choice of vehicle with options I really wanted, Spoke with Pedro told him what I wanted, he gave me a great price quote, which was much lower than other Ford dealer quotes. Drove 70 miles to the dealership every person was just amazing they make the customer feel comfortable from the minute you walk in until you leave. What a great group, they know what Customer Service is all about ...............FORD need to use this dealership for Training purposed. They do it right the first time............cannot wait to buy another vehicle from this group! True Professionals who make the BUYER feel like family!

My wife and I was out looking for a vehicle and had several dealership in mind. My first stop was at Sun State Ford, a gentleman came out and introduce himself to us as JW. He was very polite and friendly. I came with a pre-qualified letter from a bank. After talking with Sheriff JW and going for a ride in the vehicle that I bought I knew I did not need to go anywhere else, I did not have to use my pre-qualified letter I had the dealership to do the finance. To all viewers,I took my time before doing this review because I wanted to see if I would receive the same dynamic service after our purchase as we did before and during it. To my amazement the service was the same. Sheriff JW is a man of excellent full of product knowledge, who gave superb service. We enjoyed the purchase experience before and after. We live in Jacksonville nearly 3hrs from Sun State Ford. I contacted the dealership to inquire about a 2014 Ford Expedition. Dave, an internet manger, responded a couple days later. I told him we had interest and then had my husband contact him to work out the trade in # and details. We weren't going to drive all that way unless we were going to make a deal. Apparently Dave had no interest in selling a vehicle! It took him days to reply to simple questions and when we asked for pictures he never sent them. 12hrs later he had claimed his phone broke and he was going to send from his wife's. Two days later, no pictures and no txt or emails in between he asked to confirm if we were coming to the dealership. Really?? We drove further to Jarrett Scott Ford and paid a little bit more money to get the BEST service and BEST vehicle!

Went to Sun State Ford on a Thursday, looking for a new F-150. I had some time constraints to deal with, and needed to close the purchase by no later than the following Tuesday. Thanks to Pedro and the support staff, I was able to drive home in my new truck on Saturday. They bent over backward to expedite the transaction, and met me on very short notice several times to address specific questions and keep things on track. The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous at all times. I'll be recommending Sun State Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I had the pleasure dealing with Maurice during my purchase, I knew what I wanted & how much I wanted to spend he was with me every step of the way and did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford. I can only hope he is still here when I'm ready for my next purchase, this was my first vehicle I have ever purchased on my own, I was terribly nervous but excited poor Maurice had to put up with me. "Sheriff JW" is a true professional!! Most enjoyable buying experience in my 43 yrs. Sheriff knows his product and took the time to know his customers. He listened, provided feedback, didn't rush, and found us the vehicle to meet our needs & wants while making us feel like family doing it. From first contact to keys in ignition driving my new F150 4x4 away the Sheriff provide first class service all the way. I will refer my friends and family to the "Sheriff" and Sun State Ford.

I bought my son's car at SunState Ford where the experience was excellent, but I was pleasantly surprised when I had to take it back in for service and they were wonderful to deal with on service as well. Doug was easy to talk to, explained things well and gave me an estimate that was spot on when it came to pay the bill. I would definitely recommend SunState Ford!

Excellent!!!!!!! NICE!!! Went looking for a cheap car in good conditions, and found a car little more then what i planned but looked brand new.. The sherrif worked well with us , very friendly, sharp and funny! Brought the price lower to fit my budget, got the car , very well taken care of.. Then had some problems with the car days later and he did everything to make sure the car was taken care of at the repair center and again took care of everything! Really good sales consultant and very friendly place! Highly recommend on going and ask for the sherrif or just look and you'll know who he is!

I'm sure all service representatives are great at sun starts ford but wanted to give a special thanks to Stacey Robinson. I can always get my truck in and out quickly when going through Stacey. Stacey always goes over warranty information with me and makes sure to give me any refunds for something I have paid for in the past that has been recalled by ford to get new my money back. I have never had that level of service from any other ford dealership/service representative. I can honestly say I will follow Stacey to any ford dealership she may go to in the surrounding area if she were to ever leave. Keep up the great work Stacey and sun state ford!

Stacy Robinson In the service department has taken care of me fo 8 years and she has always done a great job. She keep track of my vehicle and reminds me of the service I need done lets me know if there a sale going on and forms I need. My 2012 Escape is the third ford I have bought from Sun State Ford and they have always treated me right. They helped me after I got worked over by Don Ried Ford.

Took my mustang into the service dept in Jan 2015. Told them the A/C wasn't blowing cold and already had a mechanic friend diagnose the issue as a freon leak. Sun State comes up with "you need a new A/C compressor" cost of $750.00. Took the car to an A/C shop today and they confirmed that the compressor is fine and fixed the leak. Air blows cold and cost was $135.00.Sun State Ford will NEVER touch my car again and I will be filing a report with the BBB.

the survey sent to me in the mail does not work.I am unable to respond sooooo I will respond in this mode. The sales staff are great. Your Accounting department is not so good looking. I requested a refund on all my extended warranties on the last week of December.There are 3 or 4 items. I called Cathy?? ext 1226 (2 times) this week and did not get any replies. What is going on???? I've had my Ford Excape for about 7 years now and I always have my SUV serviced at Sun State ford. Stacy Robinson in the service department always take care of me and I have never had a bad experience with her. She is friendly and will have your vehicle serviced in a timely manner. Overall the service department is awesome because of people like Stacy.

Over the last 30 years I have bought/leased a dozen cars for my family or through my employer. I am an engineer so am a very demanding customer.I would not buy a Ford from anyone else. Over the years I have had all service work done by them working through either Robert (retired) or now Stacy. Honest, customer friendly people who don't try to sell you something you don't need and do it right the first time when you need something. I haven't taken a Ford anywhere else in decades and will not do so in the future so long as they keep Stacy.

Considering that most people who have their car repaired are not mechanics, it is important to do business with a business that is trustworthy. Sun State Ford passes this test by a mile. From the moment you drive into the service bay, until your service is completed, your receive 5 star treatment. You won't find a better service team anywhere. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. His name is David Crader and I would recommend you ask for him if youre thinking of buying a car. David was extremely helpful with all phases of the transaction. The Ford Sync system is not very user friendly (in my opinion) but David was able to walk me though it and get me comfortable with the system. I highly recommend this dealership and David in particular.

I brought my 2011 F250 King Ranch in late in the day as I had an engine check light come on. Anthony Mayas took care of me and got my truck in to see what the problem was. I was impressed that they could actually look at it this late in the day. Anthony came to me with the good news/bad news. The good news was the repair was covered under warrantee. The bad was that is was too late to fix it that day. The next morning they started working on the truck first thing, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Anthony explained the repair to me, and got me on my way as quick as he could, even forgoing the usual paperwork and just mailing it to me. Great Job Sunstate Ford and my personal Thanks to Anthony for keeping me informed about my repair, and going the extra mile to get me on my way quickly.

Went to look at 2011 Mini Countryman,Took test drive and went to purchase vehicle. When time to sign final deal, numbers were $1800.00 then expected.Told manager I'd like to speak with wife... She was on flight to NY, at that very min... Can I put money down and finish deal tomorrow... I was treated like I had just killed the guys first born! He said NO!!!!! Told salesman to call me at close of business and let me know if it sold. He called back and said it was still there.. I told him the next morning at 8:00 am that it was sold and that I would come in right after work to finish deal... During that day I was called and advised that the car was being sold to someone else as we spoke... I tried to reach sales manager at least 4 times always a message.... I called salesman.. He had zero intagredy... By the way his names Robert in used sales... I was hung up on by at least to individuals who just didn't give a ..... So, in short, this dealership has ZERO INTAGREDY and UNSCRUPULOUS tactics... Stay away!!!!

My husband and I walked into Sunstate Ford to see if there were any good deals on the closeout 2014 Ford Focus models. This is mid November which is notorious for good deals on outgoing new models. We were looking for a new car under $19500 out the door. We thought we had found car heaven when we met Cecil and he showed us the large incentives being given on the 2014 Focus because we thought we could only afford the Fiesta. It brought the price of the Focus down to under 17k on a lot of the ones they had left. A very special and unexpected experience came when we met Charles Kirkland in the finance department. He has a calm and competent demeaner that took me by surprise in a car dealership. He got us very difficult financing on not one but two cars and got us out of an underwater vehicle. I will never be able to thank Charles adequately for his diligence in trying to obtain our financing. It worked! We are a very happy family tonight with two brand new cars because Charles took the time to get to know us and what we needed. I find myself trusting this man very much and I am a hard person when it comes to giving my trust. Thanks you to Cecil and Charles. We really appreciated the fact that the price on the website was compatible with what we ended up paying. Mike Abbot worked with us and found rebates that no one else at other dealerships even noticed. Mr. Abbot followed through and was professional, friendly and courteous. Definitely one of the best experiences we've had in purchasing a vehicle. As I was reading other reviews before posting, imagine my surprise to see that one of my horseshow buddies had just purchased an F250 through Mike also! Small world. In addition, Carlos our Finance representative was very informative and did a great job of walking us through the process.

We bought our F-150 From Sunstate in December of 2013. Our salesman was Cecil Silva, who is just the nicest person, ever. He was not pushy, was very helpful, and honestly made us feel like we were old friends. The guys in accessory (Solomon and Kevin) are awesome, too.. very helpful and informative. We still use them for service, even tho this is not the closest dealership to our home. Paul Southern in service is great, and is very patient when we have concerns or questions. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are, over all.

Friendly, Reliable, Accessible, Never Overbearing, and Knowledgeable - Add to that "patience," a "sense of humor," and that pretty much describes the service I received from Internet Manager, Mike Abbott. I was looking for a F150 truck, but not just any truck. It had to be a certain color with specific options. And it had to fit within my budget. He found only three of them in the state, Unfortunately, they were sold. Ended up having to change my search from a F150 to a F250, same criteria. Only one in the state and he found it. It worked out well because the F250 was better suited for the job I needed it to do. Cudos to Mike Abott...he found my perfect truck! :)

I had spoken to John Higley (Internet Manager) for awhile about coming in but had some stuff to tie up. He was very understanding and did not pester me. When I was ready I contacted him and he remembered my situation. I had gone in looking at a Pre-owned certified Focus and ended up coming out with a new 2014 Focus simply because my credit came back huger and a better deal was worked out by John. Very pleased as this is my first new car ever. Also the Sun Stare 15/150000 mile warranty was a BIG seller for me with the new car. I'm HUGE on warranties and very pleased with that. Good work Sun State and John!

My first 2012 Ford Focus Titanium, I bought used from the Kia dealership next door. I brought it to Sunstate for warranty service and scheduled maintenance. Great experience every time. I started to autocross, and was thinking of modding my vehicle. I can't tell you how many times I was in the accessories department talking to Kevin and he was fantastic every time. I was never a bother. Then, one day, I decided to go in on a whim to see about the 2014 Focus ST they had on the lot. I asked about the value of my trade (actually gave me Kelly Blue Book on it) and to check out the bottom line price on the ST. Well, it all sounded to good to be true, so I told my salesman that if he could work the deal, we could talk business. The next day, I get a call telling me things were a good. Needless to say, I came in the following day to pick up the car and my salesman came in on his day off to complete the sale. Since that time, I've taken my new car in and upgraded to full synthetic oil and it's been a pleasure ever since. I'll be sure to return there for future service and in the Spring when I plan to tune my car up a little bit, provided they do the work. Just an overall great experience thus far.

My Low Tire Pressure light came on so after speaking to Stacy she said bring it in and we will check it out. Upon further review the tech found a nail in nearly the sidewall that could not be repaired so Stacy went the extra mile to get me a new tire and on my way I went. My wife and I were more than pleased with the kindness and professionalism of Angel at Sun State Ford. He found us the car that we wanted and was able to get the price that we wanted as well. Angel was up front about everything and worked tirelessly to get us the best deal possible for our new car. We had gone to other dealers previously but were disappointed with their customer service and lack of determination to work with us to get us the payment we needed. The Service Department at Sun State Ford is one of a kind. They are very helpful and thorough. My husband and I both bought our vehicles elsewhere but would not take them to any other Dealership for service. Have always had a great experience.

I'm not going to lie. I really didn't need a new car. I had gone in to see what the value was on the car I had because I wanted to weigh the cost of modifications wanting for a specific purchase. While there, I did inquire about an upgraded model to my vehicle. With what I was being offered for my car, which was exactly what KBB had stated, and the price on the vehicle that had my interest, I decided to see what they could do. Normally, the salesman at a lot of these dealers will tell you all kinds of things and what they can do, and then nothing is delivered upon or they can do it with all types of restrictions, a really high credit score, or a lot of money down. So after he tells me the options, I had my doubts and basically stated "Good Luck'. Well, when he called me and told me that I had a deal, I was shocked. I talked it over with the wife, and I was there the next day to take delivery. He even came in on his day off to close the deal (as it was the last day of the month). Eric was fantastic, and did what he promised. I can't add much more than that. Plus, when I had service needs or just go in to purchase parts, these guys are always pleasant and deliver in a timely fashion. I didn't even purchase that last Ford from them, but the Kia dealership next door! I can't complain and will always choose them for my Ford needs.

Between Josh my sales guy, Ahmed in finance, Sol in detailing and Angela who worked with me as my finance manger, they all made my experience fantastic. Josh really took customer service to a higher standard for sure! After dealing with Greenway and Ford of Clermont and having been mistreated so badly, Sun State Ford was a welcome change. They listened to my concerns and did their very best to get me into a car that I love. And when time came to break down the numbers they took the time to explain everything, but not in a condescending way. It was really nice to feel like a friend rather than a potential sale. Definitely recommend this dealership and Josh more specifically as a sales guy. Tremendous job.

I bought my 2014 Ford Escape from Sun State in February. The entire sales process was so easy and no hassles. Earl, was my salesman and not only was he very knowledgeable, he listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want. He never presented me with a vehicle that did not have all of the options I wanted. Charles in Finance is a great guy as well. He walked me through all of the additional warranties and service plans and made sure I understood each one. I just brought it in for my first service and again, it went flawlessly. I will purchase my next Ford from Sun State and tell everyone about them! Great job and go Ford!

Everyone at Sun State is just completely amazing! I leased a new Ford Escape and they went above and beyond to not only find me the exact car I was looking for, but they were able to put me in a better payment than what I was expecting. If you go to Sun State Ford, ask for Cecil. I have dealt with many dealerships before, and I can say his service is completely amazing. Also, the financing paperwork was fast and easy! Will recommend to friends and family.

Mida did a great job in working with me and providing detailed information about the 2013 Certified Explorer Limited I purchased yesterday. It was the most stress free car purchase I have ever made. The 1.9% interest for 60 months could not be matched by my Credit Unions. So if you are in the market for a Ford don't waste your time with other dealers stop at Sun State Ford today. And if it is a Certified Previously Owned (CPO) vehicle be sure and ask for Mida she was fabulous!

I came in on a Saturday for tire rotation. My Service Representitive was "Stacy" and I have dealt with her once before. She is extraordinarily professional in her demeanor and very personable in the way she dealt with me. I purchased my 2010 Ford Edge from SunState Ford about 3 years ago. I have always taken my car there for service. Stacy has always been there for me to answer questions and make sure my car was taken care of. Everyone I have met there is very friendly and I enjoy the email reminders I get for my car. Outstanding dealership with excellent customer service from start to finish. David Paris my internet salesman was determined to find my perfect car and wouldn't stop searching until he did. When I asked him if most of the deal could be done through email he had no problem doing so unlike other dealers that I had approached. He wasn't your typical car salesman and wasn't pushy which I loved. Carlos Paul the finance manager was excellent as well and he accommodated my credit union and the rate they had promised me. Kevin Green in the accessories department was very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend this car dealer and these gentlemen for your next car purchase!

Early Saturday morning, I hit road hazard and my rear left tire was damaged beyond repair. I telephone Sunstate Ford service dept. within one hour, a new tire was secured and I was invited to bring my tuck over to have the tire replaced. After a week of working with Mullinax Ford on the purchase of an SUV, the deal fell through. I was left feeling misled and a bit dismissed after I refused to abandon my budget. I reached out to Sunstate Ford Internet Manager John Higley. Mr. Higley had emailed me a few days earlier after I made an online inquiry to the Ford website. He was one of three dealers who contacted me. While the Greenway manager was creepy and pushy, Mr. Higley was a true gentleman. He made me and my wish list for a car his priorities immediately. Throughout the sales process and purchase, Mr. Higley was patient and helpful. He took the time to find me the perfect vehicle, provide a test drive, explain all vehicle features, vehicle history and potential financing options. He worked within my budget and honored my AAA discount with no questions. Understandably, most people anticipate car buying to be a frustrating and tedious process. What a breath of fresh air to work with Mr. Higley. He treated me like I was an old friend. I really appreciated his time, attention and willingness to go the extra mile for me. No request I made was too insignificant to him. A special shout out to Accessories Manager Solomon Shubin, who worked with me on a steering wheel cover and key protector. He also explained additional items that might be useful for my nonprofit dog rescue, and showed me some helpful tips on my cell phone while I waited for financing! In all, this dealership is a diamond in the rough. I hope to have the same good fortune when dealing with its service department. I plan buy a second vehicle here in the next year. Our pleasant experience started when we met Anthony Hernandez; he was the salesperson. He was very friendly, and he was not trying to push a car upon us. He took the time to show us an array of cars and features and prices. We were impressed by his knowledge of the cars on the lot. Even after we had made a selection, he helped us with the paperwork and the rest of the process until we were finished. He was also helpful in programming (and teaching us how to program) the internal electronics of the car (the radio, Bluetooth, etc.), and he showed us how to operate the other systems (A/C and such). It has been a long time since I (Wil Minus) purchased a car so I had to hold my chest. Cars cost more now, and the car we purchased does have some neat bells and whistles. Again, it was a pleasant experience.

Ryan worked hard to get us all the rebates that were available to us. He made the purchase of our new vehicle pleasant and fun instead of stressful. I have had my truck serviced at SunState Ford three times since I purchased it there. The first service visit was quick and efficient. When the work was complete, the service writer came and told me my vehicle was ready. The last two time that I have brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, it has taken more than two hours to complete. Both times, I came in before 8:00 a.m. and left after 10:00. These last two times, no one came to tell me my vehicle was ready. I walked out of the waiting area and noticed my vehicle in the parking area. I asked a service person and they confirmed the servicing was complete. I was not able to tell how timely the service is being completed. That was my only issue with my visit.

My husband and I went on a Sunday and bought a Ford Focus. While there I test drove the new Fusion and loved it. I came back the next day for an oil change and due to the an offer I was not able to walk away from, instead of an oil change I bought the 2014 Fusion. The car has everything I ever wanted in a vehicle and then some. I absolutely love the Fusion.I also want to give a very special thanks to Anthony Hernandez for going up and above for a sale and being extremely patient. I made an appointment and when I arrived there were several vehicles in front of me. I wasn't sure if they had made appointments too but I went prepared to settle in and wait. Angelo greeted me right after he got done with the customer in front of me. I had made the appointment with him so he took my information, asked what I needed done, suggested a package deal, waited for my directions, told me he would take care of my vehicle and gave me options on where I could wait. While waiting he offered me a cup of coffee. Service didn't take as long as I an anticipated. Angelo came and got me when it was completed and walked me through to check-out. He escorted me to my vehicle and I was on my way. I did not expect such personal service. What a welcome to the way things are today. They really believe in treating you like a valued customer at Sun State Ford.

Bob met me with a big smile and welcome, escorted me to the waiting area, gave me a waiting time ( accurate down to the second). When I requested help reconnecting my phone--he quickly said if I can't, I'll get someone who can. He and the nice young man from the gadget center had it working in no time. They both were very patient to help a senior know how to work everything. I left a happy camper and satisfied Ford owner.

My husband bought our new Ford Escape, literally, over the phone (and a few emails). Since I was returning home from the Middle East, I asked my husband to make the process as "painless" for me as possible. Mr. Ryan Hinkley, our salesman, and the rest of the crew at Sun State, made the process actually PLEASURABLE! Regarding Customer Service, Mr. Hinkley personally picked me up at our home in Lady Lake and drove me to Sun State to get the Escape. To me, that is the definition of Customer Service. About the Escape, it is a technological marvel and I feel very protected with the dozens of safety features built into this model. I LOVE the yellow "blind spot " light that appears in either side view mirror, when another vehicle actually IS in your blind spot. It has already saved me from a fender bender in a parking lot. I recommend Sun State very highly. As I stated previously, if we were able to "seal the deal" from 9,000 miles away, imagine how great your experience with Ryan will be when you just walk in the door! SO glad we found Sun State Ford!

I shopped around at a few Ford dealers and my experience at Sun State was by far the best experience i have had at a dealership. I have purchased quite a few cars in the past few years and Sun State was the most laid back and no pressure dealership I have ever been to. I checked out the car on 3 different occasions and not once was i pressured into purchasing it. My sales person was Maurice Belt Jr and he was extremely knowledgeable and applied no pressure. I highly recommend purchasing from Sun State.

I am not a person who loves to buy a car, but this was my 10th year mark and I was planning on buying my dream car in November. However, my present car decided to call it quit early so I started looking and I must say I was not in a delightful frame of mind since I was not yet prepared. I was down in the dumps because my car had dead - I wanted a new car and I knew what I wanted, but not yet. My husband started talking with a saleman name JP telling him what I wanted and JP worked hard on finding it. Well the first one I drove was not the right color, when he found the right external color the internal dashboard was not the right color. I want you to know each time I called with new demands JP was very kind and said let me look and I will get back with you. And he did. Prior to completing the deal, I rented a car like the one I was wanted to see if I truly wanted it. Next I went on the computer to checkout other location and cost. I tried building my own car to see if I really wanted it this way or that way. I went back to JP. He found MY car and I am will pleased with his service. Lastly he called after I purchased the car to see did I love it. What services! The answer is a BIG YES~!

I worked with USAA's car buying service to find my car (2014 Focus ST), of the 3 dealerships that my information was sent to SunState Ford's Dave Paris was the first person to call me. I arrived at the dealership and explained that I was only collecting information about the car and was going to compare the dealership experience among SunState and 2 other dealers. SunState exceeded my expectations, gave me fair value for my trade in, honored my car buying service price AND was able to offer me better financing rates than my bank. By the end of the night I had made up my mind that SunState was the dealer I wanted to do business with. Thanks to Dave and the rest of the sales/finance team for a pleasant car buying experience.

I traveled two and a half hours for my new vehicle, when I got there Marcos was there to meet me and made me feel comfortable right away. His knowledge of my new truck was very pleasing. I bought my 2012 Ford Fusion from Sun State Ford a few months ago and the buying process was easy, low pressure and efficient. We had some issues come up and the sales/management staff helped us get through it seamlessly. The car was in MINT condition and sold to us at a very low price compared to other dealerships we looked at it. We also received a generous trade in value for my pickup truck that had over 220,000 miles. Recently I brought the Fusion in for its first oil change and the experience was easy and fairly quick. I arrived in the middle of the day with no appointment and was told it might be an hour and 15 minutes before it was ready. That's not very quick, but what else could I expect under those circumstances. Well to my surprise the car was ready in less than an hour. The price is also very affordable... a synthetic oil change for $20! To top it all off, the friendly staff member informed me that this oil change was free because it was the first one since I bought my car from them. Some dealerships get a bad rap for their service departments (high prices), but so far Sun State has been nothing but a pleasure.

I bought a great used 2013 Chevy from this dealership. It came with two warranties, including a warranty from the Ford dealership. Charles the finance officer was very professional and polite but with my salesman... Initially, I have a feeling that because I was young and female that they could screw me for an extra $1,000 on the car I saw online AND called to confirm the price in their inventory. My saleperson said he could not absolutely EVER change the price EVER, until I showed proof of the internet price over my phone. Then he changed the price to the internet price and said he'll honor it but it was an internet typo. Yeah, right. I asked if he'd go any lower and he said he already took $1,000 off (...but that's because it was overpriced and I showed him the actual price). He then showed me how affordable the car was compared to other models within a 100 mile radius (...but that was after I argued with him to bring it down by $1,000. In other words it wasn't affordable 10 minutes ago). Then he showed me a couple with another salesman looking at the car I was going to buy and said "you should get it for this price before they do" in which I replied "you mean he's going to sell that car before you do. I can go to a different dealership. Only one person loses that deal." Since then he was quite difficult with me. I offered to put $5,000 down but since I'm young I don't have credit, which is understandable. He said he couldn't give me the care even though I put $5,000 on a $13,000 car. So I left. 5 minutes later while I'm driving away he calls me and said he found me someone to finance me. I asked him what company was financing me, how much the APR was, and for how long will that APR last. He said he couldn't tell me. I asked him to get his finance officer to call me and that's when my saleman curtly told me how he really felt about me. It was not polite, but hey, I'm a young woman with no credit history who lives with her parents. Right? He told me he couldn't do that either, that I have to be at the dealership.I sounded displeased and told him I'd call him back but I didn't. An hour later his finance officer calls me and gives me everything I want to know. Once everything was set, I went from the trailer-home sized used car building to the prestigious new car building to file everything in order. All of a sudden Niyi treated me like an old time friend and was very kind when I walked in with my checkbook. They treat you very differently once they get you. So far the car is great, I bought a third warranty just in case. I may not have a credit history but that's because I invest in stock. If only my salseman knew...

I thought that it was late in the afternoon but I was in the area and decided to take my car to change the oil and rotate the tires. The customer service that assisted me, realized that the car had over 14,900 and told me that they were going to do the 15,000 miles service. Bought a Mustang used from Sun State, after a few weeks of getting use to it I noticed a whining noise from the rear, took it in, they set me up with a rental which was covered along with the warranty work for the noise. Discovered it was the ring and pinion, they replaced it and calibrated the speedometer. Everything went very well. I am very happy with the service and concern of the service adviser Coleen.

My 2005 T Bird was having some electrical trouble. Stacey took great care in keeping me informed and the issue was resolved. I was very pleased with the service experience. Our family has bought 4 Ford's from this dealership over the past several years. Each of my boys bought Mustangs ( 3) and I bought the T Bird. Saw a great price on cars.com and immediately contacted them via email. I thought this was it and stopped my search, I found my car at a great price. I was excited! Next day the phone rings, Sun State said the price in the website was an error. Wonder if this is SOP with this dealer. Was very turned off by this ploy and will never consider them in the future.

Maurice, at Sun State Ford in Orlando , was the first contact with any Ford representative about the Ford Fusion HYBRID.My husband and I were due to buy a new car. We keep our cars for 7-8 years . It is important to have a car that will fit our needs, perform beyond the 8 years and have a good resale value. Looking to the future buyer it is obvious that HYBRIDS will be the car of choice.Maurice asked us some great style and use questions and encouraged us to take a test drive. He helped us identify the best fit for our needs. We came in thinking we wanted the Energi but after we sat with Maurice we discovered that the regular HYBRID could possibly fit our needs.Maurice did everything right and honorable to ensure we had the latest information and kept contact with us through our entire learning experience. My husband and I felt our experience with Maurice was like speaking to a trusted family friend. We did purchase our vehicle from another ford dealership only because Sun State Ford could not locate the vehicle with our specific configuration. It turns out that the configuration we wanted was highly desirable and for the Florida Market it was a challenge to obtain outside of a factory order . Sun State was trying to seek a possible trade with another dealership but again , being that it was so desirable and in demand model / trim, there weren't any dealers willing to trade.As a result of the excellent customer service from Maurice ,we plan on servicing our new Ford Fusion HYBRID Titanium with Sun State. We purchased a new Ford Edge a couple of weeks ago from Sun State Ford. Our salesman was Cecil Silva. We were trading in my 2011 Range Rover. Other than the fact that the car is perfect and we are extremely happy with, our experience at Sun State Ford was tremendous. Cecil was the most courteous and professional salesman we have dealt with. His #1 priority was our happiness and making sure our buying experience was a pleasant one. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend not only Cecil, but Sun State Ford itself. We live extremely close to another Ford Dealership, but after someone recommending Sun State and Cecil, we made the drive. We were so glad we did.

Working with Sun State Ford was a terrific experience. Maurice was a fantastic resource and helped answer all of my questions, needs and concerns. The contract experience was stress free and his staff even stayed after normal closing hours to finish up. Im very happy with my F-150 and my experiences with the service department for my first few oil changes has been wonderful. The service team is very courteous and they are very quick to take care of you and get you in and out of there in a timely manner. I will certainly come visit Sun State Ford for my next vehicle purchase and I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Sun State Ford is the first dealership that we visited to look at used trucks. Mr. Jay Valerio was outside to greet us before we could turn the ignition off. He introduced himself and made us feel truely welcomed. He asked us what were we interested in buying. We informed him that we were looking for a used truck. He showed us the trucks and explained to us the year, mileage, and price. We were so impress with Mr. Jay Valerio's dedication to his job and how he treated us that within hours, we were driving off the lot in a 2008 F-150 very clean ,low mileage truck. I recently took our 2010 Focus in to the detailing department to have a few scrapes, scars, and scratches associated by a learning teenaged driver smoothed out. I was taken totally by surprise by the reasonable of the time and charges, the efficiency of the staff and the personable and courteous service extended to my by both my service rep, the rest of the staff and their manager. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to wants to clean up the appearance of their auto.

I'm on my 4th vehicle from this dealership and I will continue to do business with them. My salesperson, John Prosser was excellent. The entire staff from the managment, Ian Riding, David Crader and Linda Rakestraw to the service department always treat me like family. I live in Ocala, FL and drive the extra distance to this dealership just for the reasons I stated. I buy a new vehicle every 3 years and Sunstate makes the experience a good one. Of course I do my homework prior to my visit to make the experience as smooth as possible. I would recommend this dealer for all of your new and used car needs.

Very friendly and courteous. Had a truck that needed much repair and decided to trade for a Ford Fusion. They worked with me and gave me a great deal on my broken truck. Only downside was the car was used and missing a couple things and had a few dings they couldn't do anything about, but that's what you get buying a used car. Still a great deal on a nice car.

very bad deal on 2008 f-250 that every one at ford knows is a bad model, nothing being done render the problem! the truck was never fixed correctley after the first blown motor, now close to another, must be every few hundred thousand miles!!!

My truck was brought to Sun State Body Shop after a tree limb fell on it and did about $5000 worth of damage. THey were supposed to replace the whole roof, but only replaced a section, burnt my airbags, had running paint, broke the air conditioner and then said it was broken and charged warranty, water leaked in my lap from the windshield that was not properly sealed. Had I drove that vehicle and was involved in an accident, I possibly could have been seriously injured or dead because of poor quality of work. I have received two calls from Sun State to follow up on my service and was told that I would be contacted by the dealer; however, I have never heard from them. I would NEVER been my vehicle back to you nor would I purchase anything from this dealership. Of course, you didn't mind charging the insurance company for work you never performed. I wonder how many people are running around in vehicles that you "supposedly" fixed.

For the past three years I have taken my Escape to be serviced at this location simply because they are fast, friendly, and thorough. They are always willing to answer any additional questions I may have about the vehicle.They honor appointments at this location, so for that alone it's worth the trip! In terms of price, they have been comparable to other places. There might have been a time or two where they were priced higher - that happens. Overall, I recommend this dealer if you need to have your vehicle serviced.

We made 2 trips to the dealer. The first was to look and see what we liked. The salesman was very knowledgable and not pushy. This drovee us to come back the next day and decide on what we wanted. The salesman was still not pushy and gave us all the time we needed to look and compare. The overall experiance was very pleasent. I would say enjoyable but that is never the case when you are spending large amounts of money.

Mgr.)called me w/ estimate of repairs, said it would take 5 days to complete, called me in 3 days saying vehicle was ready for delivery, car looked like new, repairs came with a Lifetime Guarantee, I will always recommend all departments of this dealership.

I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Edge here and the service from the salesman to finance was great. I get my regular maintenance here and I left my house key once when the car had to stay overnight and they opened the shop after hours to get it (although they did have me waiting longer when the guy was right there with my key which was aggravating) the service department is very helpful. I had a good experience and this was my first time buying a car at a dealership.

I was looking for a new 2013 Ford Fiesta for my wife, Sunstate not only had the model we wanted in stock, they had the best price of all the Central Florida Ford dealers. Buying process was very easy and relaxed - they went over everything on the car and within about an hour we were out the door. The price and rebates were so good that we did not even have to haggle since the price came in under what we expected. Will be back to get my Ford Focus ST from these guys soon!

I have been a Ford "brat" all my life because my Dad opened and closed one of the Ford assembly plants. Being a woman it is hard to get a salesman to deal with ME when there is a man with me. I left a dealership for just that reason. When I stepped into Sunstate Ford and the salesman approached, my husband said "talk to her, she's buying" and that is exactly what he did and he got the sale!

I brought my F150 in for some cosmetic defects while still under factory warranty. The service woman took pictures and said she had to get approval from Ford before they could fix it and she would call me to let me know as soon as she heard back. She never calls me back. A customer service person calls me months later to ask how my experience was. I told her not good because I still haven't heard back from the service dept. that person told me that she would have them call me. Still no one will call me back about my truck. I will not recommend any one to go to this ford dealership.

In all seriousness, Jon was probably the best salesman experience I've had and Sun State Ford was a real top notch place. Everyone was curtious (of course they have to be) but it seemed very genuine. Real. I unfortunately suffered a total loss of the Ford Focus I just bought there, but I least I know I can go back and will be able to find another car. So Jon, I'll be seeing you as soon as the insurance takes care of their business with the car.

I purchased a used 2010 Mustang (V6) convertible from Sun State Ford. I chose this dealer because of their service department. I also have a 2005 Ford Escape, and most of the routine maintenance has been done there. To put it simply, they treat me like gold. The work is always done quickly, professionally and usually in less time than originally quoted.When it came time to buy a second vehicle, the choice was simple. They had the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I am not wild about the "dealer fees" that they (and most other Florida dealers) charge. The delivery process was fast and relatively painless. I would highly recommend this dealer.

first i dropped a truck off to get service done under warr and they couldnt do it becuase it was a toyota that i bought from them so they took it upon them selves to drive the truck to toyotaand then call and tell me that they will need to bring the truck to toyota to get it repaired. (bad business) . also it has been about 3 days and i hadnt heard anything from the guy in service . so i called the toyota dealer to get a answer and she said that it should be done wednesday. this guy at the service department is not knowledgable at all. he tried telling me that the seal that was leaking was the rear main seal and it wasnt . he also said that a ford alternator would fit a toyota truck .

My service experience was very positive....I had taken my car to tropical Ford and they charged an ARM and a leg to do nothing and my car still had the same problem when I was told there wasn't one. When I took it to sun state ford the service ppl were polite and helpful and got to the root of the problem in no time flat, plus it was reasonable which is great for a single girl on her own right out of college. I will def return, and next time explore the sales side :)

my 2004 Ford Sport Trac broke down on the Turnpike in Orlando I had it towed to the dealership to see what was wrong with it. After getting it diagnost I was told it would either need new head gaskets for 2800 dollars with no warranty or a new engine for 6500 dollars knowing I could not pay for the repair I had the vehicle towed back to my home in Spring Hill Florida almost another 400 dollars. Once it was home I got the vehicle to the dealership where I bought the car they looked at it and fix the vehicle for 457 dollars and it is running as good as new. I spent 107 dollars at your dealership for a false diagnosis and spent another 400 dollars getting it towed back to my house that was wasted money. I will never bring my vehicle or recommend anyone to ever go to this dealership.I believe I should get the refund for the 107 dollars I spent to get my vehicle diagnost.

The staff may be very friendly (check), the waiting area renovated (finally) and the breakfast sandwiches delicious (bacon!), when it comes to the shuttle service, I feel sick to my stomach! The shuttle is disgusting: do not wear white or fancy shoes or even dare put your bag on the floor. I am not sorry about my review, but insulted that this great dealership would not think of this simple detail.

Initally went in for recall service and was treated very well. My truck went in and was done as promised. ( a first for me in Florida). While we waited, we walked and looked a some used vechiles and met CHARLES REDD. This man is awsome!! I informed him tht we owned a ranger and it was too small and we were considering an suv but couldnt afford much. He showed us a couple options and what impressed me the most was when we asked, he left us alone to look and talk.... NO HIGH PRESSURE... When we were ready to talk, he put together some numbers on a vehicle we liked, we drove it, got us the deal WE wanted, at an interest rate that was AWSOME. He then took us to CHARLES KIRKLAND in the finance department to do th paprework. Of course he tried to sell us the traditional exteded waranty and when we said no, it was no... we didnt get double teamed or hasseled. The total experience was truly hassel free, no pressure, and accually very pleasant. I have lived in Florida now for 3 years and have found that service here is nonexistant. HOWEVER I have been taught today the SERVICE IS ALIVE AND KICKING AT SUNSTATE FORD !!! Congratulations and KUDOS to Charles, Charles, and the rest of the gang at SunState.. Most importantly, I felt like I had walked into a relaxing environment for car buying where the sales people didn't seem desparate and I did not feel pressured in any way. I was able to look around without the salesman being in "my space" and then he was there when needed. Although I had pre-approval from my bank for a car loan, Sun State was able to get me a better interest rate.

Have never been in for service as I was trying to resolve a problem with a warrenty plan and this has been going on since August. Your people just gave me the run around. Your finance department is the problem that I am having. They sold me a plan and I canceled it within 30 days and I never got a refund. Very poor business! As I was told that I would have to wait until the loan was paid in full for a refund. The loan was paid off in August 2012 and I called for my refund? Don't even ask how many phone calls I made as each time I would have to repeat the whole story over again and you just get sick of hearing that we have no record of this? No one in your company took any notes??? To bad that your dealership has no clue of what they are selling or for that matter no clue on how to correct the problem!

We originally went to look at a used vehicle at Sun State Ford of Orlando and noticed a brand new F150 whilst their. The sales guy Jay was very helpful and friendly and not in the slightest bit pushy at all, unlike another dealership we have visited earlier in the day. He was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed, what a great guy. Anyway we ended up purchasing the new one and Jay fought hard for us to get the best deal. All the staff we dealt with that day and since on the phone or via email have all been the same and are a real credit to this dealership. No heavy sales tactics but their to give you all the information you need when they are asked. What a great team. We would definately be recommending them to family and friends alike. We live in the Panhandle and always try to do business locally. However, our dealership was less than helpful. On a fluke, I emailed Mike Abbott at Sun State. Within a week, he had the Mustang convertible that we were seeking with the incentives and price that clinched the deal. Everything was done online and by phone. When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday morning, the entire process (we took advantage of the Ford finance package) took less than 3 hours. Great customer service and organization! Also recommend the exterior protection package-- makes love bug clean up much easier!

As most vehicle buyers I dreaded the expected encounter with car salesmen . What a misconception. From the first encounter at Sun State through out the entire purchasing process I was constantly impressed with everyone striving to make me comfortable, at ease with the process. I have never dealt with a more professional, knowledgeable group of people than the Sun State staff. The sales agent, Manny, treated me with respect and patience. He never did the old "High Pressure" routine on me. He answered questions, offered suggestions and assured that I fully understood each step of the process. A true professional, honest gentleman who was obviously more concerned with my buying satisfaction than the selling of a vehicle. To save writing space, please consider the same above statements as being applicable to every person I met during the buying process; Especially Chris, in finance and the gentleman in the accessories sales office. In short, I am sure anything can be improved, but I am hard pressed to to find any areas that your Sun State staff need to improve in. When I got in an accident, the only place I wanted to go to repair my car was SunState, and they more than took care of me. I always go there for any service that I need and every concern I have, and I'm always satisfied. Their service department does the best job at the best price, and they are fantastic at keeping me up to date with anything going on with my car. I absolutely recommend SunState Ford. At first, I thought I'd only ever go there once, to buy the car, but now I'm a regular.

We were in Florida for vacation. Our car broke down in Tennesee on the way down. They found some other issues and we were concerned with driving all over the state and then back up to Illinois. The process took almost 7 hours. They said we would get charged about 150.00 if we didn't have the title. I said it was at home and would send it. They said ok. When we got home it turned out they charged us the money anyway. They then said they'd give me a refund since they recieved the title. They never gave us the refund. They lied.

Already sent one review didnt hear back. The paint on the door handle has some how peeled off. I paid for the body protection about $400 bucks. But got the rin around at the body shop. We had been searching for a car dealership and we decided to make a stop at Greenway Ford, which was a big mistake and left us with a bad taste in our mouth. After a few days we decided to take another shot and ended up at Sun State Ford. There we met with Joe Faiella, and from the get go, he was very caring and listened to our needs. At first after going back and forth, we were not able to get the loan that we needed with the budget that we had submitted, but Joe told us that they would keep on searching and would give us a call. When we left, we felt sad because we thought they were never going to give us a call back. Well, we were wrong! Joe called the next day and they were able to help us and we got our new car!!! I was very weary at first going to a dealer because most are just trying to get you into a car. Mustafa greeted us immediately after we pulled in and helped me look at the car I had previously seen posted online. He was very helpful and the overall customer service was superb. After 6 months of shopping around for a good deal on the car I wanted, I noticed that Sun State Ford had the car I wanted for an awesome price. I went in for a test drive, and liked it a lot so then the negotiations began. Terrence and his manager bent over backwards to get me as close as possible to the number that I wanted to pay. After closing the deal, I went home and noticed a problem with the cd changer which wasn't apparent at the time of the sale. They called me the next day to make sure everything was still good with the car, I told them of the cd changer, and they told me to bring it in and they'll fix it no questions asked. I now know why they're so highly rated!

We live out of state. Found the 2013 Mustang Boss 302 at Sun State. The best buying experience we've ever had. We completed the purchase over the phone. Ian, the Sales Manager had all the details of the transaction completed as he promised. Because it was an out of state transaction, we needed the help of the office staff for sales tax, etc. Kathy Borak handled that for us in the most professional and timely manner. Decided to purchase additional items for the Boss, Solomon in the Aftermarket department handled that without any hassle. Service Manager, Brad and advisor Paul also made sure the vehicle was properly ready at delivery. Once we arrived at the dealership, Charles in the Finance Department finished all the paperwork introduced us to the new online closing procedure, which we really appreciated. And finally Maurice Belt our salesperson really made the delivery special with his in depth knowledge of the Mustang and all of its features. A great experience and we will definitely come back to Sun State to purchase our next vehicle.

From beginning to end this experience was first class. I signed up via internet with a courteous person named Cassandra. She set up my appointment at the Sun State Ford Dealership. I walked in and was met by Terrance Lee who was a gentleman. We looked at cars and I picked out what I wanted in the price range that I told him. Good evening Brad, My experience in buying my 2012 FX2 F150 was very good. Gino was my salesman and he did a very good job. When it came time for the 5000 mile checkup I called to see if it could be done on a Saturday and if I could make an appointment. "No appointment needed just bring it in". So Saturday I get there at 8am and the only service writer that was there told me it would be about 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait. Saturday is the only day I have to get things done I need, so I could not wait for almost three hours. I planned my tuesday so I could stop by first thing and get the truck in. I arrived at 8:13am (yes I was watching my watch) and while you have four service desks up front and two down the side, they were all empty until 8:22 when a man sat at one on the side and told me that he was fleet and some one would be there shortly. Then at 8:28 one service writer did walk in and assist me. After that I must admit the truck did get in within 11 min and was back out in 20 min. For being the first time servicing the truck, the service experience while not being terribly bad, was not one that was as good as the sales experience. Thanks for the opportunity Peter L. Dawson

Bought my Mustang from Sun State Ford the entire experience was fantastic. In fact the deal was worth the over 200 mile drive from Miami. Once I got there everything was ready no hassles I received the most from my trade as well. Sun State Ford, and my salesman, John Higley, provided a seamless purchasing experience. This was the tenth dealership I visited, but I wish it had been the first. I was treated with courtesy and respect, there was no hard sell, and I believe I received a fair deal. I had previously owned Toyotas and Hondas, but I couldn't be happier with my Ford Fusion. I would definitely purchase there again.

I bought a 2011 F250 and am happy with the price I paid. However, at delivery I noticed the rear tires were very very worn. I salesman told me during the test drive all tires would be at 80%. The back tires were no more than 25%. He went to the boss and came back and said they could not drop the price but they would sell me the tires at dealer cost. I did not ask what that would be but assumed it would be less than I would pay on the street. I was very wrong. A few months later I called the dealership and ask what my cost would be since they needed to be replaced. It was more than than I would pay at most tire stores. I was not happy. I am not sure I will return. In fact I also had a free oil change but threw that away also. I wont drive down again for service.

I have have many cars and had them service over 30 years. I have never had the wonderful customer service that your service department offers. They go out of their way to make sure that everything is taken care of and completly discussed about what is neede to be done and what had been done to your car. Why go anywhere else!!!!

I purchased a Candy Apple Red 2011 Mustang just after they came out. I had a horrible experience with another Ford Dealership but found that Sun State Ford bent over backwards for me. I'm so glad they added internet service in the Service waiting room. Everyone has always been so friendly. They send me emails to remind me of service and discounts. In the past we always purchased at Don Reid but we had a less than stellar experience there this time so we decided to check out Sun State's inventory on-line. That was when we found the nifty feature of being able to have our questions answered in real time by Karen through their chat option. We were able to get the info we needed without that "I need your name, phone number, address, social security number, first born, and eternal soul before I'm willing to give you anything" mentality that you get at other dealerships (namely Greenway Ford, who we also, sadly, gave a shot to - won't EVER make THAT mistake again) - after having the hassle free experience we did on the website we ultimately decided to go with Karen and Sun State. She had everything ready when we got there and it was, quite honestly, the most seamless car buying experience I have EVER had and I've bought quite a few cars in my time. Kudos to Karen - she truly does ROCK!

Having been a customer of Sun State since the 1980's with the purchase of a new ford Fairmont trading it in 1990 for a F150 XLT Lariat pickup which they try to buy because it's in very good shape thanks in part to the service that I've had and my personal maintenance with parts from the parts shop. They were always helpful and timesaving and I've also added a 2006 Limited Edition Expedition to household. I broke away from ford in 2010 and got a Miata X5 Hardtop convertable because I wanted something small rearwheel drive and convertable and ford didn't offer one. I loveit and I still love my ford trucks, they're the best.

I went to a couple Ford dealerships before finally stopping at Sun State Ford. The other dealerships treated me poorly and acted like they didn't want to sell me a car. Not Sun State Ford. They treated me with respect and did everything they could to sell me the car i wanted. They were great and i'll definitely be back.

The people were nice but it took 6 hours to purchase the car. We did not have the title with us and were told there was a charge if we didn't have the title. Since I could get it to them, they said they wouldn't charge us for that. Well, they did. They said they would return that fee after we sent them the title, and they received the title but did not return our money. We were out of towners in a predicament and they took advantage of that.

This is the third new car I have bought from Sun State and in every case they have treat new great. Cecil was my salesman this time and he did a great job helping me with sync. The credit department was great with no hard sell. The service department is great place I get my oil changed there and maintaince.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from you. The buying experience through USAA was great. The Service Dept. leaves much to be desired. 2-1/2 hours to get the oil changed and tires rotated is unacceptable!!! There was nobody at the window to pay and a Service Writer checked me out.To his favor, he comped the service. I don't want free things, just good service. I will not be back for service.

My brief review would be to encourage anyone purchasing a Ford to make sure and visit Sun State. They addressed all concerns pre purchase, and have gone over and above service after the sale. I have three dealerships closer to home and I go out of my way to visit the Sun State Dealership. If you just need service and not a purchase, they are a dealer that you can send your mother to for repairs. Honest and Trustworthy.

I went to Sun State Ford with my mind set on a 2011 still new ford ranger. When I got to the lot I saw the little ford ranger I had seen online. I then looked at the Ford F-150 and that was it for me. I went in and bought that new truck without even a test drive. Everyone in the place was very helpful knowledgeable. I had a pretty good overall experience when I purchased my 2012 Ford F150 FX2 in August 2012 however it almost didnt happen. I live approximately 1 hr and 40 mins away and had called numerous times the day before to verify the truck I was interested in was still available. Each time I called I got routed through their automated system with noone picking up on the other end. I then left voice messages with both the finance department and the sales department and noone called back. I then decided to drive to Orlando to see if they were still open or what. They apologized but there poor phone system almost cost them a sale. My salesman was Terrance Lee who did a fine job but seemed quite nervous. I later found out that I was his first sale. All in all Terrance was great and would call on him again in the future. Brandon Ford has always been my dealership but Sunstate is right up there as well.

This past July, I finally had enough of my teenage daughters complaining about sitting behind me with not enough leg room when we went out as a family. (We owned a Cadillac SRX at that time.) My wife said we should try the FORD FLEX as she had heard it has as much leg room in the middle row as the front seat does when the front seat is all the way back. We arrived and were introduced to Earl, from Jamaica. He is helpful, far from high pressure, yet invests the time to help you decide what is right for you. We were also introduced to Ian, his sales manager. Ian is also a straight forward person. He was open and forthcoming on what FORD and SunState FORD needs and what he could offer to help get us into a new car. We tried a new FLEX but couldn't make the numbers work. Without being dropped off to a different sales person, Earl stayed with us and was just as helpful with the used as with the new cars, as we began to look at gently used FLEX models and F-150s. We took home a gently used FLEX and couldn't be happier. Enough so, that I went back this past week and purchased another FORD to replace my car(a NEW one this time) with Earl and Ian. The most valuable thing I can say about SunState FORD is, I didn't feel violated and actually had no worries of being deceived when the process was complete.

I took my car to Sun State Ford body shop after an accident to get the driver window replaced, driver door and rear quarter panel painted. They (Sun State Ford) charged me about $1200, which was fine since insurance was covering it. They charged for specifics like removing and re-installing side molding, which they never did. They taped it off and painted over it. They got paint on the bottom of the molding and on the weather stripping of the rear window. When I first saw this I asked for a refund for what they charged for and didn't do. The body shop manager said something along the lines of. "Our guys only get paid so much to do the work..." Refused to refund my money but gave me a $50 gas card. The next week when I was washing my car looking it over in detail the antenna fell off. I found out that they broke the antenna base and super glued it back on leaving some glue spots on the roof. I talked to the general manager she forwarded me to the body shop manager, I believe his name was Jose. He apologized, gave me a new antenna base and some money to buy a new antenna. I've also noticed they didn't paint the entire door as there were chips not painted at all. There were chips that were painted and not filled. The paint is chipping off still and a few runs along the door jam. It looks like they just painted over the old paint and didn't prep it at all. My current concern is when I roll the window up there's something inside clunking. So I'll have to take the panel off and see what else they broke. I drive a 2002 Ford. I took my Ford to a Ford dealer because I thought they knew how to work on a Ford. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY business. It's not that they made a mistake, that's understandable. But LYING up front about what you're being charged for and not doing it. Damaging a customer's property, hiding it and hoping they won't find out. These things are unacceptable and inexcusable and no way to run a business. Every car in my household is a Ford. I used to absolutely love Ford. How GM and Chrysler failed and needed a government bailout but Ford didn't was something to be proud of. Because Ford had integrity and stood for doing what's right. Not just anyone should be allowed to sport that blue oval and clearly these people should not.

Went to buy a new 2013 Explorer, Ron the salesman was great. The sticker price was $39000.00.I have bought many new vehicles but have never delt with one that was unwilling to negotiate the price. I know they are able to sell vehicle close to dealer invoice price but the sale tactics of going back and fourth with the sales or finance manager is a big turn off. they know what the bottom line is. I did not appreciate the tone of the sales manager or finance manager that came in to talk to me. A long story short a bad bad experience. Went to another dealer got same vehilce minus navidational system (720.00)invoice sitcker price for $34000.00.

07-2011 to presentI purchased a car, a 2009 Dodge Caliber, the end of Jan 2011. I was told by Marcos that the car had a 75,000 Power train Warranty. In July the transmission started acting up. I went to Dodge and was told that the car never had a Warranty due to the fact that it was sold to enterprise. After getting no where with Chrysler I called Marcos leaving several message over several days and never getting a call back I called again and told them I would wait on hold. He (Marcos) asked me to bring the car in ( an hour and a half from my home) for someone to look at. I took it in July 29th. The service department looked at the car and confirmed that the transmission was in face slipping. The service manager asked if I would be willing to get a different car, I told him it did not matter what I drove as long as my payments were the same and it was the same year as mine or newer. The service manager said that he needed to talk to his boss and he would call me on Monday. He (the service manager) had Marcos call and said that He would like us to come in to look at cars. We again drove and hour and a half to look at cars. After 5 and a half hours We were told that they just couldn't get the payments where they needed to be and would not come down on the prices to meet our current payment. My husband and I were asked in to the Used Car office and met with Ahmed Hannaoui and Dan Napoleon. They said "we have done all we can and we are a no haggle dealer and we can not change the prices". They then asked if they could have a week to look for cheaper cars. I agreed and they said they would call in a week. They did not call and I called them several times before I got and answer. They could not find anything and asked if they (Sunstate Ford) replaced the transmission would We be happy. I agreed as long as it was replaced with a new transmission and the transmission had a warranty. Dan said that that would be fine and he would confirm with his manager. Marcos called me several days later and asked that I bring in the car to get fixed. I agreed and asked if I would be provided with a way to get home. Marcos confirmed that Sunstate would pay for the rental. I Dropped the car off Aug. 6th, I'd left my insurance papers in the car by accident and went back to Sunstate to get them. Sunstate had already taken my Car to Orlando Dodge and referred me to Leland Riner to get my paper. I spoke to Leland and he advised that as soon as he got the go ahead it would take max a week to repair and to call him on Monday. I did Call and he said that Sunstate took the car back they said it was too expensive. I called sunstate and asked Dan what was going on and what should I do as the rental was only for a week. He said hang on to the car they are looking for somewhere else to repair it but that they purchased the Transmission from Orlando dodge that someone else would be putting in in. I called the next week and they were still working on it. Dan said he would call me. I finally received a call from Marcos saying My car was ready when could I pick it up on Sept 29th I told him I could come by in the afternoon around 3 on the 1st. By 2pm he was calling asking where I was and If I was coming. We picked up the car as agreed on the 1st and returned the rental car. I asked where it had been fixed and for paperwork to document the repair and warranty. I was brushed off by Dan stating he was not involved with the repair and he would mail the papers on Monday the 3rd (as of 10/21 they have not been received). On 10/24 the car started making strange noises and I had it looked at by a mechanic. He stated that it was NOT a new transmission and that it was having issues and appears to be slipping again. I called sunstate and asked for Marcos, he said to bring it in and I asked again about how I would get home if they kept it. He immediately said "wait I am transferring you to Dan." Dan answered and I told him who I was and asked again about the paperwork and told him that it was acting up again and why it was not a new transmission. He said "I never said it would be new, I don't know who fixed it there is no warranty we have done all we can for you going above and beyond, steadily raising his voice." I told him that he did not need to be rude but that it needed to be taken care of as it was not new and 3 weeks should not ruin a just installed transmission and said I would contact the general Manager. Said Goodbye and hung up.

I used to be dedicated to Nissan, but after my last experience buying from Celebrity Nissan I decided to look into other brands. With the quality that Ford has been putting out in recent years, I thought why not give it a try. I am very pleased with my purchase and the excellent service in which I have been given by Rich and the rest of the staff. I actually feel like a valued customer instead of the $ sign. I cant thank you and your staff enough for making this recent purchase one that I will never forget and I will definitely be back.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Sun State in the past 8 years. They have always been honest and upfront with me. Marcos DeSouza in used cars always gives me fair numbers and makes dealing easy. Quite a few employees are multi-lingual and it is always comforting to talk to someone in Espanol.I have sent many family members to Sun State to buy vans and trucks and each person I have sent always thanks me for the introduction. I am very happy with Sun State Ford and will continue buying cars from them. R. Morales

My first experience with Sun State Ford was when I was moving to Detroit. Rich in Sun State's Commercial department helped me for a few weeks by ordering my brand new Explorer to the exact specs that I wanted. Not only did he order the unit but he had the vehicle shipped to a Ford dealership near where I was going to live. All of the paperwork was handled in a professional and timely manner. Where Rich went over the top and I thank him to this day was that he suggested to have a remote starter installed in the vehicle. When I would be getting off shift I would click the button on the remote and have the car warm up for a few minutes before I came outside to drive away. At temps close to 0, this put a smile on my face many a day. I have since sent many of my personal friends including my sister to buy their cars from Sun State. Keep up the good work.

Sun State Ford made my car buying experience truly amazing! I am from Canada and have a vacation home in Orlando. I wanted to get my own vehicle instead of renting one. Sun State had a slightly used Lexus SUV on their website. When i called to inquire about it they were extremely easy to deal with. They explained how to transfer funds and handled my registration. The service department was very fair on pricing and did not try to over sell me on parts. Upon delivery, the car looked brand new. It had been thoroughly detailed inside and out. The whole experience was great for me and my family. I would highly recommend this dealership even if you are out of state and need a vehicle you are in luck! Thank you Sun State!R.SVancouver, B.C. i think the service was great and i really like the people who worked there.Everything was done right and i didnt have any problem so i would recommend it to all my friend that i know who needed to get their car done. it is a best place 2 go if u need sumthing done with your car !!!

I had gone to a few stores before I bought my F-150 Crew from Sun State. Some places asked for all your personal information before you could even look at a car, others were just too pushy. What I really liked about Sun State was that I was able to look at all the trucks without someone hounding me. When the salesman did come up he was very cordial and gave me my space to talk to my wife and family. When we picked out the truck, Cecil came over and took us for a test drive. When we went inside to do business he gave us some options that worked within our budget. Within an hour we had signed the paperwork and were on our way. We did make one stop in customer care and decided to add on a spray-in liner. The guys in that department did a great job following up to make my spray liner appointment. Cecil even came to my office to pick up the truck and later to drop it off. I really enjoyed the extra service. I will do business with them again.

I recently went out to find a Used car (which I was not looking forward to). After 2 min. of meeting J.P. (John Prosser) all of my fears were eased. He took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the right car for my family. He poited out the Certified pre-owned cars which come w/ a full warranty and still thousands less than new. When it came to the pricing it was as if there were no hurdles to jump over all options were placed in front of me for me to choose the best terms for me. I love my new Ford Fusion, and look forward to doing buisness at Sun State Ford again in the future.

I went with my husband to Sun State Ford to inquire about some accessories for my van. Kevin in Customer Care took the time to explain all our options and helped us get what we wanted for the budget that we had. When we came to pick up our van, Kevin was not there but Solomin, who also works in that department was able to deliver us our van and spent another 25 minutes explaining all the features. It is very rare to see someone who takes that much time to help someone who wasn't even their customer. I would recommend this store to others and especially the customer care and accessories department

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Jose Collazo at Sun State after my daughter wrecked her car. They did a fantastic job of repairing the vehicle, and did it on schedule. I was very impressed with the quality of the work as they had to match the existing paint color because the Insurance company wouldn't pay for a complete paint job. I would highly recommend this Company to anyone, they are very professional.J.K. Winter Park, FL

Sun State Ford's Customer service was wonderful and they were very friendly. My wife and I are extremely happy we chose this dealership to purchase our Ford Edge. We will definitely in the future be returning again when it's time to buy a new vehicle.

Have had two experiences, service or accessories anxious to sell you unneeded parts or service and blow you off. Original problems never addressed. I have bought two vehicles there, and have two sons who are also customers, but next vehicle will be at another Ford dealer.

Mike Abbott was patient, understanding, communicated well, and worked with us to obtain the best deal possible on a new 2010 Mustang GT. He helped us find the exact car that we wanted and worked out a dealer trade to get that car on time and at the price we wanted it to be. KUDOS to MIKE!

I purchased my 2007 csgt Mustang from this dealership the sales of the vehicle was not a bad experience, HOWEVER the body shop and it's staff do not take any pride in the work that they do. I had extensive body damage due to an accident. First of all the dealership should not have even attempted to even try and repair ny vehicle. The structure had severe damage and they assured me that they could supposedly straighten it back to fords specs. HA...HA...HA, The body shop manager specifically told me that they would fix it like new and proceeded to advise me just to trade it in and not reveal any of the body damage to whichever dealer I traded it in to as the carfax report would not be updated for approximately 3 months. Not only could I not do this but even if I chose to be as unethicle as he is they did such a terrible job with the structure and fender alignments that even a rookie mechanic could see the damage. Shame on them for putting me back in to an unsafe vehicle just for the sake of collecting insurance money for unsafe repairs.

I too had an unfortunate experience with this "Bait and switch" car dealer, their internet ad read 13,860.00 "our everyday low price,but after test driving the truck we were told that it was only for last years models, we asked if they had any , or when the last one was sold? Their reply was uh, we cant devulge that information for customer privacy, Ha!......so we let them continue their 1000.00 increase only to be given an absurd payment , which would have amounted too extortion.....we told the sales manager "we are done here" and his reply was to go buy a "F***ing skateboard and carpet it"..Very Professional, we have always been a Chevy family, however we were there to buy a ford........we did however end the day with both a New toyota scion and a Chevy Silverado...I just feel bad for Stephanie the sales lady who must have to work in this hostile environment on a daily bases.

I called ahead of time and VERIFIED a Toyota 4Runner used vehicle was present. I then drove 20 miles, to arrive and be told that it was sold in the last "few days". The dealership owner's son was present. I tried to walk away, saying that that was the only vehicle I was interested in. The owner's son (either Paulie or "Sonny" - I can't remember which) then said "SO, YOU JUST GONNA RUN AWAY???"<br><br>I shocked and appalled that a suipposed "professional" would disrespect a customer in such a manner. The man that said this was attempting to aggitate me, when it was his lousy customer service that had me ready to leave.<br><br>The owner clearly has not trained and personally developed the son well enough to be in a managerial position. I highly recommend you avoid the used car department, or you too might be treatd with such outrageous disrespect.<br>
