We had a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership. We went looking for our son’s first car. The sales manager went out of his way to may sure our entire family was comfortable. The experience was unlike your typical car dealership. This is clearly a family business and I appreciated that they handle their customers with care and respect. Car shopping with an 18yr old (along with a younger sibling) can be painful on any day but, even on a hot August day, it was not at this dealership. 👍👏🙂. When we need another car (which we will with two more teens) we will absolutely be back. Fair prices, excellent customer service and family operated.

We have plenty of car shopping experience, and have been looking for our son’s first car. Umair was not a typical salesperson. He was very helpful in showing us what he had available within our budget, answered questions honestly, and did not attempt to drop any stereotypical car sales pitches. The available vehicles were all properly cleaned, serviced, and displayed printouts with specifications and pricing. Without a doubt, we recommend car shopping with Starz Auto Group. Thanks Umair!

They were nice and allowed multiple people to test drive the car, could answer most of the questions asked and did not push a sale. They also were upfront with the Carfax report for the vehicle and wee nice through the sale; however, they FORGOT to send the title to me and I had to call to confirm this ONE DAY before the temporary tags expired, then come personally to pick it up; this was irresponsible, could have gotten me in BIG trouble, and was not even a PA title, which I was promised! Nothing was offered for this! I won't be coming back and am extremely wary of Starz Auto Group; depending on the title, I may have to take further action!

Excellent service. Omar was extremely helpful and friendly. He treated me like a friend, and hooked me up with a more than fair price. Would definitely recommend. 😁
