I had a few hours this evening after work to check out a few vehicles I’d seen online, and was ready to check them out! So, all 3 I was interested in - happened to be at Starling Chevrolet in Orlando - they have a great selection of vehicles! . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with many smiles and introduced to Barrett aka Barry, who helped me ... relentlessly! Showed me the vehicles I came to see, answered all my questions, and so ... with his help, I found the perfect vehicle! Barry and his team seemingly expedited this daunting process, which could have taken hours...into the shortest amount of time I've spent at a dealership in decades:)! Walked me through each step, made me feel at ease, was very knowledgeable & helped me stay within my budget - I am so thrilled with the excellent personalized service I received today - I’ll most certainly be back, when the time comes to trade in one of my other vehicles. I highly recommend Barrett aka Barry AND Starling Chevrolet - top notch!

The most amazing, honest, & relaxing experience I have ever had at a dealership. Barret and his team made me feel welcomed, listened to all of my wants and needs, went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and within budget, and above all treated me as a customer and not as a walking piece of bait. They have forever changed my outlook on what a car buying experience should be, the bar is set very high. Thank you to Barret and his team for the amazing service and the great car. I will certainly be back for my next one!

Process was very simple. My salesperson Luis was very helpful with no pressure sales tactics. The finance department was spot on. Got me a great rate and didn't try to force any extra coverages down my throat. Entire experience was very relaxed. Thank you Luis and rest of the team at Starling.

I'm a person who never writes reviews but Travis at Starling Chevrolet was the absolute best! I went to Travis Armstrong although I’m sure all staff there is great. Travis took care of me, he was able to break down the process in details to where I can understand all the paper work. He even took the time to pull up not only the car fax AND a detailed list of all upgrades of the Truck. It definitely was an easy and smooth process from him and the whole team at Starling Chevrolet that contributed. Always a great experience at Starling Chevrolet! Great staff, great company! Love my Chevy!

Just walked out this Dealer with two vehicles and let me start by saying that Dayan De La Rosa is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. When we got here he was the only one that approached us and from there we went. Not only did he helped us but made us feel welcomed and comfortable and making sure we weren't feeling pressured. I definitely recommend that if you are ever thinking about buying a car here to come see Dayan De La Rosa. Kudos to Dayan for helping us out in every way possible and for always keeping it professional thank you!!!
