I upgraded from a 2013 Expedition to a 2016 Expedition. Michael Ramirez was very helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. Everyone around there was very courteous and friendly. Since purchasing my 2013 Certified Pre Owned Ford Escape in October of 2014 and I have had nothing but negative experiences as a customer. A couple of months after my purchase, my car began lighting up notifications regarding engine maintenance along with the check engine icon lighting. I quickly learned that, that notification meant that I would have to turn the car off and then on before I would be able to drive it. After taking it in quite a few times, the problem is still ongoing. Recently, a different notification lit up along with the engine light. It strongly recommended that I replenish the engine coolant level. On my last visit, December 12th, I visited the Spikes Ford quick lane to get an oil change and asked them to check the engine coolant (since I checked out myself and saw that it did not need refilling), as well as the engine light that was on. The cashier informed me that they would need to replace some valves so they would need to keep my vehicle over the weekend, in addition, I would need to pay a $100 deductible because I was now only covered by my extended warranty since I had exceeded the 30K mile warranty. I asked if they would reconsider charging me the $100 since I had already taken in my vehicle so many times and the problem kept persisting. The cashier asked me to leave my car regardless (they got me a rental) and she would look into the history of the vehicles maintenance/repairs and would inform me if they would be able to waive the deductible. About halfway into the week, I get a call from Spikes Ford informing me that my car was ready for pick up and I did not have to pay. Upon turning on my vehicle, the engine coolant notification immediately popped up. I go back inside and after taking a quick look under my cars hood, I am told the mechanic provided inaccurate diagnostics and theyd have to keep my car a few more days to take a closer look at it. About a week passes by and I have not heard from Spikes, I call a few times and I am told every time that they dont have an update and theyll go to the back to see where they are at with my vehicle and will give me a call within a few minutes, but they never called back. After a few days of that, I finally get ahold of someone that did call back after saying she would. She says that my car was ready, that I was still not going to have to pay the deductible, and all I had to do was refill the rental with gas and I was good to go. Upon arriving to the dealership, I am told that I have to pay the deductible! I explained my situation and informed the cashier that they had resolved the issue with the deductible. She leaves for a few minutes and returns with Alden Rush, Vehicle Advisor, who I had the displeasure of dealing with for all of my previous visits. Without even greeting me, he jumps straight to telling me that he cannot cover the cost of my vehicles repair because I exhausted my cars 30K mile warranty and I have to pay because my car has had a different issue every time Ive taken it in. I expressed my frustration to him, explaining that I did not understand why I was being charged when I was explicitly told I was not going to have to pay for anything, that I was short on cash and the only reason why I had left my car behind was because I was waived the deductible fee. Also, because there is not one single person that was ever able to tell me what was wrong with my car, nor what they did to fix the issue. He replies by telling me that he cant release my car until I pay. Again, I tell him I am not paying because I was told otherwise and it is not my fault that his dealership cant fix my vehicle. He then sternly told me not to raise my voice, extended his hand with my car keys and told me to leave. I no longer feel welcomed at Spikes Ford, and am now forced to look for another place to get my car serviced. My experience has been completely disappointing each and every time Ive visited spikes ford.

Focus 2014 the staff was helpful and courteous however had to take my car back the morning after they serviced it job was incomplete they replaced a part for the transmission and left a cover loose under the vehicle that made a funny noise when I turned the key to start the car I will hear a crank. but they were quick to fix it after they checked it.

The mechanics fixed the front brakes and didn't charge me for the rotor, which I feel is a reasonable offer. They always try to do the repairs right the first time and do it in a timely manner. I especially like the fact that they provide transportation to/from a customer's place of employment.

We went in for an oil change then they call and tell us that we need other things done to the car but we only have about 6 months with our vehicle so does that mean they didn't change any thing before we bought our car. That's not great customer service how do they want us to recommend others when we get service like that hope this helps other clients. Make sure everything is check before you drive off the lot.

My husband purchased my f-250 as a birthday gift. We had for many years been purchasing our vechices from another Ford Dealer in the Rio Grande Valley. But on his purchase of this F-250 truck they could not agree on a price. So after half day wasted at the other dealership my husband left. A week went by and as he had promised me that truck As a gift, called a friend who referred him to Spikes Ford. THE DEALERSHIP AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED BUT WHEN THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SOLVING A FORD VEHICLE PROBLEM THERE IS A BIG DISCONNECT FROM THE DEALER AND THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY. THE PROBLEM CONTINUES ON BOTH SIDES NOW AND I HOPE EQUIPMENT IS NOT DAMAGED OR DESTROYED BEFORE A MIRACLE SOLUTION CAN ARRIVE FROM THE FORD MOTOR COMPANY.THE DEALERSHIP CAN NOT MAKE A REPAIR IF THE PROBLEM IS NOT PRESENT. I know Lench and he sent me Jorge Torres who did an awesome job with showing me the vehicle that I was looking for. Before I even went there I already had several pictures of trucks to view. Upon arrival, Mr. Torres greeted my wife and I ask we exited our vehicle. Took us directly to the King Ranch that I ended up buying. Really he sold my wife with the massaging seats. Very good sales department, very good customer service, dealer in general is very good. Congrats. Areas of opportunity and to improve are two in my opinion: first, workmanship as well as quality of the parts used in the Ford vehicles are in my opinion questionable and need to improve. I already have a recall on my vehicle, not really good considering that the vehicle have very low millage. Second, Ford financial process to acquire and/or lease a vehicle, is slow, lengthy and just pursuing the sale and not the possible vehicle buyer benefit. In fact, due to this some possible customers may look for another vehicle brand alternatives (in fact I was tempted). In my opinion, need to be faster as well as to provide to the buyer with financial options to acquire or lease a vehicle.

Went in, person on the phone told me to hold on. Somebody else came in from outside and helped me right away. Told him I wanted the works and they said yes sir. After purchasing 13 new vehicles in my lifetime, I have to say that this was probably the easiest, quickest and most pleasant purchase of them all. Julio was on top of our search and did an excellent job. Furthermore, the finance guy had a personality and he actually smiled a couple of times. That is unheard of in the car business. Usually the dealership finance guys have the personality of a paper cup, not Noe. Yeah, I would certainly recommend Julio to anyone looking for a Ford. I did not see much of the dealership property nor do I have any experiences with the repairs except to say that the work on tinting our windows before delivery was perfect.On the selections below, you should allow multiple choices. I went there looking for a specific used vehicle but ended up buying a new one.

Oil change was very good. I had wanted a car inspection but I was too early. Understood that, as the person was not coming in until 11:00. When I called the next day for an inspection, I was told the inspection machine was not working. Also wanted a detail wash which was held over from a previous visit when too much freeon was added and overflowed at our home. Again, I was too early for that. The person in charge was very nice about offering to take me home etc. However, with only one car and a full agenda for the day, that was not a problem solver.

I appreciated the effort the guys put in to helping me get my 2011 F150. They also helped me get a rack put on the truck and it is working very well. The only recommendation I have is that whenever there are extra items added in to the financing that it is FULLY understood by the customer and that the time is taken to help the customer understand what those items are. Especially when they amount to several hundred dollars. It will just help the customer to have an even deeper trust with the dealership.

Based on my recent buying experience, I will make some recommendations: 1) The sales workforce depends too much of their manager. The sales individuals do not have any training to perform some calculations. You need to obtain all the estimate payments and/or estimated APR from the correspondent manager, that by the way, it is always busy taking care of another customers and as a consequence the possible buyer spends too much time at the Spike dealership facilities, and sometimes the possible buyer walks away looking for another car dealership (I really was tempted to do this). 2) The buyer do not have the option to choose the financial company that borrow the funds to acquire a vehicle. I will like to see the different financial options available with the correspondent APR or maybe the buyer may bring his own financial company recommendation so, in certain way the buyer feels that Spike choose the best financial option available. 3) Need to verify the vehicles or train the sales workforce to explain the possible reasons why a vehicle do not perform as per the expectations. Do to the fact anybody at the dealership was able to explain to me the reasons why a pickup F150 V6 with EcoBoost performed strange during my driving test I didn't interested anymore in this kind of vehicle. 4) I really bought my vehicle from Spike not because the dealership, was because the sales individuals that help me were very good (Congrats). Sincerely in my opinion they (sales workforce) are a "key element" on the sale of a new and/or used vehicle, however, and again based on what I saw seams that they need a lot more of training, authority and support. I have another "areas of opportunity" that I will like to share, but unfortunately I need to perform another duties that do not allow me to continue describing those.Thanks in advance for your attention and time and please do not take the recommendations mentioned above like I am an unsatisfied customer, no I am really happy with my vehicle acquisition, I just pointing out some "areas of opportunity" detected during my vehicle acquisition process. I brought my Ford Escape in to have the rubber strips around the windows on both back doors replaced. Spikes did a super job of replacing the strips, and I am very happy with the work. My only comment is that when I took the car in, I was not made aware that the replacement would take some time. I was told that it would take just a short time, and so I waited for about 3 hours before I was told that my car would not be ready for some time. Spikes kindly obtained a loaner vehicle for me, so aside from the initial loss of time, I was not inconvenienced. I am NOT unhappy, I just think that the staff should have had a little more training as to how long the procedure would take so that everyone could plan better.

We are very pleased with the service. Our Salesman, Finance, and everybody helped us out. At the end of the day regardless of how many times the option changed they did their best to fulfill our need. They give us the best option possible for budget and no matter how many times we had to change they never give up. I called ahead of time to find out when the best time would be to get in and out quickly. They were very nice and told me to come in about 3 p.m. I made it by 3:30 and was helped right away and was in and out in about an hour. Everything was handled very efficiently and they were all very friendly and nice. I have never had a problem when getting service done at the Quick Lane.

I purchased a 2015 Mustang Ecoboost Premium. I'm am completely satisfied with my purchase. The entire staff at Spikes Ford was friendly and professional. I am especially happy with the professionalism demonstrated by my salesperson Matthew Rodriguez. Matthew was very kind, and knowledgeable about information regarding the Mustang and the differences in the different models. He wasn't pushy like most other car salesmen and he worked with me to get a great deal on my car! This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The last Ford car I purchased was an Explorer and I purchased it from another dealer in the valley and the experience I had then wasn't nearly as good as this one. From now on, I will only buy from Spikes and refer my friends and family to Spikes and Matthew as well. I am 110% happy with Matthew and the entire staff at Spikes Ford. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

We purchased four new tires and the works package which included, road hazard, free rotation, alignment, balancing, etc. We are pleased with the service and the package pricing was competitive (not all vendors offered everything that Spikes did). One observation. Our dealer in Minneapolis always ran our vehicle through their car wash after the service work was done. Not a big deal but it was a nice touch. I noted that Spikes has a commercial car wash unit as a part of their dealership facilities.

I went Wed. morning for my 15,000 mile check up for my 2013 Edge. They said it wold be ready right after 12;00 noon and it was. Offered shuttle to pick me up but my husband was able to take me to Spikes. My car even smelled good when I got in. Very nice people at the desk and the young gentleman that was there took my car right back to get started on it. It was nice to know that the SUV was ready when they said it would be.

I've never been to Spikes Ford before, but I will certainly go back. Honestly my experience at Spikes Ford was the best I've ever had at any Ford dealer. I was there for an oil change, before I make the long drive home from Mission TX to Brighton Michigan. The Quick Lane service person was Crystal. She was awesome. My total time there was less than 1 hour. Thanks to Crystal (recommending "The Works") I also had my tires rotated and several important checks done on my 2010 F-150. Crystal also offered me a cup of great coffee and a fresh donut. Great experience! Very friendly service and a beautiful and clean facility! I will certainly go back to Spikes Ford for my "pre-return home" oil change next winter and any other service I might need next winter while we are down here in Mission TX again.Thanks Crystal and thanks Spikes Ford for making my day!!!!! I had three gallons of DEF in a box in the covered bed of our F-250. The tech completed our request to top off the DEF with our fluid. Rather than returning the two unused gallons back into the boxes, they were layed down in the bed floor and leaked out. A big oily mess was caused by the DEF containers. Also the spout was not returned to the box. The mess was unnecessary and due to lack of effort from the service tech.

When I arrived at location I was greeted by Crystal with a smile. She was very helpful and asked me how she could help. I explained to her what I needed and she instructed me where to park my car. I was treated to free coffee and wifi. The location was very clean and smelled good. The seats where comfortable and I almost fell asleep waiting for my car. It was done in a very timely manor and I was satisfied with the work. I was over all very impressed with the quik lane and although I purchased my vehicle at another dealership I will be servicing my car at your quik lane.

We bought a new 2015 Taurus, the service with sales person was good, but when we left home ,next day morning, cold ,turn windshield defrost, and a crack started from the bottom of wipers and ran little by little, on the passenger side.and now nobody wants to help, and we are not happy about it. i have a 2012 explorer which I purchased here with a leak problem 1st time it took two weeks now it's been over a month same problem not happy with service because of the leak my carpets have been replaced but only where the problem is so the carpet looks different two the smell in the truck is awful and they can't take it off at this rate the only thing that would make me happy is a new truck being that the truck only has 20,000 miles it doesn't get driven often and spends more time in the shop. There is no costumer service it seems like no one knows anything it's always by Friday but Friday's come and go. Just want a good truck not one where after my warranty is up and still have this problem it's ridicules.

My car's emission's light was on and I was under a time crunch since the next day I had jury duty and my regular mechanic is very busy. So I took it the dealership. I was shocked when told that it was going to be almost 400 dollars!!! The price of the part was only $30 ( They told me that at Auto Zone) Also I was told the whole thing would take 3-4 hours. IT TOOK 7 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I feel that the price was jacked up - dealerships are notorious for doing this and I was taken advantage of, but due to my NEEDING to get it fixed - I had NO choice.I will not be taking it back there!!!!

I believe this dealership defrauded me on an extended warrenty. I bought the warrenty from Reliance Honda, owned at that time by spikes ford. They claimed a 100% money back guarentee after the warrenty period if not used A few months later they are out of business, sold to somemone else who will not honor such an agreement.
