I had an amazing experience with them and could not recommend it enough! I had just totaled my car and was in the market for a new one and I had visited several places where I just didn’t feel comfortable buying from. I am a 22 year old female so I always feel like I’m someone a lot of salespeople try to take advantage of, but once I went to Spanos they were so helpful and welcoming (especially Angel, he answered my texts at all hours of the day!!) and they didn’t pressure me at all. I am so grateful I found them :)

Just purchased a Mercedes with Spanos. The buying process with these guys was top notch- the best experience I have ever had! My salesman was Dean. He was friendly, honest, and was easily accessible. The GM gave me more for my trade than expected, & Alan, the Finance manager helped me secure great financing. The building & showroom is charming & unique- over 100 years old! (Beautiful cars too). All in all, they have great products & superb customer service. Would 10/10 buy another car from them in the future and recommend anyone in the pre-owned luxury market to check them out! I bought a beautiful new car from Spanos tonight. We got in an accident on Oct 8th and have been looking for the perfect replacement. We contacted Spanos about a car we saw online and worked with Steve Saunders. My husband works from home, and I work at a local hospital. Since I was unable to come to see the car in person, Steve brought the car to my work so I could test drive it on my break. After I fell in love with the car, I went to Spanos to purchase the car. The entire team was professional and friendly. Before I drove the car off the lot, Steve went above and beyond to ensure that I understood how to work all the safety features , the blue tooth and the radio. I really felt valued at Spanos and I highly recommend them for your next car purchase! We will be back for our next car purchase.

I came in to spanos imports on 19 November 2016 to look at their inventory of cars on their lot and also to just get some prices and to see how much my payments would be, but as soon as i opened the door and came inside, i found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They assisted me with showing me several different Mercedes Benzs that were in stock and explained everything to me.. My sales agent was Jack Rabeaux and i would like say that he was "on point" with knowledgel, customer service and friendliness and i would highly recommened purchasing a vehicle from spanos. Had my car stolen the night before and my husband stopped by there and said he saw the perfect car for me.I came in with him before we visited Daytona Wrecker to see the damage to my Caddy.Nick greeted us and was very friendly.I contacted him via email that night and said we would be by to test drive the next day.He contacted me back right away(which is sometimes a rarity).Came by the next day and Nick had the car already out of the showroom.A nice young lady got my husband coffe and kept him company while Nick and I took car out for a spin.It was a no brainer.From there Nick got the ball rolling very quickly.Dean and Brad jumped in to help to get us out of there quickly.It was a no BS experience without the usual salesman speak!!Would recommend to anyone!!

We knew what we wanted and the dealership sales staff made it happen without all the usual arm twisting that you often find elsewhere. The trade-in value and final negotiations were fair and equitable ending up with an enjoyable process and outcome. OUR EXPERIENCE with Taylor Wendlocker and the crew at Spanos Motor Imports was ABSOLUTELY Incredible. The people are excellent, there inventory is second to non and pricing is very fair. My wife & I average two to three large purchases a year with our businesses. However, we have been searching for this particular Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution GSR for over 14 months for our daughter serving overseas active duty military. Steve made sure to answer all questions we had, and their service department followed thru on any issues we raised. On 11/04/16 I bought 2011 BMW 750LI with a little over 59k miles. The car salesman (Carlos) and Brad( business manager ) that sold me the car were both pleasant and professional. The disappointments started after the sale close and the car started having mechanical issues. A couple of days after buying the car the car gave me a message stating that it was low on oil so I took a the car to a local shop in Orlando and they placed it on the lift and noticed that car was leaking oil from the valve cover . I called the dealer to explain the issue with car. I spoke to Dudley(service advisor) and expressed my concerns because I just had bought this car. Dudley set me up with an appointment to go in and replaced my tires which they owe me as part of the original contract , plus resolve the oil leak with the car. I took the car back to the dealership on 11/16/16 , Tuesday morning . I was there from 10 am to 4pm as they looked at my car. and at the end of the day Mike (service advisor) tells me that the oil leak is not significant and they could not justify fixing it at this point and I should wait until my extended warranty took effect to have it repair. I explained to him that how could it not be an issue when I had to put two quarts of oil before I drove from Orlando to Daytona to bring the car back.I left the dealer around 4pm and started driving back to Orlando. As I drove down the highway I noticed the car engine was accelerating but the car was not picking up speed and shortly after the car gives me a message "transmission malfunction" so I pulled over to the curve on the highway and call the dealer and spoke to Dudley (service advisor) about the new mechanical issue with the car. I also told him that I was quite disappointed that this car that I just paid close to $30k dollars was given me so may problems. During the phone conversation he told that he was going to speak the service manager (Jeff) and call me back). I as of right now I have not received a call from Dudley, or Jeff or anyone else for that matter to try to resolve the issue with the car. I have called several times and left two voice messages with the service manager ( Jeff) . In addition, I spoke with the service advisor Mike this morning as well and explained to him the same about the mechanical issues with the car and he told me he was going to call me back ....................I am still waiting on call. I haven't had the car two weeks and I am completely disappointed with the lack of concern by the dealership in terms of addressing the issues with the car in a timely manner. Plain and simple it's poor customer service. I will see how it will take them to call me back ...........................

I have been looking for a well maintained BMW for a couple months. Every time I shopped the internet, Spanos Motors' selection of BMW's always popped up with the lowest mileage and price. I live in Jacksonville and thought since it was so close I would drive down and see if what I was viewing online was true.Well, it was better than I expected. They have a huge selection of beautiful luxury vehicles and I worked with a wonderful salesperson named Libby. She was extremely knowledge and has a very refreshing and fun way of selling. I can honestly say I never thought buying a car would actually be a pleasant, let alone fun, experience, but at Spanos Motors and working with Libby, it was.

As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt as if I was at home while I was walking the show room floor I felt as if all the salesman made sure to walk up to me and introduced themselves including the manager and for me being a young black male that made me feel very welcomed. They were very polite and even had small conversation with me to get to know me better. I later talked to the salesman Carlos and after hearing me out and knowing what kind of car I was interested in he introduced me to this 2012 Jaguar that I fell in love with. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure he did whatever he could to make me happy. I will definitely do business with them again. Thanks again Carlos you're the man I love my new car!!!

Charles was excellent, we did not plan on buying a truck this day, but being he was patient, answered all questions and kept us informed throughout the process, we decided to purchase from Spanos Motors and we are pleased, they even gave us 2 new tires and oil change, this truck fits our needs for our horses and trailer. Great experience with Greg. He is very knowledgeable of inventory and cars in general. He was so helpful in making sure that I drove each car that caught my eye. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were acknowledged and greeted with the most welcoming "good morning and welcome to Spanos." That is when our experience began. Stephen approached us and asked how he could help us. We told him we were there to look at their vast inventory of pre-owned, low mileage, luxury cars, but that we had a specific budget in mind. He gave us a tour of the facility and gave us many options to choose from. After deciding on one in particular, we then spoke with Brad in finance, and he was great and very informative explaining details and options to us. WHAT A GREAT STAFF AT SPANOS. My husband replaced his 1977 Porsche which he had for over 25 years. Our auto insurance recommended Spanos for imported cars. Jack Rabeaux was our sales person & is extremely knowledgeable about Porsches. He expressed empathy for my husband's loss of his 911 as he is very familiar with that model of Porsche. I walked in and didn't wait long at all to test drive the car. I had done most of the leg work over the phone about credit apps and rates so when I got there it was pretty straight forward. They agreed to drop down in price a little and we were able to make a deal with no issues. One complaint I do have is the lack of a spare key. They only provided me with 1 key plus a valet key( only to open the car). Usually, a car you buy has 2 master keys. Would be great if they could order one for me. Aside from that, I had a pleasant experience. They followed up with a phone call a couple of days later asking about the car. I mentioned we overlooked a bulb issue the day I bought the car. Nico mentioned to come in and they would sort it out ( I did purchase an extended warranty, so this may not apply to everyone). They gave me a free oil change card and free detail because the service team had left by the time the deal was complete. I would recommend.

Taylor Wendlocher was very helpful and spent several hours with us as we looked at cars. No pressure and made us feel comfortable, which was a big change from what we had experienced at other dealers. We had driven down from St. Augustine, and would do so again to work with Taylor. I came to look at a BMW but it was a very rough looking vehicle.My sales person was Taylor.At first I asked about getting differant rims pit on it but Taylor refused to ask the Manager about that. I then selected a 2010 VW EOS. the car was priced at $12,900.00 I told Taylor that I would offer $12,000.00 for the car and she would not make that offer but would offer $12,300.00 in which she did my offer was $21,000.00 the manager accepted th3 $12,300.00 so I bought the car.Since then I found out that the car has some mechanical issues to the tune of $600.00 and I was unhappy about that. So that being said I really could not recommend your dealership to anyone else. Sorry

Our Sales professional Tonya was excellent. Although the car we saw advertised had been sold. Spanos Motors has a good selection of trucks and cars that Tonya showed us. The sales process was smooth and the Finance Manager Brad was able get us Financing with little trouble or stress. He is very good at what he does and you can tell he likes helping people. After we agreed on a price the entire sales transaction was completed in two hours. I would buy another car from Spanos Motors. I would make sure they have the car on hand that they advertise on the website before you make the drive.

bought my 08 dodge ram 1500 this spring -quite pleased with my truck so came back to get my wife a 2012 Mercedes c250 just now. I was promised that minor things would be fixed on the vehicle I purchased from Spanos. I had to drive 2 hours to supposedly have these things repaired and they didn't keep their end of the deal. I was promised gas when I purchased which never happened & I was also told they would pay my gas bill to come back to Daytona for the repairs in which only $20 was put in my tank. Lesson learned, never again!!!!!!!!!!!

My wife and I drove to Spanos from St. Augustine to find a new car after ours was totaled in the hurricane floods. We were lucky enough to connect with Libby when we arrived. She was absolutely great. Spanos Motors (http://www.spanosmotors.com/) is using deceptive advertising to sell their used cars. We live in out of state however due to our fixed budget we had to extend our search nationwide for the specific type of used Porsche that my husband wanted. He sold his other hobby car so that he could afford to get what he though was a good condition 1999 Porsche 911 convertible from this dealership in Daytona Beach Florida. He spoke with Jack Rabeaux, the sales person, multiple times both verbally and thru text messages all of which we have saved. He was told that the car had been fully serviced to Porsche specifications and it was advertised in writing as pristine condition. We were told that it had a new convertible top, that the IMS bearing had been checked and was in good condition, and that he would buy it for his own son if he had the money for it. He told us verbally that the car came with a 30 day money back guarantee. He even offered to FaceTime my husband via their IPhones and I was present to see and hear his sales pitch about how perfect the vehicle was. This was supposed to be a get in and drive it car not a project car of any sorts. My husband agreed to the sale and he was asked for his credit card number in order to place a hold the vehicle for $500. We were told the hold would be removed once payment was received in full for the car. We sent a cashiers check for the full amount of the vehicle as agreed upon as well as signed the paperwork for the car that they had sent. A week later the Porsche was shipped to us via a private carrier that Spanos had arranged. The driver had some immediate concerns about the cars condition such as an imperfection on the convertible top, sound of the engine, some very noticeable scuffs in the paint etc. After getting on the highway with the car for the first time it was driving extremely rough and at approximately 10 miles into the drive the check engine light came on. We called Spanos and spoke with Eli Von DeBaron (the sales manager) and he told us to take it to a local garage to have it diagnosed and that they would pay the $40 fee for the evaluation. The car was taken to Foreign Traffic in Pittsburgh PA because Spanos did not want to pay for a Porsche dealor to evaluate it. We had to have the car towed because it was unable to drive at this point. It turns out the car was never serviced before the sale as evidenced by Carfax report and multiple requests for service records. The quote by the mechanic was $7,645 in repairs that it needed. In order to get the vehicle to even be able to run we were faced with $1,800 in immediate repair costs. This included coil packs, spark plugs, drive belt, oil change, fuel system clean out, EVAP system valves to name a few. There are many other things wrong that were not disclosed such as broken speakers and electrical issues that are not imperative for the car to run but are still in need of replacement. We asked if we could return the vehicle because it broke down immediately upon receiving it, but we were told no. Spanos will no longer speak with us. They place us on hold for long periods of time, or tell us to email a generic email address to ask for their attorneys contact information. This does not seem like a normal or legal business practice. They also charged our credit card the $500 hold even though we paid in full and they never paid for the diagnosis of the car as they said they would. Their website has many of their vehicles listed as being in excellent condition and in our example this simply was not the case. so buyer beware. This company is not accountable for what they are selling to consumers. Unless you have several thousands of dollars to repair what you buy from them, I'd recommend taking your money to a different dealership.

Having purchased several vehicles over the years, this is the first experience I've had that was actually memorable in a positive way. Libby was wonderful to work with and I would recommend anyone going to Spanos request to work with her. She was the only sales consultant that was willing to work with us upon entering the dealership, all other's would not give us the time of day. She brought customer service to a new level, something normally not associated with, when purchasing a vehicle. In addition to Libby, Brad in Finance was also pleasant to work with. He did not pressure us into purchasing any of the dealer extra's. He was respectful of our wants and time constraint. I would purchase another vehicle with Spanos as long as these two individuals are available.

Our Salesman was Justin Gabel and he was excellent. Although we were initially very disappointed because the Expedition we drove 1.5 hours to see was already in the process of being sold when we arrived. Of course this was nobody's fault - just wasn't meant to be. Justin took his time and showed us (and drove) several other vehicles. Just as we were about to leave, we spotted this beautiful Range Rover which we never imagined we could afford, but to our surprise, it was right within our budget and the low mileage was a huge bonus. I've recommended Justin to several friends already and will definitely to visit Justin when we are ready for our next vehicle.

After doing my research through USAA's car buying service and reviewing SPANOS on line inventory, I went in to SPANOS and met Stephen Radican and told him what I was looking for. He showed me the 750I and after asking him several questions (mechanical, VIN/Car history, recalls) he answered all my concerns and knew everything from nut to bolts. He knew his product, which gave me a sense of comfort and lesson my concern in buying a this vehicle. There is nothing worse than going to a dealership and the sales person can't answer some of the simplest questions on vehicles in their lot. Steve was outstanding in ever aspect of product knowledge, costumer service and made my car buying experience enjoyable and satisfying. He is definitely an asset to SPANOS Motors. We saw that Spanos had a nice selection and made an appointment with a wonderful sales lady named Libby Gardner. We arrived at 9am and it seemed like we drove every convertible from BMW to Mercedes that had. Unfortunately nothing really "wowed" us and we left that afternoon. A couple days later, Libby called and said she had the perfect car for us! We came in the next morning and fell in love with our now beautiful and very sexy smoky grey Infiniti G37 convertible. I came up from 100 miles south to look at a used kit car replica to purchase. I had great phone calls before the trip to set up a viewing and test ride. Steve Radican was a very good person to deal with. He was very honest and my happiness was his concern. We were able to come to terms and the deal was struck. The after purchase service was spectacular. After transport could not meet my desires. My salesman delivered my car himself on a Saturday morning. I went into Spanos with a friend looking for a used BMW. Libby Gardner was recommended to me. As soon as I met her I knew I was in good hands. She is charming, thorough and has none of that greasy car dealer vibe going on! She was genuinely caring and wanted to see me leave with the right vehicle for me. I got a beautiful Mercedes form them last week.The car is perfect and has aservice pedigree that is outstanding. I love the car and my salesman Greg wasgreat! I paid a fair market price for the car but it is a cherry car so that is fine.they have a lot of beautiful high end cars there to choose from. I think that is their focus so i don't know about the lower end cars on the lot.They were a bit disorganized in getting the deal completed but no big deal. bottom line is got a great car at a fair price I would go back again for another car when the time comes

It is really sad to say that 1. it took you all this long to write a review, and 2. I wish That i did not write the first review because although charles is a good salesmen, I have had and continue to have numerous issues with my truck. I have tried to contact service several times for them to tell me they are busy and need to get back to me, Which no one EVER did that. At all. Not the Services manager, Sales manager or the the General Manage. I have a lot of complaints about the reliability of this truck. By the it is currently in the shop now On Sept 9th, 2016.

I made a two hour trip to Daytona to look at some bmw M models and a Mercedes that caught my eye. By the time I arrived the bmw was already locked away, but a sales team member named Jennifer went out of her way to demo all the vehicles I was looking at. Jennifer was helpful and delightful to talk to as was other staff that I had the privilege to meet. I enjoyed my time waiting on a deal to close, by talking performance cars with some of the members. I would have written this sooner but I thoroughly enjoy the c63 amg I purchased and its hard to break away from. I would honestly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a car, they are very pleasant and far and away from the stereotypical high pressure dealer people imagine as common practice. I wish Jennifer luck with what I am sure will be many sales to come.

I went into the dealership looking for a certain model and make of car, but it had already been sold. So Libby went the extra mile in helping me find a vehicle. We found one but that didn't work out then just as we were about to call it a lost cause, Libby showed me the car that I purchased - a 2007 Volvo C70.After agreeing to the purchase, I went through the loan process and completed everything. They promised "We owe you" some repairs to my mini cooper. I can't get a response via email or phone. Drove off lot and discovered there was no washer fluid. What else did they miss? Did they really change oil and service? I don't know, keep leaving messages but no response, nada, zilch.

I cant decide whether to tile this review Amateur Hour or Litany of Errors so I will just go with Amateur Errors I was helping my daughter buy a car and we were looking at a Lexus ES300. I saw it online and it looked showroom condition, so I did my research and then decided to engage a Sales Rep. The first guy I spoke with was very nice and I explained that we were going to try and come down tomorrow. He mentioned that he would be off and recommended one of the female Sales Reps. The next day something came up and we were unable to visit the dealership and I spent the day playing phone tag with the lady as she was very busy with clients. She then referred me to another male Sales Rep since she had been unable to assist me and I thought thats great shes busy and trying to get me taken care of.At this point is when things began to go south. I made an offer to this man and he said he would get with manager and get back with me. After almost 16 hours I had to call back because I had not heard anything with regards to my offer. 16 hours and I cant get a response to my offer, something is just not right. Eventually we were within a couple hundred dollars so I decide my daughter and I would visit the dealership, drive the car and check it out. I called the Rep back and told him that we were going to head down. He told me that he had to run to Sanford but would be back around 5 5:30pm. My daughter and I hit the road to Daytona, cash in hand. I knew we would get there earlier than 5 5:30pm so that would give us time to check the car out and be ready to make a deal when the Rep got back. When we got there no one seemed to know where the Rep was and when he was getting back, so I had to fill them in. Another Sales lady observed what was going on and offered to help is until Rep got back. Well, for 40 minutes they couldnt find the car and the Rep had not put any notes in the computer so the lady had to confirm everything I had already spoke with Rep about!!! I called the Reps cell phone which he said I could do and left a message for him to call so he could shed some light on where the car was and the numbers we had discussed. To this day he has NEVER called me back.They finally found the car and brought it over. The car was dirty so our first impression was not very good. We got in to take test drive and my daughter turned car off and then went to restart and nothing happened!!! One of the service agents came over and jump started the car and we went for our test drive. I felt bad for the lady trying to help us because she was totally embarrassed about everything. We were very pleased how the car handled and the interior was in great shape. As we got back to the dealership my wife called about another Lexus in St. Augustine we could check out. After all we had been through my daughter and I were in no mood to wait and negotiate a deal and felt like we should check out this other car. It has been several weeks and we have heard from no one. The positive out of this situation is that my daughter learned a lot about things you should NOT do or say!p.s. If you are a Sales Rep trying to sell a luxury car, DONT say the car was in our dirt lot

Let me just start off by saying that I haven't purchased many cars in my life. I'm 34 and have had 3 cars including the one I purchased from Spanos Motors. The first car I purchased I felt taken advantage of. I was just out of boot camp and the dealer saw money signs as soon as I walked in the door. The second I bought 13 years later when that car finally broke down on me for good. I was at the mercy of the dealer because my stepfather wanted me to buy an American car from a dealer he liked so I was limited in what I could get. Unfortunately I was in an accident and that car was totaled. This time I was in a bind because I needed wheels for driving to and from school and I thought, well here we go again. This time I actually tried to take away as much of the uneasy feeling as I could by researching what car I wanted ahead of time and finding the dealers that had what I wanted rather than going to a specific dealer and picking what they had on the lot. To let you know I am not taking that into consideration when giving my review here. It made the process easier for me but has nothing to do with the dealer and it is not factored in to the praise I am giving this dealership. They earned this review all on their own merit. So let's get down to it. Spanos Motors wasn't my first choice. It wasn't my second choice or even my third choice. It was the last stop on a list of 4 dealers in a 75 mile radius who had the specific car I was looking for. The reason they were low on my list? I had read some poor reviews about issues people had with this dealer. So I arrive at around 3:45pm on a Saturday and they are busy. My father-in-law and I were making jokes about them calling in all their buddies to stop by to give the impression that they were in high demand. We were told the area where the Volvo vehicles were located and told that a salesperson would be with us shortly. We looked at the area we were directed in and didn't find any Volvos there, let alone the Volvo C70 I desired. So we wandered outside and just looked around at all the cars waiting for the salesperson to ask them where the specific car they had advertised online was located expecting them to tell us it was sold. We waited for a while and at around 4:15 were about to leave thinking they had none available and that they had forgotten we were even around when Nick approached us, apologized for the wait and when told what it was I was looking for, directed us in the back where there were two vehicles in the make and model I wanted. To those reading this, they have more cars than appear to the random gazer. Ask and you shall receive. The two they had there were an 06 in pretty rough shape inside and out. Needed some TLC but the price reflected that. Then there was an 08 next to it that had a cracked windshield and ran pretty rough. You could tell there was some abuse to these cars and Nick assured me that if I purchased one that the would get them in better working order for me with a 30 day return for a full refund if I wasn't satisfied. Regardless I needed something that wasn't going to have to be in the shop for weeks possibly months on end just to get it back in decent shape because I had recently returned from overseas and had a lot of things I needed to take care of in a short amount of time. So with my hopes dashed we decided to leave and upon exiting out the back we looked over to the rear lot on the other side near the service area and there was yet another Volvo C70. We decided it was worth a look and upon first glance noticed it was in much better shape. We talked to Nick again and he explained with cars being moved in and out at such a fast pace he was unaware of it being back there ready to be detailed. We started it up and took it for a test drive. Nick let me have my way with it, hard acceleration to check the engine response, hard brake to check those, full turns in a parking lot and the like. Drove with the top down and that's when I fell in love. We crunched numbers, calculated payments, worked on what we wanted done to the car to match the price they were asking and came to an agreement on the out the door number. Financing was done expertly by Brad, as the bank I had set up to finance somehow denied my pre-approved loan. Brad worked his magic and was able to get me financed though. The payments were a bit more than I was originally wanting to pay because it was a 60 month rather than a 72 month but this car was definitely worth it. They even let me take the car home with me that night rather than keeping it over the rest of the weekend before they could fix the minor issues I had with the car. By the way, did I mention they stayed about 40 minutes later than closing time just to get me taken care of that evening? Yeah, they went above and beyond there. Come Monday they are ready to start working on the car for the "we owe", new tires, new battery, new vent louver, a cover for the 12 volt port and a detail cleaning so they tell me to bring it in. Unfortunately the car doesn't start. I call them and they have me change the battery which when tested was not putting out enough power. The car still won't start. I call back, they send a tow truck, reimburse me for the battery and fix that problem too which ended up being the mass airflow sensor. Now mind you, while they are fixing the car I brought my stepfather with me to drive me back home. No need for that. They give me a loaner car until mine was ready. Amazing. Above and beyond even the larger dealerships as most of them just drive you home in a courtesy car and come back to pick you up when it's done, leaving you without transportation. Hey, I know this is a long review but there are just so many aspects where this dealership went well above my expectations and deserve the credit for it. Maybe my expectations were low. That's why I explained it all in detail so I could leave that for you to decide. If I had to offer some cons to the whole experience from start to finish it would be that they are a busy dealership and as such patience is necessary. It's easy to be frustrated when you're not in and out right away but trust me, it's well worth the wait. Also, whoever detailed the car could have done a much better job. There was wax left in the spaces between the molding and the body and when they cleaned the dash they sprayed the dashboard directly rather than the cloth and left a spray mist on the inside of the windshield. They were however trying to get my car back to me as fast as they could though which I appreciate. Plus I know how to clean a car so it's not a big deal. I probably would have been just as happy had they not even cleaned it a little. So yeah, that is my experience with Spanos Motors. Even when picking up my car a couple days later I stopped by to asked Eli stupid questions and he answered them anyway. Kelly is on the hunt for a coffee mug for my stepfather and Nick stays in contact with me to make sure I am still enjoying the car. Will you have the same experience as I did? I can't say for 100% certain but I'm going to guess if you're willing to be patient with them and let them work their magic then you'll come away with a great car at a decent price and they will take care of you well even after you drive off the lot. Thanks again to the crew at Spanos Motors for giving me my best car buying experience ever.

The only problem I had was trying to get a spare tire after purchasing the truck. First a phone call with Spanos saying they would get a tire and rim.This was back in April. Spanos said okay then I here nothing more.More phone calls and emails. As of this date July 21 I'm still waiting.I paid a high price for the truck and expected it to have a spare tire.

We selected a Mercedes Benz and upon final inspection there were a few touch ups we asked to have done and not only did Rick and Dean decide to do them they went above and beyond and repainted the areas ! We needed to replace my husband's truck. We were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled on Spanos' website. We had no idea that they sold anything other than luxury cars. We were thrilled not only by the prices, but by the high quality, low milage vehicle selection. Charles, over on the truck lot was super helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a zero pressure experience and we couldn't be more thrilled. Charles and the rest of the staff, from the finance department all the way to the front desk were a true pleasure to deal with. We bought our truck from a gentleman named Charles. He has been wonderful. There were a few items that needed to be fixed and we knew we had to bring the truck back, as we live out of town and it takes about 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership. Since the service department could not do our repairs on a Saturday, my husband was told he could bring the truck in on a Saturday or Sunday. When he arrived on Sunday, they were surprised to see him, but the sales manager took the keys and our information. On Monday, Rose from the service department called me to let me know a part we needed would not be in until the next day. I called and spoke with Rose and advised we it was okay, as we could not get the truck until late Friday night or Saturday. I asked how late they were there and was told until 7 on Friday and 1 on Saturday, but we could pick up the truck any time. If we wanted to talk with someone in the service department, we would have to come during the service hours. On Tuesday she called to say the truck was ready. Here is it, Friday afternoon, and I call to make sure we can get the truck from someone since we knew we couldn't make it by 7. Rose informs me we cannot get the truck because someone in service has to go over it. She then tells me service is closed until Tuesday due to the holiday. I asked her why she didn't tell me this during the week and why she had said on Monday we could get the truck at any time. She said she was new to service and her manager recently told her this, so I asked why she didn't call me to let me know. She argued with me and tried talking over me every time I tried to say something. She also told me her manager was gone and our paperwork was locked up. I didn't question her as to how service would have gone over the paperwork had we gotten there by 7. She then asked me to hold. Next thing I know, I am transferred to some pour guy in sales. Here I am thinking I am speaking to a manager. I asked him his title and he told me he was a salesmen. Really? She transferred me to the showroom? I asked this gentleman to transfer me to Charles. At this point, my husband had called the fourth time in a row and had finally been transferred to Charles so I hung up. Guess what? Charles has the key and the truck and we will be going there in the morning to get it. I highly recommend Charles as a salesman, but will probably not be buying a vehicle from Spanos again.In addition, we broke down on our way out of town a couple of weeks ago in the truck. We bought the extended warranty, but didn't have the information with us. I called Spanos to get this information and was transferred to a finance manager. I left a voicemail and am still waiting on a call can. That was 2 weeks ago! Again, Charles has been great, but we are not impressed with anyone else at Spanos. We bought a vehicle about 6 months ago from Off Lease in West Palm Beach and had a pleasant experience (and drove 6 hours there and back in one day). I'd recommend Off Lease over Spanos.

I saw my car on the Spanos Imports website and called to see if it was still available. Due to the great interaction and warm response from Libby I drove all the way from Jacksonville Florida to meet with her. At the time of visit I meet with Brad who was a financial guru and Eli who made sure this deal went thru and I was satisfied. Eli ( sales manager ) even kept in touch with me every step of the process to make sure I knew what was going on and make sure I was comfortable . The staff at Spanos are unique you don't get that warm experience at other dealerships. Trust me I know !! I purchased a Cadillace SRX on May 20, 2016. Dean Shaw helped me with the purchase and financing which in my opinion is a miracle that I was able to do this. The price of the car was right for me and it was everything in a car I could hope for. It has some mechanical issues, which are being addressed as I write this. There was no pressure at the sale and absolutely no hesitation in standing behind a car that they sold to me. They simply address the issues and stand behind what they sell. That is just extremely rare in our day and time. The mechanics obviously saw the problem right away, Steve, who I assume is the Service Manager told me the problem and Maddie, who has helped me from day one got me on my way with a loaner until the car is good to go. There was never any hassle, no argument, just incredible customer service. I look forward to driving this really lovely car for years to come. My grandchildren are loving that Grandma has two DVD players in the back seat for them! I wanted a safe vehicle for myself but particularly for my grandchildren. Thank you Spanos Motors for making that happen. I recommend that if you are looking for a car or truck either domestic or foreign that you check them out. You will not be disappointed.

I had the good fortune of connecting with Libby Gardner at Spanos Motors during my search for a Porsche Boxster. Libby was helpful patient and great fun to work with on the purchase of a 2006 Boxster. I love the car! Libby helped the transaction go as smooth and easy as I have ever had. No pressure or problems. We were in the market for a used Honda or Acura for a third vehicle. I called this dealership and told them what I wanted. I was curtly advised this was a high end import dealership. Last I knew Honda and Acura are imports. Against my better judgement we drove there anyway as we found a nice looking 2006 Acura TL on line at their dealership. When we arrived we were told the car was sold. After a couple of minutes the sales rep told us they did in fact have the car and we went to look at it. The car would not start, looked awful, torn leather, cracked dash, faded paint and dents. Nothing at all like the internet photos. We were assured they would fix the seat and give us a "promise list" We asked for some finance information and were told we had to fill out a credit application before we went any further. The sales rep told us point blank, "Don't look at any other cars while waiting for finance." Did not know what that meant but we would later find out why!!! We know our credit is in the top 80% of US consumers so we filled out the application. While waiting for finance we found a nice looking 2006 Volvo S60 and asked the sales rep what the price of that vehicle would be. He seemed very agitated and returned a short time later and quoted us $11,900.00. I asked how that could be as it was less of a car than the Acura TL models. He declined to answer only to say WE DONT DISCOUT OUR CARS AND WE MAKE $1500.00 TO $2000.00 PER CAR, THAT IS WHAT KEEPS THE DOORS OPEN. We should have left then!!! We were then told , "okay, your approved, let's sign the paperwork." I told them no , I would not buy a car that did not start, I could not hear run or much less test drive. The finance man told us there was another customer right behind us who was going to buy the Acura if we did not. Back comes the sales rep who gave us a jump box to start the car. We jumped the car, engine sounded good. The radio showed an error code and would not work, there were dash lights indicating other issues. We drove the car and it drove ok but on our way back to the dealership it hit us. They wanted to sell this Acura to what they thought were gullible consumers. We decided that was enough and left the dealership. Later we found the Volvo was listed for under $9000.00 Why the BS, why the no discount, why the "Lets just sign the papers" why quote an unrealistic price on the Volvo.. As of 06-02-2016 the Acura is still there HUH? I will never go back to this business and will relay this information to our friends who are considering buying a used vehicle. I have lived in this area all my life and am shocked at this behavior from what we thought was a "High End" dealership.. I would NOT recommend Spanos ever.

This is not your ordinary used car dealership. This is a clean, friendly, high end, high quality car dealership. If you like imports, they have one of the best selections I have ever seen. Sports cars you ask? Take your pick. You could spend hours walking around their massive indoor show room converted from a really cool old building. All of the employees were very polite and personable, especially my saleswoman Libby. She was wonderful. I never felt pressured to make my decision. She even offered to get some dents and scratches on the vehicle fixed before she sold it to me for no extra charge. "Why not" I said. I used the extra week to get my finances set with my bank. In hindsight, it probably would have been easier to use their financial department. My bank was quite problematic, but when I came to pick up my car I couldn't have been happier. It looked amazing! My 2008 Acura TSX looked brand new. This car really kicks a**. I couldn't be happier with it, or the experience I had at Spanos Motors. Thank you Libby and the Spanos team.

Met Charles on Saturday and had a great buying experience! Found the vehicle I was searching for and received what I wanted for my trade and paid what I wanted for my Hummer. We had a slight problem starting the vehicle but thought it was due to the dome light being left on but, Charles noted the problem anyway. The next day the car was starting slow so I called him and he made arrangements for me to bring it in today. After a second check they discovered a bad cell in the battery so they replaced it, just to be sure they kept checking and found an intermittent problem with the starter so they replaced that and re tuned the motor just to make sure all was correct before putting me back on the road! Love my HUMMER, everyone here was super professional and never ANY pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. I would HIGHLY recommend Charles and Spanos to anyone in the market for a quality automobile!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Two years ago I bought a 328i from Stephen at Spanos motors....He was very professional, did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. So two years later, I needed another vehicle and I went back! I live an hour away, and I called up and Stephen was there for me again! Told him what I was looking for and my price range, by the end of my work shift I had my new car and all my paperwork ready to process. It was the easiest transaction and my car is amazing. Just a note, I still have my previous vehicle and I have had NO issues with it. They sell very high quality used Luxury vehicles. We have been looking for a truck for months. The first thing we noticed and liked was that the salesman came out and introduced himself and then LEFT US ALONE to look around. The first salesman we experienced that didn't breathe down our necks.We found exactly what we were looking for (paid a little above blue book, but that's ok.) This was on a Saturday. They cleaned it up, inspected it & did routine maintenance and we picked it up the following Monday.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the way the warranty was shoved down our throat. I was able to convince my husband later that it was a waste of our money and we have cancelled the warranty.We loved Charles. He gets 5 stars!

After 10 days he called me and suggested I come down to the dealership and see a car that he had found. the car met all my requirements and expectations. Too bad there is not less than 1 star. I wish I would have checked Yelp first. I did check with a local independent mechanic. He said they were good and honest. We must have different definitions of those words. They had a car listed that I was interested in. I wanted to have it checked by a mechanic. They said that if I put down a $500 dollar deposit they would deliver the car to my mechanic. I did that. 3 business days later I after calling several times to see if the car was delivered to the mechanic then Stephen said "Didn't I get his message? The car did not pass Spanos inspection. Transmission problem and a rear-end problem. They were going to sell it at auction." I said fine just issue me a refund. He said no problem that would be taken care of by noon that day.After days of un-returned calls and emails the status is as follows.1) No refund issued.2) The car I was interested in is still listed on their site.Bottomline, in my opinion they are selling snake oil. They have cars listed they have no intention of selling. They collect deposits they have no intention of returning. They have the worst customer service in the world. Amazing that their Facebook page only has 5 star reviews. Nice work deleting all of the bad reviews. Check Yelp if you want an honest assessment. Go else where.

I, too, went to Spanos looking for a new truck. I talked to Charles, a salesman with the company and he was very helpful and polite. When I got there I was the only customer, but it seems like within 10 minutes, other customers had arrived. He was the only saleman on the floor and he helped the new arrivals with a warm welcome and upmost courtesy. It so happened I did not buy a truck that day. When I left I forget my cell phone I was almost all the way home when I realized it was missing. When I got home I called them and they said they would look for it. The following day I returned to the truck lot and looked all over but still could not find the phone. Charles was called and came in to the office on his day off to help with the search. Today Charles called and said after searching the lot and trucks again they found the phone. I would like to thank Charles and everyone else involved with finding the phone a big THANKS. This is one business where customer service excels. Mr. Spano should be very proud of his employees and sales help. Thanks again Charles.

This Company and its salesmen are frauds, they lied to me about the truck from the beginning the pictures on Auto Trader were not representative of the vehicle at all. It was listed as "Pristine", like a brand new truck, the salesman knew we were driving over 400 miles one way to buy this truck and repeatedly told us we would not be disappointed, upon our arrival the vehicle had clearly been sunk in salt water, there was so much rust on the undercarriage I would have been surprised if it could have made the 400 mile drive back had we purchased it. there was black silicone smeared and spread all over the back window to try and stop the leaks. The torsion bars were missing from under the vehicle, back fender wells were gone, chrome on front bumper was bubbling and peeling, the rims were ate up with salt water damage and upon opening the gas cap there was a lot of black powdery dirt all around the gas tank opening. The paint was fading, the headlights were so clouded you most likely could not have used them to see at night. The salesman proceeded to try and tell me we can fix this for you, knowing that we just drove over 400 miles to buy this truck and we would not be bringing it back for repairs, not once did he tell us that there was anything that needed repair, although I do not see how they could have even attempted to fix the things wrong with this "Pristine" like brand new truck. The salesman kept telling us there was not one thing wrong with the truck and although I did not verify the VIN I am pretty certain the car fax was on an entirely different vehicle as the vehicle we were going to purchase was a dodge 1500 Laramie the car fax said Dodge 1500 ST/SLT. When I questioned him about it before we made the drive he swore the car fax was correct. NO WAY. Thankfully we went there and saw this truck in person instead of letting them ship it like they tried to get us to do. NEVER buy from this dealership. Wasted 16 hour 800+ mile trip. Do yourself a favor and skip over this company. Went there with cash in hand for the purchase, what a disappointment, never even drove the truck it was so bad just upon visual walk around inspection.

We expressed an interest in one of their corvettes via the Internet. Steve left us a message but was unavailable during our return call and never called us back after three attempts we gave up only to have him call us to say their buyer backed out so the car was now available. He could have told us the car was sold so we could look elsewhere. We made a special trip to Daytona Beach from Rockledge to see the car on a Sunday and Steve told us he had to contact their car broker to see if they could purchase our corvette as a trade in, to date, after two weeks we still have not heard a word from Steven. He did tell us they sold 135 cars last month mainly through Internet sales, site unseen, which after dealing with him in person might be your best bet if you decide to purchase through Spanos.

I had a very rushed and pressured buying experience from this dealership 4 months ago. I should've walked out then, however the car is the one we wanted. After I refinanced my car through a different financial institute, I was told to contact Spano s as the original dealer to cancel my Gap insurance. After leaving 3 voicemails I finally got someone on the line in finance who was to email me the paperwork. I never received an email. I have since called and left 4 voicemails with finance and 1 with the manager in a two week time period. No one has called me back. I agree with other reviews that this place does not care a thing about you as a customer once you sign the dotted line. I give them 0 stars

I was pre approved for a car loan and Spanos was on the list. I saw a car I liked and sent an inquiry but after a week with no follow up I went there. Greg greeted me I let him know my price range what I wanted and which cars I looked at on the website. Greg showed me several suitable cars was upfront with pricing and answered any questions I had. He knew which car I liked the best and did everything he could to get me into the car. After minor issues on my end Greg was able to jump through some hoops for me and I was soon driving off the lot in a new car. I never felt any pressure from Greg it was like we were just walking around looking at cars. I will be back for my next car. Dana in finance and Eli were also helpful but Greg sealed the deal.

He helped me pick out the perfect car and he explained various details and features of the car to me, which was great! He also assured me that my concerns would be addressed. He had Brad work on it, who by the way is awesome too. And he called when the numbers were worked out and we came in and signed. We purchased a Honda Odyssey in mid-October 2015. A sales staff member improperly secured the license plate which flew off on the highway (causing us to be pulled over by highway patrol 15 minutes after I left the dealership), After calling first thing the next morning and they were very apologetic about the license plate incident and offered to pay for the $1.50 part needed (We declined).The pictures online of the vehicle showed an extra middle seat which was one of the primary reasons for us to want the vehicle in the first place. We drove over 90 minutes from Jacksonville to view the vehicle only when we saw the van in person, it was not in the car. The body shop was closed and no one could find the seat that night. The sales staff of Charles and Eli assured us they would have the seat within the week. That if they couldn't find it in the body shop that one would be obtained for us. Brad White, the business manager who did the financing paperwork, even offered to meet us half way in St. Augustine to save us from driving all the way back down. Numerous phone calls and emails went nowhere as we had to always initiate the communication to get an update. This went own for nearly two months. Finally we were notified in mid-December 2015 that they had the seat. Brad then went out of his way to meet us in St. Augustine on his own time to deliver the seat promised to us by the sales staff. However the seat they obtained for us was jet black and the seats in the can we purchased are light grey.After a month of no communication from Spanos, we contacted them on January 18 when we happened to be in the area for a funeral. After arriving at the dealership, Eli apologized and blamed the delay on a change of staff in that area of the body shop. He said they would have the seat recovered and sent to us on January 21. On January 23 we received the seat in the mail. The seat we received now is dark grey in color and still doesn't match the light grey color of the current seats and van exterior.

I bought a beautiful 2003 Mercedes SLK230 Roadster from Spanos Motors three days ago. My salesperson Taylor Wendlocher was great. I had a couple of issues with the car and I spoke with Taylor about them. That same day Sales Manager Eli Von DeBaron call me. After I explained my problems to Eli, Eli had the Service Manager contact me. I have an appointment scheduled to bring the car in for them to straighten out the problem. This is obviously a dealership that not only has quality vehicles, but quality people. I will be highly recommending Spanos Motors to friends and family and to anyone that wants to buy a great vehicle at a fair price from a dealership that stands behind its cars. I live in Ocala FL where there is a car dealership on nearly every corner. I am so impressed with the service at Spanos Motors that the next vehicle I buy, I will drive the hour and forty minutes or so from Ocala to Spanos Motors to get it.

Our sales man Charles Janosky was an absolute blessing to deal with. I have been looking for newer avalanche to replace my 2005. I was referred to Spanos by a friend. After locating the avalanche I contacted Charles. He was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. I told him I wasn't going to be able to make it from Tampa to Daytona until the end of the week. Charles agreed to hold the truck, for a whole week! When I finally was able to make it to Daytona, Charles greeted us for the same respect as he did on the phone. I have been reviewing Spanos used car inventory for several months and at the end of last year I decided to visit them regarding the purchase of a Lexus RX300. First of all, before visiting in person I called to check whether the car was still available for sale since I appreciate it's difficult to maintain websites updated. I was fortunate that Ralph Jimenez answered the phone since he proved to be a very professional, customer-centic sales person. The car was still available and Ralph recomnded that I put a deposit on it so I could reserve it for 1-2 days, I did so and visited in person within such time. I was pleasantly surprised by the good condition of the Lexus RX300 and the number of past dealer records and carfax available for the car, which helped a great deal in the decision making process. I decided to make an offer and the process was fast and simple, we worked collaboratively to put all the data together to come up to a reasonable price that included several items that the dealer would take care of during preparation and prior to delivery. The delivery time was challenging since it was during the end of 2015 holiday week, Ralph did a great job at following up and assuring the vehicle would be delivered with all the items taken care of prior to my departure back to Missouri

We live in Ohio, but have vacationed in Daytona Beach. While there, we visited Spanos Motors. We were very impressed with their inventory - the cars all looked clean and were in beautiful condition. Since that time several years ago, my husband has regularly looked at their inventory online. Last year we found exactly what we were looking for! I called and spoke with Ralph Markus. We were uncomfortable buying a car "long distance", so we had many questions for Ralph. He was extremely patient with us and very helpful. Long story short - we agreed on a purchase price, I flew down, and Ralph (dressed professionally and in a clean, clearly marked "Spanos" car) picked me up at the airport to take me to the dealership. He even offered to take me to lunch, but I was anxious to get back on the road to Ohio. He had everything ready, took me on a test drive, had the few little things I questioned taken care of while I waited, and I was on my way home in my new (used, new to me) car within a few hours! Ralph even texted me to make sure I got home safely! It was so easy, we still browse their site regularly, and would feel very comfortable purchasing from them again when we need another vehicle. (We have actually contacted Ralph a few more times about other cars on the lot, and he always looks into our questions and gets back to us very quickly). I would feel comfortable referring any of my friends to this dealership, and to Ralph.

Don't be fooled by the quality of cars that these folks claim to have! I have been shocked a how unresponsive they have been regarding my inability to register my car here in GA. I am one day away from the temporary tag running out and I cannot find anyone to assist me. I have called numerous times and no one has the decency to reply! This is SO typical of most car buying entities - once they have your money, you're nothing to them. Even when I was trying to contact them pre-sale via email, the salesman was somewhat unresponsive. The only person who seems to care about returning emails is the owner. #epicfail

We purchased our BMW last Nov. and had a great experience with our sales advisor, Greg. With the vehicle being used, there were a few issues they agreed upon to fix. I was a little disappointed though that we couldn't get a loaner car. I know Steve Radican casually out side of the dealership and he really went out of his way to land a loaner car for me! I have served in the military for 20+ and have purchased over 10+ cars for different states and overseas. On 10/17/2015 I cash purchased a 2013 Chrysler 300 from Spanos of Daytona. As of today I am not able to drive the car due to the fact my temporary license plate has expired. I have made over 10 calls to the dealership trying to get a plate before mine expired. I was told the person that handles the license plate is not in and she would call me back. That never happen. I finally spoke to her on Monday and she said I would get the plate yesterday. I called today and had to continously call back 5 times because for some unknow reason my call kept getting dropped. The lady was not in and I spoke to a sales manager name Eli that said I could drive the car for 48 hours with expired temp plate. That didn't even sound true and was verfied when I call the tax office. I can honestly say that this has been one of the worst customer service operations when it comes to a car dealership.

We were interested in a used vehicle we saw on their internet site. We live an hour away so we called first to verify the vehicle was still available. We spoke to Jack who told us the vehicle was available. We asked what time they would be there to & told him we were headed there from our city. Got to the dealership and Jack informed us the vehicle was not there & had been given out as a loaner to someone who had a car in service. Wasted an hour trip with two children in tow. Jack should have been more professional and thoughtful when telling us the car was available especially knowing we were headed there. Guess he thought once he got us there he'd talk us into another car. No thanks. I prefer people who respect my time.

I wasnt looking for a car to purchase... let me just start by saying that... i had an A to B'er that would have prob lasted me another couple of years (ugly as it may have been). I had just moved to Florida and was kind of just muttering to myself that I was thinking about a car... a coworker who had purchased there told me about BMW's and Mercedes for WAY lower than i thought resonable... my first thought was this guy is full of it.. then he showed me the phone app with the cars and prices... my second thought is this is some obscure car scam full of bait and switchery... he says its 5 min away... lets go there. So we take a trip JUST TO SEE. I wanted the 750LI.. they had a 760LI for less than i thought i'd pay for the 50... so im like "what is wrong with these cars? Was someone murdered in them? Do they have engines? Why so cheap?" The salesman Dean had a really good sense of humor about it. He showed me a few options and somewhere around the fact that i could get a 760LI, an S550, or this E550 AMG for around the same price I was concerned about getting a lemon. All in all I picked up a basically BRAND NEW Mercedes E550 AMG with every option available a panoramic sunroof, which was the newest of the 3. Dean took the approach of explaining rather than pressuring.. i was a stockbroker.. trust me.. i know the difference. They got me financed (which with my black belt bad credit STILL baffles me), a bumper to bumper 2yr warranty, and an actual license plate ALL IN THE SAME NIGHT. I noticed a weird smell from the air conditioner a few days later took it in and they diagnosed and fixed the problem (which was some sort of gunk that builds up when the car has been sitting for too long). And they charged me NOTHING to do it. Long story short... because this is a long story. I have never had a Mercedes, or a BMW or anything like that. Never really was a car person. To own a fully loaded almost brand new one for less then my brother paid for his Camry is some sort of crazy. Personally i still think this has to be a front for a meth lab or something lol. I have seen bad reviews and I can understand that people experiance things differently, but I have had and currently still have NOTHING but positive things to say about the good people over at Spanos except "see you in 6 months".

This was the worse car buying experience I have every been involved with. After being approved for a car in September 2015, it took me two months before I took ownership. Thier customer service was below standards and the sales manager and sales representative never took responsibility of the issues. I will never do business with this dealership again. Buyers please beware and shop around. There were two individuals that I respected the Administrator Rose and the finance manager Brad. The others were the worse. If they offer you a warranty make sure you get in writing and a copy which I did. Just be very careful! The cars look good but the service of the dealership is not worth it.

On the strength of this dealership's promises at the time of purchase, I gave a good review. However, they have failed to follow through on their promise and I feel sufficiently aggrieved to rewrite my original review. After discovering that a part was not working on the car, the dealership informed me that the part had been ordered and would be sent to me for local installation once it arrived. That was the last I heard until I called several weeks later to enquire. My calls were never returned. In the end I asked to speak to someone in authority to whom I explained the situation. He said that to his knowledge no part had been ordered but he would check and get back to me that day. He never did nor did he respond to my two subsequent emails. In the end I contacted the sales person who undertook to check it out. At the time of writing I am still waiting for the courtesy of a report.

I call it a great day because when you get MORE then what you expect that makes for a great day. Thecar was all that it was pictured as and more. A mistake was made calculating the taxes and tag fees requiring me to use out of pocket monies to do so and we were promised a second working key fob. Initially due to personnel changes I was unable to contact someone to work this issue. I have since received a phone call for Eli with Spanos, very helpful and we are now working this issue with the taxes and the key fob. On occasion there are mistakes made with anything, business not being an exception, I believe this was an honest mistake that happened during personnel turnover and Eli and Spanos are now in good faith addressing these issues. We were happy when we left the dealership and we are happy again that this is being addressed. Thank you Eli and Spanos.

I've bought multiple bikes before (used and new) and this was by far the easiest and most enjoyable buying experience I've been through. I called them up looking for a bike and they mentioned a like new Triumph Daytona 675 they had just got in. I did my research on the bike and decided to make the trip down there. We first saw the bike on-line and decided we needed to check into the purchase of it-- it looked to good to be true. We spoke with our sales person the next day and he overnighted the paperwork to us. A Few days later, we flew to Daytona to pick it up and Wow! what a bike...it was much better in person. My experience with this dealer, the sales person I dealt with was Patricia Poons, was a good one. I purchased the car without seeing it and then exported it from the USA. During the whole transaction I felt that the communication and sales support were good. The car duly arrived and was everything I had anticipated and Spanos said it was. The one small part which was not working I was informed about, and Spanos ordered a replacement for and committed to ship it to me and cover the installation cost. Very fair and professional.

Terrible experience of lies and lack of response. They advertised green diesel Excursion briefly end July. I corresponded with Jason their truck sales mgr at that time that truck not ready for sale and said he would get back to me Aug 14 once vehicle out of their reconditioning dept (needed some repaint). That never happened. I called back end Aug as truck was now on their site. Spoke with Kelley who put me in touch with Calvin and I asked him to inquire about vehicle operating condition and any rust since it was a northern one. He said he would get back to me a few days later Aug 31. That never happened. I call in again on Sept 4 and speak to Steve who said he would do what Calvin never did. That never happened. A couple weeks later I get a call from Jason who said he didn't know I was interested and quotes me a price of $12650 plus $600 in dealer prep fee and I declined saying he had told me back in July he thought he could sell it to me for around $12000 and there isn't any way I am going to pay a $600 prep fee on a.used car from an independent dealership. I get a call from Rick their overall sales mgr on 9-15 and he asks me what I want and I advised him going through everything again that I am looking for what Jason advised of an off the lot price of $12500 ($12200 purchase price plus a more reasonable $300 dealer prep fee) as this was reasonable. What a surprise no response from Rick since 9-15 and its now 7 days later.I am amazed at how poorly a potential customer has been treated with delays and lies - you would think that they don't want new customers and forgot the Golden Rule.Very disappointed and still my wife and 6 children need a diesel Excursion.

Its a shame that such a dishonest and unprofessional business like Spanos was able to stay in business for almost 20 years. I purchased a 2007 range rover about two months ago under the agreement that Spanos will take care of minor issues with the vehicle in a TIMELY manner (tires, paint touch ups, ordering owners manual). Straight to the point, I still have not received my owners manual after I had to leave my car in the shop over 3 weeks since the initial purchase. After 3 weeks, they said everything was fixed, and then I almost got in an accident on the way back from the shop because of faulty service done by Spanos. I requested written itemized maintenance record, but they refuse to provide, although I am sure they are required to provide such documents. Moreover, employees at service department would constantly lie to the customers to keep them away from bringing up more issues. For example, Steve (Service Manager) emailed me about a month ago that the owners manual has been ordered, but I still havent received yet. Although his title says Service Manager, he has no competence in what hes doing or accountability/honesty as well as authority. He had to get an approval from the general manager to put gas in a loaner car This company must have some internal trust issues They would not respond to your email unless you submit a negative review or bring up potential litigation. This company has no internal communication whatsoever, as every single person I talk to would come up with different excuses rather than actually fixing the issues. Please make a wise decision by saving some extra cash to hire an attorney, since you wont be able to reasonably communicate with these people.

I recently bought a beautiful motorcycle from Spanos Cycles. Ryan and Mauro went out of their way to accommodate me. I was an out of state buyer. They took the time to answer all my questions and send additional pictures. They also assisted in shipping the bike to me. The bike arrived in prestine condition. Buying a used car is a gamble so I already knew to buy the gap ins. & extended warranted (thank goodness cause the AC went out in less than 30 days). After looking at a list of the cars we researched before we got there, we ended up with a fully loaded 2010 Nissan. We waited for almost 2 hrs. to do the financing - this went smooth. However it took them almost 2 wks. to get the car ready and still it was not totally ready by the time I picked it up! Service department practices are questionable as well!! All the calls are screen by the front desk. You leave a message it goes into a black hole! Never once did I receive a call back from anyone I dealt with at the dealer. No response to emails either! Im sure they are really busy because they have some great cars on the lot that almost sell themselves! However Customer service is a MUST! Unfortunately, the only time youll get it, is the first time you walk through the doors. Once you buy the car, theyll write you off!

We were looking for a SUV for our family and couldn't find anything at the dealerships we had been to. That was until we got into contact with Zack Delzotti at Spanos. We gave him our list of wants, and to our surprise he contacted us back in a few days with good news. When we arrived at the dealership to check the vehicle, our expectations were surpassed. We were in the market for toyota SUV and what he found us a a mint Lexus gx470, low miles and still in our price range. From there we delt with our salesman Ralf Jimenez who made the purchase seem more like a friend helping you instead of a sales deal. We never felt any pressure, just all the info we needed to close the deal. From there in finance, we delt with Torrence Snow who we probably spent as much time joking around and enjoying the process about as much as you can signing for buying a car. looking back I hope others can have the same great experience we had. Thank you Spanos, you guys really improve car buying...we love our Lexus.

It would take far too long to type out all of the details regarding my buying experience. The bottom line is that my wife and I were both ignored on several occasions, I have never had to work so hard to get someone to take my money. We would call or text with a question and it would take hours or even days to get just one response. The only way to get Mr. Greer to respond at times was to try to deal with another sales person. Towards to the end of the final deal we made, we were told by Mr. Greer that we were basically wrong in all the things we have said and we were the reason that it took weeks to complete our deal as he took zero responsibility for ignoring us on several occasions. Friday August 14th I sent him a text message checking on parts I was promised for my purchased vehicle, (Of which I was not even told would be needed for the vehicle ahead of time). Three days later on August 17th, he had not responded, I sent him another text and he finally responded asking when would I like to schedule an appointment. I told him "Probably next Sunday. Are all the parts in?" Even to this very moment I have sent him four unanswered text messages dating back to Wednesday the 19th in regards to parts that I was promised, asking about the parts and asking if they could possibly be mailed to me AND I WILL PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, since it was obvious that he had completed his sale, he was done with us. It is now Tuesday August 25th and I have no response from him and I have cosmetic problems with my vehicle I am now going to have to pay for out of my own pocket even though I was promised and it was put it writing that I would receive them shortly. I planned on letting it all go with the mind set of what is done is done. But after being ignored regarding the parts, I could not let it go. This is not nearly half of my complaints regarding this person. I realize this is just one person and I am sure the dealership does not condone anything I just mentioned. However this one person is a direct reflection on the dealership I carefully chose to give my business to for the first and last time and it has been a terrible experience and I am extremely disappointed.

Spent a Saturday on the phone with Steve Knox. Steve was very knowledgeable on the BMW 335i convertible that we were looking for and took the time to answer all my questions. My wife and I decided to make the 2 1/2 hour trip down on Sunday to be the first in line when they opened. Steve Knox wasn't working but had referred us to Steve Radican. Steve was great to work with! Very easy going, no pressure experience. What a beautiful car! The photos online did not do it justice. Only reason for 4 stars out of 5 is the fact that on the test drive a check engine light came on and we were unable to feel what the car would really be like to drive. Of course this was concerning to us thinking about purchasing a car with "a problem". Steve (also a BMW owner) apologized and told us that the car had not yet been fully serviced by their service department since they had only had it 3 days. He explained what the indicator meant, assured us that it was minor and would be completely fixed prior to us taking delivery. Speaking of delivery, Steve arranged for free delivery of our vehicle to our home since we lived so far away. While waiting for the paperwork to get processed, Steve was going over the car functions with me and showed me some easy maintenance things I can do myself and other recommendations to keep down the costs and avoid pitfalls some BMW owners make. While looking in the showroom, I found another BMW 335i and pointed it out to Steve who promptly took me on a test drive I'll never forget!!! Man what a car!! Torrance Snow was great to work with in Finance. We financed through USAA and it was easy. Torrance took the time to go over everything with us and did not just "push us out the door". Overall a great experience buying the car and can't wait for the delivery of it to start having fun. A special shout out to Rose the receptionist who is so pleasant to talk to. A Georgia peach in a Florida town. :-)

I got the oppurtunity to work with Ralph and he more than took care of me. Seeing as how i couldnt finance with the bank because I didnt have any credit ralph worked with me and got me a great deal and heped me get approved. He was respectful and he didnt just care about selling a car he cared about me as a person. The vehicle still needs some work and touch ups but ralph has been busting his butt to make sure I get the car detailed and to meet my approval despite him being very busy. I sell cars at another dealership and I strive to be as succesful as ralph. He wasnt pushy or mean he was what all car salesman should try to present themselves as. It was a great experience and I cant wait to buy my next vehicle with him.

I purchased a 2007 BMW from Spanos Motors and during the test drive the rear shade broke and Spanos agreed to make the repairs. I scheduled a date and they fixed the shade. About a month or so later the shade would not go down. I called Spanos and spoke with Steve in Service and he told me to bring it back in and they immediately fixed the problem. Thanks Steve and Spanos Repair Service. I also want to say thanks to Sales for a beautiful car and a great experience.

Never call back and are horrible to work with. We purchased a car from them and had troubles from day one (3 fuel pumps in 3 months, before they finally had to give us another car bc the lemon they originally sold us kept breaking down. Thankfully we had the warranty so they had to keep paying to fix it). When we purchased we bought the Reliable Protection Plan. Well now we have sold the car and are to receive a reimbursement for the miles we didn't use. Called Spanos got the form from them to complete and sent it back with the requested paperwork and was told in 3 weeks we would have our reimbursement. Well its been 5 weeks and Reliable Protection says Spanos hasn't even submitted the paperwork!!! These people are crooks! We have been told 3 weeks, then we were told no 5 weeks because they only write checks once a month, and we missed it last month. Then today they tell us 8 weeks. Plus you call and it's always "someone will call you back in 30 mins". HA that's a joke. No one has ever actually returned a call from Spanos since. I always have to be the one to call them back.

Purchase a 2007 BMW 328i on July 18th was told it needed items done and they would take care of it and deliver the car to me between July 21-23. On July 21, my car did not arrive, nor had I received a phone call regarding the status. I called on July 22 and was told the new radio head had arrived (mind you, when I bought the car on July 18, I was told the radio head was there already), was being installed and my vehicle was on schedule for delivery on July 23. On July 23, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told the radio head was not there and that they were at the mercy of BMW to get the radio head there an installed, but it should be done that day. I was told my vehicle would be delivered on July 25 in the morning. On July 25 I called and was told my vehicle did not pass inspection because of some major scratches on the front and back bumpers, but that they are going to take care of them and paint the bumpers so car will look brand new when I receive it. I was told then my car would be delivered on July 27. On July 27 I spoke with Spanos and was told my vehicle was on a truck for delivery. As July 27 went on and i received no call regarding delivery I called Spanos back and was told my vehicle was not on a truck to be delivered, but it would be picked up the next day and delivered to me. On July 28 I called to check the status and was told my vehicle was picked up and on its way to me. I got the carriers information to call to confirm and schedule delivery. The driver advised me he had my vehicle, but that he was soaked from the rain, therefore was not delivering my vehicle to me because he didn't want to get sick and that Spanos was only paying him $100. I spoke again to Spanos that this was unacceptable and advised that my vehicle needed to be there by 6:45 the morning of July 29, that I would refuse delivery of the car. The driver showed up at 6:45 with my vehicle and advised me that there was a $100 COD for delivery. I flipped out as I was told this was taken care of by Spanos. If I was going to be charged for the delivery, I would have driven to Daytona days ago and picked the vehicle up myself. The driver finally left the vehicle. I inspected it and noticed the radio head had not been replaced, my tire pressure light was on and there was a chip in my windshield. I contacted Spanos immediately and was told these items would be taken car of A.S.A.P. that the radio head was there and to schedule a service appointment. I spoke with Lisa in service and she advised the radio head was NOT there and that once it was received she would call me to schedule service. Today is now August 11 and I have not received any communication from anyone at Spanos to get these issued rectified.

Low class cheats. The kind of dealer that cheaps out of everything till you give up. Example. Floor mats in trunk are cheap aftermarket that do not even fit car. Never received promised extra key and manual. Told you are getting run flat replacement tires only to arrive and some no name crap regular tires on car. Numerous issues with car that took 7 weeks to repair. Gave up and had my local BMW dealer fix. No loaner cars available. If you want a trust worthy dealer that sells honest good cars, this is not your place. Trying to be a high class import, just another cheap and steal dealer. Buyer Beware!!!!!UPDATEAfter my negative review Matt from marketing called. After explaining the problem he stated that these things were promised so they need to uphold their end of the bargain. I had hope they would be decent about thinks. I have NOT recieved a single item we talked about. This is really a dirt bag dealer. I'm sure they have a few good cars but it truly is not worth the risk of buying here. They have lied, not followed up with their promised service and the items they have completed are done so poorly I have had the local BMW dealer reservice. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!. Go to a reputable dealer.

Saw a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica on their website and was very interested. Set up an appointment via their online chat setup after the lady online confirmed the vehicle was still available. Drove an hour to the dealership from Orlando, only to find out the guy they set up my appointment with wasn't even working that day. Fortunately, as we wandered the lot looking for the mysteriously absent Pacifica with no assistance, Kevin found us and asked if we needed help. While visibly disappointed we weren't there to drop 30 or 40,000, he still went very much out of his way to help us, and he was the only saving grace to our experience at Spanos. He took us down the street to their Service Center, where we finally found the Pacifica -- missing a door panel and two windows, and with leather seats that looked like they'd been around since the 80s. The pictures on their website made the Pacifica look excellent and ready to roll, and made no mention of being serviced or unfit to be sold yet. He stated it wouldn't be ready for another week and a half or so, and offered to help us find anything else in the right price range. He showed us a couple Jetta models, which were very nice, but explained that there weren't many options in the range we were looking for. He took our info and said he'd call us when the Pacifica is actually ready to sell.I wasted half a tank of gas and three hours of my time for an appointment with a guy who wasn't scheduled to show me a vehicle that wasn't for sale yet. Thank you, Kevin, for being a shining moment, because otherwise this would be a one star wonder.

Upon calling your service department I was first directed to Steve! He was not helpful at all! Always very rude when we spoke and then it became the trouble of no returned call. I finally got through one day and spoke to Lisa! She is absolutely amazing always returned my calls, did the best she could helping me through the process of my vehicle being worked on. I finally was able to get an appointment and upon bringing my car in both Steve and Lisa were there. I was of course being helped my Lisa when out of no where Steve was very rude to her. We finished up and my car was pushed through. If it were not for Lisa's professionalism and kindness I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Dean Shaw was my sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles and very keen on picking up what my needs and wants were. He was not pushy and did not try to just "sell" me a car. He went well above and beyond the standards to make sure I got what i wanted and was happy with it. From the moment I walked in the door, the rest of the staff was all very professional and very friendly. *Since my purchase, i did have a check engine light go on. Something you cannot foresee, but all it took was one call to Dean and they scheduled me to come in to the service dept to take care of it with no hassle. If I ever have to buy another car I WILL be going to Spano Motors. The overall experience was fast, friendly and changed my whole outlook on buying a vehicle. I never felt pressured into buying my vehicle and the dealer I worked with was honest and got the deal sealed with his willingness to make things work for us. He made things very convenient for us since we had our 4 year old daughter with us . He got her all set up on the wifi to watch her shows while we did paperwork which made everything that much smoother for us. I am 100% satisfied and will not stress car buying ever again!

Had a great experience at Spanos trucks. I spoke with John about a Jeep and we were able to get everything done in a relatively quick fashion. My wife and I went to Spanos Motors last minute on a Sunday. We were greeted very cordially and did not feel any pressure to buy a vehicle. After finding the vehicle we wanted, John Camp, our salesman, worked with us. Between John and Jason Parsons, they were able to give me the exact deal that I asked for. I was utterly amazed that the deal they gave me practically involved no haggling. I told them what I could afford and the vehicle I wanted. They pulled the deal out of a magician's hat! I hate going to dealerships, from luxury dealerships where I've bought brand new cars to used car dealerships. Spanos Motors has been the only place where the deal happened so fast and to my liking, that I would definitely go back there before going anywhere else. Haggling is by far the worse thing about buying cars, but with them, I didn't even have to travel down that beaten path. Thanks again for such a FAST and very nice car buying experience.

For over a year, I saw a variety of cars on-line at Spanos in which I had an interest. But, when I drove 2 hours to get there , the vehicles had been sold. This year, when I saw a vehicle of interest, I called first, and placed a deposit on the car. The car had need of a couple of minor repairs and at the time of purchase, the dealership agreed to make the repairs as part of the purchase agreement. Through a misunderstanding with the salesman, the car arrived without the repairs. I contacted the marketing manager, Matt Johnson, who corrected the problems to my satisfaction. This dealership has a broad selection of automobiles and you can feel secure that that will honor any agreements made associated with the purchase of your new car. My boyfriend knew exactly what car he wanted, and spent a lot of time doing research in the Jacksonville area. We have been looking online for a while and found Spanos had a great variety to choose from. Even though we are from Savannah, Daytona has a special connotation to us. We were engaged there in 1999. My husband made several phone calls with questions and spoke with Dean. His knowledge and patience with questions posed were amazing. I was a little taken back at first...the vehicle I wanted to test drive was nowhere to be found...this dealership has many, many beautiful cars and trucks and we eventually found the vehicle. The pictures on the website didn't do it justice, it was in near mint condition for a 2004. Charles took his time, no pressure and basically let me take my time with my purchase. Charles hooked me up with Torrence in finance, he as well took his time with me and got me financed with a great rate. I contacted Randy with Spanos and he was great...however, after finding the car I wanted, putting deposit on the car got my financing but because I was out of town on business (thus the deposit to hold) they sold the car I had been approved for because "I haven't driven it yet"..and called me after the fact. Very bad business practice. Didn't even call to see if I could have someone else come down and give them the full down payment or send me the final paperwork to fill out to be sure I didn't lose it-could have even given my credit card over the phone, but no options were given. Will be happy to tell anyone and everyone who will listen about my experience.

Drove down from Jacksonville to see an "OUTSTANDING" 13 year old Escalade. Pictures were photoshop'd this truck was in fair condition for a truck selling for $15k. Maybe for a 13yr old truck by those standards it was in "OUTSTANDING" shape. KBB has this truck in fair condition as $7,000 to Outstanding condition as $11,000 so obviously there should be room to negotiate. This truck had a spare tire, dings and scratches in every section of the truck, a torn front seat, sunbeat paint, peaking rear bumper, dvd in dash from 2002 that hits the shifter when it opens, headliner for moonroof was falling off, moonroof button was missinng but still worked, front passenger suspension had an issue coincidently the same side with blown tire and spare on, oh and it has a rear accident on Carfax. By this dealerships standards this is "OUTSTANDING CONDITION" I inquired about a trade-in for my very similar truck. Rare item, great shape KBB on it is $14,800 to $17,100 they offer $13,000 on trade and refuse to come down on their OUTSTANDING Escalade. It was an insulting waste of my time and I warn anyone from making a trip to this dealership.

Came in the door knowing which car i wanted which was a 2009 bmw 328I. I was upset that the car i found on the website was just sold as i came out of jacksonville to go look at it 1 1/2 hour drive.Dean Shaw was my sales man and he made me feel welcomed and at home and showed me around other BMW's that i was interested in. I traded my car and ended up with the BMW that i love!My old finance company wasn't picking up the phone and Dean went on his way to call it repeatedly until 2 hours later they finally called and said they had phone issues. Spanos Motors goes above and beyond for the customer! My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the service. They were very patient as we had quite a drive to make to get there. Once we arrived, pretty much everything was ready for us to go with paperwork which made it a speedy process. At one point, my insurance agent was being a bit difficult in sending over the Proof of Insurance so we could finish the deal and Steve, our sales agent, saved the day! Our long drive wasn't wasted! After the first few minutes of speaking with the Spanos team, I knew we made the right choice in an automotive dealer. From the very personable sales advisor Charles, to the flexible General Manager Jason, we couldn't have asked for a better, more personable experience. Our finance associate, Torrance gave us plenty of options and a no BS approach to financing, even though he is a Cowboys fan. We did find that the brakes felt a little off during our test drive but were assured the issue will be addressed by their service department at no cost. Contacted Dean in reference to purchasing a vehicle. He stated that he would speak with a finance person and see what he could do and call back. He did call back and recommended that I speak with my bank to obtain additional funding..that was not an issue, however him telling me I was nothing but a number to his finance people was. The next day I called back and he stated that he would check on availability of the vehicle and call me back....never did. I called again and was told they would get message to him..again no return call. Extremely disappointed with them and their greater than everyone attitude. Don't care what they have for sale...their customer service sucks.

We had specific requirements for a replacement car for my wife and found a couple of candidates in the Daytona Beach area where we were going for spring break. We contacted Spanos via their website and received an instant email reply, and then received a phone call from Steve Knox. We discussed our requirements and he arranged for us to contact him when we arrived. We stopped at another dealer to look at a car, that ended up already being sold, and was an entirely different color from the advertisement. We then went to Spanos, and the car we looked at was exactly as advertised. Steve went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase, and even kept it stored a few days while we were on vacation since the motel wouldn't allow an extra parking space. They also did a great job detailing the car before we picked it up. We got an excellent deal, and also received timely followup after the sale in connection with our tag & title transfer to Georgia. We wouldn't hesitate to go to Spanos' website first for future purchases, and arrange to buy from them again as long as we could deal with Steve. Plus, there's always a good reason to drive to Florida. Thanks for a great experience Steve.

Steven Knox was my agent. He acted as my eyes and ears since I was purchasing the vehicle sight unseen via the internet. He was honest, professional and ensured the car was dealer ready when shipped. He kept me in the loop daily with descriptions and pictures regarding maintenace or items that needed touching up. I felt comfortable purchasing the vehicle and he evn put me in contact to discuss a extended warranty Recommend the carriers are told not to smoke in vehicles. When the car arrived in Texas it smelled like a smoke factory. It took me days to rid the car of smoke. still a work in process.

I bought a 2010 Challenger while deployed in Afghanistan, the process so was so easy and they make the process seemless!!! I would highly recommend if you find something you like place a deposit which is refundable if you change your mind, but the cars constantly move there without a problem so first come first serve on some amazing deals. The best thing for me was that they were military friendly, I would recommend speaking with Steven Knox, outstanding sales man that will work with you and keep you in the loop if you are buying online!!!

The experience I had with Spanos Motors was by far the worst thing I have ever been through in my life. They only care about how much money they can make off of you and a quick sale. Their customer service is a joke...I have never met a group of men quite like them. No one will take accountability for any mistakes/issues. I could go on and on about how awful my experience was.... The reputation Spanos has with locals in Florida says it all for me, SCAM ARTIST. They buy wrecked cars at auctions, do the body work in their garage out back to make them look new, and then sell them with a high mark up. During my consultation I was given a fake car fax (copied and pasted VIN number to show no accident history), which still leaves me in awe today. This place only cares about making easy money. If you don't believe me, make a trip up to their fancy showroom and see how many 'salesman' look up from their iPads to assist a potential customer. Don't let what happened to me, happen to you....I surely wish someone would have warned me!!!!!

What a great buying experience. I worked with Rick and Jason; they were straight forward with valuing my trade, they were generous with the trade in amount and the vehicle was priced right. They did insist on touching up the paint for something I couldn't even see! The vehicle has in beautiful condition, it was even better than represented. We walked into Spanos because we were interested in a BMW they had. We were warmly greeted and had all our questions answered. Leg room, head room, cost and fuel efficiency were major factors for us. The BMW 5 series had it all. We went home and thought about it then went back to Spanos and purchased the BMW because they were informed, friendly and non-aggressive. They made the sale! I had seached and searched,liteally all over Florida, fo a Pontiac Solstice with low miles. Everytime I found one, it would be " just sold." I emailed Spanos about a car on their site, Ira called me back to tell me that it too had just been sold, however, they just had one coming on to the lot. I came the next morning and met with Dean who was really great. They worked with me and I got great deal on a low milage car. My daughter was able to drive a beautiful, red Solstice home that day. They have beautiful gently used sports and high end vehicles. I would recommend to anyone to make the drive and go see Dean if you are lucky or anyone else there.

I was trying to deal with this dealership before wasting my time. i had applied online and i was approved for the loan. but at that time they came back with a rediculous down payment amount that seemed strange due to the fact i was also dealing with other dealerships. when i questioned it the salesperson told me he would go back to the finance manager and see what the problem was. after waiting 3 days i called back inquiring. again i was giving the run around with no answers. Very Poor Customer Service.

IT TOOK BACK AND FORTH AN HOUR AND A HALF DRIVE FOR 6 MONTHS-LOANING US VEHICLES WITH CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS ON, TO CONCLUDE THE REAL PROBLEM WITH OUR VEHICLE. WE WERE PUT IN HARMS WAY OF THE BREAKS COMPLETELY GOING WHILE DRIVING TWICE. THE MECHANICS OF SPANOS ON A TEST DRIVE EXPERIENCED IT AS WELL. YOU NEVER TALK TO THE SAME PERSON TWICE, NO ONE KNOWS YOUR CASE THAT HAS BEEN GOIN ON FOR 6 MONTHS OR THEY ARE A NEW EMPLOYEE. PEOPLE SAY THEY ARE THE MANGER OF THE OTHER STORE AND THEREISN'T ANOTHER STORE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD FINALLY REPAIR OUR VEHICLE. BUT WANTED US TO SIGN A NOTORIZED DOCUMENT STATING WE SIGN OUR CONSTITUTION RIGHTS AWAY- MEANING NO FILING ANY COMPLAINT WITH ANYONEIN THE WORLD, NO WRITING REVIEWS OF THIER COMPANY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO DEALING WETHER IT BE AND I QUOTE IT BE "LEGAL GROUND OR JUSTIFIABLE CAUSE." I went to Spanos because of an email they sent for a beautiful Jag. When I got there I was greeted by salesman named Mike Levitt, very nice man. He searched the building for the jag but while he was doing that I found a Nissan 350Z and fell in love with it. I did start up the jag but I really wanted to test drive the Z so Mike got her ready to go and handed me the keys and off I went for my test drive. Someone came into the show room looking for that car to purchase it and Mike told them someone was test driving it.......... when I got back he told me this but also assured me if I wanted it we could make that happen. Mike was very easy to work with no haggleing he just asked for some paperwork to be filled out and he did what he had to do and the next thing I know I am the proud owner of a 2004 Nissan 350Z. Mike was also kind enough to offer to deliver my car after they put the resistall on the inside and outside of my car. Mike thank you for all your help I will send car shoppers your way.

I went to buy a vw convertible but it was gone by the time I got there so I saw a 350Z convertible sitting there and asked if I could test drive it. Mike Levitt was my salesman so he said absolutely. My friend and I took the sports car for a spin by ourselves and I fell in love with this car. Mike had another customer come in to the dealership while I was test driving the Z and they wanted this car too, thank goodness I had it out for a spin or I could have been the client who was disappointed. I did buy this car and I cant wait to get it in my driveway, Mike offered to deliver the car to me because I chose to purchase the inside outside protection package which they will put on and then deliver my car. I live in Jacksonville and found the car I wanted at Spanos. I bought the best warranty possible. I was told don't worry if ever there was anything wrong they will give me a loaner. Will even drive to Jacksonville to get the car if I needed. I have to bring it to Daytona, and they cannot tell me when I can get a loaner. I am sitting in their waiting area as I write this. THEY DON't ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!! Think twice before you buy here. The salesman will tell you anything to get the sale.

When I decided to go for my first BMW, I sought in Spanos as a true option. Went through the buying process with no hiccups and Kevin, my sales person was absolutely great to deal with. No pressure on the sales, excellent service from the financial department. I thought it couldn't go wrong. Pre certified car, should have no major issues. Well, lucky me, 4 months of owning the car, the fuel pump quit working. After I had pumped to the full of the most expensive uleaded treated gas I could find! Ok, part of the points that made me convinced about buying it from them, was that the guaranteed they would always have me a rental so I wouldn't miss work if "ever" my car breaks down. Well, it didn't happen and lost a full day of work plus it cost me a rental so I wouldn't miss a second day!!! I decided to just keep thinking of the positive of getting my dream car and move on. Well almost a year later, tag renewal is up and guess what, I have issues with my registration. I have a paper that says it expires july 2014 and on the DMV website it says I've been driving with an expired registration for more than 8 months!! I tried to contact Spanos representative to get some help and all I get is the we will call you later. Called back again and all I got was they are researching on your issue. What issue? They never gave me a chance to tell them what my issue was. Anyway, my final word, they have good cars, excellent quality, the buying experience is great but that is as far as it goes. For the rest, be prepared to find your own mechanic or pay the up fees of the dealer and be done with it. Loaner cars, forget it, if they are booked they wont move a finger for you.

Despite having a relatively painless buying experience, the service after the sale closed has been shameful. A handful of issues were noted to be fixed on the contract as part of our agreement to purchase the vehicle. After two months of runarounds and excuses, they are never available to take calls or return them. If you are considering doing business with Spanos, be sure you are not far away from their place of business so you can deal with them in person. At this point, we're sorry we made the decision to do business with them.

I really like it and think I got a good price and my trade-in was fair. But the most important thing was their customer service. They were really nice and not pushy. I was treated with respect and was walked through the whole buying process for m A to Z. The Mercedes C300 I purchases was exactly what I wanted, below budget! Spanos motors was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

not very trustworthy, especially when the list a car as "pristine", and it was most definitely not! The paint job was faded and peeling. Scratches and dents everywhere. But, they are good at trick photography! They set the car up in front of a red curtain to take pictures, which amplified the red paint off the car. God trick to make it look good, but when I saw it in person, totally different look to the car.

I hate cars. I hate feeling like I'm getting screwed when I buy it, fill it with gas, repairs, and then again when I sell it! I was skeptical walking through the door! Sammie helped us the entire way. I got him to go for a ride in the little convertible!! He is a great person and tells you like it is. We liked our experience with him so much that we bought that car and we are buying our second car from them this weekend. On 06/18/2013 I bought a 1999 Jaguar XK8 from you guys, the same week the car presented an engine problem and an engine message was displayed on the dash, I call you guys and they took the car for repairs the same month, after one week you returned an allegedly fixed car with a "new" car battery; After three more week and only 200 extra miles the same engine problem appears. Obviously you did not fixed the problem, after a great frustration with the car purchase, I took the Car to the Orlando authorized Jaguar dealer where they changed the "throttle" and fixed the problem ones and for all, but charged me $3,000.00. I send an e-mail to Mr. Alex Spano's asking help in the payment of the Jaguar repairs, after three weeks a Spano's manager call me asking me to send the repairs bill, what I did with negative results until now. I thought The Spano's Motor dealer was more professional and reliable, but obviously, is not. Beware when you buy a car at this car dealer.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. She set us up with Sammy who from the get go only showed me cars that I was interested in. He did not try to pressure me into buying something I did not want which is exactly what happened the day before at a different dealership. I had a great experience there - the sales guy that helped me was really friendly and open with me. He answered all of my questions and knew what he was talking about. I got a good feeling from him, and everyone else there was friendly as well. The facilities were well maintained and the cars were all very clean and nicely presented. They had a good selection, and I felt comfortable taking my time browsing around and asking questions. I didn't buy a car yet, but I will definitely go back there to buy one after doing a bit more research.

Buying something this large without seeing it in person goes against all I believe in; but I took a chance after talking to Dean and Stephen. Bought the Harley Davidson Electra Glide that they had advertised. When it arrived in Michigan I can say that it is EXACTLY as pictured and discussed over the phone. The pictures they had showed any blemishes, and I was told of any scuffs or effects of Florida air on the chrome. (all minor) The sales process was simple and painless. Only reason for not giving all 5 stars is sometimes it takes a while to have calls returned. To be fair, I don't return calls to my customers until I am done with the folks that are sitting across the desk from me either. Planning to visit store in person on next trip to look at something on four wheels. Just need some sunshine now!

I usually wouldn't take the time to write a review but for Spanos I make an exception. Queried a vehicle on the phone last Saturday and it was confirmed sold that morning, another vehicle confirmed available. Drove there next day and that second vehicle was also sold and had been mistaken for another car of similar details, surprise surprise. The salesroom only has a FRACTION of what is on the website. They do not remove vehicles that are sold, they leave them up on the website to attract.....yeah, never seen this one before. Salesman Dean could not even give a list of current inventory, and blamed the website being down and business for the reasons behind the inventory not being up to date. WakeUpCall: it's now Wednesday and that same inventory is up there! Best yet; that car that was sold when I rang originally was confirmed as not available next day when I was there, however got a message from a different salesman there the following day that it was for sale, yet it was nowhere on the showroom floor! So one guy says it's for sale, other guy says it's sold....don't waste your time, car salesmen at their finest.

When it came time to purchase a used car for myself I was very lost. My wife and I have been looking for a new car, on and off for over 6 months. We checked almost every site on the internet. When we called it either had been sold or when we went to see the car it was drastically different than the pictures. Ive been driving an ML mercedes for 4 years and wanted to purchase a newer luxury SUV to transport my real estate clients. Our neighbor mentioned Spanos to us over a dinner party. We pulled them up and saw many interesting SUV's and great prices. I called on one but it sold the day before but the salesperson John admitted the cars there sell very quick and he asked me what we were looking for and when we get something in he would call me. Three days later John called my and said the just recieved a 2008 ML350 with all the options I wanted at a great price (too good to be true). He held the car for us and when we went in the next day and there she was just like he said and not sold). There operation is very impressive, they service all there cars in house and no pushy sales tactics. If you are looking for a car, want luxury, performance and a dealer who stands behind it all, I strongly encourage you to look at Spanos Motors. John was extremely knowledgeable, quick to listen and very motivated to please. Truly one of the best dealer experiences I've ever had.

This dealership has not refunded back my down payment for over two weeks now. The salesman took my down payment before we got to the finance mgr. but after they lied on terms of deal and I walked away they have not credited back my credit card as they said they would. I have filed a complaint with the state of fl as well as had the credit card co. Dispute the charge. Small claims court is coming very soon. Buyer beware of this shady dealership and it's awful customer service.

Over the past 15 years, I've bought 4 cars from Spanos Motors, from a Saab to a Mercedes AMG. Although they've moved locations a couple times since then, they have always had the greatest selection of cars. For anyone looking for an affordable luxury or performance vehicle, this is the perfect place. There's no "buy now" pressure from the salesmen, which is really nice if they don't have the car you're looking for at the time. WARNING! Bought a car from them, they called me three days later to tell me I had to return it because they got the financing wrong it was 3K more than they had sold it to me for and they already sold my trade so I would be stuck with what they had on the lot. Had to call a lawyer to keep my car. I thought it was an honest mistake till I went back to trade it in years later and they did it again. Settled on a price over the phone then got there to pay for it and suddenly they made a mistake and it was 3K more than the price they gave over the phone. The manager Steve did not even apologize to us after having to drive 1 hour with a baby. We were offered a return customer discount, that they suddenly forgot about when it was time to buy as well. They will tell you what ever you what to hear till its time to put it in writing. Save time and hassle and buy from an HONEST dealer. If this does happen to you, you can make them stick to there verbal agreement by law!!! I would just rather go somewhere that I can TRUST the people I'm dealing with! NOT THESE GUYS!!

I purchased a 650i BMW and have had issues with the car less than 24 hours after buying it. Car has spent more time in shop being fixed and its still not operating the way it should. Haven't been reimbursed for expenses under warranty even though they said they would. They lack technical and customer service. Buy a car from a real dealer!

I had a beat up 2002 Nissan Frontier, took it to Spanos Motors to get body work done. What had happened is I smashed the tailgate on a pole and couldn't find anyone to replace the tailgate for me. Spanos not only found a replacement tailgate, but repaired my quarter panels, and repainted a lot of the car. Now my beat up old car looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

We recently purchased our first vehicle from the Spanos Motors group, a 2008 Infiniti QX56, that they found custom through their numerous auction contacts. We wanted a specific color combination, a specific mileage range and amount of service records and they delivered within 2 weeks! We had previously spent nearly 6 months trolling the auto websites ourselves with little/no success. They also found us very attractive financing terms that were BETTER than our own bank! I just bought a very nice car at Spanos and had a great experience. They have a great selection of luxury cars typically 2 or more years old. This was an eye opening experience, because I have tended to buy new cars in the past and taken an immediate, significant depreciation hit. I saved a lot of money buying used at Spanos on a car that is still under factory warranty. They can also provide extended warranty's on cars that are beyond their factory warranty. Given there are so many choices I found a car that I never considered previously and I love it. If you are in the market for a luxury car at a great price, I highly recommend Spanos. They also gave me a great price on my trade-in and I discoverd that I only pay sales tax on the difference between the cost of the new car and the trade in value of the old car, which also saves a lot of money. I highly recommend that you visit Spanos for your next luxury car purchase.

We went in found exactly what we were looking for. Then began the financing part. I have great credit but they kept having issues. Asked for a co signer. They tried three co signers over a weeks time period. Every time saying it would work. I just think the financing dept needs to be quite a bit better.
