Best customer experience I've ever had! The employees in the service department went above and beyond to make me feel like their most important customer, from fielding questions with enthusiasm to going the extra mile to make sure I had the loaner car I wanted. Jenelle is an absolute delight to work with! In fact, every single person I talked to, from sales people to the cashier, exhibited a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to the staff for their exemplary customer service! You've earned a lifelong customer.

I just purchase a new Lincoln MKC at Southhills Lincoln. This store is a perfect place to buy with confidence . The personnel at this dealership is superb.

Took truck to have warranty work done. Didn't fix issue after looking at it twice. Also performed state inspection and passed vehicle with a brake issue that NEVER should have passed safety inspection. Took truck to a different dealer and they fixed it on the first try!! Never did receive a customer satisfaction survey from anyone about this dealer.

As a customer of South Hills Lincoln since 1988, the experience with this dealership has always been excellent. Yesterday I picked up our 7th car from them. Another wonderful, stress free purchase! Also, peace of mind knowing that the Service Department will take care of any issues is very important. Professionalism abounds at this dealership in all departments and the cars are so reliable.

This was my third mkx from the South hills dealership. my salesman, Ken Carl was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable. He knew his product. Jeff in financing was great. From the very first visit looking at used Navigators and meeting Jeff the salesman, who went beyond just showing us cars on the lot, to offering to hunt the type of Navigator that we were looking for and Dennis in the financial department it was a great experience. Jeff was truly interested in helping us find what we wanted with no pressure to buy, which has been our main turn off with many dealers. We leased a 2016 Navigator L which I absolutely love and we would definitely recommend South Hills Lincoln. Quality cars and quality employees.

I had such a great expirence buying from them! I had a limited budget and they worked with me to get me into a great used car! The process was quick and easy, everything was signed and done within a half hour and they were showing the features of my new car. They even topped it off with a bow! I would absolutely go back to buy vehicles in the future, and recommend this dealership to friends!

Have purchased a number of vehicles from salesman Andy Kochifos who is extremely knowledgeable. He inquires as to my needs and suggests a model that meets those needs and requirements. Never pushy. I am always satisfied with my experience at the SH Lincoln dealership. The service department has always been courteous and have done a supberb job. I woujldn't trust any other facility to work on my car. Every employee is courteous.
