If you are going to be more than 7 days on your car payment plz be prepared to have your car turned off no matter where you are... Everyone goes through problems but these people are definitely not understanding... How can they expect you to pay if you can't get to work.. I really hate Shabana and none of the people I know don't ever want to deal with them after they seem how Shabana did me

they are very friendly and welcoming. they help me decided on what to do with my old car which i indeed tradeed in with them. for a very nice and affordable car. when i did start to have problems with the car they came a got me for free. an put me in a car rental so yes i will contiue to do buss with them

First sign to run, they messed up my paperwork. Second I tried signing up online to pay only to find out they assigned me two different loan numbers. Last, one month into my purchase my floors are soaking wet after a heavy rain and I'm told it's not their problem.

This company allowed us to purchase a truck in order to reestablish credit, which is great. Customer Service - The salesman was nice, but tried to 'handle' my husband, which wasn't going to happen. Ended up speaking with me to gain clarity and was able to allow cooler heads to prevail. Buying Process - They wanted a certain amount down, which we had all but $150. The salesman tried to be bull-headed about not allowing us to proceed, but when his manager/supervisor happened to walk by during the conversation, he waived that $150 so we could continue our purchase. Quality of Repairs - The truck needed to be rekeyed...and they sent someone to our home to do it...and paid for it themselves. Excellent. However, we're going through something else right now...lights regarding traction/anti-lock brakes, ABS, etc. came on. Took it to their suggested mechanic, who on the first visit gave us the reasons why the lights would come on at all. Advised us the lights would go off as the terrain/weather changes. That didn't happen. Lights stayed on. Took it back and they're saying it needs to go to the Chrysler dealership, but Shabana will pay for the repairs...since the lights came on the day after the car was purchased. We'll see about that... Facilities - I was there via phone, so I didn't see the facilities.

I saw the Avalon online. They did not put any price but said price negotiable. I drove from 290/1960 area all the way to Shabana Motors close to 59 S and Bissonnet. I test drove about 2 or 3 Avalons. Then I asked for the price. The salesman kept me waiting for over 45 mins trying to ask his boss about the price. I expected a salesman to know the price. At the end, I left angry because the price was so unreasonable. They could have put the price on the car to start with. That way, I would not drive over one hour for nothing. Very poor customer relations.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from Shabana Motors. The customer service was friendly, the the whole buying experience was great. I walked in with leaving with a vehicle on my mind and within hrs. I drove off with a vehicle. I caught the bus and walked the feeder saying to myself Im am not about to get back on the bus home, I need this vehicle and sure enough I DROVE home im my new vehicle. Best car buying experience I had without all the hassle like I experienced with Fredy Kia and Tom Peacock and Honda of Clear Lake... SAD! THANKS SHABANA... YES I AM SO SHABANATIZED!!

Shabana Motors is a good dealership when you are there to purchase your car and they tell you that they will help you if you ever need to set up a payment plan. but when it comes down to you really needing the help you have to speak to a person who is assigned to you and when I asked to speak to the manager named Jasmin she was very rude hung up on me and very unprofessional and informed me that there was no one above her i could speak to and if I have issues I needed to deal with my account manager which was no help at all because she told me I had to speak to Jasmin. This place is a horrible! Stay away! If I would have known that manager nor other employees would help me with my payment plan I would have never got my vehicle here! Manager Jasmin is very rude unprofessional.

I purchased my SUV 8 months ago and I am as happy today as when I first drove out of the lot. Very reliable vehicle and no problems at all with it since we have had it. Wonderful salesperson Steven was upfront and honest with us on our downpayment and what vehicles he could get me into. I would recommend Shabana to anyone who has been denied by other dealers and with past credit issues. Give Shabana a chance to help you out!

A+++ My experience with Shabana Motors was Awesome! My car was totaled and I initially went to another dealer who played games and gave me the runaround for well over a month. I remembered hearing Shabana Motors commercials as well as I used to work not far from the dealer. I went to the website, found a vehicle I liked, completed the Finance Application and Edgar responded almost immediately. I explained my situation to him and he was attentive, very willing to help me and got the ball rolling. Salesman Ade called me shortly after and set up an appointment for me to come in the next morning (it was almost closing time on this day). I went to the dealership, and long story short, not only did Ade, Edgar and Mr. Mohammad show me great customer service and care (including feeding me great food for lunch since it was a long day!), but I drove off the lot with the beautiful car of my dreams -- a very well maintained Infiniti G37!! Mind you, this was not the car I came for, but while I was there, it was brought out on the lot! I feel like it was a Blessing just for me because an Infiniti G37was the same car (although not the beautiful color and great condition at Shabana's) that the other dealership was giving me the runaround and such a hard time about. Talk about Favor!! Fast forward, about a few weeks later I did have a problem with malfunctioning of the air conditioner. Ade and Serg scheduled for me to bring it back right away, ordered the part needed and gave me a loner until the part came in and a/c unit was repaired -- I haven't had a problem with it since (6 months ago). A special special THANK YOU!!! to Edgar, Ade and Serg for showing me much love -- you are truly appreciated! Many Blessings! Heard many good things about Shabana Motors, so decided to take off work and showed up at opening time. I had a car to trade in and had already picked out the one I wanted to buy. When I walked through the door, the receptionist ignored me and played on her phone for at least 10 minutes before I asked her to page an appraiser for me. Girl was very rude but paged the appraiser and told me to wait. Sat right in front of her for 20 minutes but no one came and she could care less. I was ready to buy but couldn't even get past the trade in phase. Will never be visiting again.

Bought a car at Shabana Motors it was the worst mistake I ever made. Took the car home find out later the heater didn't work. I called to tell them they told me to bring back they would fix it. I live 116 miles away they had me to bring the car 4 times. The heater is still not fixed. I then went to the head supervisor he talked very bad to me.He told me what you telling me for? Idont want to hear about that mess don't call me again with this. I still got the car everytime I call to see what balance is its always the same. These people are nothing but CROOKS........ PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM......

Wrost place to buy anything. Over priced high milage vechiles. If you can avoid the place the the plague. Sales people are ok. But that's how you get you. After the got you. You deal with Christina in financing. Who is a terrible individual to deal with. They are all about payment which in fine it's buisness. But the way they go about it. Quickly exercise their muscle and disable you if you 2 days late. KEEP THAT IN MIND!! Any other tot-a-note company will work with you better then that. Also when you do call to make a payment they will leave you on hold for 20 minutes then hang up on you. PEOPLE, please save yourself some heart ache and go to Drive Time. I should have like my husband did. They deal with the same type of vechile and credit issues. Pricing is about the same. But the after deal service has been such a nicer experience

I emailed them over two weeks ago about a car they had and to this day have not even heard anything. As a former owner of a pre owned dealership I would have fired my Internet person because even if that car was sold just maybe they could have steered me towards another car in their inventory.
