I don't know the GM's name, but he appears to be of Arabic descent. Regardless, during the negotiation phase where my dad was going over the numbers, and trying to work the deal, the GM says "You have been speaking for 15 minutes, now I'm going to talk!". That's not what you say to a potential buyer. That's not the end...my dad, whom has bought over 80 cars (for he and my mom, alone) and has a dealer's license, knows Tony Serra, and mentioned this. Well, the guy didn't like the way the negotiation was going, and said to my dad "What, can you not afford this car, do you not want Tony to know that you can't afford it?" (the car was for me, but I take my dad along for the negotiation process). Of course, my dad says "I can buy this whole xxxx place!", which happens to be true if he wanted to. So, then he turns to me and says "You cannot afford the car?". I say "Yes, I make 90k a year, but I will pay what I want to pay, and you are deceiving.". So he gets defensive as we walk out talking crap, and screaming that he will put me in a Versa blah blah blah....he follows us out the door, and continues to be irate that we walked out, and told us "DO NOT COME BACK". Well, I think you can guarantee that I won't be back. Mustafa Shabazz was the original salesperson, and he was OK, but when it came down to the GM, a total unprofessional shill.

The prices listed online are to get you in the door. False advertising so add 3-4 thousand dollars to the sale price listed. I wish I had my time back

As long as they want to help you, they force you to let them run your credit before showing you any cars. Very Cold to you if you dont have great credit, they made me feel like i didnt deserve to live, cause their cars were better than i was, Felt like i had been gang xxxxx after all of them were really ugly to me, practically kicking me out the door, and saying dont come back without a cosigner, but the kicker is that my credit was no issue, i didnt make enough money to suit them , they didnt give me a chance to show them

The Service Dept sucks rude and refuses to own their wrong.Got pissed because I complained to the BBB about poor service told me my business is no longer welcome by the Service Manager guess he is the owner,not but he is rude and he plays the your dumb card because he thinks he is right. I will never return.

This dealership needs a course on customer service. I understand some of us may not be able to complete a transaction whether because we don't qualify, don't meet the criteria etc, but you should NEVER make a customer feel they are not worth your time. A simple follow up call would have sufficed. Remember every person have a circle of friends, they have one, and so forth. One bad experience can cost you a ton of potential customers. It shows all they care is about getting them coins and if you can't provide them, you get tossed to the curve. Never again, and will make sure none of the people in my circle don't either. Your loss Serra Nissan.

Excellent customer service. Service is great, staff was excellent. I am second guessing the quality of the vehicle. Purchase my car in February, it's a 2013 and already has had 2 transmissions put in through the warranty. I am currently over the warranty coverage margin and I hear a sound in which I'm told it's a service bulletin for the alternator. I called Nissan one and was told nothing could be done. Thinking maybe I should of stayed in the Honda family.

Staff are wonderful however the quality of the vehicle is another thing. I have a 2013 Nissan altima I purchase on February and It has already had two transmissions put in there under the warranty and now I am hearing other sounds in which I was told it's the alternator.

Christie Coleman"Service Department"I purchased a 2013 Altima from Serra Nissan, after some negotiations we arrived at an acceptable price that I and the sales manager agreed on. I have used the service department at Serra Nissan exclusively for this car. I have had wonderful experience every time the car has needed servicing. Taking a car to a dealership to get servicing is usually not a task that people look forward to doing, but Kali (service writer) somehow makes it into an enjoyable experience. I have ask her many questions concerning this car and she usually can answer the question before I can describe the problem fully. From calling and making the appointment, to bringing the car in for servicing, words can not describe her knowledge and willingness to help the customer feel that they are appreciated as a customer.

Serra Nissan is a great place if you're looking for a car with a great price or just needing to get your car serviced. What I love is that I can actually schedule my appointment online ahead of time. I don't know if any other dealership does that, but is been a great tool to use whether it's the weekday or a Saturday.

I bought a used car from Serra for my wife. It was different from what she had been driving and ended up not liking it. After talking it over with our salesman, we settled on another car, this time a new one. We live a distance from the dealership so they arranged to have someone come to our home with the new car and took away the old. We expect a few adjustments with a new car. Serra could not have settled us into our new car any smoother. In fact, I'm ready for a new one but so far, I can't get my wife to give this one up. Great experience and big value!

I rarely visit a dealership for service but was told by my local repair shop that I would have to go to a Nissan dealer for the repair needed on my car. I was very nervous about how much the repair was going to cost me. When I arrived there I was greeted by a smiling young lady named Kali. She was very comforting. She escorted me to the waiting room and got my car right in. When she came and told me what was wrong with the car and that it was still covered under warranty I was shocked. I appreciate her honesty and Serra has earned a customer for life.

We keep our cars for much longer than the average consumer. Historically, the car purchasing process is one of our least favorite events. Our view has changed since dealing with Serra Nissan. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff and how they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They genuinely care about their customers and don't make you feel pressured to make a purchase (unlike some dealerships we visited). In particular, Carol was incredibly helpful and kind to us even though at the time she knew we weren't there to purchase a car. Serra Nissan is a great place where you find helpful, knowledgeable staff who truly care about people and see them as more than a sale. We will continue to use Serra Nissan as our dealership of choice.

I knew I wanted this car so I even cleaned my current car out (ready to trade her in!), picked up my husband & headed to the dealership, It started out great!!! I was beginning to think that my idea of the dreaded car buying experience was an old myth and that there actually were genuine salesmen that weren't out to strip you of every cent they could...but boy was I wrong. Up front, we told him exactly what we wanted to pay & if that was not possible, we would say our goodbyes, He assured us he would work with us. It all started when the first offer he pushed across the desk was $6,000.00 MORE THAN what was listed on AutoTrader. The only good thing was that the trade in value he listed was exactly what Kelly Blue Book suggested (I checked before I went). So he went to discuss this with the General Manager, Mitchell Beverly. About 20 minutes later, he slides over a second offer,,,the price of the car dropped $6,000.00 (to match the price listed on Autotrader) but then I noticed he dropped the trade in value of my current car down $1,800.00. How does that happen?? How does a parked car depreciate $1,800.00 20 minutes? I noticed on their Kelly BB print out that they had my car listed as a 2011, when it was a 2012, I pointed this out to them & they didn't seem to care or be willing to change it. About that time, Mitchell (the GM) walked over & began his sleazy sales pitch & presented us with yet another Kelly BB estimate that he had printed out. THIS time, the value of my car depreciated $5,700!!!!! Needless to say, my husband did not like the way we were being "jerked around". My husband began asking them how they could bounce around so much on their numbers and it was quite evident that Mitchell (GM) did not like being called out on his sleaziness. After about a minute of heated debate, Mitchell told us "If you don't like it, there's the door". This dealership/General Manager is the reason the car business has the reputation it does. They are the reason people cringe at the thought of the car buying experience. I would rather pay thousands more on a car than to give Serra Nissan my business & I will make sure to never recommend it.

I recently bought a brand new 2014 Rouge from Serra Nissan. This was my first car buying experience and it was awful. First of all, they are very shady people. My husband called to get an appointment to buy a Rouge they had listed online. He told Eddie how much we had to spend and what we were trading and he said he could do that. I drove the hour trip from my house only to find out it had been "dealer traded", which I later realized was a lie. I was told that they will find me a new car exactly like I wanted. Being my first car and being in desperate need of the car I agreed. After they looked at our trade, he came back with good news/bad news. The car we were trading was only worth $1000. He asked if we were willing to make a down payment. We were as we figured we would have to with the price he quoted on the phone. He then showed us this down payment/monthly payment chart. He kept telling us we would discuss further payment with the business guy when were done. He also made me sign saying I agreed to this payment. Being a dumb first car buyer, I did. The car ended up being more than we expected even with the down payment added. Since it was only $600, we let it go, because we really needed the car. Since the car I bought was not on the lot, they told me that they would get the car at 10 the next morning. When I was ready to come pick it up, call and it would be ready. So at 3:15 the next day I was leaving work to pick up my husband. I called and Gary answered. Gary asked me to hold on a second. He was going to make sure it was on the lot and call me back in a second. Ten minutes later I did not receive a phone call. So I called him again. Gary said to call the dealership phone and ask for Eddie. He should know what's going on with the car. So I did. Eddie answered and informed me that they were busy and did not get the car this morning. He asked if I could give him and hour and a half. Honestly, we had plans and that really didn't work, but I wanted the car I had purchased and I also wanted to speak to the manager face to face. Eddie also made me feel as if my call was keeping him from getting to my car and he rushed the conversation. So my husband and I waited to leave and arrived at the dealership around 4:45. We asked to speak to a manager and while we were waiting Gary came to apologize. He says, "I'm sorry about the inconvenience. The guys went to get the car at 1." I immediately called him on his lie and said actually Eddie left at 3:30. He then said, " Oh, is that what he told you." My husband interjected and asked for the manager. After explaining this to the manager, he gave me another story about a driver having to go home for an emergency. I told him I understood, but a call would have been nice before I busted my butt to leave work. All he could offer me was another tank of gas, a free detailing, and two free oil changes. This would be great if we didn't live an hour away from the dealership. We were then told Eddie would be arriving shortly with our car. One of the many men we spoke with told us he was 20 min out. While waiting Gary came again to apologize and give us a different story than the manager. At this point, I refused to talk to anyone else, I just wanted my car. At 5:30 the car arrived, my husband then went to speak with Eddie who gave him yet another different story about why the car was not here on time. At 6:00, they were done detailing the car and I finally got to see it. I looked it over and thank God it was exactly what I wanted. Gary drove with us to the gas station to fill up the car. I left and my husband stayed with Gary. He then had the nerve to tell my husband that they only way they make money is off the reviews not the sale. So when his wife went home and cooled off we needed to complete their review and give them a good one. These men cannot open their mouths without lying. Please do not buy a car from these people. They do not deserve your business. They will certainly never receive mine or any of my close friends or family.

The sales person was very nice and worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. The prices were standard but after some negotiations I got a really great deal. They offered me an outstanding price for my trade-in as well.

Length of time was a bit long from start to finish, but one of the unfortunate parts of purchasing a vehicle. Almost got to the price I wanted - close enough to make the deal. Although new to the business, Wanda was helpful ... still learning.

When I purchased my new pathfinder from AJ I expressed firmly that I needed a rearview camera and trailer wiring. The pathfinder we chose did not have the camera or hitch and lacked any luster in interior. AJ assured me these concerns could be alleviated. The service dept. informed me that a rear camera couldn't be added to the vehicle. AJ then called someone else. I met with Andrew from the detail dept, and after speaking with him he assured us he could do it .he not only added the rear camera but also added navigation and bluetooth all in the rearview mirror! He also installed the hitch and to spruce up the interior he added a custom wood grain dash accent kit. He did a fantastic job and he made this the best car buying experience we have had . Thank You!

Everything seemed like a high pressure dealership right off the bat with Noah meeting me at my drivers window. We looked around as normal and already knew what we were looking for. It gets down to price and they WOULD NOT give me a price!!! Noah got really irritated/angry when I would not sign a paper saying I will purchase a car if he and Lafayette get it in the payment range I want. It was VERY uncomfortable to the point I was leaving after 15 minutes (+ or -) of him arguing and fussing about what I said I would like my payments to be. Don't fall for that one!!!! Lafayette was nice and intercepted before I walked out. I did buy the car but regret it now. They lost my drivers license and then freaked out when I was not able to produce a copy immediately. John Hall, after being arrogant at the dealership called my work and spoke to me like I was a criminal, until I called him out on it and then it was threw his teeth. WOW!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I put up with this from any dealership!!!!

This place is a joke. How can you lose a customers set of keys and the customer has to wait 6 days and counting to get them. When someone purchases a newer car they would like to be able to drive it off the lot. Sadly, not here. And every time I call to speak with the general manager he's not there or his inbox is full. Do not buy a car from here. They just screw you over and don't care!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Considered reading my vehicle for an Altima. All they cared about was my monthly payment and not one person would tell me what they were giving me for my car. The sales manager was a prick and treated us like we were complete idiots. Can't stress how much we were so displeased. I tell people to not waste their time with these people. Went to Brannon Honda and the experience was a complete 180. They told me the value of my car, my interest rate and what my payment would be before filling out anything. No one was pushy. Don't waste your time with Serra Nissan, nothing but crooks.

I found a 2011 Nisson Rogue online that was priced for $19990. My husband and I went and test drove the car in which the car drove great and the salesman that we delt with was great. I more then once mentioned that the car was priced at 19990 on the internet and asked the saleman what the actual price of the vechile was and what kind of deal was he making. He asked if he could keep the payments in a certain range would we be willing to buy and had my husband sign a piece of paper. He stated the guys in finance would talk price with us. He then asked how much we were willing to put down on the vechile then precided to go to the manager with this information. He then came and got our down payment. I again asked about the price, and was told by him and the manager that finance would discuss this with us. When we got to finance I had to fill out my survey before completing the deal.When I finished the survey I was given the price whice was $23,000 +, when I showed the guy in finance the web page on the internet he again went and got the manager. The manager said I needed to read the fine print on this. I again was paying for the undercoating etc, that should have been paid by the first owner, less then a year ago. Then they wanted us to buy the extended warrenty for 7 years. Which my husband agreed. This 19,990 advertised deal cost us at least $5000 extra. I felt like I was loured there by the internet to be ripped off. I realize I still got a ok deal, but my trust was totally broken. I will never recommend this dealer, nor do I plan to step foot back there unless I have to.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I went in to look at a new car because I received a letter in the mail explaining the awesome deals that I could get if I traded-in my 2009 Nissan Altima Coupe. Big Mistake!!! I went in, meet with a dealer (can't remember his name) and test drove a few cars. He was nice and everything was going well until we sat down to negotiate on a new '12 Nissan Pathfinder. I have never had a dealership pressure me with such shady manuevers before. I have no idea why anyone in their right mind would say these guys are honest!! First of all I would never buy a car based on the monthly car payment. I also agree with what the previous reviewer said about the salesman not wanting to tell him the terms of the deal. I asked so many times to "show me th numbers". All they were willing to show me was a monthly payment and then Larry McPherson tried to have me sign a piece of paper (a contract more or less) saying that payment was good!!! They are crazy!!! They would not even tell me the terms and interest on the loan!!! They kept pushing back and telling me that didn't matter!!! INSANE!! I also think that they knew how uncomfortable I was because at one point they asked me if all this experience was fun for me and I that I should just go ahead and make the deal just so I wouldn't have to go through a horrible negotiating experience with another company all over again.what it boils down to is this, Serra Nissan sells a lot of cars! Their goals are huge and at the end of the month is when they need to make their numbers and from what I can tell they are willing to do anything possible to get your business but not with me. A few months later, my boyfriend and I went to Hoover Toyota to get him a car. I was a little wary of going back to another dealership after such a horrible experience but he bought a car and because it was so EASY and we had such a great experience I ended up buying a used Lexus RX 350 with only 26K miles that same day. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!

ok.I bought my first vehicle with Serra Nissan(2008 Titan). I worked with lafette Taylor and had a pretty good experience....NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...i went back on 6-16-12 and inquired about trading my Titan in for almost anything,I needed a vehicle with lower payments. Arrived at approx 330 pm.. taklked to salesman and EXPLICITLY explained that I wanted to trade my truck for a vehicle with lower payments,we looked at 2-3 cars and decided to try and trade...then the salesman manager comes over and tries to get me to pay $2000 down..I explained I couldn't do that..if thats what was needed then he should tell me "now"...everythings over...o but no..he writes down a payment,with $0 down,and asks if i would trade for this..i said ...ok..yes i will,2 HRS LATER!..the salesman/his manager informed me that I couldnt trade for the terms I requested..ok..maybe thats ok..no problem. So we leave and approx an hour later the salesman calls and says .."my mgr got you approved."..I asked the terms..and he replies that he cant tell me that over the phone. I say.."I already told you guys that the only way I can trade is for the last terms we had set..($0 down and $499 per month)...I am alredy home and I live 20 miles away..he says WE got you approved if you want to come back.....SO...I said Yes..AFTER DRIVING 20 MILES BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP..AND WAITING YET ANOTHER HR..the salesman informs me that .."heres the deal,you can't trade your truck,too much negative equity..we can sell you the car (2012 Altima) for $0 down and 499 per month +$2000 cash back to you."....i almost completely lost it......WHY COULDN'T I HAVE BEEN TOLDS THAT OVER THE PHONE AND SAVED ME ANOTHER 40 MILES.....GAS IS NOT CHEAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to think this place was the only place to do car business...and I suppose losing only ONE customer isnt much to them...but thats exactly what happened

I went to the dealership and paid 5,000.00 for a used vehicle and was told buy the dealership after I already purchased the vehicle that the service department could not pass the car after inspection. Well anyway I had too get the money refund to the debit card well I purchased the vehicle on 2/6/12 the next day got a refund receipt on the 2/7/12 and still no refund has showed back on my debit card.so I contact the dealership and told them and got the run around and I decided to go up there and the cashier and management showed no concerned about the fact that 5,0000.00 was not on my card and that this was hendering me from purchasing another car. So not only did they take my money I have no car as well because the salesman sold me a junk car. They truly lost a customer for good.

The sale part was good, but I found out the tires are dry rotted and the breaks are bad, needs new rotors and I dont have the money to do it since I had to buy set of tires before they caussed me to wreck. Also, sometimes an alarm goes off beeping and sometimes its a solid alamrm sound and inside lights come on. I tried to call about the alrm even went out there to ask for someone to check it out for me and got the runaround. I like the car but feel like because of my bad credit i was taken advantage of.

I arrived at Serra Nissan, after going to 2 other dealerships trying to buy a new vehicle, but Serra Personnel worked with the lenders to get me the best deal. I didn't see how hard they tried on my behalf until weeks later, when I received the rejection notices from prospective lenders. Pam and the other salespersons made this an experience that I would be glad to tell all my friends/family/co-workers. Keep up the great work, we need dealerships like this in our state and community.

Eddie Blanton made a stessfull experience buying a new vehicle easy with his easy going personality, his knowledge of the vehicle, and the accessories that I could install on it. Paul Coulan was very friendly and patient on my visit to Serra Nissan to trade in a car for a newer one. I actually went to purchase a used car and was shown that the price of the one I thought I wanted was about the same as a new one. So I drove away in a new Versa with <300 miles on it and a great warranty for just a little more than I planned to spend. The free oil changes are also a great plus in dealing with this company. When I had difficulty getting back in to the dealership to pick up my extra set of keys, they sent someone out to my home with them and gave me a third key and an accessory for the car that was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. The key business was handled by Debra Zeneah who was very friendly and solicitous of providing for my needs. Overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Serra Nissan as the place to go to buy your next car!

Mr Shingler was kind and courteous from beginning to end. I truly would recommend Serra to anyone in the market of purchasing a vehicle and especially Larry due to his warm hospitality.

Advertisement had no payments until September, but because we didn't catch it until the paperwork had been signed, it was not honored. I should not have to do their job for them. This advertisement should have been honored. My credit score is very high. I did receive a good deal, but it would have been nice to have not started a payment for a few months.

I contacted this dealership to purchase a 2011 Nissan Altima. The salesman, Henry King, and I agreed upon a certain price for this vehicle. He said that his manager had approved this deal. I also asked for and received a written confirmation of this deal via e-mail. The night before I was to take delivery of this vehicle, I received another email from this dealership with a different price. I contacted the sales manager about it who said that there had been a misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. I have the agreement in writing. After speaking with other Nissan dealerships around the area, I found out that this is not an isolated behavior for Serra Nissan. They have a reputation for doing this. DO NOT BUY from this dealership.

Debra was exceptional in making sure all of my previous concerns were addressed to my satisfaction! Her customer service skills were superb! She took the time out to listen to my concerns and within 4 hours all of the problems I was experiencing were resolved! I had been dealing with these issues for approximately two weeks and withi the 4 hour window all of them were addressed! She explained to me that if I needed anything or had any other concerns for me to contact her!

Doug Richardson failed to honor his word in taking my trade-in, then instead if financing me w/ my co-signer, he financed completely in my co-signers name.... Without telling me. When I asked why he wasn't taking my trade-in, like they had said they would, he stated "it's not in our best interest.... Just let them repossess it, it will be off your credit in a few years".

I went to Serra on a Tuesday looking to trade in my 2010 Altima that I had previously bought there, for a Pathfinder. My family and I have bought 5 cars from Serra in the past three years, so of course I was going back, but never again. My Altima was damaged in the tornado so I had a rental car. Walking into Serra I noticed they got rid of their playroom which was a great asset for the kids. Larry (my salesman) said my 4 yr old could watch cartoons. The cartoon that was playing was 'Family Guy' something I don't consider a 'cartoon' for a 4 yr old. So my kids sat in our rental car for a couple of hours. Larry never once offered drinks, or to tell us anything really. I don't think he cared if he sold a car or not. I drove a 2008 and didn't like the price. Larry then told me since I am a member of USAA (military bank) I get a discount. Larry told me we have to sell the car to you at that price! The price which I should pay for the 2011 Pathfinder S model was $24,231 and for the SV $27,030 I then told Larry I would want the SV model. He told me to take the rental car back and I could drive home an S model. Larry said he would call me the next day (Wednesday) and tell me what they would give me for my car. Larry also said they needed and appraiser to go look at my car and they were gone for the day. I wanted $18,000 for my car and my payments around $450. Wednesday comes and goes and I hear nothing. On Thursday I call to speak with the manager and I talked to Brian. He said he would have Larry call me and if I didn't hear from Larry that he himself would call me back. Never heard from Larry but Brian called back. Brian said that he got on to Larry and he is working the numbers now and that Larry will call me. Again Larry did not call me back but Brian did. For the third time Brian said Larry would call me but he never did. I ended up calling Jim Burke. They promised me that they would blow Serra out of the water. I told them about my car, the damages, the body shop it was at, and how much I wanted for it. Jim Burke said they would look at the car and call me tomorrow (Friday) with some numbers. On Friday, I didn't hear from Serra at all, so I called them. I spoke with Gerald the lot manager. He didn't seem to concerned about it at all. I told him I thought ya'll sold cars but taking 3 days and still no call was odd. He just blew me off. Then Jim Burke called. They were so nice and upbeat. I was ready to do business with them but still waiting on Serra. Later Brian called. He said that they couldn't sell the car to me at the USAA price like Larry had promised me. He said he could sell the 2011 Pathfinder S to me at $30,000! Wow that's like $6,000 more that USAA. I told Brian that I didn't even want the S model and that I had told Larry that before so why were they running those numbers? While on the phone with Brian, Jim Burke beeped in, I told Brian I'd call him back. So Jim Burke says 'we'll give you $18,000 for your car and for the pathfinder SV model your payments will be what you wanted' I was estatic! I thought wow this is too good to be true. So Saturday I went to Jim Burke. When I walked in, Gary Matthews was soooooo nice! (The same guy I had been talking to) He asked if we needed anything to drink, told us where the snack machines and bathrooms were. He talked to my kids too! Wendi informed me that they sent a guy to Montgomery to get the car I wanted. So I did my paperwork, got everything I wanted. Wendi was very friendly. She was like a real person not someone who just wanted to sell cars. I received free oil changes for life. I also received other perks as well that thrilled me!!! I love Jim Burke so much I wrote a poem for them! So from Thursday night till Friday afternoon Jim Burke got me everything I wanted. It did not take 3 days to even call me! Brett was very knowledgable, and helpful. When it came to price, he listened to what we had to say, making reaching the final price less stressful. After the purchase he explained the features on the vehicle clearly, and was able to answer all questions.Also, the overall atmosphere of the dealership seemed to be friendly, and polite.

If you need to buy a new Nissan please go to centerpoint and get with Andy. He was amazingly friendly. I usually hate car saleman and leave when approached because I feel like I am either getting snubbed or attacked. He did not make us feel that way. He was like talking to a brother. I want to send a HUGE compliment to Serra Nissan. I contacted Andrew Taylor a few weeks ago in search of a car. I have credit issues and had little money down. Andy didn't immediately write me off, nor did he immediately tell me I was qualified. Instead of feeling for the sale, he asked great questions about how I'd be using the car, who'd ride in it etc as well as any "must haves" I preferred. After one call I met Andy at the dealership and he showed me several vehicles in my range of price and needs. He also introduced me to the Serra Volkswagon manager, Doran, who couldn't have been more reasonable and helpful with my financing. Sitting with them and talking about the details of the car and financing felt more like chatting with close friends about buying a car instead of a salesman and manager! I ended up in a beautiful 2011 Jetta and couldn't be happier! The entire process was very well organized and put together. I've waited for HOURS and in some cases a week to close a purchase of a new car and this took only about an hour and a half total, which was amazing! I appreciate that most all of the legwork was done before I walked through the door. They showed they truly valued my time and that means a lot!Walking in, I had no inclination to choose a VW, but after seeing all the options in my price range and having them show me all the great features in it-I was sold. I LOVE my new car. It fits mine and my families needs so well. I was hesitant to go to Serra since I'd had a very bad experience with Serra Chevrolet in 1999 in a lease there. I had all but written Serra off, however a friend highly reccomended Andy since he was so personable and realistic with them in buying their car, so I gave it a shot. I'm SO glad I did! It was the only time I've really ENJOYED and been able to feel true excitement instead of anxiety and dread about buying a car (out of MANY I've purchased). It means so much to the consumer when the salesperson is not only incredibly friendly but also genuinely interested in the customers NEEDS before the sale they might get. I am 100% certain that if Andrew and Doran felt like they couldn't meet my needs for the payment I had to have and the car I had to have that rather than put me in anything at any cost, they'd have not sold me a car at all. People buying from Andrew Taylor will love him and won't have a moments buyer remorse! He's an asset to the Serra brand and I appreciate him greatly!Also worth noting and giving some praise to is the follow up of these folks! I have gotten calls and emails since my purchase from Andrew, Doran and also from Debra Zeanah to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Not form emails either, but legit, conversational emails asking specifically if there was ANYTHING they could do for me. That also helps because those first couple of weeks are the ones where you truly decide if you've made the right decision or not. I know now that I truly did with this purchase. I am proud of my car and highly reccomend Andrew, Doran and Debra to anyone looking to get a car in the future!

We have been very pleased with our experience at Serra. They went above and beyond. We had a little trouble with one salesman, but that was addressed and corrected VERY quickly. We were more than compensated for the time that we lost due to the one salesman. Tom was a great salesman. I really like how they have continued to take interest in us even after the sale. The customer service team did everything they could to make sure we are completely satisfied. I love that we are treated as people and not sales goals. Deborah and Stephanie in customer service were fabulous. I really appreciate the time they took to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also are quick!! It was not an all day long drawn out process, once we had picked a car, we settled on a price and were out the door in a little under 2 hours. I will definitely recommend Serra Nissan!!!!

Arvin was an extremely caring salesperson who done everything in his power to get get me into my new Maxima - No other salesperson at any other dealership has EVER treated my with more dignity and respect than Arvin. From the very moment my wife and I met him on the lot, he worked with us to help get us out of the present situation with Wells Fargo and to help me get out of the high mileage car. I was reluctant to even go to another dealer because I had been laughed off all others previously because of the negative equity in my old vehicle. But not at Serra Nissan - I was able to leave in a new car, with lower payments, and a phenomenal APR!! Thanks to Arvin and Abdul!!!

Terrible experience. We drove to this dealership from out of town expecting them to honor the advertisement we had heard on the radio for double the trade in value....When we got there and waited 2 and a half hours they finally came back with an OVER PRICED monthly payment and didn't even offer us the total amount of kelly blue book trade in value of our vehicle. Needless to say we walked out and will NEVER be back. They lied in their advertisement and in no way did they try to work with us on making a payment work.

Debra was the sales manager I delt with and she was very helpful. Brian was the salesman and he was very informitive and helped me get my payments lower than what I expected when I walked in the dealership. Everytime I've bought a vehicle in the past they make you feel like a king when your there and then when you leave you realize that you payed way to much for your vehicle. I'm still in shock that I have such a low monthly payment and my Maxima drives great.

We were very impressed with the exceptional customer service that was displayed by all employees at Serra Nissan. Our salesman, Jessie Simmons, was phenomenal! He worked incredibly hard to get us into the perfect car for our family. He possessed such great integrity, honesty and reliability through out the entire sale process. I called about a newspaper ad from Serra Nissan and was given a good out-the-door price by Jesse. I confirmed this price and the availability of the car with him. He checked with his sales manager and said they would honor the ad if I brought it in. When I got to the dealership that same day, I was told they had sold the last of that model, but had a more expensive model available. I expressed my concern that this was a bait and switch, that they had no intention of honoring their advertisement. I was assurred this wasn't so. After checking with his sales manager twice, they were still asking $2000 more than I had agreed with Jesse over the phone, for a car with extras and options I did not want nor need. They would not negotiate down further, so I left, wasting 2 and 1/2 hours, time with my children, and 70 miles worth of gas.These are the type of practices that give car dealers a bad name. I found this experience to be deceptive, dishonest, and in bad faith. As of this writing, the original car in question STILL appears on their website, even though it is supposedly sold.

Me and my wife were looking for a new vehicle. Shortly after arriving at the dealer, we were greeted by Jesse, one of the sales consultant. He was Awesome! He was very help, friendly and knowledge. When testing driving he had a planed out route so I could get a good feel for the handing of the vehicle. When we sat down at the table to talk numbers, he did not make us feel pressured to buy. We drove away that night feeling that we had made right choice. We would recommend this deal ship and sales consultant to anyone

I spoke to Paul Coulon and he was very helpful. I wasn't sure about what kind of car that I wanted to buy but Paul guided me to the car that met my needs and he even negotiated for me with his manager to get me the best price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The sales staff was very friendly. My salesman was very informative. He worked with me & tried to get the payments to where I wanted them. He was unable to which was out of his hands, but we were able to come to an agreement. He was able to extend the warranty which was awesome.

I needed a new car to replace my Chevy Impala which was a piece of crap(no more govt motors chevys for me). After researching the new models from Toyota, Honda, and Nissan, I decided on a Nissan Maxima. I checked them out at several dealerships in my area, then I dropped by Serra Nissan. I met Brett Harbison from the Sales Dept. He sells new Nissan/Volkswagen and used cars. He had great knowledge of the Maxima, demonstrated all the features for me, helped me find the color I wanted, and worked diligently to get a good price that fit my budget. Really nice young man, very professional. I would recommend Brett Harbison and Serra Nissan to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. Good Experience there!

I had a wonderful experience with Serra Nissan and will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle through them. Great customer service, very willing to work with you and makes your purchase experience easy and fun. The finance manager and general sales managers were also very willing to help out and try to make the deal work for me. I felt like it was more about customer satisfaction than getting rid of cars.

I went in to buy my first car in my own name. I saw they had a large selection of Altima's online and after talking with the internet manager i went in to see everything in person. From the time I walked in I was treated like a king everyone opened doors for me and greeted me even the internet and general sales managers... On top of that all the paperwork only took me 15 minutes. The only place that they didnt save me any time was when Brett brought the car back from the detail department. He spent over an hour pouring over all the details of the car teaching me how to use every feature and making sure i was comfortable with everything before I left. He even filled my new car up with premium gas not the cheap stuff... I would recomend Brett and all the crew at Serra Nissan to anyone I already have to a couple friends and I will be back soon with my Mom when she gets her new car...

I have purchased two new trucks from Serra Nissan in the past two years. My most recent purchase was in September 2010. Overall, I had a great experience. I got exactly what I wanted in terms of the truck, color, and options, and the price was exactly what I was looking for. Serra Nissan also offered a great incentive package with my purchase. Debra Zeanah was extremely helpful with the incentives, and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They added an extended warrenty and gap insurance I didn't want to the car. Less than 24 hours later tried to tell me it could not be cancelled. After THREE MONTHS of arguing and near daily calls to EVERYONE who worked there I finally got reimbursed. Never, never again will I buy a car there. In talking to people after the fact I found out that this is not unusual.

I was very happy w/ Brett Harbison and Daron they answered all my questions and were very nice! This was my 2nd car purchased from Nissan and I will be back!!! My salesman have made me a loyal customer. They were both honest and fair and helped my understand the process and what I need to do in the future. They gave me options which was wonderful. I went to Serra Nissan THREE times looking to either buy a new Nissan Altima or a low mileage used Altima. Was kept waiting HOURS each time, last time they couldn't even find the key to the car I wanted to drive and THEN was told that car was not available, that it should not have even been delivered to SERRA NISSA. They said they could try and FIND me a car, but it would be without the $2000 rebate which was originally offered to me. This was without a doubt the worse dealership I have EVER dealt with. Mike finally offered me double what my car was worth to come back - and I said, "No way." There ain't enough money to get me back there. Waited a week and then went to Jim Burke Buick - which was absolutely outstanding. I may have paid more than originally planned, but sometimes it's not just the car you are purchasing, but dealing with a reputable dealership with no scamming, and a desire to treat the customer right.

Rod Hicks did an great job, This was my first new car in 8 years and Rod made it enjoyable. He was friendly, didn't pressure me, and didn't mind that I test drove 10 different models on 4 different occasions before making my decision. Thanks Rod and thanks to Serra Nissan!
