Chris Crenshaw went above and beyond when it came to helping me get a vehicle that I liked and wanted.I needed something I could get in and out of in comfort as I have Arthritis in my hips and knees and the Ford Fusion I was driving sits to low.But Chris helped get me into a Kia Sportage that is a whole lot easier on my body. And my wallet. I would recommend this dealership and its people to any and all of my friends they didn't try to get pushy or try to pressure me at all I told Chris what I was looking for and he got me what I wanted. And that is what a good salesman does he listens to the customer and goes by the customers likes and want's not what he thinks the customer want's.

With my credit being poor and unable to get a vehicle anywhere else Seelye Kia of Battle Creek made it happen in one day. I left same day with a 2013 Ford Focus. I love my new car! My wife needed a dependable vehicle, so we decided to check out Seelye Kia. Our trade in was pretty rough and we were upside down on the loan. Carol and the rest of the team there worked very hard to get us into a very nice vehicle. It took them a while to get us financed, but they just did not give up and we drove away in the vehicle she wanted. We had great service from the whole team and everyone there was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I am very happy that we decided to give this dealership a try.

I was in the need of a vehicle and was really dreading a visit to a car dealership since they are often so high-pressure. I was looking for a reliable vehicle in which I would feel at ease transporting my grandchildren. I was very concerned about being able to fit three car seats in the back seat, without purchasing another van. Carol helped us take the car seats out of our old vehicle to make sure that they would fit without any problems. Carol worked diligently to make sure that we were financed and very happy with the vehicle we purchased. I was impressed with the entire dealership team; they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was tremendously impressed that one of the owners, Kent, is on-site. He introduced himself and asked how our experience was so far, and if there was anything that we needed. He showed us where his office was and said that if we had a concern of any kind, to let him know. Once we were ready to leave, Carol took us to the service area and introduced us to Leonard, who gave us his business card, told us the service departments hours, and thanked us for joining the Seelye family. Overall, our experience was an extremely satisfying one. I would like to thank all the staff, and especially Carol for making us feel so comfortable with our car buying experience.

In a nut shell, our buying experience started out rather rough, through a series of events starting with originally contacting the Dealership and the associate that no longer works there, not returning our phone calls, to an attempt to making us a deal with very little to work with. But it was very clear that a salesman by the name of Alex was not going to let that ruin the possibility of turning the whole rough experience around and make a potential bad experience into an awesome experience. Alex clearly understands the importance of going above and beyond the customer service norm. He said the right things and he figured out a way to help us get to our goal...a decent vehicle. He was extremely patient with us as we wanted to test drive several vehicles. He even stayed past his shift end time just to take care of us. He truly showed that he cared for us and our needs, even after being put on music hold several times. So with that, we would like to say that we strongly recommend Seelye Kia for your vehicle needs. I went on line looking for a new mini-van, filled out the information, they called me pretty quick, went down looked at a Sedona, liked it but not the color, Tim Born was able to get the one my wife wanted, Tim would have came in on the 4th of July to deliver it to us, but we told him Monday was fine, they stayed in our budget, I have called him on his cell phone and if he doesn't answer he calls me right back. My experience with Seelye Kia have been so positive that I knew who I was going see for my 3rd new car. My second vehicle was a 2011 Kia Sportage, sold to me by ALEX HALL. I was so happy with the Sportage that I chose a 2015, in red of course, which was harder to find however he found me the perfect one that included all the features I hoped for. The back up camera is wonderful for my daughter who will be learning how to drive soon. He has always gone the extra mile for me and a salesman you can trust is tough to find. I have shopped other dealers, only to feel like just a number. Go see Alex Hall- you won't be disappointed!!!

I was looking for four months for the right mustang. I found it at Seelye but I live over 500 miles away and im very picky when it comes to every little detail about what im looking for. So i called Seelye and Tim Born was the man that got the pleasure of getting me. I must of called Tim about 3 or four times a day asking if he could check this or that on the car. I was already approved with Capital One on my loan rate. Tim asked if it be ok if he could try to beat that rate from Capital One because he told me he was thinking he could. Well guess what he did get me a better rate. If your coming out of town to Seelye, Tim Born is your Man for the job. Our daughter bought her first new car! A 2015 Sportage. She had a few little problems with credit, trade in etc. Travis and Tony helped her navigate the ins and outs and she ended up with a great deal and a very positive experience! First off I have to admit that my husband came to Seelye to purchase, but I came to shop around. Big Difference!!! Before we even arrived, Tim Wells had called and asked what our preferences and needs were. He was quick to find out what was important to us in a vehicle. He started emailing and texting us pics of the cars in their inventory, keeping in mind what was discussed. Within the hour and 15 minutes it took us to drive to Battle Creek from Grand Rapids, He found what was going ultimately going to become our new car. Even though I fought Tim thru the process and detested the color of the car (I couldn't handle red), and the position of the seat, I eventually gave in because he listened to my needs and wants and was so patient with me, and Art made the transaction so painless. Despite the color, this beautiful car had everything I asked for, and I have received so many compliments on my new Kia Optima that the color is actually growing on me and I fall more in Love with it everyday. Thank You Tim and Art...... I LOVE MY KIA!!!!

My husband and I just bought a car about a week ago from them. Absolutely one of the best decisions we'd ever made. The car is wonderful & the customer service was outstanding! A few months back I'd tried to inquire about a car from one of their salesman and he wasn't very helpful. But I tried again, different salesman, Tim Born, and he was great! To my amazement, not only was he patient in finding me a creditor, but also very compassionate about finding me the vehicle to meet my family and my needs. Love the guys at Seelye Wright Battle Creek!! I didn't want to give up my 2008 KIV van, my husband wanted a new one. All the sales people are very friendly and down to earth! They bent over backwards to make us happy and give us a deal we could not say no to. I love KIV van, so many good features, the best being the back storage, the seats go flat and love that for trips!! Also love love love the headlights!!!!! I have a hard time seeing at night but these lights are awesome and the brights are like huge spot lights that show way over on both sides. I will suggest Seelye Wright Battle Creek to anyone who would like to buy a car! Thanks guys!!

Travis Horton was very attentive, caring, and conscious of my time. He was very deliberate in making sure I understood the paperwork, options, and the need for the inquiries. I was most impress with the fact that although it was after closing hours he was just as friendly and patient as I am sure he would have been if it had been during normal hours. Far too often I see customer service diminishing, so it was very refreshing to see I was not just another sell. Art was also instrumental in securing the best rate possible, which definitely made my car buying experience even more pleasurable. I was having a horrible time finding anything nice for that price and with low mileage. My husband and I went to Kia after being turned down elsewhere, we'd heard good things about them from a few other people and I thought why not try. I only regret that we didn't go here first to save some time.We certainly didn't have the best credit situation but everyone worked with us and we drove away with our first new car. I've always loved larger vehicles but needed a smaller vehicle so that my dad (86 years old at the time) could get in and out of it with as little pain as possible. I leased a smaller car for three years thinking that dad would be around longer than he was. Dad passed away shortly after I signed the lease so I was desperate to get back into a larger vehicle. I went to a few dealerships to see what I could do but the conversation always ended the same..... "can't be done". A friend of mine recommended that I talk to Travis Horton at Seelye-Wright. THAT turned out to be the best advice that I've taken in a long while! Not only did Travis have a "Yes-We-Can" attitude but he went the extra mile for me to bring in a SUV that we could roll the money that I was losing on the lease termination into and still acquire a loan on the vehicle. Travis found it, Art Arizmendi worked his magic to find a loan for me, and I ended up with a SUV that I am proud to own. I couldn't be happier with the way that everything went and the manner in which I was treated at Seelye-Wright. The only thing that would please me more would be that if dad was still around and riding with me in my little car..... but unfortunately that's not going to happen. Thanks guys! I've dealt with plenty of salesman in the past few years but I have to say Travis Horton from Battle Creek, MI KIA was the best by far. We told him what we were interested in buy and within mins he had three different makes and models ready for us. Including brushing off the snow and ice for us too. When we were done with each test drive he was out waiting for us to arrive. He wasn't too pushy on making a sale but only in our best interest. I must say I actually enjoyed shopping (car) with my wife.

I came in looking for a used car. I knew what I was looking for but had a hard time finding something I thought I could afford. Our salesman Travis Horton talked with us and showed us a few possibilities. After test driving a few cars we decided on one we liked and he worked his magic and made it possible for us to get a newer vehicle for what I wanted to spend a month on payments. We are in the research stage of buying a used mini van and have spent many hours looking on the Internet (love the Cars.com app of iPhone- searching, booking, calculating payments at your fingertips)and test driving. Most often the salesperson can't answer our questions about the different options each make offers- from how seats stow to if there are extra electric outlets. Then I went to Seelye Kia in Battle Creek and met Tim Born. He started right in showing me how everything worked and answered all my questions before I even had to ask! He was the most pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson I have dealt with by far. He even offered to let me take the van for an overnight test drive and I live over an hour away :) We still haven't found the right van for us but I would certainly go back to Seelye and recommend them to others.

First off the man that my husband and I dealt with totally lied to us. He got us financed with TD Finance and he told us that they required us to purchase the extended warranty and that they required a $200.00 down payment from us. Then after my husband drove the car for a week he decided that the car was to small and he wanted something bigger. We took it back and they wouldnt give us anything near what we paid for it. They said that the moment that we drove the car off the lot it depreciated $3000.00 so that meant that we would have to roll that amount over into a new loan to get out of that KIA. They lied about other things and I would never reccommend them to anyone. I bought my husband a truck to drive and I drive the KIA but I am going to get rid of it as soon as I can. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. SAVE YOUR TIME AND FUTURE HEADACHES. The service department isnt that good either.

We shopped at a few dealerships and between them and Seelye Wright Kia on Dickman well you just cant even compare them. Seelye Wright is above and beyond, I worked with Alex Hall and Phillip Weems and both of these fellas are awesome, they helped me find a great car that I love and helped us to get financed. they made sure that I was taken care of and answered all of my questions and were not pushy at all. My first was a 2011 Kia Sportage and I loved it but then I traded that in on Saturday for a 2011 Kia Optima and I love the car! He said he would make it possible for me to buy it and he did. Yet I had a very pleasant afternoon at Seeyle Wright Kia. Alex Hall and his associate Phillp made my lease of a 2012 Forte a very smooth and seamless process. I am still in the process of repairing my credit and Arthur in finance was great at helping put me in a affordable lease.This is the second Kia in the family.Enough said!

Went to this dealership with the intent of leasing a new 2012 Kia Sorento. We gave the dealer our bottom line, as far as monthly payment. Had he met our request we would have signed a deal that very day. He came in a hundred dollars over what we told him we could pay. As we were walking out the door of the showroom to leave he came after us telling us he could give us what we had asked for. We left and he called the next business day and still didn't have the numbers down to where we needed them. In the meantime we found a dealer in Elkhart, IN who met our needs. Too bad this dealership couldn't have worked with us when we were there. They lost this sale.

We recently purchased a 2012 Kia Sorento from Seeley Wright, and the entire process couldn't have been better, thanks to our salesperson, Alex Hall. Alex was honest, fair, and actually seemed to be "in our corner." This will not be the last vehicle we buy from Alex.

Test drove the Kia Soul and liked it from the start. Went and test drove some other cars and came back to drive the Soul again. Decided to buy the Soul. The dealer worked with us and everyone treated us great.

We bought our first vehicle from Tim Born at this dealership three years ago, and have been very happy with our purchase. Unfortunately, our van was totalled in a car accident in December 2011. Our first reaction, after the shock wore off, was to call Tim to help us find another vehicle. (I have to chuckle, because he remembered how particular I was about some vehicle options.) Tim went above and beyond to get us our "new" van! I will ALWAYS start (and end) here for my next vehicle...it's the only place my husband and I have been where we are treated like people...not just another sale. Thanks Tim!!!

I've purchased at least 7 new and used cars and Suv's over the past 4 years at this dealership. The sales staff has always been courtesous, professional and the transactions completely satisfactory. My loyalty to this dealership extends to their service dept, which has shown to be slow at peforming the requested service and most recently needing a new battery I chose to purchase it there. But I didn't expect a $45.00 charge to install a $120.00 battery.

I had the best experience ever buying a car here at Seelye Wright. Mr Tim Born was there to answer all my questions and came in on his day off to assist in purchasing my wonderful 2012 Kia Sportage. I love the car, the prices were hands down the best in the market AND the trade in value for my old Hyundia Santa Fe was way above all other dealerships. This will be my first stop next time!

I contacted Tim with the advance knowledge having already made the decision in my mind to purchase my car, and already knew everything I wanted to know about. At that point, I just wanted the most painless way of acquiring it. I was able to get in touch with Tim very easily, via chat as well as phone & e-mail, and he found my car without difficulty. Two days later, I walked into the office with a check, signed all the papers, and was done. He gave me $200 over invoice, which was a competitive price compared to whatever any other dealers were offering. The dealership also delivered the car to my residence 2 hours away without any additional charge. 2 hangups - they bundled in a $190 documentation fee that I was not informed of, and they put a Seelye Wright decal on my car that will be annoying to remove.

My father was in this business for 25 years. Therefore I have an insight of the operation that a dealership goes through to sell a car, new or used. With that in mind I can say that this dealership in Battle Creek Michigan is 2 steps up and beyond others located on the "Motor Mile". The car line up KIA offers is very pleasing to the eye and the wallet. The service department is in a customer first mode, making anything from an oil change to a brake job fast and to the customers satisfaction. You can't go wrong with KIA of BC, I have been there and done that. Here's to your future KIA of BC, may the word get out.
