Took my Honda in for repair. Felt that I had to schedule it out quite a few days (online scheduling) before I could make an appointment.My car was still under warranty but Schomp would not cover the repair under warranty.Could not find their hourly rate nor the exact hours specified on the invoice. Only after asking how many hours it took, could I calculate their hourly rate; it was quite high. When I got the car home I noticed that a bolt was not fastened so the quality of work did not match the level of their rate.When I went in to pick up the car, I had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on, and then it took another 10-15 minutes to get the car. Another customer there had been waiting 90 minutes for her van.

We need a family vehicle and had researched that the best was the Honda Odyssey so we drove over 4 hours to Denver to get one. We ended up purchasing the Odyssey from Schomp. Thank god we did our own research because the associate did not know the differences between the different models of Odyssey. They promised to complete the paperwork in under an hour, it took over 5. The promised that we would be receiving a phone call to see how we were doing and would provide an update on the pay off for the trade it, we never received the phone call. Schomp Honda was suppose to inform us that the pay off went through and if it did not they were suppose to call with the additional pay off amount and we have this written down as part of the contract, they never called. We ended up having to go the auto loan place and sorting it out with them. We had questions about the additional warranty we purchased and it took them over 3 weeks to get it sorted out. Through this whole experience, it took over a month to sort it out, we ended up dealing with 3 different people because everyone kept passing the buck, they took weeks to respond to emails or phone calls. To top it off, we filled out the survey on our experience and provided mostly 9 or 10 (the survey was filled out prior to all the communication issues or it would have been rated a 1). Since the survey was not filled out as perfect 10, we received a very unprofessional, passive aggressive email from the manager. When I provided clarification on when I did not fill out perfect 10, the manager never responded. With this experience I felt very threatened by the manager. Knowing what I know now, I would not purchase another vehicle from Schomp Honda and would not recommend them.

There was no respect or courtesy throughout the whole process of trying to purchase a used vehicle. I was left in limbo for 2 plus days without any communication on the vehicle is was looking for. Now the vehicle is gone and still no contact. They don't know how to treat potential customers that's for sure.

I purchased my 2006 honda pilot new from ralph schomp and have had all service performed at schomp. I have always been satisfied with the service, but recently they really went the extra mile to help me out. My daughter was taking the pilot to college. I brought the pilot to schomp a few days before leaving on the 550 mile drive for routine maintenance. The evening before we left, I heard a squealing noise coming from the engine compartment. I drove the pilot to schomp the next morning. I was there at 6 am. I was stressing because we had to get on the road. When I arrived, the squealing had gone away, due to the engine warming up. Bill Organ, service manager, was very understanding. We let the vehicle cool for a couple of hours. We started it, and we heard the squeal, which he diagnosed was coming from the drive belt. Bill, with another mechanic, changed out the drive belt there in the parking lot, and I was on my way. And, at no charge for the belt or labor! He wanted to keep me a satisfied customer. What great service!

I am from the Dallas area and had my car serviced at another auto store before driving to Denver. On my drive to Denver I noticed an unusual noise coming from my engine. No lights indicating anything was wrong but car didn't sound right.Schomp Honda in Highlands Ranch got me in and did diagnostics on my exhaust system and found nothing wrong. I mentioned I had my power steering fluid flushed and a fan belt replaced. When the mechanic inspected my engine he noticed the cap from the power steering fluid was not out back on AND the air box for the engine air filter was left opened. They replaced my cap and closed the air box, did the diagnostic and washed my car at no charge. Every aspect of the facility and customer service was above and beyond any service I have received.Shout out to Shawn Lewis who helped me every step of the process.

Purchased a vehicle from Ralph Schomp/Broadway in February. Needed to get my plates since the due date was the next day so I called to find out why my paperwork for the purchase of my vehicle had not been completed and submitted to title my vehicle. I had the vehicle for 2 months. Title gal told me that our sales person has not turned in the document needed to complete the title process. She informed me what was needed and I got her the document within an hour. After receiving the document needed they were able to process the paperwork. Called and left a message for a sales manager to inform him of the issue and asked to get a call back. Did not receive a call back. Called the next day and spoke to a different sales manager who really did not seem to care that his sales person dropped the ball regarding the paperwork. Called the General Manager 3 days in a row and still have not received a call back. And they say they have good customer service.

I was initially a little nervous buying my first car. Mike Lunt and Walter and the assistance of the managers help alleviate some of my worry and I walked out with exactly what I wanted. We were looking for a 2016 Honda Fit. After many inquiries at many dealers, no one could tell us when they would be delivered in Denver. We took our dog to be groomed on Broadway in Littleton and then met a family member for lunch. He said there was a dealer just down the street, Ralph Schomp Honda. We drove down the Ralph Schomp and met with a sales person, Lou. He was very helpful. The only 2016 on the lot was a Yellow one and it had been sold. Lou offered to ordered one for us. He was the first who ever gave that offer. We filled out the papers and put an order in. The car arrived before the scheduled delivery date. We were very pleased. The sales staff, Lou & Tommy were very attentive, professional, expert and expedient in processing the paperwork. They even took the time to find the best interest rate. Outstanding customer service; saved us a lot of money too. We returned a month later, and Hannah Brandt went through in detail all the computer accessories in the vehicle. She was a great help in understanding some of the features we had not discovered via the manual. Thanks so much to all of you and your staff. We will certainly recommend your dealership to others. I found the service from the moment I walked in to be welcoming, with a no pressure atmosphere. I met Jake Dyehouse and we began the process. They have refined the car buying experience - often more painful than buying a house - into something that is easy, straight-forward and, above all, with extraordinary customer relations. My son recommended Ralph Schomp because he purchased a car about two months ago. I had not owned a car or driven one in about 19 years so I was very naive and nervous. I found the service from the moment I walked in to be welcoming, no pressure atmosphere. I had done a great deal of computer research before walking in the door. I met Matt Davis and we began the process. He was extremely patience, knowledgeable answering all of the questions and offering additional information, demonstrated a good sense of humor, and walked me through everything very patiently and thoroughly. It took me two days to find the right car but when I did I knew also immediately that it was the right one. The paperwork went smoothly. Matt offered a "class" in the specifics of my new car which I took him up since I really had not be behind the wheel in so long. Walter took me through the entire car and everything works. It gave me much more confidence! My experience was exceptional.

Brought in my 2015 Fit for its first scheduled maintenance. I bought from Schomp for the "Free" 100,000 mile warranty. The salesman said you must go by the maintenance minder and never be late for the warranty to remain in effect. Also, all maintenance must be dome by Schomp. Fair enough. Turns out that Maintenance must be done at over twice the rate of what the maintenance minder says. Every 5000 miles as opposed to every apx.11,000 miles or so as the maintenance minder recommends. This more than doubles the cost of your maintenance for the first 100,000 miles. I have not done a cost analysis of this doubled maintenance cost vs the cost of an extended warranty. Just be fore warned.

Schomp Service has got it right. We've became Schomp Honda Service customers in late 2013 and could not be more pleased. We have had our vehicles in for several different issues which the fine crew at Schomp has handled very well. The most impressive thing about dealing with Schomp Service is that I enjoy it. The attitude of the people makes all the difference. The service is top notch in all respects. The service manager, Jim Thurman, takes care to listen to our needs and fully answers all questions, enabling us to make a good decision. The team that handles the repairs is excellent. They are professional and courteous at all times. Terry, Brady, Rob and everyone else we've dealt with are genuinely interested in making sure we're happy with the outcome. I purchased a used vehicle from Ralph Schomp Honda. At first and even second glances it appeared to be a great deal. There was a minor preexisting problem with the car, and so the dealership agreed to pay for that repair. The salesman assured me that other than a broken intake valve, the car was in fantastic shape mechanically. When I went to get the intake valve repaired, I spent three hours in the waiting area and I still had to come back the next day so that they could finish the job. With everything in working order I was feeling very confident in my (costly) vehicle purchase. This feeling continued until four weeks later when the car's clutch stuck to the floor and left me stranded in the middle of an intersection. I had purchased the car "as is," even though it was advertised as having a warranty. I cannot speak to their integrity in selling new Hondas, however I can say, without a doubt, that I will never purchase another car from this dealership. Additionally, I would like to recommend against anyone purchasing a VW vehicle. I have many friends that have had troubles with these vehicles, yet I still took a chance in purchasing one. This was a big mistake--the repairs are costly, and the cars do not seem to be very mechanically sound.

We purchased a 2013 Accord a year ago. There were 2 issues with steering. After bringing it in to be fixed the second time, my husband and I decided we were both concerned about driving it. The service manager Jim Thurman spent time talking with us and recognized our concerns. He felt they had fixed the problem but could not guarantee that it would never happen again. He suggested that we talk about purchasing another car and set things in motion for us. He was professional, took time with us, understanding and talked about alternatives. He was fantastic. He notified the salesperson and explained the issues and why were trying to purchase another car. He laid all the ground work, set us up with the salesperson, Mehdi Kaveh. I talked with Mehdi numerous times on the phone through this process. I was very clear about the payments we could afford an he worked extremely hard to work this whole thing out. He completed credit checks, got the trade in value of the old car and worked very hard at running the numbers etc. until he was able to manage what we could afford. The best news was that he was working this out on a 2014. I was hoping to get the exact same color car and all the options we had purchased on the 2013. There very few 2013s. He tried every way to get the color and was unable too. He was fully aware of our problem and knew we really liked our previous car. He called me and told me what colors they had on the lot, we talked it over and he suggested he hold the one that I thought I might like . My husband and I went that morning and started the process. We are retired and the payments were a huge issue especially on a knew car. The end result was that I fell in love with the new color, both inside and out. He was able to work out the payments perfectly, made sure we got the options ,window tinting, clear mask, Schomp care and extended warranty, all of which we had on the 2013. I was so excited I could barely stand still. :) He was fantastic, professional, warm, funny, helpful, easy to work with, explained every thing and basically made the whole thing possible. I could not be happier with the way he managed everything for us. If we purchase another car I would ask for him. When we were leaving he helped me get the blue tooth hooked up, congratulated us and offered his services for anything else we might need. He is a top notch salesman and Ralph Schomp should be proud to have him on their work force. I would say the same thing about Fred (forgot last name ) who helped my daughter purchase a car last June. He was also 100% terrific in everyway, made sure my daughter new what she needed to and treated her like an adult. I moved to Aurora, CO last year. When I first moved here I went to another dealership to have my car serviced. I have a 2009 Civic Hybrid and wanted to make sure that it was in good shape after the move. Not only was that dealership's service staff rude, their prices were astronomical! They kept adding on more "necessary" services until I finally said "stop!" I was determined I would not go back to this dealership ever again after I had a dead battery leaving work one evening. They were the closest to me, so I went straight there after AAA got the car started. THREE HOURS later, I had a new battery at a cost of $250! I was riding with a friend at work to lunch one day, and I asked her about dealerships in the area. She recommended Ralph Schomp and said she had always been very pleased with their service, sales, and attitude. I decided I would give them a try. I am so glad I did. From the first phone call to the time I paid for the service, everyone I talked to and met was professional and courteous. They did not try to high-pressure me into any additional services. I told them that my gas mileage had been terrible since my last service at the competitor dealership, and since my service at Schomp that has increased significantly. I cannot say enough good things about the experience I had at this dealership. They have gained a loyal customer!

I just thought I would share my experience with Schomp to hopefully help out someone else. I inquired about a few cars online over the carfax website. One of them happened to be from Schomp. The next couple days I received calls from a few dealerships. But, I received 5 calls from Schomp over those two days. I finally decided to call them back even after the spam of messages I received. I talked to the person who had been calling me non-stop. Asha was her name. She proceeded to tell me how they do business and what not, and wanted to send me info on two different car. I got her email it was loaded with terrible grammar and links to the wrong cars. Then she finally sent me the right ones and told me to disregard the prices because they don't have the "discounts" applied. The next day I was still interested because the price was decent and it was still the closest dealership to me. I am how ever not from Denver so I asked about financing before I drove down. They said we use 60 banks blah blah. I said this shouldnt be a problem my credit is flawless. I was just approved by two other dealerships. She comes back and tells me my credit is good but she is going to need proof that matches my bank statement and so on. I just couldn't believe all the red-tape and the hassle that I was getting form them where I didnt get it from the other dealers. So I stopped communicating for a few days. Then I get another email from Asha. The email said $300 off for the next two days. I still had not found a car at this point so I sent her a email back about interest again. I also asked about if I could still get the $300 off even though it officially ended 10 hours ago. She said " unfortunately NO. It is your choice to take advantage of deals" I thought it was pretty interesting she pointed out it was my choice. I guess that is something most people are not aware of. So I asked if you can't give me the $300 off why don't you drop the price of the car i'm interested in by $300 to reflect what you were offering the car for 10 hours ago(seemed like a reasonable request to me) Then she sends me back the worst structured email I have ever read."I answer your question. I'm not going to lower the price, nor I have to ask my manager. In email I did tell you till it's good. I will not prolong discount!" There is just a little taste of what you will be dealing with from Schomp. I am going to be as fair as I can here. The prices at Schomp are decent. This is however shadowed by a terrible staff. The hassle and the unprofessional from Schomp is off the chart. Do yourself a favor and make this your last "choice" because according to Asha you have one.

Ralph Schomp staff spends considerable time claiming that their dealership is a fair and customer centric auto dealer far exceeding the standards of their competitors. I think not! Acts speak louder than words. Even though the sales manager Marietta Companie proclaimed intimate familiarity with the history of a particular Honda Accord and its status at the dealership and my transaction regarding this car, Schomp sold the same car in writing to two people, myself included. After I made considerable arrangements regarding the delivery and use of the car, the sales manager simply refused to deliver the car at the negotiated price at the promised time or make any offer of meaningful accommodation for their failure to honor their written agreement. Some people might consider this at best a case of dealer sloppiness and customer callousness. At worst, some people might speculate that extreme business misbehavior might have occurred here. Lisa Schomp the President of the organization should take notice and insure that their policies and actions are consistent with their PR and with ethical and good business standards. In the meantime, caveat emptor with Ralph Schomp.

Really enjoyed working with John and Matt as I was making a major auto shift. All went well and appreciated the consult to make sure that this is what I really wanted to do. There were a couple of "follow-ups" and those were completed on time and have to say the upholstery work on the back seat was amazing. Nice team of folks to work with!

I was in need of an older, yet dependable, car which I could comfortably afford. Thinking I would cut into a salesperson's commission, I was almost too embarrassed to go in. I submitted an email to Ralph Schomp Honda once I found a car I was interested in and I was contacted immediately by Christopher Vitale. Needed a car for our daughter, a grad student in Denver. Wanted a brand new 2015 Fit, which was released for sale just days earlier. Used cars.com to contact all the local dealers on a Sunday evening. Will Mele, from Ralph Schomp Honda called at 8:39 Monday morning, before the dealership was even open for business! Will worked to make sure we got the best financing rate, qualified us for a military discount promotion from Honda Financial, and went above and beyond the call to get us in that car that morning. I don't normally fill out these surveys, but this experience was so hassle free, stress free and open, that I just had to share our experiences. If we didn't live in Maryland, I'd have bought a second car from these folks!

I recently purchased 2014 Honda Pilot. My salesman was Jeff Englert and he was great! When they did not have the color of vehicle I wanted in stock, they procured one from another dealer at no cost to me. And it only took about an hour. They gave me a great, honest price for my trade in. When all was said and done, I got the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted and no haggling. They even financed it and a great rate. My only knock is the length of time it took to do all of the paperwork. But then that is probably the same at any dealership.

I came in to Ralph Schomp due to the fact that I had a car accident and needed a car. My previous car was paid off and I did not have a car payment for almost 10 years. Needless to say I was nervous... However I got lucky and Jay Stevens was the sales professional that helped me with the process. He made it quick, painless, and fun buying a car. I appreciate how hard he worked to make sure I was happy. The finance department also worked real hard to help me get a great car with a payment that I can afford. My family was in need of a new car. We decided to go to Ralph Schomp Honda. From start to finish we were well taken care of. The financial workers can definitely work magic here! The customer service from everyone at the dealership was amazing. Even from the manager who was still taking care of our concerns even AFTER we had left the dealership with our New car. We had some work done on the car (tint and some extras we purchased). The service center was great to work with too. They did an excellent job with my "extras" and were courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Ralph Schomp Honda. They are definitely the #1 dealership in Colorado.

We had been looking for a particular vehicle for a long time, which Schomp had on its lot, so naturally we were excited. I called the dealer to see if the vehicle was available, to which they replied saying that it was. I spoke to a sales rep over the phone several times during the day inquiring about different items on the vehicle. About 30 minutes prior to leaving our home to go test drive the vehicle, I called to make sure it was still available and ready to go. The dealer said it was ready and that they would have it pulled up front for us. When we arrived we were told that the vehicle was no longer "available" because someone had "just" placed a "hold" deposit on it. I did some investigating with some other employees at the dealership on when the "hold" took place and apparently it was placed on the vehicle hours before I called to let them know we were on our way down to test drive it. As soon as we were told the car was no longer available they tried to pitch us on another car they had on their lot. They tricked us into coming to their dealership in order to try and sell us a car we didn't want. This type of practice is unacceptable and we will not be returing to any Schomp dealership.

We recently found ourselves in the unexpected position of having to replace a vehicle that just wasn't worth repairing anymore. We really did not want to take on a new car payment because we had just gone through nearly a year of unemployment. So we started looking for an inexpensive car that we could drive back forth to work for awhile. We had a small amount of cash and a wish to make that cash go just as far as we could make it go in order to buy the best car we possibly could. After a week of looking - and being discouraged that most of our cash would end up going to dealer fees, handling fees, etc. -- we saw one of Schomp's ads for a nice used car. Not expecting much, we decided to take a look at it. Boy, were we surprised! Not only was the car nicer, newer, and in better condition than anything else we had seen, but we found that the only thing we would be expected to pay was the actual price of the car and the sales tax -- no dealer fees -- of any kind! And the bonus was that we got to work with Asha. She met with us, answered all of our questions and really went the 'extra mile' to make our shopping and purchasing experience outstanding. We never once felt pressured, led or pushed. We felt just as important to her as if we were there to purchase the newest, most expensive vehicle on the lot. Asha took very special care of us from the time we initially spoke to her on the phone until we drove off the lot with the newly purchased car. --Then, the next morning, she called to congratulate us and see if there was anything else she could help us with. I would never have expected that kind of follow up after purchasing an inexpensive used car -- maybe a new car, but not an older, used car. Our experience with Schomp and Asha went far above our expectations and -- when we are ready to purchase that new car -- we will happily be returning to Schomp, Asha, and the entire staff at Schomp Automotive. This pleasant surprise has created a very happy new customer.

After a crash, I came in with my insurance check in hand and research done. I knew which cars I wanted to test drive, and made Schomp Honda my first stop. I was greeted promptly and given the run-down about how they sell (no commission, no negotiations, everything but tax included in the price). After seeing the cars we wanted, we shopped around at a few other dealerships and were pretty appalled by the "circling vulture" approach taken by the salespeople. We went back to Schomp and purchased the car we liked - good value, low miles, low pressure sales. Financing was fast and I got a more competitive rate than the credit union through whom I'd received pre-approval. We'd go back to Schomp for another car.

I visited this dealership on a Saturday evening, to test drive a used Honda I was interested in. I had been in contact with the salesperson I worked with prior to coming in, and found him very helpful and obliging. I had been looking at a new model, but after test driving it at another dealership, I decided I'd be happier with a pre-2012 redesign model. I had found the exact used 2011 vehicle I wanted online, and so set up an appointment with the salesperson to come in to test drive it. We went out for a proper test drive and I was happy with its performance. The actual purchase of the vehicle took about 1-1/2 hrs. My girlfriend, who has bought 3 new and 3 used vehicles from this dealership raves about them, and I certainly was happy with them.

Unlike other Honda dealerships and service centers, Ali (who is great) and other service folks don't try to sell you things you don't need. They review what is needed or worn and gently suggest a course of action. I bought this Ridgeline in 06 from another dealership and when the new Ridgeline comes out - I will buy it from you.

I bought a 2013 CR-V EXL after our Pontiac Grand Prix was totaled in a car wreck. My husband was unable to walk, so my son went with me. I have never shopped for a car without my husband, so this was a new experience. Ralph Schomp came highly recommended from our neighbors and our son, who have purchased Honda's from this dealer. Our salesman, Tim, was friendly, professional and up front with all of my questions. Once I chose the car, some of the options I chose would not be installed until the following day and Tim offered to send me home with a loaner car. It was no problem for my son to drive me back, so I declined, but it was a great offer. One option I had installed was the remote car starter. It never worked properly from the first time I started using it. I took the car back twice and still had major problems with it, either draining the battery, while trying to start, after I had locked it, or unlocking all of the doors after it started. After I complained, they removed the Car Toys remote starter and put in a Honda remote and it works perfectly. The ;last time, they had a driver deliver the loaner car to my home in Arvada and delivered my car back to me! When I took the car in for the 5000 mile oil change, Ben greeted me, when I drove in to the service department and 45 minutes later, the car was finished. They even offered to wash it, which I declined because it was clean. The waiting room was the best I had ever been to. There was a coffee machine with various choices, the restrooms, had choices of soaps and lotions, with folded paper towels in a basket. Every place was exceptionally clean. They have helped make a loyal customer out of me!

I live in Albuquerque and bought this car over the phone. Frank our salesman was very sensitive to the distance involved and took the truck for a test drive before agreeing it was worth our drive to check it out. The dealership held the Truck for about six days with only a $500 deposit. When we arrived the Truck was ready and after a test drive we bought it. I felt Frank was really concerned we got a quality used Truck and went out of his way to insure we were going to be satisfied even after we drove back to Albuquerque. The buying process seemed a bit long due to partially, Colorado requirements and of course the finance guy had to give a couple pitches for extended warrantee and even credit protection which we refused. But overall the folks were friendly and efficient. Even the finance guy understood we weren't going to buy the extras and went through them without a bunch of hard sell. Overall a great experience, These aren't your fathers used care salesmen. ;-) Thanks Ralph Schomp Honda for a great car buying experience. Dick in Albuquerque

After a series of horrible experiences, I had resolved to never, ever buy a car from a dealer again. In 2011, as a result of the tsunami and the scarcity of cars from other sources, I finally gave in and looked at Schomp Honda. I found the car I wanted at a fair price. Every part of the experience, from the initial search to their continuing service, has been first rate. They are skilled, courteous, considerate and accountable. Recently I got a ticket for not having a front license plate. This is three years since I purchased the car. They had neglected to attach a front license plate holder. They not only did so at no charge, they paid my ticket. I was flabbergasted and of course delighted. I will definitely deal only with Schomp in the future.

Very good service department. Sales department is okay, but was a little uncomfortable negotiating the right price. The sales facility is very bad - much too cold, out dated, the coffee machines didn't work, the sales personnel had their chatting corner right by the entry. Not a place where I felt wanted. Sales personnel didn't know about simple adjustments to certain mechanical components of the car and didn't seem interested in finding out. Sales personnel did, however, very promptly follow up with corrected car manual and approved minor service items that had to be completed after the sale which was very nice.

After making the decision that it was time to buy a new car, my wife and I went to Schomp as my first choice because of the past experiences at that dealership. We found the car that both of us liked. After talking to the salesman, we got the price of the car and filled out a credit app to get an accurate idea of interest rate and car payment. The person that handled the finance is exceptionally good at what she does. The interest rate and payment was beyond out expectations. We bought that car. The experiences we have had in the past with Schomp have always been above the rest, and buying a new car was met with the same professionalism and courtesy as when we purchased a used car. This dealership sets the bar well above any standards in the industry. It must be noted that the used cars that are sold at this dealership are top notch and Schomp stands behind any product they sell.

I purchased a used car from Ralph Schomp Honda last month. The purchase experience went well but once they had my money that's where the customer service problems began. I paid cash for the vehicle but the dealership still had to pull a credit report (which I understand is a legal requirement). I was told it would be a soft credit pull (no negative credit score impact) but upon reviewing my annual credit reports a few weeks later, I noticed that not only was it listed as a hard pull (negative credit score points) but as an application for a vehicle loan for which I never applied for. I contacted the Ralph Schomp Honda Finance department about correcting the problem with the credit agency and received a very rude response from a manager who was very condescending and basically told me to deal with it. I repeatedly left messages with the Finance Director and the General Manager with no response. This dealership clearly doesn't care about customer service so they won't be seeing any more of my business and I don't recommend them for your next buying experience. As a lifelong Honda customer, I'd gladly pay more at another Honda dealership to avoid poor service such as this.

I went in looking for a cheap car for my daughter who was leaving to go to college out of state. Their selection was not very good, so maybe that is why they were trying to get me to buy some of their more expensive cars. I was looking forward to dealing with them, as I have heard good things, but I was extremely disappointed. For being "One Price" they sure seemed to try to haggle with me on several different cars, asking if I would be willing to purchase if they could drop the price $1,000.

Do NOT buy a used car from this dealership. They are NOT honest. They tried to sell me a car that was damaged and repainted (and they knew it) despite me asking if there had ever been damaged. I paid for a pre-purchase inspection only to find out when they put the car on the rack that it had a crummy paint job from the damage. The dealership had to know. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER!!!!

Hard to really rate this one, because I was rooting so hard for them. While up front I was told the salesmen aren't paid commission, the 5 hours (yes, I was there for 5 hours...) of car shopping that followed that conversation sure betrayed the truth - a new car is really, really what they, or at least my particular salesman, wanted me to leave with, even though I came in for used and was VERY clear in explaining this again and again. Without getting into too much detail, I felt taken advantage of, and was kept at the dealership long after I intended to leave. I was terribly upset, but maybe I just got unlucky and had an overly aggressive salesman.

I came in ready to battle for a used car and to get a decent price for my trade in. I came out enlightened from the entire experience and as a fully satisfied customer. Not at any time did I feel pressured, broadsided, or aggravated. The salesman treated me as if he were in my shoes and made sure I was informed as much as he was with the vehicle and the sales process. In the end I got the exact vehicle at the price that I wanted and exactly what I wanted for my trade in. I would definitely deal with Ralph Schomp in the future.

I recently traveled to over 100 miles to find the perfect Nissan Xterra at Ralph Schomp Honda and Mini because they set there prices lower than any dealers around. If you can find it cheaper at another dealer there is probably a reason why. There is no dealer and handling fee so that saves you another 3 to 5 hundred dollars and the dealers make the same amount no matter what car they sell, so there is no pressure to buy a car over your budget! With the return policy and warranty they offer it is unbeatable. The facilities are amazing and the customer service is great, as they will make sure you have plenty to drink and your children are entertained watching one of their many televisions while you are there. I have found my last 3 cars on cars.com and I have to say they always come through. I will continue to use cars.com and continue to do business with Ralph Shomp Honda and Mini in the future for all of my vehicle needs.

I have been searching for a 2012 Honda Odyssey for 3 months now. I submitted inquiries at every dealership in Colorado, every other dealership forgot about me after 2 weeks, the team at Ralph Schomp continued to keep me updated regarding their inventory and specials. When I finally decided to finalize my purchase, the sales person had everything ready to go for me! I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours! I found my Audi Q7 on cars.com and drove from Nebraska to Colorado to pick it up. It was exactly what I was looking for. I bought the car in less than 3 hours and that is including getting my car traded in. The process was fast and simple. I really love my new car and the all the employees who helped me were fantastic.

I requested more information via email about one vehicle from this dealership. Unfortunately the submission form does not allow you to omit your phone number (I should've given a fake one) because I received 15 calls in less than one week about this vehicle...but never got the email I requested. This type of gorilla salesmanship is such a turn off that I would actually be willing to a thousand dollars more for the same vehicle elsewhere. It is evident that the only thing they care about is making the sale which begs the question-how is their follow-up care and service?

Just purchased a used 2012 vehicle from schomp Honda and was very please with the experience. There was really no price negotiations to do because they offered me exactly what I thought I would get for my trade in, based on extensive online research. The same can be said for the car I purchased. They found me a great rate on the loan, too. The staff is very professional. Andrew from the Internet dept. was our sales rep, he was great. I'd been tast driving for over a week and finally had someone that actually let me drive and get a feel for the car instead of talking my ear off with salesman stuff. I really appreciated that. Also, the process took Ionger than expected, so we went out for lunch and they not only apologized for the delay but also refunded our lunch. I buy a car almost every 2 years, for well over a decade and this is the first time I recommend a dealership!

Ralph Schomp dealerships came highly recommended so I expected to have a positive buying experience with them. I did my research, got preapproved with my bank, and was ready to purchase the vehicle I had my eye on. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so I asked them to hold the car for me for one and a half days until I had a day off from work and could come get it. Despite my preapproval, down payment, and a verbal commitment to the car, they refused to hold it until about two hours before I left for Denver. Once I arrived, I realized the car I was test driving was a regular Cooper not a Cooper S as the dealership had advertised on cars.com. After driving the vehicle, however, I liked it enough to continue with my purchase. Despite all my preparation, the purchasing process took several hours because the dealership had not detailed the vehicle prior to my arrival. In fact, there had been no preparation on their end which caused the process to take longer than it should have. The dealership was able to beat my bank's interest rate by over a whole percent so I decided to use their financing. The woman in charge of my financing was trying a hard sell for a warranty and was pushy and rude to my boyfriend when I explained that he is mechanically-inclined and didn't think I needed the warranty. Despite all of the issues along the way, I bought the car and was pleased with my purchase. I didn't realize until I got home that the key fob (the key and fob are a single unit) did not work. I called the dealership to let them know, and they explained that the battery could not be replaced; the entire key would need to be replaced. The key would cost me $250. I was told a fob is a novelty rather than a necessity. While I agree that this is true, I would have thought that with a purchase as big as a car and from a company as renowned as Mini, I would be able to expect a higher level of customer service. As it happens, I was wrong. Lastly, I received an email from Schomp Mini asking about my buying experience. I gave them an honest review and did not receive any follow up from them. I felt as though my time had been wasted since nothing had been done with the information I had provided. Although I am ultimately happy with the vehicle I purchased, I was not at all impressed by the lack of customer service at Ralph Schomp Mini.

The particular salesman that I spoke with throughout the process was (is) excellent. Mark Kereszturi; was and continues to be most attentive and helpful in my search for an approiate vehicle. He gave much of his time initially to keep me updated on the particular automobile that we were working toward and when I decided that that was not the vehicle for me he has kept in touch with me (not giving up on a possible sale) as I assume most salespeople would have. I value that kind of courtesy and will definately make my selection thru Mark when I (we) find "whatever" it is that I like.
