My husband and I would like to thank you and your staff, particularly Ms. Helen Stredder for her exceptional customer service. Ms. Stredder worked diligently with me, my husband, and my brother, (who she also sold a car to months earlier). She was very patient, thorough and demonstrated delightful customer service skills. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredders dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. Its a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, no-nonsense approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and no pressure atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredders agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamsons unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

Promptly responsive. My service agent, Ken, was excellent. I brought in my Allroad wagon, which had a sensor on and Ken trouble-shooted why sensor might be on and immediately made arrangement to have car checked. It was efficient, effective and hassle-free.

I picked up my first ever Audi from Chris Morales at smAudi and it has been a flawless experience. He helped me get a deal of a lifetime on my 2016 S3. Chris was very helpful and upfront all throughout the process answering all my questions and making recommendations even without me asking. He was never too pushy and was very calm the whole time; unlike another dealer guy that walked out on me. I think he has turned me into an Audi guy for life. Looking forward to more Audis!

I must say this is by far the best customer service I have received from a dealership . I've had every luxury car your can name but this level of service has never been been done . From my sales person Ashe to the service department they all go over and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied . I think I stay with Audi more so for the way they treat me verses the car !!! Smile

I'd steer clear of this dealership. I sold them my Audi R8 nearly two months ago and have yet to receive a check. They apparently waited nearly a month to pay off my loan with the bank (I guess it's up to me to finance their dealership) and have claimed that they can't release a check until they receive the title. I spoke with my bank and they confirmed that the title was released to Santa Monica Audi weeks ago. Despite numerous calls, I get the same response every time which is that they need to check with the business office. They are either incompetent or crooks but, either way, it's not worth it to do business with any company that treats customers the way they have treated me over the past two months.I am a past customer of Santa Monica Audi and was about to purchase a Q7 or A7 but will certainly find another dealership. We've all heard of the "used car salesman" but they actually give used car salesmen a bad name. In a word.... Dirtbags.

I really wanted a new Audi but was dreading the prospect of having to deal with a car dealer- I assumed it would mean the usual 6 hours of haggling and yelling and deception and not actually getting the car I wanted, but I'm so happy to say my experience was the complete opposite!I worked with Carlos in sales and I was done in 1.5 hours. I left with the perfect car at a great price. He was extremely friendly, transparent, knowledgable, and understanding, he genuinely wanted me to find the best car for me. All around amazing experience!

*************************Two years ago I leased my first Audi at McKenna (Norwalk) dealership. Chris Blair was the Audi specialist assisting me with my lease. With his experience the process was so easy and exciting that I felt very confident after leasing my first Audi . Chris Blair was there to guide me through the process. I am very pleased with the service and experience and nothing less than exceptional. Chris Blair is now my trusted sales advisor and exceeding my expectations and delivering on promises. I am someone who is doesn't do change very well. So if you find something that works I stick with it. So when the time came I called McKenna and they said he no longer worked there and couldn't give me any information. Goggle is such an amazing thing that I found him. Thank you Santa Monica!!!I wouldn't consider going to a different dealership or working with any other sales professional. Most of the time it's stressful purchasing any vehicle and difficult because of the paper work even though dealers can handle . Today I am in the car I wanted and he was able to fit my budget. I had gone to this dealership , 3 years ago and got a rude sales person. I was upset with the experience that went next door to Lexus and got a car. Went again recently and got another sales person, who was even worse. It seems like the culture of the place is messed up. Never going again.

Very few of us like buying cars because of the antics of the car dealerships and salespeople. I dreaded getting rid of my car and purchasing a new one. However, the experience was entirely different with Ash at Santa Monica Audi. I just couldn't believe it really, couldn't believe I was not being worked and prodded and pulled to get the most out of me to buy a car. I couldn't believe that Ash and Audi worked with me in the way they did, which was with respect, true and candid deals. I've purchased a number of cars over the years and this was the most pleasant experience by far. Ash said they weren't like other car dealerships. He was right. From beginning to end, the car buying process was easy, not pressured, and a pleasure. I'm thrilled with my new Audi and couldn't be happier with how I was treated at Santa Monica Audi.

We drove 100 miles to purchase a vehicle. Financing took forever. They were unable to get final approval, so we agreed they would deliver the vehicle as soon as they receive the final approval the following morning. We kept calling to see what time they would be able to deliver the vehicle; they were unable to give any definite answer. Until they called to inform us that the vehicle has been scratched and would need to be delivered four days later. We cancelled the deal and requested for our down payment. We did not receive our down payment until a week later and numerous phone calls to their financing dept. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!

I bought my car here 11 months ago in February. Multiple Issues occurred afterwards. The dealership did not give me license plates and told me they would send it to me. Then they recorded my address incorrectly in the system. Then through many many emails, i have a record of over 10 emails throughout the months and many unreturned phone calls messages. The issue is still not taken care of. They took my DMV registration money and did not do anything nor did I get any apology.

We had a great experience using Dana Hall, the internet and fleet manager. He was very thorough and helpful. Accommodated a multitude of questions, an inspection from an outside company and was helpful coordinating the transporter for us as the purchase was out of state. Nothing but good vibes to send or say about the experience, Dana Hall or Santa Monica Audi.

Sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating. We test drove the A3 3.2S and missed a turn onto the highway. He insisted that I made a u-turn and get on the highway. He assured me that this is what the A3 is made for! Not pushy at all.

I had looked online for the car I wanted and was willing to travel within a 1,000 mile radius of SLC to purchase. I spoke with Mary Anne on the phone many times. I had various choices but I chose the 2009 Audi A4 from your lot due because I knew she would represent the transaction fairly and most important make the experience of buying a car sight-unseen and out of state a good one. I am very pleased to report that she delivered. Mary Anne picked me up from LAX and helped me make the transaction smooth and enjoyable. Her training on the vehicles functionality was superb and her follow up was off the charts as she checked with me on several occasions through my drive back home to SLC. Thank you again I can't even begin to tell you how satisfied I am with this place.

Finance dept was also fantastic. No hard selling on the extended warranties, paint protection, etc. I'd say I spent no more than a total of 2 hours from when I first arrived to when I drove off the lot in my new car.

I bought a car from here and within 2 days I started having problems with it. They were very unhelpful with getting my problems fixed and even tried making excuses as if to say "that's how the car is supposed to be." Also, after I agreed to buy the car my sale woman turned to another sales man and asked how many cars she had to sell to get a bonus. Very unprofessional. I then overheard another salesman insult other customers as they walked away. if you are interested in Audi, do two things: Buy new, and go to a different dealership.

But he immediately organized a rental car since I had an appointment in another part of town. Gil Feig was my salesman and he is kind, knowledgeable, patient and really worked hard to put me in the car i wanted. I got my Audi here and also got the 4 year warranty. I must say the service here in the past time that I've been here has been really great. Ken Maryan has been scheduling me for appointments. He has been prompt to return my phone calls and get my vehicle ready by the time promised. I know that the service dept. doesn't offer courtesy pickup but Ken has always been thoughtful enough to offer them to me just in case. I was quite grateful the last visit because I would've been stranded otherwise. I know I'll be going back as long as Ken takes care of me.
