We went back and forth on two specific vehicles until literally closing time. Before our head even hit the pillow for the night the wife had a change of heart lol. I reached out to Richard that same night and before I even spoke to him in the morning he had taken care of our request. Now that’s first class service. The entire staff was exceptional during the process. A special thank you to Richard and Jacob for putting everything together and making it as easy as possible for us. Listen I’ll put it to you this way…If your a reasonable person looking for a reasonable deal then this is the place for you!

Nice to work with upfront people who give you a price and that's what you pay in the end. No high pressure sales, hidden costs, or issues with repairing when within the warranty period. They sell used cars and some with very high mileage so there are bound to be some unhappy folks. Jacob is direct and fair, which I appreciate.

This is the first time I am writing a google review to share my own experience as this business deserves 5 stars. I made my first auto purchase with Sandy Lane about 2 months ago, on a low budget for an Audi A4.
