My sales person was helpful and informative. She explained the vehicle and the process of operation and purchase. We had agreed prior to the transaction on the price. I was disappointed however, when I was told there was an additional $300 added to this for options I neither asked for nor agreed to prior to the sale. While this might not seem like a lot in view of the overall cost, it is a poor sales practice to change terms at the closing of the sale.

Me and my husband have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and have had the best service ever from them, but even better was the salesperson we had. Just bought a used truck from Belhem Cummins at Sands Kia and it was a great experience!!!No pressure, best deal, great positive attitude, they worked with me and over exceeded my expectations. Even in the finance office where it could be a little scary, they made me feel comfortable and protected my investment with a good priced extended warranty. I will recommend Sands Kia to ALL my friends and family. Thank you Belhem, Kyle, Chad, Andrew. I LOVE MY TRUCK!!!

BEWARE THIS THIS DEALERSHIP FOR FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION!!! When you do know you really want the car then good but if you're having second thoughts about it...don't sign or if you sign a contract you're stuck with it and even if it's not finalized they will make ever effort to finalized illegally without informing you that the transaction has been finalized and guide the contract states that they don't have any original copies of the contract. With my situation, I received a phone call from the finance stating that they have found a lender and could not finalized the contract until I come in. The next week I came in and they said that they finalized it as it's Waived that I didn't have to sign anything as the contract is as is... So I was asking for the original of the contract as I've called every dealership stating my problem with this dealership and that they always have a copy in the dealership, for the bank and for the customer as there is 3 layers of the application. From the sales manager BRETT FORTE saying that "we do things differently with any other dealership, he stated "WE SENT ALL DOCUMENTS TO THE BANK TO WHERE THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ONE COPY?" HashTag #BS. Sadly my sales representative CLAYTON just sat there did nothing to this matter. This manager said I was trying to find loop holes and guess what there is no loop holes but for this dealership is the one finding loop holes when I have legit evidence but all they can see is this little boy who they think don't have any experience of buying cars, well guess what... I know my rights and the law. So they've provided me a copy of the contract shrunken in a one white page piece of paper... I was asking for the original contract that has my ink signature but no copies sorry. When I looked at the shrunken copy of the contract that the monthly payment and interest was different from the original contract that I first sign without the lender's information on it, supposedly that KIA MOTOR FINANCE was printed at the bottom of whatever this contract... I've been questioning myself what if they white out the monthly and the interest to reprint this information...? And looking at the contract there was add on which is the extended warranty and gap added which I don't recall signing any of these contract as they never ask me about adding them in the beginning. Also when I tried to get a copy of the "warranty and gap contract" like they say no copies sorry... So I told them that I will get with my attorney. I contacted KIA MOTOR FINANCE to cancel the transaction but I was informed that there is no contract they've received from that dealership. Today, I received the first bill for payment from the lender...when the contract states it was KIA MOTOR FINANCE, but unfortunately the lender that approved me was a different bank, when I don't even have the contract for this lender? By LAW it's illegal for you not to have a copy of the contract as dealership is required to provide your copies, 2nd if there is any changes in the contract from the first one you signed as far as the monthly payment has changed, interest has changed, terms has changed and lender has changed...that they have to to provide a new contract for you to sign and to accept. In AZ Law, if you don't accept the changes in the new contract, you may reject it and return the car freely! Apparently this dealership just want the SALES instead of having to pay for fines for doing fraudulent transaction. Never trust this dealership as they will screw you over, THEY WILL TRY TO GET THAT SALES NO MATTER WHAT EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO DO IT FRAUDULENTLY, JUST TO GET THE SALES... SO SAD AND DESPERATELY... I am going through BBB to report this matter as well. Hoping these fraudsters (Sales Manager: Brett Forte, Sales Rep: Clayton, and Finance guy: Carlos will get fired for their lies, cheating and committing fraud.)

went to dealer on one of their promotions, with no intention of purchasing a new car. We were talked into leasing a new car as a means of saving money. on the payments. Our sales representative, Stephanie Lara was a pleasure to deal with...the next day we went back to the dealer with buyers remorse and were told by Brett and Drew the finance people that there was nothing they could do.We feel that we gave up a perfectly good 2014 Kia Sorrento and that now we have nothing at the end of the 3 year lease....

When I walked up a young woman approached me. I thought to myself ok, here we go, you know the typical run. BUT I was wrong. She introduced herself as Stephanie Lara and she knew her stuff, she answered my questions and didn't rush me through the rows of vehicles. I was positively impacted; impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.The staff at Kia was also warm and welcoming. I hate going car shopping because they all flock to you even vefore you turn your car off. This did not happen at Sands Kia, they actually let you look and are close in case question arise. I walked right in and spoke to Behlem Cummings with a general question and before I knew it, Ibwas approved with a great monthly payment and jeys in hand. I couldn't believe how smooth the process went and how sweet I was treated. I will always go back and recommend to all. C.S-T

I normally don't write reviews, but I'm taking the time to do it because Sands Kia has such great employees! Justin in particular went out of his way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and at no point did I feel pressured to buy a vehicle. He was there to make sure that if we did purchase (which we did), we did so because we found the vehicle that was right for our family. He was professional, courteous, friendly, and a complete gentlemen. I believe that employees like Justin are what make businesses successful, and should be rewarded. Both my husband and I felt incredibly comfortable with our decision, and will be recommending anyone we know looking to purchase a new vehicle, to Justin at Sands Kia.

I was in Sands Kia to trade a truck, that had quite a bit of negative equity, for a new car. I knew it was going to be a tough negotiation, but the people we dealt with were very professional, and genuinely seemed to want to help get the numbers somewhere doable. As expected, the negotiation was a little tough, but never in an unpleasant way, everything was fair and honest, and we eventually got to a place where we could shake hands, and I drove away in a car I love, for a price I can live with. I was very happy with my experience, and would definitely do business with them again.

I would have rated this dealership all 5 stars but after I purchased my vehicle which was a very pleasant experience I was called and told that I needed to resign some paperwork. I went in and my deal had changed and now my payment was going up $55 per month as was my interest rate. This was ok I guess because I just went through a divorce and my credit was not great. What upset me was the way I was treated the day I went back in, it was like well you already bough the car so we do not need to show you customer service. There was one sales man who said "welcome back" when I pulled up and that was appreciated but my own salesman hardly said a word to me and the finance guy was not friendly at all. So now I feel like the customer service I received the day I purchased was fake and once I signed my papers I no longer mattered as a customer. Overall it was good but not perfect.

My husband and I live by just about every dealership there is but we drove over 20 miles to go to this dealership instead. The people here are so awesome, especially Brandon and Brett :)We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership now because the staff is so amazing (and they're tons of fun!!!!). We walked into the dealership and asked for help finding a vehicle that would fit our budget and they went to work! They helped us get into a car for $200 dollars a month less than we were currently paying! They got us approved for a car that we liked and had us on the road in no time. We were so pleased with the experience that we went home and brought our daughter back to co sign on a new car for her!

Don't ever buy the extended warranty sands kia surprise offers they tell you will be responsible for tires oil changes wipers and battery only but is not true when I took my car for an oil change they want to change about $160 to check fluid levels I cancelled the extended with in a year no reason to have extended warranty when you have to paid for maintenance services they charge me almost $500 when I cancelled the extended warranty even though the car was still on manufacturers original warranty.

I went into the dealership with negative connotations in my head about Kia but after 5 minutes with Tyler Gregory I felt better about purchasing a Kia.I have never had such a great experience with a dealership. In the past I've given up & just purchased private party. These guys, Tyler Gregory & Matt Miller made negotiations seem like a dialogue not like they were strong arming me to bend to their wants.I will be back. I love my car.

Buying a car used to be a very long and taxing hassle. You would drive into the parking lot and attempt to try and avoid making eye contact with any of the sales team. By the time you started with the migraine induced nausea....you just wanted to be so very far away from anyone on the planet for fear of saying "ok...ok....I'll sign".Had already gone to another Kia dealership about a month before coming here. Was not impressed with any one there. On a very hot 116 degree day in Arizona, they made me and my husband walk around the lot. Both of us are handicapped.Here at Sands Kia....the sales team did there very best to serve my husband and I. We could tell that our main salesman was new but all of the co-workers were accessible to us.

We were referred by a co-worker of mine, needed a reliable second car with good coverage. We found a car we liked online, and contacted dealer online. Lauren was great! She got back to us, and we set up an appointment for a test drive. Lauren actually came in on her day off to help us. She is very personable, and informative. We went to Sands Kia to purchase a Kia Sportage on Saturday, May 14, 2016. We had already decided that we wanted the Sportage based on our previous ownership of a Kia Sephia, and research we had done on small crossover SUV's. We were greeted by Brandon Dickerson and we told him exactly what we were looking for. He showed us several, and we found the exact one that we wanted. He showed us the features of it in detail and explained exactly where and how things worked. He took his time, answered EVERY question, and never once had to say "I don't know". He was extremely knowledgeable about the Kia product. He walked us through the paperwork, got the financing and insurance team working, and we were on our way in our new Sportage in a very reasonable time frame. We took mom to help her with her new car purchase process. After going to Peoria Kia and dealing briefly with a very nice salesman, Wally, we then had to listen to a full-of-bull manager that switched numbers on a deal we already had in place. He quickly became rude. My husband stood up and said 'we're done.' A few days later we went to Sands Kia and in about 15 minutes we had a deal equal to the one we were offered at Peoria before they started manipulating numbers. Our salesman Clayton was very straight forward as were the manager and finance dept. Everyone at this dealership is friendly and accomodating. I've never been treated so well at any dealership as this place. Very happy and will DEFINITELY recommend Sands Kia to EVERYONE! It's a bit of a drive for us but we'll worth it. THANKS GUYS!

Came in Last Sunday 4/3/16 to buy a vehicle. Could not find what I really wanted. Salesgirl called me later that day, and I told her I found what I wanted at another dealership. That's when she really showed her true colors and her all attitude changed. I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, in past 24 months. All paid for by cash. I will never buy from them again. This salesperson needs to accept without any negative attitude towards me, you cannot always make every sale all the time! Called and talked to a Manager who did not even want to hear about it!

my engine and frame under the engine became saturated with oil after incorrect installation of a valve cover gasket.The final resolution was drive the car and the odor will eventually go away.Currently we can't put the hot car in the garage because it STINKS. I think the bottom pan andrail should be steam cleaned like I asked.Having said all of this I will go back for service because service is really good here and I likeFernando and Paula

My wife and I, had been actively shopping for a mid-size SUV for over four months. We even narrowed it down, to five automakers. After leaving service one Sunday, my wife wanted to take a look at some vehicles she saw online. She immediately noticed two used vehicles on our list of five, on the Sands Kia lot. But as the story goes; it wasn't meant for either of us to be in those particular vehicles. We were originally approached by Ronnie, who offered wonderful customer-service. Then Terry, a sales manager came over to tell us more about Kia's product and service line because I was skeptical. Seven and a half hours later, we finalized the deal with Herbie and we drove off the lot as brand new owners of a 2016 Sorento. The warranty package was the best deal i've seen in the area, and not once during our time spent, did either three of those guys make us feel pressured. Early on the morning of Nov.3rd, my husband drove his Kia Forte to Sands Kia, Surprise AZ for a scheduled oil change & regular maintenance. While the Forte was being serviced, hubby walked around the dealership, fell head over heels for a Pickup Truck on the lot! As I mentioned, it was early in the morning, Sales staff were yet to arrive, hubby relied on his trusted Service Advisor, Paula Meyers, to help him connect with one of the sales staff, Paula introduced hubby to Sales Professional, Belhem Cummins. Hubby fell head over heels for Bel's courteous, experienced manner & business knowledge. He talked with Bel about the PU truck, eventually he told her he'd pick me up at home & be back. Indeed, I returned with him to "see" the PU truck, hubby was so thrilled & I must say as senior citizens, it's fun to see your partner so excited. I must admit I was scared to do this but we met Steve and he honestly made me comfortable and we bought a car when honestly I didn't think I would. He was super nice and very knowledgeable as far as what we needed to do to get what we wanted. I would definitely say that he was aw-sum and so was his boss'. Frustrated with my car, and having enough of the new car shopping struggle, I was headed back to a dealership I had visited the day before to settle for an overpriced vehicle when I stumbled across Surprise, Sands Kia. I had my 11 year old and 16 year old with me and we were simply "done" to say the least. Just then, Joseph appeared through the haze of shinning new cars like an angel sent from above. His warm personality, and smile was enough to ease my mind into looking just one more time. Okay cut the cream; bottom line, I'm a overly candid, honest, driven woman who knows what she wants, and what she doesn't. Josephs ability to blend with that crazy personality is what I thought would sell me a car. I was wrong, it was more than that. He returned my honesty with same, never beat around the bush, and I almost felt as if I were at home (minus their super sparkling clean floors). I was so comfortable I was able to tell him exactly what I wanted and nothing more. I wanted "more bang for my buck". After test driving the Sorento, I was sold, but I had a price rage and sent Joseph on a mission to find me exactly what I was looking for. Confident in his professionalism and skill I went home to relax, and let him do his job. The very next day he texted me with 2 options, and I headed over right after work. I never thought I would own a Kia, and I never thought I would even be remotely impressed with the vehicle let alone fall in love with it. I have purchased several cars in my driving lifetime, and have never ran across a sales associate with such integrity and character. I will never recommend any other place to purchase a car, and I will ALWAYS remember my experience at that dealership as the best I've ever had. My experience was exciting, fun, and not even a bit stressful. I look forward to keeping my Sorento for a very long time, but if I ever need another vehicle I will return to my new Kia home for the purchase.

My friend and I came in looking for 2 Kia optimas. We called ahead and got directed to Justin Scott. When we arrived a little later than we had planned he was there to warmly greet us. He was very professional and had everything ready for us when we arrived. He took our needs and wants in the cars and picked out 4 amazing cars! Although neither of us could get financed because we haven't had car payments before he still gave us his 100% efforts into trying to get us into the cars we wanted. I was shopping for a new Kia Soul in a certain color with specific options. Sands was the only dealership to have this vehicle. The dealership was over 30 miles away, so I made contact through the Internet Department. They did have the vehicle in stock and agreed to hold the vehicle for a day until I could get there.I made an appointment and arrived at 1245. I was introduced to Lauren, my sales person. She had the vehicle already waiting for me to look at. We took a test drive and she went over the vehicle with me. We then went and worked out the deal. There was a couple of back and forth with her manager over the price, but I believe the price was fair.A short wait later, I was introduced to the finance department . The gentleman went over the contract and offered to sell me an extended warranty. I did buy it. The price here was 500 dollars less than the same contract my daughter bought in January for the same type of car at a different dealership. There were no other sale pitches for alarms, service agreements or anything else. This was a nice surprise. I walked out of the dealership in less than two hours.

We started going to Sands right after we moved here from Texas 2 years ago. They are outstanding in the service department, always quick and accommodating. I will never take my Soul anywhere else.. I recently upgraded to a newer Kia Soul and R.J. was the absolute best. He has let me take several test drives over a 6 month period and was never pushy. He was patient and kept showing us different options until we found one I loved. We told him what we were willing to pay and he kept going back until he got us the price we wanted. R. My friend and I came in to look at the new brand new Kiai Souls, but we ended up leaving with a brand new Kia Soul and Kia Sportage! When we pulled up Stephanie was outside and greeted us with a big smile and a happy hello. She told us right away that she was here to help and was NOT pushy at all. Jim Summer was very on top of my inquiry. He called me immediately, knew what I was in need of, stuck to my strict guidelines, listened to my request as far as finding a car in my price for monthly payments. My partner and I took our 2014 Kia Soul in for service. It was time for the 7500 tuneup and oil change. We were talking to Terry Pearl, the sales manager, because we haven't seen him for awhile. He sold us our 2014 Soul, which we LOVE by the way......Soooo, out of the blue I asked if they could get my APR lowered now that we've had the car for 1 year. So he went to crunch numbers to see what they could do for us. Terry introduced us to Belhem Cummins, the best agent there is. As we were talking to Bel, Terry came back to let Bel know what they could do for us through their finance department. Awesome news was that they could lower our interest rate 5 points!!! I was estatic and surprised that I could get financed thru Kia directly lowering the APR. Bel asked if we wanted to trade our car in, and get a 2015 Soul!!I THOUGHT she was joking. .... I'm like SERIOUS?? After going back and forth with numbers, and what we needed to do, which was NOTHING extra. ... no money out of pocket....It was a done deal when I signed on the dotted line. She asked what color, we choose black. I still couldn't believe it! Bel was soooo nice and professional. She explained every single detail to us. Even a lesson on the Bluetooth issue I was having. This is my second new car purchased from here in only the year..... by the time we were finishing the contact and paperwork, we were good friends. Talking to her was NO PRESSURE and no misleading information. Bel was honest and open about every single detail. What a great deal she got us. She even let us take a test drive. Everything, including the brakes, play in the steering wheel, the clutch was tighter, AND shifting gears was even smoother. .....I could not say no to such a great deal. Everything we asked for we got! I would recommend Belhem Cummins at Sands Kia to ALL my friends and family. Between Terry Pearl and Bel, we made the perfect choice for us. THANKS so much for EVERYTHING! We LOVE our Soul!?? I will be back next year for an upgrade, that's how much I love everything, I might even be living in Texas next year, but we will make the trip back to Az. just to deal with them again!! So don't hesitate, because Sands Kia will have the best deal and go the extra mile for you. By the way, I'm getting even better gas mileage with the Soul 2015.

Chris Bacon sold us our car and Stephen Davis was the sales manager. Both did an outstanding job. While I am up there with some of the bigger skeptics of how some dealerships may scam their customers on prices, I have done extensive research to find out I received a good and fair negotiated price for the vehicle my wife and I purchased. Chris and Steve were patient and friendly with my questions before and after the sale. Both were straightforward with us. Chris listens to customers concerns and is respectful and on point with his responses, never wasting our time with useless information we are not interested in. And he is just a nice guy to talk to.After interacting with Sands Kia, I would definitely buy from from them again. Chris is a great guy who is quite the opposite of a lot of pushy and overbearing personalities you can typically find at dealerships. Thanks Chris for selling us our vehicle. The Sorento is awesome!

we bought 2 cars this week from sands Kia more specifically Chris better known as Crispy Bacon...He was so helpful and no pressure or stress...there were no games back and forth and I hate that I have walked out of many dealers...I would recommend them every time and go back ,,Kia sands put up with our whole family being there the first car myself my husband our adult daughter and son-in -law, our son and 4 grandkids ages 2 to 10...never were we uncomfortable everyone was so friendly and genuine..Crispy Bacon (chris) was the best salesperson we have ever had ...That's why we return days later and purchased another car.. I rolled up this morning, for my 8;45 appointment for an oil change in my 2010 Kia Forte Ex. Meep, as she was more commonly called. She had seen her fair share of long trips, had some scratches, and her motor didn't purr as loud as when we bought her used 3 years back. I was warmly greeted by the entire department, everyone was friendly, and happy to be there. I joked about my car payment ($400 a month) and my astronomical apr rate (19.75%). My oil change tech joked with a sales woman "If you can drop her rate shes yours." I walked outside to call my father to chit chat, and behind me comes Belle. She wanted to hear just how I got roped into 19.75 APR on a 2010 with 80k in miles. After spewing my life story, she gave me suggestions on how to refinance in a year or so, and not once did she hint she wanted to sell me anything. When I told her "Well if you want to waste your time on me we can try to get my APR down a bit..." we walked back inside.. 3 Hours later we walked out with a brand new 2015 Kia Forte, 11 miles on the car (lovingly known now as Sprite), for roughly the same payment EXCEPT the APR was lowered to 8.25%... We were a tough case with ok credit, one income for two people, and strait forward talkers. Bell was so friendly, helpful, and honest. We felt safe buying a car with her and her boss Terry. They were both strait to the point, broke down numbers, and got us what we wanted. We will be back for sure for everything! Holly & Michael Rivera PS.. Drew in the finance department was awesome. I looked outside my window and saw a neighbor with a Kia Soul. I felt moved by God to go and take a look at the cars. When I went into the Sands Kia dealership the people there were so nice. I mean really nice. The first thing that they did was bring me a cup of coffee which I really appreciated because it was so cold outside. Then, I sat down with Louis Evans and told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was a great listener! He pulled around a beautiful car and we took it for a test drive and loved it! Then, Anthony assisted me with the financing part and everything went seamless. He was really nice and helpful as well. I love my new Soul!

We bought a KIA soul for over $31K. We were told it had heated and ventilated seats. It doesn't. There was no window sticker since it was just rolled off the transport. When we discovered it 8 days later the manager offered us a free oil change, which they discount for $8.88 with a coupon. The manager (Herbie) admitted it was a $1300 error but he said it wasn't intentional so they couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it.

I had been car shopping for a while, and had the typical vulture car buying experiences and worse. So when I got to Sands and had the pleasure of working with Bel, I was so relieved! Bel amd the finance folks didn't hover over us, but were pleasant and helpful. There was no pressure, and once I found the perfect car, they made the process easy and affordable. I'd recommend Sands, and specifically Bel, to everyone! !

What an experience at Sands Kia!! It started with some Internet shopping around. My first sales man didnt want to help me and come to find out he quit two days after we spoke (makes sense his lost). I was contacted by Laura Davis, and Im glad she did because I wasnt going to buy from them because of the first guy I dealt with. Let me tell you, she is OUTSTANDING!!! She answered all my questions via text and phone very quickly and professionally and to top that she was not pushy in buying a car. She is extremely friendly and very kind hearted. Im glad to have worked with her and her boss George (another wonderful person). Both did their best with my trade in and getting me into a fully loaded 2015 Sorento SXL. Did I tell you that they priced match me exactly what USAA had! Im lost for words at such a great experience we had at Sands Kia. There were a few issues at the time of delivery, but Laura and George ensured that everything would be fixed in no time (which they kept their word). Dont waste your time going to other dealers as they will mark things up and try to nickel and dime you wherever they can. Laura and George will get you in the right car and at the right price. Thanks so much Laura and George for making our transition from the Optima to Sorento seamlessly. Oh, did I mention their Service Department is overall the best Ive ever seen in my life. Laura, George and the service guys you get a perfect score from us!!!

I had no issues with my sales person but the others, not so much. The sales manager promised something apparently he could not deliver and the finance manager was very unprofessional. I struck a deal with the sales manager and was guaranteed that the numbers would not change if I would come back and finalize the deal. I even had the sales person text me the details. I went back in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car only to have to work with the finance guy who changed the numbers. The numbers only change for a total of $5.00 a month. It's not about the money but more so about principle. I consider it a lack of integrity and they lost a customer because of it.

I went to Sands Kia after my car was totaled in a flood. It was my first time buying a car in my own name and doing the car buying process alone, BUT my experience there at Sands Kia was absutely beyond words fantastic. My sales guy Brett was so nice and didn't try to haggle me or throw any extra deals in. He went above and beyond to make sure this process was as smooth as possible. From Brettt to the finance guy to the insurance agent there to even the manager everybody was so nice and non-pushy. I will DEFINITELY always be buying my future vehicles from Sands Kia.

Purchased a car from sands Kia, had some problems, wrote them a 4 page letter no response. Kia corporate notified them and still have no response. This is how you treat customers??? I would never recommend them. This is far from good customer service.

He knew what we wanted and pull up with our perfect Van it was awesome . We got a lower intrest rate with Sands Kia . We got a bad deal with Midway Chevrolet and had lost hope of getting out of what Midway Chevrolet put us in and they wouldn't help us . Sands Kia helped get us out that horrible mess we were stuck with . Sands Kia did every thing to help us get out of a high intrest rate . We came out with a beautiful new Kia Sedona a much lower intrest rate , they care about us and made it affordable to buy a new van. I would never buy a car from anyone else but Sands Kia . My family and I will only buy from Sands Kia . We will be a loyal customer to Sands Kia for life. Thank you Brett for caring about us and listen to us and doing every thing in your power to help us . We live in Cave Creek AZ - I did my research and found that the pricing and selection at Sands Seemed Great, We drove the 60 minute drive and found that to be true they had a great selection and prices that were the best in the Valley - for me a New Car is a big purchase and I wanted to get the biggest bang for my dollar. It was worth the drive.

I walked into Sands Kia in surprise with the intention of just taking a look at the Kia. My husband and I are retired living in Sun City Grand so I am not new to purchasing autos. I had the Consumer Report in hand and it was obvious that Kia has come a long way in all aspects in autos reliability, hence this was not a blind purchase. Belhem Cummins was standing outside like she was just waiting for me. I ended up leaving with a Kia Optima. After driving a 2005 Cadillac Deville all these years I found the Optima to pretty much have all the bells and whistles the Cadillac has, but I enjoy driving this sporty mid-size car so much more. I found Belhem to be very professional and very well informed. This gal is a dream to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I still remember the torture in buying the Cadillac. The thought of going through that again almost made me sick. Belhem helped me find the right car with zero pressure and not once did I have to wait through the process of "I have to take this to my Manager." His name is Herb Dalton and he came over to me and what a nice guy he is. The price negotiation was over and agreed upon in short order. This is not a dealership that is looking to gouge you. We are looking forward to a long term relationship with all of them for years to come.

I went to Sands Kia to look at buying a new car for my wife. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. A relatively new sales person assisted me in the process of buying the new car. She (Cassie) was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different vehicles offered by Kia. The dealership was also low pressure. They did not try and up sell me on any cars that I was not interested in. They just took the time to help me look at all the cars I was interested in. When buying a new car I would recommend Sands Kia to my friends and family. It was a great experience.

I described my situation to one of the Sales Managers over the phone and told them I was underwater in my car. He told me that "that's not a problem and we can get you out of your current loan." Well, they couldn't. We drove their car for close to 2 weeks and they called and said the "couldn't get my deal approved." We came to pick up our car and the registration was MIA and the $50 Mercedes AMG license plate frame was stolen out of it. They told me the car would be 'locked up' in the back but obviously with 300 miles extra on the car from when I traded it in and stuff being stolen out of it, obviously not. When I got into it after I returned their car, foul mouthed rap music was blaring on it. Makes me concerned that my car was being hot rodded around by a bunch of punk kids. They also lost the special screws that only Mercedes makes for my license plate. Now I have to go spend an arm and a leg on replacing them..I am very disappointed in this dealership. They assured us 'the deal is done' but that was far from the truth. They allowed my Mercedes ML63 AMG SUV to be driven all over the place and when I got into it, trashy rap music was blaring on it. The Sands name has definitely took a huge 180 from when my parents and myself were purchasing cars from Roberto over at the Grand Ave store. I will not return ever. Belham was a great saleswoman. That's the only positive from it all. I didn't put her name on the names of people worked with because I don't want her to get a negative mark.

My experience with Chris "Crispy" Bacon was outstanding in terms of his friendliness, product knowledge and follow through. If I had been working with him exclusively, chances are very good that I would have bought a car. Why didn't I buy a car? The primary reason is because of the call I received from the call center trying to set an appointment. The caller was upbeat, but the conversation sounded scripted or prompted. I felt like she was the one trying to sell me the car by overemphasis on urgency. This did more harm than good. It didn't completely turn me off to Sands Kia; Chris Bacon's excellent service keeps them on the list. He is a vehicle ownership professional. Any customer of his should only deal with him. Lose the call center. I hate solicitation calls, even to set appointments. I'm sure Chris is capable of setting up his own appointments. Any recommendations or vehicle buying decision would be made solely on my experience with Chris Bacon.

I walked in to Sands to get my 2012 Soul serviced. I walked away with a 2014 SOUL. Belhem was wonderful. I told her my credit wasn't that great - that I was upside down on my current loan for the 2012. I told her is she could get me a loan with in reason that I could handle I would be very surprised. Her management team and finance department worked very hard for me to have this vehicle. And they did it. They entire sales team - very friendly; the customer was more important then the deal. I am very pleased with Belhem ('you can only try.') and try I did. Thank you Belhem. I would certainly recommend Sands KIA and the Sales staff.

The financing part was quick, easy and efficient. The finance person was very nice and knowledgeable. I recently purchased 2 vehicles from Sands Kia, used and new. The associates that assisted me were always nice, honest and very patient. There may have been issues that were out of their control, but they still fought for me because it was the right thing to do. I will definitely recommend future clients to go to this location. They truly saw me as a person and not just another commission. They went above and beyond for me. I never felt pressured,in fact I was quite comfortable and welcomed. Oh, did I mention that I love my new vehicles?

Dealership operator's like a scam. They ask you for your DL as soon as you arrive on their lot, (Do not give them your drivers license until you are ready to make a purchase, there is no reason they need to have it prior!) they are running your license without your permission! Trying to track information on you! One of the worst car buying experience I have ever had, we there are their prices seems to be lower than those at other Kia dealership (but the try to get you on the back-end)...Secure your financing on your own if you decide to buy there (better yet go to another Kia dealership)..After driving off their lot with my care, it was 2 months before they finally sent my loan papers to my financing choice (which was pre-approved) as they wanted to go thru their lender (they get some kind of kick-backs from them). I called the sales person, sales manager, finance manager, non would take or return my calls, finally I went down to the dealership to demand that they submit my loan papers to my bank, even my back called them repeatedly and could not get them to comply! This resulted into my temp tags expiring, etc.....I was told by one of their former employee (who I happen to run into later) that they were stalling my financing as they did not want my deal to go thru as A higher level manager felt they should have charge me more for the car. So do yourself a favor, don't go there! Go to Kia dealership in Peoria, (where I get my service now) they are very professional, the service is great...sometimes when you think you are getting a better price you are not....

Brought my 2014 Kia Sorento in to replace a tire that had a screw in it, no appointment necessary as I was in dire need to get it replaced and back on the road within a couple of hours. The tire was in their warehouse which was going to take longer than I needed so Kia loaned me a car for part of the day. I dealt with Jose Vega and his customer service was excellent, he was very friendly and courteous! I think most people want to be put at ease when they're inconvenienced which is why I will visit Kia Sands in the future to get my car serviced.

I had a problem with the battery and had a booster start which made it possible to get to Sands Kia for service. I was greeted by a service rep without delay and explained my problem and was offered coffee and was made comfortable in the waiting area.The representative explained what would take place with my car and that the wait would be short. I received no surprises everything went as discribed and the repair was covered by the warrenty." Buy a Kia go to Sands"

I took my car into Sands Kia for a slow leak in my tire and they found a nail in it and patched it and refilled my tires with nitrogen,and I was on my way in less than 30 min..gret job!!! Nicholas Korines

When I brought My 2008 Rondo in for service I was more then a little uneasy to learn my regular service Manager of 10 years had left the area. To my very pleasant surprise, Todd not only preformed all the work I requested, he was able to do it very quickly and at the best price available.I was willing to drive the 28 miles for service before because of my service manager. I never mind waiting for service because I'm always treated so well. One thing though I wish they kept the coffee going. It always seems to be out when I get there.

My husband had been misled by an advertisement (he didn't read the teeny, tiny small print) and he was interested in possibly buying a Kia.He had done some on-line investigation before we went to the dealership, where we were served by Justin Tolby who was the essence of patience, courtesy and kindness. Although my husband very soon realized that he almost certainly wasn't going to buy a car because of aforesaid cost confusion, Justin allowed us a test drive; explained the pricing; worked out what few rebates we would qualify for should we buy; valued our current vehicle and insisted on giving us a gift voucher although I felt we had not qualified receive one.He did his best to sell us a car in an acceptable fashion, was not obviously offended at us wasting his time and even called Mike (who seems to be his senior) to try to persuade us.Despite using hearing-aids, my husband does not hear well and can find personal interaction stressful. Justin made our experience totally un-stressful and I hope he meets better clients in the future!Please do not use our e-mail address to send promotional material.

I have purchased three vehicles from Sands Kia and have been very pleased with the cooperation and friendliness of the salesmen. I have had all three vehicles serviced only by Sands Kia because the service department is very good at figuring out what is wrong and not trying to get you to have more work done than is neccessary. I also work with Stephan Sanchez when he is there because he's very friendly and knows what he is doing. Overall I'm very pleased with the friendly atmosphere and good service at Sands KIa.

We purchased our 2003 Sorento at a different dealer, never was happy with them. It now has 230k miles so we will be visiting Sands today to see what they have. Looking for used this time around.

When I bought my Sorrento in 2012 the staff was fantastic. I have been to the service department several times for oil changes , tire rotations and I had my windows tinted. The service was outstanding. Recently I went in because my battery was weak. Sands Kia replaced my battery free of charge, no questions asked,and I was out of there in 45 minutes with a new battery and a clean car. We also never made an appointment and it was a holiday weekend. I am100 % satisfied with Sands Kia and I also have referred people who bought a car I love my Sorrento and I would definitely buy from them again.Sands Kia is perfection through & through !!

This was a great team. After traveling to 9 other dealerships over the course of a weekend, this is the one I came back to. Justin was willing to pull a price on a car even though it was after hours on a Saturday night! I came back the next day to check out the car I really liked because I was impressed with his willingness to help. The whole crew had amazing customer service skills - always polite, explained everything in detail, listened to my concerns, focused on my request, and NEVER pressured me to purchase a new vehicle, unlike the other 9 dealerships. They even negotiated a fair discount on the car. I will recommend them to everyone.

Stephen has always been a great service adviser. He is the main reason we go to Sands Kia. He took great care of us at another dealership and when he moved to a new dealership we followed him. On our last service visit, he took pictures of the problem before the bad parts were removed from the vehicle. Then when we came to pick up the vehicle, he had all the bad part to show us. Seeing the pictures and the parts we were able to understand what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. The only place I will take my Kia is Sands Kia!

I have a 2008 Kia Sorrento. Last year the a/c quit working in June. I had been taking my Kia to Earnhardt Kia for service so I took it there to get it looked at. After trying a new head unit with no success I decided to take it elsewhere. Chapman Hyundai was suggested from a friend so I took it there. This turned out to be a nightmare after thirty days I finally got my car back. I found out during the time it was there they had taken it back to Earnhardt Kia without even asking me. The a/c worked but the outside vent did not close so the fumes came in and the a/c did not get as cold anymore. When I picked up the car the interior had grease all over and there was some hardware lying in the floor. July fourth of this year the a/c quit once again. I spoke to a couple of the head managers for Chapman and was informed there was no warranty and I should try to get rid of the car because I must have got a lemon more or less. So work was completed on June 30, 2012 and on July 4, 2013 it quit, this was barley over the warranty time! Till this day I still have not gotten a straight answer as to what was done to my car there, but it cost about $1100.00. I decided to give Sands Kia a try as I live near their dealership. I went in and spoke with Todd Van Wicklen one of the service consultants. I told him the entire story and he said they would take a look at it and see what they could find. While it was there I was also in contact with Kia America to let them know what I had been through. Sands mechanic Mike worked on my Sorento and found many things that were overlooked or not fixed correctly at the previous dealerships. The guys at Sands tried to help me with as much as they could as far as price and warranty. I felt that they were honest with me and came me up to date with the repairs. I was not impressed with the way Kia America handled my complaint and this will really way on any future car purchases my family makes. As far as Sands goes they will have my future business and I cant say enough about how well I was treated there!

Since Gary replaced Chrissy, I was grateful that he was honest and straightforward with all issues arise with my '03 KIA Sorento. I was appreciative when he guided me to the garage to show me issues underneath my SUV. That way to show customers are best way to develop trust in between the company and customer.

I recently took my Optima in for an oil change and the service manager was very courteous and listened to what I had to say. He didn't try to sell me anything extra or service that I didn't need. I also recently purchased my second KIA, a Forte, and the sales experience was very pleasant.

The dealership overall is very friendly and when I compare it to others that I have visited, it is hands down a pleasant experience. I do not like high pressured salesman and many dealerships always find something wrong with your car when they are servicing. We have never experienced either at Sands Kia.

I recently brought my 2009 Rondo in for a factory recall. I had a 9:15 appointment but arrived about 30 minutes early. No problem; the service staff was very courteous and checked me right in. I was given an estimated completion time and they were right on the mark. The waiting area was very comfortable and I used their free WIFI service while I waited. I have had my Rondo in on previous occasions for warranty service, and I have always been pleased with the service I received. I will definitely consider purchasing my next vehicle from Sands Kia in Surprise, AZ.

I purchased my new Kia Sorento last year from Sands Kia and have been going to Sands for service like oil changes and parts. I always receive my car back washed and dry. They always put down plastic on the drivers seat and floor mats so that the car is clean when I get it back. You may get a lower price from some of these oild change places, but you get what you pay for. I'll stick with Sands !!!

When the KIA Amanti came on the market, I switched from Cadillacs and Mercedes cars to KIA, I bought my new KIA from another KIA dealer before KIA Sands set up their place in Surprise.Frankly, I wasn't satisfied with KIA service till I switched to Sands. I've had the car maintained there since they opened and, even though they've had growing pains, I've been more than satisfied.On this last service visit, Stephen Sanchez of your service department took care of me.In all my years in all the world...and we've lived in different parts of the world....Stephen leads the way. I've never met the man before. He knows his product. He loves his company. He loves his product. Those around him respect him as much as I do. In short, you got a winner here. I decided at the last minute to get my 2013 Sorento serviced. I wasn't able to call in for an appt. and just stopped by the dealership. Stephen was able to get my car right in and I was back on the road in under an hour. I was very pleased with quick turnaround and the quality of service. The waiting area was comfortable and the sales staff on the floor were happy to answer questions I had about my Sorento. Very enjoyable experience.

I bought my used car from Sands Kia in Feb. 2013. In June 2013 the AC went out. I live in AZ and can not be without AC. I called Sands on A Sat. Dropped it off that day. They provided a rental and had my AC fixed by Monday afternoon. The service rep was also excellent. I would highly recommend Sands Kia to anyone.

Having researched my 2007 Nissan Frontier on cars.com for more than 6 months, I finally decided to contact Sands Kia. I spoke with Kelly Styles who I found to be extremely helpful, upfront, courteous, and overall enjoyable to purchase a vehicle from. Having to drive 5 hours to the dealership was well worth it. Roughly 3 hours later I was on my way back in my 2007 Nissan Frontier! I will be sending business Kelly's way as well as to the dealership. Thank you!

This is my third year doing business with Sands Kia in Surprise. I thought it would be a pain driving the distance to the dealer but Stephen in their service department has made every trip a very pleasant experience. PS: I have only needed routine maintenance. No major issues with my 2012 Sorento. I am disappointed with the high turnover of sales staff but I guess that is the industry norm any more. Too bad, I can remember when the person that sold you your vehicle was still around when you were ready to trade it in. Not any more. BUT, the dealership current sales staff as well as service staff may the drive from Peoria worth my time.

Sands Kia, has by far, the best deals on oil changes in the Valley. I've had my car serviced at Sands for the past 2 years & they've always done an excellent job. They never try to sell you something you don't need. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee, donuts & loaner ipad while I was waiting. Fast, courteous service & pleasant staff, they got it all! I'll definitely be back!

The dealer in avondale would not assist me in a problem I had on my 08 Kia which was their fault, but Sand Kia took care of the problem the Avondale Dealer caused. I have been going to Sand Kia for service on my Dodge Stratus for about 3 years now. The service is good, the price is reasonable and the staff there have always been very helpful and friendly. The waiting area is nice, comfortable and very spacious. I love the point that they do inspection on the car and then tell me what needs to be done without been pushy. That makes me feel that I can trust what they are saying. I also love their coupons. I highly recommend this dealer. I will be going back.

i have bought cars there b4 with small issues but usualy handled i tried to buy 1 this past weekend via internet-about the worst trained help in the city rude, they talk down to you,try to bully you, dont answer calls-almost had to beg them to talk to me, they say to send link to get e rice-then they ignor you- i shop inet to save foot work but if you are the same dont waste your time at sands

I recently purchased my second Kia from Sands Kia. The over all purchase experience was actually pleasant ! No time wasting and price dickering, yay ! I made an appointment to have window tint installed on my new car so I would be ready for the summer. The window tint and application was "on special" and was finished in 2 hours, quicker than expected. Nice! So it was cheaper and faster than my other potential choices ! I purchased my car at this location and they have been helpful on all levels. Always taking the time to keep me up to date on the repairs needed on my car and any repairs that may be required in the future. They have a very comfortable waiting area and will take me to Walmart across the street if I want. This is a great option when the service needed takes more than an hour.

I was in the area shopping on Saturday April 20th and thought I would stop by to arrange appointment to get oil changed. I was promptly greeted by service advisor Todd, who much to my amazement, said he could get my car in right now and it would ready in about an hour if I had time to wait. I told him that would be great, and I was pleasantly surprised when in about 35 minutes he said my car was ready. Also, there was no-charge as the first oil change was free and they did a fantastic job cleaning my car. The whole experience was friendly and efficient, and I will recommend this dealership to my family and friends without a doubt.

At my sister's (current Kia owner) urging, I went to Sands Kia to look at the Kia Soul. My sister and I were immediately approached by a friendly sales rep named Raymond. I told Raymond, I was not buying that night, only there for fact finding. I had already found the car I wanted, a different make and model at another dealership, but after working with Raymond, Paul, and the others, an offer to good to refuse was made and I am now the happy owner of a Kia Soul! We had an after market radio with navigator system put in after purchase. Shaun was extremely helpful and patient with us while teaching us about the operation and putting in the bluetooth information for our phones. UPDATE: Waaaayyyyy back in the archives of this web site rests my first review of Sands Kia in Surprise, AZ which was the most excruciatingly car experience a buyer could have. We found ourselves looking for a second new vehicle and were very interested in another Kia. After shopping the competition and being very unimpressed we decided to check out Sands Kia again and see if dealing with somebody new would produce a different result. I am happy to report that things have changed dramatically and for the better...the dealership is under new management with an entirely new staff, inclusive of service. There were no high pressure tactics, no game playing, no rude sales person, no lackadaisical attitude from management! We were greeted with a smile and a sincere desire to learn what our need was and find a vehicle that would fulfill those needs, at a price that was fair and acceptable to us. The personnel at the dealership that we dealt with that day were knowledgeable, courteous and got us exactly where we wanted to be...out of an old vehicle and into a new Kia Sorento...which we LOVE! This was a car buying experience that happened in a fraction of the time we were at the dealership in 2011 and everything that Sands Kia said they could do they did. We are very glad that we gave this dealership a second look because we would have missed out and settled for a vehicle that we did not necessarily want or were happy with. CONGRATULATIONS Sands Kia for a job well done and thank you, thank you, thank you from a very satisfied customer!

I went in to get the oil changed and tires rotated on my 2011 Sorento and to have some questions answered on what to do since my lease was going to expire in a couple of months. At the end of the day I drove off with my new 2013 Sorento. The whole experience was great and working with Kelly really put me at ease. At all times he was very professional and led me through the process with the confidence and assurance that I needed. I will definitely be back in three years to get my new Kia!

I have had some bad experiences at dealerships before and this was by far the best! They were super friendly from the moment I got on the lot and really seemed to care about me and were willing to do anything they could to make sure that I was happy and that I got the best deal that I could. I left satisfied and I would highly recommend this dealership. I will definitely keep it in mind next time I want to buy a car. I traveled all the way from Tempe to Surprise and it was worth it! They are so great, There isn't anything bad to say.

I purchased my 2006 Kia Sportage at Liberty Kia in Prescott Valley. Please note that while I may have purchased my vehicle there, I did not hesitate to drive the 2 hours to Sands Kia to have my vehicle serviced. Sands Kia is a well run dealership, friendly staff, knowledgeable service personnel, and discounts that actually HELP ($389 timing belt special versus $450 at Liberty Kia).In addition to replacing my timing belt, they also washed my vehicle. I'll admit, this is not a particularly big deal, but the dealership I purchased my vehicle from has NEVER done this during a service visit. And that fact that they haven't, well, kind of pisses me off a little bit.I believe I will be visiting Sands Kia for future major service issues with my Kia Sportage, and when the time comes, will probably purchase my next vehicle from them.

Had a Check Engine light on my 2001 Explorer. I also have a new Kia, so it seemed logical to use Sand's garage to work on my old Ford. I was worried something expensive was going on under my hood. Chrissy called me at home shortly after they started working on the vehicle and asked me if I was sitting down. GULP. Yes, I responded. She then told me the check engine light was caused by a worn seal on my gas cap. That's right, no mechanical repairs for me! Just a new gas cap. I had an appointment with Belhem and I found her to be very professional but yet friendly. She has great customer service skills and proved to me that day that she will work hard to give you the best experience at Sand Kia. We had an early morning appointment and Belhem was on time and with a great personality. The first thing she asked me is what I wanted in a vehicle, then she got to work in looking for the best deal and vehicle for me. She was very attentive to my needs and also caring. She is there not just to sell a vehicle, her attitude from start to finish shows that she really cares about her customers. I left there very pleased and satisfied with the all around customer service i received with everyone involved in the purchase of my vehicle. I also left there with a beautiful Kia Sorento that I love. Thank you so much Belhem, you are amazing.

Brought in my new Sorento to have the front windows tinted. Chrissy said it should take about an hour and she was absolutely right. During my wait, Kelly made sure I was happy with my vehicle and we talked about my next one in three years. And, as always, Chrissy was attentive, caring and knowledgeable.. I am a 58 year old female with years of buying experience. I have a 2004 Kia Sedona and I have never had any problems with it. So, when my friend was looking for a new car, I sold her on the idea of a Kia. I called and spoke with JASPER REESE and asked him a few questions regarding their inventory of Kia Sorrento's. He was able to give me an immediate response. I made an appointment and we went in to see what kind of deal he could offer her. She was unable to purchase a Kia Sorrento because of her limited income. The finance manager came over and very clearly and politely explained to her why he was unable to get her approved for the vehicle she wanted. He suggested a pre-owned 2007 Kia which he thought he could get a bank to approve. She was approved and she purchased the vehicle. She went home very pleased. Although JASPER REESE is a very younge car saleman, he was able to work with her in obtaing a great deal. It was the BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever witnessed. When the New Kia 2014 or 2015 Kia Sedona's come out, you can bet I will be calling on JASPER REESE to give me a great deal, too. My suggestion: The next time you are in the market for a new vehicle, be sure to stop by Sands Kia in Surprise, AZ and be sure to ask for JASPER REESE. You will be glad you did! First of all, the service I have received at Sands Kia is absolutely the very best that I have ever had. It started right after I bought my Optima. First, I was assigned an experienced and professional service advisor. Then, I received periodic service advisors via mail and email. And,I have received numerous coupons for service "specials". And when I have taken my Kia in for service, everyone was most helpful and friendly...and the service work was excellent. Yes, as I said before, it is the best service experience that I have ever had.

I came back to KIA again because of their trusted and excellent service and they took my '03 KIA Sorento in for necessary repairs on time. The cost of labor and parts are reasonable along with great discounts. I highly recommend to anyone who owns one of KIA vehicles to Sands KIA for any service. :-)

I started going to this dealership,initially for the $8.88 oil changes. I found that this dealership has competive prices and it accepted most delear coupons. Overtime,using this dealer ship,I found that the technicians were allways right on with my repairs and fixed the problems,the first time. My Service writer Stephen Sanchez was always professional, courteous, always recommended my needed repairs and he always followed through with what he told me. I have found the the service manager, technicians, greeters, delivery people to be courteous, professional and always had a great attitude. I would recommend this Sands Surprise Kia dealership to friends, family and strangers for their Great service from all of their professionals. I live in Prescott but happened to be in Scottsdale on 2/9/13...I had some spare time and realizing I needed an oil change and the fact I bought my soul from Sands I called from the car late on a Friday and Chrissy said no problem bring it in..I didn't realize how far I was away from Surprise and the thrill ( yeah right ! ) of driving on Bell Rd. from Scottsdale to Surprise..They accommodated me and were friendly as usual even washed the car... I unfortunately was in a car accident and needed a replacement vehicle in a hurry. I did a lot of research online one night and found a used Kia Soul with low mileage at a dealership that happened to be very close to home. I drove to the dealership the next day and was greated by Belhem Cummins in the parking lot (not in a pushy manner, but in a very welcoming manner). I described the car I had seen online and she immediately knew the vehicle I was talking about. The process was incredibly smooth and painless and they worked with me and my budget to help me afford the car. I could not be more pleased with my experience at this dealership or the vehicle I purchased.

I did not change to no when asked would I recommend this dealer, but I'm very close to doing so. The four times I've gone to the service department have not been pretty. The first time, I had an appointment and was told the service wouls take 45 minutes. An hour later, I went to check on my car and they hadn't even pulled it in for service. I had to leave because I had other things to do. The seond time I went in for the same service, they were done in twenty minutes. A service they said would be forty five. They even explained why it takes that long. It took less time than they said one of the items takes on its own. So, did I get everything I was supposed to? It would seem impossible. The thirsd time, I left my car there because I didn't want to get upset. The fourth time, I had an appointment. Ninty minutes into my oil change, I decided to find out what was taking so long on an appointment for an oik change. They said it was done. It was just sitting up on the rack. I opted out of the car wash due to time contraints. I have had nothing but unnecessarily slow service or such fast service I wonder if my service was actually performed. Unpredicatble should not be a term given to your mechanic.

Took my Sorento in for repairs. Was seen right away. Waited in Customer service waiting area. Good coffee. Had a nice chat with two of the sales people. Very friendly. My Service writer, Stephen, is the best. Always courteous and friendly. The sales people I spoke with were very friendly also. One advised me my sales rep was no longer at the facility so he even put me on his list of customers so I would have a contact person at the store. Very pleased with service and staff.

I have been leasing Kia's at Sand's since July of 2011. The Service Dept has always been excellant. They are fast, efficient & friendly. I have brought the cars in for scheduled oil changes, but I can't comment on repairs as I have never had anything wrong with the cars. I have the Kia Soul and just love to drive it.

Got in my car one morning and it was hard to start. Thinking it might be the battery, I called my service consultant Chrissy Feireisel telling her I was on my way. Upon arrival, she took the car back and yes, I needed a new battery. I was in and out and on my way, with the security of knowing now I wouldn't get stranded somewhere. We looked for a Kia Sorento EX at all dealers. Dess was the ONLY sales associate who took the time to look for all incoming vehicles and find us the exact car we wanted. Other dealers called and offered different colors, different configurations, different packages. We knew what we wanted...Dess saw to it that we got it. Working with Dess and with Sands Kia was a pleasant experience (and I hate to buy cars!) and I will definitely recommend the dealership and, especially, Dess to others.

We bought our first Kia Soul 2 years ago with Dess, now we came into the dealership just to look, but of course ended up buying a new Kia Soul. The deal was great for us, Dess and his team worked very well and were very kind to us. We ended up with the deal we wanted, no if's and's or but's about it. My Daughter and I both purchased a new 2011 Sorrento from Sands and have had them provide all the maintenance. I can honestly say after purchasing over 20 new vehicles in my lifetime, I have never experienced the total level of outstanding service that Sands has provided. Although every employee has been friendly and helpful, I have to single out Chrissy who has handled most of my service visits. Every service provided (with or without)an appointment was complete,correct and prompt. Chrissy brings new meaning to the phrase, TOTAL SATISFACTION and she is a most valuable asset to your dealership.

Had a blown driver's door speaker and the radio/CD player in my 2009 Kia Spectra5 failed. Excellent experience with their service department. My car is clean now too! This is not where I bought my car, I was not happy with that dealership so thought I would try Sands even though it is much further away. Well worth the drive.

Only reason I go to Sands Kia because of Chrissy, a service consultant, since I trusted her for doing service work on my '03 Kia Sorento and she did fantastic job on honesty and lowing price on labor/parts as possible. I followed her from Peoria Kia. I'll continue coming back to her for any future issues on my SUV. Sands Kia mechanic did impressive job by cleaning up and putting new parts in the place neatly which I don't get from Peoria Kia.

My Amanti developed some problems with it self adjusting whenever it felt like it. I brought it in and they fixed it quickly and efficiently. The staff is great and the service people are terrific and very neat. I will not have a problem bringing it back in for any additional service

My wife went in with a flyer; and I told her if they didn't honor the flyer; then we wouldn't buy there. They honored the flyer and worked with us on our trade-in. I don't like, believe, or trust car salespeople; usually; but this experience was very good. They offered us options and additional deals, too. It is far away from our house, but worth the drive. We are going in for service this week; they offered the first oil change free! nice, on top of nice!A couple of people had to help as we were completing the negotiations; as my wife was done and ready to sign; they all applauded her negotiating skills and completed the sale.I worked security/night-watchman for Penske Dealership previously(5+ years ago); they sold and I left. I am not and have not been affiliated with any dealership for several years.

I had no problems while I was at Sands KIA. Lauren was very pleasant and helpful. She was not pushy and listened to what I had to say about what type of vehicle I wanted. The sales manager (?) was everything expected to be and was polite. The Allstate agent (?) assigned to Sands KIA was very nice and pleasure to talk with. Lastly the credit/loan officer (?) was just as pleasant and got me through the paperwork with speed efficiency. Overall I would go back to get another vehicle from Sands KIA, even though it is a drive, and I would send anyone who wanted a KIA to Sands. Matt

I have dealt with many car dealers over the years, but can honestly say that this was by far the best experience I have ever had of purchasing a vehicle. Unlike many places, these guys were not pushy, did not try to blind me with false and over the top sales talk. They actually listened to me and worked with me to get what I wanted. Both Robert Lynne and Robert Schilling were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would have no hesitation in going back to Sands Kia. It was so obvious that everyone there works together to make their customers feel at ease, and I drove away from Sands in my new vehicle not only feeling that I had secured an amazing deal, but also feeling confident that they would continue to look after me in the months ahead as part of their after sales service. This is the second car I've purchased from Sands in Surprise and both experiences have been fantastic. Last year I purchased a new car and was on the lot for 2 hours!! This year, I traded my car for a Certified Used car with more bells & whistles. Start to finish this time was 3 1/2 hours. I've purchased many new & used cars in my lifetime and never have I enjoyed it as much has these last 2 at Sands Kia. I refer them to anyone who will listen!!

Michael Rose-Harris and the new lady, Natalie were awesome. Have been shopping around and thank goodness Dess Dobrosi wasn't there, that guy wouldn't give it up calling, emailing etc. AFTER I told him I was working with someone. Anyway, we went without an appointment and Natalie helped us until Michael got there along with Richard, her supervisor. The three we worked with on this visit were wonderful but I had asked to see a specific vehicle, told them what I would pay and if we couldn't do business, fine just let me know. I was told by Richard to drive this one vehicle, not the one I asked for but okay very nice, if I liked it he would make it work with the figures I had given. I don't do a back and forth at all...give me the bottom line, it will work or it won't save me time and yourselves. Well over 2 hours later, nope wouldn't make it happen so we left. They were friendly and all but, when you advertise a vehicle for $19999.00 then show me that price range, not a $35000 price range of course it won't happen. I think the customers service from these 3 was fine, I just did not appreciate Richard telling me "Drive this one if you like it I'll make it work" and then not make it work. Tell them to make it work then you'll drive it...I think it will save you time.

I have been buying new and used cars for the past 37 years. And quite frankly I don't enjoy when the time comes to go car shopping. As most informed car buyers know you will have to deal with a pushy salesperson and an even more aggressive sales manager. Then comes all the promises and quite frankly the many lies. I have had a couple decent sales experiences over the years but nothing to 'write home about.'But that all changed yesterday when I visited Sands Kia. I had been referred by a couple of friends of mine who bought a car 3-4 weeks prior. Before their recommendation I had never heard of the place and really did not know much about Kia's. I have been a Honda Man for the past 20 some years. So once my friends told me about it I started to investigate Kia's. I did like the funny looks of the Soul and the ads on TV were eye-catching. I was surprised to find that it was rated so high in both quality and safety.So I emailed the dealership and started a rapport with one of the sales persons, Mr Jay Galloway. He kept me posted via email on the specials the dealership was offering. When I found a deal I liked I went in fulling expecting a typical car-buying hassle. But to my surprise it was a great experience. Jay was a very polite young gentleman that took time with me to share all the information I wanted to know about 2 cars I was interested in. He took me on a nice ride in the car of my choice. Kept me informed through the entire buying process. And most of all kept every promise made without any pressure what so ever to try to get me to buy anything I did not want. He fellow employee and supervisor, Dess Dobros was a very nice man that answered all my questions and kept all his promises with me without any tricks common to car salesman and dealerships.Bottom Line: I got a great little car for a great price (much better than any of the other Phoenix area dealerships WITHOUT the hassle and games that EVERY other dealer in town was playing. To top all things off they even delivered my new car to my home right after I bought it as I had no way to get two cars home that day. I have never been treated so nice at any other dealership in the 37 years I have been buying cars... (Oh yah, I almost forgot: The insurance person and the Finance manager were great too!)If my friends had not told me I would never have gone to this dealership. Now it's my turn to share the 'Good News' about Sands Kia!

From the moment I arrived at Sands Kia I was treated better than any other dealership I have been to in the last month or so. The last dealership I went to I ended up walking the entire lot, opening up doors and looking at many different vehicles and at no point did anyone come to help me. As soon as I stepped out of my car Jay was there to give assistance right away. His professionalism was outstanding. My wife has limited mobility at the moment and he was there to make sure she was comfortable and to help in any way he could. The process was very streamlined and easy to deal with. I already knew what I was looking for and also knew the actual vehicle I wanted to see, he was able to find the exact vehicle and pulled it up so we could go for a test drive (sorry for the bump Jay!). While going over the numbers Jay and Dess pointed out a vehicle they had on the showroom floor, meanwhile I'm thinking all their trying to do is get me into a more expensive vehicle, they actually got me a GREAT deal on it. While it was a slight bit more than the first vehicle I looked at, the additional features it provided compared to my initial choice fit me better and I was still able to get into it for the payments I wanted. This will be the 3rd Kia I have purchased, the first one from Sands Kia and unless I have a really bad experience with that I will continue to purchase them, but more importantly I will continue to purchase them from Sands Kia because you guys ROCK! Last weekend my husband and I were just out "shopping" for a vehicle. While, we were in a desperate situation (as our former cars engine was dying) we weren't sure we were going to take the plunge and buy a car right then and there. Then we met Rebecca, she was pleasant, friendly and not pushy. The entire staff was like this. We have some challenges with our credit, and at first we were told the dealership would not be able to help us. As we were leaving one of the finance managers came over and sat down with us and said wait just a minute lets see what we can work out here. Needless to say we left later that evening with a Kia Soul. We were so exicted. I would highly recommend Sands Kia and Rebecca to anyone who asks.

My partner and I had selected a 2013 Kia Optima SX to be our next vehicle, and upon spending 7 hours with one dealership that did not meet our needs or requirements and were above all rude to me. Then going through Costco cars deal with another dealership that did not return phone calls or follow up at all, we were ready to give up UNTIL.... Sands Kia and Belhem Cummins.I received a phone call within 3 minutes of my request by the manager Dennis, then was told by Dennis Belhem would call me(this was about 10 mins before closing time) and she called within 1 minute of me hanging up with Dennis to confirm my request. The next morning by 8 am (on her day off) she confirmed what I wanted, and was able to meet the price I wanted, and had everything ready for me when I arrived at 6pm.The easiest and fastest car purchase I have ever experienced! All the team were amazing but Belhem went above and beyond what was necessary with customer service, convenience (delivered my car on her day off!) and I cant imagine anyone choosing another dealership to purchase their next new / used vehicle.

This dealership, to me, is A+. First appointment of the day, not intending to buy and ended up buying in less than 45 min. Dess, loved the service, no stress, the managers listened to what we wanted to pay and we went out the door with smiling faces. Joel was my first contact at Sands Kia on my first visit and he was extremely nice. He was knowledgeable about a variety of cars and understanding of my particular circumstances and took them into account when suggesting cars to look at (and to avoid as well). When I returned the following week, Joel was busy with another customer and matched me up with Rebecca, who turned out to be a good match. She was personable, down-to-earth, and helped me find the right car for me after the car I was planning to look at had already been sold. I would highly recommend this dealership. While there, I could tell that the sales staff is a close-knit team and I think that helps make this a dealership I'd return to for a future purchase. I would feel confident working with any of the people I encountered while there (names I remember were Jay, Ryan, Pierre, and Dennis) as they all seemed friendly and like they are there to help you not simply make that sale. I am happy with my purchase and I am glad I chose this dealership over the others I visited and was in contact with.

I followed Chrissy from Peoria Kia! Sands Kia is a lot further to travel to for me, I live around the 7th St/Union Hills area! the Dealership is beautiful and clean. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and professional! Chrissy as always was very caring and made sure I understood every detail of why the part had to be replaced! She is awesome to work with and has always made me feel like I am part of her family :) not just a customer! Very quick response to my e-mail request. At dealership, Dess walked me through the differences between the two models I was considering and answered all my questions. Dess processed the paperwork quickly and introduced me to Service group, reviewed the manual and operation of the car. Cody in Finance as well as Dennis and his team where all very halpful and processed the deal quickly and i drove the car home.

I wasted my time at several other dealerships getting frustrated and dealing with pushy staff who were giving me the run around. I wish Sands Kia would have been my first dealership and I could have avoided the other unpleasant experiences. Belhem and Dennis were very kind (NOT PUSHY) in fact when I wanted to think about the deal overnight they respected my choice without any pressure. After realizing that I was getting the best deal around, I returned the next morning and purchased a 2012 Kia Sportage. The Sportage was clean and ready for delivery and Belhem was very knowledgeable of the vehicle features. She took the time to make sure cell phones were connected to the Bluetooth and I understood how to operate the vehicle properly.I will share my experience with my family and friends and recommend they deal with Belhem and Dennis.

Waited three days for an initial appointment, after exchanging quite a few emails back and forth. Both,my husband and I took the day off from work (without pay)so we can keep up our 8 am appointment with Kyle and possibly get our new used car that we were very interested in. Dealership is more than 30 miles away from our address, one way. We arrived at 8:13 am, just to be advised that Kyle is not even supposed to be there until noon today. Girl at the front desk attempted to call him in, but he never answered the phone.Very poor customer service, and customer handling, in my opinion. I keep up my appointments,and if i can't make them, i call at least 24 hours in advance. So, yeah, he let us loose double day of work, and drive 60 miles for nothing.Evil.Irresponsible.

Josh and Rob were extremely helpful in getting me into the car i wanted with all the features I requested. I was set on a loaded silver Optima EX but they didn't have it in silver. I came in for a routine oil change ..which Eddie had made complimentary because at my last visit they had ordered a wrong part and I had to come back a second time . (great customer service) while changing my oil( IM GOING ON A ROAD TRIP)Mark happenened to find two nails in two different tires. This would have been a disaster for me on my way to Nevada. Sands Kia is awesome.. If it wasn't for Belhem n Joe my wife and I woundn't be proud owners of a 2013 Kia Sorento. Belhem was amazing and listen to all our needs. She also took the time to show us different Sorento's even tho it was late and they were close. We didn't get out of the dealership until 11pm and not once did we feel pressure from them to get us out of the store.. Joe at finance also did a great job to keep us in out monthly budget.. I visited Sands Kia in Surprise for an oil change for my 2010 Mazda. I made an appointment and was greeted at my vehicle by Chrissy. She reviewed the work order for the oil change and was very descriptive of the additional courtesy services the technician would perform. She went over the twenty-one point inspection, and she asked me if there was anything else I might have a concern with, well since you asked.. I explain a minor performance problem I noticed with the vehicle.. I would feel a light vibration in the steering wheel when applying the brakes.. she offered to have the tech look into it.. that was great! and as part of the value customer experience they were pushing for... there was a basic car wash included. While I was waiting for my vehicle, I enjoyed a cup of joe in the clean lobby.. At the end, after my car was ready, Chrissy went over the results of the inspection, the work order and the problem I was having with the vibration in the steering wheel.. turned out to be that the tires would have to be replaced soon, she already had an estimate ready for a new tire set including the recommended alignment. I was wowed by Chrissy's professionalism and her customer service, I will be back to get tires just because she made me feel as a valued customer, and she gained my trust..

After having a terrible experience with Sands Chevrolet in 2009, we were hesitant to do business with any Sands brand, but we are KIA customers and live in Surprise, so we sent an inquiry to Sands KIA and received a call from Dess, who promised us a much better experience this time around. We arrived at the dealership around 1900 and Dess met us at the door. He and Arnold had told us over the phone they could meet our monthly and down payment requirements and they did. Dess took us through everything and turned us to David in Insurance and Jason in Finance. It was 2300 before we got out of the dealership but everyone was very nice, kept their word and Dess helped us drive off in our 2 new cars. Thank you,

We bought a KIA 20010 Sport age and everything went well until we went in to fiance office. The price they give you is not a drive off the lot price. They sneak in in all kinds of things one is a thing they put on your window in case if it gets stolen they never tell you that the final prise was several thousands over the prise. They push very hard for an extra warranty the I told them I didn't want the car has 8 years left on it I had to tell him many times I didn't want it and I didn't buy it he was very up set so he snuck in extra things very sneaky.

Rebecca works for Kia, but made us feel like she was working for us. Pierre was very attentive, giving us water, finding something for our 8 year old granddaughter to keep her busy, and keeping us company when Rebecca had to leave the desk. He patiently put up with her endless questions, with a smile.Rebecca tirelessly acted the go-between several times for us, always speaking kindly and being very patient. She braved the hot sun without complaining, taking me to car after car until I was satisfied. She never gave the impression that she was hot, tired, or sick of my turndowns. When she found a car that satisfied my requirement for driver seat comfort, the color was too dark. When she found a light colored car, the seat was too high for some of my friends to step up into. When we found the perfect car, there were too many miles. Finally, she found the perfect car for me. She never made me feel like I was being pressured to buy. Jayson searched financial institutions for several minutes until he was satisfied that he found us what would fit into our budget. He helped us decide on a warranty program without making us feel pressured.We were extremely satisfied with our total experience. We would gladly recommend this dealership to our friends and family!

I was looking for a used Kia Sportage. After reading all the review online about this Dealership (not good) I was very leary about going to them. However, I was will to give them a chance... Very Happy I did!!!!Upon arrival for a scheduled appointment, the salesman I had the appointment with was not there, however I was greated by Marion Bartels. I am so happy our original saleman was not there because Marion was AWESOME!!! The car I original went there to see had already been sold, but Marion showed me a different car that had just come in, a 07 Kia Sportage with only 56,000 miles on it and only one owner. I took the car for a drive and loved it however the prices was way out of my range. After working with both Marion and Robert they were able to bring the price down to fit into my budget. I was pleasently surpirse at the customer service I received at this dealership since I had read so many bad review prior to going there. The staff was great!!! Starting with Marion and ending with Joe in Finance. I left the dealership very happy with both the experiance and with my new used 07 Kia Sportage!!! Belhem's freindly and positive additude was great to experience. We knew what we wanted to look at and she presented the available options that were avaialble on the lot. Once we made our selection the rest of the paper work clear. The price was great as the typical "dealer add-on" package does not exist at Sands Kia. Even though it was VERY busy the day I was there (Sunday Memorial Day Weekend), at no time did I feel pressured to make a quick decision or feel rushed into a vehicle model or trim level that wasn't a good fit for me.Both Rob and Josh took the time to fully explain every step of the buying process and to offer suggestions and answer questions as needed. Buying a new car should be a good experience and fun too. Too many times it becomes an "us against them" contest leaving the buyer frustrated or just plain worn out by the end of the ordeal.I'm happy to report that this was not the case with Sands KIA. Everything went smoothly and the whole thing was truly a "no hassle" deal. I was there for probably about three and a half hours but it was Memorial Day weekend and the dealership was extremely busy. Under normal conditions, I probably would have been in and out in a bit more than an hour.I would gladly recommend this dealership to friends.

Salesman (Dess Dobrosi) was very nice to us, he answered clearly all our questions and explained to us every tiny details about the car, about the contract and everything we need to know. My wife and I got a 10:30am appointment for Saturday to test drive two vehicles. The test drives went very well but the numbers did not work for us. I bought my car at this dealership a little over a year ago. I take my car for service and everytime I go to this dealership I am greeted with friendly smiles, and everyone is very helpful. I recently took my car in because one of the service advisors, Stephen Sanchez, said he could help me with finding someone who can do auto body work as I was recently involved in a minor accident. We were extremely pleased with our experience at Sands Kia in Surprise. After purchasing many cars over the years at other dealerships, we were dreading the idea of having to spend all day at a dealership trying to make a deal and ending up with a car payment we weren't comfortable with because of our bad credit. We were excited and surprised to walk out of Sands Kia with keys to a very nice, gently used, previously owned car with a full tank of gas within an hour and a half. The payment was a little steep at first but the deal was done on a Sunday and Sands called us the next day to inform us that the bank actually knocked a hundred dollars off our payment so the payment ended up being way better than we thought for such a nice car and considering our bad credit. Yahoo!Belhem Cummins was the Sales Person we worked with at Sands. She was awesome. If we ever need to purchase another vehicle, we will definitely go see her. She pampered us the whole time we were there. She found out right away what we qualified for so our time wasn't wasted and she helped us find a car that we liked (within our price range) in less than 30 minutes. We have been back to the dealership several times since and Belhem jumped up from her desk to give us hugs each time we came in. We have never experienced this kind of customer service and sincere care from any other car salesperson.The rest of the staff at Sands Kia in Surprise were very friendly as well. We were never treated poorly or with disrespect because of our bad credit. We were treated exceptionally well.Thank you Belhem! I live less than 3 miles from the place, live in Surprise and have had my service done at their Chevy dealership.I WON'T GO BACK TO EITHER ONE....AND I HAVE TOLD ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!If you ever want to try and buy a car there.....get everything in writing, they NEVER have the same price or program from day to day and never have the proper paperwork to follow through on a deal. Lauren and Jon-Michael were the best! They made me comfortable, answered all my questions, helped with the paperwork, everything! I've dealt with alot of dealerships and sales people over the years but these 2 went above & beyond the normal call of duty!! The service dept. is great also - always there for my questions and explains things very clearly! Sands Kia was also able to get me fantastic financing! Kyle was really friendly and listened to what our needs were without trying to upsell us the whole time. We came in looking at forte's and soul's but after all the information kyle gave us we decided on the soul and we love it. Everyone was really nice and patient even though it took a while of negotiating to get a price that worked for both of us. Kyle even stayed late while we finished everything up which was polite. Overall we were really impressed with Sands Kia and Kyle was great.

Contacted Sands Kia via internet as they had Optima EX, Primeum, & Tech Packages in Dark Cherry. We arrived a price and discussed my trade. I drove to Suprise from Las Vegas. Total deal took about 2 1/2 including test drive, paperwork, new detailing and "new car delivery." Extremely happy with deal, fair value all around. They even threw iine iPod cable for free ($35). Would recommentt any of the team members. I am 60, have bought numerous cars (new, used) over the past 45 years. This was by far the least stressful... Great Job!!

I went to Sands Kia because it was close to my house and I was interested in purchasing a Soul. Once I was there looking at them all, Kyle Coffee and Dell were super friendly in helping me find the perfect one with everything I wanted included in it. I even got the color I wanted! Cody Jeffers was my finance guy and was super knowledgable about the warranty and also got me a great interest rate! I would go back there again for sure! Before I even got out of my car at Sands KIA, I was already being approached by a dealer. I agreed to sit down and go over my criteria of the only cars I would be interested in. I wanted a small car with great gas mileage comparable to the Kia Soul (Which, I made known was available to me in my budget, for sale by a private owner), and low miles on the car (around 50,000 miles). They were simple, but rare to find in a car with a budget of $10,000 - but that was ok, I did not need to buy a car that day. All of this was made very, very clear to the saleswoman. She was charismatic enough and I did trust her to show me only the cars that met these criteria, like she said she was going to. I didn't realize until now, when I am stuck with the car, that the only number that really mattered to the dealership was how much of the $10,000 they could get. Advice: never let a salesman from Sands Kia know how much you have in your wallet if you don't want that to be all they go on. I really did believe I was getting a good deal when I signed the papers that day. I left the dealership in a 1997 Mercury Cougar XR7 completely confident with my purchase and happy with the customer service I had received. It was an older car, but had very low mileage (~56,000, and a clean record. I knew it wasn't the same mpg I would have gotten with the Soul (24/31HWY), but I liked the car enough to buy it when I was explicitly told by the saleswoman that it was the same mpg I was currently getting from my Buick Century(18/26HWY). My thoughts were that at least I would't be downgrading. After the purchase, I realized I was sold a heavy tank of a car with a v8 engine (double that of anything I wanted, double the Soul or of any modern sedan). I found out that the numbers I was given during the sale were actually for a 1991 Cougar with a v6 engine. Quite a difference in years and cylinders to be lied about. The car I was sold gets 15city/23 HWY on a good day, and Sands pretends to care less and less each day I talk to them. The dealership refuses to work with me, saying the car is all mine now and I'm under contract. Of course they don't want a car with a v8 engine. They were looking for the first young adult to come onto their lot that would fall for their sales approaches. They are only willing to let me trade in the vehicle for much less value than what I payed, or sell the car back to them for barely anything, even though it had hardly been used.

We bought a car here, or so we thought, we finalized the loan, and thought all was good. We gave this dealership $1500 for a down payment and $500 2 weeks later. When we went to purchase the car, the sales manager told us that the dealership had paid the down payment, and we were to reimburse the dealership, so the only contact that we had was with the dealership. The finance company contacted us a week ago, and gave us our payment dates and said that all was well. When we went to check up on our Registration, we were told that we needed to put down an additional $1100, and that the dealership had NEVER paid the down payment up front, and that because we had to break up our down payment, our payment was delayed and we/the dealership were penalized! We got nothing in writing, we were told that the loan was final, no one contacted us telling us that anything was wrong. We should have known something was wrong when we went in to purchase the car all of the salespeople were in a meeting to discuss some issues with sales numbers. My husband and I don't have the best credit, and were skeptical when Richard INSISTED that we were good, and could get a car, we had him run our information before coming to the dealership so that we would not waste our time or theirs. I'm not naive, I understand that the dealership can pull out of the deal after you leave, but this is almost 60 days later! If the dealership had been honest, and not just trying push their sales numbers, we probably would not have wasted our time. At the very least, I would have appreciated the dealership telling us: "we can't put the money up, we need you to get the down payment in before whatever date, or the finance company will pull out of the loan." Instead, we were told that our payment was accepted within the given timeline, and that there was nothing to be concerned about. Now, we have to look for another car.

I am putting my review here because a New Kia is what I bought. Somehow my review got put under their Chevrolet Dealership and I cannot speak to that Dealership. But my experience with Kia Dealership was Better than Most. I made an appointment to see a new Kia. I was greeted inside on arrival and my internet manager took me to see the vehicles I was interested in. There was no high pressure. He helped me choose the vehicle that was what I wanted and needed. The purchase process is still somewhat old fashioned, however. They still play hide the keys somewhat but all in all I got the price I wanted and got the vehicle I wanted so I cannot complain. I have been back to the dealership a few times for service and to visit and they always treat me very well.

I was looking for a new KIA Sorento and had trouble at a KIA dealership closer to my house. I decided to try Sands KIA in Surprise and found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Rob Baker, the Salesman, was great to work with and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a KIA.

This is a prime example of a dishonest dealership. They don't want to do business with a knowledgeable customer. They withheld rebate information and lied about Costco pricing. I walked out, never to return.

Very poor service. I called in advance to verify if they have 2 specific lot numbers available. They confirmed that they do. When I got there, 30 min. later they told me that cars are not available. I drowe 30 milles to this location to find out that they have lied to me. Than they offer 20% off on any wehicle on the lot, but did not commit to it, saying that 20% off deal expired yesterday.

I've travel all the way from Ahwatukee to this dealership after speaking on the phone with a representative about a 2011 Kia Sportage EX listed for about 23k instead of a 2012 for about 28k.I've also verified that the vehicle was in stock and ready for test drive.Once I've got there, the sales person was not able to find the vehicle and had to walk all over on a really windy and cold day. After a while, the sales person went inside to find out where the vehicle was, and found out that it was sent for service (This is a New Vehicle), I wanted to see this car and test drive it, so I did not judge their intensions. Once I've took a close look at this car, everything looked as I've spected and desided to test drive it. The service department had pull out a component and as the buyer, I had to insert a SCREW DRIVER into some kind of hole in the side of the shifter in order to move out of Park.The drive was great, there were some lights indicator on the intruments that did not go away, but the salesperson indicated that it was part of the services there were doing so I didn't care as long as it was all fixed.Once completed the test drive we went inside for the financials and pricing. They came back with a price of almost 29k even though I've expressed that I was told that there was suppost to be umder 23k, an assistant manager asked how much did I wanted to pay per month, my credit situation etc., and came back with another price at over 27k, he also took my bank card and info for the appoval process.After he came back with a price of $100 more per month that I had on my budget in addition to a large deposit, I've told them no, asked for my keys back since there were considering my trade in and starter to walk away.The assistant manager kept on saying that I should just get another car with less options and questioning in a very demianing manner the reason for me wanting an AWD vehicle and finaly said he would try to make the numbers work and call me again.After leaving the place I've stoped for some food, and found out that they never gave me my bank card back and I've called them to make sure they still have it and to wait for me since it was close to their closing time. Once I got there and approch the bean counters they kind of yelled at me "What do you wank?" and when I've told them they still had my credit card they just pull it out of a drawal without even saying a word and off I went.

Was quoted the price of my Kia Soul over the phone. Took a test drive. Everything appeared right. Great salesman(Papa). Went to the finance department to sign the papers. The price was $795 more than quoted to me. I had no idea what the $795 was about. The finance guy (Joe) says that's for the etching of the windows. I said I don't want or need any etching. He said "too late". The etching is done on all the cars. The buyer has no choice. I could have cancelled the deal then, but decided not. I have no other complaint. The salesman and finance guy were nice. I just thought anyone going to this dealership should be aware of this scam. If someone wants his windows etched, it can be done for under $100. I still recommend this dealership, as long as you realize the price quoted does not include the mandatory window etching.

Truly great experience. Received excellent service while buying my wife a new car and trading in an old one. Everyone from my salesperson (Papa), finance guy (Joe), and even management (Clayton) was very honest, cool, and professional. We'll definitely be back!

I went to Kia Sands after 3 other dealerships gave me the run around and wanted me to get a co-signer. My husband passed away recently and they felt that I did not need to own a new car. Dennis Parson and Leroy Lucero the sales people that helped me at Sands Kia really looked hard and found someone that would help me finance it even with my credit and circumstances. They were all very professional, fun and understanding. I will buy a car here again because they gave me the respect and understanding that I needed. I love my new Sportage and the mileage is great. I will recommend this dealership and their staff every time. Thank you Dennis and Leroy for all of your help.

It has been 4 years since I purchased a vehicle. But I have to say this purchase of my new Optima was the best ever. I have purchased over 15 vehicles in my life and dealing with Clayton was easy, quick and straight forward. I will be telling everyone at church where to go and buy their next car. Thanks Sands Kia!

You are met in the parking lot by a sales rep (mine was Andy Griffith)and I was barely out of my car. Ok, so he really wants to make a sale...I get that and let it go as I was in sales once upon a time. I brought in an ad that came in the mail because it showed some good lease rates for several models of Kia (Sorrento, Sportage, Soul, Forte) and I was in the market for a smaller SUV. Andy would not answer my question when I asked about the particulars of the ad and requested to be shown vehicles that were in the ad. Andy just kept steering me away from the ad; as a matter of fact Andy took the ad away from me and I never did get it back. I narrowed down my choice of vehicle (Sportage) and color and took one for a test drive - nice vehicle. Now here's the catch, the vehicle we drove was loaded with options and obviously way above the ad pricing...which Andy still would not talk about.To make a long story short here's what happened - I filled out the paperwork and Andy asked me for a credit card, which I thought was strange. Andy came back with a lease rate on the Sportage that was $399 ($175) above the lease payment of $224 stated in the ad. We played the sign Andy's hand written statement saying I will buy the car today and Andy comes back with a different payment, all being higher than the ad payment. (Eventually Andy admitted after I pressed him and he knew I was getting irritated that they did not have the Sportage that was in the ad. Bait and switch anyone???) After 3 1/2 hours I had enough and asked for my credit card back, which the sales manager said he didn't have; when I stated yes he did he found it and I left. Andy called me later that evening to apologize saying that he was just following Sands process and that he would the get me the payment and terms that I desired. The next morning I called and asked to have the General Manager, John Turner contact me. What I got from John was an insincere apology, defense of the Sands dealership selling practices and the promise that he would look into why I was there so long. John also offered to review the Sportage I wanted and see if he couldn't exceed my expectations and said he'd call me within an hour. (I got a call from Andy right after this conversation to see if I had spoken with John.) 5 1/2 hours later John Turner called me back and nonchalantly said that he could meet the payment and terms that Andy was requesting. I cannot recommend Sands Kia in Surprise to anyone; they are not courteous, they play games with pricing and they really don't care about you as the customer...just your money. I bought a 2011 Sportage from another dealer this week and was treated respectfully, did not have to play a single pricing game AND this dealer did actually exceed my expectations all the way around.

First and foremost, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My girlfriend and I went to this dealership prior to going to the Dodge dealership nearby (which I recommend). Carlos approached us and we immediately set out what we were looking for, our price range, etc. so that nothing was uncertain. Carlos patiently took us around the lot and recommended some vehicles. We found the 2011 Kia Optima to be a great car with a great warranty. Because it was a Saturday (or Sunday) and near closing, we were told that the dealership would look around for financing and we would receive a call the next day...Here we are nearly three weeks later (having already went elsewhere and bought a car) and I still have yet to hear from Carlos or any other Kia employee for that matter. Had the dealership gotten back to us on time, we would have purchased the vehicle. However, because they did not get back to us, we went elsewhere and found a car. "You snooze, you lose." I have never reecieved scuh poor customer service and, as a result, have no intention of ever going back to this lot. My advice: Look elsewhere.
