Long story short I absolutely am 100% satisfied with the service department. They have taken complete care of me and my vehicle. But one in particular comes to mind when it comes to excellent service. Inger assisted me with the entire process with my warranties and kept me up to date on all warranty related issues and the status of my truck regularly. If anyone reads this I absolutely recommend doing business with inger. She is a life saver. To you ms inger keep up the flawless work!!!

Where do I start? Inger is where I start, she is an absolute gem, she got my vehicle in, always maintained contact and kept me up to date on my vehicle. I had some warranty issues, she was able to resolve every problem that I had involving my warranties. I can't thank Inger enough for a job more than well done. sale staff was good worked vary hard to get my business. but finance manager Chris Hamrick tried to sell over priced add on to the sum of 8400.00 dollars . saying he had better interest coupons If I bought addons banks don't take coupons not first new car for me truck had small problems after third visit to get fixed they tried to get me to pay part of loaner car. way should I pay there problem I bought a new auto that is what I expect . but like I said sales man mikah primus and sale manager where great and very helpful.

My husband did a great job in researching Kia dealerships and the deals they had. We selected Rountree Moore Ford Lincoln because of their honesty, yes, I said honesty at a car dealership. Our salesperson was Lori Hewitt and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to make our buying process enjoyable. She explained everything to us and the procedure so that we were prepared for the next step. We met Russ and Mike took care of the financial part. Everyone was so pleasant we felt very comfortable with everything going on. Before we left, Lori made sure we knew everything about the car and that we felt safe driving the car back home over 100 miles away! We love our new Kia Soul and it's everything we wanted. We are from out of state and were visiting our daughter and her family. She knew that we were going to start shopping around to replace our Cadillac when we got home from the visit. We are older and wanted a car that set up higher and was easier to get in and out of. She also knew that we would be looking at a Ford Edge as an option so she had already done some "shopping" for us at her dealership of choice, Roundtree-Moore. I reluctantly agreed to go look at a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium they had on Saturday afternoon. We were very impressed with the car. They gave us a price for their car and a trade-in on our car. I said I would take the numbers and think about it and let them know on Monday. I checked the price on their car against comparable cars back home and determine they had a good price on the car. I thought their trade-in value on my car was low. We met on Monday morning and I told them the price on their car car was fair but the trade-in on my car was lower than I expected. With some more discussion we agreed on the final numbers. To make a long story shorter, my wife and I drove home in a 2015 Ford Edge Titanium on Tuesday morning. We really, really love the ride and style. Roundtree-Moore went the extra mile to make that happen on such short notice and the potential barriers of us being from out of state.

I spent less than 2 hours buying a car at this dealership(my 4th).It would have been faster had I not arrived unexpected and at closing hour. An outside outage slowed it down just a bit.. I took my badat$$ new fusion home that night. parked it in the garage glow. it was nice the painted custom pinstripe complimented the body. Tammy, Tiffanni, Finance and Crew did a Great job. Down to the Detail Crew that stayed late to detail the car for me. By late I mean Hours after they usually go home. Tammy was a pleasure. She was patient, efficient and streamlined the whole process. I got EVERY bit of info I needed from her about the car. HIGHLY recommend. <Thanks to the family for being patient>. I'm really Enjoying the new fusion. It does and has so many things its awesome. I had a great experience in the Service Dept. Mark was my Service Manager and I believe he made the whole thing possible. There were two issues(Recall, Check engine light) and he kept in touch with me and had my ca done by the close of business even though there was a lot of work that had to be done. Mark is one of the many reasons Roundtree is gaining a good reputation. Great communication skills and very professional. He deserves the recognition that his record shows. I am very pleased. The Escape runs great. What a great SUV and great experience there. I am one happy customer. I have bought vehicles before from Roundtree Moore Ford. I still have my 2006 Ford Ranger with only 50,000 miles and runs excellent. I also have a 2007 Ford escape bought new there too. Great experiences there. I will buy again from there in the future. We purchased a 2016 Kia Sorento a couple of weeks ago and had a part (fuel pump) malfunction at just 150 miles. Rountree Moore was responsive and even covered the extra towing costs to get it back to the dealership (we live 50 miles away) so it could be evaluated and repaired. We were provided with a rental car and kept updated on the progress. Because this kind of thing happens so rarely, Kia corporate was also involved and we were satisfied with the explanation of what happened and why. No one wants to experience a malfunction like that on a brand new car, but Roundtree Moore really did all they could to make it right. Mark M was our salesman and Bill B was our service rep on the issue. Both handled the matter professionally and as quickly as possible.

I found a used 2015 Ford Flex on the internet. It was located at Rountree Moore in Lake City. I express an interest in trading my 2013 Jeep 4 door Wrangler in on the Flex. I received a call from the dealership, scheduled an appoint meant. I was called twice by Eddie, very cordial man. We drove from The Villages to Lake City, looked at the Flex and told Eddie, who met us in front of their building, that we wanted to buy the Flex if we could work a trade. 3 hours later trade completed, paperwork was processed. We waited for a bit longer while the vehicle was detailed. All in all, 5 hours and we were on our way back to The Villages. Eddie Gregory was AWESOME, if all the sales people at this dealership are like him, wow.

I called this dealership back in January because they had a truck I saw online that I liked. I called and tried to get an over the phone estimate of the trade in value on my truck. I spoke with Karen Meeks and she asked about the information on my truck. She then proceeded to ask my for information that was not needed as in my address, work history, salary, etc.., I told her why did she need this information for a trade in quote. Karen said she needed to fill out a precredit application before she could give me a quote, I told her that it was ok as long as she didn't pull my credit. She then asked for my social security number and I told her that I don't want to give her that because I don't want my credit pulled. She said that she has to have my permission to pull it so she can't legally do that and she can't give me the trade in value until I do. So I trusted her because the phone call was being recorded by them and I gave her my information. She told me the amount of the trade in value of my truck and I told her I'm no longer interested with such a low trade in value so I checked credit karma and she had pulled my credit. I called their office and they listened to the recorded phone call and Terry Kelly said yes she illegally pulled your credit but their is nothing we can do about it. I told them you can call equifax and transunion and tell them that you had mistakenly pulled my credit. Terry Kelly told me sir your credit is very high why are you so worried about one credit inquiry and told me they won't help me. I told them that it hurts my credit and their response was, by what one or two points who cares? Since then I have had many sales calls and loan applications in my mail. My next step is talking to the state banking commission about their wrongdoings, do not shop here or give them ANY of your information, I learned you cannot trust them or Karen Meeks!

Our experience with Rountree-Moore was exceptional. We bought a C-Max. They LISTENED to what we wanted - which other dealerships did not. Other dealerships just were pushing what they had on the lot. R-M worked really hard to get our preferences. We appreciated that. Also, other dealerships wouldn't even really talk to us until we filled out a credit reference. What?!? In June of this year my car broke down late at night and it was towed to Round-Tree Ford. I was far from home and stayed in a hotel. I took my 2000 Camry to the Collision Center because my trunk was leaking water on the side that I was hit from the rear 2 years ago. I was informed by Ashley there that the rubber seal will need to be changed out, and that it probably would not be covered under the warranty they had given me to fix the car from the 2 years ago. They ordered the part and I took it back to be installed. The Service people not only replaced the seal they cleaned up the green mildew and dirt all around my trunk, gas cap and all inside my doors! On top of all that I was not charged anything! I was very pleased with the work the Service people did and the ones in the office there that helped me. What a great team they are. Maybe one day I can buy a newer vehicle from there. Good job people!

We bought a 2016 Explorer. We were looking at a different color with different options that would have to be brought in from another dealer, but the salesman, Jason said that they would make us a great deal if we bought the one on the lot. They gave us the deal. The Finance man, Chris was just the greatest. He found us the best financing rate. The only problem with the vehicle was moisture inside of the turn signal in passage mirror. We have purchased new Fords since 1991, 8 in total. This is the first time Ford Credit was bad. 4.5% on a new vehicle, especially with a brand dedicated customer. We got different financing at 2%. It is a shame for Ford to treat a customer who has purchased so many new vehicles from them this way. The next time we go to purchase a new vehicle, if Ford financing is not willing to give better rates, we will move to another brand!

I purchased two vehicles both 2011. One is a Chevy Impala and the other a Ford Fiesta for my daughter. I thought it would be impossible to purchase one with my current credit let alone two. I thought the staff did great and our sales associate Donnie Allen handled everything with professionalism and excellence. I never asked him about price. I told him the situation and what I was looking for and he did the rest. I understand thsi is a business and profit from sales is necessary. I also understand this is Donnie Allen's way of earning and income so he has to make something off the sales. I trusted the Lord to take care of things and to this point I am quite satisfied. I told Donnie the same and that if I find that I was taken the I do have recourse. I will never do business with Rountree-Moore again and I do have a mouth and means of electronic communication. I chose Roundtree-Moore first because of their support for Columbia County schools with "Drive 4 your school". That program supported the band for which my daughter was part of and it was appreciated so I thought it was only right to support this car dealership. I have a mini van that has almost 300,000 miles on it and when it comes time to trade it in I'll look to Roundtree-Moore first at least as long as things remain as they are if not improve.

While driving my Kia Optima which I bought used with less than 2,000 miles, the engine had a catastrophic failure and needed replacement because of the damage to the crankcase and or parts. This happened at the worst financial time of my life when I could not be tighter. I was distraught and afraid of the unknown and thinking only the worst. Then I met George Hudson in the Ford/Kia Service department! He immediately helped me deal with the situation by just listening to me and unwiring the bomb I had created in my mind, so to say. Spending time just letting me vent he went on to trouble-shooting the issue with the mechanic immediately, getting feedback, relating the horrible news to me very smartly, and orchestrating a rental car for me where Moore-Roundtree drove me...no promises made but he told me the best and worst situations which is what people need to know. Then, not one day, not one, where he didn't call me at least once to update me on issues related to the repair or progress made. Most importantly, he coordinated documenting all my oil records (thank God I had them at legitimate places) and other items with Kia Motors and got me COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY INCLUDING THE RENTAL CAR! THE KIA WARRANTY IS THE REAL DEAL! I had only 3,000 miles left to my warranty as well so I could not have been more lucky regarding that fact as well.In a matter of a few days after the new engine arrived, the car was made like new very quickly and ready for me to take home. To this date and only a few thousand miles into, things are like new. No noises, feelings, nothing. Smooth as silk so far. I personally can't imagine living in the area and not being a customer for life with them. Oh yeah, by the way...I live five hours south of the dealership and let's face it, the service could have been way worse and probably would have except at this dealership. Anyone working there I came in contact with was very professional and friendly. If you live in the area give them a shot because if anything happens you'll have a high integrity team of people looking out for your interests. KRStuart, Florida

I went in to look at a 2013 Ford Focus, but when I got there, they discovered it had a few thousand dollars worth of repairs it needed, so the salesman (Allen) was awesome and very helpful, making sure to keep in mind the kind of car I was sorta looking for and price range, never tried to get me to buy something that was over my budget. I was very pleased with the 2013 Hyundai Sonata I ended up getting but for less the Ford Focus I was looking at:) If you are looking at buying a car from them anytime soon, I would recommend Allen at Ford Rountree Moore, located on Hwy 90, right next to Zaxbys??

I took my 2014 Ford Focus into your shop because we heard a grinding or scraping noise when we accelerated the car from a stop. Your transmission man informed us that we did not have an "automatic" transmission, we had a manual transmission that shifted automatically and the noise we heard was normal. I can live with that, knowing that there is nothing wrong with the car, but I have two observations. #1 Upon doing an internet search, I see that there are hundreds of complaints about this noise. I think it would be a good idea to inform a buyer about this noise up front so they wouldn't worry and complain.#2 We took the car in two months ago for the same problem and saw the same service manager. He did not tell us about the transmission, instead he said we had sand in the brakes from driving on a dirt road.

Was just able to coast into the service lane after experiencing engine problems while returning home from weekend trip to Atlanta. Even though it was late morning and very busy day, Inger Douglas at Lake City, FL dealership recognized our plight, got parts, service, and warranty info necessary to get us back on the road to Tampa by 6 pm same day. Ms. Douglas is very impressive at her job, and I can't thank her enough.

Rountree Moore Ford has really stepped up their customer service; I am impressed! I am extremely tight on money this week, so I was weary to take my car in the get some engine shaking issues looked at, but 4hrs later I get a call my car is all ready to go. I get there, and they fixed what they could for no cost, then gave me this awesome new printout showing they did a thorough inspection of my car and what they recommend for me to have done when convenient for me, and the price quote for each item (new battery, brake fluid change, etc). Then to top it all off, my floorboards have been vacuumed and my tires have been shined. Wow!!! Talk about service! I won't have any future reservations about bringing my car into Rountree Ford for any future service needs. You really made me feel like you care about putting customer service first! I am impressed! Great job guys!

My 2014 Flex was brought in for an oil change which was done quickly. When I went to cash out they had indicated on paperwork that I rejected tire rotation & that the vehicle needed alignment. However,this issue was not brought to my attention for it to be corrected until they were through with the oil change & ready for cash out. Advisor should have made me aware of situation so it could have been corrected. Also, tires were rotated at 10,000 miles & this was an oil change just 5,000 miles later at15,000 miles.

I gave Kione and excellent rating because he was very patient with me and he did not rush my decision making. He made sure I got into the vehicle that would best suit me. He did everything he could to make sure by car buying experience was great. After submission of my application he came back with a result that landed me the car I have today and I even traded in my old car. Kione remained to the dealership with me until I got the keys to my 2015 Kia Sportage! However, everyone at the dealership was nice and very courteous. Mark McRae was very patient with me through my car buying experience. He took me to several different lots, let me test drive as many vehicles as I needed, was very patient with my energetic toddler and gave me his honest opinion about every vehicle I looked at. In the end I feel like I found the PERFECT and most practical vehicle for me and my family. I left the dealership with a smile on my face and feeling that I picked out my vehicle, it was not picked out for me. He did not try to talk me into a vehicle that I was not sure about, he was just there to assist me along the way. In fact, I got a better vehicle than I was hoping for! I do not intend on getting a new vehicle anytime soon but when I do I will definitely go back and see Mark McRae. I recommend any and everyone that is looking for a car to go and visit him at Rountree Moore Kia.

we were looking for a truck. I when on internet first Karen came back very friendly and help full. She in turn us over to Russ he was so helpful we talk several times on phone deciding what we wanted and of corase what we could afford. He ask us to come in everyone there was so friendly. Russ show us several trucks and must have made 20 trips to his sale manger trying to get us what we wanted. He never gave up but never try to push us to buy something we couldn't afford. Once we found the truck we wanted the finance guys when to work and they did a great job getting us finance and interest rate that fit our needs. Then after everything was final Russ came in the next morning early to have our truck detail and they did a great job. From the time we first talk with Karen and then meeting Russ and all the fine people that work there it was a very good experence. My wife and I were treated so good and we got our 2013 f150 so thank you and when we are ready to again purchase we will come to ROUNDTREE-MOORE

I purchased a slightly used Rouge from the Ford dealership. I decided to continue to use the Ford Dealership for my service, in large part due to "George" who was the service consultant. He is always polite, and most importantly he always does what he says. This past service he had my car washed. I think it looked better than the first day I bought it. Whoever cleans cars is amazing. I got a shuttle to work from "Marty". I have taken the suttle with him before. What an enjoyable ride, and a what a positive individual. Several years ago I had a series of bad experiences with your service department. What a change. It feels like I am seeing old friends now. Thanks....you have a fan. My son brought vehicle in for service, Service tech was told about service plan and still tried to sell my son the oil change/tire rotation special. (this was cover in plan I bought from your dealership). If my son hadn't called me first I would have paid for this covered work. Need to coordinate better.

We were on the road traveling I75 to Ft Myers with a 5th wheel in tow, when the check engine light went on in our new 2015 Ford F250. It was 5:30 am, dark and cold. We found your dealership via Google search and arrived in your parking lot at 6:00am. Even though your sign said that you didn't open until 7:00, the man who opened up at 6:30 greeted us and listened to our tale. He instructed us where to unload the 5th wheel and got us right in when the mechanics arrived. We tried to wait it out in our camper since we had a dog with us. The serve techs were very kind to invite us to bring our dog in and wait in the waiting area. The problem with our truck was diagnosed and repaired quickly and we were back on the road by 9:00. We really appreciated the prompt and courteous service we received.

I was not notified when the parts came in as promised. Time was critical so I called and found that the parts were in and set up an appointment time. This happened with the washer pump and the dome light. Both of which I needed done before a road trip. No harm done though. I spent years in the auto parts business I've been on both sides of the counter. I know how easy it is to slip and not follow through so I tend to be proactive.

I purchased a F150 super crew. I did not care if I bought a Chevy, GMC, or Ford. I needed a truck that could pull my 8000 pound camper better then my Tundra. I think this truck with the 5.0 liter engine and the 3.55 rear end will do it. I'm going to take the camper out next week and see. I went to numerous car dealers in 4 different towns and looked at a lot of trucks. I told each salesman that I was going to purchase a new truck within 2 weeks. Russ Waters was the salesman that acted like he wanted to help me most. He asked good questions to see what I wanted and he followed up with phone calls and E-mails. I came in for service on my F150 and the staff were great and the wait time wasnt long at all. No pressure on sales they did inform me what needed to be done and gave me a print out explaing what the services were. Comfortable lounge to wait in with TV and bottle water was available.It would be nice if you had a small cafe with like sub's chilli dogs ect and like run daily specials 9-5. Just a thought. I went to the dealership on a Sunday to look at a Kia Optima I had seen online, not knowing the dealership was even open on Sunday's. I was approached by Charlie who briefly talked about the car and we took it for a test drive. We then talked about a few other vehicles I was somewhat interested in and then he suggested I test drive a Mustang GT. I was hooked. A few days later after consideration I called him back to let him know I wanted the one we discussed that was in the showroom. However, he let me know it was sold the previous day. They were able to find the exact Mustang I wanted and it turned out to be even better than the one that was sold from the show room. The staff was very help and the whole process was great. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I purchased a 2009 Toyota Yaris from Mr. Kez Ford. I feel like I received a good deal, however, I was mislead into purchasing a permanent tag with the belief that I would get it the same day, however, I was sent off with a temporary tag. Also, they attached a 3% fee because I used a "debit" card. This information was not disclosed to me, prior to purchase. Needless to say, I was ready to cancel the deal, first with the car tag and now with a 3% fee. They did split the fee with me so I left with the vehicle.

Great Experience! I and my wife purchased a 2014 F150 crew cab from there and we love it! Our salesman, Brad Howell, patiently showed us multiple trucks and worked with us diligently in order to make sure we were satisfied. He accompanied us on a no-stress test drive to fully understand the vehicles characteristics. I even changed the vehicle I wanted mid paperwork, with no flak from Brad and the staff. The parts department was also very helpful as I needed a tag mount for the front of my new truck. Brad even took the truck to the body shop, which quickly installed the tag mount for me! Truly a pleasant experience with no complaints whatsoever.

Hi, quality of work was excellent. Also, want to mention how good the USAA appraiser was. However, the picking up my auto I thought was lacking. I called the front desk receptionist around 4 p.m. to ask was my auto ready to be picked up, as they had it 2 days and this was the end of the 2nd day. She said it was ready but it needed a quality control check, that they would call when it was ready. Since I hadn't heard anything by 5pm, I went to the body shop and my auto was in the parking lot and complete. I walked in the receptionist area and asked the same receptionist if my auto was ready. She said no, it still needed a quality control inspection, I could pick it up tomorrow morning. I asked her couldn't they do it now, as it shouldn't take long. She went to the back, came back and said they still had to check with insurance company, I informed her I was paying for it, the insurance complany was reimbursing me. She said ok, you can take it. I then paid her, asked her "was this the quality control". She looked at me and shook her head yes, I took my car and left. Apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere. If you don't know the reply to a question, tell me!

The short experience I had with Round-Tree went quite well, better then I have expected. Paul the auto body manager was very helpful in taking the time to walk me through the damage findings report and what will be needed and how the repairs will be done. I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKX. The sales staff was very kind and helpful. I gave the salesman all the information they needed to do the paperwork before we were to arrive at the dealership. We took advantage of the .09% and financed $20,000 on the car. Not only was the paperwork not ready when we got there, but it took a very long time for the finance person to get the paperwork done. The finance person did not say if there was a computer problem, etc. but the wait for paperwork was a little extreme. Over all the experience was good. Love the car!

There was a recall on Toyota sienna for gear shifts. So we had it changed. We waited in the waiting area. The couches were beautiful and comfy. The tv was large. Two things could have made it better. I wanted to there to be more tables with chairs and tv turned up a little louder. But other than those minor things everything was great. The staff was so nice and friendly. If I ever get the chance to buy another car, I'm coming here.

This service person was rude and cockey!! He thinks he owns this ford dealer!! Where is the bumper to bumper warranty? my mirror of my truck came off it was loose. in past few months my wife was taking to the service for oil change and tire rotation she forgot to tell them about the mirror and our life is busy with work. Then he said that because it has 27,522 miles (SO what does that have to do with it) what happened to the 36,000 miles warranty?? he kept telling me that I broke it and if I bought a new truck or not. So he emailed the ford company and they declined it! What is the warranty?? So he tells me it will cost me $113.00 why should I pay for this if I have warranty? They will lose more then me, because I will not bring my truck to do any service again... Also we been bring this truck in this service but never been charge $50.00 for a oil change Wow! I also called and left a message for the service manager and they did not return my call. Where is the customer service?

We have been shopping for a vehicle for months. We finally decided to get pre-approved. We looked at every local dealership with in 150 miles from our home and finally found what we were looking for at Roundtree Moore Ford. We were contacted by Russ Waters after we had inquired online about the vehicle we were interested in. He was kind and courteous on the phone, but most of all, he was caring about what I was actually looking for. When we got to the dealership, it was nice knowing beforehand who we would be dealing with. Russ greeted us promptly and friendly. He explained in detail what was happening each step of the way. After showing us the car we were looking at, taking us for a test drive and going through the tedious paperwork, Russ had us ready to go in minutes. BUT, the finance company would not accept the car I wanted due to the miles on it. But that did not stop Russ. He asked exactly what I was looking for and he searched not only his dealership, but all the others in their network to find a vehicle that not only had what I wanted, but was with in the budget we wanted it. He worked tirelessly with the finance managers to get me numbers on each vehicle we were interested in. After hours of dealing with me, you would think he would be tired. But not Russ, he kept looking until he found not only the PERFECT vehicle for us, but the price was too high. Seeing how much I wanted that vehicle, Russ promptly went to work, and through it all, and I mean it took him all day, he kept us laughing and informed of everything that was happening. He worked and worked until he made that vehicle match our budget. Through it all he was always kind, caring, and most of all, he never gave up. If I were to buy another car, and we will I know, I would not want any other salesman than Russ. All of the employees we seen were friendly, kind and seemed pretty genuine, but Russ is what made buying our SUV absolutely FUN. And that is not a word that goes with car buying! You must be hiring your "friends" to run the various offices. Several of these woman are overtly rude and obviously fear no repercussions. EVERY single time I am forced to call for information regarding one of our several vehicle purchases or their service, I am appalled at how little regard for professionalism is evident at the Ford location. Shameful and annoying. Our repairs look great, but the dealership itself has the "I don't really care" attitude after the purchase paperwork is signed.

So, I brought my truck here for warranty and as luck would have it the warranty company refused to cover my truck. So I finally got some money to fix it and it takes them three weeks to get it running and one day I stopped by to check on my truck and somebody from their shop had decided to use my truck as a parts truck and pulled a computer module out from behind the back seat. And it has been three weeks since I asked about it and nobody will give me an answer on what happened and why they let parts get stolen off my truck. They called me the other day saying my truck is finished and to come pick it up. When I opened the door even though the key was not in it, the radio was playing music and my door locks didn't work.It has been almost a week since then and everytime I talk to them about it they say "it'll be done tomorrow" tomorrow comes and no change. So the day finally arrived when they said it was done and I went to pick the truck up and the spare tire was missing and a plug is missing from the rear end and oil is leaking everywhere. They told me that they cannot do anything about it. They as in tue service manager Donnie.

On 11/6/13 I went to Rountree Moore Ford to look at and test drive a 2008 Ford F-150 XLT I saw advertised on the company website. Mr. Gregory was very friendly and cordial. After the test drive I told him I wanted the truck and what terms I wanted it under. He got with his sales manager and I was able to trade trucks for under $400 cost to myself. After searching dealers within 100 miles and more on the internet Roundtree Moore had a good selction of trucks I was intrested in, after calling and talking to the sales person I drove 60 miles and was satified with the first numbers the manager approved on my trade and the price of the truck was why I called. Everything was just as I was told by Eddie Gregory I left very happy with my deal and everyone was great.

I was looking at the new Fords because I am just graduated from college and looking to put my BA to work. I found a Fiesta that was in my budget but really did not expect to get the financing for it. Eddie understood my apprehension and walked me through the process because this was the first NEW car I had ever bought and I will be 50 next year. Eddie did not try to pressure me into adding things to the car that I really have not use for like a GPS or seat warmers. It was liking picking out a diamond ring!My husband had been working with Lori for about 2 weeks or so. He had identified what was to be my perfect car and contacted Lori about being on the lookout for a particular vehicle . It seems that the ideal car was in transit and it could not be secured until reaching the dealership.It was the Ford Fusion Titanium HYBRID. No one in our Orlando market could get their hands on this car with the option package that we wanted. I had two color preferences and Lori called to say she had both the Sterling and the White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat, ( that's a mouthful). We drove, 153 miles, and what do we see just waiting for Me but the White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat vehicle glowing in the beautiful sunshine. I was smitten ! No need to even look at the sterling. My husband had already spoken to John and Lori prior to our arrival what his expectations were before making the drive and they delivered.Buying a car can be a very long process and my husband wanted me to have a seamless experience. We got there at around 1 pm and were done by 4pm. We test drove the vehicle and learned about all the amazing features and the services at Rountree -Moore Ford Dealership. Lori was so patient answering all of our questions. While the car was in detailing we secured our financing and got to know the friendly team at Rountree-Moore Ford. There is a reason why this group has been around 89 years and I am sure it is because of individuals who work there. Arron the Business Manager and John the Sales Manger were genuine in making sure we were completely satisfied. We thought we were ready to go when we were then introduced to Mary Rountree. We were initially helped over the phone. Jason was very quick to find us the exact car we were looking for at another dealership since they did not have the exact color we wanted here at Roundtree Moore. Once we arrived, Jason met us immediately, no waiting at all. Jason took us to his office and was very, very friendly. They did not put preasure on me to buy. That goes a long way for car salesmen. I can't remember when I had that much fun buying a car. I laughed from the time Derek showed me my car till I drove off. I shopped around quite a bit for my Ford Explorer, knowing it was the car I wanted. I knew the options I wanted, and didn't want to pay extra for options that might be packed on. My search led me to contact quite a few dealers (20+) via email and phone, as I was looking for my options at the price I wanted. From the first contact with Kes at Rountree Moore, I was impressed. The offers he made from the beginning made it clear that he was serious about earning my business, and wasn't just giving me a stock answer. After some back & forth, zeroing in on the price, options & exact vehicle, I decided I wanted to do business with Kes. I had at least 8 other Ford Dealers in my local area or closer, but I chose to drive 90 minutes to Rountree because of the way I was treated, the feeling that I was a valued customer they wanted to earn, and the no-pressure on-the-level dealings. At no time did I get that slimy feeling we all get with most dealers.We made our deal completely via email & phone, with them holding the vehicle for me for a few days until it was convenient for me to get there. The first time I set foot in the dealership was when I showed up to buy the car, and the experience was pleasant.Considering the multiple dealerships under Rountree Moore, my search for my next car will begin at Rountree. We recently visited this dealership to look at a new car. We told the salesman if he brought us a deal we liked we would be interested in running it through the banks to see what happened. After several unacceptable offers and 4 hours later we told the salesman if he could do something to call us. The next day I recieved several warnings from my credit monitoring company that there had been 8 inquiries. We never authorized this dealership to submit any credit applications. I spoke to the sales manager and was told he would look into it. We have tried to call the dealership several times since and no one returns our call.

You know when you are looking at your wrecked car shaking you head and you are 6 hours from home and then an angel lands. This was my experience with Lori. My son had a blowout on the way home from Tally and the car was towed to Rountree-Moore in Lake City. The next moring we came to really see the damage. Lori walked by and asked if we needed help and I joked with her about "got a used car for my son," I really was just joking. She said I just might. The short of the long story is we got another car in just a few hours. Did all the paperwork got rid of the sad car and home we came. Lori is amazing. Her good energy crossed our path just at the right time. She understood what we needed and she made it happen right away. No unnecessary sales push just found us just what I asked for. Been looking for a truck - both online and at dealerships. Drove through the lot and noticed Jena out making sure the inflatable soldier was upright - liked that work ethic! She asked if she could help and I said - not ready yet. Came back later - she immediately recognized me and offered again to help. Interested in 2011 used F150 - she brought keys out for several and said we could drive each one if we wanted.Good experience but vehicle didn't have all the things I wanted - she listened! Manager came by said he had one with three of the four things I wanted that was just traded in - Jena took me to the the vehicle and it was perfect. Waited 48 hours to make a decision, reviewed the car fax, asked lots of questions - made a counter offer and we did a deal! Was having a computer repaired at the mall and had some time to kill so the wife and I went to Rountree Moore to look at some used cars. We were in the market but not quite ready to pull the trigger. Robin was the first to greet us and we explained that we were just looking while killing time. She asked what we were looking for and we said something for the wife to drive back and forth to Jacksonville for her job so we needed something comfortable and reasonable on gas. She showed us around a little bit and then Charlie came up and asked if I was someone he knew. We decided we had seen each other at the local dirt track. He showed us a couple of cars that fit what what we were looking for and we drove a couple of cars. As we were getting ready to go an older couple had traded in a car for a new Lincoln and Charlie said to go look at it. We looked at the car and the wife and I both liked it and I liked the deal so we decided to get the car before someone else did. We noticed a couple of door ding type dents in one of the doors and the Lumbar adjustment was not working. Charlie told us not to worry that he would take care of it for us. We left that night with the car and my wife drove the car to Jacksonville for work and fell in love with it. We took it in to have the detail and dents removed, When they were trying to remove one of the dents the paint cracked. We were told to leave the car for a couple of days so the door could be removed and repainted. We went back to the dealership and were given a Ford to drive (thanks Charlie, I hated the Dodge) while we had the door repainted. Other than the fact that Charlie put us in a Dodge (I am not a Mopar fan)as a loaner vehicle our experience could not have been better. We love the car and it was the best dealership experience I have had to date. I look forward to doing business with them when it is time to upgrade my truck. I purchased this car from them after viewing what was posted online on the cars.com website and their own website and after talking to a representative from their company (Jena Thomas). After a few days I showed up with a car that I had that was completly paid off and traded it for the car they had advertised and was rushed into signing papers and before I knew it these salemen were putting me in the vehicle and sending me on my way the first time I ever saw the vehicle. less than half a mile down the road the vehicle would barely run so I turned around and took it back to them, They acknowledged a problem and commenced to fix it while I went home with a loaner vehicle. They had a driver return the van to me stating it was fixed and after test driving it again there was still a problem. I talked to Randy Sears who convinced me to drive it for the weekend and he would make things right on monday if something was wrong. That weekend the Check Engine light came on and the same problems persisted with it running poorly so they came and got the vehicle and provided another loaner vehicle while the Emissions system was repaired. Got the vehicle back this past thrusday and the van drove much better except for the rear wheel bearing which they would not repair and wanted to charge me $400 to fix. At this point I contacted a local mechanic who would get me fixed without all the hassle. over the weekend we drove the vehicle about 70 miles and the check engine light came back on again. I took it and had the code read and it stated that it was a problem with the catalytic converter system which is what they just repaired. Upon closer inspection of the vehicle it appears they may have used a old part as NO new part was installed as they stated. I contacted them about this issue and was told by Jenna that their people checked it out and everything was fine and that I should have it checked out by someone when the rear wheel bearing is fixed because that is likely the issue. The wheel bearing from what others have told me will not produce a emissions code from the ECM. I would not do business with this company again if they were giving out free cars. All I wanted was a vehicle that was free from mechanical defects as stated and safe for my pregnant wife and three kids to be in. A lot of fast talking and false promises is what I got instead.

The salesman Big Nate was amazing. He knew everything we had to asked about every vehicle we looked at. I looked at several trucks and several cars. Nate did not hesitate to answer every question we had quickly and effectively. My son was in love with the red Vette that was on the lot and kept bugging him about the car. He didn't get aggravated or flustered by all the questions. In fact he went and got the keys to the car and allowed my son to sit in the car and even stated it for him. Needless to say he was happy for the next several day. Its the small thinks like this that count. the professionalism that Nate showed was unrivaled by any other dealership that we have ever been to. After looking at a F-150 and talking with Nate he helped us realize that this is what we need. Nate brought us back inside the showroom and introduced us to the sales manager by the name of FAST FREDDY. This guy was, well lets put it this way... Fast... he was a nice guy all and all but he just wasn't listening to what we were saying... After we talking a few minutes he made me realize i wasn't listening to what i was saying. he actually showed us how we can save money by trading our current car in and refinance it lower the payments and afford the truck that we want with no more cost out of our budget. We didn't buy at this visit to Rountree-moore but you better believe we will be back to see BIG NATE and FAST FREDDY... this was truly an amazing dealership and would encourage anyone to stop by and see these guys... Albert showed us what he thought was what we were looking for and we ended up buying just that. Albert was very professional with his attentivenes to our needs and manner of speech. However, Albert needs to read the owner's manual a little more. Several questions I asked he did not know the answer and I eventually found them in the manual. I had decided I needed a bedliner and a license plate holder. The person handeling the finances told me it would be an additonal charge of "10-15 bucks". Well, when you are buying a truck of 40 grand, that shouild be no problem. I drove back to Lake City from Gainesville, 45 miles, the following Saturday to get the bed liner installed and a special Simonize wax job. I was the told they don't install bedliners on Saturday. I also could not sync my music via bluetooth with the truck. The phone yes, the music no. I was told to go to an ATT store down the road from the dealership and have them look at my phone. I replied that I did not think it was the phone. When I made my third trip (45 miles one way) back for the bedliner, which was installed quickly, and I had them test my phone in a new F-150 similar to mine sitting on the lot. It synched up fine, so it was not the phone.I was told I probably need a update on the software. After I was home, the next day I called Gainesville Ford and I was told the same thing by their service manager. He said they do quite a few updates every week, so bring it on in. I will, because 90 miles is a long way to go for minor stuff. Oh yeah, I did get a free license plate holder and 20 gals of gas from the dealeship, so that is a plus, but I still gotta give 'em a 3 on the overall experience, as it was OK....Love the truck though..
