I was greeted by the service manager John when I arrived. He inquired if I had an appointment then directed me to my SA. Since my SA Jasmine was still in training, she was being mentored by a senior SA Mark. He guided her through the process effortlessly. I needed 4 tires, alignment, rear brakes, and an oil change. I usually shop around for tires but I couldn't pass up this deal (money saved). I was informed by my SA that the tires I requested were not in stock at the time but I would be provided with a loaner vehicle in the interim. I was contacted by my SA a few days later and I was informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived at the service bay, returned my loaner vehicle and waited to receive my vehicle. I really didn't need to inspect the work but you always trust but verify. the overall work performed and cleanliness of the vehicle was above par. Thank you to John, Mark, Jasmine and the other staff for making my visit to the dealership to service my vehicle stress free.

I contacted Roswell Infiniti after not having much luck with my local Infiniti dealership. I live several hours from Atlanta, so I was a little reluctant about settling on a car via telephone and then arriving there and possibly be disappointed. I found the Q50 Sport I liked at Roswell Infiniti and contacted their general sales department. I was very clear about what I wanted and what my payments needed to be. The sales guy I was routed to was Rusty Rabia. Rusty went above and beyond to not only make sure I was happy with my car but that I didn't veer away from my original expectations. He lined up several different options and FaceTimed me to show some potential vehicles. I narrowed it down to 2 options. I flew down to Atlanta and planned to drive my vehicle back. Beginning at 8 am that day, Rusty contacted me and made sure I was still happy with our plan. I arrived at Roswell Infiniti around 11 am and Rusty was waiting at the curb to open my door. He had the 2 vehicles ready to go. I quickly chose the vehicle I wanted, signed the papers and was out the door in a short amount of time. Financing exactly where I wanted it and Derrick was patient and very thorough! Even after the sale was complete, Rusty contacted me that evening to make sure I had made it home okay. Hands down the best car buying experience! Roswell Infiniti has a customer for life!

I can't say enough nice things about everyone we dealt with at Roswell Infiniti!! It was an experience we had not been through in years and they made it enjoyable!! ( The last new car we purchased was in 2006!) They were all kind, professional & extremely patient!! Bought a New Q50S and I love it. The dealership was very accommodating. I drove in not knowing what I wanted and was allowed to look and drive multiple cars. My salesman explained all of the different features and even made sure I was asking all the right questions! I never felt rushed or pressured. Bill Gray did a great job in finding us exactly the QX80 what we were looking for and the next day we showed up and within 45 minutes we were out the door. Paper work was ready to sign, no hassle, and Bill is the opposite of the cheesy car salesman, which was a welcomed experienced. For those that have limited time or looking for an easy experience I recommend you give Bill a call. One thing that if it was my business I would change. When you come in an buy a $70k+ car and offered a loaner for 1 night, don't tell the customer that you can't give them a comparable car for a loaner because you "may need them for recall customers that may come in." We are very easy going and our life is sales and customer experience in what we do. I think it is great that service treats customers at the top but some future clients may feel they have a second class experience from the service side considering there were 2 comparable cars that were being held, potentially if recall customers showed up. Just say you don't have any!!! I will say I asked a random client of Roswell Infiniti how he liked his QX80 and could not say enough good things about the vehicle and the dealership and its service department. One last plug ~ this totally beats the Lexus comparable. The exterior design of the QX80 is superior, the leg room for the 2nd row for those that travel with kids/family is superior and frankly not function for the Lexus and the price savings is just an added bonus when you compare them.

It's good to see Roswell Infiniti ownership build a diverse team at their dealership. I have owned 67 cats (62 of them new) and never once have I negotiated a purchase with a woman. My sales representative (Stephanie) was clearly well trained and brought a different perspective to the discussion. Very professional and to the point. I'm not sure how many more cars I have left in be but I'll return to Stephanie if she's still there. If not, I'll probably seek out a female sales person due to this great experience.

My vehicle was having some computer issue and I called them from the road. They fit me in right away bc of the concern it was a safety issue. They gave me a loaner and fixed the vehicle days ahead of schedule. My vehicle was at 61,000 and they gave a one time extension of my warranty without my asking to cover the repair. This delighted me! Mark and Jaime always take great care of me. They answer every question and follow up on every concern. They are the reason I will buy my next car here. My experience with this dealership was nothing short of AMAZING! Upon arrival, everyone I had the pleasure of coming in contact with was very courteous and friendly. I walked into Roswell Infiniti Saturday, 9/17/2916 after speaking with Bill Gray and Derrick still undecided whether or not I would continue with the brand. My lease on my 2014 Q60 was coming to an end and I was considering going a different direction completely. The three of us did discuss what might be the best options for me and I agreed to test drive a 2016 Q50. I thought I would never go back to a sedan. Wrong! I loved the car. I enjoyed driving it, the handling, the way it hugs curves, the technology, the aesthetics. Everything! I read a review that described the Q50 as "slinky". I agree. So now I am driving my sixth, yes sixth Infiniti. Four including my new Q50 came from Roswell Infiniti. I had fun driving with Bill and I was glad he took the time to walk me through all of the technology. I still have a lot to lean but I am enjoying it so far. Thanks everyone for an enjoyable experience and my beautiful new ride!

This was my first experience with Roswell Infiniti. I live in Roswell but have always purchased and serviced my Infiniti vehicles at another Infiniti dealer in Marietta. This was a very different experience. I actually just came to Roswell Infiniti to look at new models, with no intention of purchasing that day. They ended up having the exact model and color with the options that I wanted, so I agreed to look at pricing. Long story short, with the free oil changes and pricing, I went ahead and made a deal. It was not a bad experience by any means, however, there are much better Infiniti dealers in Atlanta. Everything felt rushed and different here. At the Marietta dealership, everything has always been first class, which I have come to expect in purchasing a luxury vehicle. Here, it was just another car dealership, car salesman type experience. I didn't leave feeling "wowed" in any way. Love my new Infiniti, but would go back to the other dealership next time for a better and more exciting experience.

Derrick Baker used car salesman. Took the time to send me and my wife a business credit app. It's approved and he sales the car to someone else. What kind of business is this if you have a credit app not even pending But Approved and the car selected how could you sale the car to someone else. Took a hit on perfect credit for nothing wasted our time. That's how people get hurt these days especially in today's society. You never know who your dealing with. Plus had Alrexis call me and say you can come pick the car up. All lies stay away from this dealership. Especially the used up lying, deceitful, hater , trickster , Derrick baker. All I can see with this deal was pure hate why wouldn't you honor your word. I guess because he's shady. What goes around comes around. That's all I have to say.

Brought a 2016 on Saturday night at closing took the car back Monday at opening, car had less then 100 miles on it. I explained to the sales manager, sales associate and finance manager that I really didn't like the drive of the QX (very rough drive). Mind you they knew of my hesitation with the car before I signed for it, but in my opinion they took advantage of me because I was a young women with my baby and no man with me, shopping for a car. I told them what I could afford dwn $2000 and mthly note of no more then 500. They threw me in a car and waved bye.They were unwilling to exchange or take the car back.Guess Infiniti knows their products SUCK being they didn't stand behind this purchase. I've been leasing cars for the last 6yrs. I've never been treated this way.I had to do a voluntary repossession.. Wowwww That's how much they were willing to help me.i had no choice. Went to another dealer and they took great care of me and I love my new 2016 !!!

Roswell Infinity service dept. is the best! THere were 2 recalls on my 2014 Q 50 which I had received letters concerning the need for servicing. I took my car in via appointment, quickly given a rental, and the next day a call came saying the repairs were done. When I turned my rental back in, I was in and out in 10minutes with my own car. My car needed to get a key programmed and they had a nice loaner ready and already started for me to use (instead of waiting around) when i dropped off my car. I was out the door headed back to work within minutes of arriving! I received a text a few hours when my car was ready to be picked up and once again, the process was fast. My keys were waiting at the front desk for me and my car was parked out front fresh from a bath! It's always nice to get your car back looking better than when you dropped it off. :) It was by far the easiest service experience I have ever received.

I worked with Bill Gray and the experience was phenomenal. He was patient with us while we worked with schedules to have my wife and I both test drive at different times, and at no time did we ever feel pressured to make any decisions until we were ready. While most dealers won't let you leave without a vehicle once you walk in, we had several visits with him and Infiniti over 2 weeks until we had the perfect vehicle for us. I would highly recommend Bill, the entire service staff, and Roswell Infiniti as a whole to anyone looking. We plan on purchasing again later this year, and Bill will be the first person I call.

We have an older Infniti, a 2002 I-35. It has been a great car that started a weird window problem. Only when the weather was hot - the front passenger window would not close all the way; with the automatic window closing system it went to the top of the opening and immediately went back down about 3 inches. Instead of replacing expensive p arts, the service team analyzed the problem and discovered an older model window system that was adjustable. The technician adjusted the window and it works great now! I am pleased that this team of service advisors and technicians do the right thing, even though it may not bring in a higher amount of money to the dealership. Thanks for a great job you guys.

Terry was customer centered and honest...not what you expect from a dealership. He could have sold me more (4 tires instead of 2), but did the right thing since I still have many miles left on the remaining 2 tires. He even remembered details from our last meeting - more than a year ago - and seemed genuinely interested in how I was doing after major back surgery. The price was also less than NTB, not what we expected. The loaner car procedure was easy and the dealership was flexible as to when I needed to return the loaner.

I have been dealing with Roswell Infiniti for more than 15 years...the first 5 were looking very strongly at them as a potential Home Dealership to purchase numerous cars from over an extended period of time. Back then, it was just my wife & I who were driving, but we had 4 children, 3 of whom were early teens & about to enter the "driving phase" of life. I have always been impressed with the Infiniti product line, & knew that it was simply a matter of time before I would own one. Well...I'm now on my 2nd I30. I purchased the 1st one "used" from a neighbor, & it got my older daughter safely back & forth from Roswell to Athens for 4 yrs. In 2012 I purchased my 2nd...this one for me, (from my best friend's mother) mainly because of the wonderful experience we had with our 1st Infiniti...isn't that how things are supposed to work?Well, Roswell Infiniti has played a MAJOR role in this fine story. They have supplied me with "loaner" cars on numerous occasions when a repair might take a day or 2 to complete. The repairs have always been flawlessly done. The Service Dept is 2nd to no one! They treat me like a family member...but you know what's MOST impressive to me...I have not YET bought a car from Roswell Infiniti?!?

I am on my 4th Infiniti and the last 3 I've purchased from Roswell Infiniti. Jeff Hoffman has been my sales person on each one and he's part of the reason I keep coming back. He's always patient when I'm getting the tutorial on how to use my car (yes - these cars have so many features, you need to be taught how to use them). I bought a house with an older garage door opener about the same time I bought my last new car and Jeff and another gentleman, who wasn't even my salesman (can't remember his name) both offered to come to my house if I needed help syncing the garage to my car. I always bring my car to the dealership for service and every person I've dealt with has been extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. At one point when it was almost time to turn in my lease I thought about switching to an Audi A5. I told Jeff this and he said we don't want to lose you but want you to be happy so you should go and look and see if that's what you want. After one visit to the Audi dealership and my horrible experience just trying to test drive one, I was right back to Inifniti and leased another car from Jeff. I would not only highly recommend purchasing an Infiniti but absolutely purchasing it at Roswell Infiniti!

While the original service tech (who I made the appointment with) was still with another customer, Mark filled in and took care of everything. I came in to have the service team double-check some questionable work I had done at a non-dealer repair shop. The folks at Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta treated me with the usual warmth and respect. And found a major issue. The icing on the cake was that the quote they offered to me to repair my issue was very close to the quote I got at "that other place." My next service work will definitely be done at RIoNA.

Deceptive advertising. Post a car on all major websites including their own and yet apparently car isn't for public. Been on their own site since Monday, but was told it was wholesale only. I asked if there was anyway to buy it. No call backs no response. Still on their website at this moment. This is why car dealers have a bad rep for bait and switch. Why is it showing on your site and why do I get alerts that it is available.

I just visited Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta simply to look at a car that was in an ad this morning. Jeff Hoffman greeted me as I walked in with a smile and a handshake. He took me out to the Certified Pre-Owned Q50 I was interested in looking at. We took a test drive and I was sold. The process of getting a good deal for my trade-in was nearly painless. Kipp Cramer the Sales Manager on duty was genuinely interested in talking with me even though it was a fairly busy day in the showroom. John Hall the Finance Manager was a breath of fresh air compared to some I have dealt with at other dealerships in the past. Impressive job gentlemen! I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends and associates.

Purchased a pre-owned Infiniti several years back and the deal was easy and no hassle. Price was fair and they were easygoing about flipping us the keys for a test drive. It was not CHEAP, but fair. Car did fine for the time we owned it. Another time we wanted to trade in a Volvo there and they made the mistake of low-balling on the trade by about $5,000! So we didn't purchase a new Q50. They probably need some help in the used car office learning how to call the local Volvo dealer and get a price. Drove to Volvo and got $5,000 more in trade and $5000 off MSRP on a 2015 car in summer 2014.

Purchased my 2011 M37 from Jack Wyatt back in 2012 as a used car, he told me it was one of the other sales guys personal cars. This was great because I had a question about a scuff on the drivers seat, he walked us in to talk to this other sales guy. All seemed legit, a deal was struck and away I went feeling like this car was really looked after very well due to it most likely being serviced by their shop.Fast forward to 2015. Going over the service to be done with Mark, specifically a shimmy in the brakes, he stated the pad were not Infiniti pads. What? I questioned this due to this being a sales guys car, He looked shocked. Showed me the carfax which in deed proved this to be wrong. Wow. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed in Jack Wyatt outright lying to me. He no longer works there, but if you run into him---beware.Now, today, my next visit to have service work done since finding this out, Mark surprised me with a great discount as a goodwill gesture because of the issue with the sales guy (no longer working there) Mark has ALWAYS been upfront, professional and fair with me on service work. This gesture will no doubt cause me to go back to them for the sale of my next Infiniti. I will ask ask Mark for a recommendation though.Thanks Mark. You have revived my faith in your company.

We had been loyal Volvo customers for 11 years (4 cars) to the same dealer over in DeKalb. Although, we did have some hesitation (and candidly some anxiety) to purchasing a new product from an unknown dealer. Our Sales Rep James and the rest of the team including the finance manager Tom at Roswell Infiniti put all our fears at ease. No pushy Gap Ins or other types of "add-ons". Tom was very professional and did a great job explaining all the paper work and getting us done quickly so we could enjoy the new car.James extensive product knowledge for the QX60, as well as his passion for the brand was obvious through everything he explained after we took delivery. From sharing with us the safety features for the QX60 to a final price, the process could not have been more wonderful.

Brought my 2005 infiniti in because it wouldn't go in reverse. Watched the service guy lift the hood, check the code and raise the car on the lift. Did nothing else for 2 hours while I sat in the waiting room. Service guy came out and said there is nothing g they can do. Probably needs a rebuild of the transmission but wouldn't know without tearing into it. Said since it had 150000 miles on it not worth it. Then charged me $270. they knew the answer in 10 minutes but kept me sitting there for 2 hours to charge me a ton of money. Because of this I will never ever buy a car from them or infiniti. I noticed tear parking lot and service bay was empty. Wonder why? Stay away from these crooks.

I have never leased a vehicle and James walked me through this process in a clear, and understandable way, showing me the real value behind leasing over purchasing a vehicle. So much so that I have both of my parents now interested in leasing vehicles and I would ensure that they would ONLY work with James directly. At this point my father has come in to take a look at some vehicles and he echoed my extreme happiness with James Hill. James has been available anytime I call him to answer even the most mundane of questions regarding the car or frankly anything that is on my mind. He is off the charts in terms of informed/knowledgeable, agreeable, easy going, and really just the exact type of person I would insist on purchasing a vehicle from in a dealership situation. Not only is he a tremendous sales person, which I respect because I am in sales myself, but someone I now consider a great friend. I will be sure to send anyone REMOTELY interested in Infinitis or purchasing a car for that matter directly to James for an amazing shopping experience. Recently I attempted to buy a QX70 from this dealer despite having some negative experiences with their service department with our 2004 FX35 in the past. It was their last new 2014 model. The two sales guys I worked with were nice enough during the pre purchase phase. However, when it came time to make a deal, everything changed. They attempted to pressure me into a deal with an extra $1000 "today only". That extra thousand dollars put them within $2K of the deal I knew was possible. Then they came back with a number on my trade that was over 30% lower than 2 other appraisals I had received on the car that week. There were a lot of excuses, what ifs and you're wrongs thrown at me. I decided to take the trade out because there was "simply no more room to move with it in the deal" and they came off another $1K to put us within about $1k of where I knew deals had been done at other dealers on identical vehicles.About this time my wife texted me to say she found another new 2014 QX70 that was better equipped at Infiniti of South Atlanta which was about an hour away. I asked for some privacy "to call my wife" and called that dealer. I told Gary Dennis, the salesperson that answered the phone, where I was what I was doing and what I wanted. He put me on a brief hold and came back saying that we were good to go with the numbers and all I need to do was come by the dealership to inspect and drive the vehicle and do the paperwork.I informed Bob that I was leaving to think things over just in case things were not as they seemed with Infiniti of South Atlanta. Bob notified his sales manager who just shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. I'm not sure he knew I was standing just outside of his office and if he was he made no effort to acknowledge my presence. I arrived at Infiniti of South Atlanta, met Gary and took their QX70 for a test drive. When we got back I threw my trade at them out of curiosity. At this point I was sure that I was going to be selling it myself. To my surprise they cam back within $500 of the other appraisals I had received before visiting Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta. I asked for the $500 and they gave it to me. There was never any pressure, surprises, what ifs, your wrongs and the list goes on that I had just experienced in Roswell. I arrived just before 5 and left in my new QX70 at about 7:30 which included Gary going over all of the electronics in the car that were new to me. I can honestly say that I will never set foot on Roswell Infiniti of North Atlanta's property ever again for any reason. If you are in the market for an Infiniti give Gary Dennis a call at Infiniti of South Atlanta! Its worth the drive for the experience and if you travel for work, they have an amazing service program. They will pick your car up from the airport, service it, clean it and return it to the parking lot before you return! They even pay for your parking for up to 10 days per visit!

Over the course of time, Dennis Little stepped in and resolved the issue and went so far as to offer a complete fix of a previous issue I had with a vehicle purchase. In fact, Dennis went so far as to call me to remind me about the issue as I had actually forgotten about it. That level of customer service makes you really feel appreciated!

I decided it was time for a new vehicle and I had friends who just purchased an Infiniti from Roswell. I mentioned to them how my husband and I were in the market and they highly recommended Derrick Baker. They mentioned that they have purchased several vehicles from him and that a relative referred him to them years ago and they wouldn't go to anyone else. After hearing this I gave the dealership a call and spoke to Mr. Baker and he was very professional and I scheduled an appointment to see him. I initially went in by myself being that my husband was at work at the time. I walked and asked for Mr. Baker, he was extremely busy with customers while the other salesmen did not seem to be. He came over greeted me, offered me water and handed me the keys, walked me to the vehicle we discussed on the phone and let me know he would be right back. He went to make sure his other customers were taken care of so he could give his attention to me. I had to wait no time before he gave me his undivided attention and showed me a couple of options with different QX56. He was extremely knowledgable on the products and a very easy guy to work with. He would make you laugh and no pressure. He didn't play the back and forth car games, he was honest and upfront and gave me an excellent deal. What I liked about Derrick was that he never let me know that he was the Internet Manager the whole time speaking to him. In my past experience with other dealerships if you were working with the manager they had a sense of arrogance to them like as if they had to make it known they have a title and they have the final word. Derrick never made me feel that way and I didn't find out his title until I received his business card. He then set up a time for my husband to come in and take a look at the vehicle I decided on and didn't pressure me to buy right then being that I was a female by myself. The next day my husband and I came in and purchased the QX56 from Derrick and my husband felt the same professional low pressure sales from Mr. Baker. I see why my friends referred him to me. My experience with Derrick made my experience with Roswell Infiniti a pleasure and I would recommend this dealership and especially Derrick Baker to anyone.

This is the second time in less than a year of owning my new QX56 I have had issues with the service department. Both times I have been told it would be DAYs or I would have to leave my car before they could look at it. I was actually getting my oil changed today and my check engine light came on during my trip to the dealership. I have two children under two years old with me and they would not even run a diagnostic while I was there to see what was wrong. I was willing to wait however long in order to make sure nothing was wrong. They would rather me make an appointment and leave my car then make sure I am safe to drive my car with two children. Bruce, the manager, wouldn't even come out to talk to me after I asked multiple times to speak to him. If you want service done do not go to Roswell Infiniti I have never been treated so bad and in front of my two small children.

My wife and I went Roswell Infiniti to lease a new 52k vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted in the model, color, interior and the like. With the help of the internet we had an offer in hand but wanted to see if Roswell would match it since I was a previous customer of theirs. Our salesman, James Hill, was very courteous and respectful. We told him upfront what our other offer was and what we were willing to pay. We also said we had 1 hour to make the deal and go as we had young children with a sitter. All was going great UNTIL, Kip Cramer got involved. Within 30 seconds my wife and I were turned off by his rude and abrasive behavior. When we showed him the offer from the other dealer, he told us about how no one would sell a car for that price and we were basically morons for listening to anyone else. I asked him again if he would do the price and he went ballistic on us, telling us we were fools and that no one in their right mind would give us that deal and that we didn't understand math. After a minute of loud obnoxious yelling, my wife stepped up and said we need to leave. I told James he was very nice and that Kip was the reason we would not buy a car from Roswell Infiniti. As I was walking out the door, kip decided to get in my face and tell me further how stupid my wife and I were. Finally, I told him he was a jerk and that he should never be in a customer service business and he told me to Fatatk Off!! I was flabbergasted at this statement and told him I was going to call his boss and he said, "do whatever the Fatatk you want!" After a few choice words, I realized they still had my car and asked James for it and upon walking to get the key, Kip made a gesture of swinging a punch at me. I told him if he attempted that, I would own the dealership. James was in amazement and his look was of utter disbelief at the way Kip was handling the situation. This was by far the most disturbing encounter I have ever had in the business world and I will never ever recommend Roswell to anyone ever again in my life!!!

Contacted Jack Wyatt directly based on previous positive reviews on dealerrater, and Jack was as advertised: prompt in returning calls, knoweldgable about car I was interested in, didn't waste my time with the typical sales drill (i.e., didn't "hold me hostage" at the dealership trying to keep me from going elsewhere), communicated effectively and was direct in terms of what he needed from me to frame possible deal terms to I could make a decision. Generally speaking the dealership may be less competitive on price than some other Infiniti dealerships in the metro area, but the trade off is that you don't have an aggressive saleperson/sales manager to fend off before you can leave the lot. Overall a pleasant and fairly painless experience both on that day and in following weeks as Jack and others at the dealership contacted me to make sure the new car was working out well and to see if there were any follow up questions about car operation/systems, etc. I would recommend both Jack Wyatt and Roswell Infiniti to others looking for a new Infiniti.

For the first and only time in my life thus far, I got 2 new cars in a week. I came out of a lease for an Infiniti G37 coupe and an Audi Q5 and went into leases for a 2013 JX35 and 2013 G37S. The only reason I took back to back Saturday afternoons to do this was because of my dealings with Jack Wyatt. Jack single handedly restored my faith in the car sales industry. I hate even referring to him in that context because he is a gentleman who knows his business and gets the job done. With other dealers leading up to my initial meeting with Jack, that couldn't have been further from the truth. I should have started at Roswell Infiniti because that is where I leased my first Infiniti but wasn't sure if the pricing on another one would work out.....especially with now being a father and cash flow being tighter. Jack and the Roswell Infiniti leasing/finance team are top notch and I highly recommend the dealer as a place to consider when looking for a new car.

I'm typically not one to write reviews but I had such a positive experience with Roswell Infiniti that I'm compelled to share my experience. I specifically would like to acknowledge my sales person Jack Wyatt regarding my lease of my new G37.Jack is an absolute professional and has made the lease process easy and stress free. I first started with Jack on the phone before I came in to the dealership. He is a very friendly and an extremely knowledgeable sales person. He was very respectful of my time and the entire deal was done in record time. He also returns phone calls and e-mails immediately! I have leased several cars over the last 20 years for both myself and my wife and I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer!Here is a breakdown of the time it took to discuss and close the deal.Phone Time - Approx. 7 phone conversations - 10 minutesE-mails A few e-mail exchanges with immediate responses 5 minutesVisiting the showroom to evaluate my old car and discuss specifics - 30 minReturning the next day to pickup up my NEW car and drop of my old one 30 MIN! We bought a new JX35 from Roswell Infiniti. I meant to write this letter sooner, but I have been very ill for the past few months. I am on the mend now, and I really want to tell you why we bought our new JX35. Jack Wyatt was our sales person. We bought the vehicle because of Jack. He is an incredible sales person. His "no pressure" style is perfect. Further, his customer service in excellent. He in extremely knowledgeable about this new car. He truly understands cars and more importantly he understands people. We were looking to buy a car, but not necessarily an Infiniti, or a new JX35. But, Jack was wonderful and showed us the value of the car for our family. In the short period of time we spent together, he became a trusted friend. He is a terrific asset to Roswell Infiniti and a great Ambassador for Infiniti as a whole. Was in the market looking to replace my 2008 Audi Q7 and visited the Roswell Infiniti Store. We have owned several luxury cards before including a BMW 530i, Acura TL, so not strangers to the luxury car buying experience. Wanted to hightlight an incident that turned out to be a nightmare for me and my family. So the Sales agent took us for a test drive as usual. Me in the driver seat and my family in the second row. He asked to punch the throttle to get a feel for the CVT and slow down right after. I thought he was trying to get me comfortable with the CVT , and throttle response etc.Then he 'specifiacally' asked me to pull into a parking lot. Asked me to stop and make a 360 turn. I made a quick turn, not knowing exactly what he was trying to show me. There was no risk to my family and the parking lot was empty. HE YELLED AT ME FOR DOING THAT TURN TOO FAST and SAID "DO YOU KNOW HOW TO HANDLE A 50K car? " . THEN ASKED ME TO GET OUT OF THE CAR and DROVE BACK to the DEALRSHIP. I did not complete the test drive. NO APOLOGIES to me or my FAMILY or NO WORD of concern from the salesman.Obviously, we were in a state of SHOCK I asked for a manager and explained what happened to him. The salesman then lied in front of my and my family, telling us that we 'abused' the car. Needless to say, we did not want waste any more time arguing with such inconsistent and irresponsible retailers. The abusive and threatning tone of and the salesman has lead us to have a negative affect on our car buying experience. Nothing against Infiniti's at all, but if you are in the market to buy a new Infiniti, run not walk away from this dealership.

Was in market for new or low mile used Infiniti G37 convertable. Roswell Infiniti was not only very price competitive, but made the gap between new and used to the point that new was by far the best decision. Also, we were looking for a specific color / option combination. No other local dealer could find a unit as we wanted. Roswell Infiniti did so and we got the exact car we were looking for!!Dave Olson was GREAT to work with as was the Finance Manager Tom. Very positive experience.

I recently purchased a pre-owned G37 coupe from Roswell Infiniti and my salesperson was Derrick Baker. My experience was stellar to say the least and while tough to express in words, I'll do my best.I was in the market for a new (to me) car and started with another Infiniti dealership in NE Atlanta where I received terrible customer service. I immediately called Roswell Infiniti, was given directions and went straight there. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by a professionally-dressed sales team, all with smiles and a willingness to help. After describing what I was looking for I was teamed up with Derrick, the Internet Manager and used-car expert.Derrick introduced himself with a firm handshake and direct eye-contact which is rare these days. I told him what model I was looking for, the options I wanted and the price and within 2 min. I was sitting at the exact car I wanted which met all of my criteria. He thoroughly explained all of the features, answered all of my questions and we went on a test drive. After the drive we went back in and talked trade-in, financing and payments, all of which were fair and at no point did I feel like I was being cheated or taken advantage of. At this point I knew I had made the right choice and purchased the vehicle.Throughout the entire sale, Derrick treated me with respect and a level of professionalism that is hard to match. I never felt rushed or treated as a potential commission (as opposed to a person). I drove off the lot with a smile on my face knowing that I had gotten exactly what I was looking for and without any buyers-remorse or feeling that I had been ripped off.Since the purchase I have emailed Derrick a few times asking him questions which he answered promptly, which proves that his customer service did not end at the closing table. I was even having an issue with the XM radio subscription which he had fixed within a few hours. I also plan to go to this dealership as opposed to a closer one for all of my maintenance since the great customer service extends from the showroom to the garage.In conclusion, I would HIGHLY recommend Roswell Infiniti to anyone who wants a great car buying experience and amazing customer service. -AH

This was my first time leasing and when I walked in, Alan gave me preferred treatment from the minute I came in the door. He told me like it was and I didn't feel a single bit of pressure. I was at multiple car dealerships all week long looking at vehicles to see what I wanted, and Alan was the only one who I dealt with who I'd ever recommend. He worked with me on getting the price I wanted and helped me to make everything work. I truly felt that he was on my side and wasn't trying to rip me off through his thorough explanations of how it all worked. I never felt that he was trying to sell me anything, which is exactly what I was hoping to find. The entire dealership was extremely helpful to work with throughout the entire process. I was in the used car market and emailed Roswell Infiniti about an auto on their pre-owned lot. I was contacted by Derrick Baker, who quickly informed me of some great new car discounts being offered...so I drove off the lot in a new car at a comparable price to a used one. Derrick's communications were to the point, straighforward, honest, and very curteous. While at the dealership, he took almost the whole day for me to look at sport vs nonsport, and nav vs non-nav, so that I made an informed purchase decision I would not regret. He knew his product, and provided me with a lot of on point information. Furthermore, once I decided to buy, Derrick continued the experience by ensuring the car was in perfect condition before leaving the lot, and by helping me to clear out and ready my trade for transfer to the dealership.I took advantage of special pricing, so didnt need to haggle or negotiate, which usually sours the car buying experience. However, on other points of the deal, like trade value and financing, I feel like I got a lot for my money, and didnt see any of the deceptive practices I have seen at other dealerships.If you are considering an Infiniti, this dealership is superior to the others that I went to, and I would go talk to Derrick personally.

I just purchased a new Infiniti Fx35 and could not be more pleased. I initiated contact first through email and was very pleased with Alan Corbett's quick and informative response. I bought a used non-Infiniti brand car from Roswell Infiniti. After about a day a few issues became apparent. After some back and forth conversations, Roswell Infiniti agreed to stand behind the product they sold even though they probably had no legal obligation to assist in addressing the issues. Pricing was fair and the sales staff was direct and friendly. Obviously there is a different level of support if you purchase a dealer certified vehicle, but overall I feel that Roswell Infiniti - with just a little prompting - provided a good level of support after the sale. I get great service on my Infiniti there and, now that the dust has settled, I am satisfied with the purchase experience I had with a used car as well.

Bought a used Infiniti there. Don Arnot? was professional and low key, and did not play any games like 9 out of 10 car salesmen try. They seem to know Infiniti buyers are more logical and experienced, I guess. Don is different, a little bit cool in tone, which almost put me off at first, but I'd rather deal with him than most others I've ever run accross. They tried to be fairly hard line on the price but we knew what it was worth and were patient as well and got a fair price (which is still top dollar but the cars are cleaner as well and you don't have to worry about what is being hidden).Our one service there for a routine oil service was uneventful. They assign a service writer who you stay with for the duration of your ownership, which I like. Plenty of upscale coffee, tv, etc, but the seating area is smallish and crowded. Also, I find the reception area too small, as when you wait for a salesman to come up front you have to shuffle out of everyone's way at the door. Shopped recently there looking at a used bmw on their lot and the guy subbing for Don that evening was very helpful and gave zero pressure to buy. He understood why we didn't (car too small) and offered another drive anytime w/o the typical "butt hurt" attitude you get from many places when you don't look like you're going to buy anything. I also like that they usually just toss you the keys and let you drive w/o getting a hard sell. I can see why they have a great rep, and if Infiniti made a bigger vehicle I liked I would definitely try to buy one. But alas, we're tired of the same somewhat coarse V6 they put in everything and can't afford a V8. BTW: Dealer rater users BEWARE of shills here. Look for lots of 'reviews' done on the same week, reviews done which are 100% positive, reviews which specify the salesman in particular way too much (bob was great, bob did this, bob, bob, bob)and reviews which are too vague. (sometimes salesmen shilling for themselves can be too lazy to add details!)

We visited Roswell Infiniti for the first time on Saturday 10/30 and left the dealership several hours later very happy and with a new car. There was no pressure at the dealership, but there there's none needed with the quality vehicles they sell at very competitive prices. Everyone there works as a team, and they all pitched in to keep the process moving, so we never needed to wait. Derrick Baker did a great job, and truly cared that the car was delivered to us in perfect condition, also spending time with us before we left to make sure we understood details of many of the features and helping set up some of the settings for us. There were no pricing surprises during the process - everything we were told up front matched what was shown in the paperwork. The financing process was also painless, and although we were presented with various "add-on's", there was no pressure whatsoever. We visited another Atlanta area Infiniti dealership the week before and feel we wasted our time there and should have started at Roswell Infiniti. Although we live close to another dealer in Cobb County, it was more than worth the drive to deal with the Roswell dealership.

We have purchased BMW and Lexus models in the past, but rate our experience in our two Infiniti purchases (a G37 in August 2008 and a EX in September 2010) from Roswell Infiniti as superior in both cases. Our salesman for both purchases, Don Arnow, was very helpful in providing just the right level of information, straightforward in his negotiations and pricing of the models, and pleasant to work with through the purchase. The staff at Roswell Infiniti in preparing and executing the sales documentation were very efficient, easy to work with through out the process and respective of the client's time. I would definitely purchase additional vehicles from this salesman, dealer and manufacturer.

I worked with Jeff on an Infiniti lease. I got an excellent price, and Jeff is great to work with. Knowledgeable, fair, a real car guy. I leased a 2010 Infiniti G38 Journey, absolutely loaded with Nav, Bose etc. I had an Infiniti G35 from 2003-7 with no problems at all. I looked at Cadillac CTS, BMW 335i, Audi A4 and Mercedes C class. Jeff and Roswell Infiniti beat them all by at least $200/month. The Audi A4 sale price was $39,000 and the G37 was $37,000. The Audi was $700 a month!!!!!! More than $200 a month than the G. Decision was a no brainer.

From the moment I walked into the Dealership on a super hot Saturday in July, I was met with a warm hello, a bottle of water (it was 99 degrees!) and a TON of good old Southern hospitality. Jeff worked with me tirelessly trying to find the features I wanted - then when I picked up the FX, Marshall worked tirelessly in showing me HOW to use all those features!I had one issue the 1st week I had the car where the 'Service Engine' light came on (wasn't happy about that!) But Bruce(and Jeff) reassured me that it was mostly likely the super sensitive Gas cap (which I hadn't tightened enough after filling the tank). I brought it in, they serviced it and I was in/out within 40 minutes (including a HAND car wash!) A true class act from start to finish - I highly recommend this Dealership.YOU GO BOYS!!

The oversall experience with Alan and Marshall was great but after all the paperwork was done and my keys were being handed to me Alan gave my husband and I a 15+ minute hands on orientation to the inner workings of what this car could do. When Alan was going over EVERYTHING electornically on the dash board he was extremely detailed on what the buttons do and furthermore set up my seat position and BLUETOOTH. My husband was thrilled because I wasn't going to ask him to do it for me when we got home. He still needs to set up the garage door opener tho. The final price of the car was what the ad had stated in the newspaper, which is what brought us to the dealership in the first place. Alan was very thorough with us making sure we had the correct information with every stage of our purchase. We will be recommending Alan to a friend of ours who is also in the market for a new car.

I was leasing my 3rd vehicle from this same salesman and same dealership. They did not get the correct payoff on my car from Infiniti Financial and now have left me paying the bill. Make sure you call and get your own payoff on the bill. They do not do this and will stick you with the bill.. I will not lease or buy another vehicle from them ever again. This was my third.

Very often you call a dealership after seeing a deal online/newspaper, go to the dealer only to find that they add fees and extras, or the famous "we just sold the last one of those models, but here is the next in line only $80 bucks more a month". Not with Roswell Infiniti - I spoke directly to Jeff Hoffman (salesman) on the phone tuesday am, mentioned the add I had seen for the deal on the 2010 G37 sedan - which was almost too good to be true (Which was almost 100 dollars less per month than local dealer) After the normal range of questioning - What extra fees are added, do you have this model actually in stock, you are sure I am not going to waste my time driving there (Tuesday pm). I was very impressed with Mr. Hoffman's answers - straight to the point, no added fees, what you saw online is what we offer, 70-80 G37's of that model in stock - in almost every color combo. We started the paperwork over the phone, told him what color I wanted and what time I would be there. When I arrived at the dealership, I saw my liquid platinum G37 sparkling clean parked under the awning. Immediately I was greeted by Mr. Hoffman shown inside, questions answered, paperwork reviewed - Which showed the exact deal we had discussed. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Entire process took less than 1 hour in and out, Was offered full run through of all electronics and options on my new vehicle. I couldnt have dreamed up a better car, or a dealership which could exceed all of my expectations. I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership, and will send friends an family as well. Excellent dealership, exceeded all expectations.

Overall I highly recommend this Dealer for new car purchase. It had the best out the door deal on the G-37 Sedan I wanted, and it's received awards from Infiniti for most of its existence. The sales team went out of their way: Small example, the day AFTER the paperwork had been completed on the purchase, I called to check on where the First-Aid kit was, but it turns out I was wrong (I was looking at info on an old option pkg.) but they saw to it that I got one anyway. The only negative is that I have found that some aspects of my salesman's new car orientation needs more study, however. Specifically, I now know of 3 inaccuracies between what was stated and the manual; 1) Engine break-in, I asked specifically if there was any recommended break-in and I was told there was none, but the manual (Page 5-42) says don't rev over 4,000 or use full throttle until over 1,200 miles have been driven, something I didn't find out about until having clocked some 500 miles without making sure to limit the revs/full throttle. Luckily, I haven't pushed the engine hard, but I know I've exceeded 4,000 RPM; 2) I was told the sunroof did not tilt up, but it does, (Page 2-53) and;3) Voice Commands - was told that you'd need to wait until the car read off all of the list of possible voice commands before selecting desired option but it turns out that you can short-circuit that by pressing the voice command button once the list begins to be read and speaking your choice. (Page 4-113)With the notable exception of the engine break-in advice, none of these inaccuracies are potentially HUGE but to me demonstrate a lack of deep product knowledge that I think a purveyor of luxury automobiles should have. I don't want the discussion on the orientation to overshadow the positive aspects of the transaction, nor of the professionalism of the salesman. Luckily, these issues are easily remedied. And, to be fair, many of the aspects of the orientation were very helpful.

I emailed this dealership and I requested a quote on a new 2011 M37. Alan responded and quoted me a lease payment that included taxes on this specific vehice. I then called Alan and asked if the car was still available and if the quoted lease payment was still available. He stated that he would have to call me back. He called back and stated that the car was available and he would honor the deal. I asked him to fax over paperwork that would show the VIN of the car as well as all the terms of the lease. He said that he would do that and call me back. Then he called and informed me that he could not honor the quoted lease payment because this car was not the "ad Car". Apparently, the ad car is priced lower and then I begin to believe that this is a "bait and Switch". I proceeded to contact the general sales manager Britt Hollingsworth whosaid that after all that he would honor the original quote. However, when he sent over the quote on paper he changed the mileage on the lease terms from 15K/year to 10K/year. We live out of state and we want to make sure that all the terms are agreed upon prior to getting to the dealership and thus we would have no surprises. Britt was Very Rude on the phone and said that even if we were to send him a check to hold the car he would not hold it more than 6 days. And our deposit was non refundable. Which I understand the non refundable deposit but why would you not hold the car longer than the weekend (6 days)? In the end Britt could have been the hero here and step in, be professional and work out the problem. However, he chose not to act professional and instead he acted rude, unprofessional and made contradicting statements to the point that we could not trust Britt or this dealership. I contacted Britt to explain to him we were going to keep shopping and he became argumentative and very defensive. He acted this way just to get out of the deal and not be forced to honor what his salesman had originally quoted me. I would never do business with Britt or this dealership.

My salesman was very professional, not pushy or overzealous in the least, and maintained a very relaxed, low-pressure experience from start to finish. The financing and paperwork process was also by far the quickest and most painless I've ever endured. Roswell Infiniti gives new meaning to "sign and drive". And to top it all off, the price they gave me on the vehicle was the lowest out of 4 Atlanta dealers. Very good overall experience. Bob was knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn't an infinity (it was an Acura). He was very friendly both on the phone and in person. He was exceptionally professional and NOT HIGH PRESSURE. The only improvement I can recommend is to be able to accept either wire transfers or debit cards on the weekend. I bought this car on a Saturday and didn't have my checkbook. I rarely use it. In any case, it took about 45 minutes to finally approve a debit card for my down payment. It really should be easier to accept a down payment electronically.

I'm not a person that enjoys car shopping generally, but my experience with Derrick Baker might have cured that. I don't think I will buy another vehicle from anyone else unless I check with him first. Fact is, he can get me almost any type of car I'm interested in regardless of make or model; and he can be extremely competitive on price. It's been my experience that some car salesmen try to sell you what they want you to buy, but Derrick listens to what the customer says and then tries to assist him with the purchase. If you're in the market, go by Roswell Infiniti and ask for Derrick Baker.

My salesman was very helpful and friendly. He could not have been more helpful or courteous. If I had any concerns they related to the Sales Manager. The Sales Manager was very contradictory in accessing our trade-in. For instance, we were told that the car was in excellent shape with very low miles, yet he did not offer us the top of the range that they said they could offer. We were also told some incorrect quotes about comparing 2 different cars that were supposedly identical... When I pointed out 3 or 4 factual differences, the Sales Manager shrugged them off as if the details were unimportant to him. Which is very disconcerting to someone trying to make sure they have all of the facts to make their best purchasing decision.

What a great experience at this dealer! I researched the vehicle I wanted on the internet. Alan was very upfront and direct with us about the pricing and vehicles that were available. We literally came in and everything was taken care of, all of the negotiations had been done via e-mail so there was no need to haggle about pricing or fees. He spent 45 minutes going over the vehicle and it's features and made sure we knew what we were buying. We were greeted by a friendly staffed who offered us a beverage and snacks. Bob was great from start to finish. He wasn't your typical "pressure" sales person. I visited a competing dealership (Infiniti Gwinnett) and it was the complete opposite..and not in a good way! The part that made me the happiest was Bob found the vehicle (exterior/interior) color combination that I really wanted and had it delievered from North Carolina. He wasn't just focused on moving the cars in his lot, he wanted me to be happy. I appreciate him providing this level of customer service which unfortunatley has become rare these days...thanks Bob! Jamie Miller (I think that was his name) in the service area was equally friendly and helpful. I've never had this type of experience when buying a car and I hope the car lives up to it's reputation. If so, I will be back!

WARNING - BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!I bought my new G35S at this dealership less than a year ago and have had all my services/maintenance conducted at the same location. Unfortunately, my experience during my last service was appalling and I will no longer be their patron. Here's what happened - my car was in for a routine service, I learned that I needed tires and was quoted for 4 new tires. I agreed to the work but when I showed up to pick up my car and pay, the amount I was quoted had changed by $60.00. The service dept would not honor the price they quoted and said that I was mistaken. A shortly after I left the dealer, my check tires light went on. I took the car to Tires Plus on Atlanta Rd and they checked the tires in front of me. The air pressure in each of the tires should be 33lbs - my tires had 40 lbs each in the front tires and 23 lbs each in the back tires. I paid over $1,000 for the set and expect the dealership to be honest, honorable, and meticulous when performing services. This dealer gets an "F" for all three. In this economy, there is no need to put up with substandard service. I am advising all my friends who own an Infinity to stay far away from this dealer.

Overcharged me for diagnostic. Claimed I needed repairs for what something I did not need.(Unnecessary parts) And when challenged they threatened me with removal from the premises by the police. The scary thing is that I bought this car from this dealership a little over 12 months ago. Will not be back and I will not buy my next Infiniti from them.
