Came in for routine maintenance and a sound like a screw rolling around. Kept the car for the better part of the day but they did find the sound and corrected it! Staff was friendly and felt was charged reasonable price for the services performed. This is a nice small dealership so you don't get lost in the shuffle!

I bought a great 2020 FORD Escape Titanium Hybrid from Rod Baker Ford. One year later and all of 1900 (not 19,000) miles the car is advising me to Change Oil. I call Quick Lane and talk to Jennifer. I get my appointment time. I show up, 10 minutes later the car is up on the rack and about 30 minutes later it's on the ground and I'm off for home. WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Quick Lane did a great job on Moms Camry. Pete got us right in. They did a oil change, brakes, fixed the engine light issue and a tune up. We could tell the difference. Car drives smooth and has more power. Also stops nice and easy. Thanks Quick Lane.

We have purchased our cars from Rod Baker Ford for many years. We've always had great service from the sales staff, specially Jim Walters. He explains all of the "bells and whistles" to us on each new car. The service department and Quick Change also give us prompt and thorough service.

JR and Mike were amazing to work with. Dealership experiences are not something, that anyone can typically enjoy. Today's visit was smooth, they worked with us and we drove away with a new vehicle and happy! This is the place to go!
