Not good by far. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 11:45 AM on 7-15-21. I called the day prior to confirm, even after I received an email confirmation from them stating that my APPOINTMENT was at 11:45 AM. I even asked them when I called the day prior to call me if the appointment could not be kept, as I don't live around the corner and I was going to wait for it. Was told the oil change would be done in less than an hour. Anyway, gave the lot fellow my key fob and went in side. Told the car would be brought right in. At 12:30, I decided to take a walk around the lot and what do I see? My car sitting there. I go inside and ask what is going on? I am told that my appointment time is not really an appointment, but a DROP OFF time. This is not what I was told. The service guy asked me who told me this and I told then a woman in the service dept who answered the phone when I called ROCKLAND NISSAN SERVICE, which is the direct number for this location. The service guy said "she should have never told me that". I have no control over what she says. Also, here is the kicker: Appointments are not made through a call center, not through the service dept. So, no one here, meaning at Rockland Nissan, made this appointment directly. This is what the service guy told me. So, if I have a vibration issue, then I have to return and pay for it and waste more time sitting around. Guess they looked at me and believed I just fell off the turnip truck. Just another dumb customer. All I came in for was an oil change for warranty. Had 4600 miles on the car. Asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I said no. The service guy was insistent, and that it should be done. I again said no, not yet. He said "no charge" it is part of the service. So, I had it done, but it really was not necessary. When I got home, I read the fine print on my receipt and it said" CUSTOMER REQUESTS TIRE ROTATION WITHOUT BALANCE POSSIBLE VIBRATION AFTER SERVICE IS DONE". I NEVER REQUESTED THE TIRE ROTATION AND NOW, IF I HAVE A VIBRATION ISSUE, I HAVE TO RETURN AND PAY FOR IT. I did not want this in the first place.

Bought a used sentra. Wrote numbers on a paper and added 490 dollars which I did not catch.. I was told that the paperwork would be mailed which it was not! Spoke to Syed Rizvi he said he would mail bill of sale and title. Only recieved bill of sale. Syed has no idea how to manage and he and his sales staff are incompenent thieves. Letter sent to the NYS Attorney General. Looking forward to seeing these bozos wearing handcuffs in the near future.

Dan and John G made the purchase of my new pathfinder a breeze! Traded in my old truck and gave me a reasonable price for it. Never got the feeling I was being "railroaded" which was great considering lots of dealerships give you that feeling upon waking in. Bryce was my salesperson. He stated from the beginning that he's a new employee. However, I appreciated his honesty and hard work in finding answers to my concerns. He's not the typical Mr. Know-it-all guy. Sunny the sales manager was very helpful. He made sure I understood the deal and was getting the deal I want. I would have given this dealer a 5 star however, one of the lady who called me regarding my registration was very nasty. She doesn't have any patience; a total opposite from my sales experience. From a company who's based on customer service, this lady has no customer service skills.

Was heavily considering getting a Pathfinder. Salesman took us all over the parking lot in the 90 degree heat looking for an open pathfinder and made us go through overgrown grass and weeds to get to one. Then left us there to go get keys for the test drive. When turning on vehicle warning came on for low fuel. Told the sales guy and he said we will be fine. Started driving and then halfway through test drive vehicle ran out of fuel. We were on a busy one lane main road. Sales guy called dealership to get gas to us. They didnt arrive until 30-35 mins later. It was 90 degrees out and no air conditioning. Finally got back to the dealership and no apologies from the sales guy. Always just blamed someone else for the problem. Manager apologized somewhat but gave absolutely no incentive for us to stay and make a deal for the vehicle. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP - DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Rockland Nissan is an amazing dealership. I would highly Recommend them to anyone who wants to feel like a valued customer. I bought my last car from them and was so happy with the people in the sales dept. Tim O'Keefe and Bernie Drexler were fantastic and gave me such a great deal. Since then I have moved to Florida but I loved them so much that I came all the way from Florida to buy my next car from them. I would not buy from any other dealer. They treat you like family. They make you feel so comfortable with no high pressure sales like other dealerships. The manager Tim O'keffe is the best. He goes out of his way to get to know you, and after talking with him for a bit he knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. The sales people who then helped me were Bernie Drexler and Tim's own son Tim who both went above and beyond for me. They were great and when I get another car I will want the same salesmen and will recommend them to my friends. To top it all off Tim introduced me to Nicole Dunn who is such a wonderful person and is right there ready to help you with any issues. She even took the time to order accessories for my new car. Assuring me I can call anytime and they will be there for me. Thank you Rockland Nissan!

They also did a very poor job of contacting my daughter's insurance company with the information they needed. An absolute horror show. Let the buyer beware.

We were pre approved through capital one auto so all we had to do is go pick out a car seems easy enough but went to 2 other dealers and got the runaround. With our work schedules we can only go for a car on Saturday afternoon. After a bad experience yesterday at another dealer I found this place and saw they were open on Sunday so we decided to check it out the whole drive there I was like this is a waste of time. Once we go there we met Rolando Padilla he walked us through everything and got us everything we wanted we also worked with Justin rosado in the finance dept who was just as awesome he never gave us attitude bout payments or money down like the other dealers or try to push us into a car we couldn't afford. They treated us with respect and listened to what we wanted they also treated my 3 yr old like a little lady they offered her snacks and a play room to play in makes a big difference when things are made easy for you when you have a child. I hope when my time comes for a new car bout 3 yrs they are still there to help me

I went into Rockland Nissan expecting to receive the run around that I got at every other dealership I dealt with, what really took my breath away was that a salesman so young (19) his name is Jerry Rizvi and he was the one who made the real impact in this process. Went into the dealership not really expecting to be able to swing a new car lease. Met young Tim first, then Jerry (Jerry mostly handled my deal from then on). He was friendly and super nice - not even a little bit pushy or obnoxious. Then met the more senior Tim who made my head spin with an *amazing* deal - truly could not turn it down. It's now costing me far less a month for a brand new car than it was to upkeep my old 2004. Everyone I dealt with (young Tom, older Tim, Jerry, Syed, Glenn) was amazing. Above board, delivered on all promises, put themselves out there for me. Everything there is run smoothly and really well. Jerry, who really was my point person, was just great. I couldn't ask for better. And last, quick shout out to Glenn, the finance guy, who is *really* nice and made things really simple. Great dealership. Don't hesitate to deal here!

I recently contacted Rockland Nissan about a used Jeep Wrangler, they confirmed it was available so I packed up my family to go see the vehicle.Upon arrival it was in the lot and looked in good condition. I went to find someone which took awhile as there were few customers but not much attention given by the staff.In the end I spoke to a member of staff who was not interested and passed me off to the two guys who sit on the elevated podium who very brusquely brushed me off with its sold and then carried on their conversation.I am sure if I was buying another car they would be more attentive until they had my money and moved on to the next guy.All in all just another dealership who isn't interested in a long term relationship with the customer

I went to pick up my car after signing the purchase agreement and they replaced the good tires on the car with tires with no tread. The tires were worn down and there were 3 slices on the sidewall of the back tire. They offered me 0% financing for 72 months and then ran my credit 6 times lowering my score saying that I didn't qualify. They tried to get me to pay a finance fee of 500$. Three salespeople were smoking cigarettes while customers are shopping. They refused to give me back my license plates and drivers license.

The 2016 Maxima is the first car to turn my head in a couple of years so I was really excited to go test drive one. I have no experience with Nissan and this dealership was the closest to my home so I went there yesterday. I'm so pissed off about my test drive that I've been complaining about it to anyone who will listen all day. One friend recommended I post here. First, it was incredibly difficult to find customer parking. I had to park at the far end of the lot after being directed there by a salesman near the front. When I walked back to the showroom, Ishmael (the parking directing salesman) introduced himself to me and I told him I wanted to test drive the Platinum Maxima. He left me in the showroom to look at the one there while he pulled one up to drive. The car he eventually pulled up for me hadn't been prepped in any way. There was plastic all over the inside and the outside and I had to move things around so that I could get in and sit down. Further, the dashboard computer was stuck on some menu screen and couldn't be reset so that I could actually explore the computer system or try to pair my phone with it. Then Ishmael told me that I couldn't pair my phone with it because that's not possible without the navigation card (I know this is not true). I said I really didn't want to buy a car without testing all of the technical features and interfaces and that there had to be a way that it was possible. He proceeded to tell me that testing that part of the car was not important, that they were all the same, and that it wasn't safe to pair my phone with the car anyway. Already rather annoyed by this, I let it go because I really did want to see how the car drove. So mirrors and seats adjusted, I got ready to pull out and I asked which way to turn to get to the freeway. And then he told me that they don't allow test drives on the freeway. This is a 300 horsepower car. I told him I really needed to see how it responded at freeway speeds to consider purchasing it, but he insisted they only allow a 2-mile test drive. I live near a small parkway with short on-ramps and sometimes I need to speed up really quickly so being able to test how that felt was important to me. Further, I currently drive a BMW and I really wanted to compare the responsiveness of the Maxima to what I am used to in my car. This all fell on deaf ears. And he criticized me while I was driving any time I actually tried to seriously accelerate. One time he lied and told me there was a cop when I tried to gun the acceleration. There was no cop that my friend or I could see, so it was clear he was just trying to chastise a female driver who likes powerful cars more than she "should". A male customer would not have been treated like this. I'm not really sure how anyone is supposed to decide on a $40K car after driving it for only 2 slow miles. When we were out on the test drive, I asked him to tell me about the features of the car and what makes it special. It's been 8 years since I've bought a new car and I haven't kept up with all the latest advances in car technologies. Well, I got the smallest of answers. Any technical question I had about something he did bring up, he was unable to answer or told me the answer was unimportant. Isn't that for me to decide? I'm the one asking the questions, they're all important to me. I'm the one who used to be excited about the car. At the end, I actually felt I knew less about the car than I did before I visited the dealership. So while this was the shortest test drive I've ever taken, it couldn't have been over fast enough. It was clear that he was uninterested in selling me a car. He didn't find someone else to answer my questions that he couldn't answer. I asked for a card and he told me he didn't have any. Nor did he offer any literature about the car. If he really didn't want to work with me, I'm unclear why he didn't find someone else to help me. I'm not sure if it's that as a woman I'm not supposed to want a power test drive or whether I'm not supposed to ask technical questions. But I'm the one looking to spend $40K and I couldn't have been more interested in the car or given him more opportunities to tell me about the features that makes this car special. I was really eager to try the Maxima and I left the dealership more confused about it than I went in. And thoroughly pissed off at how I was treated as a customer seriously considering a high-end car. I went directly from this dealership to another Nissan dealership where my questions were answered with enthusiasm, where I was actually taught things about the car that I hadn't learned yet (I was shown the parking sonar features in an mostly empty parking lot), where I was able to pair my phone with the dash computer to explore the interface, and where I was able to drive two different Maximas on the freeway. I'm glad I went, because after my test drive at Rockland Nissan, I almost didn't.

I have not purchased a new car in over 12 years and was not originally going to look at Nissan.So many people I know drive a Nissan so I went for a test drive. I am so happy I did. I LOVE my Rogue. After my salesman ignored my budgeted price, and me finding out 2 hours later - which was my lunch hour, i was given the run around several times by different people. They were trying to sell a car regardless of what you can afford. They lie and give you the run around. Horrible customer service. I suppose I got proper help in the end two days later after all my complaints and rants from the GM. I would never recommend them or go there to purchase another car in my lifetime. I was told I was going to be shown cars, by the sales manager AFTER I was already shown the cars. Nobody knows whats going on over there. Nick even went so far as to call me at work to apologize and tell me to come back there he finalized paperwork, he had not done anything - it was lie after lie..

What a horrifying experience. The salesman Tom Brophy mislead my mom into thinking she was buying a 2016 Murano when In fact there were no 2016's in the dealership. 2 days later she was completely unhappy with the car and they told her she had to give them 5,000.00 cash to get her car back. When we went back to the dealership and spoke with the finance manager, Syed, he fed us a load of bs and did not make us feel comfortable. She ended up trading the car somewhere else. Stay far away from this place they don't deserve your business.

I have been leasing Nissans for over 10 years at White Plains Nissan. Unfortunately, my salesman who I had been dealing with for all of those years had left when the new ownership took over a year ago, so I decided to give Rockland Nissan a try...and I'm sure glad that I did.I walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and was promptly greeted by senior sales consultant Bernie Drexler. Mr. Drexler was very professional, understanding of my needs, and did an excellent "product presentation" of the Nissan Rogue. Everyone in this store from Bernie to the finance manager Glenn were very professional. At no point during the sales process did I feel pressured or feel like any "funny business" was going on.I drove off in my new Rogue 2 hours after walking into the showroom. I must say that Rockland Nissan is the best Nissan dealership I ever been so far. Sales manager Dave helped directly to finalize the numbers and offered a very good deal in short span. I have been to many dealerships and involved to purchase more than 15 cars in last three years however none of those dealers provided good numbers so fast. Freddie (salesperson) was helpful in making overall good experience. Over the past 8 years I have purchased or leased six new cars from Rockland Nissan and have never once been disappointed. They have been very fair and have always gone above and beyond to make me happy. Every car has been exactly as promised and I have had great sales people as well. If the exact car I want isn't on the lot they find it for me and have it the next business day. I have worked with both Bernie Drexler and Mitch Gordon depending who was available when I arrived. Both men are honest, kind and pleasant to work with. I never feel pressured and they offer sound advice. Often when the deals are wrapping up Tim O'Keefe the general manager comes over and makes sure that I have no issues, questions and confirms I am completely happy with the deal. Lastly, I have been very pleased with the trade in values they offered as well, I thought they were being fair and not trying to take all the equity for themselves. They treat you like a friend.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a smiling, white-haired man. He introduced himself (Bernie) and offered to help my wife and I. We were initially skeptical, but he quickly put us at ease. He was honest and sincere. He helped us figure out how much we could comfortably afford for a new car and made sure we never felt as if we were settling for something less than what we wanted. I have never felt more comfortable buying a car, and I have never been happier with a car than I am with my Nissan Rogue. I just leased a car at this dealership and I have to say one of the more stress free and enjoyable experience I have had leasing a car. Very poor experience. First occasion I had to wait two and a half hours for a forty-five minute procedure. Very inconvenient that transport/shuttle service was unavailable that day and made it much more difficult for me to work this service around my work schedule. Second time had required me to visit this location three times for one issue because of various clerical errors. Attempt to be assisted by customer service proved to be futile, and I was not able to obtain a refund for anything either.

Trust me you DON'T want to get a car from this dealer. They made me fly from Ohio to New York. I had to pay for all my own expenses to get the car. Once I got there, they changed the final price. They said the taxes were not included, when I had the sales guy double check the final price BEFORE I even bought the airfare tickets. Long story short, avoid yourself a TERRIBLE experience from this dealer. I'm sure there are many others honest dealers around you.

We have been buying and more recently leasing Nissan's for over the last 10 years. We have had good experiences with all the vehicles, Altimas (2), Maximas (2) and Muranos (2). The quality of vehicles themselves has always been very good, largely trouble free with only routine maintenance required.Service at the dealership has been very good, courteous and efficient with very nice improvements in waiting rooms, amenities and scheduling convenience over these 10 years. Most recently I've enjoyed the purchase experience even more with my last two very recent transactions (purchase of a new Maxima and leasing of a new Murano). I feel my wife and I were treated very fairly, courteously, efficiently and felt that my needs were treated as a priority with no mystery in the process. It was very nice discussing our options evenhandedly, rather than feeling we were being talked into something else.

A total joke,I called to see if they had a 2015 Rogue available with my option choices, The lady said " We have many here in stock . The next day, I got a quote thru true car for the 2015 Rogue, I called the contact person Larry, ( who definitely needs training on how to talk to customers) He told me true car is only good for cars that are " in stock " and ( get this) " We have none left" Yes that's correct, He said " we don't have any"He then went on with the usual sales nonsense of " We have to order it, but it will cost a lot more. I expected more then the usual used car tactics from a new car dealer. So in summary, there quoted prices, whether given thru true car or them, is pure bait and switch tactics, I will notify true car today to complain about there scam .shame on you Rockland Nissan and Larry.

I had a budget and needed a car . John Giusio was my sales person. He was fairly new but, very professional. He did not push me into anything, which is a plus for me. He tried to accommodate me in every way. I wanted a new , reliable car, that I could afford. I ended up getting the Versa. Its a good car and great on gas. Nothing fancy, but perfect for my needs. His hours were flexible for convenience. Overall, I had a good experience being a first time Nissan owner.

The reason for the ratings given is because of the sales consultant Tom & sales manager Dave ability to deal with my needs in a quick & no nonsense attitude. I told them what I would like to pay for the truck & with a quick walk from Tom to Dave a deal was quickly made. The typical " let me check with my manager" and the salesperson is gone for 10-15 minutes did not happen. The last thing for me to add is it's these guy's get it.

Not my first rodeo when it comes to buying or leasing experiences. I admittedly am a tough consumer, and look to get the best deal possible, and at the best price. I had been a multi-vehicle customer of another auto maker/dealership within the area, having done 5 leases in one year for myself and family members (2012). As the 3 year leases have been ending in 2015, I first returned to the dealership where I had done business, assuming that as a loyal and good customer, I would be treated as such. Well, suffice it to say, my business was apparently no longer important to them, as I was given non-competitive pricing, and sensed the attitude they had no interest in doing business with me. So my search widened to look for other brands of SUV's and then narrowed to the Nissan Rogue, and the deals being promoted by Nissan. I did my homework, and visited Rockland Nissan, where I was introduced to Bernie Drexler. I had recalled to Bernie that years back, family had done business with Rockland Nissan, and I was now back to hopefully do business again. Bernie was most professional, genuine, and truly interested in helping me get into the Rogue of my choice. The entire process was pleasurable and as smooth as car leasing can be. I was treated fairly as Bernie worked to find the Rogue I wanted, and the other sales managers were also available and approachable in the process. I am looking forward to a positive leasing experience now, and in the future. Bernie Drexler is a true professional and an asset to Rockland Nissan.

I came in looking for a Rogue Select for my wife. We have a couple leases in the household and we needed one more vehicle with AWD. We searched the lot and found a Blue one we liked. Tom Brophy then got the keys and asked for us to test drive. We didn't have much time so he filled it up with gas. I had to leave with the kids who were getting ready for a soccer game. My wife stayed and she was handled very well. He had us in finance within one hour and the paperwork only took 15 mins. Tom was very fast and diligent with us. The whole deal took around an hour and a half and she was on the road. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great deal.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with a great Sales Professional John Q Mitchell. From the moment I entered the showroom John Q was more than attentive with my needs. I did not wait long to see the car I was interested in purchasing, he answered all my questions and was very transparent when giving me advise about the various selection of other cars available in the lot . Not only am I happy with the customer service, but the extra effort John put forth to helping me surprise my son with the car I purchased was amazing. In January I purchased a Nissan Rogue from them. I was lied to by the saleswoman, the finance guy and their supervisor. At first the woman who sold me the vehicle Tina, who told me I'll be paying $ 295.00 a month after my deposit. Her boss also confirm that. When I sat down with the finance guy I was told something else. He and Tina the saleswoman told me I am paying $ 338.00 a month for six months then I will be paying $282.00 for the remainder of the loan, I will need to come back with the paper work after six payments. When I went back it was a completely different story. No one there remembered me nor that statement, they all acted to be shock to hear that. The saleswoman had never seen me before and had no idea about that. I was told I have to refinance the loan. When I asked them if you were talking about refinancing how did you come up with that figure $ 282? They all shrugged their shoulders. I had to reapply for new credit in order to get a lower rate to lower my payments. They checked, I was told ok, they only found a bank that will lower the payments by $ 35.00 a month. Again, when I went to the finance guy he told me he can only lower them by $ 20.00 a month, another lie. Be aware that it is a bold face lie when they say you make these payments on time, after six or 12 months come back we will lower your payments! I will never use these liars again!

I have had some bad experiences with car dealers over the years. That streak ended with my recent purchase of an Altima at Rockland Nissan. My car salesman, David F. went out of his way to change my entire car buying experience. Every promise he made was kept, everything he said he would do, he did. To a skeptic, that is the gold standard. I dealt with Danny, the finance manager and Bernie, the lease return coordinator. All of them went above and beyond-they did all they could and most importantly, did all that they said they would. I got a great deal on the car, from a team whose word I now trust. That is the first time in 58 years I can say that about a car dealer. No, I am not related to anyone and have no connections with the dealer. I strongly recommend David F. and Rockland Nissan for your next car purchase. You will understand what I mean after you are done. I hope this helps another skeptic. Customer service reps stand behind the counters and act like you are begging them to service your car instead of treating every paying customer with respect and courtesy. We own 4 Nissans and received a coupon for a free oil change for the 2015 Nissan we purchased. The coupon clearly stated to go to a "local neighborhood Nissan." Our 2015 was not bought there, but we inquired. At first we were told they would gladly accept the coupon by the Spanish gentleman that works there. When we brought the car a couple of hours later, the taller man would not honor it-and was rude and arrogant, not only to us, but was a bully to the Spanish gentleman who would no longer honor his word-probably because of fear from his co-worker. He acted like the cost of oil change would come out of his own personal money. So I guess Nissan has no loyalty is you own 4 Nissan cars. I would never buy a car from Rockland Nissan or suggest any one else does.

We could not make a deal on a car I wanted to buy. Daniel J. Negron walked out the office and he still had my registration and two paystub's. I called him to please mail me my paper work and I never got it! I'm sure he was just upset that I was not going to buy the car and never mailed it! Maybe he trashed my papers idk! I do not trust this dealership at all now! Broke my trust to ever come back. It's sad.... Now I have to waste my time to get a form of registration for my car.

All of a sudden there was a $125 bill to release my vehicle. I called "customer relations" and asked if there was a charge for a quote, without revealing who I was. She said no. After she confirmed that, I told her my story. All of a sudden she had an urgent call come in, and she had to put me on hold. (I didn't know that she doubled as a 911 operator.) She came back with a completely different story, and told me that everyone in the shop knows that there is a charge, so no one could have told me its free. I ended up paying the $125 so that I could get my vehicle released.By the way, I was an established customer at their shop.

Went in to test drive and price a 2015 rogue lease today. I asked for all the info and this is the exact info that the dealer gave me:Negotiated price $25,000Residual % = 60Money factor .00136Trade in for my current car = $9,500He said the above added up to $159 per month. When I got home, I calculated it myself and his numbers added up to $59/month. He was overcharging me $100 per month!To top it off, during my test drive he had me stop at the gas station to get gas. Not the best way to get a customer to lease from you...

I have had not one, but two, complete an utter nightmares happen to me at Rockland Nissan. In 2008, I purchased an Altima at Rockland Nissan through salesperson JOHN PAGLIAROLI. He wrote up an agreed-upon contract and told me to come in the next day to sign it. When I returned the next day, he had used permanent black marker to cross out certain sections of my contract. He changed the price that he had promised me and wrote in a much higher price. When I confronted him with his clear deception, he denied having done anything wrong . He was so nasty to me that I began to cry. The owner of Rockland Nissan saw how upset I was and called me into his office. He told me that what John Pagliaroli had done was unexcuseable and stated to me that he was going to fire him. The owner honored the original price that Mr. Pagliaroli had promised me. I called Mr. Pagliaroli's extension exactly 1 week later to see if he was in fact fired, and he answered the phone - he was NOT fired or suspended. On June 28th, 2014, I called Rockland Nissan to make an appointment to purchase a new car. This dealership is the closest and most convenient one for me, and I assumed that Mr. Pagliaroli was long gone, so I had faith in returning. When I called, I asked the manager, Larry Friedman, if Mr. Paglioroli still worked there. To my surprise, he did. I clearly expressed to Mr. Friedman that I wanted to avoid any interaction with Mr. Paglioroli and explained to him that I had a terrible experience with him several years ago. For this visit, I brought my sister to ensure that I felt comfortable returning to the dealership. Mr. Friedman assigned me to salesperson Eric Hallman. Mr. Hallman was nothing but professional and made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. After I test-drove a Pathfinder, Mr. Hallman wrote up a potential contract and brought it to his manager. To my surprise, his manager was Mr. Paglioroli. Mr. Paglioroli came over to my sister and I to introduce himself. We were nervously smiling, because she was with me several years ago when I had the awful experience with him. He clearly didn't recognize us. Mr. Paglioroli picked up on our nervousness and asked if we knew him from somewhere. I retold the above written story from 2008 to him. At one point, my sister stated that he had lied to us regarding the price and made me cry. At that point, Mr. Paglioroli asked my sister if she was calling him a liar. She stated that "Yes", he was in fact a liar. He then got up and said that he was uncomfortable being involved in this deal and that he would get us another manager. A few minutes later, Eric Hallman, who felt awful about the whole situation, informed me that the deal had fallen through. He apologized and gave me his business card and asked me to call him later. Mr. Hallman was incredibly professional during the entire duration of this uncomfortable situation. As we got up to leave, Larry Friedman approached me and asked what had happened and offered his help. As I started to tell Mr. Friedman what had just happened, Mr. Paglioroli walked back over to my sister and I. He angrily said "Get out!" to my sister and I in the middle of the showroom. My sister replied "We don't want to do business with you anyway." He responded "We don't want your business you NASTY LITTLE xxxxx!" My sister yelled back "How dare you!" and then demanded to speak to the owner. The owner sat down with my sister and myself in his office. He was incredibly unprofessional. He told us several personal stories and evaded the issue at hand. He did not openly defend Mr. Paglioroli, but he tried to get us to see things through Mr. Paglioroli's eyes. My sister kept stating to him "You are overlooking the issue at hand. How can you let one of your employees yell and curse at a customer like that?" The end result was that the owner was supposed to call me back the following day and sit down and personally work on this deal with me. I never received a call from him. I am absolutely APPALLED that the owner of this dealership allowed a salesperson/manager to CURSE at a customer. I am in true DISBELIEF that nothing has been done about this and Mr. Paglioroli will continue to work at Rockland Nissan and treat customers in this manner.

I'm in the process of purchasing a car for my mother, who has a limited budget . I called this dealership yesterday and spoke to a friendly woman named Tiffany. I explained her the budget of maximum 17-18k, and the type of car we were looking for (AWD, Rogue, 35K or less miles, 2012-2011). She went through her inventory list, and confirmed that there were "several" vehicles on the lots that matched this criteria. When I asked her specifics, she reiterated that there were many Rogues that matched, and urged me to make an appointment for that evening with the Sales Manager Larry Friedman, and they would have them ready for us to look at. When I got the Dealership slightly after 7, the reception was not rude, but not welcoming, more a cold sterile feeling. I would urge the sales force to smile more, especially the large bald gentleman behind the desk. We waited for Larry who came over after a few minutes, and then passed us off to another salesman, Dave. Dave was given our criteria list at that moment, so there was no possibility for preparation....great. Dave looked over the sheet, walked us out and said he had ONE 2011 Rogue that fit what we were looking for. I questioned him about Tiffany's claim of several 2012 &2011, and his response was "we had a 2012 that was sold a few days ago". I asked why would Tiffany would make a false claim and his next response was "I don't know who TIffany is, I've never met her". The ONE car he should us was DISGUSTING! Reaked of smoke, all the seats were stained with huge coffee marks, and the interior floor was ripped... I'm not sure what kind Nissan has for their Pre-Owned Certification process, but this was joke! I've owned several GM certified preowned vehicles, and never been shown such a poor example before. It was honestly an insulting experience. To be fair Dave was a nice guy, but I was a little disappointed he didn't come up with any other realistic options for us (Juke/Altima/etc). He did call me today with theses options, but as they say, too little too late. Larry Friedman, also left me a message today to ask for feedback about my experience. I tried calling him back at 5:30, but he was gone. Overall, I felt lied to by Tiffany, unwelcome when I entered, insulted by my ONE option, and upset that my time wasted. I'm not interested in wasting anyone's time, especially my own. These to be less nonchalant and a little more serious about doing business. It's a shame because we are serious buyers.

Salesman David was very involved and seemed genuinely interested in making me the best offer. However, he is brand new to the dealership, so his manager Wesley did all of the negotiations. I had a TrueCar printout with what I wanted to pay. I prefaced all conversation with the fact that I had 8 payments left on an existing Nissan lease and told them that before any talk of pricing would happen, I would need that car taken off of my hands at NO COST to me. After test driving and negotiating what I thought was a fair deal, I clarified with Wesley that there was no roll over of the lease into a purchase of a new car and he told me NO. He told me that Nissan would forgive 3 months and the dealership would eat the remaining 5 payments. He quoted me $459 for 5 years on a 2014 Nisssan Altima SV with Convenience Package.To me, the numbers were not adding up. I went home and used the payment calculator on Edmunds.com and noticed a huge disparity. There was a $40 per month difference. Just for research, I added the remaining $1800 of the remaining 5 payments and low and behold, the numbers came out to roughly the same as Wesley had quoted me. Now I knew that Wesley had lied to me. I went into the dealership 2 days later to cancel the deal. I told David that I had to cancel for financial purposes. He brought Wesley over and he tried reselling me on the deal. He even denied that he said he was eating those remaining 5 lease payments. I don't deal with being lied to. He lied to my face. He asked me if $350 per month would sell me on the car. My interest was piqued. I verified that was for 5 years with the same down payment and he responded that was a 96 month finance. I'm not paying $34000 for a $25000 car. At that point, I walked away from the deal. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN, UNLESS IT IS FOR SERVICE. FOR LESS THAN $2000, THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH DISHONEST MANAGEMENT, DO NOT GO TO ROCKLAND NISSAN!!! THEY PUT THEIR SALESMAN IN A HORRIBLE POSITION!!I WENT AND ACTUALLY PURCHASED A NEW 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA SV FROM THEIR SISTER DEALERSHIP IN PARAMUS! ASK FOR GREGG WARD AT PARAMUS NISSAN ON ROUTE 4. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!!

Saturday evening I passed by Rockland Nissan to shop for a car not with intent to buy but to see and shop around some more at other dealers. I entered the compound and did a yard check and felt that the vehicles at your lot appear more reasonable and even better showcased. my wife and I were ready to buy a car from another dealer and decided at the last minute to check out the nissans. Mitch, the salesman was friendly and helpful answering our questions while still giving us space as we looked at cars. We found the car we loved, and within minutes Mitch had us sold... Mostly because he let the car sell itself. Price negotiation with Mitch and his sales manager was spirited but always friendly. Within an hour (despite keeping everyone past the dealership closing time) we drove home with a brand new Nissan Altima!

My experience as a whole was outstanding at Rockland Nissan. I was greeted promptly after walking in by my salesmen Mitch Gordon and he did not rush me or try to give me a sales pitch in any way. He asked my needs for the vehicle and answered all my questions. He went over all the options available to me and I decided on the Altima due to all the great features including gas mileage! He located the exact car i wanted and i was able to pick it up 2 days later after working out a very good deal! The finance manager Rashid was informative and helped me pick an extended warranty that catered to the amount of miles i put on the car(30k/year), i can sleep well at night! I really could not of asked for more from a friendly staff that went above and beyond for me, Mitch even helped me transfer my stuff from my old car to my new car, talk about full service. I would highly recommend the dealership and Mitch to anyone who is in need of a new vehicle at a great price with no hassles.

I went into Nissan looking to trade my old Sentra for a 2013 model Sentra. I had a rather low budget and wanted the best warranty possible. He was very pleasant and especially knowledgeable about the 2013 Altima which I now drive.He took my wife and I around the lot to see the different car colors and this made it easy for my wife to choose.His recommendations were greatly appreciated as he assisted me through the entire leasing process-getting me a good deal.Also,he took the time to sit in the car and explained all the works.We hope he is still with the dealership when we lease/buy our next three cars.Also kudos go to Ray Laureano and George Vakkou who were excellent in the financing process. Our lease was up and there was no thought in our minds to go anywhere else besides for Rockland Nissan again. It was wonderful to see our favorite sales person, Freddy Elkholy! He's still the same friendly, kind, accommodating man we remember. And we are so thankful for his patience! We were very excited to see the 2013 models with all the new incentives Larry Friedman, the Business Development Mgr had informed us about thru his mailings as well as emails. He too worked so hard to get us into the perfect program with the car we wanted. And as if that wasn't enough... George Vakkou, the General Sales Manager, blessed us with his time. He is not a manager that stays behind the scenes. He is caring, involved, bends over backwards and makes you feel so blessed with all that Rockland Nissan does to help us. We were so happy with our new lease, our new beautiful bronze Altima (with so many new extras that come standard!), I am still stunned at how we were treated. We didn't even mind handing over our deposit to Ray because so much effort had gone into developing a relationship with us that we will always want to be loyal to Rockland Nissan and everyone here! I cant tell you how many Dealerships I went to who would work with my as I have re-building my credit. Rockland Nissan is 5 stars all across the board. Mr. Negron Worked with me almost reluctantly. He would not stop unless we found a bank that was able to take me on. And he did. This man performed a miracle. He took time to explain that I would have to use this as an opportunity for making my payments on time for 1 year. And thats our plan. I promised to return after 1 year time and he would get me the best Interest rates out there. As my Credit was challenged, he walked me through this process. And behold. I drove out of that dealership with a Brand new (New to me) Honda Civic. And let me tell you. Its beautiful. Not one issue with the car. And he even called back to make sure I have everything I need and how it was going 7 months later. I live in NJ and I will return whenever I will be making a new purchase. We stopped at Rockland Nissan to see a New Maxima as our Lease was coming up in late November so we wanted to get an early start on a process that my wife and I never look forward to. We met with Bernie Drexler and what a difference it was then working with others in this business as he truly is nice person, a professional in the true sense of the word and it was and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Need I say anymore because you know whats out there in this business at many other dealerships! As an FYI, this is our fifth Nissan we purchased from Rockland Nissan. We were considering several different brands of cars and in the Nissan line we were considering either an Altima or Maxima. Freddy worked with us and we test drove an Altima which we liked very much but upon further thought decided we needed a car with a power passenger seat. Larry Friedman followed up on our visit to ask out our experience with the Altima, and when we told him the problem regarding the seat he asked what other cars we were thinking about. When I told him he said we could get a fully loaded Maxima (2012 model, but brand new) for the price we were considering. We went back the next night and bought the Maxima. We are very happy with it. The only negative from my point of view was that the person handling the financing seemed rather inexperienced and didn't go through everything with us as fully as I would have liked. Additionally, since I recently got my Experian credit score (it is above 800) I was surprised that the interest rate for financing was higher than I had seen when I went to the NMAC website). However, this is not a big deal since I did not finance a large amount and I intend to pay it off right away.

The true measure of the quality of a dealership isn't how they handle the run of the mill transaction, it's how they deal with difficult circumstances. My sales experience was excellent beyond belief. I dealt primarily with Wiles and Jimmy who were sincerely interested in a smooth and stress free purchase. Wiles was especially knowledgeable, passionate about his cars and frank, which was refreshing. He helped me choose the right vehicle for me, then Jimmy made negotiating the price friendly and painless.There was some initial misunderstanding/miscommunication relative to the finance details, but this is where the dealership was most impressive. George and Jimmy devoted extra effort to resolving the issue quickly and to my complete satisfaction. They even ran out and got me Dunkin Donuts coffee while I was waiting. Although I appreciate everyone who was involved in the transaction, Jimmy and Wiles deserve special accolades, because they're the ones who truly made it happen.

I cannot say enough about my experience. Bernie is the greatest!! An honest salesman does exist!! Everyone from start to finish was sweet and kind. I came in for a test drive and met with Larry who was very pleasant and friendly. He gathered my information and let me to Wiles. Wiles spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing my options and taking me on two test drives. While I am not ready to purchase a vehicle just yet, Wiles was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and really seemed to "get" what I was looking for (hence the additional test drive). He asked all the right questions and made me feel at ease. I was VERy happy with maddie and the manager jim. I walked in the rockland nissan dealership and it was a great experience from when i walked in to when i walked out. It was my first time even going into a dealer to look for cars, i didnt know what i was doing. She was very informative and helped me from beginning to end and she was very funny, happy, outgoing and friendly. It was my first brand new car out the dealer and it was very fun to do it. The cars are great but the manner in which Ms Martinez helped us was like no other person we've ever dealt with when buying a car. John DiRusso did a great job servicing our Murano. I would recommend the service department to family and friends. John was direct, personable and courteous, while they were diagnosing the problem with a sound the car was making. They gave us a Nissan Altima for a loaner, so that made the visit even more comfortable. We picked up the car a couple of days later. After my father in law brother in law sister in law and a good friend all purchased cars from bernie,so when it was time for me to replace my car i went in to see him after waiting 30 mins in the showroom for him the first thing i was asked is if i was going to buy today after i told him i was just looking and i was torn between 3 models thats when things seemed to change for the worse. after i find a vehicle i was interested in i asked for a test drive.well lo and behold he cant find the keys. so im givin another car to test drive! why would i buy a car i cant test drive! then he proceeds to tell me that i have to go by myself and that he has no time to go on a test drive.good thing i had no questions . so i go in and decide to discuss my trade and a final price on a car i couldnt even see the inside of then im blindsided with a low ball trade in. then to make matters worse they wouldnt budge on the vehicle price.so i play the game and say i guess we cant come to an agreement and he just gets up says good bye and walks away. ive never been so insulted in all my life. and to make matters worse my car i was replacing drove better than the vehicle i test drove.long story short i went to him by refferal and now i know this never again. i went home did some poking around and found another dealer close by willing to negotiate and answer all my questions.

Went to visit and lease a Altima at a $199 price as advertised. Mitch Gordon said, only 2 left (maybe true), sale ends today (not true it ran until 2/28/13 per the ad) and the price was $279, not $199, this was before he ran the credit or anything else. The national ad was at a $259 lease. he did not even try to feign a reason for the price change. He did not even want to give out his business card with his name.

I purchased a new nissan sentra 2.0 and when it was time for pick up it was not washed. I requested it would be and was met with frowns. When I went to drive the car home upon inspection found the back seat was drenced in water! The salesman did not want to help me and I had to wait for the manager for over two hours! His solution was to wipe down the seats with a towel! I told him I wanted a different car and wound up paying $220 more! I was never told that anyone was sorry and when I complained the general manager told me I was a baby! The new vehicle delivery system was not filled out and I was told it was, upon proof it was not the general manager said that it was still not true! I found the people only concerned with sealing the deal and not caring about the quality or details of how its done!

He has been working with me and my family on leasing cars for well over 3 years and has been so helpful. I know when I go in there it is going to be a quick and easy process. Just leased a new 2013 Rogue Dec 22nd and love it. Since we have been working with Bernie for a while now I trust him and know he is going to take care of me. Not like some of those other salesman out there that just want to make a sale. He really takes the time to go through everything and answer all my questions. Be careful when you are cancelling your extended warranty and do not trust a word coming out of Nicole's mouth....straight white lie.I bought a used 2008 Nissan Versa Hatchback car from Rockland Nissan in Sep 2011 - salesman was Freddie. In Nov 2011 a new model (2012 Nissan versa hatchback) was introduced by Nissan and since we bought the used car in Sep we decided to trade our old car with this new one. We did that and was financed via NMAC. The extended warranty that I took on this old car (2008 Versa) had to be cancelled. At that time I was dealing with German from finance, he submitted my paperwork Nov end or Dec first week of 2011. I kept following up with German but nothing happened. Then German left and Nicole who is the CSR became my contact somewhere around May. She did not have a clue of my case neither did she bother to get all the paperwork from German or anybody else in finance (they do not know where my paperwork is - was her answer). So I digged out the sales receipts and invoice from the dealer and sent her a scanned copy. On June 19,2012 she filed that with Nissan. I keep following up with her every week without fail and her standard answer - we are at Nissan's mercy. Today (08/15) I called up Nissan and gave them my VIN details and they mentioned that on June 20, 2012 they rejected the paperwork because it was not correctly filed - Nicole has no clue about this and she keeps telling me that Nissan is processing my refund (perhaps living in a different planet I guess). I gave her all the details (the rep I spoke to at Nissan and his direct #). Then she works out her magic again and says the paperwork is filed now and she has everything under control. I am still waiting for the refund of more than 2K for my extended warranty. Its Aug 15, 2012 today and soon I am reaching one year anniversary for my new car (Nov).Please do not fall prey to their tactics. There is zero customer service and the customer has to work to get his money back.

Went to this dealer to inquire about a car, spoke to finance person and he tooted his own horn about getting me financing and being the best in the business. Told us he would call us back the next day when everything was done and we never heard from again even tried to call still got run around. If there was an issue then call and tell the customer, leaving them hanging with no explanation is poor customer service.

I will not recommend your dealer to anybody in rockland county. This is for Mr. O'keefe (GM). I think you should focus a little more in a customer service training for your staff. One more think for buyers, I learn this hard way. If you are financial your car with the dealer (by the way this was the stipulacion from the financial dpt. to able to get great price ?) be sure to ask to how many financial institutions they are sending your credit.No more of (3) should be enough and no hurt your credit score.Finally, Mr.Freedie; SIR_Yes.we purchase the car from Bill K 1/2 later after we left your dealer. No presure - No wait a minute left me told to my manager?. financial options my credit union (or) any financial institutions,great warranty and Friendly Staff,we were not bluffing.

I walked into the dealership not feeling confident that I would find a car that would not only fit my style but most important my budget!I was welcomed by an extremely friendly staff that made me feel instantly comfortable, not swarmed with what you would call typical "car salesman". After being offered something to drink, I was introduced to a gentleman named Daniel Negron, he is the finance director there. I explained to him my concerns, and after he walked me through the lot showing me several great cars that would work for me.All I can say is that within an hour, I found a great car(sentra) low miles, great condition & the best part is it was in my budget!I am so happy that I took a chance and trusted Dan & everything worked out just like he assured me. At the end I was told "thats Dan the Man" and now I can honestly say, no I know why they call him that. He was easy going, knowledgeable, down to earth & most important he offered a very personalized service that I did not think was offered at a dealership.I would HIGHLY recommend going to Nissan in Rockland before going anywhere else. I know I will be going back when I need a newer model!!!Thanks Dan!

They have such a large inventory of cars you could go on for days deciding all the packages. Deceptive, discourteous and disrespectful and that is being kind. I went in to buy a new Frontier after agreeing on price with Rajeesh the Sales Manager and tentatively on a trade in. I was to show up the next evening to meet with Adamo and Rajeesh to settle on the trade in price and finalize the deal. When I showed up the next evening neither one could be found. The Sales Manager that was present, Jim Hughes, said he knew nothing about the deal and wanted to begin a new negotiation. I realized right then that this was nothing but a scam and this was the intent from the beginning. After all in this day and age you get the guy on his cell phone and get all the info you need to honor the deal. I kick myself because while I was standing in the Showroom waiting to get attended to, a customer came storming out from apparently a similar negative experience, walked right up to me when he realized that I was a customer and said "watch out your gonna get screwed". I should have walked out right then and there. Long story short, the new deal was $3,000 higher than the price I agreed on with Rajeesh and the incentive was reduced. Anyone who is considering doing a deal with these people should think long and hard about going elsewhere and avoid a very bad experience. I did not purchase the vehicle and will never return.

Sleazy operation. High pressure sales tacticss-- "what do I have to do to get you inthe car tonight", "this deal I'm offering is only good for 24 hours". I came to an agreement with a salesman on a lease. I returned 3 days later to sign the papers and take the car and when I got there the "manager" would not honor the deal we came to (higher monthly payment, higher down payment, etc). During those three days, I spoke with the salesman twice and both times he assured me there would be "no problem" when I returned. Of course I just walked out, but it was a huge waste of my time.

As of right now, i regretfully cannot recommend Rockland Nissan. Had a pretty bad experience having to do with my trade-in. I was told I would be given the full 18,500 of my trade-in and when I went in to pick up my car found out they were only giving me 14,500. They eventually met me in the middle at 16,500 but this was still disappointing after being told something else. The car they sold me also had dangerously bald tires. Since then they've worked to make me a happier customer somewhat and if that continues in the future I will edit my review.

We brought our car in for a repair. They charged us more than $700 but when we got the car back, they hadnt fixed the problem. So we brought it back. They claimed that they couldnt find any problem and try to brush us off. Since we paid a lot for a service they didnt do, we asked that they keep the car for test drive until they figured it out. Days turned into a week with no phone call and every time we called them we were told, "oh he left for the day" or "shes busy right now. Can she call you back?" each day passed with no returned call. When we called repeatedly and insisted on speaking to someone, it was the same story of how they couldnt find a problem. But each time we drove the car, the trouble was obvious. This went on for weeks until we just brought the car to someone else who fixed it in two days with no issues. As far as we're concerned they owe us our money back. They ripped us off and ignored us. They exhibited the worst diplay of professionalism i've seen in a long time. These people are theives and liars. Dont waste your time with them and dont let their service department steal your money like they did with us.

I called up to inquire on a 2012 GTR this morning, 08/03/2011 ard 10:08 am but became truly unimpressed and disinterested by the total lack of customer service by the woman sales operator. I asked 2 questions: 1) is this an authorized GTR dealer? Response: this is Nissan, ( hmm..) my follow up, GTR is Nissan but she seemed to be annoyed, did follow up by asking for help, whe she hang up. I called back right away, and she denied hanging up. I then asked if one is in stock and to speak to sales --- her response, you need to deposit! Just terrible way of losing a customer...

I have been shopping around for a nissan altima and decided to stop here to see if i could get a deal for myself. I was greeted by a salesman named Frankie I. Anyway he was very unprofessional because he was swearing and making crude comments that i dont care to repeat. All that aside i specified that i was only looking and he proceeds to bring a buyers order saying he wanted me to give him my credit card and sign the form. I told him to slow down that the price he had given me wasnt even close to the deal i had gotten at another dealership. Then he proceeded to get a manager involved stating that he would give me a couple of oil changes free of charge and make my first payment. I must say i wouldnt trust this guy to follow through on any promise. When i said i was leaving he said in a very rude manner that "What the hell you doing?" "Why wont i sign the buyers order?" Why did you waste my f***ing time for? I must say ive been buying cars for many years and cant believe they would hire a thug like this at car dealership who openly curses in the showroom with little children around!! As i was leaving i was approached by one of his customers who told me that he was a liar and not to trust him because he tells you what you want to hear and makes impossible promises that he cant live up to. This is a warning to all people going to this dealership(STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND DONT BRING YOUNG CHILDREN ANYWHERE NEAR HIM!!!)

I purchased a 2007 Nissian Murrano. The deal was contingent on two items being fixed in the car. Only one item was after a 7 day run around. I make the mistake of taking the vechile at the dealers insistance with the promise that after the part came in they would call. Over 5 weeks laters, I've gotten nothing but an incredible run around. The sales and service department are openly fighting over who is to pay for this part. It's absolutely incredible. STAY AWAY from this dealership at all cost. I would not has my oil changed here.

The staff was friendly,well informed, and really did their best to accomodate me.I was taken care of as soon as I walked into the showroom, and then the process of the lease was as quick, and simple as it possible could have been. One week later I was leaving the dealer with my new car...Overall great experience!!

I went to Rockland Nissan to lease a new Armada. I was greeted by Bernie Drexler. I explained that I was interested in leasing an Armada. Bernie went over the 3 different trim levels available and was extremely knowledgeable about the various options available with each trim. We decided on the best one for my wants/needs and negotiated an extremely competitive lease. I was driving my new Armada the same day for much less than some friends that had just leased Armada's at other stores.

I shopped many dealership in the New York area. Rockland Nissan was so flexible for everythign that I needed. My salesperson Tina was so patient. I would recommand this dealership to everyone. The best people, the best prices. I wouldnt't go anywhere else

My experience with this dealership was excellent. From the knowledge of the car to working with Tim and Freddie on "the numbers" I always felt like I was being treated fairly. Freddie made sure my needs were always met. When I picked up the car Freddie even gave me a card for 3 free oil changes.

Iwent into the dealership to buy my son a new car and was greeted very warmly by Mr. Cortes. He explained everything to me very thoroughly and went through the difference between the 2 cars I was interested in (altima and maxima). We left with a new maxima that my son loves. When the lease is up on my jeep I am definitely going to go back and buy another car from Mr. Cortes.

I was helped right away..friendly , courteous service..everyone was helpful from the manager to the sales person to the finance guy..I was shown several different cars, taken for a test drive right away and offered several different options that were suitable for me and my husband...we found the Nissan we wanted and we are totally satisfied with our entire experience

Allow me to first say it is understandable that they were overworked because of the Cash for Clunkers deal. Still they botched my paperwork making me lose $4,500 and refused to go a penny below MSRP. Their salesmen are tattoo wearing guys- the types you want fixing your car not selling you one. I called the dealership at least 1,500 times to get some answers but there was not one person that could help me and the manager was always away. I"m not sure why I went to them. Lesson learned.

This is one of the worst dealerships I had ever visited. I intended to lease an Altima Coupe and went here first because it was closest to my home. The dealer, named Frankie I. was your typical, chest-out, sly-grin, cock-sure type who piled up promises of including my first month's payment in the lease inception fees along with taking my current leased Honda off my hands and paying the last month's bill. Additionally, we discussed the lease term (36 months) and settled on what I thought were a little high (but barely within my price range) inception fees.The deal was ready to be signed and that's when the trouble started. All of a sudden they could no longer take the Honda off my hands and I would have to eat the last month's payment myself. I was frustrated, but not yet ready to walk out of there. I agreed to paying the last month of my old lease and was taken to their finance department. There I was given the summary of my lease agreement, at which point the finance manager mentioned that my lease is for 39 months, not the 36 originally agreed upon. I stopped him there and said that there was no way I would have agreed to these terms, as I had no intention of paying an extra $1,000 of the residual nor having the car for 3 months out of warranty. The general manager came in at this point, swore that he did in fact tell me the lease would be for 39 months (not true) and that if I wanted the same monthly payments, I would have to make the first month's payment myself (instead of it being worked into the $2,000 inception fees). At this point I called off the deal, thanked them for their time and left the lot. It was very frustrating and draining to burn close to 5 hours of my time, especially since I saved close to $700 on a counter-offer from Ramsey Nissan and was out of there with my new car in less than an hour without any unnerving surprises.Maybe others have had better experiences with Rockland Nissan, but that was my last time stepping foot in there.

On Wednesday April 8th, I brought my car to Rockland Nissan for an oil change, waited for my vehicle and left for work. Thursday April 9th I attempted to refill the windshield washer fluid and to my shock and disgust someone had thought it funny to place chicken bones and pieces of biscuits on top of my cars battery. I was so taken aback that I called the dealer immediately. I explained the story to a receptionist who could not stop laughing though I explained that I found nothing funny. She then went on to make jokes in regards to the incident; jokes like am I sure that I didnt try to cook on my battery. I left messages with managers at Rockland Nissan as well as messages with Nissan USA to no avail. I am completely insulted and appalled. I will NEVER do business with this establishment and would not recommend anyone else to purchase a car or service their car there as well. They are a poor example of Nissan USA.

Quick friendly service. As usual, and expected the dealer repair shop is expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for. All in all, in my opinion, the price was at market value and not very overpriced. They only do the work that is needed. This is an honest repair shop. JM
