My Salesperson was Barry. He was great, very pleasant and professional. Barry made my buying experience GREAT!!! I never felt uncomfortable or felt rushed. I would also like to add the Sales Manager Rick was also very helpful and professional he took time to talk to me and explain my options. The Finance Department Vishan, very helpful took time to explain everything to before I signed. Overall my experience was great! If you look for Chevrolet try Rick Hendrick in Norfolk. After a 15 minute wait to check in for my 10:30 appointment, my Malibu got the once over and the intake sheet filled out in a matter of minutes. We walked over to my service advisor Terrell pretty quickly and within 5 minutes he gave me the estimate for service and I was back out the door. I called at 5PM the day after I dropped it off to see what the status was, which is when I was told it was ready for pickup. Getting in and finishing up the transaction was quick, the only delay in the process was unblocking my car in the lot (it seemed like no one was ready for me to come get it since I hadn't been called and told it was ready yet). Outside of not being notified my vehicle service was completed and I could pick it up, it was a great experience and I really appreciated the work of the service techs who worked on my vehicle.

Shop HERE for your Chevy!!! Seriously, these folks are fantastic! I went to Priority Chevorlet and they under cut me on my trade in by $6,000 dollars. So I sold it to CarMax for premium price. Then I went to Hall Chevrolet where I had a truck on order for 11 weeks with no progress in it being produced. Hampton Chevrolet had 3 weeks with no progress. Then I went to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and ordered the SAME truck and it got picked up in 4 days!!!!! Still waiting on final delivery for the Silverado 6.2L but since they were overall the best with service and most professional and yet down to earth and knowledgeable. I went back 2 weeks after ordering my Silverado to purchase my Wives Suburban LTZ and the experience was as I expected. Professional, polite and up front. No hiding behind the sales manager or hiding the computer screen. They worked with me to get a price that worked for my family and made us feel like family. Took all the time in the world with us explaining everything about the process and the vehicle. stellar job DonPaul! You sir need a raise.

I brought a 2015 Corvette z51 from Rick Hendrick in April of 2015, I decided I wanted a 2016 z06 in April of 2016 I took the 2015 in for appraisal, was told by finance manager that I could get the 2016, I called my wife in off of work we did all the paperwork and again was told by the finance manager that this was a done deal, he had me to change my ins. off of the 2015 on to the 2016, I told him we could wait until the next day, the finance manager told me by Law I had to take the VEH. Meaning the 2016 that night, they took my 2015 corvette and put on the used car lot for sale, I drove off in the 2016, me and my wife filled all the paperwork, the finance manager shook our hand, and said enjoy your new Vet. that was on Fri. So after 7 days the finance manager calls and says I need you to bring the car back I cant get the deal done, I had to take off work, and go back to the dealership and then get told let me try one more thing I will call you tomorrow, I took time off work and was lied to by this dealership, the whole experience was so hurtful and time consuming. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

James Barnes was my original salesman when he sold me my wife's SUV it was her first new car. He became promoted later on but when I came in to look for a better option then my truck James stepped up and got us with a man he trusted, Jasen Deguise. Good guy a bit revenge of the nerdish but absolutely sincere and sharp on his job. Although the process took us nearly 2 days I still got the car I wanted with a payment I could live with. James and Jason are by fair considered the best team of salesmen but also solid on their work because unlike most places...they actually work for your money and don't act like you are a burden. My fiance and I needed to get a 4 door vehicle and because I bought my past two cars from there and had great experiences before, there was no question where we were going to get our next vehicle. Recently purchased our new 2015 Suburban from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. Our salesman was Michael Boatright. My wife and I had a great experience and they were extremely courteous and ultimately we were able to get the deal we were looking for. The process was a little longer than expected but buying a new car is never quick. After the sale there were a few things that needed to be taken care of and the salesman has been great at responding and setting up a follow on visit for us to get that taken care of which goes to show they care about customer service. They also gave us an amazing trade-in price, beating out carmax by over $2,000 which ultimately made the decision to purchase from them an easy one.

We bought a certified Suburban from Rick Hendrick 2 years ago and the sales experience was good. The real test in my opinion is how the service department operates and so far they have passed with flying colors. More recently I test drove a 2015 Impala......for a week and never went to the showroom, they brought it to me. We now own 2 Chevys which are both not your father's car. Both are well appointed, sexy and great drivers.

My son recently bought a car at Hendrick and it came with the usual temp tags. He requested the permanent plates be sent to his home and was told "we don't do that". Because he has 1 day off every 2 weeks (while Hendricks is open) he was forced to make a choice to take time off work or have someone else get the plates for him. Dealership is 40 miles from our home and takes an hour and a half for round trip. I helped him out and picked them up for him on a Saturday morning - not the way I would select to spend my time off either. According to the salesman Mike, it is not a matter of they cant - they wont. Customer Service, Customer Convenience, etc. apparently do not enter Hendricks equation of what a dealer will do for a customer. I purchased a new car there 7 years ago and the bad taste left in my mouth assured I would never go there again. Given the lack of interest in helping out a customer spending >$20K in their dealership here recently (I am sure the $4 bucks in postage would have caused the dealership great financial difficulty) I have confirmed my initial instinct to never go to this dealership again.

Please do not believe this dealer that they can get you approved. I was told that I would only need $3500,00 down, this was a finance manager on top of things. I arrived onsite and 3 Hrs later was told that the only way I would get into a loan was with 35% down, which was no problem. I said fine. They submitted it and then when I received a call back and then the number went from 7000.00 to 9000.00 I feel I was lied to in every way. I understand that I have credit problems but please don't lie to me.

When I first started going to this dealership it was for the service department. Now I also go there for my current salesman Preston Powers. I once said that car salesmen were like socks (ya change them all the time). I can't say that with Preston, he's more like that sports jersey your wife keeps trying to get ride of but you just can't part with. I can honestly say Preston has become the second reason my wife and I keep going back to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Norfolk. He is always polite, doesn't try to push a deal and is there for you after the sale if you have an issue he works to get it resolved and has never failed to be able to answer any question (correctly) I have had about any vehicle. The rest of the staff I dealt with were also polite and cheerful. Ask for Preston, if he is with another customer wait for him, I believe you will find the wait worth while.

I went to RK Chevy, Priority Chevy, and finally went to Rick Hendricks. I should of went to Rick Hendricks' first, these people really want to sell cars! TJ Caforio is AWESOME!!!! He explained every detail about the Camaro to me, he kept me informed throughout the whole process, He was extremely busy the day, (I was his third customer that he was helping, all of us at the same time mind you). He checked in with me every fifteen minutes to let me know what was happening. He stayed late into the night to make sure my deal was done! That's customer service, and that's why he will be my go to guy for all things Chevy in the future. I just bought my first new car this weekend and I have to say they were awesome! Go see Dykes Brooks if you are looking for a new Chevy! I did my research on the Chevy Traverse and I couldn't be happier with this car! I only purchase Chevy's since my mother worked for GM for 38 years and this dealership respected the GM Family First discount without trying to get one over on me. I had a horrible experience at a dealership I visited 2 weeks prior and had thought about not venturing out to do it again in fear of all the haggling, self-centeredness and lack of concern for what I could afford. Rick Henndrick Chevrolet changed what I thought was "normal" in buying a car........my salesman was not a "shark" but a teddy bear who really looked out for what was in my best interest! Love this place!!

Be careful of the upfront friendly greetings and pay attention to what they're saying in order address the incentives at a later time. We found the customer service to eventually become Insincere and distasteful, terrible negotiations and a lot of waiting around. Salesman was not very knowledgeable about posted add details nor did we feel he was he trying to work on our behalf to get the better deal; simply brokering the deal to the dealerships advantage. Mickey needs a new catch word, "fantastic" was extremely overplayed; shameful.

We were at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet for a recall on our Saturn Aura. We were approached and asked if we were interested in a buy back deal. We had to wait so agreed to talk with a salesperson. Mr. Dykes Brookins was that salesperson. Mr. Brookins was very patient with us. We had been thinking about getting a smaller car but had made no decision. He spoke about the Chevy Spark and Sonic. Took us outside to look at the cars. Explained their features. He was very courteous never pushy or like one would think of a car salesperson. But by the end of the day we did leave with a brand new car. He worked very hard to get us in that new car and the Finance person (Wendy) was super as well. Overall a very long day but very satisfactory.

I used the Chevrolet locator to find the exact truck (2014 Silverado High Country) I was looking for and Rick Hendrik had it on the lot. I called Donpaul, a salesperson I met during a service visit for my Silverado, and arranged a test drive. Absolutely no pressure to buy, only a quick introduction to one of the Sales Manager, Mickey, and I was on my way home to do my homework. I applied for and received all the manufacturer's discount certificates I was eligible for and headed back to Rick Hendrick with the price and accessories I wanted. We negotiated a deal and during signing I decided to walk away. No problem, they handed me my paperwork and price agreement worksheet and told me the deal would be honored when ever I decided to proceed. I went home and scrutinized the paperwork and was 100% satisfied with the deal (other dealers couldn't match the deal). Never a phone call or pressure during this cooling-off period. I waited until the next day called and made an appointment to finalize the deal. Donpaul was great to work with, Howard cooled me off when I pushed the envelope, and Wendy sealed the deal. I did not finance with Rick Hendrick, for no other reason than I secured financing before I began my shopping. Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, but going in with the right information and working with a team like Rick Hendrick eases that considerably.

I was looking for a 2014 Blue Camaro LT2 with a Sunroof and Hendrick had just received one, it still had the shipping packaging on it and the engine still had to be burnt in (smell). Made an appointment to see the car and was interrupted by weather, TJ did not harrass me to come back in and waited for me to call him to come back. Test drove and purchased car with great financing and a great price with Military Discount and USAA within 4 hours to drive away. Still have to go back for the run through on the car but T. J. was great and very helpful, just don't get annoyed if Dixie calls you.

On January 19, I stopped by Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I was interested in a new car and had recently had the opportunity to drive the Chevrolet Sonic, which I liked, so I wanted to see what the dealership had on the lot. I purposefully stopped to look at the inventory thinking they would not be open, since it was a Sunday. I had never actually purchased a car before, and the many stories I have heard about the process was something I was not sure I was ready to tackle, however to my surprise Rick Hendrick Chevrolet was open. A sales woman came out, Amy, and spoke to me about the car. Amy was not at all what I was expecting, I was expecting a high pressure salesman, something I did not want to encounter. Amy was calming, professional, and not pushy, which was perfect, before I knew it my car was appraised and not really intending to make a new car purchase that day, I left with a brand new Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Sonic. Amy, the lovely woman who sold me the car and James (Jimmy) the wonderful gentleman in the finance department, made my first car buying experience, so much better than I expected. Thank you! I will highly recommend Rick Hendrick Chevrolet and will definitely suggest asking for Amy.

I replied to Rick Hendrick's email ad as to trading in my car, as they will make an offer to buy with no obligation to buy from them. I called, an appointment was set for the same day! I arrived and checked in at the receptionist. I was greeted by the sales manager and associate-Dykes Brookins, III. Quite honestly, I was there to trade in my 08 HHR SS, and thought of purchasing a used Silverado, as to stay within my means and budget. I quoted a comfortable payment range and Dykes went to work. First round wasn't close. He went back and "fought" for my range quote. He returned shortly and to my surprise, with 3 options, to include no money down, and raising my trade-in value, got me into a 2014 Silverado 1500 (LS)!!! Even with 3 selected warranty packages my payment was only $4.00 over my current payment. As you can imagine, I'm still shocked n elated at the same time. I feel as a return customer, Dykes and Hendricks went far beyond my expectations. They will go to any (Legal!) lengths to earn your trust and business. I can say, if I were to move out of state and looking for a new vehicle, they would be my first avenue...Thanks Guys for your hard work n my wife loves the new truck!

After heavy rain for days on end, my wife and I heard the swooshing sound of water inside the structure of the body of our Chevrolet Impala. We had forgotten about it because of a long dry spell in August and September. This time we acted quickly and took the car to the dealership. We were looking for a nice late-model, low-mileage Silverado and Rock Hendrick's Chevrolet in Norfolk seemed to have the largest selection. Our credit scores had taken a beating a few years earlier and we knew the best we could do was a nice used vehicle. Tom Jones greeted us on arrival, looked up the trucks that were on our wish list and had to tell us those trucks had just sold, or were already committed to a different dealership. However, the new truck manager, the woman in Finance and Tom were somehow able to put us in the most beautiful new truck we've ever owned, at the right price point and in our payment range. The whole crew worked beyond closing that evening to make sure we were taken care of. This was far and away the best car purchasing experience we've ever had, and from now on, Hendrick's will always be our first choice for purchasing a vehicle.

I was greeted upon entry to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet by my salesperson, James Barnes. He treated me with much respect, in regard to the purchase of my new Traverse to the trade-in of my 9 1/2 year old Chevy Trail Blazer ( in which James helped me to overcome my separation anxiety : ). James kept me well-informed of the status of my vehicle in regard to having leather and heated seats installed. He and all the staff were efficient and patient and went out of their way to accommodate me. I am still hoping to receive a complimentary 3rd row mat and cargo mat--so hopefully that will come through! Sandra Gotz assisted me the day I picked up the vehicle and handled the final paperwork and insurance details excellently. Don Smith provided me with a great orientation to the vehicle and patiently went through its many features with much patience given I am electronically/technically challenged : ). Great experience. This is our families 3rd vehicle from this dealership (back when it was Colonial). I was under a lot of stress about getting into a new car. ( I was trading in a 3 month old car I bought in April and did not like.) My salesperson, Sandra went the extra mile and actually drove a car to me at my lunch break so I could compare it to another car brand I was test driving (ford) That sealed the deal for me and I knew which car I wanted after that. So now I am happily back into a Suburban! I felt the staff also met my financial needs as well and were patient with me through the 2 week long process of me deciding what to do!

Worse experience EVER! Let me lay down some ground work. From 2010 to 2012 My mother and I have experience a lot of medical issues. my mother had 2 stints put in 2 knees replaced and cancer lobe of her lung removed, I had my L4-l5 fused was coming down my stairs knee gave out and fell and broke my back 2 vertebra from were it was fused knowing my knee was gone ended up having to have it replace then right out of rehab walking along ended up breaking my ankle, so there is the start, needless to say we ended up losing our home we have shared for 10 years. So waited a year and decided since my van had 3oo,ooo miles on it would go down and see what I would need to do to get ready to purchase a used vehicle. Went to Rick Hendrick cheverlot after hearing thier commercials and knew with my credit I would probably not qualify for the financing they would have to provide. So sat there for 5 hours as they tried to help me each time the guy came out I kept saying I will take their offer home and look it over and my finances to see what I can do, only to hear no wait let us see what we can do. After 5 hours they came back with an offer that i was even a little concerned but would do what I could to make it happen, because ( i thought they were really out to help) dumb me did I mention it was 06/30/2013 end of month and as the dealer pointed out trying to make us number 1. Well fell in love with the vehicle and would have done just about anything to keep it. Only to get a call 07/03/2013 from Amanda saying there were some forms I needed to still fill out I asked what forms, I was told just some forms she forgot,asked again what forms? anyway told her I could come down on the 4th but have plans so lets just get it done. Only to find out they have researched it and I need more money and another cosigner, well that was not happening so I got to stand in the parking lot for an hour and a half to wait for a ride know how easy it is to get a ride on 07/04 not so easy. Now I have issues with my back and other knee standing there so long. oh sure someone offered a ride but why? so he too could try to talk me into something I knew from the beginning wasn't going to work. Well good thing I waited to calm down to write this huh.

After many attempts to find the exact truck I wanted, Rick Hendrick stepped up with a car in their trade network that fit the bill. I am a NFCU member and was handed off to Donald Smith, in which afterwards I started working with Mickey, the sales manager. Their email responsiveness was much better than other dealerships. Arriving on site I dealt with Preston Powers, since Donald was off for the day. Preston was very professional, and the negotiating, sale experience was top notch. My two biggest complaints which one was of no fault of the dealership was because the sale being a dealer trade, the partner dealer was making things more difficult for the trade. Hendrick's staff stepped up to the plate to make sure the truck was "ours". The second complaint was the lack of communication, and the effort I had to take on my part to find out what was going on during this process. As they say, you find out someone's character in times of adversity, and this experience taught me that Hendrick's Chevrolet cares about the image it presents to its customers. They will admit when they are wrong, and will go the extra mile to prevent further issues. We go to pick up the truck tomorrow, and withholding any outstanding issues, I recommend you come do business with these folks

I called regarding a car listed on line and spoke to James Barnes who invited us to come down and see what was available. A Cruze was what my brother wanted but was only able to pay so much a month. Mr. Barnes helped us through rebates, etc., and any special pricing we could receive to get a payment that my brother could afford. Purchased a new 2013 Corvette on USAA Buying service. Sales Manager, Howard and Salesman Don were great to work with. They beat the USAA target price by a large margin and found a better interest rate than I had from USAA. This was one of the easiest new car purchases I have ever experienced. My husband and I have been looking into purchasing a second vehicle for the past couple months. We were considering a Chevy Silverado that was a couple years old with low mileage, and we found one that fit all of our criteria at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. My husband was going through the process to test drive the truck for 24 hours when we ran into the worst customer service we've ever experienced. Mike Duvall told my husband it "didn't look like" he was going to be able to afford the truck and there was no point of going forward. This judgement was made without running his credit, and without any information about our financial background. When I confronted Mike about wrongfully passing judgements on someone based on their age or looks he informed me that he actually made the judgement based on his job. My husband is active duty in the United States Navy, so I think it's understandable why this upset me so much. To openly pass judgement based on the fact that someone is working hard and serving his country is deplorable. What makes the situation even more frustarting is the fact that our savings alone could have covered a big chunk of the price of truck. Aside from that we are 100% sure we were able to afford this vehicle & be approved for a loan because and we'd previously been approved for a loan worth much more than the cost of the truck. Unfortunately for Rick Hendrick Chevrolet, because of Mike Duvall's unprofessionalism, and disrespectful remarks, they will NEVER get a dime from us.

1997 bought my first Colonial Chevrolet (Now Rick Hendrick) new car) Elbert was my sales person then as now. Totaled the Tahoe in Georgia and due to its safety features it saved my wife and my lives. Flew back into Newport News and Elbert was there to pick us up with another new Tahoe. We are now about 4 purchases later and due to the service we get from Elbert and the rest of the staff in the sales department I makes it hard to go elsewhere when we need another vehicle. Right now my family has 5 Rick Hendrick vehicles. You guys are the best!

Basically they ruined and tarnished the experience of buying my first car by selling me a lemon. Only 24hrs after having my car it completely died and i had to get a new alternator plus my windows didnt work. Three days later and i was back once again so they could fix some cord. One week later i was there again to have something fixed. Now here i am only a little over a month of having my car and its back there again. This time its for a blown head gasket. I went up there to show them the head gasket and how my car was overheating but they treated me like i didnt know what i was talking about. They have had my car for a week and 2 days and not ONCE has anyone contacted me on their own to let me know the status of my car. I was told by the manager my car would be ready today 06/26/2012 but now told its still wont be ready. All the staff continously gave me the run around every time i called. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I hope once i get my car back i never have to deal with them again!

When I bought my truck there new in 06 the service was good and I had the same service advisor for a few years, he was great friendly and helpful. The past couple years they keep getting new advisors and every time I get a new one the service gets worse. As of yesterday the current advisor couldn't even find record of a repair they made on my truck when I called to say the same problem has resurfaced again and they want to charge me a hundred dollar diagnostic to find the same problem they supposedly already fixed

Roman was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly sales representative I have ever had the privilege of working with. I do not mean this in terms of car sales, but any type of sales. We shopped several Chevy dealerships in the HR area and just wasn't overwhelmed by the customer service. Until we got to Colonial. We initiated our sale through their Internet Sales division and even though we weren't face to face for the majority of our deal, their entire team surpassed my expectations. Everything they promised they followed through with! We scheduled a day to come in and buy our 2012 Avalanche and were delighted to walk up and see it waiting for us in front of the dealership, prepped and ready to be ours! Mickey made everything so easy up front and Don, our salesman completed the paperwork expediently and professionally. I just can't say enough good things about this entire group. They may not offer "free car washes" or "manicures" but they do offer integrity and that, by far, is more important than the so called "freebies" that the other dealerships offer that inevitably show up on your bottom line anyhow. I highly recommend the entire Colonial Chevrolet team!

First off, me and my wife were shopping on line for a 2011 Chevy Traverse.A sales rep. told me during our phone conversation that if I came in that night to look at this vehicle that he would sale this car for this certain price. Guess what, got interested in it and showed up, Sale manager would not sale for that price and stated he did not authorized that sales rep. to give me those figures and that he just said that to get you in here.. ok, so they got me on this one and switched me to a different salesman..Second...Sales Rep. number two Steve Meade.Steve had turned us onto another Traverse a 2009 with less miles and supposedly had all the options that we were looking for. I ask Steve during our conversation there at the dealer about the option, did it have onstar? he said yes, did it have bluetooth capability? he said yes, did it have xm radio? he said yes.. so in the end, the price of the car was ok, they could have been better on the figures, but hey, me and my wife decided to buy it. We left the dealership late that night, so the next day i spent an hour and a half trying to pair my wifes phone with the bluetooth that Steve said came with this vehicle. To make this short and sweet, the phone would not pair, spoke with Steve on the phone and during a visit to the dealer, and basically told me that this car we brought is NOT equipped with bluetooth and that he never said that it had it and tried to make me out to be a lier. Even the sales manager did not want to hear it and just brushed it off. So in the end we brought a car that is not Equipped with what the salesman (Steve) said it had, and they don't care to get this matter resolved. I could go on, but I have a car payment now for something we don't have.Just wanted to touch bases on a couple things. Its been a frustrating and disturbing buying experience.. With the economy the way it is, everyone wants what they paid for, especially when you pay over 21,000 dollar for a vehicle.Its got me thinking maybe I should have brought a FORD..

It was time for a new Suburban and I came to Colonial because of my past dealings with there service department. I know that sounds a little funny but thanks for all the help with my 2 older Chevy's! Upon entering Colonial Cheverolet Kenny Anderson and Adam Shoshan managed to work out a fantastic deal on our new 2012 Chevy Cruze and if it wasn't for the initiative they took and them going out of their way to make me the customer happy i would have probably went somewhere else. I took a long time to decide where I was going to buy a 2011 Suburban, looking at remaining inventory, proximity to my house and how the Dealership treated me. I made an initial internet inquiry and got a few phone calls, then visited the dealership. I made several trips and one of the above people always kept in touch with me, but without a lot of pressure. I think I got a very fair price and didn't have to go back and forth with management to get it. The car looks great and I don't feel like I was put through the wringer. Highly recommended.

The dealer, Mr. Kenny Anderson was a very professional and friendly. He let me tell him what i wanted instead of trying to push me into a car i didnt want and when we were going over the figures and i was going back and forth he didnt try to pressure me he let me decide without any extra pressure. I would gladly recommend him and go back to him for another vehicle in the future.

My wife and I purchased a 2011 Suburban on 10/11/11 from Colonial Chevrolet. Don Smith was our salesman and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. We traded in a 2004 Suburban. Usually the trade in process is the worst part of the deal as most places low ball you so badly. They made a fair and reasonable offer for the trade and had the lowest price, in a 250 mile radius, on the vehicle we wanted. They just earned a customer for life!

Great experience! My neighbor recommended this Dealership, and I am glad I took his advice. The staff was very professional and actually took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. I choose the 2011 Silverado LTZ. I was looking for all the bells, buttons, and whistles and they helped me find it. Steve Meade was a very well informed salesman. Although I had planned to leave the lot with the exact vehicle he showcased, he took the time to enlighten me on a few more features about the vehicle that I didn't even know about. That was a very welcomed gesture. Uncommon in this area. Some Dealers just want to shotgun you with a lot of "flowery" info, take your money, and then rush you out the door as they wait to pounce on the next victim. Not at Colonial!!! These guys actually made shopping for a new car (in these type of economy) enjoyable once again. If the time comes for me to trade in the vehicle I just purchased, I will most assuredly select Colonial once again.

I had a trade-in with negative equity, so going in I knew that my situation was a bit difficult, but they were up for the challenge. Fortunately, we were able to come to a deal! Mr. Powers true professional, very knowledgeble and understanding of what I wanted.Paint protection looks great, but still have an issue with a scape on inside of driver's door handle that the protection was not able to cover.Have in the past and will in the future deal with your dealership and recommend to family and friends.

Best buying experience I ever had with a car car salesman and car dealership. No pressure or arm twisting. I went in knowing what I wanted. Talked to Angela as the internet contact. When I arrived I met Tom Jones. Very friendly and not at all the typical car salesman (this meant as a compliment). They had the car I wanted located and I was able to pick it up 2 days later. In and out in 2 hours. Would highly recommend Colonial to any one. Ask for Tom, he is great. It also pays to research ahead of shopping.

I called Mickey Yerigan to get a quote on a 2011 Suburban LTZ 4x4. Mickey was in sales meetings and ask Preston to contact me which Preston did. I told Preston exactly what color exterior and interior along with what packages I wanted. The vehicle was located in the Washington D.C. area. Colonial Chevrolets price was $1900.00 dollars less than other local dealers best price.The dealership that had this vehicle failed to tell Mickey and Preston that the vehicle had 3000 miles on it. When colonial realized this they informed me they had located another vehicle with only a couple miles on it and for the same price, as we had already signed the agreement on the original Suburban Mickey assured us the price would be the same. When we arrived to pick up our new vehicle we had to sign papers with the correct VIN. It was at this time that Colonial Gave us $500.00 for our inconvenience. The inconveniece was minimal as the vehicle arrived as originally promised.The only inconvenience was that we had to provide our bank and insurance company with the corrected VIN and sign a new sales contract at the dealership.This was when we met with James to sign the new contract he had us in and out of the finance office rather quickly. Great deal, great price, outstanding honest people to deal with!
