Purchased a 2005 Honda Accord and was very pleased with the buying experience. Within the first 30 days I had an issue with front stabilizer bar links and stuck front brake rotor. I live quite a distance from them so had the work done locally and submitted bill for 50% split. REO offers 50/50 split of repairs in the first 30 days or 1,000 miles, but require the work to be done at their shop. They understood my predicament and honored their warranty! I recommend them highly.

Bought a salvage truck from them. A few days after purchase noticed a couple of issues. Within days they were fixed, and a couple of additional repairs not identified were made as well. Overall very happy with purchase.

Bought a truck in three weeks the chek enging light came on they promissed on fixing it when i talked to them on the phone. I took the truck and they never had time i kept waiting and they never had time i went to other shop. Never go there in my life.

The same month I bought my SUV I had to bring it back for issues in the suspension and motor. A month later the engine started making a really loud noise and told me I had to pay $80 for them to inspect the vehicle on top what they wanted to charge me to fix the problem. The truck was still under the 1000 mile warranty. NEVER AGAIN I WOULD BUY A VEHICLE OR RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO BUY A VEHICLE AT REO MOTORS. SHOULD OF LISTEN TO ONE OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAD A Timing belt issue the same week he bought the car.

I brought a 2006 Toyota Solara sle v6 from Reo Motors...in buying the car I had my doubts about the trustworthiness of Reo motors, would they stand behind their words and warranty the car after I had it for a month....I took the car to the toyota dealer they did a standard check of the car for a $100.00 not a thorough check, that would had cost me more to have done.. Toyota, said the car checked out a few weeks later after I purchase the car a lot of lights came on in the dash board I took the car & had Toyota, check it out again. I had some very serious damage, a part that had a hair line fracture ,that would had cost me a lot of money... I contacted Reo Motors, they took care of the car & it has been running very good! Thank,You Reo Motors for your outstanding service!

I had been looking for a new car for a while, and one thing you learn about shopping for new cars is It's IMPOSSIBLE to get Financing anywhere! All of these dealers on 27th street & the Milwaukee area like to beat around the bush and waste my time, but I did hit some luck when I came into Reo. I worked with a man named Dan and he got me financed and got me my new set of wheels, which I am really pleased with. I haven't had any problems yet (the car is only like two weeks old) but when and if those problems come up I'll be giving Reo a call cause I know I'll get what I need from there. Would recommend to those in the market for used cars.

I purchased a truck from Reo Motors at the time of purchase they offer a 30 day or 1,000 mile which ever comes first warranty. The warranty that they provide they don't honor it. I started to have problems out of my truck the day after I purchased it. I contacted Reo Motors to tell them about the problem and to make an appointment to have my truck looked at. I took my truck to them to have the problems repaired. My truck was at the shop for almost a week and when I went to pick it up all of the repairs weren't repaired and I was not told that I needed to bring it back. When I called to talk to the owner about my truck being with them for almost a week and all of the repairs not being fixed he was never there to speak to and he never returned my calls back. I spoke to one of the numerous receptionist about the problems she wanted me to bring in my truck to have the same repairs that weren't completed in the first place after the 30 day warranty had expired. till this day I haven't spoken to the owner and my truck still isn't fixed. Reo motors is a sleazy dealership. They have vehicles on their lot that are for sale with known problems that they aren't willing to fix after you've purchased the vehicle. I will never purchase a vehicle from them ever again and I would never recommend anyone else to do business with them either.

When it comes to car repair, taking it to a place you trust is extremely important. With reomotors, I have got the job done promtly and amazingly the cost was pretty affordable. It is impressive how accurate and fast they were! and not only that, their friendly staff made my experience with them a real win! Don't hesitate, go visit them, you will be amazed!

Recently I needed to sell my 2002 Chevy Blazer SUV and I was having a very difficult time selling it by myself. After not having much luck selling it on my own, I decided to contact a few different used car companies. After meeting with a few establishments that really did not impress or appeal to me at all, I finally found Reo Motors. When I first called them they were very honest with me and told me exactly what I needed to do to sell my car. They didn't try to force me into anything and I didn't feel like I was being rushed or pressured at all. I was given a reasonable quote over the phone and when I finally came down to their lot, they came right out to my car and went over all the details with me step by step. They took their time with me and made me feel like was an important customer. The cash offer they made me on my truck was very reasonable and they gave me cash right on the spot! The whole process could not have been easier, and the majority of the time I spent there was spent just chatting with the guys on the lot. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and they all made me feel very welcome and appreciated. I know that selling a car can be a difficult and stressful thing to take care of, but the guys here make it simple and fun. I never thought I'd be able to sell my truck for cash on the same day, and I never thought it would have been as easy as it was. I will definitely do business with them!!

We traveled from Joliet, IL because we found an amazing deal on a Toyota Camry. It was still under warranty from Toyota and they also provided their own warranty on the car which made me feel more comfortable traveling for this car. They provided very detailed information about the vehicle over the phone and via Email. They were very friendly and even provided transportation from Amtrak to their dealership. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love. They gave me an amazing deal and could not be more satisfied with them. They truly know how to attract customers from far away with great reliable cars priced very well!

I financed a car from Reo motors a couple of years ago. My first impression was these are nice helpful people until I gave them my money and left with the vehicle. A couple of days later several lights started to pop on so I took the vehicle back to be checked out. The dealer fixed the lights and then more problems started to arise a couple of months later, my vehicle had got to the point where it wouldnt even start and when i notified them about it they totally gave me the runaround. The secretary was very rude and they played little childish games on the phone, I eventuall went to the dealership and my car was toed to the shop to be checked out. When I received my vehicle back it still wasn't fixed and, I found several items missing including my GPS and all of my change. I notified the owner and he did nothing about the situation. I actually got an attorney and notified the BBB about the situation and, they finally fixed my vehicle.

Bought a 2001 Eclipse GT from here about a year ago. SES light came on on the way home. Fixed it myself which was another $50. Speakers looked to have been ripped out up front. (Like it was stolen at one point). Bought new ones to have some sound. Now I have huge engine knock and am paying off quick to junk the vehicle. Have a hunch to oil pump is going and is around $220 for the part, but with labor is well into $1500 due to engine having to be disassembled to fix. What joke. Not buying from again and not recommending.

Very easy to deal with! The sale person Juan was easy to deal with especially when it came to the bottom line price of the vehicle and the only thing he should of done was go threw the vehicle with me but over all a very good buying experience and would go back there again !!

I travelled by train 3 hours away from REO motors on a Saturday. The train was 2 hours late so I didn't get into Milwaukee until 30 minutes after dealership closed. They stayed open and picked me up at the train station to make sure I was taken care of. The salesman Javier did great job with handling all the paperwork and having it all ready when I arrived.

I was interested in the Audi a4 that you have, but I was looking at the pictures and the cars are about 2 centimeters away from each other. That is not what people want to see! How do customers know that the people who parked them did not bump into the other cars, or open their door into the next one? They don't. Either cut down on the amount of cars, or find a bigger parking lot.

I arrived at the dealership, after my dad fell while crossing 27th street. Very scary to have my dad fall in traffic. Don't park on the busy street. After getting first aid for cuts and bruising, we looked for the truck we wanted to see, drive and buy, the salesman I had been in contact with for a week, said the truck was at the Nissan dealership and could not be seen until later, he knew I was coming this day and time. I have not heard back from the salesman and suspect the truck was a lost leader, and does not exist.. In all my years, we may have greater success and favor with honesty, it's your choice folks...

I had just had a rather unpleasant car shopping experience a few days before I came to Reo Motors where the salesman was high pressure and not really listening to what I was saying. I was instantly impressed when I came to Reo. After looking at a few vehicles online, I went to check them out. I talked to Juan and he set me up with the test drives. The cars I was interested in we're actually at the other dealership so I just expected to drive down the road myself, but to my surprise Juan drove us down there himself which was great because I was able to ask him questions about the cars beforehand. He let us try out all 4 cars I was interested in and had them all lined up so I could go straight to the next one and not have to wait. When I decided on a car I was interested in we settled on a price and he took care of everything. The deal on the car was EXTREMELY competitive compared to similar cars. I can't state enough how important it was to have a salesman who listened to me and was not high-pressure like most dealers. That's what sold me on the car. Reo, I can't say enough how happy this car buying experience was for me! You definitely have a repeat customer with me!

We had high hopes and drove from Madison to check out two cars at Reo Motors in Milwaukee. We were first met with zero customer service. The guy was on the phone and just asked our name and handed up keys. He didnt tell us anything about the cars except when we asked about the weather stripping on the car window he said they always pop out, they do that on his parents Jeep. And that it never leaks...right. The two cars we checked out were a 2002 Jeep and Pathfinder. The cars smelled terrible. The Pathfinder reeked of wet dog it was so offensive we could not even test drive it. The Jeep was not detailed inside. Dust and dirt on the dash and loose screws in the cup holder - not sure what those were for. On the test drive the car barely started and the alignment was off - steering wheel facing right when we were driving forward. I never write reviews but I could not let people go there without fair warning...

Came in to inquire about a car then immediately got asked how I would pay for it, I said financing and instantly made me fill out the application without even showing me the car. Filled out the application and that was it, they said they would give me a call. Next day I go back looking to actually inspect and test drive the car well that did not happen instead they sit me down and go over the paperwork with me ready for it to be processed by the bank in order to complete the purchase (keep in mind they haven't even showed me the car or even asked me if I wanted to test drive it) I've heard of people being pressured but never on this level. Unbelievable.

I have bought a vehicle from Reo Motors and both my children drive in these vehicles. The vehicles I bought had absolutely no issues and in fact the Oil was changed and ready to go another 3K miles. I keep going back to REO because they have something for everyone. Overall, nice dealership and because they are not a huge NEW car dealership they can tend to your shopping needs more efficiently.
