Sales professional Matt Temple is top notch. Made pricing out a new vehicle super simple, wasn't pushy and was straight to the point. I didn't purchase a new vehicle, but if I purchase a new Subaru in the future I wouldn't hesitate to visit this Reedman Toll location.

A friend of mine found a car at Reedman - Toll Exton. She told the sales rep she was interested, and would come in late morning. The sales person told her a second person was also interested, informed her additional work had to be done on it, so the price was increased slightly, & if she was interested that was the price. She agreed to the price & was told that the car was hers & not to come in before 2 in the afternoon when the work would be finished. When leaving to pick up the car, she received a phone call from the salesperson stating it was sold. She spoke to a manager & they told her they would make up for it & get her a car. They contacted her to let her know they had a car, same model but the mileage & price were higher. I'm not sure what type of business this is, but it is not a place that has the customer in mind. My husband and I bought two Impreza Sports recently. We have been extremely happy with Steve Moffa and his staff. They are attentive, and went over and above to make purchasing a vehicle a great experience! We also had both cars in for routine service and Joel, Dominic, and other service staff were great with follow up. We've been impressed with their attention to detail, and will return to Reedman Toll for future car purchases.

Got loaner car Subaru Exton Reedman toll and the car was filthy, dirty seats and carpet. No sanitizer or wipes available to clean door handles. At they should clean the cars between customer sanitizing to prevent if any exposure to Covid no matter how we are vaccinated still they should provide good customer service. I’n addition they want us to fill the gas tank even I put gas before dropping off, drove from work, and ask me to tip off the gas or will charge $50. Don’t plan to loan car from Subaru if cleanliness is not priority.
