It took a little over 2 hours to have an oil change and tire rotation done. Ridiculous! Employees are rude too. As far as facilities, it's a nice place, i would just never come here again!

Our salesman LT Schoonover made the entire process of purchasing a vehicle a pleasure. LT did all he could to make us feel safe and secure in the transaction, in spite of the fact that we were 150 miles away from Ramey Ford in Princeton, WVA, and had never seen the vehicle we were looking to buy, except for the internet listing. But LT made the process work, first and foremost because he didn't play the games that other car salesmen play, and he did everything he could (and more) to alleviate our concerns and show us and tell us all he could about the car. And that gave us the confidence to purchase a vehicle that we had never seen, nor driven, in person. LT's candor and cards-on-the-table professionalism is the only reason we are now driving the car of our dreams. I encourage anyone looking for a fair deal on a fine vehicle, and wishes for a sales experience without all the razzmatazz that usually accompanies car shopping, to call Ramey Ford, and ask to speak to LT. I don't know what LT's initials stand for, but the Ford Edge he put us in is surely "Luxurious Transportation", and is everything he said it was. Amillionthanx!!!

I bought a pre-owned 2015 Corvette from LT online and could not be happier with the entire process. I took a very long time in making up my mind, but LT was always patient, courteous and returned every phone call or text immediately. The car was in terrific condition and was exactly as he had described and presented it. I drove a few hundred miles to pick it up and was concerned that I might be disappointed. I was very pleased to find them very honest, straightforward and efficient. I was back on my way home in my new car in a couple of hours. Our recent car buying experience at Ramey Ford , facilitated by Internet sales manager , LT Schoonover, was the best car buying experience we've had. We were able to close the deal, including trade-in, in less than an how via phone. Ramey's courteous and efficient drivers delivered the new car at our door step and collected our trade-in . The physical distance of 2.3 hours from the dealership to our house was not a factor as the team at Ramey literally went the extra mile to put our deal together.

My wife and I have dealt with Ramey Ford since February of 2014 when we bought our first Ford. We were expertly served by RC Fiery then who got us into a 2013 Explorer. Since then I have made our routine service visits to the Service Department and Kathy has done nothing but take the absolute best care of us. Last week my wife and I came back to buy her a newer car and yet again we were able to Do the Deal with RC! Awesome service and sale yet again! We look forward to many years of continued service with RC and Ramey Ford!

Took our Ford Focus in for routine service at Ramey's on Bluefield Princeton Rd. We could not have asked for better service. The car was ready when promised with everything done awaiting payment. We even had a question about what we thought was a brake problem. The service person at the window was aware of the problem with this particular model and described exactly what was going on. She also assured us we could get it repaired anytime at our convenience. We have purchased three vehicles at this location all from the same sales person ( Toby ) and have always had a wonderful experience. The finance manager is also great. We highly recommend this location to everyone!

I had stopped to look at purchasing a 1 year old F-150 with limited miles. Danny Murphy was great to show me what they had, but also mentioned that it may be better to buy a new vehicle in light of the incentives Ford had in rebates. Am so glad he educated me on that. Buying used would have been a mistake in my situation. Danny helped find vehicles with the trim package I desired, and helped in negotiating with the sales manager. Recognizing I had done a lot of research, I was able to buy at invoice plus get the rebates.

These guys are great! I bought this Jeep sight unseen and they took all the pictures I requested. They gave me the Jeep at a good price and they delivered it the next day for free! I took my 2013 Explorer to the service department for brake repairs. I did not call ahead for an appointment. Upon entering the department I was greeted quickly and kindly by all three service representatives. The repairs were completed in less time than I expected due to the volume of customers that were present when I arrived. The service representatives were very helpful in getting discounts that were available at the time to reduce the cost of the repairs. I am completely satisfied with this and past experiences at this dealership. I also purchased a new 150 Ford pickup at this dealership. Both the Explorer and Pickup are serviced at this dealership. I have never experienced any problems. Thanks to Gary and the service representatives.

These people were nice until they had my money then it turned into a xxxx show. Being made to wait for anyone to even talk to me. The car was missing parts and they didnt deny knowing that once i noticed it. I just purchased a 2008 Ford F450 from this dealer. LT Schoonover was very helpful, went out of his way to ensure that everything I was looking for and needed I got. Above all of that, the dealership in itself went above and beyond by shipping my truck to me down in Jacksonville, NC the same night that all the paperwork was completed and within 5 hours I was in possession of my vehicle and have never stepped foot in the door of the dealership. Nothing makes me happier than good customer service. Ramey Ford and the representatives there are all over the top professionals and not sharks like you find at other dealerships. I have already pushed the name and contact information of this dealership and LT himself to a couple of my friends and a couple strangers who are looking for vehicles like mine. TOOK MY ESCAPE IN FOR REPAIR , PICKED IT UP SAID ALL FIXED, AND THEY SAID FIXED A COUPLE THINGS AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THEM,WEEK LATER RADIATOR HOSE BUSTED CALLED THEM TO COME PICK UP AND FIX,SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GET IT OVER THERE MYSELF THEY COULD'T COME GET, I TOOK OFF MOTOR COVER TO SEE WHERE LEAK WAS ACTUALLY AT AND FOUND OUT WHAT THEY FIXED AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR ,STRIPPED OUT BOLT FOR COIL PACK,BROKE BOLT OFF ON PLASTIC SPOILER UNDERNEATH AND BROKE OFF BOLT ON EXHAUST, AND NONE OF THOSE IS WHAT IT WAS BE SERVICED FOR, AND TO TOP IT OFF NOW MY 4WD WILL NOT WORK

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ramey Ford of Princeton and could not be more pleased with the experience. I worked, via phone, text, and email, with Nathan Branch in sales and Charlie (sorry I don't recall his last name) in finance, who both went above and beyond any other car buying experience I have ever had - and my husband and I like to trade, so we've had A LOT of dealings with car salesman in the past. I found my new ride online and LITERALLY did not physically see it until after the purchase. Nathan sent me multiple photos of the car, making sure he pointed out any imperfections (which were extremely few because I truly believe they only sell the best of the best). When my main concern was leg room in the rear seat, Nathan even took the time to FaceTime with me, so I could see the car with him sitting in the rear. During that call, he also showed me how several of the options available worked on the car. After squaring away the deal with Charlie, Ramey Ford DELIVERED my new car to me in TN with a full tank of gas!! It was spotless inside and out when it arrived (with exception of the bugs from the drive over on the exterior). You can tell Ramey believes in customer service and installs that belief in their employees. This is the 3rd vehicle we have gotten from them in the past 3 years, and the experience just keeps getting better.

i have bought a motorcycle and three cars, and out of all of those transactions working with Ramey Ford was the best! I spoke Lt the most, and he helped me a guy who lives in another state buy the car of his dreams. Not only did they work with myself and the bank to stay in my range for monthly car payments, but they also same day delivered the vehicle to my door. Even after the checks were signed and they had my money they still called and asked me how I was enjoying the vehicle and asking if there was anything they could do for me. They truly went the extra mile in my eyes, and their customer service leaves all other dealerships I have ever worked with looking subservient and inadequate. I feel they truly care more about helping people out than making a sale. If I wokeup tommorrow looking to buy another vehicle I would check thier inventory before looking elsewhere, because they are peerless in service and delivery.

I purchased my 2013 Ford Fiesta on April 5, 2014it had 28000 miles. Terry Freeman was Sales Rep. These cars have a recall in the automatic 6 speed transmission because the seals and clutches are defective. I took my car to my local dealer to have the warranty work done and they informed me that my car had been wrecked, and needed a cross member and some parts for the transmission case. I was not told of any prior accidents in this car. I contacted my personal insurance company and informed them of the needed work and they did a carfax report and it didn't show any accidents in the history of the car. This accident was unreported and therefore was not covered by my policy because I was not involved in an accident. I took my car back to Ramey and was going to let them do the warranty work since I bought the car there and they wouldn't do any of the work. I was told to take it to my local dealer to have the warranty work done. Talk about not standing by the product you sell or being loyal to your customers. I have written emails to Ramey and got no reply. It is costing me $1342.00 out of pocket. Makes you wonder if being dishonest and losing a lifetime customer and everyone else in their families business is worth $1342.00. Needless to say I won`t do business with Ramey Motors or any of their affiliates again and neither will my family.

Ramey was able to lower my payments and trade in my old car! I have twin babies on the way and saving every dollar is important! I moved up in model years, down in miles, up in warranty and UP IN CUSTOMER SERVICE while getting a family friendly SUV for my new babies! My grandparents went to Ramey to trade their loaded 2013 Taurus with 8k miles in on a Lincoln MKS. The dealer told them he would pay the Taurus' loan off for the trade. My 80 year old grandparents thought it was a good deal even though it was half the trade in value from kbb (they didn't know). I was furious he took them that bad. Well, the day after my dad goes over there and finds out he didn't pay the car off, just the old loan. He moved the loan value to the new car's loan so he essentially got the car for free. They got nothing for that car and didn't know better even though they were close to paying it off. While my dad was explaining that they didn't know that was the case, the dealer begins to laugh with his other dealers and tell him "they signed the papers, it's done. If he thinks he screwed him it's because he did." My dad was furious because he knows my wife and I are young, she's pregnant, and we could have bought that car. After my dad started expressing this, he asked David Sluss what he would take for the car they traded right now. Sluss said "I don't want to sell this car to you with the way you act." This was the gm of the dealership that said this. Please do not ever buy a car from them. They took advantage of my grandpa on Veterans Day after my grandpa has been disabled since the Korean War. They won't get my money for the new fusion I was buying this month that's for sure.

I called for an appt, for it felt like my low 4 wheel drive button, never released....explained my whole problem.....the guy later comes out and says I need bearings really bad in left front wheel....I ask to speak to the mechanic, and the guy never told the mechanic my problem, but said it had noise and vibration, I never said this.....I asked the guy why he didn't write down what I really said, he said...I dont' know.....I'm beyond pissed now......then the mechanic says my bearing is not bad yet, the complete opposite of what the guy told me.....talk about getting ripped off, and over a year ago, I paid $3,800.00 for a new transmission, which now I"m not sure I needed......if I find out I was ripped off again for money, will be a lawsuit.....boy Andy Clark has gone downhill, no integrity.....
