The people working here are great - knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in for a specific car and the gentleman helping me was knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was shopping for. The buying process was very easy and straightforward. I never felt any pressure to buy or anything like that. For me, it was the people that made the experience what it was.

I purchased a 2012 BMW X3 M – sport from Raleigh Auto on August 12,2021 to use for work. On August 14, 2021, I noticed the SUV wasn’t running properly. I decided to wait several more days before taking it to the mechanic. On August 19, 2021, I decided to take the SUV to a mechanic. I discovered that the X3 M – sports need an AGM battery to run properly. The cost would be $200 plus 90 for installation and registration. I also found the cause of the main issue with the X3 was a damaged valve cover which was causing several issues with the vehicle. Parts and labor would be $1300.00 to replace valve cover. I decided to reach out to Lloyd at approximately 11am to explain my concerns regarding the issues I was having. Lloyd said he would have his mechanic to contact me that day (August 19, 2021). Never heard back from Lloyd nor his mechanic. The pre-purchase customer service with Raleigh Auto was good - 7 out 10. At this time, I can’t recommend any of their cars. I understand the risk of purchasing a used car but at the same time I expected better quality – not having to spend over $1800.00 within the first week.

OMGoodness, this is a true old fashioned family run business. Dad, Mom, Son and Daughter. All so very nice. Not at all the used car sales stereotype. Bought a car for our son and couldn't be happier. Thanks :)

Please allow me to be the one to inform you that this local dealer is the only one I can trust when making such an important desicion, like buying or selling a vehicle. These people are passionate about what they do. Don't be afraid to ask questions. They really know their stuff! I was offered more for my vehicle here than anywhere else. They also made the process extremely easy for me!
