I was extremely happy with every part of buying my car. Frank was fantastic as well as the rest of his staff I was on and out in 2 hours and they walked me through the entire car to make sure I knew how to work everything. This review is long overdue. I signed my first lease through Quirk Kia of Braintree with Ali in 2018 and have since signed my second lease with him! Ali is thorough, accommodating, and always patient with my endless questions! He really took the stress out of the car leasing process for me and was very helpful even after close of the sale. Ali has been diligent and accessible to guide me through any questions or concerns I’ve had over the past 3 years, which is not easy to come by. What a great experience I had with the dealership and Jerry who helped me out with the process. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and they had the car that I was looking for. They gladly worked with me through phone calls and emails allowing me to complete the whole process without even have to come down to the dealership. I was a bit of a tough cookie but they were able to get me the pricing I was looking for both on my trade in and the new vehicle. They even quickly shipped some accessories I decided to add on last minute onto the car directly to my home that they didn't have in stock at the time so I didn't have to drive back down there to receive them. Nice finishing touch they had someone walk me through all the features and tech in the car. You need to check these guys out!

The manager in Quirk Kia in Braintree (his name is Justin) called me couple times and told ld me that there was a great deal for kia optima lease.I went to the office. He introduced me another sales manager. He was very rude. Did not want to work with the customer. Gave me almost double price that I was told before in this office.Did not let me finish my words and said: "You have a good day gus" He literally kicked us out of the office.Don't yrust them. They tell you one thing on the phone but another then ng in the office.

Just had the worst customer experience of my life at Quirk Kia. I went in looking to buy a used car. I was considering trading in my vehicle and buying either one or two used cars (a large investment on my behalf.) I was immediately approached by a salesman named Ali Tubaishat. From the very beginning it was the typical used car dealer experience I was expecting. He was very pushy, trying to get me to say I would commit to buying a car today. We looked at two cars, then he brought me inside and started to wheel and deal with the managers. After being there for a total of an hour and 1/2, Ali and his managers had me tentatively interested in a $21,000 financed deal for a used car with 60,000 miles. However, I stressed the whole time that I wanted to think about it and potentially look around since this was the very first hour I had even started looking at cars.When Ali started to check my credit he began a conversation about what would happen next (we would switch the plates, call my insurance) and I stopped him and said, "I'm not agreeing to buying this car yet."Ali immediately said "what the xxxx are we doing here then?" And I was totally taken off guard and said "Forget it, I don't want to buy a car from you if you are going to treat me like that"He stood up, ripped the paperwork up in my face and walked across the dealership to get my keys swearing at me in front of all of the other customers and coworkers.It was a humiliating and wildly inappropriate situation. When I left the general sales manager was still trying to sell me a car. I was flustered and wanted to just leave. About 15 minutes later the entire situation started to sink in and I called to complain about the incident to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.The person who answered the phone in the sales room pretended to listen to my concern and then said "oh ok, I'll fire Ali and you can come get two cars." Then hung up. It was clearly Ali again.The whole situation made me very uncomfortable and is completely inappropriate. No one forced me to go to Quirk Kia, I was genuinely interested in purchasing vehicles. They had no right to treat me the way I was treated.Beware for sure!

We drove 2 hours from western ma to purchase my new 2017 Kia Sportage . From the initial internet contact to the follow up satisfaction call this was a great experience . My sales person Frank Burns was outstanding . I was clear about my vehicle needs and he showed me exactly what I asked for . Frank didn't try to upsell or show me something I wasn't interested in . It was clear we had made this trip to buy a vehicle and Frank Burns made that happen . I drove away with my brand new SUV and I could not be happier . A better Ins. Co. is a ripoff. I was referred to him by Bernadin at Quirk Kia. I got ripped off for 100.00. A better ins co. specifically Patrick at 508 202 7178. I have tried to call Patrick numerous times and he will not answer the phone. He can keep the 100.00 even though I could use the money as I just returned to work after beating cancer. He lied about the payments I would be making on my Ins. He calls me 2 days after taking out the 100.00 service charge and tells me a completely different Ins. rate. DO NOT DO ANY Ins. business with Quirk in Braintree or a better ins. co. !!!!

I have to admit, I have had no problems with their service the last couple of years. They are professionals, they know what they are doing. I expect any and all problems to be corrected the first time and they are fixed. Although, I had a corvette that had a roof leak. New triple black 2003. They left the contract open on the repairs. It actually only showed me being there once, when I was there 8 times for the same problem. That was then this is now!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.Obviously they suck you in with these amazing lease deals. I go in last Monday sign a lease for 2016 Optima. Drive it for two days and my ears starting ringing. I call Sales speak to John (don't go to him) (he's only been there for a month) and he tells me if the problem is not resolved I can get my down payment back as long as it's within 45 days. I had this car for 5 days, was not offered a rental car (apparently you have to ask) when I did ask they said they had none available. Now they're waiting for parts that could take a few days to get in. I call John back in sales asking for my down payment back and that I no longer want the car and he tells me I'd have to come in the next day to speak with a sales manager (Matt). John also informed me he would not be getting his $1,000 bonus because I gave him a 3/10 on a survey when it came to time I spent at the dealership (total of 4 hours waiting to drive it off the lot when I forwarded him a copy of the insurance binder that morning at 9AM). Finally, get transferred to Matt (manager) (clearly raising my voice because now I'm without a car and have no rental car to get to work) and he threatens to hang up on me (which he did). Call back 3 times, hung up on all three times. Will be heading there shortly to sort this out in person. Very unprofessional crew here at Quirk.

I would differntly recommend this dealer. As I walked into KIA the sales people were very genuine when they said hello how are you. They didn't jump all over you to sell you a car which I appreciated, nothing worst then a sales person just looking for a sale. My personal salesperson I had was Sean Conway not your regular salesperson he listened to what i wanted , what my price range was .He found me a 2012 Kia Sorent with low mileage , knowing I needed a safe car for me and my son I feel he took great care of finding what I needed. He was easy to talk to, explained everything about the car, and answered every question I had so I would understand the whole buying a car process. The manager Matt Sweeney worked hard not to take advantage of me and gave me the best deal for me . I highly recommend this place. Please ask for Sean Conway ,,,tell him Kim sent you . I love my new KIA .

Quirk Kia in Braintree is amazing. I walked in to get a car with no high hopes and couldn't have picked a better place! Walking in I did not expect that I would leave that day with my Kia Optima. Sean Conway was very clear, upfront, and honest. He was looking out for my best interest, and what I could afford. I was greeted with such friendly people. Matt Sweeney was so helpful finalizing the deal. I have never met such an amazing team! I love my Optima and if you are looking for friendly and honest dealership this is your place. Buying a car is overwhelming and I felt no pressure. Everything was done in a timely manner and nothing was pushed down my throat. I can't say enough about my salesman Sean, he made sure I understood everything throughout the entire process.

This is the 4th KIA I have purchased in the past 2 years from Francisco Flores. I keep coming back to KIA because of Francisco, he always makes sure I get the vehicle I want at a great price. I have purchased KIA's from another Dealer, no names mentioned and found them untruthful and dishonest in their dealings, never again. The only complaint I have is that I haven't in all my dealings I have never received a request for review of my purchase from Quirk. I went to their Website to offer this review, because I feel so highly about my sales person, Francisco, whom I'm sure I'll be seeing him soon for addition purchases. Right now my driveway is full of KIA's (5). Francisco please have them email clients as I'm sure they will be 5 star reviews. I also notice this site only allows one persons name.

after doing a little research I decided I wanted to check out the KIA's. went to the KIA in Braintree and was greeted by Frank Burns one of the salesmen. Instead of Frank shuffling all kinds of information and brochures in my face, he actually took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I was very impressed with his professionalism, product knowledge and most of all understanding. after looking at a few cars I decided on the KIA Soul. This car drives so smooth, easy to handle and most of all in my budget. After the purchase it didn't end there. About 2 weeks after the sale I received a phone call from Frank Burns just asking if I was happy with my purchase he also gave me his cell phone number and told me to call him anytime I have a question or concern.

My car started making sounds some time ago, I know absolutely nothing about cars so I decided to call Quirk Kia to see if I could find some help diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed as soon as possible. I rely on my car to commute for work and school everyday therefore I was a little worried about a dealership taking too much of my time and taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. I talked to Patrick Gallo in Service and had an appointment scheduled for just two hours later. Patrick was a great help and seemed really dedicated to his customers and what he does. I appreciate his timely service and great customer service skills. I'm glad I was able to get my car fixed quickly with his help. If I ever need help with car issues again in the future I'll know Quirk Kia will be the place to go!

I called to get information about a lease special for $29 per month.I spoke with a manager by the name of Mark Otoole that was very rude when i asked him questions about sales tax and fees and later told me i can take my business elsewhere and said I was a caller from another dealership trying to find out there secret and hung up. I guess he was running out of stories to tell me why the lease special was only $29 per month. Later that day i had close friend of mines visit the dealership to only be told lease special is just to get customers in the door and that they never honor what is advertised. Later that day i went to a dealer that was honest and purchased a vehicle. I asked to speak with a general manager about the issue hopingto get an appology but the employees are very defensive and didn't let me talk to the general manager or gave me his name. I will never do business with Quirk!! Beware

I have a 2013 Sorento purchased at a different dealership but this place is closer to my house so I figured I'd try them for service. Never again! I had a lengthy conversation with them to make the appointment and go over everything I needed but when my wife got there at the appointed time it there was no appointment which meant she had to be there much longer than necessary. We needed a "B" service, an inspection sticker and a replacement cap for the power steering fluid. The did the service and the inspection but never put the new inspection sticker on the glass which we just noticed by luck while driving in Vermont a few days later. They ordered the cap for the power steering fluid so my wife went back there today to get the sticker and pick up the cap. They charged her eleven dollars labor for screwing on the cap. Absolutely the most petty experience I have had with any business. It's about the same as screwing the cap on a gatorade bottle. I could have ended up with a ticket for the sticker screw up. Just luck that we noticed it.

My wife and i bought a new Kia Sportage in 2012, Honestly it was a great experience: easy reasonable haggling quick paperwork and financing.If i could give the sales department 6 starts i would! we had the car always serviced there:all the oil changes,all the scheduled maintenance in accordance to the owner's manual book. Since it was my wife's car she usually took it for service,but last time i had to take it in and i will be the last time i am going there! When i arrived they told me to park in the service garage and weight for the next available service rep,which i did but after watching other people who arrived after me get a prompt service while i was "on hold" i came up the front desk to see why was that and they said they forgot about me! just like that!! the they got the manager who didn't even bother to introduce himself simply said that if i don't like the way they do business here i am free to take mine elsewhere!! i was stung! i bought cars from different other dealerships,but by far i have never been treated like that.. i just don't understand why would they treat any customer this way. i said i had an appointment so i would like to have my car serviced there. they took my keys pointed at the chair at the entrance and ask me to weight. 30 minutes later they kicked me out like i was some kind of nuisance who came in to Both them! NEVER AGAIN. I much rather have it serviced at the south shore BMW ,pay what they charge for it and not been treated like dirt!

June 13, 2015, I was car shopping and met John Williamson and of Alix Jean Charles of Quirk Kia in Braintree, MA. I was able to get quick specific answers to my questions in minutes not hours. I was welcomed into the store after traveling 75 miles one way on a Saturday afternoon. The car was ready to drive, they demonstrated all the features and there was NO pressure nor shenanigans like there are with other car dealers. Quirk sales professionals presented options, were able to make a package that suited my needs and provided pricing that is unequaled throughout any Kia dealership in New England and beyond. Almost bought a car from this company, but, thankfully it didn't work out. My daughter was looking for her first new car. I told her to look around at the various manufacturers and find what she wanted while I was on a business trip. She fell in love with the Kia Soul and went to Quirk several times to talk with the salesman about it. We arrived at Quirk at 6:10 PM. I wanted take a quick 5 minute ride in it to make sure it had enough pep to get out of its own way. Satisfied, we went back to Quirk to do the paperwork. They wouldn't do much dealing, but there was a small rebate and low interest financing available as long as the car was purchased in my name. First, I was asked to sign a blank contract. They told me it didn't mean anything. After I insisted they fill in pricing, they finally agreed. They also wanted me to sign a paper stating that I give them permission to turn over my nonpublic information to third parties. They claimed it was so I could get coupons for service, etc., but that's not what the form said. Again, I refused. By now, it was 8:10 and the salesman told me that he had bad news. The car I wanted was across the street in their lot and the attendants went home at 8:00. The salesman knew how much my daughter wanted the car so I asked why he didn't have the car brought over before 8:00. He said he couldn't until certain paperwork was done. I couldn't believe that. If it's a matter of selling a car or not selling a car, I would think there's a way that could be done. So, needless to say, my daughter was very upset. We were headed back to our house to get a document I had forgotten and were going to go back to finish the paperwork when I decided to call a competitor. He said he had the car in stock, so we picked up the document and drove straight there. What a pleasure to do business with this other dealer. We bought the car there, got a better price on a car that had several options, and discovered that Quirk hadn't even given us the best rebate that Kia was offering! If Quirk was the last dealer on Earth, I'd ride a bicycle.

What a sleazy dealership! They'd advertised a lease special for The Kia Optima for $88/mo with zero down. I spoke to the sales lady Tina Gurn several times to ask if there were any other costs and she said dealer acquisition fee and paperwork etc for a total of about $1000. Once I got to the showroom after driving 1.5 hrs I was informed by the sales person that I the 88/mo was only if I was a veteran and I had previously financed through Kia! When I asked him why I wasn't told this in my multiple communication with Tina his response was "Tina's job is to get people to the showroom, she will only answer the questions you ask". Wow!! Do they honestly think they're going to create loyal customers using this approach ? I had bought a Ford Probe from Quirk back in '92 and it had left a bad taste in my mouth, again due to the sleazy sales person. I guess 23 years later, nothing has changed...

I somewhat reluctantly stopped into quirk Kia to check out the possibility of trading in my car. Luckily for me I was introduced to Hichem Boutiba car salesman extraordinaire! Long story short he made a stressful situation( I hate car salesman!) a lot easier to navigate. He was kind, patient , knowledgeable and extremely understanding. My wife just wrote a review, but I had to chime in. It's been six weeks since my wife and I purchased our Kia's from Quirk Kia and we couldn't be happier. She has the 2015 Sorento and I'm driving the 2013 Optima. It was pretty cool seeing our Sorento drive off the showroom floor. My wife lets me drive the Sorento if I behave, LOL.We've made our first car payments and are very appreciative that the payments are manageable! We got great deals on a new and pre-owed Kia's. Thanks to the guys at Quirk Kia, my husband and I both drove our new Kia's off the lot on the same day. My sales associate was Alix and he was very patient with my indecision on pretty much everything from make and model to color! My husband's sale associate was Ed. He knew every 'car question' my husband had. I had no idea what they were talking about, but my husband seemed very happy.My husband and I were pleasantly surprised at the value we received on our trade-ins! We were also super thankful that the sales manager, Matt, stayed an hour after closing time with the office staff to allow us to drive our cars home that Friday. With all the snow, ice, and potholes(!), my front left tire developed a bubble. I stopped by the Quirk Kia and showed them the tire this morning, which did need replaced. I also had to be over in Quincy to lead a meeting this morning. Rich Pearson not only got me a quote for the tire ASAP, but was a able to help me get to my meeting on time. And the car was ready by noon! Thank you!!! :)

I went to Quirk Kia on a Tuesday night - I was exhausted after work and really not in the mood for any kind of high-pressure sales environment. I worked with Frank Burns, and he was consistently helpful and informative without being pushy. I hadn't intended to purchase a vehicle that night, but I felt so comfortable that I was being provided with all the information and receiving a fair price, that I went ahead and signed the papers that night. After sleeping on it, I didn't regret it a bit - I still feel like a got a great deal without any of the usual car dealer hassle.

I have been searching for a car for the last few weeks and have been eyeing Kia's. Upon my arrival at Quirk Kia, I was introduced to Jerry Hunter. Jerry took the time to discuss my budget and needs and recommended a few options. He was very knowledgable, helpful and patient. I had initially wanted to buy the Kia Sportage but found it too constricting. Instead, I looked at the Kia Sorento which I immediately loved. Jerry took the time to walk me through all the features and the differences between the different models. With his suggestions, I picked the model that suited me best. Jerry walked me through the various finance options. The details of the transaction worked out very quickly and we settled on a number that I was very happy with. In less than 24 hours I expect to pick up my car. Thanks to Jerry, this process was easy and stress-free. Quirk kia has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The general manager Matt was not only pushy, but offered me unrealistic "deals". When I wouldn't sign a deal he became aggressive and rose his voice at me in the middle of the show room. Not only was I embarrassed but felt horribly disrespected. They told me all about deals through email that didn't exist once I was there. They would not allow me to keep any information that they had created for me about my finance options. After trying to get in touch with this business multiple times they have not responded back to me about my negative experience. I would strongly recommend other consumers to steer clear of Quirk kia and definitely bring another person if you aren't experienced in purchasing or leasing.

I brought my Kia Sorento to Quirk Kia. I had it at another dealership and they couldn't figure out my check engine light. I brought it to Quirk and they had my Sorento in the shop before I even sat down with Bill the service advisor. He was very polite and friendly. I was written up and sat down in their waiting area. They called me over after only a short time. They figured out the problem. Bill said. Not to worry they had the parts to fix the problem. Excellent service department. A pleasure to do business with. Recommended them to a few friends that had great experiences also.

Jorge Reyes was phenomenal. After dealing with another dealership and being misled, Jorge was a breath of fresh air. He never pressured me, and was completely honest. I knew it was going to be hard with a repossession on my record, but he and Mike made it work. They even came in way lower for monthly payments than I estimated. I will most likely never go to another dealership (unless Jorge leaves!) if I am in the market for a newer model.

I loved walking in to your store, first let me tell the gentleman Eddie who came right up to me and introduced himself and showed me several cars, but not what i wanted, color wise, he made sure i would get the color i wanted with what i wanted in my car. Ed went over everything with us no stress over the price they made it very easy. I have to say the easiest one of all my cars i bought. Eddie was very friendly, cooperative , just a nice guy. Last Tuesday was my second time buying a car from Jerry Hunter. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have had plenty of cars in my life and I have NEVER bought a car twice from the same place. So that definitely means something that I went back to Quirk Kia. Buying/leasing a car has always been very stressfull and an unpleasant experience, I use to dread it. But Quirk Kia and Jerry has definitely changed that for me. I am very happy with both the cars I have leased from them in the last 3 years. Not only did Jerry sell me a car but he also go in it with me and hooked up my phone and showed me all the great things my Kia Sorrento can do. Jerry also doesnt just make it all about buying a car and making a profit, he makes you feel like he really cares about whats best for you. I will continue to buy/lease cars from Quick Kia.

I brought my wife's 2012 Kia Soul in because the check engine light came on. I was seen the minute I walked in they took all my information I told them that I had it diagnosed at a local garage and they told me that it was a cylinder miss-fire. I tried to do what I knew to do which was change out the spark plugs and I replaced the coil that I bought a a national auto parts store. The service person that helped me told me that all the parts that I replaced where all covered under the warranty. They took it in thinking that it was another issue. To my surprise it was the COIL!!!!! they replaced it for free, paid my rental fee for the car and saved the coil for me to return to that national auto parts store.

Not many people if any like the process of shopping for and then leasing/buying a car, but at least there is one salesman out there who understands that fact. Frank Burns will help you boil it all down, with a strong comprehension of the current inventory, what is what on every model, and how much money it takes to buy different packages on cars that we all of course want. Frank truly helps you quickly get a handle on how to get from point A to point B. Part psychologist, part mechanic, part accountant, and part "everyman", he made the process easier than it ever was, and least painful as it usually is. Not that he talks you out of those awesome heated mirrors or navigation system, he simply asks all the right questions to help "you" get to a decision on your own, not feel insecure about him doing it for you. We all know the dealerships have to make money, so people reading this have to get over it. Car salesman have to put up with a lot of demanding people out there, who want the nicest car for less than invoice ( NOTE TO QUIRK: it doesn't help hardworking salesman like Frank do his job when some Quirk employee pulls up in a $300,000 white Bentley while we're trying to decide between spending an extra $20 / mo. -- not the best feeling ). So, we were grateful that Frank had some genuine, sincere humor left in his weekend for us. He rolls with the world by treating his customers with respect and a non-pressuring attitude -- thats all folks like my wife and I want. And of course we want the feeling of a good deal that lasts the life of the car. It's a big purchase. But Frank has smartly concluded that in life and business, you treat a potential customer like someone that you won't mind seeing again. Or back again to buy another car! It's really that simple. I just hope Quirk realizes that they have a great, well-rounded salesman, who works to educate their customers first, then if all feels good, the customer will sign. Everyone wins. In our experience, we're pretty sure we got a pretty good deal. "Good deal" is all relative to each consumer, but we got what we went in looking for. Thanks Frank!COMMENT ON AUTO SHOPPING IN GENERAL: The car salesmen and women don't appreciate when folks walk in and work them over to minimize what they as people earn. Just like we as shoppers don't appreciate having to work overly hard to make sure we don't underwrite their next Christmas party -- in one sale! So, as long as Quirk rewards staff like Frank Burns and discourages others who haven't figured out how to treat every customer as a repeat customer and not an opportunity to score big, we will return in three years, ask for Frank, and lease our next car. If Frank is not there, we will hope Quirk has simply promoted him, and another "good guy" has taken his place.

Worst experience I have ever had with any dealership. I owned my truck for 3 days when I brought it in for warranty repair work. They ATTEMPTED to repair my vehicle and made the problem worse. I went back 3 times and still my vehicle is not properly repaired and the rude service manager wont do anything to resolve the problem. Not I have to get the Better Business Bureau involved. Will never buy or recommend this dealer to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Bought a 2013 Kia Sportage from Quirk. Several weeks later I notice the left front rotor showing signs of heavy wear. Looked at the other rotors and all of them showed wear. Car has 300 miles on it. Drove buy the dealership went to Kia Service Center. Form the moment my wife and I enter we were treated like dirt. The service rep Phillip refused to even look at the car. Make a appointment. So we did 7:30 am appointment. Drove up got out to talk with Phillip the same treatment. Several minutes later he came back and said He couldn't see a problem. I was amazed. By the way this is the 3rd car I bought or leased with Quirk. Ford F 150 bought, a Nissan Altima leased. No problems. But I didn't experienced any problem with those cars. never had my cars serviced at Quirk. Needless to say they had the car for less the 90 minutes when he called. I just got home and don't live close to Quirk Kia when Phillip called and restated that the service tech said he didn't find a problem. Then Phillip tells me Kia doesn't cover pads or rotors. I could understand that statement if the car had thousands of miles on it but it didn't my best advice stay away

I was nervous when I drove into the parking lot alone because I heard so many horror stories about getting ripped off when purchasing a new vehicle. A nice gentleman name Frank Bisch greeted me. He was so polite and is very knowledgeable about cars. He explained the whole process very thoroughly and did not rush me into buying a vehicle. It made me very comfortable and I felt so at ease to make a decision on the vehicle I purchased. Frank connected my cell phone to the vehicle's Bluetooth system and showed me step by step how to use it. He even followed up with me to check how the I was doing with the car. This dealer is extremely dishonest. They tried to trick me into buying a car that had 45,000 miles on it, when the car I had asked to test drive only had 10,000. They were extremely patronizing, unreasonable, and dishonest. Beware.

He then followed up with me to see how the car was and if I needed any further help. I had planned on going to Quirk KIA to look around and decide if a KIA was for me. I had always been a Toyota driver. I walked around the lot without a swarm of salespeople haunting me which was nice. I could look at the cars in peace. When I WAS ready, I went up to the door and there was Felix to greet me. He was pleasant and understanding as I explained my objective for a potential purchase of a KIA Sorento. I was interested in a White Kia Sorento with a light color interior. They did not have one available but said they could get me one if I really wanted it. Then they suggested that I look at a Titanium Gray Sorento with a lighter color interior.......That was my car. I loved the color combination. It had all the features I could ever want and because the first car I looked at had a trailer hitch, I asked them to put one on this car at no charge and they did.....My financing was GREAT...3.74% compared to the 7.00% I was paying for my Toyota Venza. My Overall experience with Quirk KIA was great and I am very happy with my 2014 KIA Sorento.

Yesterday I spoke with Nikki regarding a Kia Optima lease deal no money down $129 a month for my son. I was told he was eligible for all the rebates and there were 150 Optimas available at this price for the same deal. I told her we would be ready to make deal today. Upon arriving at Kia, Nikki was not our sales rep. She introduced us to someone else who told us there was only "1" car at this price. We test drove and experience was pleasant. When I questioned the supposed 150, I was told that was not true. The sales rep was quick to run a credit check on my son before we even saw numbers. Although we were able to find a similar priced car in the lot (and no there were not 150 Optimas), we were able to get the car at invoice price. HOWEVER, we would not be elgibile for all the applicable discounts and rebates. The recent college program listed on KIA'S WEBSITE for $750 http://www.quirkkia.com/kia-college-grad-discount-ma.htm would not be honored..it was supposedly a "marketing mistake" and my son was only eligible for $400. The $129 deal turned into $252. The sales manager told us the deal was the deal and if we didn't like it then leave it. Gee....my rating of the customer experience...worst ever. Isn't the customer always right. I am sure Mr. Quirk would not be proud of his "team"

Business was completed without much hassle. I already know which car I want and I have done enough research online to know the fair value of the price. The first person I met at the dealership was Jerry. I told him exactly what I wanted and asked him to go direct to the pricing. He explained everything about the car to me and work on the price that I want. Hiccups the next day with the auto insurance before I can get my car but he was there, calling me throughout the day to sort things out in order for me to get my car asap. Really good service. Now, my family and I walked in to the dealership not expecting to buy a new car the same day. Right as we got out of our own car we were greeted by Mr. Flores who was happy and very helpful from the start. My family's main language is spanish so my father and Mr. Flores hit it right off when they realized they could speak their native tongue. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions we had about the car we were thinking about purchasing in the future (Sorrento). He made the whole deal very easy and when it was time to sign the papers he explained what each one was for and what we were signing off on. He showed us how the car worked and took his time showing us each and every gadget it offered that would be useful to know. He also explained what each light meant on the dashboard and helped us set up the bluetooth and how to access our cell phones through it. Mr. Flores was an incredibly nice, sincere, and honest man. My family will definitely recommend not only him but the dealership as well. Everyone there was so nice and made the whole task quite easy. We will definitely spread the word!

Recently leased a Kia sportage 2013There are no words to express the horrible experience I have been through with this new lease at Quirk Kia. It is so bad I do not even know where to start, from taking a test drive and thinking I am making a deal on the car that I drove (which after signing papers the sales man comes over to tell me your car will be here in a few days) I said what do you mean, the car is right there?? He said for the price you are getting we cant give you that car. I let that go, then after waiting a week for the new car I drive it off the lot to find out it is making noises at high speed, they asked me to bring it in so they can check it out. During the conversation of bring the car in I was told that I would need to rent a car from them and that I was the one that needed to pay for it, I became very angry and used a few words that I should not have used and the sales person on the other end hung the phone up on me (this happened about 3 times). Now even angrier I had to start haggling to try to make a deal on a rental and this is after the fact of trying to haggle a good deal on a new car, the sales man said well!! I will pay for the rental only if you say on our survey that we did a great job selling you a new car, I said I will think about it. He then continued to say that the survey was their bread and butter and he wanted to make sure I gave them a positive review. I was completely appalled that he would even want me to give them a great review after hanging the phone up on me. I take the car in to get it serviced and now I am driving a rental for 3 days after purchasing a new car, of course they are absolutely horrible at customer service that it took 2 days for them to tell me I was going to need to stay in the rental for one more day. I explained to them that this is absolutely ridiculous and being very upset I used a few more words I should have not used and but of course the sales man on the other end hangs up the phone on me (this happened another 3 more times) he said he was a Christian and that he did not like the fact I used a few bad words. After being treated this way I felt my back was up against the wall and I knew I was not going to get anywhere with any one there including speaking to one of the Mr. Quirks assistants, which by the way one of the man I spoke to was upset that I was trying to go to the top to get my problem solved.I pick the car up, I take a good look at it and the car was extremely dirty, it was left with an empty gas tank and they drove it 250 miles more then when I took it in to get serviced and of course it is still making the noise, so I call to tell them that the problem still exist and they tell me to bring it back in. During this conversation on the phone with two different employees both of them tell me maybe you should just have it put under the lemon law and get a new car, I told both of them I cant believe you are even making that statement to me!! I also said this is a new car I should not have to be going through any of this. Today my car is being serviced for the second time and will be driving a rental that I hope they do not turn around and say I will have to pay for cause I do not even know what to expect for anyone at Quirk Kia. I even went as far as to say to them I will pay little more for a upgrade to exchange the new car and one of the person in charged told me that that might not happen because my car has deprecated in value since I drove it off the lot, I hope you see that this is no place to purchase a new vehicle if you want some type of customer service. I DO NOT RECAMEND THIS DEALER.

Classic deceptive "Bait and Switch" tactic used by this "Dealership". I called and spoke with Carolyn Ball in order to ensure that the car (KIA Forte5 on "sale" for $15,388 was actually in stock and available for that special price, before embarking on a 70 minute drive. When I physically arrived at the building, I saw the car I had JUST phoned about with a "SOLD" sign on the dash. I asked for Carolyn and she muttered something about being "Sorry that the car is sold; I didn't know that." Well one or both of two things HAD to have occurred: A, she never checked the status of the vehicle and therefore LIED to me, or B)Did check the status of the car and was Incompetent with figuring out whether or not a car sitting right inside her own dealership was available.Then a man, also standing with Carolyn, who never identified himself or shook my hand, informed me that he was "taking over the sales process (to paraphrase)"; indeed it was not made apparently clear to me who this man actually was. I informed him that I was angry about wasting a trip to find out the car I was interested in was in fact no longer available! He, "Francisco" verbally assured and promised me that he would "make it up to me and apply the same deal to a different Forte or Rio." After all the allegations of Franscisco's "deals", they only consisted of FULL RETAIL prices and did not reflect ANY discounts, this bewildered me further. At least Francisco had the courtesy to eventually inform me that "The numbers weren't going to work unless I had much more money to put down." That was the only honest experience I had with Quirk KIA.After my experience I simply cannot recommend Quirk KIA for a vehicle purchase.

My experience with buying new vehicles in the past left me dreading the process, especially "the team" approach used by many dealers to pressure/'work' potential buyers. However, the moment Francisco introduced himself to us I had a sense that this was going to be different. And it was! One sales consultant from start to finish! No pressure! I found Francisco to be gracious, professional,and very knowledgeable. I also found his sense of humor quite delightful. He provided us with the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. He spent a good deal of time on every aspect (differences in the models we were considering, test drive, finances, explaining the features in the care, etc) of the sale. I never felt pressured or rushed. There was even a follow-up call by Francisco after a few days. I would not hesitate to recommend Francisco to family or a friend looking to buy a new vehicle. As for the dealership: I also spoke with Carolyn Ball on the telephone prior to going to the dealership. I found her to be pleasant and professional. The showroom was not crawling with sales staff! It felt calm. I really liked that. There was a good assortment of vehicles in the showroom, and they weren't just the top of the line.The financial person we worked with was also a pleasure to work with.Great job Quirk KIA! Quirk Kia in Braintree absolutely exceeded my expectations. I had purchased a new Kia from them in 2007 and they were my first stop on my new car hunt. I called Monday morning to inquire about a Kia Sorento I had seen on their website and was lucky enough to speak with Jorge, who told me to come on in for a test drive. When I got there he had the car waiting out front for me. I liked the car alot, but the real value is the added protection plans they offer. I wont have to pay for an oil change or a new tire for the next few years. Jorge really worked with me to get the financing all in order and a payment I was comfortable with. A few hours later, my new car was registered and inspected (they do it all on site!!) and I drove it home the very same day. Needless to say I was very pleased with the experience.

Car shopping and trying to find that "perfect" car is definetly not an easy task. After a long two months of searching, I've dealt with lazy salesmen, salesmen who didn't try hard enough, and one that could not keep his personal life stories to himself. Every single dealership that I've gone to led me down and wasted my time. It was all just a big headache and I was ready to give up. My sister then convinced me to check out quirk kia which was on the opposite side of the earth but I was willing to give it a shot and I have to say it was worth the the gallon of gas tank. Jerry was very welcoming, right off the bat he gave me all the specs and features without having to search it up. I told him what I wanted and within a couple of days, he got it. We went in to discuss the lease we had on our 2011 Sorento. Mr. Reyes was very helpful in explaining the conditions of the lease. We then had a better understanding of what leasing entailed since thin was our first time leasing. We did not go out to trade in the Sorento but my husband liked a 2012 kia optima and Mr. Reyes explained how we could opt out of our current lease into a new lease for the Optima. The deal was so sweet we could not resist and now are the proud owners of a new leased Kia Optima 2012. Hi folks. This was simply the best car buying experience (a KIA Optima EX) I have had; and this is the ninth vehicle I have puchased, my last 4 were all Toyota from IRA. Reasons, (1) no pressure, I contacted Quirk Kia for an online qoute and Nicole replied promptly with a quote, trying to figure out any rebates I was entitled to. She didn't email or call me constantly every day trying to get me to come in for a test drive or buy a car. (2) Price, I contacted four dealerships for quotes, some using Zag pricing through Truecar.com and Quirk was best by almost $400. (3) Fairness, when I visited the dealership I met with Jerry Hunter, a very pleasant and energetic young man. When we sat down to discuss pricing I provided him the offer I received from Nicole online. He left the table and came back with an offer sheet for that amount. This compares to just 6 months ago when I visited IRA with an online quote. When I arrived they tried to give me a higher price. Only after some time with the manager did they agree to honor the online price they provided to me; and that was after purchasing 3 prior vehicles. (4) Long-Term Insurance, okay we get the price and then comes the upsell on long-term insurance/warranties. At IRA they make you feel like a dop for refusing. Quirk made the offer and when I declined it was end of story.Finally, car looked spotless when I picked it up. Jerry went over all the features even when I pretended to know all about them.I can't say enough good things about this experience. Very professional. I think IRA and Toyota have lost a customer if this vehicle stands up to the long driving I do every year. Thanks Jerry/Nicole/Joe/Quirk.Anyway, I hope this was helpful.

Great Experience!!This was the second vehicle we've purchased from Quirk Kia and we couldn't be happier. Our salesman, Tim Holland, was terrific! Very knowledgeable and really made us feel comfortable. Throughout our shopping process we had encountered some salespeople that were very pushy and rude. I had a great experience at Quirk Kia! What made the experience so worthwhile was our fantastic dealer, Chris Chase. My mother and I had been to several other dealerships for information on a new car and the value of my mother's car to use for a trade-in. At the other dealerships, the salesmen were more aggressive and tried to pressure us into purchasing a new vehicle and, particularly, to accept a much lower value for my mother's car. At Quirk Kia, Mr. Chase was very friendly and easy-going. He was imply there to give us information about the car we were interested in and was very understanding of our budget. We also received a nearly $1000 increase for the value of my mother's car. Mr. Chase was hands down the primary reason we bought a car at Quirk because he was able to get my mother the car she needed for the budget she had. I would most definitely recommend Quirk Kia and by all means go see Mr. Chase because he will help you out immensely. He's great!

we have purchased 3 vehicles from from Quirk Kia So far. the first 2 were painless. the 3rd one was a little difficult due to our bad credit scores. it took 3 trips to the dealer. the staff at Quirk did not give up. they found us a 10% interest rate when nobody else could beat 18%. they excel at what they do which is selling vehicles in volume at a great price. we paid about $2000 less than the sticker price with the sales tax, title & reg included. best of all our new sorento is made in the USA. and seems to be getting 24 mpg average with all wheel drive. our sales person was Francisco Reyes-Flores. he explained everything in simple terms. he was also very down to earth. thank you to the whole staff we are now driving a new vehicle.

I went to Quirk Kia Braintree Monday night, April 23rd. There was a nice young man out front by the name of Patrick Collins who was willing to show me some vehicles. I was trading a 1998 Infiniti QX4 and this was the first place I stopped to see what kind of vehicle I might like, prices, etc. We took a Forte out for a test ride and it seemed okay but again, I was not going to make any "quick" decisions (it's been a long time since I purchased a vehicle). I had told Patrick that I fully intended on buying a car prior the first of May but wanted to see what's out there. We went back into the showroom for him to get some brochures on different vehicles so that I could take them with me. Sad to say they did not even have a brochure for a Forte. While I was sitting at Patrick's desk he had asked Dave (wish I had a last name) to talk to me about a value for my car. Dave's big question was if I was I buying the car that instant. Again, I stated that it was the first vehicle I had looked at and no, I was not going to buy or lease anything at that moment. His response was something to the affect of "well then, I'm not inclined to tell you what we would give you for yours". Ater that, he continued with some rude remarks. Patrick could see I was getting totally irritated (which would be a gross understatment). I thanked Patrick and was leaving when another gentleman was chasing me out the door to see what they could do to have me sign on the dotted line. What part of "not making a decision after looking at one vehicle" did they miss? I told that individual that based on the "big" mouth of Dave (who is a manager), there would be no way I would buy or lease anything and left. Had Dave spoken to Patrick prior to being rude, etc., perhaps he would have known that I was a "serious" potential buyer. Tuesday, April 24th, I went to Herb Chambers Ford and met with "professional" people who did not try and shove a car down my throat. I ended up purchasing a Ford Focus which I picked up the following day. I received a phone call yesterday from a gentleman at Quirk who's name I still did not get because of a thick accent. I told him to thank Patrick for me and to tell Patrick that because of Dave's "big" mouth, total lack of professionalism, and lack of common courtesy, he lost a sale. {Patrick, you're a nice young man. You should probably find a better dealership to work for.}I intend to share my experience at Quirk. There are enough car dealerships out there that one "would think" you put your best foot forward. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE. I would write a letter to Mr. Quirk but I am sure he probably doesn't care. I wasn't going to waste my time in writing this but, then again, BUYER BEWARE.

Recently went to Quirk Kia to take a look and speak to someone about pricing. I was approached by salesman David Campbell who was very proffesional. We did the shopper salesman dance and I was convinced to purchase a new 2012 Kia Sorento. He gave me a fair deal and spoke with great knowledge of the vehicle. I had just came from Kia of Norwood where I was run off by a red head female salesman who was pushy and would not work with me. It seemed as if she did not want to sell me the car. The Kia I selected at Quirk was the SX model wich I was not looking for, but after talking with the salesman and manager I was convinced.

Well, it starts ok with the sales person, he did not have good knowlodge or speak english very well but he was nice and helpfull in show the cars and let me do the drive tests until he decide to bring he's manager over wich was very rude and made me just walk way. Went to buy a Kia Optima there and end up buying at Pride Kia of Lynn wich was a great experience and highly recommended.I do not recommend Quirk Kia.Very disappointed.

The best part of my experience is that I didn't feel uncomfortable at all once dealing with Jerry. Most car salesman have quotas to meet and will force themselves onto you, not Jerry. He was very informative and a great people person as a whole. I highly recommend that when you go to Quirk Kia in Braintree you deal with Jerry!

Went in for an oil change for my kia soul and came out with a brand new Kia Rio! I am glad Chris came over to ask what my payment was on the soul and was willing to work with me to get me a much cooler and more suitable ride for me! I bought my Soul from this dealership and just a week before me getting my Rio my brother came in and got an optima! I was invited to Quirk Kia in January 2012 to trade in my 2007 Kia Spectra. My salesperson, Anthony Sheldone, was friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. He thoroughly reviewed the features on both the 2012 Kia Forte and Sorrento, and was very knowledgeable. He had a complete understanding of all of the safety and performance features. He worked with the financial/business manager to get me an excellent trade-in price for my Spectra, according to a KBB valuation. When I picked up my new 2012 Forte, Anthony took the time to help me link my cell phone to the Bluetooth system and showed me how to use it. He made sure that I knew how to use every feature before I drove my car off the lot. A few days later, he made a follow-up call to see how everything was working out. Professional and courteous during both of my visits, Anthony went above and beyond what I would expect from a car salesman, and provided me with exceptional service. I just bought a Kia Optima yesterday , I'm loving the car, really happy took the decision.I'm just very disappointed with my customer service experience. It seems like there is no communication among their employees or that they do and say what ever it takes for you to sign and once they get you then forget it.I was told by my sales associated that at the moment of the pick up of the car they would have ready for me a check that they have to give me as part of the deal they offered. Got to the dealer yesterday and it was a total different story, called back today because I need the money tomorrow and got no answer again( Of course they already got their big money from the car I got)It feels very unfair that they work like this, now that they have your money on their side its like they don't care about you as a customer anymore.

I came in to see what used cars were available. Then I met Francisco Reyes-Flores. By the end of my visit, he proved the Kia Optima the right car for me. His knowledge and personality made the sale. We were like best buds. The whole staff worked as a professional team to put me in a car I'd never even noticed before. Now I see them everywhere. I am writing this review/rating because of the exceptional service, price, quality,and overal experience i had with Francisco Reyes-Flores of Quirk Kia in Braintree, MA. I had been to more than twenty different dealerships and at half I was not even greated at the door. Upon arrival at quirk kia sales consultant Francisco Reyes-Flores greeted my family and I out in the lot. I had looked at several of kia's competitors and kia had the best value (warranty, mileage, performance, and options). I had been to Kia in raynham and they were unwilling to make a deal with me. I needed a salesman in my corner fighting to get me a car for the best possible price and then 10% off of that. I found this salesman in Francisco he helped get the lowest price i could have imagined. He and the staff worked extremely hard to get the most difficult car buyer (me) a car WELL below the msrp and below the cheapest prices i found online. I was very impressed with Franciscos knowlege of not only the text book information on kia but his knowlege of every single car on his lot. Francisco was also extremely kind and never talked down to me as if i didn't know what i was talking about like every other dealer tried doing. All this is coming from a person who has gone without a car for an entire year because no one wanted to make me an exceptional deal. If you don't check out Francisco and the staff before buying a car you are making a huge mistake.

Two weeks ago my muffler gave way and it sounded as if I was driving a race car. I brought the vehicle to a local mechanic who quoted me a price. I discussed it with my girlfriend and she suggested we take a trip to the dealership. I had been looking up the souls online so we headed towards the local kia dealership, Quirk in Braintree. Went in noticed the Forte in the show room Francisco approached us and we discussed the Soul. We took the Soul for a ride and I actually enjoyed it but it was used and the price didn't agree with me. We than discussed the Forte he had one on the lot we took that for a ride and thought it was a better option for me. We went in Francisco was very nice asked me my needs, my finances etc. They ran my credit within 2 hours I was signing for my first new car. We also dealt with Mike he handled the paper work and he was very nice and fun. We also spoke with another dealer who noticed my last name and thought he may know me. All 3 were very nice to us and made it alot easier to be there. My car is two weeks old and is driving great. I truly believe that this will be the place that I will do my future shopping.

Initially we had intended to visit two other dealerships before the day was done, however, Kia was the first and the last. We were immediately greeted by Jorge Reyes, who was very friendly and patient with us (we had both my 3 and 5 year old daughter with us). He was very knowledgeable and had a wealth of information available to us regarding Kia as manufacturer and the specific car that we wanted to buy. When we test drove the car, Jorge seemed excited to show us all the benefits and features the car had available to us. His excitement and honesty made us very confident in or decision to look no further. Jorge was not pushy, he let us have all the time that we needed to make the right decision for our family. I am very happy we made our decision to buy a Kia and even happier that Jorge Reyes was our salesperson.

What an excellent experience buying a new car! Daniel Molina greeted me with a smile and asked me what I was looking for and my price range. Daniel Molina showed me cars that I could afford, and made suggestions on what would be the best car for me. After test driving some used cars and the Kia Forte 2011, Daniel asked me what I thought. At no point did he make me feel pressured to buy any of the cars test driven. I loved the Kia Forte, and wanted to buy it, but it had to be in my monthly payment budget. Daniel Molina worked with the finance department at Quirk Kia to ensure that I was given the best possible financing that meet my budget.Over all, this was my best experience shopping for a car, I would go back to Daniel Molina when I decide to trade in my Forte and I certainly would recommend him to anyone, including friends and family.

We came into Quirk Kia based on an ad we had read in the Globe offering a Kia Soul Tiger (special edition). Well, the Tiger only comes in white (which was a plus) but with huge tiger stripes on it (a huge minus). Francisco helped us and explained other possibilities which would be more suitable (and did not have tiger stripes!). We liked what we saw and entered into negotiations and after a while going back and forth, we reached what my partner and I would consider a very reasonable price. Our experience during negotiations was not stressful (I certainly did not expect it to go as smoothly as it did)and we didn't feel pressured. I have walked away from dealerships before when the negotiations started to feel too pressurized or when it felt like I was not being heard. This was not the case here. I feel like we reached a very fair price. We actually had planned on looking at other dealerships after our visit to Quirk, but figured it was reasonable enough that we didnt have to keep searching. Francisco did everything to make sure we had the car the next day and he picked us up at the MBTA station when we came to pick up the car. He then showed us every feature in the car and was great in explaining all the technical things, like the bluetooth connection, etc. Finally, Francisco was able to give us very good financial advice which showed that he cared about our well-being. He didn't have anything to gain from telling us this certain piece of advice on whether we should lease it jointly or singularly, but we are so glad he advised us because it was important and we might have made a big mistake had he not mentioned this. All in all, Francisco made what we had thought would be a dreadful experience into a very pleasant one and we would certainly recommend and go back to Quirk because of him.

The 2011 Kia Forte I leased last Saturday is the first new car I've ever purchased. I went to Quirk Kia with a fairly strict budget, and Jorge Reyes immediately identified several options that would fit my price range. Jorge was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the minute I stepped onto the Quirk lot. I've known Francisco for 5 years, and find him very knowledgeable about the cars my wife and I were looking for. We've bought 5 vehicles from Quirk over the years, 4 are kia's and he always goes out of his way to make sure we know exactly what we are buying and answering any questions we may have. With the warranty Kia offers and the highest quality-per-dollar index I've seen, the cars sell themselves to a great extent anyway. I went in to this dealership to meet with a sales person I had been dealing with on the internet.Wouldn't you know it,she had quit that day but this gentleman greeted me at the door(knowing on was on my way) and was ready to assist me.I felt like I was the only person in the showroom,even though that wasn't true.Anyways,he took me out to test drive the Sportage and the Soul.The sportage was too big for me but the soul,I fell in love with and knew it was just right for me.However after all was said and done,I told him I wanted to test drive some other vehicles,which I did over the course of a week.What finally cinched it for me was the internet sales manager called me back asking me if I was still interested in the Soul,none of the other dealerships ever called me back or gave me a second look.So I went into the showroom and was again greeted by the same salesperson and before I left,I was driving home in my new,fully loaded Soul.They even took care of helping me empty out my old car and transferring the plates.I am one happy camper and the entire experience was the best I've ever had.Who says you have to have pain to gain??HH Dorchester,Ma

My intention was only to visit various dealers to see what I like. My husband mentioned Kia to me and showed me a catalog and my response to him was "I don't want that car". Kia was my first stop during my visit. I requested Kathleen because she had also sold a car to my husband. Kathleen took her time showing the car and taking me on the test ride. We did not make a decision right away but instead drove down to another dealer and to be very honest, we wouldn't have gotten all the attributes that is in this car for the price that we paid in another car that we looked at. Kathleen was very patient in answering our questions and I don't think she missed a beep because she explain so much until I purchased the car and I love it!!

After searching and searching from dealership to dealership throughout the whole South Shore in Ma., I was finally able to find a dealer who suit my every need. I found a car I love with the help of salesman, Jorge Reyes at Quirk Kia in Braintree, Ma. The second we made eye contact in the lot on Sat 4/16/11...I knew I was in the right place! He really made me feel so welcome when he greeted me while I was browsing around, looking at a bunch of cars I was interested in. A lot of the salesmen I had previously dealt with earlier in the day at other dealerships, were so pushy to the point where I wanted to walk away. Jorge was different...he was so helpful and new what he was talking about. Not only that, he took the time to listen to me when I had a concern. I went in with some numbers in my head and he assured me that Quirk Kia would be able to work with me. That felt good to hear. Finally, I was getting somewhere! A lot of other dealers where looking for so much money down and then very large monthly payments on top of that, which I was not interested in. He set it up so that I would have a comfortable monthly payment while enjoying the car as well. I really feel he has passion in what he does and takes pride in his work. It shows tremendously. Jorge really went above and beyond to help me. He was so kind, honest and friendly which is really comforting to a first time new car leaser. He walked me through everything from fully explaining the agreement, he showed me all of the functions in the Kia Sorento and best of all - he assured me that he will always be there for me to turn to if I have any questions or concerns regarding the car. That really made me feel as if I made the right choice for myself. He left me feeling that I had gained a new friend in Quick Kia and that I could trust them. I am extremely pleased and will definitely refer family and friends to Jorge Reyes at Quick Kia. I hope he will make them as happy as he made me the day I signed the lease. Terrible experience is the way to describe our visit. The folks who we dealt were were completely dishonest, uncaring, and could have cared less if they got our business or not. We went in there with a copy of an ad from the newspaper and when we decided which car we wanted we were told that we could not have what we wanted as that was not the car in the paper. I questioned it and the salesman said, he did not look at the ad! Are you kidding me?!! I then told the salesman that I wanted my keys back immediately for my Ford Windstar (which I loyally serviced with Quirk for 10 years) and he said he would get them. Low and behold my car goes racing by the window. Yes someone took my car for a test drive when I said I wanted my keys immediately! My husband then lost it and starting yelling! How dare your staff take my car without asking. In addition, the GM could have cared less that his salesman gave incorrect information and said "he will probably be fired for that"...my response to that...who cares!! Why would you want someone working for you who cannot speak English and when he says yes he means no and when he says no he means yes?!! Once the GM knew we we going to head to Herb Chambers (where had a fantastic experience) he said they were dishonest and the guy who worked up there used to work for him (we found that to be totally untrue). He then sent a text message to the GM at Herb Chambers saying that he fu**** him over and not to honor our deal...again, are you kidding me?!! In addition, we were going to be paying cash for the new car and the GM said that we had to pay $500 more to do that because "KIA IS MAKING HIM DO IT"!! Funny...that did not happen at Herb Chambers...This dealership is a complete bunch of fools working there...they are dishonest, uncaring, thieves!! Will never go back to Quirk for anything....ever!!

After going to another dealership where the salespeople ignored us, what a difference coming to Quirk! Four salespeople greeted us on our arrival, and we began working with Francisco, who is very knowledgeable and personable. We had very specific features that we wanted in a Kia Sorento, and he helped us to find the perfect match. We arrived before closing on a Friday afternoon, but they stayed open to help us. We wanted to "sleep on it" before making a decision, and they didn't put any pressure on us to decide. We were very happy with the price we negotiated. We really feel like we got a tremendous deal for our money. We also had a very tricky financing arrangement, which the staff was able to manage with no difficulties whatever. Switching our insurance to the new car was also complicated, but they handled it all behind the scenes. Everyone at Quirk has been a pleasure to deal with. We recommend them highly!

My husband and I went in while waiting for our Sportage to be fixed Kat approached us and I had a question that she got the answer I need to for me regarding the timing belt issue on my Sportage that I had never known about and then began talking about how we would love to get a newer Kia so we walked and she told us about each of the new sportages, Sorrentos and Optimas Kat was very informative on all and although we were not looking gave us a new option of leasing a new vehicle to get out from under a previous purchase of a vehicle before the Sportage and all the options that went with leasing. David and Paul also helped by doing up the numbers we could work with and also an issue with a special plate (NE Patriots) they all were very helpful and made the whole lease deal work for all sides. So going in we had no intentions other than looking but Kat, David and Paul were very friendly , helpful and won us over and I am so very happy and hope they are all there for a long time. We love our new fully loaded Kia Optima Ex.

This is a great dealership! Buying a car was no hassle and they offered courteous and professional service. I was buying a brand new Kia Optima and was on a deadline and needed it by a specific date. The cars were just beginning to roll out and all of them were still at the shipping port and none had been delivered to the dealers yet. I called Quirk advising them that I wanted one and they kept me advised of the progress all along the way. Incidentally, I also called other dealers and not one of them bothered to call me back. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Daniel was a pleasure to work with. Despite being new to his position, I found him knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure our need were met. I recomend him highly. When test driving the vehicle, he made sure that I drove on roads that would replicate my daily commute. The orginal vehicle we we looking at had options that I did not need. Not only was this experience one of the better ones I've had, I felt there was no pressure, just a lot of good help and assistance to me into my 2011 Sorento Ex, which I love!I had a trade in, and I got plenty back for that to be paid off and money that was used into my loan.I had such an easy and good experience that I would recommend this dealership (and Kat) specififically to anyone seeking a new KIA or car.One interesting point was how much they worked for ME. The day I came into to sign the loan and pickup the car, Mike informed me that he found a better rate than the one I had got the night before -- that saved me about 12 dollars a month in payments!That's the sort of thing that I appreciate, and both Kat and Mike worked for me, the customer. I bought my 2007 Kia Sportage from Francisco 3 years ago and absolutley loved my Sportage and my experience at Quirk Kia. Last Thursday, I was in a car accident and the insurance company deemed my car a total loss. I called Francisco on Saturday and told him my Sportage was a total loss and needed to buy another car. I loved my Sportage so much I was going to buy another one(same body type) but they were sold out. Francisco showed me the Kia Soul and I was sold! He was patient and very factual comparing the features and no pressure! Mike was also great, explaining my different payment options and getting my registration and insurance squared away so quickly. I have for the past 3 years been raving about Quirk Kia and would always refer anyone who is in the market for a car to them! And I will continue to refer and rave!

I have been passively looking for a new car for a few months now. Mostly looking online because I didn't want to be persuaded and pressured into something I didn't want or need at a dealership. One day, I didn't want to sit in rush hour traffic so I decided to stop in at Quirk Kia to look and pass the time. Melissa Marks was the sales rep helping me. She was knowlegeable about the inventory and I didn't feel under pressure. She was able to explain to me the features of each car in a language that I could understand. She answered my questions and was able to help me find a car in my price range. She was personable and made me feel important. I absolutely loved the quality of service I received at Quirk Kia. I needed to buy a new car and I had no idea what I wanted. I was driving by the Kia lot when I decided to stop and take a look at what was available. My cousin Robyn was with me. I will admit, I thought we would get the "run around" from the salesperson because we were two women shopping for a car. Robyn and I were in the lot for about two minutes when we were greeted by the salesperson, Will. He was very friendly and asked in what way he could be of service to us. I explained my situation to him and he offered some suggestions. Never one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I asked question after question (I'm sure I asked a few questions more than once). Will had the patience of a saint. He explained everything to me. He listened to my concerns and offered more suggestions. He seemed to understand exactly what I was looking for. He took me to view the Kia Soul. As he pointed out each feature of the car, I came to realize Will was very observant. He had met each of my top concerns with buying and owning a new car. The Kia Soul had everything I was looking for in a car. My experience in buying a car could not have been better! What astounds me about this experience is that Will spent 3 hours with my cousin Robyn and me!!!! He never made us feel as if we were taking too long, or that he had other things to do. He offered us refreshments! Needless to say, I was sold after that...Who can beat service like that?!?I've been telling everyone I know to stop in-to Quirk Kia in Braintree! I love my new car! After researching I finally found the family vehicle I was looking for. I was out for a drive and decided to swing into Quirk Kia. I was approached by a friendly women "Kat". Never once did I feel pressure from her to buy and conversation ran smoothly. I explained to her that I wasn't quite ready to buy but I did want to look at the Kia Sorento. She showed me a couple of different Sorento's and I took one for a test drive. We went back to her desk and ran some #s and got an estimate for my trade-in. Still felt no pressure to buy. I continued to shop around the next day and went back/forth with dealerships. The end result...I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento from Quirk. I've never bought a vehicle (and I've bought quite a few) where the transaction was so smooth, quick, friendly and NO pressure. I bought the vehicle because I wanted to and the price was right. Thank you: Kat, Al & Mike. There's definitely team work at this dealership...I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I will be referring family & friends. BTW...Although I got a great deal I only gave the price a 4 because I think all cars are overpriced.

We spent the weekend at a few dealership looking for a new car, checking prices and the trade-in value for our vehicle. We are savvy car buyers and we researched prices before starting our adventure. If you have shopped for a car, this experience can be grueling. Quirk was our last stop before making our decision. Fortunately for us, Kathleen Barkley "Kat" was our salesperson. Took a test drive, then negotiated a price (excellent price), completed the paperwork and waited while the Sportage was being prepped. During the negotiation process we met with managers, Reggie and Al who are both the right people in the right job. Both were professional and straight talking, no attitude of undue self-importance whatsoever and it was much appreciated and contributed to the decision to make the Sportage purchase.I am enjoying my new 2011 Sportage very much. I was interested in something good on gas and with good safety features, since I had been in an accident. I test drove several vehicles and Francisco pointed out all the features of each car. Francisco was very patient and courteous with me. I walked into the dealership thinking I was going to purchase one type of car and wound up buying another type, I had never heardof based on his presentation of the features and his knowledge. I worked with Joe on the financing of the car. I was presented with various options for the length of payment. I received a rebate for having a car already registered. We were able to work out a payment plan that fit my budget and enabled me to purchase a new vehicle. At the time of financing the defense security system was explained to me. I purchased this and the cost was incorporated into the final sale. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer and I have recommended them to coworkers.

My last 2 cars have been Toyota's I shop around each time I lease a car. This time I wanted to slim down my payments, so I looked at the, Toyota and Honda SUV's. I went to a dealer in Norwood and got a price for a Toyota and a Honda as well. They quoted a price that I could not justify, So I decided so search the Internet and came across Quirk Kia in Braintree.The showed the new KIA Sorento that was very attractive and would fit my budget nicely.I visited Quirk and asked for James, who had been emailing me back and fourth. The showroom was spotless and very pleasant. James handled the sale in a very professional manner, and he gave me a better deal than the other Toyota dealers. I recently was thrust into the position of needsing a new car within one week. In my search, I went to Quirk Kia and was impressed with the vehicles and the helpfulness and knowledge of the entire staff. I am now driving a Kia Optima LX which I love. In the process of investigating my options, I went to Quirk Kia four times and was continuously met with a professional, friendly staff. In that process, I took the car for two test drives. Matt and Kiel were both very helpful in sales. Al Viera, the sales manager was actively involved in the process and insuring that Quirk was successful in providing outstanding service and a positive experience. Joe, the finance manager, was helpful in reviewing the finances and the costs involved. I would highly recommend Quirk Kia and its staff!

On Friday May 21, 2010 my husbands car decided to die, and we could not live without two cars. We decided to go car shopping that after noon. However after going to 4 dealerships we decided to go to Quirk Kia in Braintree. We went in on Saturday and met with Hany. He was one of the funniest car dealers I have ever met. I have so much fun with him and he made car shopping so much more fun then any other place. he was funny and Hany played with our son the whole time we were there.We ended up waiting around for 6 hours as the finance guy Joe tried to work his magic. I own my own business and could not show 2 years of pay stubs making this a really hard deal to pull off. Joe was unable to close the deal on Saturday due to the banks closing early and we had to wait until Monday to find anything out. Finally after being told at 3:45 that we would get a phone call to let us know what was going on (we didn't get a phone call until 6:30pm and they still wornt sure) my husband and I just started feeling like this deal was never going to happen and if it did they had us at an 18.9% rate. So we went to another dealer on Monday night and we signed contract 30 minutes after walking in.Im not sure why Quarks financing took 3 days and the other place only took 30 minutes. We got a better deal, and a lower price and only 7% interest at Central Kia. But with all that said I would still highly recommend this team. I was blown away by their fun and friendly personality and there amazing team work skills. If you have great credit and some extra time on your hands this team is great.

We purchased a 2009 Kia Rondo in April 2010. What a great experience it was! I went in to test drive the sorento but thought it was too truckie for me Matt suggested I try the Rondo because it too had the 3rd row seating I was looking for and a few other options. I liked it ok but with the deal they offered me, I could not pass it up! They actually gave me more for my trade in than I expected. And by buying a 2009 I got great incentives. The car was brand new! so what did I car if it was a year old. We also, met the Sales Manager Al, the Finance Coordinator Mike, who all were very professional and helpful as well. I felt That They all wanted to help make the process as easy as possible. There was NO pressuring you into something you were not sure about like most of the other dealerships are known for. I even had with a friend come test drive it with me and Matt even answered a few questions she had about a car her daughter was buying from another state! How's that for service. I really just want to thank Quirk Kia and all who work there for restoring my faith in Humanity, The Men at McGee Toyota in Hanover destroyed it! I cant even look at a toyota emblem without feeling terrible regret for dealing with them.I highly recommend QUIRK!!

We just purchased a 2011 Kia Sorento from this dealership. Our sales person Remon was very friendly, a professional with great customer service skills, impeccable professionalism, very knowledgeable about Kia's vehicles, and great above-and-beyond care. Their sales price was very competitive, even slightly better than that offered by other dealerships. Therefore, after spending about four hours on the first day and two hours on the second day, we decided to buy the car. Overall, Remon made our purchasing experience very pleasant.We also, met the Sales Manager Al, the Finance Coordinator Mike, even the General Manager, who all were very professional and helpful as well.
