I have been a customer for several years, the customer service is always great, would never take my vehicle anywhere else. Whenever I need any type of work on my Escape all I have to do is call Pam and she get's me into the shop right away. Pam has always been very courteous and helpful when I have questions or concerns.

Company van was taken to Pugmire for brakes. Its been a week now. I was told last Thursday it would be ready on Thursday. Today is Monday and latest update, which i have called for 3 times, it may or may not be ready today. They stated someone would call back at 3:00. Expected a lot less time and a lot better service. The only definite I have heard from Pugmire is "I don't know". Dealerships that value customers are proactive; they will call you and let you know whats going on if there is a delay. They also have someone to answer the phone.

All I wanted was an oil change at 9:15 and was told they close at 2 and had 5 in front of me and they couldn't do it today. I recently moved to the area and only get my vehicle serviced at at dealership. I'll go somewhere else where they take care of their of their customers!!First time customer-Last time customer.

I went to Pugmire in August of last year with my grandmother to get my first car. Since then it has been in the shop 7 times for the same problems over and over again. I am only 19 so I am unable to get a "rental" car from them so initially they were giving me a "loaner" car, now they say they have changed insurance and no longer can give me a car to drive while mine is being fixed. The car won't crank half the time, it shakes and shudders and nearly gets me killed every time I drive it. They do nothing to help you try and get the car fixed and always say they don't have control over service or there's nothing more they can do. They pretty much laugh at you every time you have to come back and try to get a car from them to drive. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

Greg was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to explain the voice activated features of the car and how all the steering wheel controls worked not to mention other features about the vehicle. I probably could have bumbled off on my own but I sure am glad I accepted his invitation to walk me through them.

Traveling from Knoxville to Florida, my air conditioner was not cooling well. I found the dealership on-line and called. They gave me directions and upon arrival worked me in immediately. Within twenty minutes they had found that the cabin air filter was very dirty and replaced it. They even gave me directions on the fastst way back to the interstate and we resumed our trip. They later called me to make sure everything was working well. The temperature that day was 102 degrees, so their fast, friendly and quality work literally saved our trip from becoming a nightmare.

Everyone we talked with was very nice, friendly and helpful. Mike was informative about the options on our new car. The only reason I gave a 4 was that we were promised a full tank of gas. That didn't happen and we had to stop on our way home and purchase gas. I know this is small, but I expect people to keep their word. Had we not been told that they would give us a full tank of gas, we wouldn't have thought anything about it. We love our limited Explorer!

Everything from start to finish was amazing at Pugmire Ford. The vehicle I wanted was at the Carrolton Store, and with in 10 minutes the sales people had called me and set up a test drive, moved the car to a closer location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Our experience was amazing. Everything went perfectly. Our Salesman made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisified and got the best deal and exactly what we wanted. The Finance department was amazing as well. He made the process so easy and we were in and out and he answered all questions that we had. This was the easiest car buying experience that we ever had. Beyond happy with my car and this dealership and for sure will reccomend this dealership to everyone.

I hate buying a new vehicle. I have to say pugmire ford in cartersville has given me a different outlook. I recently bought a used jeep wrangler from them. It was nothing but a great experience. The first time i really got to drive it was about 2-3 days after purchase. Well i had some issues with 4wheel drive. Took jeep back to them expecting to get in a heated argument. They had the jeep looked at and it had 1400 worth of work that needed to be done. Without hesitation they had it fixed and picked up the bill. I will definitely be back. Thanks

I want to thank Steve Smith and Pugmire Ford. I recently purchased a 2011 Ford F150 via online and Pugmire shipped the vehicle directly to my address in Charlotte NC. Anytime a purchase is made sight unseen there is a potential for disappointment. I would have to say that when I did see the vehicle for the first time, I was not very happy with certain items on the vehicle. Steve was very cooperative and accommodating and we were able to work out the kinks. I would recommend Pugmire Ford to any of my friends here in Charlotte if they need a vehicle. The whole experience was great and I don't have one bad thing to say about it. Our salesman, Mike Schaefer, was very friendly. I got a good price on my trade in. The pricing was very straight forward with no hidden fees. I have had bad experiences in the past where I've had to stay in a dealership for up to 4 hours. This was a nice experience and it took a reasonable amount of time. I didn't feel that anyone in the dealership was "out to get me" and there was no pressure.

My wife has a 2011 Honda Crosstour. We have always had it serviced at the Honda dealership but the last time I was there they charged me 157.00 for an oil change and air filter! The car only had 30K miles on it. City motors was always good to me in servicing my '08 Mustang GT/CS so I thought I'd give you a shot on her Honda. So far I am very pleased. Thanks for the great service and reasonable prices.

Started out great. Thinking we were getting a great deal from a great company. The first issue came when our temporary tags expired. Turned out that they had not even processed the title from when the 2010 Ford F-150 was traded in. Ended up not getting our permanent tag until almost a month after ours expired. Cost me a nice ticket. All they had to say is we will call and next day it. That happened for three days in a row. I have never dealt with a dealership that used so many excuses to cover their own failings. The second issue is an ongoing one to date. When I left the dealership I told them that I did not want any extra coverages. I always purchase the protection plans via USAA. When my spouse signed the contracts there was a $2,500.00 charge for an additional warranty which I finally discovered. So I contacted the company it was through and we sent them our cancellation notice. According to the dealership it can take 4-6 weeks to fully process the refund. According to the company itself the dealership has had the paperwork for weeks. Still to date no payment has been made against our loan. It does not take 2-3 weeks to cut a check and mail it to a bank that is a mile away. The employee we always dealt with for any issues like this was named Tyler. The only thing this dealership has going for it is our sales representative. Richard was very pleasant to work with and provided comfort for the dealer's mistakes. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. You can go to Courtesy Ford in Rome and receive far superior customer service and support. They saved me over $100.00 on my 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance.

My husband and I went in to check out the 2014 Escape. We were comparison shopping. Mike McKenzie greeted us. He listened to our wish list, and then offered to take us out for a test drive. He answered all our questions, took his time with us, and truly listened to us. We were not ready to buy on the spot. But, we were back within the week! Mike again listened and found the car we were looking for. He picked up the next working day, and we now have a beautiful 2014 Escape. It is a great car - I love it! Mike and Pugmire Ford are a winning combination. We also had the opportunity to meet Austin Pugmire. He is a very personable man. The staff was incredibly knowledgable and so helpful. They made my family and I feel right at home. They were so thorough, not only explaining, but showing, all the features of my new truck. The guys there are are so friendly and just want to make sure you have the best experience possible. Austin Pugmire, the owner of the dealership, even made sure to come by, shake my hand and make sure I was getting everything I needed and was happy with my purchase.
