I tried purchasing a Dodge Ram from 3 different dealers and Mike Root from Providence Dodge was the only one who followed through with what I wanted. He took the time to answer my questions and was pushy. He called a couple of days after my purchase and asked if everything was ok and if their was anything else that I needed. I found the Ram truck that I had spent 4-5 months looking for, the right one for the right price. I found the one at Providence by accident, I live 2 1/2 hours away. I e-mailed Jason on a Monday night and was driving to pick up the new truck by Thurs. Jason made this process easy, I was in and out a lot faster then I thought. Had my infant daughter with us and they made us feel welcome and at home. Will be going back when the wife needs a vehicle. This purchase was last April 2015, a little late on the review. I had Ralph working with my wife and I to get the Jeep she really wanted. Ralph worked his magic and located another Jeep in minutes. Since we had time to look around I ended up looking at a really nice Ram. Ralph and Doug Rineer worked there magic and I end up buying both vehicles. Jason and the staff were very nice, and easy to deal with. Was able to get my son the truck he wanted, and they had the wheels refinished and hubcaps replaced which was the only detraction from an otherwise beautiful vehicle. In the end, was very pleased with everything, and did not mind driving from Virginia to get the truck.

Trust makes every transaction go smoother! When our 2000 ford focus wagon blew an engine at 158,000 miles on a Friday afternoon at 4pm., we knew how we'd be spending our weekend. Once we figured out what type of car we wanted to replace it with and what options we wanted, we got online to try to find a deal... what a PAIN in the butt! I had connected with Jeremy previously, so out of desperation, I sent Jeremy an email telling him what we were looking for, on the OFF chance that maybe someone had traded it in. Seriously, who calls a sales rep at Dodge & Jeep dealer, looking for a 3 year old used Subaru? Apparently, my wife and I do... Call us Crazy. :-) Jeremy found us exactly what we wanted (all the options too), had it brought down to his dealership, and less than 24 hours later, we were signing the documents! A+++ Top Notch customer service... WOW... we are still in shock... We got a AMAZING deal, on a Great car, It really is easier to buy a car from someone you can trust! Christian was welcoming and very helpful in explaining all of our options. Me and my family have purchased many vehicles from Providence Autos. I recently purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and Jason was my sales person. If you want to experience friendliness, honesty, value, excellence, and high quality autos in your buying experience, then you must by from Providence Autos. Each member of that organization is superb, especially Jeremy Tuel, the sales agent with whom I dealt. There was no haggling in the price. The price quoted was what I paid. He answered all my questions about car features, previous ownership, etc. He addressed any issues with buying the car out-of-state, making only a single visit necessary. I bought a used car. But when I saw the condition, both inside and out, I could not tell the difference between used and new. It was well-worth the trip from Boston, Massachusetts now only for the great value on an excellent vehicle, but also for the stress-free experience with no unpleasant surprises.

We had a chrysler 200 in for a major repairAlthough I was disappointed with the product itself the employees ,Melissa Kiem(service advisor) and the mechanic Tony made it all bare able ! Melissa went above and beyond her dutys to make things happen. Melissa made sure we had transportation for the length of the repair she also made daily follow up phone calls to let us know how things were going. As for the dealership and service dept I could not ask for more. When the car was picked up it was in perfect condition , very clean inside and out even the tires were brightened Good Job!

I met with Jeremy at the end of February and told him I was just looking at the time and that I would be in the market to purchase at the end of May. He took the time to show me a Grand Cherokee Overland that I was interested in. Knowing that I was not going to buy it for several months or if I would buy it all, he took me out for a test ride and then gave me a quote with no pressure that it was only good for that day, week or month. My husband and I were referred to Performance Autos by our RV dealer as we were in need of a vehicle to tow behind our new motorhome. I was walking the lot waiting on an oil change when I met Jeremy Tuel. He proceeded to explain the benefits a new truck would off me despite my insistence that I didn't want car payments. Worked with Jeremy to get the truck I wanted - RAM 1500 Outdoorsman. He did not try to just sell me one off the lot but rather worked to find what I wanted. We ended up placing an order and the truck is awesome. An overall stress free experience with no pressure involved. Jeremy listened and answered any and all questions. When the truck came in he spent over an hour going through all the ins and out of the new vehicle. We had a difficult deal to get done, to trade in a negative equity SUV bought elsewhere, for a minivan, due to our expanding family, with less than perfect credit. The minute we walked in, our salesman, Jeremy Tuel, made us feel like we were just as important as someone who had a perfect deal to get done. I felt at ease, as at some dealerships we had visited made me feel like we were about to get scammed. The process was easy, we made it clear what kind of money we could work with and although it took a day or two (we went on a weekend and needed to wait until the next business day, Monday, for the bank), we walked away with a brand new vehicle, a perfect fit for us, with a rate and payment and down payment right within our range. The entire time, our saleman treated us like not only a top priority customer, but like a new friend. Never did we spend more time than necessary sitting there, all the paperwork was done and ready for us when we got there, the process was the easiest, by far. My husband is looking forward to going back within the year for his new SUV. I have recommended them several times now in the short period since buying our vehicle, and I just am so impressed with how easy the process was! I was considering trading in my Nissan for an AWD or four wheel drive vehicle and went to see what was available in your used lot. Though there were many choices and I enjoyed the experience there, I have to wait until my lease with Nissan is completed. John Dowling was extremely helpful and courteous and took the time to show me around. You have a good selection of both used and new and I would definitely return when I have completed my lease term with Nissan.

Things happen for a reason. Last week a deer leaped out in front of me and because it was an old car, the insurance company deemed it totaled. On the advice of 2 good friends, I went to Providence Auto. I met with Aaron Frishkorn first. He listened to everything I wanted in a new vehical and we spent some time exploring lower priced, used cars vs purchasing new and taking advantage of the current incentives. I had my last car for 15 years and 200K miles so it's been a while since I went car shopping. I never expected to be able to afford a new car, but when we looked at the numbers, it became clear that it was, indeed, a possibility. Steve and Aaron put their heads together and came up with a brand new Dodge Dart - great gas mileage, safe, sporty, fun, oh... and red! LOL. They worked out a do-able monthly payment for me and I am already loving my new ride! I was impressed with the time they took explaining and working with me from all angles. I never felt rushed or pushed into buying. I definitely recommend the guys at Providence Auto!

I recently purchased a Jeep Commander Limited from providence Autos in Quarryville, Pa and I must state it was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with an automobile dealership. I had spent 5 weeks searching across the country for a Jeep Commander Limited that met all my criteria regarding color inside and out as well as options and price. Many times I found a Jeep and then checked the reviews regarding the dealer selling it. Many times the dealer credentials came up short. Then I came across a Jeep that met most of criteria at Providence Autos. I worked with a sales consultant named Cody Eberly. I was amazed at the forthrightness, friendliness, and honesty Cody displayed to me while we worked out the details of purchasing this auto (keeping in mind I was 3 states away). I went to several different Dodge Dealers before I got to Providence. I was in the market for a New Dodge Ram when I met Doug Rineer at Providence. Doug knew more about the Ram Trucks then all the other dealers I talked to combined.
