Our experience with Priority Honda Roanoke was truly a memorable one! So often, these days, sales associates are willing to compromise on establishing connections and relationships with customers in order to make a sale. Based on my experience with Priority Honda Roanoke, I can assure you that that is not the case here. Specifically, I worked with Ryan (sale associate) and Quinn (finance) during my car search. Ryan was absolutely amazing! He is such a people person. He put me at ease throughout the process by both his professional, yet lighthearted nature, and through his knowledge of the vehicle. He took what can sometimes be a stressful process and made it truly care free. Quinn was also extremely personable and made the financing aspect go smoothly. I highly recommend Priority Honda Roanoke!

The “Priority for Life” program that offers a lifetime power train warranty, lifetime oil changes, and lifetime vehicle inspections prompted me to take a look at their prices. Their new car prices were as good, or better than the other dealerships I looked at. Every person we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. We changed our mind on the vehicle we wanted right in the middle of all the paperwork being completed and they all just took it in stride and helped us through the process. The overall buying experience was very good and this comes from a person that does not like to buy a new car.

My vehicle purchase from Priority Honda was very easy and hassle free! Sam Booth was great to work with and took his time to find the right vehicle to fit my needs. Quinn in finance got the job done quickly! Ii didn’t have to spend half of my Saturday buying a new car. I love my new Passport! Thank you Priority!

2.5 STARS Very cordial over the phone. Made and CONFIRMED an appointment with Walker, but when we arrived, we were passed to someone else (said he was the only one who spoke Spanish, so he needed to serve other customers who needed Spanish support). John, the next guy, was very personable and cordial, as well. First, let's talk about what one may call deception or another may call non-disclosure (might they be the same, conceptually). With an ALL CASH OFFER on the table, to our disappointment, they would not budge on the price of the vehicle, one dime, albeit SEVERAL places of moderate to minor body damage and an odd tire. I say deception or non-disclosure, as none of the issues were disclosed or shown in the 4 pictures posted on the web site nor the 15 pictures that Walker sent directly to me, upon request, before we made a 3.75-hour one-way drive to another state in hopes of purchasing the vehicle. So sad that the used car salesman stereotype was proven to be more that just a stereotype, in this instance. Interestingly, after we said "no thanks" to the sell, they came out and replaced the price sticker on the vehicle, increasing the price by $700, BEFORE WE EVEN LEFT! Who does that!?! I think I also felt some kind of way when Walker, the one with whom I initiated contact, did not even take the time to come over and greet my adult son, for whom we were purchasing the vehicle. To be fair, he quickly and courteously addressed me upon arrival and departure. Guess this experience has taught me to keep my business in my home state! I certainly hope my race was not a factor, but I guess I'll never know.

My family decided my first “adult” car should be a Honda because of how durable and reliable they are. I am so happy with my purchase and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Ryan was our salesman and he made sure I knew everything I needed to know making my first big purchase. Aside from being very professional he made us feel very welcome and comfortable when it came time to make a decision. I couldn’t be happier and I will definitely stick with Honda !
