I drive 45 minutes out of my way to come to this dealership, when there is a dealership at the end of my street i could go too. When i called, they were very flexible to get me in, and when i got there they were able to work on fixing the problems within minutes.

I got my jeep willys a little over a month ago and I couldn't be happier. Keith Wallace went above and beyond to get the deal done. I had been test driving vehicles (trucks mostly) for the past couple of months. As you can imagine, with so many options out there you can go almost mad comparing specs and reviews. I was just about set on a Toyota Tacoma. Ford's were too pricey, Chevy not for me (reviews), and I had been searching used listings for anything that could work within my budget. While searching online I decided to give the ram 1500 a try. (I saw one used online near my house.) I stopped in on a whim to visit Priority CJDR to see a new ram first. I am so happy that I did. Eric (my salesperson) was amazing. He took me through his inventory of vehicles, none of which would I have thought I could afford. He also introduced the process of leasing to me (I had always purchased before). It seemed way too scary to be dishing out money month to month with nothing to show but once he showed me the benefits of leasing I was sold. I ended up driving away in a brand new Ram 1500 Big Horn. They were unbelievably flexible and fair with budgeting and negotiations. I actaully ended up leaving there thrilled that I had gotten the best deal I could have gotten on any truck anywhere. Eric ended up saving me over $100 a month on payments and almost $2,500 that I had budgeted for sales tax! I was absolutely thrilled! As far as the truck itself... The ram 1500 is by far the best out there. Fords feal cheaply made, Chevy doesn't come close with reliability, and I just couldn't get comfortable in a Toyota. Everything in the cab is soft to touch, the engine is insane, and it has every bell and whistle I could have wanted. Bottom line- Eric and Priority CDJR are amazing. So happy I stopped in on a whim. Love my truck!!!

My 16 year old found a jeep on line , and loved it. I then took the ride to Priority Jeep in Salisbury I was greeted by a young man by the name of Eric Faro he made me feel like we have known each other for years, pressure was not in eye sight. He gave me total control from start to finish. The most amazing car buying experience in the many years. Thank you Eric, Priority and all involved

I would recommend Priority to anyone looking to buy a car. I felt so comfortable there. I felt no pressure to buy a car right away. I went back multiple times and started feeling right at home. Rob Martin was a great salesman! He went out of his way to find a car that would match my personal and financial needs and he was always able to be reached by phone if I had any questions. Buying a car can be stressful, but everyone at Priority was so down to earth and made the process so smooth for me and now I have a brand new car that I love!

This was the second time I have had an "emergency" need, pulled into Pride, and was treated very well, with the repair being handled the same day.........much appreciated, especially when a warm spell breaks, cold temperatures and frost hit, and one suddenly discovers no heat or defrost ! The repair was made that same day, and under warranty.

I was in for a oil change and the technician found an issue with my transmission. An appointment was set up for a Saturday. I dropped my car off on Friday night and the job was completed early Saturday, and it was covered by warranty. I was very pleased!

I was nervous about buying a car because I don't have the best credit and thought I would get turned away. I decided to check out Priority Chrysler and met with Ernie P. and he made the whole experience very easy! Even with my fair credit score, he was able to make the financing happen for me. After a test a drive and some paperwork, I was able to pick up my car a few days later and my wife and I both love it! We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend to others!

Shopped all over Merrimack Valley for an SUV, and test drove about 6 different ones just at Priority Jeep Pride Salisbury, salesperson Ernie Passariello was great to work with, patient and knowledgeable in the product. After deciding on one particular Jeep Cherokee it was a breeze, negotiating was smooth, finance mgr was great to work with, was out of the dealership in two hours, picked up my new Jeep on Monday, all registered and ready to roll. Ernie took the time to go over the entire vehicle explaining how each button works and synced my phone with the Bluetooth. Saved me the aggravation. As car buying experiences go this was great. I recommend this dealership to family and friends and all, you will be pleased.

Although my family and I were not necessarily in the market for a Honda Pilot, we found a 2011 touring edition at this dealership and had a fantastic experience with Rob Martin and would highly recommend him to future car buyers. These guys are so helpful! My wife and I were buying two cars within a short period of time. Usually when two women are shopping for something like a car you get treated differently then if a man and a woman came in together. We did not feel that way once during our entire experience. We would recommend it to anyone- Rob Marin helped us out- if you go by ask for him!

They have a very friendly and helpful staff. They don't push you into purchasing items or services that are not needed. they explain everything they did and let you know of possible future issues. You feel like your visiting family not getting work done to your Jeep.

Service Department is very friendly and accommodating. At our last visit we had two cars getting oil changes, and they made it easy to schedule. They also took care of a recall during that visit, which was awesome - made it so much easier than scheduling another visit.

I have just purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Pride Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Salisbury, MA and feel that I need to share my positive experience. After doing some research and visiting other dealerships I was feeling discouraged by the cost of the monthly payments and the high pressure sales tactics...i.e. "If you buy this car right now today we can give you this deal, but it won't be valid after today." Then I visited Pride! From the minute I walked in the door there was a positive vibe. Rob Martin, my sales person greeted me at the front and immediately had me laughing (something I hadn't done at any of the other dealerships!) He was very helpful and informative, helping me decide between a Jeep and a RAM truck. But it still came down to the money. Rob and the Sales Manager Mike both spent quite a bit of time with me and were able to get me where I needed to be payment wise without pressure or hassle. Each member of the staff that I met was very friendly and courteous. I was even introduced to the managers of the Parts and Service Departments (again, something that has never happened at other dealerships). So, to Rob, Mike, Paul, Tayler - THANK YOU for turning a dreaded task into a positive experience!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had shopping for a new or used vehicle. My salesmans name was Robert Martin who went above and beyond in every aspect of this sale. I also delt with Michael Cucchiello the sales manager of the store, who was nothing but polite and respectful of my wife and my time. At first i was upset about having to buy a new car,i had no credit but i needed a car asap! So i went out and all of the dealerships i went to first left me feeling like i was being hustled. But then i had my first experience at Pride Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM, and I cannot say enough good things! Who knew you could actually have fun purchasing a new vehicle! The whole team was very friendly and i felt really good about being there. I don't think i broke from my smile the whole time i was there. Mike, who is the sales manager listened to what i wanted. He actually cared and helped me through what i was getting myself into financially. My salesperson Rob was laid back and humorous, which made me feel even more comfortable about buying my 2015 Dodge Dart from them .Before leaving with my new vehicle, Rob sat in the car with me and went through all of the awesome features it had to offer. Overall i had an amazing experience here, and still do every time i go. i drive 35 minutes out of my way to get my services done there because i know they will treat me like gold!

I came out to salisbury to enjoy a beach day with my son, we stopped at pride. I didn't plan on buying a jeep although the salesman was kind enough to go over different options to finance the car. I was amazed that the management was able to pull some strings to get me the payment I could afford! Thanks to the salesman (John) and the management team I am driving a 2015 Wrangler!
