Stay away from this place. They sold me a 2013 Chevy traverse for 21,000. Was there all day so signed papers without looking. 3 weeks later I realized they actually sold it to me for 30,000 and put me as the co buyer. Now I have a car that's not worth 30,000 and under someone else's name. BEWARE OF THE HARMOND BROTHERS!!

My salesperson Keith Biggar from Preston Nissan, MD is the best. very cool. all Preston Nissan are very nice & There was no pressure. they have large inventory of new & used pre-owned cars and trucks with the best prices. i live in Dover, DE and this is my 3 rd new car from them. all my friends buy only from them. its very far but we make sure to stop at Harrington casino on the way to them. show them another price and they can make your best deal. the service dept is the best and always have a coupon or free OLF, etc......! also Dont Forget to ask them when they have the Nissan Incentives and Rebates & this will save you more... big $$$. shop smart. good luck.

Still waiting on deposit return after placing car on hold then realising it didn't have features required. No papers were signed. They were quick to process the deposit but over a week later deposit not returned! Liars and shonks! Still waiting. ...

Dan Silvers was great to work with when my daughter bought her first vehicle, the Nissan Rogue. He was patient in explaining features of this vehicle and answered all of her questions. When it came time to purchase the car he gave her a fair price, explained each form in detail and walked her through the process of purchasing a vehicle. In addition, he arranged for the vehicle to be fitted with a special console in order for her arm to rest comfortably on it. Since the color and features that she wanted was not available at Preston the vehicle had to be ordered from a different dealership. When it did not arrive at Preston at the time it was supposed to Dan stepped up to the plate and offered to drive it to my daughter's work place in College Park, Md. the very next day which is a 2 hour drive one way from Preston Nissan. In my opinion Dan provideed superior service and did everything possible to make my daughter's car experince positive. She is very happy with her purchase and feels that she made an excellent choice in choosing Preston Nissan. I would highly recommend Dan Sivers and his manager Brad at the Preston dealership to anybody interested in a stress free purchase of a vehicle. Thank you Dan and Brad for a job well done!

I was happy with them and felt important until I actually had an issue that needed resolving, then all of a sudden I was an insignificant nobody. we have been looking for a car for six weeks and after narrowing our search to lexus, infinti and maxima after the test drives off all the cars we had decided on the lexus but after my wife saw the crimson black and cafe interior she wanted that specfic maxima. None of the dealer in my home state of DE could find the car at the price we wanted I was frustrated by the Hertrich dealership in Dover the run around I got almost made me buy the lexus but my wife persuaded me to give preaton a chance. After an internet hook up with Patrick McGlannan it is what saved me from getting a lexus.Pat did a great job finding the specfic ext and int color and options on the Maxima my wife wanted. Great service. Made the car buying experience a pleasure. Worked very hard to get the color - both interior and exterior with the premium package I wanted. Would definatley recommend this dealer to everyone!Went to another dealer in Salisbury because it was closer - they quoted me a price over the phone but did not honor that price when I went in person. Preston, on the other hand quoted me a price via phone and stuck by that price. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership.

I visited the dealership for service and talked to Derek about Xterra's. I had a 2007 Maxima and was quite happy. Derek explained the deals available and we were able to put together a deal that made me very happy. He even went as far as personnally going to another dealer to pick up the car.

This is the second Nissan we have bought from the dealership. Our sales person was recommended by a friend and he was just a perfect fit for my son and I. Stayed in touch, but not to pushy and was very responsive to my many questions. A most pleasant car buying experience.

Howard was a great salesman. He provided me with excellent customer service over the phone as well as in person. When I called the dealership, I explained my situation as far as my trade-in vehicle. Howard was able to give me positive feedback by the end of the day. I liked the fact that I didn't have to wait days for an answer. He also kept in constant contact with me, letting me know that they have not given up and that they are working to get me the best rates. I really appreciated the fact that when I got to the dealership, Howard had all of the numbers figured out for me and the type of vehicle that met my needs picked out. The only "hard" task that I had as a customer was to pick out a color. I appreciate the services rendered to me from Mr. Dixon and I would definitely recommend someone to Preston Nissan and to Howard.

The reason I have rated this sales consultant and dealership high is because I was after a particular car that another dealership gave up on. My knowledge of car buying and what goes along with it is high and my expectations are extremely high. Howard Dixon and Preston Automotive stuck with me and finally found the car I was looking for which is a Nissan Maxima Tuscon Sun Tan interior absolutely loaded.Just because they found the car though didn't mean they got me you see I know this particular make has a business year that ends in the middle of the year so now Howard had to meet or exceed my expections on price and he did by a lot.I am tough in a dealership and you know what I did it all on line I did not have to gear up for the dealership thing "Are you reday to rumble ". This was by far the best vehicle purchase I have ever made. I was so entrusted to these guys by now that I bought the car sight un seen. Furthermore the day I was to pick this car up I had to be in a mandatory meeting so Preston delivered it to my home in Dagsboro De all the way from Hurlock Md.90+ miles.These guys blew me away.Their motto just became mine "Preston for Life."Kevin Brady

I looked around at a few differnt dealerships in salisbury where i live and had somewhat of a difficult time getting a car on my own with out a co signer.The other places i went were nice but pretty much made it clear that I needed a co signer. I know starting out on your own can be hard especially when you dont have a lot of credit to start from. After getting kind of discouraged i found Mike Furman at Preston Nissan. He really is great i am so glad he was my salesman. Very Personable and caring. Everyone at Preston Nissan was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me get into the car i wanted. I had nothing but a great experience while i was at this dealership. I will strongly recommend the PRESTON DEALERSHIPS to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. At first request, I received a better price than other dealerships after haggling. The car was cleaned perfectly and ready for us to go when the financing was done. The only negative was how long it took to finish the paperwork with the finance person. They didn't pressure me to buy warranties or insurance, it was a very good experience.

I found the entire Preston team to be easy to work with. I had a specific agenda I needed to follow due to lack of time and David was very respectful of my wishes and needs. Everything was handled in a timely, courteous and professional manner. I was looking for a '09 Xterra and they were the only dealership to have one I could drive right off the lot. Pricing was fair and service was great. Dealing with Stoney was a pleasure as well. He did a great job exploring different avenues of financing to get me the best rate and payment. I would definitely recommend this team and dealership to others.

David Collins and Preston Nissan provided the best buying experience that I could possibly ask for. I live in North Carolina and searched the entire East coast for a 2009 Xterra with the exact configuration I wanted. There were a few dealerships that had one, but David quoted me an unbelievably great price up front. After confirming the vehicle configuration and price, I booked a one-way car rental and drove to Annapolis. David arranged for a dealership representative that picked me up at the car rental drop-off location and drove me the rest of the way to Preston Nissan. After a quick test drive and inspection, we completed the paperwork and I drove off in my brand new Xterra. The late August weather was perfect, and I had a delicious seafood lunch at the Chesapeake Bay before driving home too. Even factoring in all of the additional road trip expenses, the total cost of my Xterra was far less than buying from any of the local dealerships at home. David provided detailed and prompt responses to all of my questions, stayed in constant contact through phone and email, and was very organized in ensuring a smooth road trip and purchasing experience. As a consumer who purchases alot of vehicles, I take significant time out to research my vehicle of choice as it relates to; manufacturer, model, features, color, availability, dealer approach to a potential new sale and price. Distance is no obstacle in seeking my selected vehicle. Having researched the 2009 Nissan Frontier SE, while evaluating the results of my search criteria, as noted above, it didn't take me very long to decide that the purchase of my new 2009 Nissan Frontier SE was going to be made at Preston. My search was abit challenging as I live in Long Island New York and was on the hunt for this vehicle in "Brick Red", which was extremely difficult to locate within my region. Availabilty in the 3 closest districts from New York, as an origination point, proved fruitless,ultimately learning that this particular color with the options I desired, was no where to be found. As a last ditch effort, I decided to open my search to district 4 bringing me into Maryland. The journey from Long Island took me through 4 states logging over 600 miles roundtrip. I can definitively state the the trip proved to be very worthwhile, (which I did anticipate). Howard Dixon went out of his way to ensure that the pricing on both my new vehicle and the value of my trade was within my budgetary constraints, while ensuring that the vehicle would be ready for delivery next day. He was most professional, exceptionally responsive to me, while engaging those on his team behind the scenes. Our deal was locked in over the phone within 1 hour. Additionally while arriving at the dealership later than anticipated on Saturday evening, Chad Todd was most gracious and helpful in keeping the dealership open beyond closing hours which was most appreciated, especially given I had driven so many miles. I would also be remiss if I did not recognize Mr. David Wilson Jr's personal assistance in working with my lendor, over the phone, to format the sales invoice making it acceptable to the lienholder. A personal thanks to Howard, Chad and David for pulling this together so expediously. We came to Aimee Bradley at Preston Nissan through the CARS program. It was the last day of the promotion and a very busy day for the dealership. Needless to say the dealership was extremely busy on this day. Despite the craze of customers wanting to take advantage of the CARS program, we received exceptional service from the entire Preston team, from the service technicians to the sales team. They are all good people and genuinely care about their customers. We are all very pleased with our purchase and recommend Aimee Bradley and Preston Nissan to anyone shopping for a new car.

I went looking for a new car and trade in on my Lincoln Towncar. I met David for the first time and he made me feel very comfortable. I know the old addage of a car salesman and honesty but I think I got a great deal from David! He was a gentleman and spent all the time with me that I required. He even helped me clean out my car and put everything in my new Nissan Cube. I love, love, love the new car and the buying experience itself was absolutely no hassle and I had a great afternoon with David. Having a 2005 Altima we only stopped in to look at the new Altima and ended up leaving with one. Rick did a great job of going over the new features on the car. He and Chad were able to get us the deal we needed. This is our fifth Preston purchase. Everyone is alway very friendly and helpful.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I've bought my last 4 cars from preston so they are obviously doing something right. I knew what I wanted and bought my car without ever stepping foot on the lot. It was very conveinient. Buying a car can take a long time and be exhausting but Preston Nissan made it easy! If you're buying a vehicle you MUST request Kenny!!! He is very honest and makes it happen! I was especially pleased that they gave me a more than fair price for my trade-in. I was also dealing with Car Max and Preston was able to beat their deal and offer me the conveiniece of not having to spend a day at the dealership.

Was looking for a new car and decided on the new 2009 Nissan 370z. Vehicle was listed at MSRP and had to haggle a little bit to get invoice price but that is obviously expected as they are salesmen and want to get the most of their sale. I received Kelly Blue Book price for my trade in car (07 Nissan Altima). They didn't have the exact model Z that I wanted but I received the exact car I wanted in under 24 hours after I had asked for it.Was asked if I would like to test drive the 2009 Nissan 370z by employee Howard Dixon. He gave me the keys and let my friend and I take the Z for a spin. This was a good move on their part as everyone gets a little nervous with a dealer in the car with them. I was able to see what the car was really able to do (excellent pickup, great handling, braking, etc), this was a big part of my decision to buy the car.I have purchased 4 new cars through Preston and would recommend this dealer to a friend.

I had been search on-line for a new nissan for several months when I came across Preston Nissan and submitted A request for information on a Nissan Altima. I own an Nissan 350Z and when I have to have it serviced -- I prefer to have it serviced by a Nissan service center -- Carrie O'Connell has assisted me everytime even though she is in sales and not service. We live in the same town and she makes it convenient for me to get my Z car serviced at Preston Nissan by picking it up and taking it to the service department so that I don't have to take time off from work. I highly recommend Carrie O'Connell's professionalism to anyone who wants to purchase a new or used car, or who needs help getting their car to the right service department.

He went out to the lot and provided the sticker price of the cubes they had in stock, and he didn't try to pressure us over the phone. We drove to Preston to look at the car and he treated us the same way in person. He was professional and did not pressure us, answered all of our questions. We were very concerned with space, so he helped us open up the Cube and test out the car seats for our kids to make sure we would have enough room.After the sale he gave us a tour of the facility and explained all of the customer benefits. He was patient with us as we transferred everything from our old car to our new car, even though all of his co-workers were leaving for the day (by the time we arrived at the dealer it was close to closing time).The entire purchase process only took about an hour and a half, excluding the test drive.I will recommend Kenny to my friends, and I would gladly do business with him again.

My whole family has dealt with the Preston Group for years. I purchased a 2009 Murano last April & my husband just purchased a new Titan. Bubby was very patient with us while we decided & at no time did we feel pressured or obligated to purchase the Titan. From Bubby right on down to the finanicial aspect, the whole experience was effortless. We'll definitely be back to see Bubby when we decide to purchase another vehicle.

I asked for a specific deal and they were able to deliver it. I called and without even being there they were able to put a deal together that I was real satisfied with.I was able to come in sign some papers and leave with little hassel,no body likes sitting around a dealership all day long. Because of the sevice the supplied to me I have become a customer for life. I would also recomend this dealership to someone else. Thanks to Preston I have a new car that i love to drive and gets great gas milage. Couldnt be more satified!

They were wonderful to deal with. Talked to them on Tuesday night. They brought the vehicle to me to test drive and took my Altima back with them. Called me the next day to see how I liked it. I purchased 2009 Nissan 370z from Preston. I'm very picky about getting the right price and deals so I looked over 10 other dealerships. When it comes down to dealing with dealers I was afraid that I would have to go through rough & unpleasant sales tactics they often make you to buy the car. I dealt with Ricky who was very prompt to come up with sale price without putting any pressure on me. When I decided to take the deal from Preston and I called Ricky, he was actually taking a day off. After he got my call, Ricky went into the dealership and tried to finalize the deal as soon as possible. Since I lived couple hours from the dealership, Ricky made sure they sent someone to my house get the contract signed and well as delivering the car right in front of my house at no charge. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

We bought our first car but second Nissan Altima(2009) from Preston Nissan on May 18, 2009. Everyone we dealt with, from the salesman, show room manager to the financial manger made it such a pleasure to purchase this car. It did not take us all day and much going back and forth to reach a deal that worked for each of us. They truly want to make it easy and pleasant for the customer and should be commended. On May 19 I called our salesperson with 2 questions and within 15minutes he returned my call with the answers. Because of the service and attitude we will return to Preston Nissan and also recomend them to others. I wish all car dealerships were this easy and friendly to work with. We are very pleased with our Altima......great car.

Several months ago we purchased a Nissan Quest from Earl. It took us a couple of days to finalize everything and were up there late at night but Earl worked around our schedules and even called his wife and she watched our children so we finish the purchase. I went to Preston today just to look around. I wasn't sure what I wanted to buy or what to even look at. Ur sales rep Howard was very helpful to me. I planned to look at a maxima but my eye caught the altima. Howard gave me some very good details about each car and gave me a book for each car to take home. He was a very nice guy and I enjoyed my visit there. I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to go to Howard at Preston Nissan. We need more people like him in the car selling business. I can tell he really enjoys what he does and isn't just doing it for the commission.

He was dressed very professional and approiate, which was assuring.I was unaware of where to go at first but Dixon directed me to the Nissan service area. And then led me to the waiting room inside while my car was being serviced. The waiting room was comfortable and equipped with a televison and snacks that made my experience even more enjoyable. When dealing with Preston Nissan I feel right at home. As a women I feel that some dealerships may take advantage of women's overall lack of knowledge of their cars mechanics and operations. With Preston Nissan however, I have no worries. I trust this dealerships insights and I have trust in their reliable repuation. I find comfort in knowing that if something goes wrong with my car, I can take it to be serviced at Preston.

I stopped in to look into the '09 Altima and wound up walking away with one! Earl was an amazing salesman. He pointed me in the right direction in no time at all. He wasn't acting like a vulture like at the people at CARMAX, which was quite refreshing. I would recommend anyone to this dealer, and with no one else in mind than him. Stopped in with a beater, walked out with a brand new car. And to beat it all, it was no hassle or headache.

I was looking to trade in my Volkswagen Jetta for a newer Toyota due to gas prices. I saw an add for Preston and figured I would give them a look. I looked around for awhile and really had my eye on a Scion xB on the lot. After my, rather peaceful, walk around the lot I went and spoke with one of the sales reps, Earl Murphy. Aces all the way. In no time at all, and with minimal stress, we had a deal worked up to get me outta my Jetta and into my little toaster car. I'm delighted with my car, and I am delighted with my service.

The sales representative, Howard Dixon was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, patient salesmen that I have ever met! Mr. Dixon let me take the car for the weekend, so I could see if this was something that I wanted to purchase for myself. He said this is an investment and wanted to ensure that the vehicle would be a good fit with my lifestyle etc. I was very impressed with his ability to follow up and his impeccable knowledge of the vehicle. Although, I decided not to purchase the vehicle because I was starting a new job, he still calls me to say hi and to give him a call when I may be in the market. I will never forget Howard! When I walked on the lot I was greeted within minutes. Howard ask what could he sell me todat and I told him I was looking for a nice truck that wouldnt break my pockets.He told me about the trucks that were on the lot and asked me what was my price range after I told him I asked him what can you do for me in that range he told me you came to the right place I will make sure you leave today with your new truck.He just made my wife and I feel great about buying a truck made us feel like he was out to please us and not just to make a sale. we fely so good about our experiance with Howard that we went back and bought my wife a Nissan. We were lookig for a new car. We went over to the dealership and worked with Kenny Gardner, the sales rep. He showed us the Nissan Maxima and we test drove it. We left that day to think about our decision (March 16). After April 1, Kenny let us know that there was now a rebateon the Maxima's and that they had gotten a new Maxima in at the dealership. On April 10, we went back over to Preston and decided to buy the car. Everyone worked with us and the service was excellent!

I have never enjoyed buying a car before because of the stress that comes with not knowing if the salesmen is giving you the best deal or trying to line his pockets with my money. earl took all that away for the first time ever when bying my titan. I knew he cared about me and was giving me the deal I wanted the first time we talked. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and all the workings of buying it. Mr Gardner was professional, friendly, and responsive to my buying needs and budget. He was informative and not pushy. My questions were answered in a believable, straightforward manner. He worked with me on price and the dealership was very generous with the value of my trade- in. The Nissan Manager, Chad Todd, was also pleasant , not pushy and presented options without a hard sell. I needed to return a first time lease. The Nissan service department was very helpful in making sure my car was in the best condition to do so. I then expressed an interest in a Nissan Quest. This time I wanted to buy. I dealt with Howard Dixon. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was given a Quest to drive for a day to be sure that it was what I really wanted. The whole process was very painless. They worked very hard with me to stay with in my budget. The Preston for Life card is icing on the cake! My husband and I have purchased many vehicles from the Preston Autoplex and have never been disappointed.

I recently had my car serviced at the Preston AutoPlex. Upon arrival I began looking at the vast number of beautiful cars on the lot. I met a sales specialist, Howard Dixon, who made my experience pleasant and memorable. He immediately introduced himself and greeted me with a smile. I could tell he cared about me and what I was there for instead of just trying to make a quick buck. Once I informed Mr. Dixon that I was not there to purchase a car only to have my car service, he still did not leave my side. He made sure I was able to find the proper department and that I was taken care of. Mr. Dixon made me feel at home at the AutoPlex. This is the third Nissan that I have bought from preston nissan and everytime they go above and beyond expectaions. They actually had the car delivered to my house over 120 miles away. The price of the car was thousands of dollars cheaper than the local dealers and they gave me top dollars for my trade in. David and his team could not of been better of answering my questions and returning my calls during the sales process. I will be buying my next car or truck from Preston Nissan.

My husband and I were in the market for a new truck and stopped by Preston Nissan, in Hurlock, MD. I had three "must haves" on my list. The truck had to be a 4 dr, the back seat had to accomodate three booster seats for our triplet Grandsons and it had to be "RED". Christine Paulino introduced herself to us and showed us a "red" 4 dr Nissan Frontier that was on the lot. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She understood what we wanted and did not try to to steer us to something else. We went to the DMV to get tags, etc. and the personnel said that Preston Nissan was very efficient with their paper work. The whole procedure took about 10 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience purchasing a vechicle from Preston Nissan and would highly recommend Christine Paulino as the person to contact.

We saw our vehicle right away. They prepped it and we took our vehicle away with no appointment. The salesman did exactly what he said he would. The price was exactly what he said it would be. My wife had our two young children and they were extra friendly and welcomed our children to the dealership. They were allowed to play and were extra accomodating to our children to the point where they didnt want to leave when the vehicle was ready. Financing and warranty were efficient to make the sale smooth.
