Easy to schedule appointment via phone. Received timely reminders via text. Attended to even though I arrived early and before posted business hours. Bob listened to my requests and answered my inquiries knowledgeably. I got timely shuttle service both ways. Franklin, the shuttle driver, was careful and courteous. It's only been a day after so I can't speak to the quality of the maintenance. The car is working fine. The only reason why I'm not giving a '5' is because I got passed around and left on hold for a while when Bob was not immediately available when I returned his call. Calls on hold should be monitored and not left unattended for too long. I would have preferred to leave a voicemail.

Had a smooth and seamless experience this AM getting my car serviced here (purchased my Volvo here as well). The repair was made quickly and they even washed my car before I checked out. Tami was extremely helpful throughout and made this a really pleasant experience. Her customer service was A+ - feel grateful to have found this place! Had a similarly excellent experience purchasing my XC90 from Ryan back in the winter. If you are in the market for a Volvo, or need service, don't hesitate to visit this place.

I dealt with other Volvo Dealerships looking for my dream car with no luck and rude salesmen, but found it almost immediately when I reached out to Prestige for their help last year! Just went in for my annual stop in recently, and (no surprise) was met with great and speedy service! I live about 100 miles from the shop, and they were extremely accommodating to my ability to only be available to schedule at certain times. I’d give more stars if I could!

I came here to have my car serviced and Tami was great. She took awesome care of me and got me situated right away. Even gave my dog some treats and pets while we waited for everything. Great customer service.

Ryan is the best! He is welcoming and makes you feel like someone is there to help you out through this crazy 'buying car' process. Prior to this dealership, I visited a different one and had some hard time so I really appreciated his kindness. Thank you Ryan!
