The overall experience with Service Rep Andy Marcu was exceptionally good. He was very professional and did his best to satisfy my needs. I cannot give Prestige 5 stars because of the initial experience I had when I bought the vehicle in 2017, that being told I could not get an extended service plan on my Jeep and that they would give me 3 additional oil changes in return. Apparently there has been a change in management at Prestige and Andy could not find any record of the oil change offer.

I want to personally thank the entire sales, finance, the guys in the back who washed the truck nice and to the semi driver who transported the vehicle the entire trip right into my hands with no scratches. Emily my sales person was not only professional but witty with regards to our interface with this new tech of a beast. The team was amazing! I could not have possibly had a better experience. Being new to the Jeep family I had a million questions I planned to ask. However, my sales team Eric and Christian were so detailed and informative it left me with very few. The few questions I did have were all answered with confidence and knowledge. Tyler in finance was incredibly efficient, kind, detailed and so helpful in making those last decisions. Overall the experience was amazing, I’m super excited to be a new Jeep owner, and proud to be a member of the Jeep family.

While the buying experience was pleasant enough, it was totally soured by a return trip to cancel the extended warranty. We were met by finance manager Kevin Brooks who has absolutely no business in a customer service position. He greeted us with, "what do you want?" followed by "you know your monthly payment doesn't go down any, right?" as soon as I said we would like to cancel the warranty. He asked again, "and what about when your car breaks down, huh? What are you going to do then?" Simply put the warranty was not a good deal, if you compare prices online you'll see the same. Be sure to read the expense limits for their service plans. We politely just wanted to cancel our policy, which we eventually did by signing a single form, but not before Kevin condescendingly laughed and shook his head.

This will be a first and last for me. I scheduled an online appointment on 7 Oct 2016 to drop my Jeep JK off on 8 Oct 2016 at 1000 to have it diagnosed due to a ticking noise coming from underneath as well as a jerking transmission. I left a voice message for Miguel, service advisor, to call me back yesterday just to double check some things and of course he did not call. I drove 30 minutes out to the dealership (one way) as well as having my wife follow me out there only to be told that they do not do that type of work......wait, what?!?!? It would have been nice to know that ahead of time and ahead of me wasting my time, effort, energy and gas traveling all the way out there!! All in all, a horrible experience with this dealership and absolutely NO ownership from them! I will NEVER return nor recommend this dealership to anyone and in fact, defer people from going.

Had my truck brought there with transmission problems as it is the location I purchased it at. They were not able to even look at the truck until 5 days after it was brought to them and when they did they said they couldn't fix the truck and needed for it to be taken to another dealer in town. I then had to arrange for a tow company to move the vehicle rather then them taking care of that. It was very difficult to speak with anyone about my truck. The only saving grace is the sales side of Prestige which I do recommend set me up with a loaner vehicle that the service dept said they didn't even have.

This place is a complete waste of your time. After almost two years of my first purchase, I came for a change after I realize a manufacturer defect on the 2015 Grand Cherokee (who cause the death of the actor Anton Yelchin) and I get a "pre-approved" offer on my mail. Everything look perfect until I came to the dealer. We drive the new car and once I get my offer, my old car valuation was ridiculous (car value went down 6K on the market for their fault!). But anyways. After 10 hours! I agree to the purchase paying from my pocket 2K because now the loan was upside down for the car devaluation (their fault) That's was not all. After a week with the car, I call to know the final numbers. (a manager offers me a "adjustment" on my contract) For my surprise, they notified if I want the new car I need to pay an extra 3.5K to cover the remaining loan deficit!. Simple I returned the car. Last time I try to make a deal with this dealer. I give 1 star because I can give less! Worst dealer in Vegas.

I've had several issues with my jeep. Whenever I brought it back to be serviced, the service department crew have been excellent in taking care of my jeep. They're friendly and courteous. More importantly, it was done quickly. That's a huge plus in my book.

Dealerships are always known for their high pressure sales and "other sales tactics" Not at Prestige! Tony the Floor Manager made sure he understood my needs and then assigned me to Glenn who then continued the process of making sure I got what I needed he also provided input that was helpful to me in making my decision, their was no pressure to buy which made for a nice buying atmosphere. During the process Tony would check to make sure everything was going running smoothly. Once Alex came over I expected a hardline sell but to my surprise he was straight forward and upfront. This was car buying at its best and how it should be for the customer. Others should mirror this process.Thanks to that Team I own a Jeep Rubicon!

I recently purchased a Ram 1500 quad cab from Prestige. Veronica and Tony were great!. I'm sure I put them through the ringer but I got a great deal on a great product. My wife and i went in a few weeks ago to buy a jeep , I had a sheet from another dealer of what my deal was and wanted to try to buy local, One of the Sales managers told me he was "hooking me up with his best sales guy,#1 at the store this year", It turns out he has only been a salesman at this dealership for two months. So we look at a few jeeps and test drive them , we decide on the one we want and i tell them get close to the deal i have from out of state and we have a deal, they took the paperwork that showed my trade value and the jeep sales price and returned about 20 minutes later and looked right at me and said " this deal is to good to be true and we dont have time to mess with you ". My wife asked him if he was serious and he replied xxxx right i am have a great day. I think the irony of the whole trip is i am the Fleet Manager for one of the Largest contractors in the Western United states and buy over 48 trucks a year and i can assure you if i ever go to buy a dodge it will not be from any of the prestige or towbin dealerships. My recommendation is to run away and find a honest car dealership , if you want to deal with the same caliber of people that are sales people here maybe stop off at fremont street for a little street hustler and then go buy somewhere else.

The practice is the same, wear you down til you cave.I had my 10 month old baby with me and after several hours and 3 different sales people that's what I did. I caved and signed something I knew I was getting screwed on. Same old tricks of not answering questions without dancing around numbers etc. They will focus you on monthly payments and avoid telling you directly how much you are actually buying the car for. It is very unethical to say the least.After reviewing my "Deal" a couple days later I see that I owe $26k on the note after trading in a car with $4k equity so I paid $30k for a 2016 dodge Caravan. I got screwed and will tell as many people as possible to avoid this place. .

This is a dealership that you can trust to stand by their product/service and always do the right thing, in this industry this is very hard to find. Adrian is service dept will keep on top of things and will keep you informed from beginning to end and Kelly in part dept is always a friendly face that will help you get exactly what you need.

The service dept was fantastic. I had made a 7am appointment to have my minivan serviced, the time was recommended my the very friendly representative who scheduled my appointment the week prior for a shorter wait time since I would have my children with me. My car was taken in exactly on time and was back to me in a hour and a half just as I was quoted by Robert my service consultant. I really appreciated that they were on time and I feel as if my time and business was valued.

Purchased a Ram 1500. Awesome truck and great experience. Sales person, Manuel was very knowledgable of viehcles. Didn't feel any pressure at all from of ALl staff. Very clean organized ficility. They even have a pop corn machine! I will buy again from prestige. Next car I have my eye on is the challenger!

Already approved for 50k, they re-ran my credit, then sold a vehicle to me at 178% of the real vehicle cost! Glad my bank stepped in. Do not shop there. Liars, and cheats. False advertising, 6-10k above TrueCar.com. Slow and lazy service, rude salesman. WALK AWAY! Truly this dealership should receive zero stars. I urge you to reconsider shopping there for your next vehicle.

I arrived on time for my scheduled service and was repeatedly told someone would be with me. After 30 minutes of standing around the garage a writer came over to ask what was needed. I told him and then he told me someone else would have to help me. I continued waiting another 15 minutes for someone else who had just been standing around. He visually inspected the car then was told to introduce me to another writer who just went over the request again then said thanks, I'll call you when they are done. Also can't believe the cost for an oil change or the outrageous price for an estimate.

I've been dealing with this dealership for over a year trying to get a broken radio fixed. I have taken it in three times with them keeping it for two weeks each time to send me off saying it was fixed only to have it do the exact same thing i took in in for when I drive off. Now despite me buying their overpriced extended warranty and them never fixing the original issue I am told my radio is out of warranty and too bad so sad for me. I'm stuck with a non working radio in my car that they refuse to do anything about. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I had a 2005 Cadillac SRX that I absolutely loved. I paid it off, had my title and planned on keeping it. But it started to have issues, as all older vehicles do. I realized after one $1400 trip to get it fixed, that I needed to part ways and get a vehicle with a warranty. I went to Prestige and I was blown away by the amazing service they provide. I felt like family. No big sales pitch, no pressure. They just wanted to make sure I left happy. Glen, CJ and Manny were beyond amazing and all so very nice. Not your typical "sales men". I purchased my brand new jeep around June of 2015. They did their job by convincing me to buy a car that was twice my budget and making me feel like it was a steal. I can say they are excellent salesman. I'm not upset that I got suckered into buying a new vehicle, ultimately, that's on me. My issue is after spending 6 hours signing papers and calling my insurance to get a new policy and getting financed for the vehicle, then a week later getting it registered at the dmv, it all turned out to be a waste. They called me 2 months later saying "something happened with the loan". They have no idea what went wrong and they bombarded me with phone calls telling me I had to find the time to come in and sign a new loan, with no real explanation and spend a couple hours looking it over or the car would be repo'd. With two new credit reports lowering my credit score. I thought that was the end of it. Two months later while out of the country on a two month long trip, my payments for my vehicle doubled. I was charged 1300$ that I needed. I had to spend $300 in telephone calls to figure out that the finance company was charging me cause the dealership never sent over my insurance information, which I had provided in the 6 hours I was sitting at their office. To fix this I had to telephone my insurance Company to fax over my policy. It's not as easy as it sounds when you're abroad in another country with no service, wasting money being on hold. That was another 200$. I thought it was over again and I was willing to drop it. Then when I returned home two months later my payment were still higher than originally. I spent a total of 10 hours over the week trying to take care of it. I work a fulltime job during office hours so I had to use my entire break for a week to call during a time the operator was available. This is 10 months later and I'm still having issues. The dmv recently contacted me about my registration being terminated because there was no longer proof of insurance. I had provided it when I went to the dmv right after I purchased my vehicle. Out of frustration I emailed the finance director because I wanted an explanation why I had gone through all of this trouble and hassle and extra costs, I wanted to know what happened to my original loan. Of course I never received anything back. I've called and they won't return any. I'm not the kind to get frustrated easily. I was going to go into the dealership but that would be wasting more of my time. So I'm writing a review. Maybe they will go out of their way to respond back this time. There's hundreds of dealerships in range. Unless they are giving you a car for half off, it's not worth the hassle when I'm sure the dealership across the street could handle your information better.

I was there at 6.30am for a 8.00am appointment and was told that they may or may not get to my vehicle today I live 80miles away which means I would have to spend the night in Vegas without so much as a toothbrush or a change of clothes I've got a extended warranty that provides for a rental car for 5 days I was told that I could use their dealers discount if I wanted to pay for a car to go home they didn't have a loaner for me to use they advertise on tv that they are the largest dodge dealers in the state so I find it hard to believe they didn't have a car for me to use

I recently went in to buy a used car. Sales manager didn't like my offer. So mid negotiation he threw my key at me and stormed off in a temper tantrum. Shame really. Could have moved a car that's been on the lot for 6 months and gained one that could have been sold in days(took the competitor dealership 2 days to sell it for asking) but no, had to go and be extremely childish when he didn't get his way. Extremely unprofessional. You can find the same vehicles elsewhere and not deal with unnecessary crap.

I had many preconceived steriotypes about car dealerships and the "negotiation" process. I in reality didn't believe these guys would get me what I wanted so I wasn't optimistic at all going in. WOW ! I realized I was to quick to judge and completely wrong ; but thankful I went to Prestige. I got exactly what I wanted for my trade and Ish the finance Manger made everything else work out with payments i could afford.I started a small buisness 6 months ago and these guys cared about my situation enough to were I wouldn't recommend anyone else. They made me feel important, not like just a number or quota that needed to be filled. All in all I made two customers for my buisness, that has turned into a great friendships . They are honest men especially, Ish and Lloyd and I WOULD recommend these two guys to anyone looking for another vehicle. These guys give service with heart the way it should be and will do more than anyone else to make you happy. Thanks Ish and Lloyd for the personable and perspective changing experience. I would be happy to stand by these guys with my own reputation. I believe in quality over quantity and it's great to find like minded people with big hearts. Bought a car approximately a month ago got told not to make my payment on the car I traded in. Put the down payment down on the 31st 2 weeks after I bought the car. 2 weeks later when my car i traded in the payment is due they just barely sent the payoff check out that day. Finance manager tells me he "told me to make the payment if its going to be close" which he never did. This is the 2nd car that i have traded in in my life and i have never had to make the payment on the car i traded in. Mike wazeta (probably spelled that wrong). Wish i hadn't filled my survey out yet because finance would have gotten a 0. Now because of him its going to look bad when i overdraft my bank account. Our sales guy was great but the finance guy obviously doesn't know what he is doing. Will also be reporting this to Corporate Dodge.Last year i bought a $37k Jeep cherokee from Carson dodge put 2 grand down the day we left and the 2nd 2grand down 2 weeks later. But guess what I had the green slip 3 days after we bought it not almost a month after we bought a Dodge dart from these guys. So don't tell me it can't be done. ONLY REASON EVERYTHING IS 1 Star is because of this.

I decided to lease a new 2015 Chrysler 200C and really like the vehicle so far, Chrysler products seem to be getting better and better everyday and the 2015 200C is great. During the process, upper level management at the dealership did what they needed to do to make me a happy customer, as my satisfaction was #1 priority to them. I look forward to doing business with Prestige again in the future.

I despise car shopping. This dealership takes it to a whole new kevel. Everyone there goespecially out of their way plus the extra mile to make you smile and give you a satisfying peace of mind when you leave. Mike Hu is the finance manager who leaves no question un-answered. His knowledge is phenomenal! His personality is the same. CJ Ansari is sales manager who really goes the distance with getting you what you want. David Helphrey is my sales rep who also did the same as rhetoric rest as far as making it an awesome, wonderful and fun car buying experience. Can't say enough great things about these guys!

After months and months of looking for the exact Jeep Wrangler - the right one came in at Prestige Jeep. Alan Morhig was my sales person - he was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, straightforward and worked hard to get the deal done. He was willing to take the time to let me test drive anything I wanted, and explain the differences, benefits and disadvantages of the model types. (2d vs 4d, willys vs rubicon vs sport etc). When at first I didn't think I could afford the Wrangler we really wanted, he was willing to find a dealer trade and pick it up on his own time. While the vehicle we ended up buying from them was a bit of a stretch, they got the price down, worked our financing rate down, and gave a decent appraisal on the trade in. When it came down to a difference of $500, I considered how hard Alan worked and the great customer service he provided, and the fact that my girlfriend and I have been wanting a jeep for so long - we decided to go for it. All in all, walked away with the perfect Wrangler, and Alan really made the whole process pleasant. Thanks Alan!

before purchasing my other dodge Durango shopped around town went to chapman dodge, I must admit that nothing is the same compare to prestige Chrysler jeep dodge's CUSTOMER SERVICE & PRICE. that is the reason why I feel comfortable coming back to them. being my 3rd vehicle purchase from prestige within a 4 year period. I dealt with Abdul Hamed through the years his THE MAN TO SEE. Rashid razmal my sales person thank you for a great service also wanna thank the finance dept. kevin thanks for simplifying things for me, last but not least wanna commend Miguel cardenas for taking the time to explain the details about my other vehicle while in service.

Overall it was a great purchase experience concerning the sales staff, Tiny and Jovan, and dealership as a whole. Kevin and the rest of the staff involved with the forms and signing were great as well. The finance side of things were a bit confusing. We had to return a week later after signing the first contract to do it all over again with no real explanation as to why. The finance person offered a reduction of $40.00 a month for the inconvenience. But when we returned home and were going over the new contract found that the allotted miles for the lease was reduced from 15,000 a year to 10,000 a year. This was not discussed at the time of signing the new contract. Now I must accept the blame here for not being more alert and attentive so I have not made an issue of it to the dealership.

Overall, my experience with Prestige was good. I loved the family like atmosphere even though it is a very large dealership. Everyone cheers for you when you purchase from them and it's fun to hit the gong! I strongly recommend my sales person. Mike Hu was great walking me through every step of the process, extremely knowledgable, and patient! I'd shopped around but always returned to him because he made me feel comfortable during what most people consider an extremely stressful event. Buying a new car can be scary and we all know the stigma associated with being a woman on a car lot. He, unlike many other dealerships, earned my trust and that is really what we all look for when buying something that loses value the minute it's driven off the lot. The finance department's communication left much to be desired. Beware of the survey after you buy! It's not intended to remedy any issues you had. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership but be cautious when you deal with the financial managers. They dropped the ball there. Remember to ask a lot of questions before signing because they may assume you know what certain things mean even if you don't. Even with that minor issue, my sales person Mike Hu made the transaction well worth it and I now have the most awarded SUV out there. Thanks Mike!

Yesterday, my wife and I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart Aero. I am 69 years old, and I have been buying cars since I was 16. I have never dealt with such a friendly, helpful car dealership in my car buying experience. The salesman, Hassan, was extremely helpful, very courteous and bent over backwards to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the deal. At no time were there any high pressure salesmanship applied, it was totally very pleasant experience. While we were waiting for the paperwork to be prepare and the car to be detailed, we met Lloyd Anderson, the General Sales Manager. We even met the owner who is also a very friendly, helpful person. We had a very nice conversation with Lloyd, just like we were old friends. While we were speaking with Lloyd, we also had the pleasure of meeting with the ownership of the dealership; best known in the Las Vegas, Nevada community as "Chop." He also was a very friendly person and speaking to him was also like having a conversation with an old friend. From this experience with all the employees and the dealership; I will not hesitate to use this dealership for all my service needs exclusively. As stated above, it's only been one day since we purchased our new vehicle and the experience was so pain-free and enjoyable, I have already recommended this dealership to two of my friends. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership nearly 2 weeks ago, and I cannot say enough positive stuff about my experience. My sales representative, Michael Hu, was the MOST knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He made the experience a friendly one. He never came off like our meeting was only about getting me to purchase a vehicle, but instead, he was respectful and attentitive and receptive to what I wanted with my purchase. Also, my experience with the sales and finance team was pretty much flawless as well! They made sure I understood everything and worked really hard to make sure I walked away happy instead of questionning my purchase decision and deal. I have owned several Dodge/Jeep vehicles in my life and the guys at Prestige made for the easiest purchase yet. Had an awesome experience at prestige dodge today.. Wanted a 2013 Dodge Dart and called ahead and spoke with Keith who works in internet sales. Was very polite on the phone as well as professional. I came down to the lot the next day and was prepared to stay all day going back and fourth with numbers as this is what I've done at other dealerships the previous days. There was no going back and fourth. A guy named Doug who is Keith's manager introduced himself and said he would do everything he could to help me get in and out. Had test drove the car already so next thing was paperwork and we had already discussed what I was able to afford. Took them two, count em 2 trips to talk with the desk manager Abdul and I was pounding their gong and everyone came out and clapped and congratulated me on my new purchase! Nice touch. Was out the door with keys in hand in less than an hour of pulling on to the lot. Was very impressed with their customer service skills and will recommend them to any of my friends or family for future purchases! Good job prestige! Keep up the good work!

The salesman was very unprofessional, he asked the same questions over and over and obviously want listening to the answers. The vehicle I was interested in was gone on the day I arrived, the sales guy told me he had something similar and in the same price range, Hmmmm, $2,000 more is not really the same price range?? When he offered me his business card I told him, "I wouldn't be needing it". It was a horrible experience!! I won't be buying from them ever!!

Sue is absolutely the reason WHY I would recommend this dealership. I purchased my Jeep almost a year ago and Sue wasn't even my original salesperson. Instead, she was helping to train a new person who was gone days after my purchase. Since my purchase, Sue has been dependable with everything from Due Bills to routine maintenance. Anytime I need something done I know one phone call to Sue and it will be taken care of. Additionally, her level of follow through is exceptional. I recently had to bring my car in for service and not only did she make my appointment (after I had a challenge getting one myself) but she also pulled my warranty, confirmed I had rental car coverage and booked the car herself. She even went so far as to confirm everything with me via text. As if that wasnt going completely above and beyond, the day I brought my car in for service she made it a point to come and say hi and to make sure I was taken care of. I cant think of another time where someone has gone so far out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge has a huge asset in an employee like Sue.

Tiny was impressive from beginning to end! He found us the vehicle we were meant to buy. We were even happier to see that some small scratched that were on the bumper got buffed out by the detailing crew and are gone!

The process of purchasing the vehicle took five hours which is expected and understandable. When picking up my vehicle the next day I had to wait another TWO hours for the car to be cleaned. They had all day to do this and my sales person actually cleaned it himself which is commendable and in my opinion unjust to him. BUT, the car was not thoroughly cleaned at all. I have to spend an additional $35 to have it detailed in order to get the body odor, crumbs, debri and stains removed. Your establishment had ALL DAY to prepare my vehicle, considering I didn't arrive until 4pm which I let you know the night before. I love my new car but am not satisfied with my first car buying experience at all. I want to mention that my sales person Joe was extremely nice, patient and hardworking. However, when buying a car even if it is used - it should look as brand new as possible inside and out considering I am spending my hard earned money on it. This was not the case and it's extremely dissapointing. I understand how being short staffed can be because I myself endure that on a daily basis, but that is still not an excuse to neglect level of service or efficiency. To avoid my inconvenience all that needed to be done was a two minute phone call notifying me that my car wouldn't be ready for a few more hours! I will not be recommending this dealership because of my disheartening, time consuming, frustrating and overall unpleasant experience.

bought a 2006 dodge diesel from this dealer in august of 2012, as soon as i drove it off the lot the engine light came on, thank god i bought the extended warranty, computer code read cam shaft sensor, ok through trial and error, and 6 days overall in the shop, the cam shaft sensor and the ECU was replaced, problem still not fixed, ok no problem i understand the trial and error process, patience is a virtue, they call chrysler for guidance, chrysler says the cam shaft it self needs replaced, ok this is a 20 hour labor job, paul sets me up an apointment in october as i will be gone for 10 days on vacation, i get back and they hadn't even turned a wrench on it, it sat there collecting dust, the excuse i got was they got swamped with work and couldn''t get to it, ok i am still patient, so now its hunting season and paul says lets make another apointment for after hunting season, so now its January, i take the truck back in, and i am told by the service manager and paul that it will be done this week, ok great, they will tear it down on monday, have the warranty inspector look at it, and have it done by friday, well it was never tore down, the truck sat there the whole week, again no work was completed, i call paul on friday, he says well we have to tear it down so the warranty inspector can look at it, thats what you told me was going to happen on monday, so now the truck is back in there again this week, here it is friday and the truck still sitting in the parking lot, i dont know what to do to get my truck fixed, i have lost my patience, Mrs. Towbin i hope you read this, your service department also cost you a 37,000 dollar sale on a new jeep, i was working with one of your salesmen last week, but after this problem, i bought the jeep from chapman dodge on sahara. im also buying a new truck if i ever get mine out of the shop, but i will probably buy it from chapman also. Paul and the service manager have been blowing smoke up my you know what for what is now about 20 working days. i have been patient and understanding and reasonable up until now, these guys are costing you money, not to mention the fact that this truck was sold to me knowing that it had this problem, your service department just cleared the code long enough to get the truck sold. how do i know this, because i personally know the salesman that took it in on trade, i have bought at least five trucks from him and soon to be six, he no longer works for you. it is now 2/25/2013, and my truck was finally fixed last week, but before i left the car lot i did a walk around of my truck, as soon as i opened the hood of the truck a rubber shroud that attaches to the passenger's side of the radiator fell off and hit the ground, once i put that back on, i walked around to the passenger side of the truck and there is diesel motor oil splattered all over the front fender, so back into the service bay i go, i grab the service writer and show him, so now the truck gets washed, we are still not done here, this truck has extremely expensive wheels on it, the guys drying off the truck cant reach the center of the windsheild, so instead of getting a step stool he uses the inside of the wheels for a step stool, now i know the wheels will get scratched over time, and i'm really not worried about it, it's just the principle. it seems to me that the employees for the service department just don't care except for the service writer, he was very pleasant, and i believe he was just trying to cover for the other idiots working there. how this dealership can be rated number one in customer satisfaction i will never know. i hope that they fix all the problems because they are so close to me, and it is a real bother to drive to their competition.mark king

Our sales person was fantastic. She was knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and very friendly. The experience was going great until after we were done with financing. We were waiting for our brand new car to be detailed and then filled with gas. The detail went pretty quickly and they did an average job, but we waited for over an hour for them to go put gas in the car. Finally the sales manager made a call and the person that was supposed to go and get the gas had not even left. It put a huge damper on the experience. Other than the long wait it was just fine.

John was by far one of the best service reps I've dealt with in a long time. He was quick to assist me with my Safeguard tire claim. Never gave any excuses and always followed up. He initiated my claim without any issues and called me first thing today to let me know my tire was in for my car and that he would squeeze my repair in once I got there. I own a 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and I am very tedious with how my car is treated especially that I have a car thats painted black (every scrath/chip shows). The highlight of my visit was John not putting my car through the car wash. Instead he asked me if I would like it washed even though it is machined washed. Usually I have to request this and 99% of the time they still take my car through the wash after I requested it not be washed. My visit was outstanding and I will definitely deal with John if possible from here on out.

I went in for my five year warranty inspection and had the best service ever. Jabar Nicholson is the service writer that took care of my family vehicle and made sure that we were comfortable with all the service that was performed. I am always cautious about going to the dealer. After this experience I will schedule my Jeep service with Jabar and his team!

Purchased a 2013 Dart from Prestige I walked in told them exactly what I wanted to pay and that was it Dario Lujan was my salesman and he was outstanding not only did he find me the car but drove 7 hrs. to pick it up because they didnt have the color I wanted, my experience was very satisfying and not pressured this was the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Towbin and have always been treated great.

My wife and myself were at Prestige looking to trade in our 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport for the new model 2013, Dario was the salesman that answered all of our questions in a fast and friendly manner and if their wasn't something he knew the answer to he found out the answer quickly for us... Dario was NOT the stereotypical car salesman, He showed professionalism as well as genuine interest in us as people too... I started with Prestige because I borrow my daughter's car and am the one to bring it in for service.Frank has always been accessible and answered all my questions and treats me fairly. The same is true for Patrick. Both do all they can to keep my costs minimal. Rachel went out of her way to make me comfortable when there was a problem with the service of pickup and return even to the point of offering to drive me where I needed to go.The maintenance/repair shop is the best I have ever encountered and Patrick and Frank are particularly outstanding.

I can honestly say I came to Prestige as a very disgruntled customer having been robbed by Chapman Dodge.I was probably a customer they'd have rather not had after I explained the condition of the 06' 2500 I had purchased. It probably seemed to them I was crazy. Tigh was patient in talking with me and did all except roll out the red carpet for me. He put me at ease instantly and assured me he could take on any task..After close examination he put me into the hands of John Wilson who was already primed up and ready to take on the mess I had gotten myself into. When my truck arrived Prestige instantly I knew I was exactly where I was suppose to be.. My stress had been turned over to a couple real pros who could a good deal. John Wilson phoned me each evening updating me on progress of this monster project. He worked diligently keeping me happy through the entire process, he was knowledgable, friendly, professional and extremely easy to deal with. Tigh called me periodically through this process also, updating and checking the level of customer service I was receiving. When I say these two guys were on there A game I mean on it!When my truck was finally done I was so appreciative for having had them to walk with me. When I made the choice to bring this truck there I was a very unhappy customer when I left there in my truck I was A LOYAL CUSTOMER.I have to say this... if you need honest reliable service Prestige Dodge has your back.Those guys are what makes the difference when the problems arise seeming larger than life. I believe both of them are huge assets to that Service Dept and I highly recommend them.Since my initial visit I have returned a couple times. The staff from the very 1st day were very helpful and open and honest throuout the whole time I was having my vehicle repaired. They kept me informed on what was wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done. The timing of the service shop was impeccable for the work that was requiered. Although I have had ongoing issues with my vehicle, somehow it lessens the frustration when you have someone like Jabar to help you and communicate effectively the process and resolution. Based on the two employees with whom we worked in purchasing a new vehicle (2013 Dodge Dart SXT/Rallye), the delaerhsip deserves an overall rating of great. The employees were great communicators and we got a car at a great price.

I took my Jeep Wrangler for an oil change and the customer service was excellent. Miguel Cardenas was the mechanic and he did an excellent job on my vehicle and was friendly and cordial. The service was quick and there was no pressure to conduct services I did not need like other mechanic shops.I appreciate the hospitality and professionalism displayed by this mechanic and I would return to get my vehicle service by this shop. My husband I were visiting Vegas when our 2009 pt cruiser developed a strange clunking sound. Since we were from out of town we called Prestige and were able to bring the car in for a look. Mr. Magsig drove with us and of course the car made no sound. We went on our way back to the hotel and again the sound came back. We called Mr. Magsig and he had us come back in the AM when the transmission man would be there to look at the car. We were greeted by Francia and were made to feel at home while our car was being looked at. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the transmission/car. It was just being a "chrysler". Much THANKS to Mr. Magsig and Francia for looking after us so well!

Judging from the past reviews that are all perfect I'm guessing the employees are rating themselves 5 stars. Horrible customer service after you purchase from them! My truck has been there for 5 days for what was supposed to take 3-4 days. Do they call and let you know what's going on? No. Do they answer the phone in the service department? No? Do they call you back? No. Called and asked for the service manager, I was forwarded to a voice mail, left a message. Did the manager ever call me back? No and it's been 2 days since then. Hey Prestige, I know how you can save some money, take all the phones out of the service department, they don't use them anyway! When I was interested in buying they were the nicest group of people. Now, I can't get anyone to help so I'll find every site that I can and let everyone know what horrible customer service they have after you give them your money. BEWARE!!

Kimberly picked my son (2-year old) and I from the airport since we are coming from out of State. She is very nice to work with. Especially with the kids. By the way, this dealership has kids playroom in it, best ever. So, my son wanted to play when we start doing the paper work. So I told him we will play after done with the paper work. but then Kimberly heard me telling him and she goes will do the paper work in there. What a nice person. Anyway, buying new car experience here was real good.

Kim Peppard and Wes Canfield were amazing! From my first call, inquiring about the 2012 Town and Country to my drive off the lot in my new van, I was treated like an honored guest. I have been to the Service Department for oil changes three times and have been treated well each time. The last time there was some oil deposit on my garage floor and I took it back to the shop and they put it on the rack and showed me how the oil was changed and why there was some residual oil left when they changed it. The placement of the filter is extremly difficult to deal during replacemnet with because of its location. They showed me how they clean it up and were very polite, understanding of my concern and assured me that everything was fine and that there were no leaks. I'm grateful for their time, help and will return to Prestige for any other service required.I commend these people for their expertise and consideration. Well Done!!

I had previously shopped around for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee at other dealerships. I had the quotes that I had at previous dealerships, but none of them had the color I wanted. When I came to Prestige, I gave the saleman my background story and told him the offers that the other dealerships made to me. I told Prestige that if they could match the other prices then I would go with them (they had the right color).Throughout the entire process, Mike Hu took me out on the test drive and walked me through the entire process of buying my car. He even came in on his day off to be there the next day when I picked up my car. It was an enjoyable car buying experience and I recommend Prestige to anyone looking for a Jeep.

I came in with less than perfect credit and was immediately approached by Kimberly who listened to what I wanted and needed and found the perfect vehicle for my husband and I. Negotiations were simple. I went into finance and I was concerned until I met Joe who explained everything and provides me with answers to any additional questions I had. Paperwork was fast and explained completely. The car was cleaned and brought to me quickly after I left finance. Everytwenr so seamlesly I was surprised. Initially I was in the market for a new Cadillac CTS-V, but I waited too long and the Cadillac Dealer sold the one car that I wanted. After researching different performance vehicles online I was very interested in the 2012 Challenger SRT-8. Prestige Dodge was my first stop as it was close to my home and since I had never purchased a Dodge or Chrysler before I had no experience with any of their Dealers. My initial contact with Prestige Sales person "Kevin" left me very upset and no longer wishing to purchase my first Dodge. Before leaving the Dealership Jessica Gagich who showed me several vehicles earlier that afternoon gave me her card. After speaking with Jessica a couple of times I was convinced that she could help me and I returned to Prestige later that night. At the Dealership Jessica Gagich was absolutely fabulous! She was able to get me the car that I wanted at a good price and was very helpful and sincere throughout the entire process.She turned what was a bad experience into a good one. There are a few issues with my new Dodge that need to be taken care of and there has been a slight delay. This may be due in part to some bad communication or the fact that some parts needed to be ordered. Wayne Reid whom I believe to be head of their service department stepped in and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I had a great new car buying experience this weekend when I bought my new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. I had the pleasure of dealing with two relatively new salespeople (Monique' Howard and Jennifer Lambrecht). These ladies more than made up for their lack of experience with superior customer service and real "eager to please" attitudes. I also appreciated the effots of Brian, their sales manager. My husband dragged me to Prestige after having the WORST experience at Tobin in the history of buying cars, just a few months ago. I was up front with both Mike & Abdul about how I felt with Towbin and that I was not interested in buying a car but my husband was. Both guys made it their mission to totally change my mind and they succeeded! They were the most friendly, straight forward honest car sales people I have ever met. Not only did they make me happy to be buying a car from them they made me a client for life! I will tell everyone I know how great hey were and that they should go NO where else in town! I have bad credit and a repo on my record. Kevin showed me cars only in my price range after I told him I didnt want to spend more than 10,000. When it came back that I couldn't get approved for financing, Wes stepped in and did some footwork for me calling in favors to get approval. He finally got my loan approved. When I couldn't get proof of residence because I had just moved, Wes did all the work for me and came back and told me exactly what paper I would need. Wes is a God send. I drove away on Monday with the car I wanted :)

Wes, Jessica, and David Helphrey, were all great, Where one left off the other came in. Almost felt like a family reunion, frendly and really helpful. Wasn't sure I wanted to to buy a car, But they made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Detailing wasn't so great, but overall It was a good experience.

One of the best service and sales experience I ever had, was when I took my vehicle in to Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge last month. I am from Florida and was heading back home. I wanted to make sure that my 2007 Dodge Caliber was safe for this 3000 mile drive, so I decided to take it to the closest Dodge dealer. I have always had bad experiences with dealers in the pass, so needless to say, I was very apprehensive. I called for a last minute appointment and to my surprise, the phone operator couldn't have been any nicer. I explained my last minute situation and she personally got me scheduled with the service manager that same day. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted by a very nice gentleman. I didn't have to sit around and wait for someone to acknowledge I was there, which Is what I've been used to. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I was approached by a young lady name Kim Peppard. She kept me entertained and answered a lot of my questions regarding the new vehicles. I was very interested in the new Dodge Ram and she offered for me to go on a test drive. I fell in love with the truck. Kim did an excellent job demonstrating the vehicle and even worked up unbelievable prices. Kim and her manager took $10,000 off the price. Unfortunately, I wasn't in a position to purchase at that very moment, but I told Kim I would keep her in mind when I am able to. She made me feel comfortable and at no time did She make me feel pressured or like I was wasting her time. When my car was ready from service, it was returned to me clean and shiny. I was happy about this. The service manager, Wayne came out and explained everything that was done and ensured me my Caliber was completely safe for this long drive. I felt special and like they went above and beyond to make my service experience an amazing one. Even the technician who worked on my car came by and said hello. Another nice surprise was the final price. It was extremely reasonable for the work I got done. (maybe even a little less than I expected). I left Prestige feeling this is how a customer should be treated. As Wayne promised, I made it back to Florida safely with no troubles. I compared prices at some of my local dealers for the exact truck I fell in love with and none could match or beat my price from Prestige. They were $3000 more than Kim's price. This difference in price and the service I received is reason enough for me to take my next vacation In Las Vegas and purchase my truck from Kim Peppard at Prestige Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram. I wish more companies would take the time to make their customers feel they are valued. I have to say, I really admired the work ethics demonstrated by these employees.

Had a break problem, so we called they got us in vary quick. they had found the problems and gave us our options. we asked them if they could have it done by a certin time and it was. the price was what they said it was. I will contiue to bring my cars, and trucks there. thanks Richard Ommen.

I had one of the WORST customer service experiences ever here. ONLY GO TO PRESTIGE IF YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO. I was interested in buying a new car here and was pretty much ready to after being forced into signing all the paper work, getting finger printed etc. But before doing all of this I said to the sales manager AL that I may have to help my family out financially and if that did happen I would need to pull out of the deal, he gave me this whole song and dance that family comes first, I understand and would totally honor that. Well that did in fact happen in addition to me being layed off so I had to cancel the car. I HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL TO GET MY DEPOSIT AND TITLE BACK, AND WAS TOLD THEY THOUGHT I WAS LYING ABOUT HELPING MY FAMILY AND IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS BEING LAYED OFF, he finally got back to me and said out of the kindness of their hearts of me being layed off because AL said they would never believe the family story, they would let me out of the deal. Well some time went buy and I looked at my finances and thought maybe I can do this car after all, So I called and asked if the car was still available and was told yes by a kid named JOVAN it was, so I was still interested, then I found out our layoff was increased and my financing was denied by my credit union so I was not able to get the car after all, well today he starts texting with deals I can get you 1.9I said no, I can get you no payments for 6 months! I said 0 apr with no payments and you have a deal, He said AL says if you come in today only, So I race to my bank to get a cashiers check because I am putting a lot down. When I get to the dealer I am approached by AL who starts LAUGHING AT US saying I dont know why JOVAN told you that because there is NO WAY I COULD EVER DO THAT INTEREST RATE OR NO PAYMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS, I said you are f^&*()ing kidding right???? My daughter has raved about this dealership since she and her family have started taking vehicles there for service 2 years ago, so I decided to give them a try. To say I was pleasantly suprised is an understatement. I thought I had a flat tire from hitting a curb, but had done alot more damage to my car than I thought. Curtis Maestas and his team were honest, professional and explained everything thoroughly. It took a little longer than I had expected because they had to order parts(my car is a Nissan)but kept me updated everyday so I knew exactly what the status of my car was. Any dealership can train someone to repair or service a vehicle, but customer service is a skill you either have or dont have. Curtis and his team at Prestige Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge definitley have it. I wasn't just another car, I was a person. Now that I've discovered Prestige, I wont take my car anywhere else. If you want exceptional service, from a dealer you can trust, at a great price call Curtis at Prestige.

The service department is terrible. On top of being disrespectful and rude they failed to solve the issues I was having with my 3 month old car telling me to " check back occasionally" to see if they had a solution to the problems I was having. I have never been treated more poorly by any business and would never suggest this place to anyone. Save yourself a lot of trouble and purchase and/or service you vehicle somewhere else.

I work at a 5 diamond 5 star hotel and have been in the service industry for 35 years. My experience at Prestige was just that. Very courteous and Professional staff. Arleasha made sure everyone waiting was comfortable. J.R Fisk kept me informed on the parts and progress on my truck. And Curtis Maestas the service manager was the man I dealt with the most. His answers are direct and his professionalism is second nature. These people along with other employees who were kind enough to lend assistance are what brings customers back for a new vehicle. Excellent response from Angela Korb re: new car purchase (Dodge Challenger) and then a replacement vehicle issue on Dodge Nitro for a new Dodge Challenger. The dealership response and willingness to help was excellent. Angela's efforts to co-ordinate myproblems/issues with the other departments was greatly appreciated. Service Deparment (JR Fox) had already established his credibility as had Sales Consultant Abdul Hamed who sold me the new Challenger and now the new Charger (which replaced the new Dodge Nitro that had drive train issues)New Manager Bill Johnson assisted all of us with the Challenger and then replacing the Nitro with the Charger. All in all it was a great team effort. Angela and her team are to be congratulated on minimizing the dealership issue that buyers usually have to endure. For sure I am a repeat buyer.

We have bought three vehicles since they opened about a year ago. Great non pressure sales staff. Easy to talk to and upfront. <Abdul> I had originally waited for this dealer to open knowing some of the parts and service staff. Service was excellent so I decided to purchase... That was easy and I didn't feel taken in any way so we upgraded our cars. The impressive part of the dealer is that all the departments work TOGETHER and make sure all is taken care of. I highly recommend trying the service department and check them out even if you don't need a new car. Very personable dealer.
