I bought this car thru the internet and multiple phone calls to my salesman Bek. This was my first Porsche 911 Carrera S and quite honestly my first, and last given my age, sports car. My husband told me to handle it as he would be happy with whatever I chose. It was a scary process but my salesman was the best. He knows his product and sells it with no pressure, even took texts over a holiday weekend, had a driver pick me up at the airport and patiently sat with me and explained all the cars features. I drove the car back to Ohio, picking up my son in Savannah to help with driving, and must say it was the most comfortable car I've ever driven. I regret that I will not be able to use their service dept. Bek Osborne should be teaching all future Porsche salespeople!!!

This purchase was done online along with several phone calls. Brad Crandell the representative for Porsche of Naples was extremely helpful in describing the vehicle and making the sales process go extremely smooth. I purchased my Porsche from salesman Sven Asmus and was treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. The purchasing process was swift and seamless. No pressure at any time to purchase add-ons. Naples is noted as a city of wealthy people. However, I found Porsche of Naples to be the best priced dealership around, and I searched the entire Southeastern U.S. for over a month. P.S. There is nothing that compares with a Porsche, nothing!

I researched many newer E550's for sale. Most dealers are not willing or simply not able to work out a successful negotiation on pre-owned cars. This dealership was very capable, however. I drove over 4 hours to this dealership to close this deal, and I would do it again without hesitation. Sven, my sales representative, was responsive, courteous, and was actually interested in working out a deal that worked out for everyone. The dealership is impressive by itself, but the customer service is what makes it worth the drive. My sale was minimal considering the type of cars they handle, but they still took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Hopefully I will be back someday to work a deal on a Porsche.

Sven and his Business Manager were unbelievably helpful in obtaining financing and at a great interest rate. I wish this dealer was closer to where I live. They both worked with us for hours to overcome credit hurtles and we drove the car home...........real fast.................................. No tickets though! From the moment we entered the facility until we drove off in our cayman, we were treatedwith respect. We never felt like we were in the presence of a car salesman. Thefinance manager went over every document so we understood what we weresigning, and got us a very reasonable finance package.
