Great experience(s). Customer service has never let me down. Every time I go there for service or maintenance, I always get the helped with the utmost respect and in a cordial manner. Sales team is always there to answer questions as well even if your not there to buy that day. Always a big help. Best store location for Honda if you ask me.

Jake and his team provided me and my family an incredible level of customer service. A level of customer service you rarely see at dealerships nowadays. It makes sense why this dealership has won the presidential award last year. I’ve was in touch with several dealerships around Philadelphia, and most of them showed no interest on any customer service. My previous dealership where my family purchased several cars from showed the worst type of customer service. I’m very thankful I was able to come across Jake and his team at Piazza Honda of Pottstown. As I have told my friends and family, going forward I’m only coming back to this location for future purchases simply because of the customer service and the way they treated my family.

I don't think I could recommend this dealership enough. Service was incredible and everyone is amazing. But, special shoutout to Nancy. She was the absolute best. Her communication, knowledge base, and experience are second to none. Would give her 6/5 stars if I could!

Words cannot describe the level of customer service this dealership has provided for me and my family. This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership, and we only came back because of how they treated us the first time. Jake and his team, are some of the nicest folks we have met during this process. We’ve been buying cars for a long time here in North America and specifically in Montgomery County. We have never seen this level of customer service. I’ve told all my friends and family members about the treatment we got in Piazza Honda of Pottstown.

I'm always greeted as soon as I pull my car into the garage. There's no wait at check-in. I also appreciate the comfortable chairs in the waiting area and that the area is always clean. Upon check-out, everything is clearly explained. I'm also very happy that I'll be provided a loaner car when I have to leave my car overnight for repair. They seem like a very organized and competent shop. I'll be back.
