Will Smith was our salesman. Working with him was the best experience that I have ever had buying a car. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He made sure they had what we wanted before we drove 100 miles to check it out. He was so friendly and professional. The next time we need a car we are coming to see Mr. Will! Everyone is courteous and all show an interest in giving the service needed, Service to the Buick has been satisfactory with one exception. We continue to have air leak out of all four tires over a period of time. For instance we picked up the car on July 29th and on August 1st, three days later a message on our dash indicated air was low on a tire. No one at Phil Moore seems to know how to fix this problem. PLEASE help fix this problem.

My only complaint; after receiving the vehicle back from being serviced, the windshield washer fluid was empty. This was the second time this had happened. We had to bring the vehicle back, and a hose on the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir was unhooked. The issue was resolved, but it should've been noticed while the fluids were being changed. If someone in the shop noticed over a gallon of washer fluid (or any fluid for that matter) on the cement, they should've been feverishly looking for the leak. If there had been a gallon of oil on the floor would they have tried to find out where it came from?

This was my first car purchase from a dealer and it could not have been more pleasant. Mr. Phil Moore came out of his office and welcomed me when I came in the door, offering water or something to drink. Larry Waite helped me through the process of purchasing, the test drive, and learning about all the "buttons". Hector patiently walked me through my payment options. I was so very impressed.

Selected the options and color on GMC website, priced my trade in online, GMC website found the car in your inventory and Dennis helped me make my numbers work. Having a shrill noise in my 2012 Enclave steering column (when I turned the steering wheel) I asked the service dept to check out. I was told there was nothing that could be done and that there was no remedy.....we would have to live with the issue. The SD was very friendly and courteous in their response. Before however. I left the dealership I mentioned it to the Sales Mgr. who I personally know. He acknowledged the problem and shared he would make inquiry about the issue and get back with me. I am looking forward to a positive response from GM.

Always get great service and a loaner car to get me to my errands while my XL is being serviced. Amy, in service, does a great job and is always helpful in getting whatever we/I need. My husband left his sunglasses in his loaner truck and she "babysat" them until we could get there to pick them up.. The dealership's employee Amy (title unknown), who handles vehicle pickup after service, is a gem at Phil Moore Buick GMC. Amy went out of her way to be helpful when she could tell that I was getting a little anxious waiting for the service shuttle to return and get me to work when my Enclave was in for routine service recently. Amy asked if I needed to get to work, and she voluntarily took me there. Amy is definitely an employee who went above and beyond to make sure a customer was satisfied.

My first experience with my Terrain for the first oil change was just okay. I understand that there had been electricity problems and computer problems at the dealership and I tried to understand the dilemma. However the attendants checking out at the desk were not friendly at all. Had I not know what was going on with computers I would not have understood their frustration and non customer service. I will not let this one and first visit determine the total overall view of the dealership

I loathe the car buying process and usually have my husband do the initial search and I don't come in until the deal is finalized. This time, however, my husband was busy so I went on my own. I arrived and was greeted by Dane Duggan. Dane was a pleasure to work with! He listened to what I was looking for, allowed me to hop from one car to another for comparison and was not pushy, trying to talk me into something else. He made this car buying experience truly enjoyable! He even listened to my 12 year old daughter's opinion and took her to look at options for comparison!! I left a very happy lady with my 2014 Buick Enclave!!! I highly recommend going to Phil Moore Buick to buy your car and ask for Dane Duggin to help you!! He's very helpful and patient. After I bought my Enclave, Dane went over all the features of the car and answered my questions (and set up my fancy radio!!) I can't thank Dane and Steve for helping me get my dream car!! I always enjoy seeing Dwaina. She brings back good memories of Saturn days. At her suggestion I asked Roger to help me set my Bluetooth. This had not been successfully connected when I bought the vehicle. He was very courteous and helpful, although, it did not work except the one time we tested calling a person while at the dealership. Maybe it is just me. But, I was able to call out on my previous car with no problems.i will keep trying.

Was great! Didn't have a long wait- they did the work in a very reasonable time. Only thing I would change would be to talk to someone after the service. I had asked them to check something, and I'm sure they did but didn't tell me. I'm sure it was fine and I could have asked but would be nice for a report! However - not a big deal. I like the dealership or would not drive 90 miles to get it serviced !

I contacted Dennis Henley about a new Acadia. Made the deal over the phone with trade in. Arrived at the dealership, new car ready with full tank of gas, dropped off my trade in and signed the papers. Dennis explained the cars features to me and I was out of there. Highly professional from the time I arrived for the service to my car until I left the dealership. The service writer LISTENED to my concerns and covered every one of them with me when I picked up my car. My salesperson did stretch the truth a little and I did not find any Eggs Benedict or Beignets' in the customer waiting area. However, he did give me directions to McDonald's and said they were still serving breakfast.

The fact that I have just come back to Bruce for a second purchase says it all. We never expected to get what we got!!!!! Dennis Henley did an excellent job in showing us numerous vehicles while we were at Phil Moore Buick GMC. Dennis answered every question asked and responded each time we called him on the phone after we left the dealership. The atmosphere at the dealership was unbelievable!!!! I was impressed with the courtesy displayed to us by each and every person at the dealership. We were also checked on by Mr. Moore who was at the dealership on a Saturday. Mr. Moore stopped, spoke and treated us in a very gracious manner.On the delivery day, my truck was ready to go!!!! Dennis Henley stayed by our side to make sure everything was handled. Dennis took the time to answer all of my questions and show me how to set up XM and OnStar. Dennis also assisted us in moving items from my old truck to my new truck. Mr. Moore was at the dealership and again he thanked us for coming and doing business with Phil Moore Buick GMC.

I did not have an appointment and they worked me in within 1 hour of my truck being there. My computer had to be reset b/c of a (previous mechanic cleaned the throttle body and set off my idle sensor) and while it was there they went ahead and fixed a recall on my transmission dip stick while it was in the shop. $95 bucks was well worth the convience of knowing it was done correct the first time.Thanks,GMC Customer

As a very regular service customer, I am always pleased with the service I receive at the dealership's service department. Because of the numerous problems I have had with my last 3 GM vehicles (1999 Chevy Z71 truck, 2005 GMC Z71 truck, and now 2009 GMC Acadia), I am not likely to purchase or recommend another GM vehicle. I will continue to use and would not hesitate to recommend Phil Moore Service Department.

I brought my GMC Envoy in with a mechanical problem. I was provided a courtesy ride home and asked if I needed to be picked up when my vehicle was finished. I declined but it was nice to know that option was available. I was contacted when the work was finished and I was pleased with the outcome.

I drove 7 hours, one way to buy a GMC Sierra because Dennis Henley seemed like a man of his word and that made me feel comfortable taking the chance on your dealership. I am extremely sensitive to any degree of sales pressure, methods, and gimmicks and have avoided dealerships accordingly for years. Surprisingly, I did not feel that Bruce Stewart attempted to "sell" me anything; rather, he asked just enough questions to find what I needed and provided valuable information to help my decision process. I.e., Mr. Stewart is an asset to me. I will highly recommend him and the dealership. In fact, I already have.

It was PERFECT!!!! So much more than I expected! Thank you Brian and Dennis!!!! I selected the car I wanted by Internet, received a call the next morning from Dennis, arrived at Phil Moore Buick apx 2 pm, test drove most beautiful Verano with Dennis, then met Brian who was able to get me 1.9 % interest rate, signed papers, Dennis helped me get belongings out of my trade in, inserviced me on the infotainment system, diving off lot apx 4 pm, UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
